I purchased from this company in 2008. Extremely disappointing in the quality of the synthetic hair. It's relatively inexpensive and the idea of a light weight alternative too a full covered wig is ideal, however it does not live up to merchants quality. Please consider twice before purchasing this product from this company. Spend a little more on quality else where. The service was okay but would not listen to customers complaints. Shame that, they can certainly learn from it and improve on their system.

I ordered an "Underhair" wig from this company early this year and absolutely loved it! It's so lightweight and perfect for going out or relaxing at home. For the summer I decided to change it up a bit and went with a "Scarfabulous" in a brown/blond blend of hair. I got to pick out the fabric color, too! I was a little nervous about mixing the hair colors, but it matched the hair samples perfectly. I'd recommend anyone to try this out, especially if you suffer from alopecia. They have lots of different colors and styles, even wigs you can swim in! These have been such a great alternative to my regular hairpiece; I really love them.

Zega Apparel has provided my company with quality hoodies and t-shirts since we began our clothing business. They do exceptional work that I can rely on. Screen printing on their t-shirts is bright, clear, and proven to hold up perfectly under tough working conditions with weekly machine washes. Do NOT go anywhere near this place. I am on the verge of legal action against them. They charged me 749.00 and want to send me 250.00 set of veneers for their remakes with no refund of the difference. I have repeated for them to remake what I paid for. They are refusing to do their part.I am still waiting for the 2nd impression kit they said they would mail out to me 2 weeks ago. The rep just confirmed it was never mailed out. I ordered these June 11. It is August and I am still fighting with them. The quality is the worse I have ever seen. They are bulky and look like I have a mouth piece in. My tops were so bad, they dont even snap in place. The bottoms wont go down all the way because they are too small. The rep told me today that they I will NOT get any refund. My only option is to accept the 250.00 classic veneers BUT I have to pay 749.00 for them.... Dont touch this company. You will regret it.

Scam for your money. Cannot believe how unhappy I am with this product. A tooth behind a tooth?? Wouldn't mind if they had smoothed it out to make it look like one tooth but when I open my mouth I'm not receiving compliments I'm being laughed at with two teeth. Honestly shocking I would of gone for the natural set if I would of known the straighter would look like this avoid!!!! Because she basically told me to be happy with what I've got given

There is NO email confirmation, NO order placement information, NO custom service, NO one answer the phone even. I feel like they have made a big difference on my skin. I previously saw a dermatologist, and I was given stuff that was less effective than these products.

I ordered a Raymond Weil Maestro watch as a deal of the day (3/20/13). The watch I received did not have bright blue hands as was pictured (and as I have seen in jewelry stores)so I called to confirm the correct watch was shipped as mistakes sometimes happen. I spoke to someone that asked me to talk a photo and email it and they would make sure it was correct. This seemed very helpful and I sent the email. But then I never heard back, so after Joma reopened after passover, I called customer service again. This time I got someone rude, who would not even look for or look at the email and told me that the pictures on line are enhanced to make the watch appealing and did I remove the cover on the face of the watch. There was no cover on the watch face or back when I received it and the tag was a tag looped loosely on the band so matching this tag number to the model ordered did not give me comfort that the watch was the same. I asked the gentlemen to look at the photo I sent and he refused and told me if the model number matches then just send it back if I don't like it. I have ordered from Joma before, but may never do so again, I should not be treated rudely by customer service when I am trying to confirm something simple, and I said I you don't have to be rude when I am asking a question. And then I was not provided his name when I asked, there was a pause and then the line was hung up. I wanted to update this because I was contacted by another member of customer service and they have now looked at my photo and said it was an error and are working to fix it - thank you JomaShop - Levi & Lada- for restoring my expectations.

The mattress I purchased is more uncomfortable than the one I threw away! I have had nothing pain and sleepless nights since I purchased it. I had hoped maybe it just took time to 'open up' and 'break it in' but it hasn't changed. I reached out to the company for an exchange (Maybe it was faulty? Maybe I needed a different firmness?) fully expecting them to make good with the kind of mattress they promised. The completely refused to do anything about it. They said I was past my trial period (by a month) and therefore had no suggestions but to spend more money on a topper in hopes of making the mattress more comfortable!! Unbelievable! Horrible customer service! A huge waste of money.

I was a little skeptical at first, especially since I didn't find all that many reviews online, some even sounding fake or too good to be true. First off, let me tell you that this review is 100% the real deal and I definitely own a mattress from Amore. Despite the lack of reviews and maybe their perceived authenticity due to the money back guarantee period, I decided to go ahead and purchase this mattress after having researched my other options. Since this mattress was to replace the almost concrete feeling factory king-size bed in my camper, I wasn't looking to spend a fortune. I have purchased another online bed brand in the past, and while that too is a nice mattress, The Hybrid Amore I purchased, not only is a better price, but I think it might be just a tad more comfortable, than the one I purchased for around $1400. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone looking for a med-firm mattress. I am a stomach sleeper, and my wife a side sleeper, and each of us sleeps great on this mattress.

Before last year, I had never been to an Esthetician, let alone even know what one was. However, a district manager in my home based business gave me a card for a free eyebrow wax at the European Wax Center in Morgantown, WV. And let me tell you, it was not only an eyebrow wax, but a true relaxing experience. I loved it. The Esthetician I started with soon moved to another area of the salon and I began going to someone new. Her name is Annalissa. She is a bubbly young lady who, not only explains everything that she is doing and what it does for you, not only in a relaxing sense, but also in a hygienically aspect as well. Needless to say, I widened my waxing experience to a full array of services. This was due primarily to Annalissa. We have since become good friends. Not only for this reason, but because she is a personal professional who is excellent at her chosen career. If you live in the Morgantown area and are looking for a salon providing the services of Estheticians, please check out the European Wax Center. Although, I will continue to make my monthly appointment with the EWC, I will truly miss my Annalissa. I wish her the very best at wherever it is she finds employment in the future. I know she will do very well for herself.

Goods were despatched quickly and were what was ordered, four pairs of trousers, two types. All were labelled as 36L, two pairs fitted two did not. One pair were labelled “Charcoal” but I have not seen green charcoal. I have retained the two lighter weight trousers but when compared to your product of a few years ago, they have been made down to a price not up to a standard.

The phone-based Pro Support is no doubt their strongest feature, and being able to call and talk to an expert on supplements any time of day is huge. Although the quality of Patra's silk products are just about satisfactory, (i.e not great since their underwear doesn't stand up to washing very well and becomes bobbly and eventually threadbare after a number of washes), the real problem is their dispatch service: - absolutely hopeless! Expect a wait of between 7 to 10 working days between placement of order and delivery; - what company in this day and age takes that long to process a simple of order of 2 pairs of underpants?! And what delivery service are they using when they state that their "normal delivery" takes between 3 and 5 days following dispatch? (1st class post will normally get to its' destination after 1 or, at worst 2 days). All in all, given the fact that Patra products are far from being cheap, they do in fact offer a pretty useless commodity.

I have never bought trousers of such a bad quality. Wore them first day and saw that the pockets started ripping. Sew them. Wore two days, the holes became even worse. Was really disappointed paying 26£ for the pair of trousers that ripped on my ass straight after I dropped on the floor a lid and tried to get it. Funny but sad. The worst quality I had ever seen in my life. I do not think there would be any more attempts to go shopping in pull&bear. If you want to spend your money wise - spend it on jeans&trousers that are more expensive in better shops that would serve you longer and would be in excellent condition.

I placed an order and two days later, they emailed me to tell me that my prescription had correctly expired. I asked them to hold the order for another week until I could get a new eye exam. After that, I was able to email them a copy of the prescription and they shipped it out immediately! Very, very helpful and kind customer service. I was very pleased at the price as well! I ordered an annual supply of Proclear Daily 90 pack contact lenses from 1800anylens because it was the cheapest price I could find after performing an online price comparison. 1800anylens saved me over 150 dollars on these lenses, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive them just 3 days after placing the order with free shipping. The only problem I encountered was that 1 of the boxes was already open when I received the shipment, so I immediately contacted customer service requesting an exchange. I was concerned that they would give me a hard time, but instead, they merely asked me for the prescription of the open box and stated that they would send me a complimentary box! I did not even have to bother shipping back the original box! I am a 1800anylens customer for life!

Failed to deliver my item. They blame it on the courier. Ordered a 110 EUR suitcase 40 days ago and still don't have it! I was travelling in a foreign country and needed a suitcase fast, but never got any sign of it. I kept contacting Carpisa asking when am I going to get it (and now since I left the country before getting the suitcase in a local shop I simply want my payment back). Because Carpisa kept ignoring my messages, I contacted my bank and am now awaiting their confirmation for a credit card chargeback. I do not recommend Carpisa! They looked okay (they have a lot of shops worldwide) but their e-delivery and customer service seriously has problems...

From the first contact with this company I have received 5 star treatment until my purchase was complete. The bed I have bought arrived well protected so there was no chance of any damage. The two young men took no time at all to unpack and build the bed in the place it was bought for. No work at all for me. They gave the impression nothing was too much trouble. I was very happy with my Honda Key Chain. I just got a New-to-me 1984 Honda Nighthawk and wanted a Honda key chain. I like the leather, and the engraving is a plus. I put my name and phone number on it in case I lose it. However the engraving is hard to read, seems it needs to be darker, and it could of used a few more spaces since my phone number looks like this 555-2223333, with no room for a second space to separate the 7 main digits. But overall it was what I was looking for and at a price I was happy with and it got here real quick

I own several pairs of Corso Como shoes and I'm truly in love in each and every one of them. The design, quality, style and comfort - are superb! This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I just needed to size up half a size and the customer service was absolutely the best! Now I can't wait for my wedges to arrive so I can wear them until the very end of this warm season! I am loathe to tick even 1 star. 0 would be far more appropriate. I purchased a black glitter jacket to wear over the Christmas holiday. Whilst I expected there to be some shedding of the glitter, I certainly did not expect to cover myself and everybody around me plus the carpets and furniture. The shedding was so excessive that I had to return home to change into something less embarrassing. The staff in the Burton-on-Trent store were obviously speaking from a well rehearsed script to address this problem as was the person who answered the phone in your customer services department. Fortunately I still had the label that was attached to this garment and managed to find the stick on notice that customer services mentioned, well hidden might I add in the inner fold that the glitter may transfer. Definitely not a part of the original printed label, so I assume this is something you have done to cover yourselves from what I can only imagine to be numerous complaints. As Scrooge would say, "Roman Originals, bah humbug." I will never shop in any of your stores again!

Firstly, they have everything on their website as stocked, you purchase your product and then you'll get an e-mail 2 days later stating that your item is out of stock. So all the best chasing them up via e-mail for a refund, because you'll end up sending e-mail after e-mail without them resolving anything. As for me, I've had to escalate a claim through PayPal and now am waiting for my refund, they should have just refunded me immediately when the item was out of stock. This has been a horrible experience. In my opinion, look elsewhere when looking to get cigar accessory products or similar.

I ordered a weekend bag off HotRef as it was 1/3 the price it was on Amazon. At first, I wasn't sure about the order as I had never dealt with HotRef. But I took a chance and am glad I did. Not only did I save about $50, but the package arrived 3 days later (8/28). A day later than Amazon Prime would've gotten it there, but, again, $50 cheaper. Exact item I ordered, no problems with description of the product or what was sent. The only problem I had was that I wasn't provided shipping information until a few hours AFTER the package arrived. Granted, there wasn't a problem in this situation, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little concerned between the order date and the arrival. Excluding that tracking issue, nothing but high marks. 5 stars for HotRef. 4 for their shipping due to that minor issue.

Took over a month to get here. I can't say they deserve a one star but I've seen better products. My daughter did enjoy some of the stuff but a couple of things had leaked during shipping. Think I'll stick to the U.S. store if she needs something desperately but I'll more than likely buy some place else when it comes to holographic. It took forever for me to be able to track my package. I was getting really frustrated by the end and my package sat at one place forever, but then it showed up on my door step. I like to be able to track my package no problem when I order stuff online. So with some of the stuff leaking and some of the products worthless and the lack of tracking, I'm giving them 3 stars. Good luck to anyone that orders from them.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. Their website promises they ship the next day; a week had passed by and no sign of my package coming. The strange part is that you cannot even track your oder like you can with most websites. Sketchy. Anyways I emailed them through their contact me page, never received a response. I had received my order almost two weeks from the original date I had purchased it on. The packaging looked like they carelessly put it together and I looked inside and my order was thankfully right. I cannot complain too much because they did throw in some sample bronzers which put a smile on my face, however I bought the Snooki Ultra Dark tanning lotion. The top has a bedazzled strip, but it was placed noticeably unevenly to the point where the nozzle wasn’t fully screwed in to the bottle. The lid was a little bit open in before I even took the plastic wrap off. Very messily put together and a long wait for a next day shipping promise. Will never order from this website again.

i've been buying from this website since 2012, I always got my orders in full, and this year ( 2019 ) I placed an order, 3 item was short shipped and I still got charged!!! and I cant find anyone to reply my email nor on the phone!!! so there! I lost $45 USD there!! now gonna try to get Palpal involved but i don't think i can get my money back, PayPal says protects BUYER but they actually protects the SELLER ( that was my experience with PAYPAL)

Ordered 25 small pins for my grandson’s second grade class on Monday, March 25. On Thursday, company notified me that order would ship on the next day, Friday, March 29. On Friday, March 29, I was notified that, nope, the order would ship on Monday, April 1. I contacted the company by phone, spoke first to Jessie and was transferred to Madeline. The purpose of my call was to cancel the order inasmuch as I needed the items by Thursday, April 4. Madeline, a very pleasant young lady assured me the order would be sent second day air on Monday, April 1, to arrive by Wednesday, April 3. I agreed and on Tuesday April 2 I received a package from the company. Absolutely, the WRONG item. Once again I called the company, spoke with Madeline and was told there was nothing they could do. However, Madeline pressed on and spoke with her contact, and was told that he would ship the order overnight mail the next day to arrive on Thursday, April 4. Nothing was shipped. Somebody dropped the ball, it was a small order but apparently commitments don’t seem to mean anything. I am left with 18 disappointed 2nd graders. No way to run a company.

Amitiza was withdrawn from the UK market, but I was able to source it on Kiwi Drugs.com. My daughter responded well to this drug and I was out of options as the alternative drugs were not effective. So I purchased the medication from the pharmacy Kiwi Drugs. To be brief my review of Kiwi Drugs will include the following comments: deception, swindled, abusive, offensive, irresponsible, trickery! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are also listed as a rogue pharmacy and high risk. Have been using the Bell Direct platform for 5 years now. It is part of the Bell potter group, of which I used to be a full service broker client, As I like to do my own research and trading the progressive to the Bell direct platform was logical, however I still have access to Bell potters research. I like the comprehensive end of financial year statement that is available for download for the trading year, it puts a smile on my accountants face. However as stated in the title of this post it is "almost a one stop shop", with that I mean, it does not offer international trading platform to the major overseas exchanges, such as the U.S, the U!K, China, of which would save subscribing to say ameritrade options express or like platforms. However for the local bourse in Australia I believe that this platform is unbeatable.

I use Bell Direct for most of my trades so when I applied for Medibank Private shares I nominated their Chess account for delivery. I today obtained online confirmation from the official Medibank website of my allocation and sought to sell today. However Bell would not accept my order until next Monday 1st December when trading on an unconditional basis commences. I wished to sell on a conditional and deferred settlement basis but this was denied. At the close of trading today 450 million shares were traded presumably none by Bell Direct. At this turnover rate there may be no buyers left by next Monday.

I have been buying clothing from this company for a year now. I even brought things at Xmas time and they were delivered within eight days. Some of the clothing from 9goods is replicas but damn good ones. Other items are originals which you can tell by the quality of the merchandise. I reccommend this company to everyone that asks where did I get those shoes. I have brought the exact tennis shoes that are selling in the stores for $160.00 for $35.00 from 9goods.

I purchased one of the Freddy Krueger sweatshirts and the colors are at least 3 times darker than what's pictured on their site. It's so dark it doesn't even look like what it's supposed to be. I sent a complaint email and their reply was they can't guarantee the colors on my computer monitor are accurate. I'm just glad I had a discount code,$47 was better than $69.99. I ordered a sweatshirt mid December and now its Jan 25th and I still have not received it. I have called the toll free line twice but you can't speak to anyone. I have sent many emails asking where the order is and all I get is a canned email response. I paid through pay pal, so I guess I am going to have to dispute the charge since I do not have my merchandise. Poor customer service as obviously something has gone wrong with the order and no one wants to help me :(

I love le creuset however their website is a constant issue that needs resolving. For some unknown reason it rejects my orders and payments. I would like this resolved as I miss out on a lot of their fab offers to add to my collection and I then have to take my business elsewhere. Come on Le Creuset, please resolve this issue. On the rare occasion it does accept my order items are delivered on time and any damages are rectified immediately. I have overall been very happy with the company it is just the ‘rejection’ of my order at the payment process, it’s extremely frustrating and makes me very unhappy ☹️
