I bought a majority of my gifts this past Christmas season from USB geek. I even referred some of my friends to their site. I was amazed at their products and was excited to finally have a place I could buy cool techy gifts from. I bought my youth pastor a usb, my bf's roommate the gun alarm clock system and my boyfriend an awesome pair of sunglasses with a built in mp3 player. When I received all of these they were great besides one issue... The plugin for my sunglasses was broken. I sent in the issue and they asked for picture proof and promptly sent me another one. Now you are thinking that they have done a great job so far and you are completely right. We finally received the plug in from USB geek and got ready to setup the glasses. They charged like normal and even played music. Only one small problem.... The glasses only played music when they were connected to the charger that was about 1.5 ft long if that. I emailed USB geek with this problem and they ignored my emails. I have given them appx 2 months to respond and have decided I have lost my money and have to replace the glasses with another company. This isn't the service that I expected to receive. Beware of the "coolness" factor of this company... They may slap you in the face for giving them business.

Ordered A 2 flashlights, 2 pen/flashlight/laser combos and rechargable batteries. Turned out that 1 flashlight was defective, the other 3 led flashlight stopped working after a day and one of the pens didn't work as well. Sounds horrible, and I felt horrible since my previous experiences with oversea companies were pretty terrible. So I sent an e-mail explaining the situation and to my surprise, I was credited back the full purchase amount! Simply amazed. I will try ordering from them again and see if my order was just a fluke. I believe good customer service should be rewarded. *Edit As promised, I did order from them again. This time, I ordered a 3 watt flashlight, a multi-card reader and a bluetooth adapter. Glad to say that I haven't had problems with any of them. My only complaint is that shipping takes a little longer than a week since the company is based in Asia, but then again... being free more than makes it up for me.

Bait and Switch - I e-mailed them to verify that they had the black version of the Sony Ericsson MBW-100 bluetooth watch in stock. They assured me that they did indeed have the all black version. Once I placed my order, they said that only the silver version was available and offered to change my order. The reason I feel this is a bait and switch is because the black version has been sold out for months everywhere else as the line of watches is discontinued. Anyone who has claimed to have it in stock has immediately offered a silver one instead after my order was placed. I immediately canceled my order.

I recently purchased a Nokia E72 from this site and received the phone only 3 business days later. However, the phone was defective, and upon contacting Customer Service via online chat, I was told that I would receive a replacement provided that I shipped the phone back to them at my own expense. Although I wished that they would have covered the shipping (which would have been extremely expensive), they truly went above and beyond to help my situation by trying to find me a better rate. They were friendly and extremely helpful. A pleasure to deal with. A+++ customer service. :)

First things first, always know exactly what you want and what you need before you order. Look at Items in a brick and mortar establishment before you order anything online. You will save yourself a lot of money and a lot of heartburn by following that one piece of advise. When you know exactly what you are ordering there will be no surprises except for the amount of money saved.

eFax is a company that will charge you for services you're not using including charging fees that are not covered in their terms and conditions. We recently obtained an unauthorized charge of $99.99 from them seemingly out of nowhere despite not even using the service we were paying for for that month. We use it once every three months and in a month where nothing was faxed, they charged us another $99.99. We are disputing the charge with AMEX and cancelling the service. Their support defended the charge, but couldn't tell us what it was for. I would personally recommend you stay away from this scam company.

No way to cancel online, emails get ignored and they keep charging my credit card. eFax is really really annoying and cheeky. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no option in the member area so I wrote several emails, which all got ignored. Apparently they want to make you call their customer service department which is illegal in Europe. Stay away from those scammers!

Purchased a duplicator in April of 2019. It was used twice over the next 9 months. In January it would not work. After hours of trouble shooting, obtained an RMA in February to return this for repair. We were unable to return it immediately due to the office being closed. Contacted them in April to be sure they would honor their original RMA. After another week of email tag, they notified us that the unit is out of warranty by 7 days and they will no longer repair the unit. A waste of time, money, and more time. Our other units are from Kanguroo have worked reliably for 5 and 7 years. We would encourage others to learn our lesson and avoid Addonics.

* reseller/manufacturer of odd storage interface items * currently eSATA, SATA 3.0Gbps, Port Multiplier, drive Encryption, They should be viewed more for their selection of odd-ball storage components other manufacturers don't offer, or which don't work. Chip selection on their boards tends to favor more reliable IC designs, but are still consumer grade. Technical answers beyond those typical of consumers are generally answered, but detailed...engineering / hacking questions are not.

Tried on two separate occasions to make a purchase for an HP Pavilion DV7 drive caddy. Both times I received a message shortly afterward stating that my billing information was incorrect. After the second purchase order was rejected I contacted the bank to get some insight as to why the information was incorrect. The bank representative said that in both cases, the information transmitted from laptopking.com was indeed incorrect. Furthermore, the information they supplied to my financial institution didn't match the information I, myself, had provided. So it would appear that, for whatever reason, they were unwilling or unable to complete the order-using the very same information that I had successfully used once prior. Debit card users will find their payment system rather inconvenient. A hold for the order amount is placed initially. Then, once the order is satisfied, they release the hold and initiate the charge. While not entirely unique to this merchant, it does make ordering difficult because of daily purchase limits that are imposed by most financial institutions. In the end, however, they actually did me a favor as I ended up ordering the part directly from the manufacturer for $20USD cheaper. Additionally, shipping charges were $5USD less than those charged by laptopking.com. $25USD in savings is nothing to scoff at. This would have been my second purchase with laptopking.com, and I should have taken my dissatisfaction with them the first time around as a sign. Rest assured, however, that I'll buy elsewhere from this point forward.

Camera manufacturers' extraordinarily inflated battery prices have bred a dirty market in cheap impostor batteries, flourishing online. There are hundreds of these fakes on Amazon.com alone, shipping from no published addresses and fronted by disposable Gmail accounts. Amazon just looks the other way, raking in commissions on spurious claims and doctored ratings by battery scam artists who say their products are good-as, if not better-than, OEM voltage and amp hours. I know. I'm an investigative journalist and videographer who's been burned more than once. When I needed a half dozen of the heftiest camera batteries in the NP-F class to power a newly-acquired lighting kit, I looked for a name I could trust. For years, I've relied solely on Duracell whose batteries have never failed to live up to their specs. DuracellDirect.com caught my eye. But as of this writing, Duracell has yet to release its best of class, the F970s, in the United States though they are available in the UK. London-based DuracellDirect came to my rescue, shipping the batteries I needed from their London facility via DHL Express in time for a video shoot already in production — customer service that's all too rare in online retailing and offering engineer input on the performance I was likely to achieve using the Duracell version. Not only were Duracell's batteries far less expensive than Sony's, they're built to outperform. These Duracell NP-F970s provide 7800mAh compared to Sony's 6300mAH. The breeding shows. I can keep an LED video light lit at full output longer than four hours on a pair of them while freeing myself from worries about on-location lighting failures — or whether they'll still be working a month from now. Duracell's 3-year warranty shames the hit-and-run frauds. Duracell demands rigid standards from this reseller, and the fact that DuracellDirect has recently taken over online distribution of Duracell products in the United States is great news. They've been handling Duracell batteries in the European market for 13 years and while there were apparently issues with DuracellDirect.com's previous operators, this experience and the outstanding performance of its new management team has made the site my go-to source for camera and lighting portable power.

I bought a jacket 2019 dec returned in feb due to feathers coming through. Went to shop with original receipt (no other receipt given) Told from a photo by customer service it was wear n tear. Bare in mind I've been housebound from March to August due to covid and illness. So apparently a £90 jacket gets worn a few times then washed and its classed as wear and tear. Come on really hollister!! I was a loyal customer as was my family and now we aren't going to return custom if this is how they treat loyal customers Very unprofessional

I looked locally for a replacement video card (ATI Radeon 2600HD, apple part #661-4426) for a 24" iMac but could not find any. Apple Palace had them for sale, but for any express shipments the web ordering page mentioned that customer service should be called before placing the order. I was suspicious that this was a way to talk me into buying more stuff, but they just wanted to verify that they had it in stock before I paid for express shipping. Turns out they didn't have it in stock but were able to get one and ship it the next day. I am happy with the service I received on this order. I noticed that they do not always answer the phone with "Apple Palace." I'm guessing that they run multiple stores but they don't have dedicated phone lines for each one? That was also a bit suspicious initially, but after I talked with them on the phone I figured they were for real. There's no high pressure sales tactics and they were both thorough and pleasant to deal with over the phone. I would buy from them again if I needed any more new replacement parts.

I have purchased an 2.0GHz Dual G5 PowerMac from Apple Palace. They also upgraded the machine I ordered to 2GB memory , added 500GB Harddrive and an Airport card. Works like a charm. There were small scratches on the case but no dents or other damage. Staff was very helpfull when I was choosing my machine, they helped alot.

I have purchased various computer products from Newegg over the years with no troubles. I will never purchase a product through you from one SMAVCO / SMAVtronics LLC after having one of the worst *customer service* experiences ever. I ordered (#1202641334) an extra iPhone home and auto charger kit, but the auto charger arrived DOA — checked on my 3 vehicles. Upon setting up a return, I got an email from one Sam at SMAVCO. I no longer had the generic plastic bag packaging, so he told me I would have to pay to mail back the kit for a refund or replacement, which I did against my will just to expedite the matter and avoid an argument. I got a reply saying the cable wasn’t the one they shipped me and I would receive no refund. I must have packed the wrong cable as the one I already had was also black and looked the same to me. I replied accordingly and received no answer for hours. I then called Newegg, who sent a message to SMAVCO explaining the matter, requesting they simply ship back the kit to me with a FUNCTIONAL auto charger. Sam replied saying they tested the auto charger in multiple vehicles and found no issues, thus calling me a liar. He also said I’d be refunded $4.99 for the charges returned to them, and that I’d have to send a prepaid envelope to get my cable back. At that point I was fully DONE — with the entire matter and paying to mail anything else to them. A GOOD company would have simply covered the cost of the return, and made the order good by replacing the auto charger with one that WORKS, and returned the kit with my mistakingly sent cable. So, buy from SMAVCO at your own risk, or better yet, just buy from another company!

I order a battery replacement from this company that described it has having characteristics of a Lithium Ion battery (No Memory Effect) but they sent me a different product than advertised. They never state in there description what their battery is. In this case NiMH which has a small "Memory Effect". I asked why they didn't simply state it was a NiMH battery as oppose to describing the characteristics of a Li-Ion battery. I was told NiMH was the only battery available and I should check my device and original battery. my device can does support Li-Ion battery replacements but they obviously don't sell them. Don't advertise a product you don't offer under the guise of something entirely different. They have offered no resolution.

I recently purchased two Emotiva products from their website: the ERC-2 CD player and the A-100 stereo amp. The A-100 was shipped the day I ordered it and arrived promptly in good condition. The ERC-2 CD player was billed to my credit card the day I ordered it and shipped some time later. It is a new product and shipment was delayed for the latest firmware update to be installed. Emotive customer service sent me regular email updates as to the status of my ERC-2 order and also sent me the tracking number when it finally shipped. Since I wanted the CD player to have the latest firmware already installed, I didn't mind the wait, but some customers might be upset with the charge to their credit card before the product actually ships. I have not queried Emotiva customer support about this practice since it didn't matter to me and the shipment was only about two weeks late. Both products are very well made and have exceeded my expectations for build and sound quality. Based on my initial impressions, I recommend this company.

Good for the price. Bought for use in bedroom. The speaker straps would certainly be useful in some homes. Internal housing of speak cable in central column also a good idea. Silicone caps for use on floor spikes is also a thoughtful inclusion for wooden floors - which I have. Silcone pad to keep speakers separate from glass also which are essential from reducing vibrations entering the stand. Easy to assemble and does not take too long. Ensure you get the order of washers when attaching - one protects the glass from the nut, so the correct order is essential. Only quibble - these are JUST a little light. But are really good value for the money. If you have young kids or jumping cats, your speakers should probably be in a book case in the first place. Yes you can buy heavier stand, and I do have a pair, but they cost me $400.

I had a terrible experience with this company...while in the process of renovations I bought a very expensive doorbell for my electrician to install at a later date. Upon installation I noticed discoloration on the metal face plate of the doorbell. I brought it to the attention of the company once it was noticed and they used the excuse that I was a few weeks past the return date and they would not be replacing it. DWR is a company that finds it acceptable to sell their clients garbage and act as though they are exclusive. I've purchased several other items from them in the past and I now will no longer be a client. Please look elsewhere...somewhere that cares about the quality of their products and their reputation.

We’ve ordered 3x from DWR in the recent months and not a single purchase has been smooth. Our table was delivered broken and it took us months to finally receive a refund for it. Other things we’ve ordered (listed as being in stock) had their ship date consistently moved backwards and eventually never got shipped. Still working on those refunds. Contacted Ash Mansukhani for replacement of a touch screen for HP PDA handheld computer ...confirmed they had everything in stock and that turnaround time for replacement and ship back was 1 hour. They kept their promise and it took less than 48 hours for me to ship for repair and start working with repaired unit. JUST AN AMAZING customer experience. They answered all my phone calls efficiently. Service is unbeatable and fix cost less than one third of brand new computer...so it's worth repairing ! We ordered an Alpine PKG-RSE2 (10.2" overhead video monitor with built-in DVD player) late last Friday night (1/23/09) through Amazon.com that went through Pacific Stereo. I was a little hesitant because the company had fewer ratings than most companies through Amazon, but the price was great and the reviews that were in Amazon were really good. I had a question about my order that I e-mailed to Pacific Stereo after my purchase, and 2 different people there phoned me the next morning (Saturday) to answer my question. We tracked the package through UPS during the week and received it the following Friday morning 1/30 (they're in California, we're in Wisconsin). It was packaged very well and in great shape, and I'd be comfortable buying from them again.

I was there a few days ago and was looking for an amp install kit, talked to the rep behind the counter and after some discussion he suggested that it would be less expensive if I made my own, so he hooked me up with the necessary parts. Went back there to get some speakers for my Harley, Jose was extremely helpful, he even priced matched to another store. He even helped me with the right adapters to make the speakers fit properly. Oh..btw he even threw in some wire taps at no charge. I would say that the customer service there is great.

I placed the order online with you guys late Friday (around 6pm I think) and to my amazement, it was on a truck that night for shipment and delivery 2 business days later. I was looking online for an AKAI MPK88 midi keyboard controller and found one at Unique Squared for a much better price than the competitors, with free shipping. I ordered it and it arrived a day or 2 ahead of schedule. The brand new keyboard had a problem out-of-the-box even though it was obviously brand new. I called Unique Squared and was surprised to get to speak to an actual person within a few minutes. My keyboard was replaced promptly with no hassle and the new one is great! I would not hesitate for a moment to do more business with this company. best buying experience I've had in a long time!

I have been doing business with these guys and gals for over 25 years, back when they were Broadcast Supply West. As a 40+ year career broadcaster now retired I still buy all my audio equipment from BSW- Broadcast Supply Worldwide. Over the years I have bought everything from an FM transmitter and antenna to a can of tape head cleaner and a bunch of rack screws. They are professional, knowledgeable, do what they say they are going to do and follow-up with you. I am not surprised that they have added some video equipment to their offering. We ordered a simple 3-way splitter online on a Sunday. Great and easy website. HOWEVER, the site did NOT bother to say that they were out of stock! While I was expecting the switch to be shipped the next day - that did NOT happen... On Thursday, FOUR business days later we received our first email from their "customer service" supervisor, Kelsey, saying that I could expect DELAYED SHIPMENT in 3 - 5 business days!!! Since today is New Year's Eve, Kelsey said that we could POSSIBLY expect the item in a WEEK - TWO WEEKS MAYBE!!! I requested a callback from the manager or owner and Kelsey said that she was not authorized to do that either. Way too many "gee I guess we screwed up" problems to deal with this company again!

I bought a laptop battery from the online version of this store on April 21st 2009 because it was a good deal. I paid for and received the battery along with a receipt, nothing else. The battery started to fail in mid to late July. Here was MY mistake. I did not immediately contact the store about the battery failure. I have a litany of excuses; vacation, business trip, ignorance etc. but all along i thought. "This store is an actual brick & mortar store, they'll treat me right" WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! a 'Jake' from the online division informed me it was past the 90 days. (by about 12 days) i pushed back. He referred me to the online warranty, 90 days. I asked to speak to his superior, he (jake) said no and "90 days". What is most irritating about this experience is not that he would not bend on the 90 days, (he should have then, i would not be writing this review, but a good one) Nor is it that i was never able to talk to Jakes superior, (if you're doing a good job you have nothing to fear about this) but mostly that the battery was junk. Discount electronics sells CRAP. it's cheaper because it's cheap junk. The do not care about you as a customer, and they do not care about their name, and they do not care about their products. DO NOT BUY FROM DISCOUNT ELECTRONICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order. Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th. It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped. Greg

This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote. As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action. I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

Unprofessional and hostile to accredited female investors. Carson Bomar would not provide due diligence info but instead made derogatory and gendered comments. My experience was mainly in SF and NY-based acquisitions so I expected a “culture difference” in Florida, but was still surprised with my engagement with this company. After receiving initial information about a company, I sent the broker my assessment that it’s last year increase in profits was due to acquiring one particular contract and asked if they had IDIQs or other more stable sources of revenue to justify their longer-term profit projections (see attached email). The broker’s response was highly pejorative and insulting, as though he took umbrage at needing to provide data to prove a company’s valuation and asking price, and still didn’t answer my question. I don't need to say that a broker's responsibility to their clients is to provide due diligence info to prospective buyers. Furthermore, his response gave the impression that he thought I was a naive working mother of limited funds who was looking for a part-time Gig (see attachment), as opposed to my being a serious accredited investor who takes data more seriously than poorly constructed arguments couched in hostility. It was so offensive and egregious that I forwarded the email to the founder and the managing director (Jason & Ron), but did not receive a response. My impression is that this company is not skilled, catering to less-sophisticated investors, and certainly did a poor job representing this particular company. I would not recommend Website Closers (websiteclosers.com) as a buyer or seller. Take your business elsewhere - there are plenty of quality brokers out there who will represent you well in your sale and not offend and ward off potential, serious buyers.

It is a decent replica, except I received a lampshade that had 8 noticeable imperfections on it and the arc was twisted and crooked. After much effort/correspondences, they did do the right thing and replaced the arc and lamp shade at their expense. There were no additional costs to me for shipping, restocking fees, &/or replacement costs.

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

I purchased Madden15 coins with my son. We paid through PayPal. After the order, IGXE asked for a copy of our photo identification,which we provided. We then learned through the monitoring services to which we subscribe that IGXE placed our identity data on a site for sale of such data to identity thieves. Also,we have never received the coins as of yet, and their customer service representatives will not communicate at all. This is not only a scam in terms of taking money from people, but it is a dangerous site. Beware. Avoid.

Well they did not have it in stock, there website said they did and when it still had not arrived after 2 weeks, I cancelled. A friend at work recommended I phone Pauls TV and I spoke to Shane. I got a great price and the TV was nicely unpacked in my house 2 days later at the time agreed. The whole experience with Pauls TV has been great. Shane explained the procedure and kept in contact with delivery, extended warranty, etc. I definitely will use them again for any purchases and I certainly recommend them.

I ordered a Panasonic 65" TCP65ZT60 from Paul's TV December 29 and was promised it delivered by January 4. I was promised White Glove service and to be called 3 hours before delivery. The shipper Radiant used a third party Mobileair and these details were not passed on to them. The box sat in storage for over 2 weeks because the shipper failed to call or update the tracking number on the product. Turned out it was delivered January 7 and over 2 weeks passed before I found out about it. Shipper just left the box and looked for someone to sign for the box, they did not allow anyone to unbox or inspect and certainly didn't care if I signed for it or not which I DID NOT. I was very unhappy so I contacted Jarad my salesperson at Pauls's television I told him that I would not be able to inspect the television as I am now away and that I expect them to honor a return if any problem arises as they did not ship it with white glove service nor was it unboxed or inspected. He defiantly said no and said once the shipping company has left it is no longer their problem. I return and unbox it today (January 29) from the warehouse No damage to the box and the glass panel is smooth and pristine with no cracks however their are multiple cracks inside the panel clearly the result of manufacturing defects or shipping damage. I contact PaulsTV customer service this time and once again get given the run around, I was told to write an e-mail, they wouldn't give me a claim number and I was told I have to take numerous pictures of the panel front and back and the box. I start preparing this e-mail and take the pictures and 15 minutes later I am contacted by someone from PaulsTV who tells me my claim is denied, even before I have sent in the e-mail. I ask them how I can ship the television back to them and they tell me that they will not accept a return and refuse to give me the shipping information. Well $2799 USD for a television and before fully unboxing it or plugging it in for the first time I am already told by Paul's television they will not accept a return. Further Panasonic will not accept a warranty replacement or exchange as the fact the television has not been unboxed yet means that it was damaged in shipping which they do not cover. NOONE AT PAULSTV could care less about their CUSTOMERS or any AFTER SALES SERVICE. I suggest to all of you to follow up any claims with BBB, Panasonic Head of Sales, Ripoffreport, yelp.com, Paypal and/or your credit card company. I will give Paulstv a few days to resolve this dispute otherwise any and all legal remedies available to me will be exhausted.

After receiving it and having one of the Dell techs talk over the phone and do a remote they agreed to ship out another one. The problems continued. It was slow and often freezing up and there were several calls to Dell and more remotes into the laptop amd several reinstalls and it is still not anywhere near the potential a new laptop should have. Also, he was told that the 30 day Dell tech service was over on June 4th and it would cost $100.00 for every call now. So I purchased a Dell lemon and am extremely disappointed as I have bought others laptops and desktops from Dell but I will not own another nor recommend to anyone. I will purchase from Walmart or Costco from now on. I am positive that even a refurbished laptop would be better than the Dell INSPIRON 3580 I will check with my credit card company and PayPal and see if there is any recourse. To say the least I should be able to ship it back and get a full refund. I will be posting this same review on any website that reviews laptops for people to stay away from Dell.

I ordered a pendant light on Wednesday which arrived on Friday. Not only that but I had forgotten to include a bulb in the order. This was remedied with a call to the company which acted immediately to include the new item in my original delivery! I would like to express my thanks to all at Jim Lawrence for sorting out my order so quickly. I recently purchased a triple pendant light and was so happy until I noticed one of the glass shades had a mark on it. I receive excellent customer service and the faulty shade was collected and a replacement sent out in days. Considering the difficult times we are all in I have to say how impressed I am with Jim Lawrence company. The quality of the light is outstanding and I would thoroughly recommend Jim Lawrence. I will definitely be returning for more products. Very satisfied customer.

Had to put together a new computer, a proper workhorse and gaming rig, to keep up with all the things I throw at it. Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!

My Hubsan Zino H117S drone fell from the sky on the third flight. I saw the lights go out in mid-flight and the Zino falling. I did a search for 3 days and I did not succeed in finding it. Hubsan does not care about that. They replied to my email saying "Sorry, not mean to suspect what you mentioned in your email, just a little weird sounds." I spent my money, flew 3 times and lost my money. If you buy something from Hubsan keep in mind that there is no guarantee.

I recently ordered a Hubsan drone for 191€. On the first day, several functions do not work. The Return to Home mode, the Follow me mode and the Failsafe mode have all not worked. On the second day I wanted to let the drone fly again. After a short time, the Drone has not reacted to the remote control, has made itself independent, has risen and then simply flown away I then wrote to Hubsan. As a reason for the fly away and for the non-working functions W-Lan signals are to be responsible. Hubsan assumes no responsibility and does not want to reimburse. I wonder how Hubsan imagines this in 2017. W-LAN signals are everywhere in Germany. SO THE DRONE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR GERMANY. After a long discussion they wanted to send me a new Drone for $165 without carton and accessories. I declined. Another $165 for a drone that flies away again? No thanks. I am now waiting 19 days but fearing that I will receive no compensation. That's why I put this rating in the hope that not even more people buy these bad products from Hubsan. I spent over 250€ and had less than 30 minutes of fun with the Drone. If you want to buy a Drone should not buy Hubsan. You better make paperplanes out of money and throw them from a bridge. They fly longer. I lost 250€ because of the bad products of Hubsan. I have not received a refund or a new device. Hubsan admits that their drones are very easy to influence but refuses to make a compensation. Companies like this should be banned selling something! I have the Drone as used in the instructions and it is nowhere in the instructions that W-Lan signals disturb the connection. If you want a drone that can fly away at any time and a bad support that makes you angry? Then choose Hubsan
