Received my piece of wall art today after 2 failed delivery attempts (why do you ship it requiring a signature, this is annoying), the frame was broken on the left side of the artwork causing it to look misshapen. How do you expect the frame to stay in tact when you only wrap the artwork in bubble wrap with corner protectors? It should come in a thick cardboard box.

Have used Art Supplies Online twice to order my father his favorite pencils. The prices are great. Each order took 2-3 weeks to receive, even with priority shipping. Had an issue after I paid for pencils and priority shipping when they sent an email stating they were out of 4 pencils. The email said they would charge me $3 on top of the $9 I already paid to ship the 4 pencils once they came into stock. I did not like the idea of an unauthorized payment on my credit card. Instead of completing the order I paid for they cancelled the 4 pencils off and changed the amount I was charged. I would feel more comfortable using PayPal with this site.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

Also, I took your recommendation about size - I fit can just fit a 6.5, and a 7 is too big - so I'm glad you had 6.75 - although I don't have any rings of that size.

We are from Milwaukee and my Fiance stumbled upon Koehn and Koehn while looking for my engagement ring, He had nothing but amazing things to say from his experience picking out my ring. We have gone out of our way multiple times now to drive back to West bend because the service has been nothing but exceptional. Initially there was a hiccup with the top of the zip. I contacted ecostinger, who were happy to replace the suit; however I elected to fix it myself by pulling out an extra tooth above the zip stop. The full bodysuit is now great for lap swimming in an unheated pool. I wear a bikini top and compression shorts under it. When I come out of the pool I peel off the suit and slip into my robe.

My Wal-Mart-bought suspenders work fine, but eventually the clips rip my jeans. Found your video online, and trigger snap suspenders sound like the answer to that problem! Site was easy to navigate, easy to register, and easy to order! Looking forward to my new suspenders! Update: Now that I have them, they work great, but they seem to twist in the back sometimes, due to the way the trigger piece spins on the end. Would an X-back eliminate that? Is that even available as a trigger snap? It might just be that I'm not used to the way Y-back feels on my back.

After placing my order I received an email to inform me that as soon as the portion of my order arrived from the manufacturer they would send out my complete order. My first order was on back order, I called and they found me replacements and shipped them immediately. They came in a few days later which is amazing as I live in Alaska. Sadly they were a tad too small so I called and re-ordered and the nice young man I spoke to arranged to have them shipped to the address I will be traveling to next week. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service, seldom found these days.

The shorts I bought from Cooltan are comfortable, and they're made out of a very nice feeling material. They don't have any inside liner, which is what I like. I live in Arizona so I swim constantly- during the summer almost every day. These have held up to all that, and still look and feel great so I am happy.

Lots of issues with shipping. Customer was easy to talk to and tried to correct the issue. But I was told several reasons for the problem, but was told initially that you guys don't stock the boots coming from the supplier. Then eventually the boots shipped from your store in Annapolis anyway, customer service was great they eventually fixed the issue, but overall it seemed very disorganized the process. But I do have my boots now, I'm happy with them. In the end that's all that matters. Thanks.

Shipping was a mess with my order instead of getting them on a Friday I got them the following week on a Wednesday and I call support he told me that the boots was coming from a new store and they hadn't processed them right for pickup so if I wouldnt have call they would still be sitting there he apologize and said he was go credit my account with 10 dollars never happened

HORRIBLE!!, NEVER AGAIN!! will I spend my money with Dudes Boutique, they are deceptive and they'll tell you what you want to here to get your money and screw you over. I made a $1800 order with Dudes Boutique back in March 2022 for three pair of Mauri shoes which was suppose to take no more than three months, in July 2022 five months later two pair of shoes finally arrived in total shock that after five months I received one white pair of shoes that were stained from glue used on the shoe depite the shoe looking like a used shoe poorly manufactured as shown form the pictures down below, the second pair which was suppose to be all red were half assed and not what I ordered, and a third pair that I still have not received. After contacting Dudes Boutique with my issues they told me to send the shoes back with a provided shipping label and they would handle the issue and get everything back to me promptly, two months go by and I did not here a word from them, so I filed a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. Heres where the deception begin the shipping label and tracking number that they provided me to ship the shoe back showed that they never received the shoes back although they had them my card provider refused to issue me a refund for my $1800, at this point i'm forced to try and work something out with Dudes Boutique cause now they have all my money and I have nothing to show for it. They agree to give me a $844 refund for the pair of shoes I did not receive and the shoe that I sent back would be corrected and sent back, needless to say I received the same red and black shoe I returned that was incorrect and the same poorly manufactured and stained white shoes that looked worn with $844 and it's December 2022 ten months later! Not clear if I got free 2 day shipping like the sign up thing on the front page said I would, so if possibly please make sure it is 2 day shipping like I was inclined to believe due to the sign up box. I used the code from the auto email when I didn't buy this shirt at first, so might of been wrong code, but I didn't see an email with the other.

Thanks for making it easy to see the availability in color and size for each sweater. I also found the Ply# at the beginning of each description helpful. The short videos showing models demonstrating all views of the sweaters was helpful; perhaps that feature could be included in more of the sweaters.

Gals I choose (my first buy) the 4-ply Katherine Crew Neck in Chocolate. I got size-36 but a 38 would be better, cashmere tends to run small. I am slender and toned, narrow shoulders 36-B bust. I am age-74 have several vendors cashmere. This is the best of all. Neckline stretches slightly to easily open, others do not and gape after a lot of wear. It feels sturdy not fluffy, its silky-soft, and its got a slight faint lovely sheen. The color is rich and pretty. I am eager to own more, like an olive-green 4-ply with front pearl blend-color buttons, a cardigan. Excellence is this company's product and customer care... I am Proud to own Isle of Cashmere. Shipping is well done and quick, got it in time for my holiday trip. Also, it was the e-mail about the Sale that prompted trying and affording such luxury at my age and medical reality, that causes chills and a need for a cashmere-hug....Lady Lynn Xmas 2018

Very poor service, incredibly unhelpful as my issue was brought to attention no more than 5 minutes after my order was placed, I was told nothing could be done to help as everything is automated, I'm sure the guy that picked up my order and put it in an envelope to post could have delayed that basic action for a few minutes. I was offered a future discount on another order, why would I send you more money when you didn't help me the first time. I'm a freelance artist. After reading about this site to check if any of my work was stolen. Instead I found something even more terrifying. They have been selling my PERSONAL PROFILE PICTURES as art prints!!! I have sent violation notices for both images. Is there a way to get this site closed or to pursue legal action?

Sticky9 is great - I've used them when they were under the name stickygram and again after they renamed to sticky9. I bought magnets each time - the first time I used them everything was fine. The second time they accidentally sent me the wrong magnets. I wanted to use them in some Christmas gifts so I couldn't wait for them to send new ones since by the time they'd arrive it would be too late. They still sent me new ones but they gave me a refund for the error. They ship pretty quickly, the magnets are good quality and they are super cute - they're a great idea for stocking stuffers since you can make multiple pictures and give them out individually.

I ordered a set of classical magnet, which was supposed to be a part of a weddig gift for my friends. It didn't arrive, so I e-mailed the customer support and they reordered it for me (free of charge), which meant 2 more weeks to wait, so of course I couldn't give it to my friends on the wedding, but anyway. Then this second order did not arrive either, so I asked for a refund, which they completed immediately. They said it must have been lost by the post (and offered to mail it to some other address), but I doubt that the same thing can get lost twice in a row, and nothing I ordered before has been lost until now. I must admit, that customer support is very helpful and replies very quickly, but besides this I don't find them very reliable.

I used the skin medica vitamin C&E cream and the serum which were given to me as a sample . I used it for 2 days and felt some tingling thinking it was ok . OMG was I wrong ! Ended up with severe burns and swollen eyes and neck with a raised rash. Never ever again!!

I've shared TNS Essential Serum on my snapchat and with all of my girlfriends. My facialist introduced me to it saying I would be kissing her face after I used it because my skin would be so beautiful. Yup, she was right. 6 months later I use it every night and morning especially when my face is "going through something" due to stress or lack of sleep. I'm 30 years old. My other facialist thought I was 24!! She said if I keep using this and getting a facial once a month I'll be good to go for a while. It's a must have - always.

I have a lot of their skincare products; Irish Mud Cleansing Gel, Anti-Aging Cleansing Gel, Water Drench Cloud Cream Cleanser, Ultra Rich Body Lotion, Cucumber Gel Mask, and Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream. I like to adapt my cleansers to the way my skin feels before cleaning, so I use a lot of different ones. All the PTR cleansers are great, though the Irish Mud one is my fave. It leaves my skin looking super clean and if I use it with the Hyaluronic Cloud Cream when I feel a breakout coming, it reduces the reaction. Their Ultra Rich Body Lotion is true to its name; rich and creamy, leaving my skin feeling luxuriously pampered after use.

I ordered on 12/15 and their website promised I would get by Christmas Day. I started checking around 12/20 and noticed it hadn't even shipped yet so I called. They have HORRIBLE customer service as you more than likely will have to leave a message for them to call you back. I even emailed them on 12/19 and they just emailed me back today 12/29. Still have not received my candles and they wanna tell me they are sorry, but they were backed up due to Christmas. Well I'm sorry but you shouldn't promise customers something by a certain date and not follow through. I will NEVER buy from this company again. Be warned!

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

I have been using these products for long time. My favorites are Coconut milk-Orchid extract body lotion with his shower gel. I love that fragance. Also I use the Apricot scrub. Their shower gels don't let skin very dry. Hydrates very well.

I have been using St. Ives facial scrubs for years now I've tried their apricot green tea coconut and even coffee scrub. I think they can do exfoliate my skin very well the only down part would be I feel like the scrubs micro balls scratches your face as I've heard.

who in their right mind, in this hastened life we live in, design a shampoo bottle with a 30 degree angled top? I will bet all the execs at Dove have a bottle of shampoo upside down in their shower! Who would wait 5 minutes for the product to come to you? My wife had bought a bottle of 'nutritive solutions' and I couldn't decide whether to throw it in the trash or return it. Stupid design. I'm going to another product for shampoo.

I filled out a "free" trial survey and then when they wanted my card number I backed out and checked the reviewsfound out it was a scamhowever I put my name and number on there form without submitting it well they won't quit calling me!! I finally confronted them on their scam and they had no defense!! They just hung up on me!! Please someone shut down this company!! Please

Your company is the worst. I just got a collection for a 99.36 bill that I never ordered. I have called you more than a few times over many months and you said the matter was resolved. Each time was followed by a bill for the same amount. And now a collection agency has sent me the bill. The value of my time (and my 850 credit score) that this has wasted has more than exceeded the amount you incorrectly said I owed. Please send me a bill because I think that even the company you have chosen for your collections is mismanaged just as your pathetic company is, and I would rather pay you directly with a certified check. There is such a long and sorry story that is too long for me to go into now, but just know that the litany of ineptitude of your your company is encyclopedic. Please email me the bill so I can pay, but know that I will spend any free time I have while on the toilet with my smart phone giving you bad reviews.

Guthy-Renker has sent my account to a collections agency over NOTHING. I had been a faithful and happy user of Sheer Cover cosmetics for 10+ years. I was on a quarterly shipment schedule, the least-frequent available. As time went on, I used less and less product and it started to pile up. During a move, I was shocked to discover 12 un-opened packages of Sheer Cover. I called and canceled my account. Three months later, I get billed on my credit card for Sheer Cover. I called and they had no record of my cancellation. The product was already shipped so I was instructed to return the product when it arrived, and I'd be credited. Well, nothing arrived. I called and was told I was out of luck. I then opened a fraud complaint with my credit card bank and they got my money back...or so I thought. Then the bills and threatening letters from Guthy Renker started. About six months after I canceled the shipments, I received one in the mail, postage due! I was told by the Postal Service that I could refuse it, which I did. Then I received a bill for two shipments from Guthy Renker. I've called and written letters, all with no results. Now they've sent it to a collections agency. I will NEVER do business with Guthy Renker again. Is my money that I don't even owe them REALLY so important?

I placed an order for a single bar of soap, since it was the first time trying it, and then realized I needed to order one more bar of another type. I reached out to the company to inquire as to how to do this without paying double shipping. I was told to go ahead and place the order and the overage for shipping would be refunded...and it was before the next morning. The soap I received is wonderful! I have only tried the 70% pine tar so far, but expect that the 30% will be amazing as well! We will definitely be purchasing more of their products in the future!

Frequently order from this site. They are very helpful when placing orders! Package arrives quickly and items are carefully wrapped. Thank you for the extra items!! Made elderberry syrup with the dried elderberries; added ginger and honey. Tasted great. Nettle c/s we drink as a tea daily and German Camomile for sleeping at night. Love the dried herbs and powders, essential oils, soap etc and trust they are organic. Thanks again!!

First they increased the price of the item. Then it was taking forever to receive the item even though I had to pay extra for the shipping, so I called to find out why. They shipped my item to the wrong address and then tried to blame me!!!!! Awful... And I'm still dealing with the headache. Stay away from this website unless you want to deal with people who barely speak English and are very rude!

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! It is a great keepsake and has a very aesthetic look to it.
