I ordered a boss mango wood wardrobe, double bed and mattress in November for my daughter's bedroom. Ben Homes were extremely helpful prior to ordering, I telephoned a couple of times with questions before making my final decision. They emailed me extra images and information on the products as I was to far away to visit the showroom. Once I had placed my ordered the service was extremely efficient. I received the goods within 10 days at exactly the time arranged for delivery and the guys even put it together for me, which I was not expecting! The bed is excellent, one of the wardrobe doors a bit sticky on the catch but no big deal, the mattress is firm but comfortable, my daughter is delighted and for me it was a pleasure to do business with a comany that seemed to genuinely care. I live in a place with little to no Japanese food or markets, so Bento&Co is a great option for me to get things to use in my lunches. Good quality bento boxes can be surprisingly hard to find on sites like Amazon, so it's great to have a store dedicated to it, that also has a lot of collaborations with different brands. Everything I've ordered has been great and I haven't had any issues with defects or shipping. Would recommend for people who are interested in bento lunch boxes!

Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-) There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Thank you and thank you Keiv for your hard work!

Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you

I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

We spent 5 months looking for a company who could supply and fit a room divider yet no one looked after our needs, until we came across this wonderful company named Bravo London spearheaded by the great engineering expertise of Roman and Alex and they immediately turned our 5 months wait into a 5 day start to finish experience. Bravo London has an excellent showroom to suit all your needs and they spend quality time in considering your requirements and give you the most costs effective solutions. The entire process of choosing to installation is superfast and Roman will make a personal visit to the site, measure up and show you all the samples on site how your proposed fitment would look in its true surrounding. The fitting team are also absolutely professional and very caring in making sure the job is done perfectly with minimal disturbance to the property. Specs: Family of 4 (1 kids and 1 baby) plus a senior medium-sized dog relocating from BC to ON during COVID-19 pandemic. Our trip was unique in terms of the season we did it: imagine having to exercise complete physical distancing, and the majority of the RV stops and parks are closed to decrease the impact of a pandemic. Sounds like an horror movie, but it was the opposite! Canadream Maxi RV (MHA) unit was extremely reliable, easy to maneuver (first time driving a 30'), and comfortable. The Canadream team was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and was able to address several of our requests in no time. Distance ~4,500 km Mileage was around 3.0-3.5 liters per 100 km Gas tank: ~200 liters Propane tank: 63 liters

Was very impressed with the Simon, the engineer who installed the water softener and filter. The quality of the installation is superb (no HEP fittings which I abhor), he thought through the installation and recommended a different layout which provided us with a neat and compact layout. Well organized piping layout and neat soldering, why can’t all engineers take such pride in their work? Also appreciate Anne, who arranged the installation, adjusting their schedule to accommodate us. Very impressed with their attitude. Thank you!

I applied GlazeGuard Gloss Ceramic and Porcelain Tile Sealer H/Gloss on my wood look porcelain tile. I have approximately 1,000 sq ft, my entire downstairs. It looks fantastic. I followed the directions, and installation went smoothly. There was a minor order error to begin with, but CoverTec corrected that quickly. Every question I have had has been answered very quickly.

We submitted a review about being ignored by the managers and after some conversation we were issued a one day comp. We spent over $11K in 14 months at the Desire location and had recommended the resort in the past. They seem to have forgotten how to manage good relations.

From our early morning arrival we were taken care of well & looked after at Pearl for 11 days . Had a few room changes ( our choice ) & went rather smooth. Great “fun “ had which what we were looking for & food great also. Then spent 3 nights at Maya & all went well there also.

Doors were delivered within the timeframe set (3 weeks). Very well packaged and good value. Our carpenter commented on the quality and the build of the doors. They have just been fitted and look fantastic so hopefully they will last a long time.

Ordered laminate flooring, selected collection but was charged nearly £50 for delivery even tho I collected, told me I would get refunded and never did even after multiple phonecalls and visits to the store, wouldn't recommend using the website to order, also when visiting they had me waiting for 10-15 minutes while they all watches TV in the office.... Not a very food experience with this company....and still no delivery charge refund... Not happy with there service

Lack of information on transfer times, rep at the hotel would not allow us to purchase a trip over the telephone given that he had been at the hotel once the whole trip, also to be sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes on the way out before take off with not even a water then standing at the flybe check in desk on the way back for over an hour as they couldn't print tickets meant that when we finally got through security we were unable to stop for the toilet or a drink and food, then we actually get on the flight and again sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes before take off - again with no water!

This is my second year purchasing Insurance. A reminder prior to policy expiration would be helpful. Have not had any claims, so cannot give feedback on that. On paper, it is good coverage, priced right. The real proof is when the time comes to file a claim. Thankfully have not had that occasion...

I wouldn't go with Freelance again - the property we stayed at had some variances from the description and the photos were out of date (probably taken some years ago and some areas of the property had dated badly). We also had cause to visit their agents to have a few minor issues looked at and also to ask them to contact the airport for us with regard to a lost item. Although the issues were addressed by the owners of the property, i don't think I've ever come across a more disinterested or vague individual as the woman who we dealt with. We got no feedback on whether they had contacted the airport in fact no one even contacted us to check if the issues had been addressed

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

Tickets bestellen online en betalen gaat super snel...de dag nadien kon ik de confirmatie al uitprinten...maar ik had enkel en RETOUR tickets besteld en betaald en op de confirmatie stond geldig 1 dag...mijn retourtickets zijn voor 4 dagen later. Verschillende mails gedaan op website en hulp/support mail,het was niet mogelijk via mail contact te krijgen.Ik heb de internationale telefoon nr. gebeld en gevraagd om informatie hieromgaande...ze was er niet ZEKER van of mijn tickets 3 à 4 dagen later nog geldig zouden zijn.!!!!!! Als die mevrouw mij geen duidelijkheid kan geven (ze vermoede dat de tickets nog geldig zouden zijn,ik moet 't maar vragen op m'n bestemming) dan vrees ik dat ik teveel (dubbele) betaald heb en ik ben daar ook ongerust over. Dus afwachten maar en hopen dat het ok is....

I placed my order shortly before the Covid 19 lockdown came into being and had pretty much forgotten about it when the windows arrived. I received my order in good time,materials were 1st class as expected.However I did think 4 bulk bags were actually what would be required,silly old me,listened to my partner,concerned about our bank balance,suggested we just order 3 bulk bags.I did scroll the internet to see if there was a company closer to my home in Lanark to compare prices,perhaps cost for one bag might be less than your £192.32/bag?I did find Gravel Master who would supply the same material incl del and VAT for £177.I have not ordered the material until I check my bank account LOL.I am retired you know,its a lot of cash for me.

As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless. I hope to carry on being with them for the foreseeable future!

I actually checked on amazon first because I needed a specific set of things really quickly - Amazon didn’t have any of the pasta making tools I needed as it turned out. So I started googling to find a specialist who would hopefully, not only gave the tools I needed but could deliver in time for Christmas Eve.... 2 days away! Pasta kitchen had everything I needed (all in stock) and with a next working day delivery promise. They didn’t disappoint- everything turned up in time for me to make an authentic Italian supper for my family! I’m delighted and will be back again ????????

The product was good as was the delivery and we have had several orders in the past with no problem, however as we have a faulty item on the last order which we wish to discuss we then found they are currently impossible to contact by phone and there is no email address for the company on the website (very poor). For a good company this is a real let down. Many of our suppliers are not offering phone queries due to limited staffing, but they all offer email contact.

Ordered items for Friday delivery early on Thursday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation email so rang them Friday to be initially told that my order would be delivered Monday as I ordered after 12 noon on Thursday. After questioning was told it would be delivered and they would ask the driver to texted when half hour away, this didn’t happen. Driver arrived and instead of having 2 collard 3 meter brown soil pipes which I ordered, had 4 uncollard pipes. I rang them and they confirmed the error and promised me they would deliver the correct pipes on Saturday. These did not arrive. I rang them again and was told there was some sort of error and the pipes would be delivered on Monday, which they were. When I spoke to them on Saturday, I asked them for a gesture of goodwill in the form of a cash refund as I could not complete the job that weekend. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and get back to me with an offer. Again this did not happen. Hence my low score of 2 for this company.
