Hi, I'm Mihai C. from Houston, Tx, USA. I'll start to say, bad, very bad experience with this clinic. I DONT RECOMAND THIS CLINIC, NOT FOR THE DOCTORS, BUT FOR THE PERSONAL (Buse and Aykut Furan) ARE RESPONSABLE WITH ALL THE ARRANGEMENT. I give them one star, but they don't deserve anyone. I contact the clinic for a blepharoplasty surgery. I start the procedure to find more details. They told me something. I got an invoice with all the expenses, After I paid a down payment of $300, I got a different invoice with more expenses and at the down payment was less amount I paid. In the beginning they offer you something and at the end will came with something else more different. In this time something came in my life, and I was able to make this trip. I ask for the refund for the down payment $300, but they told me, it's impossible, because I'm not in the conditions for a refund, but they will put the money in a deposit for a postpone surgery. Hell, NO, with this clinic anymore. I recommend everybody want to go with this clinic to read all the reviews and before to pay some money to have a final estimation. For me was a BIG CHEAT AND I CONSIDER THIS ACTION A BIG SCAM. DON'T TRUST THIS CLINIC. I know I'm not gone see this money, but at least to inform the future clients with realty.

I have contacted BE since my order was placed March 24, 2012 for $72.00 and they took the money immediately and I have not yet received product or a refund that I requested via email as they do not answer their phones. I posted on their Facebook page and they blocked from their page as well as my email address. Their words are lies, beware of ordering products from this company. She said her web site and database went down and that they are trying to fill the orders, but why block a paying customer from your email and Facebook??

I too placed an order and my account was charged right away in April of 2012. The item I ordered was in stock at the time, but as of today, I still haven't rec'd it. I even asked to send me something else in it's place and I didn't even get a reply to that. I have tried calling them, but they have made it very hard to contact them since you're not able to leave voicemail. They offer an email which I sent but no reply as of today. I tried to call again today and guess what, the number is temp not in service. Anyone have any ideas on how we can get our money back. It don't seem right that so many people have been cheated out of their money?

This clinic is bunch of cheaters, they cheat with grafts number tgey told you 5000 yhen they implant 1500 what grow in the end 500, inside it's not hospital it's supermarket they are trying all the ways to sell you there usless very expensive medicines including serum, shapoo, vitamins, and prp it will cost you more than the surgery, i underwent FUE last yesr very bad results bu unqualified persons, I don't recommend this clinic at all

S.H, London Hi there, the following is a long review, but if you are serious about your hair as I am, I suggest you read on. I have been suffering from hair loss for about five years now, but due to my busy schedule and financial situation at that time I could never get round to doing anything permanent about it, apart from taking minoxidil in cream and lotion format etc . We all know it does help, but can only do so much and and is definitely not a long term solution (and this was starting to bug me). Corona virus came about and due to the nature of my trade I had a rather long break off work ahead of me so I decided to use that to my advantage and do a little research on hair transplants, procedure techniques, costs and most importantly if it works. I looked at London clinics and the prices were out of my reach and also cos of current lockdown measures, I would not be able to see them anytime soon either. I kept seeing adverts on google about hair transplant procedures in Turkey so I decided to investigate. I googled best hair clinic Istanbul, the 10 alleged best came up, I looked into all of them and read a plethora of reviews and the general consensus was (as I kept on reading) is how the marketing is great for these establishments, how they look really fancy and hi tech etc but when your actually attend the clinic, at the beginning Doctor is present, you have a brief and so on but when it comes down to operation time, Doctor does a disappearing act and his so called technicians carry out surgical procedure on your head instead??! This is mainly due to the high number of patients they take on in a day, impossible for Doctor to give you his undivided attention. This was deeply alarming and frankly put me off, sounded like a gimmick to me. I continued to scroll down the google page and came across Diamond Hair Clinic and a Dr Mehmet Demircioglu, I could see he had a lot of favourable reviews so I read upon him and based on what I saw •world FUE institute certified surgeon •implements diamond sapphire FUE technique •takes one patient a day, his whole focus is you and most importantly Carry’s out surgical procedure on your head himself •operation Carried out in a accredited hospital all the reviews (on different hair forums too) I read, Pics of patients before and after, quality of work and so forth. Naturally I had to enquire The clinic manager Mahmud was professional and clearly communicated with me and was not pushy at all. They asked for current pictures of my hair/scalp, I sent them and 48hrs later after Dr Mehmet had carried out analysis they emailed me an evaluation and price for my prospective transplant. Dr stated he would perform Diamond sapphire FUE technique on myself for 5,500 grafts I would be provided with 4 days accommodation at a good quality hotel and a driver who picks me up from the airport and is pretty much there for me during the entirety of my trip. This was all at a reasonable cost and quoted to me as a total package. I made a calculated decision based on what I had researched and I am happy to say I have no regrets. I have had my transplant and just got back home to London recently and I’m more then pleased so far. So here’s how it went down: Day one - Arrival Touched down in Istanbul airport and was picked up by driver. He had my details and contacted me via WhatsApp (Airport has free WiFi for 60 minutes, just have to log in) Driver was Emir and he is personable and courteous, he took me to my hotel but as I had a late flight I was starving, So on route he took me to a good restaurant to pick up a takeaway. Emir is there for you, just speak to him and he will grant your request Day 2 - Operation Day Emir picked me up at 08.00 and and we got to JCI Hospital at 08.30 and I met Dr Mehmet for first time. Doctor was real nice bloke, genuine and easy going demeanour and spoke good English. We had a brief in his office and took our time, no rushing. He explained the days proceedings ahead and we discussed what my expectations were. Doctor is straight up and won’t sugarcoat anything and is realistic about what he can do for you and what’s achievable. Fire any questions at him you desire, I did to make sure I was comfortable. Doctor then started the process by creating a hairline for me and stated this is crucial for operation, took a bit of time to set it right, once attained I was happy with my look and everything had been discussed so we proceeded to operation room. Doctor has two assistants, they work alongside him. General anaesthetic was applied to my head (this is the uncomfortable part and slightly painful) once applied I was good to go and team started to extract grafts from my donor area. Doctors assistants are attentive and competent, no rush job and took their time and patience. Dr Mehmet is always present and is in control of everything. This stage took bout 4hrs but once completed, 4,500 grafts extracted from hair donor area and a further 1,000 from under my chin beard area. It was lunch time now and we had 30 minutes break and I was treated to a nice meal in communal area. Once lunch break was finished, Incisions needed to be made for the extracted grafts. This is critical part of the operation and is where Dr Mehmet goes to work and his skill set shines, he double checked my hairline design again and then went onto implement diamond sapphire technique. Doctor was operating on me for a good 3 hours and took his time, making me feel comfortable throughout. My Crown area is weak so he told me he would really focus on this area to allow implantation of maximum grafts which in turns allows more density. Once he had finished I had a 10 minute break and Then we went onto implanting the 5,500 grafts into my incised areas, once again attention to detail, took their time to set them in right. It does get tiring as is a long procedure but you have to suck it up, this went on for about 4hrs. The last part of operation was PRP Injection and this was very quick as my blood had been drawn earlier in the day (before brief) and had already been processed, so they just injected it into my scalp and then I was done, I felt relieved as it was 11pm! I was given medication/tablets and a neck pillow to take with me and clear instructions on how to sleep in order to protect my grafts and my head was bandaged up. I left the hospital and Emir once again took me to a restaurant to pick up takeaway at my request and dropped me back to my hotel for the end of my day. Day 3 - Rest Day I rested in my hotel and believe me, your gonna need it! Day 4 - Wash Day/Final Day Emir picked me up and we made our way over to hospital. Doctor Mehmet greeted me and we proceeded to take of my bandages and carry out first wash. Doctor explains the whole procedure and demonstrates it, It’s not complicated, but has to be followed by yourself over next 10 days, other details of aftercare explained also and his expectations from you. Doctor Mehmet gave me his personal phone number and I can contact him anytime and vice versa Also I need to send him pictures of my head/scalp on a daily basis so he can monitor progress and be on top of things for me. We finished up after being there bout an hour and I said bye to Doctor and expressed my gratitude. Emir took me to the airport and I caught my afternoon flight back home. Summary It’s obviously way too soon too see any results this early into my transplant, however these guys are a professional outfit and have an amazing work ethic from what I have experienced so far. Doctor Mehmet is passionate about his craft and he won’t just perform surgery on you and you never hear from him again. He is honest and forthright and will be there for you to make sure you achieve what was discussed from the beginning provided you follow his instructions. When you contact him, he does always gets back to you. I just want to say thank you for taking time out to read my detailed review, I hope you find it useful and it gives you reassurance being that you are considering to go abroad for a surgical hair procedure just like I did. If you do decide to go ahead, don’t waste your time anywhere else, go see Dr Mehmet, trust me, you will be in good hands and you won’t regret it.

I was looking into the whole process for months, I eventually chose Dr mehmet demircioglu and diamond hair clinic. We had agreed on 4000 grafts before I travelled over but after shaving my head and seeing it in person he thought 5000 grafts would give me a much better result. Not extra cost! The doctor and his nurses (Who were very respectful and polite all day)extracted 5000 hairs from my donor area, the whole day was long for all, hopefully in a few months time when he hair starts to grow the result is perfect. The operation type was sapphire fue technique which will leave no scars on the scalp. The doctor made the incisions himself, the nurses extracted the hairs and implanted where the doctor made the incisions. Before we started I had a pre operation consultations face to face with the doctor, it wasn’t just a five minute thing it was over 30 minutes. As I was the only patient that day there was no rush, I skipped breakfast accidentally on the day and they even took the time to get me breakfast. The doctor drew on my hairline and talked me through it ensuring i was happy with what he was doing, it wasn’t just a straight hairline, it is better than that when hair regrows it will look natural. During the operation I couldn’t see much but the doctor was controlling the operation, afterwards he sat me down and explained in detail (i had to take notes to remember everything) everything that i had to do post operation. Post operation the next day in the evening i went back to the hospital and met back up with Dr mehmet demircioglu For my first wash on donor area and transplanted area where he then re explained everything and gave me aftercare products for free. From start to finish of the whole process diamond hair clinic provided transfers everywhere, from the airport - everywhere! The doctor gave me his personal phone number to contact him anytime, which i have done, i’ve contacted him so much! Everyday post operation for ten days i had to send pictures over the 4 sides of my head So that the doctor could check on my recovery process. I’m now sending one a week Thank you to the doctor and 2 nurses for all your hard work!

Hello everyone, thank you very much Doctor Erkam. I want to share a few things about how it works. My bald area was not much. 3000 grafts were implanted. My friend was said to need around 5500 or even 6000 grafts. However, since the donor area is not very good, it is said that around 5000 hair transplantation can be done. In addition, the results of those who do not have a good donor area and need a lot of hair transplantation may not be perfect and their hair may not grow well. It is stated that weak result can occur especially in the crown areas of the head. Such a situation was possible for those who need more grafts and for those with weak / thin hair. Therefore, if you want to have nice results on the crown area of the head in the following years, it is useful to have a second session. Probably will do so in my friend. It has been one year since our operation and my results are fine. It is not perfect as I mentioned in my friend, but it is very satisfied. Especially important to accept very difficult cases in Turkey. Dr. Caymaz says that you first lay the foundation of the house so that you can build high-rise buildings on it. In other words, some areas of the patients who need hair transplantation with high graft count may be rare because not many hair follicles have been found or they have not been done since excessive grafting will harm. (over-harvesting) So let your probability of the second session be on one side. This is not the end of the Earth. Before the operation, they said that the cases that are said to be fully cover in 2 sessions were cover in 1 session, and the cases that were called as cover in 2 sessions were cover in 1 session. In other words, in order to say some things, I remember the information that the first session should be done in the best way without harming and at least 1 year should pass. I mean, your operations are done under the control of Dr. Caymaz and it really cares about the operation. His performs its operations according to the latest medical literature. He really accepts 1-2 operations per day and opens the hair channels with sapphire pen himself. The rest is up to your genetics and luck. Dr. Caymaz and his team will do your operation meticulously and send you home. I and my friend are very satisfied for now, but if you need too many grafts and your donor area is weak, you need a few sessions. Thanks.

I preferred Dr. Erkam CAYMAZ again, after which I could not go before the pandemic process and insisted later. I had to buy the plane ticket a few times. Let's come to the operation process. I especially preferred the DHI technique. Right or wrong is discussed. Mr. Enes said that Dr. Caymaz wanted to perform the operation with the Sapphire Fue technique. He said that he did not do all the cultivation in the DHI technique, especially in the frontal region, and that he only followed the operation. I accepted because I knew that even Dr. Caymaz would follow me in the operation and he would give me confidence. It really happened. Dr. Caymaz said that he was really nice at the end of the operation, it made me happy. I don't know what it would be like with Sapphire Fue. According to Dr. Erkam, two techniques, especially those who need 2000-3000 grafts, can be done without shaving. But they definitely shaved the back of the head, the donor area, in both techniques. So I think the team is more important than the techniques. The fact that a real doctor is on the follow-up at the beginning of the operation gives people confidence. I have heard that in most famous clinics, the doctor did not stay at his head, because they cannot stay, because of which one of the 10-30 operations a day will they deal with? Dr.Erkam CAYMAZ really does 1-2 operations to me. And even after their own section are finished, they follow the operation from time to time. I am satisfied. The question mark in my mind is that if I chose the Sapphire Fue technique, I did not know, it would be wrong to speak correctly without seeing the results. Thank you.

After an awful dr visit and ultrasound i came across this amazing place! They were incredibly sweet and helped make my sisters experience much better! We even got a teddy with the babys heartbeat! Super clean and friendly place would definitely recommend!

I ordered the pills and liquid on friday and got my package the following Monday. THe liquid is a little bitter tasting but it seems to be working pretty fast. I want to order the soap next.

Revision Rhinoplasty - October 2018 I had a revision Rhinoplasty with Dr Sultan Hassan in October 2018. I'd previously had Rhinoplasty many years before which had unfortunately had left an open roof deformity. Obviously, due to this I was very nervous about embarking on a corrective surgery. Before my appointment I conducted lots of research and came across the excellent reviews for Mr Sultan. I was instantly comfortable when meeting Dr Sultan, who conducted an excellent consultation and even suggested alternatives to surgery (like fillers). Dr Sultan clearly explained the procedure and risks. I felt he gave a very balanced and informative appointment. I had my revision operation in October 2018, I'm very happy with the result and the care I received during and after surgery. I was previously very self conscious about my appearance, I now feel very happy with the way my "new" nose looks. If you're in need of a revision, as daunting as it is, I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Hassan. If I ever decide to embark on another cosmetic journey, I wouldn't entertain any other surgeon.

I had my rhinoplasty with Mr Sultan Hassan and I’m now fully healed but very unhappy with his work. I’ve been left with deformities and breathing difficulties in my nose, when I have discussed this with him he has been very dismissive and offered a revision by him for a ridiculously high price. I am now seeking a revision surgery from someone who actually knows what they are doing at further expense to me. Do not recommend elite.

I was a bit suspicious about going abroad for a surgery, but after talking to Selin, one of Essi’s patient coordinators in London, I’ve decided to have the operation. I’ve had breast enlargement treatment in Istanbul with Dr. Hakan Guney. IMO, he is a really talented surgeon and a very friendly person. His team was really professional and friendly as well. I am very happy with my new boobs, so glad that I’ve made this decision. Special thanks to my patient care assistant Ezgi. I’ve went there alone and she was literally like a sister to me, I felt that I’m really cared a lot.

Dr Hakan Guney one of the best aesthetics surgeon in Turkey. He is very helpful, calm and professional. I feel safe with him . After the surgery he takes care of his patients with warmth . The most important thing is you will not need reconstruction surgery after he is done with you . I am extremely happy with Dr Guney . I strongly recommend him to everyone.

undergone a hair transplant through Este medical Birmingham/Istanbul. Which was fantastic and very professional. My consultant was Sam, who is the director of the company. I met with Sam back in November 2019 to discuss my hair loss treatment. Sam was excellent and very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He explained to me about a 2 step process; firstly to stop the hair loss and secure the hair that I have currently and the second step was to go to Turkey Istanbul to carry out a hair transplant. The hair loss treatment was to attend Este medical group clinic 2x a week for laser regrowth. For several months and then to have review and see if have stopped the loss and if I am ready for my transplant. I was very fortunate that the treatment worked well for me and my hair loss dropped significantly and I actually started to notice my hair was feeling healthier and thicker. I met with Sam who then told me that he was very impressed with my progress and to move my hair Transplant time frame up. I booked my own tickets and visa and Sam sorted the rest out for me. A week before I was due to fly out I was messaged by Este medical group representative from Istanbul who explained everything about my entire journey from the transfers, hotel, pick to go to the clinic, procedure, and after care. This was very helpful and she helped answer any questions I had. I set out to Istanbul from Birmingham on my journey for my new hair! Once I arrived at Istanbul Airport (very impressive airport by the way) I was met by the hotel transfer organiser who waited for me at the agreed location he then took me to the hotel. The hotel was amazing everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel! I would advise that Hilton take deposit for the room which is transferred back to you this is £100. I received confirmation from the clinic that evening regarding what time the car will arrive to pick me in the morning for the surgery. On the morning of the surgery the car arrived promptly to take me the clinic. Once I arrived at the clinic I was greeted by Ashley, she was excellent, made me feel very comfortable, calmed my nerves, explained the whole surgery to me and introduced me to the team that would be carrying out my transplant. I was then taken to do some blood tests and to meet with the anaesthetist who asked some medical questions about lifestyle etc. I was then prepped for surgery The clinic was amazing, clean, comfortable and very professional. I was asked to get changed for surgery, (I recommend you wear a button top for the surgery day this will be helpful at the end to put your clothes back from the gown they provide you). The process was very good, the nurses cut my hair, connected me to a drip to keep me hydrated and help with nausea and sickness, I was mild sedative, where I was awake but felt very relaxed, this lasted for about 15 minutes in that time I was given my anaesthetic injections, these didn’t hurt just felt like a scratch, the nurse quickly got to work in extracting their hair, I was very relaxed at this point and decided to take a short nap! The team worked quickly and effortlessly to make the process as quick as possible, they continued to check if I was ok or if I was feeling any pain, (I recommend to learn a few Turkish words it really helps with the conversations!) once the hair was removed the Doctor came and drew my hairline and checked it I was happy with it. We agreed and I was told I was going to have some lunch and then they will get started on doing the transplants. The doctor returned to make the insertions for the graphs to go into. This again was more or less pain free but mild discomfort when the injections are put into the front part of your head. This process was very quick and simple and I watched the TV through it all with out even feeling someone working on my head. The nurses returned and started to then insert the hair. Initially I had a consultation with Sam and as soon as we spoke I was so confident to go ahead and make the most biggest decision of my life and have rhinoplasty in Turkey Istanbul. The staff at the Birmingham branch was amazing and helped me with booking my ticket and hotel. When I arrived the hospitality was so good, there was a driver waiting to pick me up and take me to the hotel and also on the day of surgery and throughout the whole process. After my surgery I was looked after so well by the whole team and they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I am so happy that I made the decision to come to este medical for such a big decision. I underwent a open Septorhinoplasty on the 9th of January. I turned 25 a few days before my op I couldn’t think of a better way to start a new decade and chapter in my life. From ordering the test kit online to receiving my results was less than 7 days, I have gone on to be diagnosed with polycystic ovaries by my GP thanks to this service. I have struggled with symptoms for 10 years and my doctors haven’t been able to figure out the issue. I ordered a testosterone test which came back high and showed the results to my GP who then went on following further tests to get my diagnosis finally!! Thank you so much this has truly changed my life. Although the diagnosis is a condition which can’t be cured I now know the problem and will be going on for treatment due to insulin resistance caused by this issue that I would have never known about if it wasn’t for forth.

I was recommended to come to Harley Medical by a friend who had undertaken her surgery there last year. Absolutely grateful for the results and also very happy with everything from clinic comms through information provided. Mr Will Sarakbi is definitely the best. He gave the opportunity to ask any questions I have and has been transparent with everything included in the procedure especially risks. I've wanted to do breast augmentation for 10+ years and only now summoned the courage. Even until the last minute I was really scared however Will and the anesthesiologist Ian were so lovely, professional and re-assuring that all fear disappeared and I woke up calm and happy. I was also very pleased with the aftercare in the Welbeck hospital where my surgery took place. The staff were the nicest, caring and very attentive.

Appointments for my course of treatments have now been cancelled 3 times - each time requiring me to rearrange work and other commitments (even more annoying given recovery time post treatment that needs to be planned). My course was also moved from the original practitioner who I consulted with to someone else, who didn’t understand my requirements and as a result didn’t perform the procedure as intended. The customer service team have failed to provide a suitable alternative and are now being inflexible and refusing to provide a refund for the remaining treatments.

I had trouble changing the pre-selected email address. Could not place the cursor within the body of the email address; had to place cursor on the right of the last character in the email address and had to use the backspace ( and delete characters) to get to the point I wanted to be in.

The HealthLabs.com website made it easy to navigate services and sites in my area where testing was available. Following the link to a test site near me allowed for ease in making an appointment & payment for selected services. The whole process went smoothly and was efficient.

I received scar revision surgery by Mr Christopher Inglefield when the bandage was removed I noticed a dimple around the scar. I questioned this and I was told by Mr. Inglefield “it will go” However after many years it has not gone. I tried to book an appointment and was repeatedly asked to pay £200 for a consultation despite my circumstance. I was eventually seen without charge after many emails and the threat to report to the General Medical Council. During the consultation Mr Inglefield said “I don’t know why it hasn’t gone” and then told me I should have an Xray to see if there is something going on with the bone! I was asked to pay more money for tests and I was been told to go to the Nhs! The next day, I was told by email from the clinic manager “Mr. Inglefield does not feel it’s related to your scar revision” I was also denied my file which contained before and after pictures which would clearly show I didn’t have the dimple before the scar revision. From my research this occurs when the skin is too tightly stitched. If considering going with this clinic I would advise keeping a copy of all pictures and payment records. Also, I was offered my original treatment money back but even that was £200 less. I couldn’t accept it as the new problem would cost me more to fix! I have been a patient of Mr Inglefield's at LBPS for 15 years (original breast enhancement plus later revisions) and have only ever received exceptional care. Mr Inglefield is an expert in his field, and has always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I have never felt rushed by any of the team, and my aftercare has always been very thorough. My results have always been beyond my expectations, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The nursing team are so friendly, and caring and always go above and beyond to reassure their patients. Even during this current time of isolation/restrictions, I have still received excellent and thorough aftercare through emails/phone conversations and a face to face post op check by Mr Inglefield himself at One Hatfield Hospital. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Bouched Rhinoplasty Went for Revisional rhinoplasty after his attempt to fix a damaged nose. He has complete ruined my nose and left me with no dorsal bone so I just look ulgy. He’s ruined my life and left me suicidal. The damage he done to me nose cannot be fixed and I’ve had five different rhinoplasty specialist look at it, and they say cannot be fixed. Do not trust Linia, Mr Aslam.

I have to say thanks to Medaway because truly the staff here go above and beyond to make you feel safe, welcome and valued. So my chat on WhatsApp to arrange my breast uplift surgery was clear and straight forward. I booked my flights and send the details and from there everything is arrange for you. The patient co-ordinators do not get enough credit - the job they do SO WELL. They are always one step ahead to have everything arranged and nothing was too much trouble. Any issue we had was responded to usually within minutes (pre and post surgery). Special thanks to Sena and Alperon for being so great and helpful. So I travelled alone and met at the point of the airport (SAW airport) I was told to and was waiting around half an hour eventually was taken to a driver in a very nice private vehicle who transferred me straight to the hospital for my pre op tests (blood and COVID test) - the drive to the hospital from this airport was around 1.5 hours. Upon arrival at the hospital nothing felt odd and the tests were done very quickly and I was then taken in another private vehicle to the hotel Gorrion (around 10 mins from hospital). This hotel is lovely, the staff has been very lovely and the food is fantastic. The next morning I was collected at 11am and taken back to hospital. There are definitely language barriers but MOST of the nurses will attempt to make things clear for you and if there is struggle they will fetch the translator. The translators are really great and I would say I made a friend with one guy who again could not do enough to help. I was allocated my private room, which as other reviews describe are very nice and spacious and clean. After some time I was asked to change in to gown etc and at around 1pm the surgeon, Dr Feryal came to see me to discuss the procedure and draw on me etc. Dr Feryal is AMAZING. Truly a sweetheart. She is beautiful person inside and out and knows her stuff. I felt a strong trust and connection with her from the start. Okay now comes the waiting - I did not go down for surgery until 8:30pm so the wait felt long and a bit frustrating but I guess I’m a bit inpatient. This is the part I did not like. Being wheeled down to theatre was a bit frightening and this is the part I’m a bit traumatized about. This was my first surgery however so for some may seem fine but I’m giving my honest account. The rooms are open and I was going past patients already down there - obviously this is a hospital so is to be expected - in the theatre room there were some men (dressed quite casual not in scrubs) just on their phones etc - without a doubt the theatres here are not as sterile as you would expect back home it seemed a bit like a scene from hostel. I was asked to get on the bed, then they began to strip my gown off me and then strapped my legs and arms to the bed and I could feel myself shaking from fear and wanted to back out at this point. It seemed a bit inhumane and I could not understand what they were saying. Then the one guy told me he’s going to start putting me to sleep and the last person I saw was Dr Feryal who told me to have a nice sleep. When I woke up from the surgery I came around pretty quickly and I remember I was shaking uncontrollably, they did pre warn about this before my surgery so I was not too worried about it. I did feel pain and I began to be moved instantly back up to my private room from earlier. To add whilst under I was fitted with a catheter and obviously the surgery drains which I was not made aware about prior. The pain was bad but I just had surgery so again this was not a factor for me. It was now around 1am. I was alert and texted my husband etc and all in all o was relieved at how ‘fine’ I felt. I slept on and off all night and the nurses were checking on me throughout the night. One thing I will say is generally you have to ask for pain relief or dressing changes etc but it is always provided through the drip. The nurses are young and MOST of them are friendly, personally I found the day shift nurses were a lot more approachable than the night shift ones and they were very sweet. Although the cross contamination is pretty high and hand washing / gloves etc seems forgotten a lot. Sometimes on the night shift i kind of dreaded the shift change because I knew the care was not as nice. The care lady who works on the ward is adorable; she spoke no English but she showed the most compassion. She was constantly holding hand to give it a little reassuring squeeze when she sensed we were uncomfortable or she was bringing water in to the room all the time. She was amazing. I was up less than 12 hours after my surgery and was walking round the ward at 5:30 am. To be honest I just wanted the drains and catheter removed. The next morning Dr Feryal came to see me to check the surgery and wounds and was really happy with my progress. She instructed the nurses to remove my drains and I could be discharged to the hotel. The nurses re dressed my scars and removed the drains and catheter and just wanted to see that I was walking okay etc. I never went to the hotel and actually ended up staying in the hospital for 2 more nights in the hospital as my sister had a different surgery and had really bad complications and ended up having blood transfusion and emergency surgery. Again, although this was not ideal and to be honest I don’t think a fault of Medaway , more one of those things that can happen with major surgery. But to add , the staff really have done all they can to reassure me through this quite frightening time. And as this review is based on my own experience I have to be honest with how it was for me despite the other complications. It was my choice to remain at the hospital with my sister and not go to the hotel, so I was sleeping on the guest chair on her room, but they were still providing me with food and water and blankets. I have to add that the food provided is AWFUL. Personally I don’t like any of it and I would much rather go down to the hospital Café who serve pretty much everything and is super cheap. The nurses and Dr Feryal was checking me everytime they came to my sister and still making sure I was okay and healing good. Okay so once my sister was out of the dark and we were allowed to go to the hotel again and checked over by Dr Feryal and given the clear to leave. We were taken to Mercure hotel which although is nice, it was not as nice as Gorrion and from the start the feeling was not the same the staff were not as nice etc. after the ordeal we had , we just wanted what we knew so we contact the patient co- ordinator and asked to be moved and within the hour they arranged transport and changed our hotel back to Gorrion. Again , nothing is too much trouble and I cannot stress enough that you are VERY WELL looked after by Medaway. When we arrived at Gorrion and settled the hotel nurse came to see us in our room - Irem is the most lovely and kind nurse ! She re-dresses our surgeries , checked us over, had a chat with us about things to do and places we could go etc and again you feel like no mater the hour of the day she’s going to be there to look after you. I also sent a message at around 22:30 to say I was worried I had pulled one of my stitches and had some pain and Irem sent the other nurse straight to my room to check and change dressings. The reassurance is always there and was very needed. Now I’m on my final day and the car is arranged to take me to the airport later. I am only 4 days post surgery so I cannot be sure but so far my boob uplift is looking great and healing amazing. The experience is daunting , coming abroad for surgery etc and truly i personally, would not do it again. But this is not a reflection on Medaway or my results. I think you have to be a strong person and just set that expectation that it’s not just a small procedure. These are big surgeries and as with any surgery, complications can happen. Again, this was not with me but I saw first hand with my sister how things can sometimes go wrong and the risk you are taking. And in another country where you don’t fully understand what’s going on all the time (despite best efforts by everyone) or can make it all the more frightening. But this was my choice. I have given an in-depth review so that people can make their own choice but please please do not go in to this naive. Overall, Medaway truly are a fantastic organization who really do care about their patients. It is well organised and to compare to the UK this would be like top private healthcare for sure. It’s just that some of the processes here in turkey maybe different from the UK. I would recommend the company and I can reassure anyone who is booking or has booked with Medaway that you are in safe hands with these amazing people. I’m sure that I can contact my WhatsApp group for advise even after arriving back in the UK and time will tell for the rest of the results. My experience with my DNAFit is awful since I purchased the DNAFit and 4 days later i did not received my report. I contacted the customer service for clarification and my problem isn’t solved. I tried contacting additional times with no success. The customer service replied 3 days later at first saying they would pass the info to IT. Still I asked for further info with no replies. I tried calling the indicated number but no one attends my calls. Is it a scam?

The experices was very good overall the only thing i could suggest is that there is a lot of information to fit into 30mins so either opting for a longer session or just making them longer in general.

I am 30 years old and I have been thinking about getting this procedure done for a long time. After a long search I decided to book a consultation with Dr.Gupta as I wanted to be followed just by one of the best in this field with lots of years of experience and many procedures done. Dr Gupta is very friendly and professional, and he explains the procedure extremely well, including pre and post-surgery details. Side effects and recovery time were clarified straight away and also expectations were discussed in a practical and realistic way, which I found very honest. I did non feel any pain during the procedure and I was able to go home shortly after walking on my own legs. I was immediately able to walk and do basic activities and I could go back to my normal exercise routine at the gym in about 15-20 days. I am now 6 weeks post-surgery and I am extremely happy with the result. It is truly impressive. I have no scares and I am totally satisfied. Dr. Gupta is fantastic! From the moment I first met and sat down with Dr Anthony I felt at ease. He is so calm and has a friendly yet professional demeanor which gained my trust straight away. He gave me pre and post op advice and also told me what to expect both throughout the process and realistic results. On the day I was nervous as I had never undergone a procedure before but Dr Anthony and the team had me giggling and making jokes until the moment I was sedated. For some reason i just felt safe and calm in their hands. From the moment I regained consciousness I was well looked after and they were gentle with me. I had the vaser liposuction done back in August 2018 with Dr Edwin and I must say the experience couldnt have been worse. I was very keen on undergoing the procedure as I was going on a beach holiday shortly after and wanted to be in good shape for it. Dr Edwin and his assistant Gill downplayed the entire procedure and made me believe I was able to go back to work within a couple days but instead I was off for two weeks - I had my flanks, lower abdomen, upper abdomen, and lower chest wall treated. They were very sales based and didn't seem to care much about the needs of the patient which was off putting but I was desperate to get the procedure done and they were the only company I could find that would perform the procedure within two weeks. A couple weeks after the procedure I was experiencing some unusual pain and wanted to speak to someone about it but was unable to get through to anyone (left number several times and received no call back). In terms of my body, I am still very lumpy and I've had to see another doctor and it turns out there are still pockets of fat that were left over which can only be removed by undergoing vaser lipo again. Another point to make is that he had forgotten to treat my flanks so I'm still very bulky in that area and they refused to give me a full refund for that particular area that they didn't treat (only refunded 50% of it and even that took months for them to process).

I had a breast reaugmentation with uplift by Dr Prashad in September 2019 at Newton Le Willows hospital. They didnt contact me to book in for a followup with the surgeon until a year later saying it had been missed. I told them I was unhappy with my results as the surgeon had used smaller implants than I had previously even though I had asked for bigger and I still have loose skin. They never contacted me again. Now only 3 years later I'm looking into having surgery again with another company to rectify the problems. Overall very disappointed.

Mr Prasad Tummy tuck Everything was great until I started to have problems . Too long to stay here and rant on about .Worst things though for me . Feeling like nobody is listening 18 months down the line after finishing in A+E finally he intervened . I had 3 weeks of drainage to relieve the excruciating pain I had endured up until then as pressure had built up more and more Its near on 2 years now .Still having problems . Not even tried to go back as I m done with feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. Been to an esteemed surgeon for a 2nd opinion . Horrified by what I have been told .Collapsed abdomen wall .So called muscle repairs ..dont even want to think about it ...apparently split down the middle. Liposuction either not done or done incorrectly ...and much much more . Will need now to live like this as further expensive remedial work is not an option .

I have health insurance, but it seems like it takes weeks to see a doctor or for them to have certain reasons to get blood work done, and I compete so I like to know how my body is functioning. I signed up to get my blood work through personal labs through my friend pat hart , and he was so helpful. Then I got my blood work done l, and not even the next day I had my results at the touch of my fingers in my emails, and even on my own time. We agreed this should be really easy and noninvasive. $1800 was paid and an appointment made. The guy that made my appointment did not set up a following appointment and it was not explained to me how often I would need to go. I had 10 appointments and Daisy thought 8 would do the trick. I came in, met Katie. She had to start my appointments over because there were not appoints available for the next couple of weeks. She gifted me an extra appointment due to this. She was thinking maybe 6 treatments would work. She talked about measuring and taking pictures to show the difference. I was never measured by her, however because I work out, I do measure myself. I was at 22 inches. We took pictures at another appointment, I do not remember how far in. There were 2 pictures taken in 2 different rooms with different lighting and a different distance from the camera. It was just a small amount that needed to be fixed . This should have been a very simple job. Months later I told Katie nothing has changed. She consulted Daisy and was told she was not using the correct temp on that area to melt the fat. She turned up the heat. Still nothing. I have record of all my appointments and 30, yes 30 treatments later My inner thighs did not change. I told her this was not working, and we needed to look into getting my money back. She understood because she did not see a change either. She consulted a new manager, Charles who I had to chase down to contact. He was either in meetings or behind closed doors. At one point he was out with Covid. No one told me he was out so I was getting very upset. I called one more time and was told he would call me back, I declined and asked to speak to him at that time. I was told he was giving an interview, I waited forever. His interview was more important that my call. He said he would submit the info and the answer I got back was that the “medical experts” looked at my 2 pictures that I mentioned above and determined there was a slight change. Funny because I was still measuring at 22 inches. I am not the type of person to return things or make false complaints. I like to sleep at night with a clear conscience. I am so disappointed in this service. I really wanted this to work and believe it would due to the small area to treat. I feel so cheated and betrayed. I have never used social media as a tool to force someone to give me my money back or to say bad thing so please don’t make me start now. With all the time I spent traveling and the gas and tolls, just to have this treatment I am asking to have my $1800 returned. Please understand, I received absolutely nothing for $1800. I did lodge a complaint with the BBB and was told Sono Bello was going to contact me and no one did.
