Bought xnspy but it didn't work. I am busy with ticket number 7 now and each time they ask for screen shots and close the ticket so you have submit a new ticket. Now the 10 days have passed and they refuse to refund. Don't waste your money you only get a program that don't work, an incompetent support and a lot of money down the drain.

They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.

I had paid for a "full" retail version of Norton AntiVirus 2005. Instead, I received an OEM version "for use only in the Middle East and Africa." When I called customer service, they mentioned they made a "mistake" and could do a product exchange. However, they could not pay for the return shipping, and when I asked if the exchange would be for a "US retail version", they did not give a straight answer. Caveat Emptor.

Ordered Microsoft Access 2003 from their website which showed Mfg. # 077-02870 (the full retail version). They shipped Access 2003 Upgrade (077-02871) along with an illegally distributed copy of Microsoft Office 97 OEM. I informed them of the "mistake" and they offered to exchange what I received for the correct item if I paid them more money! Bait and switch?! I told them I wanted them to ship the correct item, but they refused to honor the sale. I have reported them to Microsoft for illegal OEM license distribution, filed a complaint with my state's Attorney General, and initiated a chargeback against them with my credit card. Don't let them get away with their fraudulent practices!

Super fake reviews with a lot of typos , I don't recommend it to anyone at all (unless you want to waste your money ) , I even requested a refund because of this poor service and still waiting ... I hope it's not a money trap !!!

Your card’s chip will not work randomly so make sure you have another card on hand when you’re at a register. If you want to dispute a transaction or something’s wrong with a transaction (even if it’s just ONE) they have to cancel your card and send you a new one EVERY TIME. What kind of banking system is this where you have to cancel a card every time there’s something wrong? You’re not going to get far if you’re trying to compete with big banks where you can dispute / deal with a single a transaction effortlessly. They canceled and stated they were resending me a card when I had not agreed to it (if they would have stated the policy first I would have said no as the disputed transaction amount was not work waiting a WEEK during a Pandemic to be able to access MY MONEY. Oh yeah while your card is being sent to you, you will not have any access to your money until you get your new card and activate it. BTW since they like to automatically do things without confirming with the customer first they sent my card to the WRONG ADDRESS (I relocated from New York to another state because of the pandemic) When you transfer money over from one “square”/savings to your main account it lags, so don’t need to be able used immediately after. This bank isn’t supported in so many aspects, there’s multiple online retailers where my card is declined because it’s not supported. The card is pretty and it’s a mobile app. Those are your only benefits. Update: As of 6/26/2020 Before the above problem occurred I had already signed up for direct deposit to get my unemployment and didn’t want to disrupt the process and have my payment be delayed 14 to 21 days by changing the bank account. Now after getting me unemployment to this account for the past 2 MONTHS, N26 marked it as fraud and returned the transaction. THEN told me they can’t do anything about it and to call the originator (they want me to call an OVERWHELMED NEW YORK CITY DEPARTMENT OF LABOR IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC BE CAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEY MADE). I should’ve taken the blow and closed this account when I could have. Now I have returns and other things being deposited into this account (that they ALSO HAVE NOT GIVEN ME) I order to close it. Ridiculous.

Closed account and 4 weeks on still waiting for my money that was in it. Joke of a company. Do not use.

As a teacher, I love seeing all of the 1-star reviews by so-called parents, when it's abundantly clear that adolescents are taking a turn a review writing. I'm writing this review not only to offset the kids' reviews, but because this app has been possibly the most important one we've ever downloaded. Screentime has been invaluable for our family, especially on our Android devices. We set the amount of hours/day based on our son successfully addressing his responsibilities (school, chores), and give him the freedom to do what he wants with his time. But when his time is up, it's up. There are no negotiations, no arguments. Occasionally, he'll ask for something to do that might earn him extra time, and that's always considered. It should be noted that on Apple devices, however, this app (or any other) is not nearly as efficient as on Android, which is entirely driven by Apple refusing to allow one app to control another (individually). Apple knows that your kids want iPhones because it is very hard/impossible to monitor them or control the amount of time that they are on their iPhones. Apple does not have a business interest in allowing Screentime to perform well on Apple devices. But on Android, this app shines. If you're a parent hoarse from the last shouting match you had with your child about the unfairness of having only 8 hours a day on gaming sites, then do yourself a favor and try Screentime for Android.

I purchased a gift Google play card and they refuse to credit my account with th 15$ after spending hours on the phone with support and sending MULTIPLE copies of the card and receipt. They are now demanding I input my credit card or debit into my account in order to get the balance of the gift card. I am now forced to go through the process of consumer protection agency in order to get my 15$ or refund. Already has been a complete waste of my time. Never had this problem with ITunes. Imo if you have the option between Google play cards or ITunes, go with ITunes all the way! Easier and hassle free! Take my word for it and NEVER waste a penny on a Google play card!

I too got scammed by someone regarding the Google Play cards. Someone pretended he was my boss and asked me to go and get $500 in google play cards. The scammer quickly downloaded the cards. Google Play is not secure, they know the issues and do not help at all. They quickly point out they have a clause regarding fraud and the customer is the one on the hook - they will not refund nor block the cards and say they have no way to track which person's google play account downloaded the cards (that information would be helpful for the RCMP). These are extremely unsecure cards - they do not value the people and are not protecting any of us. They simply need to add a feature to track down which account downloaded it so that in the future, when this happens again, and it will - they can take the funds back from said account of the scammer. I am now out $500 and it feels just horrible to be scammed. I will never purchase the unsecure cards in the future and feel horrible for the next victims related to google play.

I have moved my number from Telia to Hallon exactly 7 days ago. I sent them a message at the same time as I placed the order, as I saw when I placed the order that my address was wrong (not matches with Skatteverket's) and there was no way to update it on their web page. They updated the address, said that the sim card was coming to the new address, and this was 4 days ago. The number move finished 3 days ago, and I still do not have a sim card! I sent them another message, and have been waiting for 3 days without a response, even if they state on their page that the waiting time is 1-2 days. Now I'm stuck waiting with no mobile service, already on the fourth day, without an easy way to reach them. Thanks Hallon, great service!

I've worked with them for over 1 year. The apps worked great and had little to no problems with the Play store requirements. If you don't know, from time to time Google makes new requirements for apps like new API levels, 64-bit versions, new icons, etc. Andromo has always been on point, unlike other app builders that I have used and continue to have issues like exposed API keys and security notifications, Andromo has never had these type issues and best of all it is much much cheaper. You can build as many apps as you can with the yearly plan. Innovation wise, I've never seen other app builders bring so many improvements in such a short amount of time: push notifications, Andromo ads (in case you can't use AdMob or the revenue drops) and new features have been recently announced on their blog like app preview, pre-made themes, and progressive web apps. I'm really excited about what's to come for Andromo because the app builder was already stable and efficient. If you would like to create an app without any coding, Andromo is the best place to start. I wish i found them first.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Go to Better Business Bureau or Yelp! Look at the reviews, I wish I had!! Do your research. They take advantage of peoples dreams. They ask you to do reviews on Trust Pilot when you just start so they get a good one and then never finish or give you an unusable or no good app. I started this app in 2017. They said it would take 3-4 mnths. Its now 2021. In the store not able to purchase, was told to tell customers to go around it to my website that "Apple wont find out they never check" Old equipment my website went down for years. I paid my own coders to help them, they cost me wasted years and alot of money. They are not professional and when they don't know how to fix something they dont respond. When I disputed additional fees they charged so that I would have access to my own website co owner said " As part owner of the company I have every right to be involved. The amount that you have been charged is for partial payment of this months server and a service fee. You apparently dont understand the amount and of time and money that you cause our company. If you choose to do a charge back we will then have no other choice but to stop our services" You are stuck because they have your money and app. So without the money you have no app and the app they give is either not completed or not working correctly. They are rude and do not respond. They have now said in 2021 that my website is expired and I have to create another app. They moved my website from Godaddy in 2017 where it was safe to their server where it kept crashing for years. Now in 2021 they say it expired to start a new app... sooooo more money?? What ANOTHER 4 years!!!! I have gone to someone else that said I should've known it doesnt take 5 years to create and app. I am not tech smart, they take advantage of people. They make you sign paperwork so you cant sue. Look at all the reviews they are all the same. You get an app that doesnt work. They take your money, dont respond and try to frustrate you and give you something that doesn't work so you go somewhere else. They win every time, but its wrong and they will eventually be stopped. Please read the reviews if you have a dream go to a reputable company, don't let them waste years of your time and money.

I'm giving everyone a warning about these people, I bought there product for $69.99. The product didn't work for me so I asked for a refund. On June 13, 2020 I was told it would take 4 to 6 business days, I still don't have my refund. I was told they put a tracker on my refund, but it doesn't make sense because they don't have my mailing address. They advertise a refund, but jerk you around instead of telling people the truth, there is no refund. I will be turning them over to the better business bureau after I let my attorney get ahold of these con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

Yep, some of us don't learn or didn't find out until too late. Not doing research before making a purchase. i have spent over $250 for multiple app and none of them except for Snoopza. Snoopza work perfectly for about 24 hrs then it just stopped. I have not been able to contact support too as all these companies are scam.
