Absolute Disgrace. AVOID!! Have been a promoter of OnePlus since I purchased my phone in 2016, but after the past 2 weeks, it shows the care they have for their loyal customers. My OnePlus 3, which I purchased 3 years ago had a battery drain issue after installing recent software update (Sounds familiar with other tech companies... Apple being caught draining older model phones) I sent to replace, but after paying for a new battery and labour the phone was returned with the same fault. I contacted support and they apologized and said if I was to return the phone and they found another issue then it would be replaced with a new model. Upon sending again. I have now received a new quotation for my motherboard and am now being told I need to pay this. Not even an apology for not investigating the original fault, or offering a refund on the battery replacment, which wasted all of our time and money. The way I have been treated by OnePlus over the past 2 weeks is the worst experience I have ever had and I only hope they can turn this around. If the review is still live by the end of July then please use this as a warning that entering into any transaction with OnePlus will leave you disappointed and disheartened by how companies can treat their customer base in this way.

This is a company to avoid if you wish to buy a high value item. I ordered a Dyson Cordless Vaccuum Cleaner. It never arrived and I have been waiting for a refund for over 4 months. They are actually breaking the law by not refunding my money. I can prove the item did not come because I have both a doorbell with a camera and CCTV. Every time I phone up they just say I will get my money when they find out where the item is. I have had to send copies of my signature from my passport and driving licence and I was told I would get a refund within 28 days of them receiving the signatures. I received a disgraceful letter from them with a copy of the "signature" used for "delivery" of the item and suggesting that this would help me locate the item. I feel like I am under suspicion and am very upset both about the lack of refund and also about the lack of communication and customer service. I have had to resort to reporting QVC to Trading Standards and writing this negative review to try and get some assistance from them. No way to treat a loyal customer!!!!!If anyone from QVC wishes to investigate this matter the order number is 04756906.

It took me 2 hours to pay .. The app was asking for the pin you text me after completing my payment, the pin wouldn’t enter. Finally after getting passed to a girl called heather she told me I needed to enter my personal security phone code, this is unclear on the app. Another thing I found annoying is everytime I restarted the process I needed to go outside and take another photo of my car as there is no options to upload one.

Trakstar has made our lives easier in getting 6 month and annual appraisals done efficiently and effectively. We love it! The only items for improvement that I would recommend are: 1) to not have the menu bar go away unless I select it to, 2) allow the longest period of time between "add notes" email reminder be quarterly instead of monthly, and 3) most importantly, be even more clear about the levels of anonymity for multi-rater feedback. We have have a small group of employees (less than 20) so we aren't always in Trakstar. Plus, some managers only manage one or two people. Some of them get confused by the "Check to make all feedback anonymous" box because they want the feedback to be anonymous to the person being reviewed but not to them. Just adding a line saying "This makes feedback anonymous to you the manager. [person being appraised] never sees the multi-rater feedback, unless you copy it in your comments." Even when I go back to someone's archived appraisal and see everyone's notes and ratings, I have to remind myself "they can only see your comments, not everyone else's". Perhaps code multi-rate fields a different color with a key that says (only visible to manager). Someone to put our minds at ease even more. Thanks!!

My elderly mum had this company fit and install a new boiler through the government scheme last year. twice I have made an appointment for it to be serviced twice no one has turned up. When they say they will arrive between the hours of am and pm should you have to give up 2 days waiting in for no one to show. it is a good job I don't work in the week or I would be suing you for loss of earnings. I am definitely going to report this firm to trading standards as what they advertise they give they definitely don't. Back to my tried and trusted plumber to pick up the downfall of this company.

I booked and paid £700 for a venue that turned out to be a fraud We are now left without a venue for my daughters birthday We were told it had no insurance either Seems like it was a sub-let And once I called tagvenue office they were not very helpful to say the least Very poor company

We held a meeting last week at Canada Water Theatre. It was a great room with lots of natural light. The room came with a projector and laptop and filled all our requirements at a very reasonable cost. Only negative was the cafe closed by 6.30pm instead of 7pm.

I created a report of Overdue and Due Today tasks, this is basically my To Do list for the day. Also the option to add dependencies is great, but just updating a date, I can inform the stakeholders of new End Date and even run scenarios. I also like Mass Edits and be able to share one task in different projects and save time. I would like to see an option to duplicate several tasks at the same time, not going one by one. Also, not sure why, but the dependencies not always give me the same options of Finish to Start, etc., only like Finish to Finish or Start to Start which doesn't help. And yes, I keep recommending Wrike to all my colleagues, I've actually trained several of them and they are using it and loving it.

Our Marketing team has been using Wrike for about 9 months. We find it easy to learn and navigate. We have full visibility into our project. Wrike allows full transparency across our supporting teams and to upper management. We especially like the REPORTING feature - we love our reports. We click a few criteria and can pull valuable data in mere minutes. I cannot say enough about the extremely committed success and support teams at Wrike. They are always extremely responsive. We visited Warners Bembridge Friday 12th October Reference number 11511056 We wrote a letter ..outlining the problems We went away and returned on Friday 26th October to find a message on phone from Tina saying Warners could not help us get car parking ticket refunded. This was the least of our problems as we had to travel 45 miles from Lymington to Portsmouth because our 11.00 clock ferry was not running and Wight link said WArners had been informed but had not passed information on to us. I tried to ring and speak to Tina but was told she didn,t start work until 5.00pm. I rang again at 7.00pm to be told Warners were now closed. It seems you can easily contact Warners to book a holiday but not to make a complaint. We are platinum card holders and very disappointed with this service

We have just received the 2020 mail shot and found that the signature experience for 2020 has been enhanced by removing the wine and adding snacks and treats. If you are as annoyed about this as we are, do as we have and ring them to complain.

It also helps in collecting information on how long certain steps are so we can address it in the future with more hires or a better process. We use it for our design projects and it makes an easy place for us to all find where we are on a project. Downside you get an email every.single.time. a change happens. A comma. We all get an email. Need to work on this it overwhelms inboxes
