I'm concerned with the BBB complaints that are all about your waffling on buyback terms and warranty repairs. Two of your complaints stated that the units did not produce any oxygen output. I haven't even received the new unit yet. How can I give you a positive opinion after not getting the machine yet OR seeing any happy/satisfaction statements on the BBB reports? Why don't you send me a good working unit and I'll give you a good report.

The swivel on shoulder strap is missing a portion of the snap lock. The original discussion with Jordan Abecasis and an e-mail he sent stated I would have a three year warranty. The final receipt e-mailed to me states only a one year warranty, why? Part of the reason I went with this unit was due to the three year warranty along with other factors. I ordered my heavy duty off road scooter 13 April 2020. Mid plague. It takes 3-5 days to deliver. I expected delays but to my surprise I got a confirmation right away. The next Friday when it didn't show I called and it had never left. They said the batteries didn't arrive and it wouldn't ship Friday because they had to be charged. Odd but okay. Need week no tracking number so I called Tuesday to check in. They said a manager would get back to me that day....a weeeek later still nothing. Finally the next week it shows up. My battery died to half in 15 minutes. Cut to two weeks from them and finally got someone to come tell me the batteries are bad. Now it's been a week since the batteries have been ordered and I call to check and there's no order for the batteries. This machine cost 2,700!!! To return it is 20% restock and I have to pay shipping. I was so afraid to buy but I really want my Independence back. I looked into this company for 6 months before I chose it. But I guess I made a mistake. Don't shop with them. The scooter is sweet but it has no power and it's so slow. Due to the batteries being trash. I thought I could go up a little Hill in my yard. I should be able to in this and it flipped backwards and dumped me out.

They were very good with helping return and replacing a new rollator I purchased from them. The first one was jammed in lock position. I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I had a Drive rollator that didn't hold up at all. Tried their Invacare rollator and it seems to be a lot more sturdy, a higher quality rollator. Am very pleases with the product and the service of spin life!!!

Placed an order with Healtylegs.com July 25th 2007 Got confirmation and was told order would be sent. After repeated e mails I was told the items were out of stock, but they would be shipped Aug 24th with a confirmation e mail the day of mailing. Nothing!!! Asked to let me know alternative socks that were in stock, but no response. Nothing on site shows what is out of stock so you rely on company to ship what you order. If I had not sent repeated e mails, I would have not known what was going on with them. Found out my credit card was charged, so I asked for a refund which card co. is looking into. Phone number for Healthylegs-- 503-543-5581 if it is working. Will never order from them again.

I place an order with HealthyLegs on 6/10/06. As of 10/1/06, I has still not received anything and was given the run-around through a couple of emails about a delay. I tried to cancel my order through email, but received no response. I called them numerous times and only got their voicemail which they never returned. I eventually contacted my credit card company to receive the refund. This company is a scam and should be avoided at all costs.

I bought a Dexcom G6 to monitor my glucose from Lifeline Direct. Very fast in despatching the order, items are in reasonable to low price. However, both of my orders were being posted to a wrong address, I don't get why no one would check shipping address. Once was posted to Gold Coast when the shipping address was our Sydney clinic address; the second order was posted to the clinic, when I requested to post it to my home address. These errors have been making our work very inconvenient, otherwise, we're happy with the overall sersvice.

Didn't look up the reviews before buying and I regret it. 2 to 3 days is just a gimmick, followed up after 2 weeks and got a response from Jennifer Delpome that 'it would ship by the end of the week'. Never happened and they have stopped replying to emails. Scamming people on medical supplies is beyond low will be calling 311 to report this scam business.

we bought some medical supplies from 4MD Medical, we didn't received our order complete, they said they were gonna fix it and send the product we were missing, after a week of not contacting us by phone or email to keep us updated we decided to call, we called for 2 days in a row with the second day waiting on the phone for 4 hrs with out anyone answering and just being on hold, we sent an email complaining and they said some one was already working on our case, so far no calls or updates, the is a bad business, don't buy from them, they are awful and just make you waist your time and so far we haven't receive our money back, never buying from them again!!!

I placed an order with this site for around $1000 worth of disability and living aids for my 91 year old father. The site appeared to be provided by a large and reputable supplier of equipment and I was keen to obtain some safety devices as he'd had a few falls recently and I was worried for his safety. I wanted to get the goods as quickly as possible, so I agreed to pay extra for rush processing and 3-day expedited delivery. After a week with no goods, I phoned them only to find that the order hadn't been processed at all. I was initially told that because it was a big order, it had been delayed on suspicion of fraud, regardless of my having paid for rush processing and fast shipping. This is allegedly their normal response to being given a valuable order, would you believe. Then it transpired that the person allegedly dealing with the order wasn't even in the office until the next week, and the customer service person had no idea why the order wasn't being dealt with. But she would phone this person up and try to find out. Later. And indeed I did get a call back to say that this person had been contacted and had now released my order for processing, a week late. And it went downhill from here on. When placing my order, there was no suggestion that any product wasn't normally held in stock. However, to my amazement I was now told that in fact only a few of the smaller items were stocked, with half the unstocked items coming all the way from suppliers on the other side of the country. So in fact 3-day shipping wouldn't be possible. Well then, could they just send what they had and have the rest shipped to me directly from their suppliers? Nope, everything would have to be collected in one place before being dispatched, as otherwise they "wouldn't be able to calculate the shipping". However, I was offered 3-day expedited shipping calculated from the day they had the goods in stock, which wouldn't be that week, a laughable offer under the circumstances and clearly just a way to hang on to the extra fee I'd agreed to pay for shipping. Oh and contrary to information on the website, I had allegedly ordered three "oversized" items and would have to pay up to another $60+ in shipping for just one of them, on top of the $70 I had already arranged to pay for the expedited shipping and the "rush processing". The customer service rep apologized and told me she had emailed the webmaster to point out their error. As if I cared, by this time. And to add insult to injury, they didn't even offer to refund the fee I'd paid for the so-called same-day "rush processing". I canceled the whole order and would strongly advise anyone fooled into thinking this is a large and reputable supplier to place their order by phone, and confirm all the details, costs, and delivery dates before agreeing to pay this company anything. Make sure they can actually deliver the goods and get a firm shipping cost before committing yourself to a purchase. Finally I took the opportunity to respond to their invitation to send feedback. I wrote at length about my awful experience and my disappointment with their terrible customer service, and dispatched the feedback by form from the website with at least some small hope of getting a response, if not an apology. But I got nothing in reply and for all I know they didn't even bother to read the feedback anyway. Worst experience I've had at an online store, ever. UPDATE 9/14/09: These people have the cheek to be sending me spam emails now, even though I never bought anything from them and don't ever intend to.

I placed my order for a new peak flow meter, and didn't get so much as an email confirmation of any kind. Worse over, they don't answer the phone when you call, want you to leave a voice mail, and they don't call back. They literally steal customer's money and never ship a thing.

After being diagnosed urine retention and prescribed daily use of an intermittent urinary catheter, I originally started using various vendors straight catheters. While these worked fine when at home, it limited my activities outside the home. After months of trying different types and brands of catheters, I tried the CompactCath. I found that this catheter was easy to use and dispose of. It also fit discreetly in my pocket and allowed me to resume my normal activities outside the home, greatly improving my quality of life. I recently had supply issues with my vendor and contacted CompactCath directly. They worked with both me and my supplier and quickly resolved my supply problems. I'm grateful to the staff at CompactCath for resolving my supply issues and providing a product that meets all of my needs.

I would not order from this company again. The wait in receiving the order was weeks when I could have gone locally and had the same functional chair delivered and being used within three days. I had to keep contacting the company to find out where the chair was in delivery. The business model is not client friendly. They build a number of chairs before they are loaded on a truck and sent over a number of states before it is delivered nearby the buyer. FedEx Freight was going to charge extra for a lift truck for the driver to get the chair off the truck after I had already paid delivery charges.

In less than 2 years since the purchase of the "Mobility " Scooter for my uncle, the item has all but quit working. We have replaced the battery twice, replaced fuses and purchased a new charger for the unit, as well as taken exceptional care of the scooter, parking it indoors and covering it on the occasions that it is outdoors. Sadly, my uncle has been left stranded many times. The scooter currently only holds a charge for 15 minutes, despite being fully charged. My uncle just called me a few minutes ago. It is cold and raining and he is stranded again. I am very disapointed with this purchase.

STAY AWAY!!!! Ordered a custom lift for my business in March that was supposed to ship in 6 weeks. In August after being strung along with and endless list of excuses and non communication, I had to pull the plug. I prepaid for it, so getting a refund was like pulling teeth. I couldn't open my business without the lift and was bleeding cash daily after Covid restrictions were lifted. Ameriglide didn't care at all that they put me to the brink of bankruptcy. Nick Stelmach and Tim Worley are two of the most incompetent people I have ever worked with in my career. Steer clear of this company!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Bought a curved stair lift and have had it about 3 months now. A somewhat long process as they had to send a tech to measure our stair case, make a CAD for our approval, then custom manufacture the unit for our home. The actual lift arrived about 30 days after we placed the order and they showed up a week later to install it. Have to say it works perfect and we can now relax knowing our mother will not fall down the stairs. Outstanding product and would do it again.

Guten Tag Mit den EKO-Geräten der ersten Generation bin ich sehr zufrieden. In der Rettungsmedizin ist diese Inovation viel wert. Nun habe ich die zweite Generation im Einsatz und bin etwas ettäuscht. Das Gerät ist kleiner, was gut ist. Die Qualität was sie Akustik betrifft ist aber im Vergleich mit der ersten Generation, schlechter. Im Hintergrund ist ein metallisches Fremdgeräusch hörbar. Eine gute Diagnose ist trotzdem machbar, aber es stört einfach. Frage: Ist dieses Geräusch bekannt und normal oder das Gerät schadhaft? Haben Sie vielen Dank für eine kurze Antwort... I'll be adding only a few things to it, but for me it has everything I wanted in one unit. I find myself returning to 'Just Gloves' on a regular basis as I am yet to find anywhere else with such a good range of products at such good prices. Whatever type of glove I require, they have a number of options available - latex, vinyl, nitrile, powdered, powder free, etc. For DIY use when painting/decorating, working on the car or cleaning up after the pets, I always have a couple of boxes ready to use. For slippery work (car oil, grease, etc.) they even have ranges of chemical resistant nitrile gloves that are textured to give improved grip, while still allowing good dexterity and sensitivity to allow you to feel what you are doing while still protecting your skin. I usually find the ordering process very efficient, with different delivery options available. The economy delivery usually only takes 2 days, and is reasonably priced too.

The man with whom I had my appointment said the machine showed that I was hearing better and did not believe that it was worse. I could not get a next appointment at a convenient time, avoiding rush hour home, for another three weeks. And in the meantime I am quite deaf.

I booked with Sam to have my ears de-waxed as my doctors surgery no longer offer that service. I was greeted on arrival and offered tea/coffee whilst waiting as I was early. Sam looked at my medical history and explained in detail the methods used. The actual procedure took only a few minutes and I was very pleased with the results. The service I received was first class and I have already recommended Audify to a friend’s father. I will certainly return when I next need treatment.

I bought a CPAP machine and the experience was fine. But the machine itself was only OK. It was too uncomfortable for me to sleep with on, so I wanted to return it but it ended up being too much trouble. 1800cpap is fine but I guess I'm not sold on the whole CPAP thing.

This place is the best! I read some of the bad reviews, but my experience with 1800CPAP is always great! I guess you'll always have customers who are never satisfied no matter how good a company is. Any time I have had a problem the customer service always takes care of it right away. And not to mention they have the best prices!

I have ordered from HME medical shop twice and I have to say they are very reliable I live in Caif. and ordered a conserver on Monday the 17 I received it Tuesday the 18 at no extra charge I actually ordered online and it was my mistake so I e-mailed and Michael Wise e-mailed me back this was on Friday the 15th so I called and spoke to Ann on Monday the 17th told her what happened and she made sure I got it right , I would highly recommend this Medical shop you can't beat the prices they are way lower than any competitor , I will definitely order again.

My Respironics machine died on me this past week, panic set in and I called National Medical as they provide me with my parts when I need them. I was told I needed another prescription and it would take weeks before I could get another unit. I called Sleep Direct and they walked me through obtaining the data they need to ship me a new machine. It was overnighted to me immediately. Fantastic service

This company deals with very personal and often embarrassing needs. I was so pleased at how Heather took such compassionate care of me, and saw to it that the items I mis-ordered were corrected. She treated me like she'd treat her own mother or grandmother. You're a treasured customer from the get-go! This level of care is getting very hard to find! I live-chatted today with La Toya P who was terrific, then gathered some information and placed an order on the phone with Agnes L. I could not be happier with the help both gave me. I ordered from AliMed 3 months ago. First i think the order was lost, then weeks later when I reached out, they wanted me to reach out to someone different, because the person originally handling was now in a different department. After a couple of weeks, we still didn't have it. Then it was on backorder. Then they finally shipped it, but with the wrong Attn: line on the address. So, I still don't have it. This was for an ADA accommodation. If you have another alternative, go somewhere else!

Order taken but email or text receipt/acknowledgement NOT received. Leaving a voicemail msg ... no return call. Their EMAIL address on the main site is NOT deliverable (says invalid server configuration). Their CHAT involves an inept BOT acknowledgement. It appears any order placed here is a bad idea and I am trying to figure out how to CANCEL my credit card authorization. I have a picture documenting email failure, screen shot of original order, copy of ridiculous chat ... but THIS application won't upload the jpg image i've taken.

I have full body nerve pain and the flex stick has been able to get me out of my wheelchair the past few days. The springs allow the cane to work better than regular canes and helps lower my pain level while I'm out doing things. The springs also make it easier on my joints when I'm walking.

They have very good pricing, however every time you select a Jobst product all this generic brand shows up first. If I select Jobst, I don't want to sift through aleva or some off brand hose. No big deal but they seam to push the lower product maybe they make more profit on it. Sorry it just bothers me and I end up going to another site.

I too had an awful experience with foryourlegs.com customer service. The customer reps, particularly a Rachael were incredibly rude and incompetent and slow. All I wanted was to make a return and they argued over every little thing even though the product had not even been out of the box. In the end they said that I could never buy from their site again!! I am not sure who made that decision, the snippy customer service rep, the manager or someone higher up but it is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of for a retail company, bricks and mortor or dot com. A sale is a sale. Additionally I found their products to be substandard. The support hose I bought were so incredibly tight around my ankles and feet that they caused great pain and were unwearable. They were thigh highs and the top band was huge and didn't come close to my legs, much less gripping them. I thought that Ihad found a good company. Guess I will just buy from the pharmacy or my doctor from now on.

I am very disturbed because the van we waited 8 weeks for was not what we received. When I spoke with Justine Laurette the sales manager he did not listen, he tried "sell me". We ordered 2 jump seats on a long channel ramp. We got bench seat across the second row making the van unusable. At no time did anyone express concern for the mistake. I was expected to fix the problem myself. When I order a customized vehicle I don't want to make changes. The administration was poor and unreliable.

The customer care from our first communication to now has been nothing short of fantastic. Our primary contact, Mr. Ray Fosburg, could not have done a better job of explaining the pros and cons of the different conversions for my specific injury. He really wanted me to get the perfect vehicle for me! We are so happy with our Toyota Sienna! I will not hesitate to brag on Freedom Motors and Ray to others who may need a vehicle for the handicapped. This is a business more like an advocate than a merchandise seller!

We recently had a theft of valuable jewelry from our home so I went online to check out home security systems. I narrowed the field down to two that seemed to provide what we need: an easy-to-use system that can "work around" our three large dogs while giving us peace of mind and round the clock monitoring. While I was online comparing, Courtney popped up at the GetSafe site and offered a chat. She was friendly, helpful, professional and made the interaction enjoyable. No "sell," just working to understand our needs and and providing an explanation of the benefits of GetSafe. After speaking with her, I didn't bother to talk with the other wireless solution company. I called her a few days later and completed the transaction. I'll come back and review the equipment and service after we've had it for a while. But for now I am more than happy to recommend putting GetSafe on your short list if you're looking for a home security system. The customer service is excellent at the start!

This is the second GetSafe system I have recently installed. For the person that never reads instructions (until he gets into trouble), this time went really super smooth. Once the Hub and the App are installed, all one needs to is to install batteries into the other "starter kit components" (siren, door sensor, and motion detector), and place these where desired. Motion sensor and siren should indicate "tampering" but this is normal when moving an armed sensor around. Yes - you do need to call the "Monitoring service" before doing this to let them know you are installing and testing. Once the sensors in the starter kit are installed, then use the App to install any additional sensors/devices you may have purchased and configure the system to your needs. There are lots of configuration options (time delays, different arm sequences, etc.) to personalize your system. One that will typically get you is the motion detector...I reset mine to arm only in the "Away" mode. It comes default armed for all secure modes (Away, Day, and Night). Again, it is real easy to set up, the monitoring service is really quick to call, and easy to configure for personal preferences. .

After researching several scooters for my mother we found one she liked on rhe GoMobility.ie website we ordered and paid for it on Wednesday and on Thurday morning John rang and said would be down with the scooter that day. One that had a better battery than we initially ordered as thats was the one in stock. It arrived all assembled and John showed us how to take it apart and how to use it. While using it there was a small fault with the speed toggle but still ok to use, John said he would replace it on Monday. My mother went out on the scooter for a "walk" and she loved it. It was great to see her gain some independence again. Friday morning John called and said he was on his way with the engineer to repair the speed toggle when they looked they couldn't fix it so they very kindly replaced the scooter and upgraded it there and then with a scooter they had with them. I cant reccomend John and his staff highly enough a fantastic service, so helpful and very easy to deal with. We had previously looked at a different company for a scooter and the service was very poor compared to GoMobility.ie. Thanks again John. From Collette and Sinead

Yet another victim of this site, I placed an order for item that had a lead time of 2-5 days delivery and was charged delivery charges to receive the items in this time. After 4 days my order was still showing processing so I emailed them, I was lucky I got a response unlike others, they told me one of the items I ordered they did not have and could not supply but offered an alternate that was not an alternate it was just made by same company. I declined and asked for a full refund, I was told in an email they had cancelled and I would receive a refund, my order is still showing processing and not cancelled. I have tried to make contact and like others can not get through on phone and my emails are not being answered. Considering this company is advertised as medical this is not the standard of service you would expect, people are trying to purchase medical supplies and this is how they are treated, they now have £50 of mine that in these hard times I need, I can not afford to try and buy my items elsewhere until these give me my money back. I have done a little research and it looks like they are working out from a storage unit in a big yellow box storage. They appear to be more interested in replying to complaints on here and other sites to make them look like they are dealing with people but the reply you get is email us to an email that you do not receive a reply from. So when you come to reply to me here is my order number Order # 1000056448 so now you do not need to ask me to email you. Instead you can cancel this order and get my refund done now. WARNING TO OTHERS PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THERE POCKET THE ITEM THEY CAN NOT SUPPLY ME IS STILL ONLINE SHOWING DELIVERY IN 5-7 DAYS. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF IN THESE TIMES OF NEED IN THE KNOWLEDGE THAT YOU NEED AN ITEM THEY PRETEND THEY HAVE IT WHEN THEY DONT
