Was for a Hen Party and I had to inform the girls it hasnt arrived and the event is today. So Raging.. Have asked for a refund and have been refused as it was personalised.. Stay away and shop local.. that’s the best advice I can give..

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

I live in a place with little to no Japanese food or markets, so Bento&Co is a great option for me to get things to use in my lunches. Good quality bento boxes can be surprisingly hard to find on sites like Amazon, so it's great to have a store dedicated to it, that also has a lot of collaborations with different brands. Everything I've ordered has been great and I haven't had any issues with defects or shipping. Would recommend for people who are interested in bento lunch boxes!

Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-) There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I initially contacted Foster about a part last June and a man named Tim got back to me. Was very helpful and the responses were within a reasonable timeframe. My customer only decided to get the parts in January. The correspondence was very difficult, responses were taking weeks to come from foster. I could not make payment as the pro-forma invoice took nearly 3 weeks to generate and the parts could not be shipped until payment was made. I really hope this was a one time thing. I felt sorry for Becky who was dealing with my order as she was waiting for the invoice to be generated to send to me. It must be a nightmare for her to have people constantly sending angry e-mails for something that is most likely out of her hands.

Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

I Wish I saw their rating before I purchased from them. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst, they sent the wrong vacuum and then charged me a restocking fee, btw it too them a month to refund me for the wrong vacuum they sent me. I would never buy from them again, don't know how they stay in business.

This has been the first time I have placed an ordered with Cellarit. I don't understand the free sample part... it looked like it charged me $3.00 when I put it on there, but maybe not. I would have liked a trading number so I could follow and see when my package would arrive, but it came pretty quickly at least. I liked the vacuum sealed bags, and the mate' itself is good. I like that you carry several varieties, so I can try different ones, but you don't carry our favorite brand, Guayaki, but they seem to be hard to supply, so it may not be on your end. Thanks

Goyerbamate is, by far, the best source in North America -- I've tried them all -- of yerba and accessories. Prices are fair, shipping is swift (and free with orders over $75!), and there's always a generous selection of free samples for trying new flavors. The company is immediately attentive to questions, or to solving minor order glitches -- often the owner, Rick Wiman, responds personally. My thanks to him and his staff for keeping me well stocked with the yerba I awaken to daily. If only all businesses cared as much about their customers and products.

I spoke to Tish from Turnkey Parlor and she was amazing! She responds to you quickly, by email phone even text! My push cart was rejected when being delivered. I called Tish when I found out my push cart was rejected and she picked up right away. She fought for me and was able to get the delivery guys to turn back and re-deliver again even though they left 40+ minutes already. I had a specific set of furniture that I was interested in and OfficeDr.com was the third company I approached and the only only one that said I could get the set of desks that I wanted (the other two companies said I couldn't customize the desks the way I wanted it). When ordering, Pat was Extremely helpful during the purchase process. She drew a mockup of the desks to make sure that it was what I wanted. When the desks arrived from the manufacturer, there was a problem with one of the filing cabinets. She quickly worked with the manufacturer and resolved the problem. Awesome experience. I highly recommend My Decor Center. In all of my years of retail work (over 10), as well as a shopper, I've never experienced better customer service then the service provided from My Decor Center. I purchased an extra large sofa (over 250 pounds, so LARGE), and it's acquisition and shipping has been managed first rate with great attention to detail. Other companies, would have charged me significantly more to ship, while My Decor Center researched and arranged shipping FREE! While I do not personally know anyone at this company, I feel like I've been taken of as if I'm family! I'm a customer for life!

Please think carefully before you use this company. We received a faulty oven that had to be returned and it took a month and threat of legal action to get a refund. The customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. The policy is that you are never able to speak to a manager or anyone in authority, you have to complain by email which is then ignored. To anyone who has already had a problem, please speak to Citizens Advice, they log the problem and hopefully they will refer the company to Trading Standards if they get enough people contacting them. They sent me wine, that made me happy. The wine was very, very good. When it wasn't they sent me a replacement wine. When I review a wine, they send me another wine. They are very good and have excellent advisors. My wife does not like me liking them.

Diabolical company! Their discount codes are almost impossible to use. When you do place an order they get it wrong. Delivery doesn't happen when it is meant to. When trying to rectify the said 'wrong order' they try and persuade you to keep the cheaper bottle of wine they sent by 'mistake' rather than receive your more expensive expected delivery. They don't offer any compensation for having to waste 3 days waiting for wine to turn up and then getting the order wrong. My advice is steer well clear and use Laithwaites instead.
