Horrible customer service. I should say it is non existent . I've emailed this company three times over the past month on the warranty issues from my purchase of Asivio One X I purchased on 4/18/21 where the earbuds just stopped charging and i cannot get any support or even a return email from them. My earbuds are completely dead and Asivio customer service is just missing in action and non responsive. I had high hopes for these earbuds and have been thoroughly disappointed would never buy these again

Hello Direct has been my phone/headset go to company for 20 years. At one point I was buying thousands of dollars a year of equipment for a 250 call center I ran back then. I now own a small business and don't have the need as much, so I don't buy as often. In less than 5 years (last headset purchased) the attitude of the employees and the quality of service has fallen off the cliff. See Glassdoor and the reviews on this site. Terrible Makes me sad to see a once great company fall apart. I have read numerous reviews that share similar stories, so I know it's not a one time occurrence. I won't bore you with details, but let's just say they are not customer friendly any more. The new phone I purchased did not work properly. So, I returned it as they asked. New phone comes and works fine. However, a few weeks later I receive a call telling me that they cannot identify the phone properly because there is no sticker on the bottom of the phone. "It's how it came to me!!!" Like I'm going to peel off the sticker on the bottom of a phone. I received the phone i returned back in the mail yesterday. OMG They will not take any responsibility for the matter and now I have people from the company calling me to collect their payment. Seriously!!! So unprofessional as they are accusing me of trying to cheat them. I will never buy from them ever again. I will also be telling all of my Call Center friends to never buy from them again too.

I ordered a GE phone from Hello Direct on a Monday and received it the following day. The sales person I dealt with was very helpful and the product I purchased met my needs. I got an immediate e-mail conformation and tracking information. The prices were good compared to other Web-based companies. I will use this company again.

Purchasing product from this website, please be alert as this is defaulter online company. How I will explain you.! We have ordered one earphone that cost only Rs. 300/-. They deliver the product within 10 working days. When we open it there was no 3mm jack connector in the earphone. Then and there we start contacting there customer care, almost 5 to 6 hrs wasted just to talk to them. Then they advise to email the defection with details and photos. We did it that time itself. We waited for 2 days there were no response from them. Then we send them a reminder and waited for more 3 days but no reply from them. After 10 days they are mailing that your return times finished, and now we can not process further. It is not a matter of 300 bucks. Its a matter of trust and service. Then I gone through the details of the company. They are totally fraud company. Please be alert and dont purchased anything from them

I ordered two watches for the first time in Latestone. Those products were of very cheap quality. Returning timeline is 7 days. I tried calling the customer support several times but they are very unresponsive. Website also doesnt work properly. I tried everything to cancel and request of refunding the amount but in vain. Then received the call on th 8th day and saying 7 days have already gone... I cannot make any changes. The representatives are disconnecting the call without even listening to the customer... too bad... pls dont purchase anything from here. They will send bad qualities product in discounts and will not refund your money back... instead go for club factory fair price if you want to get heavy discount... very responsive app and qualities are just awesome

I am extremely unhappy with the customer “support” I have received throughout dealing with this company. The majority of the emails I have received have been very condescending and to be perfectly honest just downright rude. I am disgusted and appalled by the manor of which the staff speak to customers like myself over email. The main issue began because there was no sort of communication or notice on the website that the suitcase I ordered was out of stock when I ordered it which after speaking to someone from what I assumed was the support team was made to feel like it was my own mistake. I truly hope that their are some staff that work at this company that are polite and courteous as the person who I spoke to who remains nameless in my emails has completely put me off ordering from LiveXMaintain again. Nearly a month later and I’ve still not received the suitcase.

Got my wristlet case today. It’s not easy to close with a phone and standard passport. The license area doesn’t hold the whole license it sticks up a bit so half the photo is cut off. The dusty pink is far more dusty looking than pink, think slightly pink brown marble color. The magnet part to the case is nice. It should come with metal rings in both sides to attach a strap if necessary. I’m gonna give this a solid 3 out of 5. It was packaged very well and shipped on time and arrived when promised. I’m not sure I’d spend the money on another. The concept is great but it could use a few design improvements.

I was looking for a nice clean simple mount for my work vehicles and personal ones too and mega mounts have all I require it’s so easy to change from vehicle to vehicle with the magnets holding my phones sturdily in place. The fact you can hide the metal strip under your case work great for me too with no unsightly attachments on the back of my phones! Have used them for years now and have just placed another order. Would defiantly recommend!

I ordered an S20 ultra case on June 12th, it's now July 29th. They haven't sent me a case and won't refund me even though on the web it says allow them 2-4 weeks because of the back order. I tried getting a refund a few days after I purchased because I didn't see the note until after I ordered. They refused saying the order was already being processed. I've have since ordered items from Korea, Japan, Italy, and Latvia during this pandemic and have received all of my items. There is no excuse, it doesn't take that long to tan a hide. Why even have the items listed for sale if there aren't any in inventory?

How can they still do business? I have NOT received any of my order that I placed in June. Even though, they send you a tracking number and my order has been stuck in Elk Grove Village, Chicago since June 18th. I continue contacting them asking where my order is at. Today, I received an email fro Mobile Drip that they were refunding me PARTIAL refund on an item. They were not refunding me the full amount of said item! Do not trust this company. I placed an order and right after, I decided to search some more and realized they were using fake reviews. I sent an email requesting to cancel and refund my order literally 13 minutes after I purchased the product. I just got a response today saying the cancellation request was denied and that I had 12-24 hours to request the cancellation. This is just absolutely ridiculous.

I called Discount Cell at 8:00 am and placed an order for DataPilot for my Cell phone. They assured me the item was in stock, and because I wanted the item quickly I paid extra for next day shipping. When the item did not arrive by the end of the day I checked my email to find a message from Discount Cell indicating that the item was on backorder and would ship 4 days later. They did cancel the order when I called to complain.

I ordered a case for my wife,s ipad and a few other items total $90.85 on dec 2, 2011, when they sent the order conformation the total charge was $9,000.00 and stated it was a preorder( had no idea what that was) and after I paid for a 3 day shipment the pre order meant that it would not be sent out until 10 days. I canceld my order on the 9th of dec. and the chose to mail it anyway on the 12th of dec. I never recieved the package so the mailman returned it. I had to dispute this with my credit card company. and was charged only for the shipping each way. these people are terrible to deal with I would check out ther reviews befor I did any business with them.

Somewhat slow shipping after order (took almost 2 days to ship), but recieved item in a somewhat timely manner. Battery *seemed* to be new, but I suspect it is used. (scratched, no original packaging) The battery does work, & looks to be holding a charge, only the next few days will prove whether it was new product. A bonus was included with my purchase (an earbud for my cellphone) at no charge, I thought this was a nice touch. If the battery holds up as well as my original, I will have no complaints with maxmost.com

Within a weeks time, we had issues with 2 of our headsets from them. Identical units. Each time we called or emailed, they called us right back and tried to trouble shoot. Sent a new battery for one, at no charge, they even paid the shipping, and the second one, NOT under warranty, they sent a brand new replacement for because they could hear that it was not good sound quality over the phone. I will never purchase anywhere else for our company headsets! These guys rock!

Ordered item on July 24th and realized I didn't need it. So I immediately asked for an RMA # via email. Received it a couple of days later. Returned item and delivery was confirmed on July 31st. After not receiving a credit to my credit card as of early September, I emailed an inquiry. I received a response a few days later that they would look into it. Never heard anything back and emailed them again a little over two weeks later. No reply after two days, so I called and then was told that they didn't know what had happened and that a refund would be issued. It should not have taken 2 emails and a phone call to get a credit that should have been automatic.

Scam! (Zagg warranty replacement) I copied another "customer's" most recent review, it is exactly happened to me as stated below. The first time I paid to ship the broken protectors to them but wasn't happy about it. This time, I went to an "Authorized Dealer" so I wouldn't have to pay shipping cost. The dealer wanted to charge a return fee (which included an installation fee) of $10. I contacted customer service to see options. They offered three ways for warranty replacement which ALL required their "customer" paying to ship the old protector to them! What is the point of the authorized dealer? I worked for Mercedes-Benz for 12 years responsible for warranty part returns and Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) would asked back for parts if they believed there was an issue so they could do testing to resolve. Mostly, we were told to throw away defective parts. MBUSA trust their dealers to decide if a valid warranty claim was appropriate (and sometimes customers would try to get away with false claims) and handle it with the customer. NEVER did we make the customer PAY to return VALID warranty parts back (if needed), let alone, charge the "customer" to PAY for installation either! I owned a Iphone 4s for 6 years without a screen protector with no issues. Zagg's have cracked on my phone twice in a year (and so has my wife's and daughter's) which customer service says it usually happens to most people 4-5 per year! What a product, a "warranty" they pass the cost to their "customers". Also, a product it seems to be designed to prematurely crack ensuring continuous replacement. This business model is called planned obsolescence and purely PROFIT driven! I WON'T BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN and neither should you! Another "customer" review: "I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I purchased an InvisibleShield for my iPhone. I was told if anything happened to my screen I could bring it to the kiosk at our mall and they could replace it for free. The shield was scratched immediately after purchasing. Then the shield started lifting up. Mind you, I take the very best care of my phone. I've never had any issues. I bought the shield as a precaution. When I asked them to replace my shield the wanted to charge me $10. I have a warranty. What kind of "lifetime warranty" is that? I already paid $40 for this. Piece of crap... don't even bother."

Using this Telestial ekit phone for two months now, no issues whatsoever. Getting starting was shaky as when I turned it on for the US number, all I got was emergency service; but we were driving thru Georgia (U.S.) mountains. Lesson: do not make a call when it says Emergency Service as it does connect to 911 operator. US number did come in a text as described, and I was able to add service time from a remote Croatian National Park. When I had questions, there was always someone there to answer them as described. Had the unit shipped to a U.S. timeshare we were staying at enroute overseas, arrived sooner than scheduled. Keeping the online journal during the two months in Europe has been a blast!!

Last year I went to Europe with a Telestial international sim card and had no problem making and receiving phone calls and text messages in the various countries I visited. The rates were good as is the quality of connection. This summer I am traveling to Scandinavia and I am again taking my iphone with an international sim card from Telestial.

I too got "taken"-- on two 3G iPhone cases. They are so cheaply made that, although you can close them around the phone, they pop open immediately. I orderd two little knit socks for iPod nanos and they fit but it would be pretty difficult to bungle a knit sock. I tried calling their number and no one answers. I think I'm out the money I spent but just want to let everyone know that they should not buy anything from this company.

These people are crooks - they ship from Hong Kong which takes 1-2 weeks. In my case, I wanted to return the case I bought because it was so shoddily made. They instructed me to return the item to China not Hong Kong probably because it's much harder for USPS to track items in China and now Truesupplier is telling me they never received the item I sent back to them. I bought two philips spark batteries, neither worked or would charge. I posted them back within a couple of days. That was the last I heard. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU MANAGE TO PHONE THEM! They are uncontactable, no refund, no apology, no response at all. Even their website has a bogus phone number. This was over a year ago now and I have given up.

I have placed two orders with BodyGuardz over the past several months, one for screen protectors for two smart phones and another for a Nook Color. The screen protectors are durable, have a nice feel, and do not unduly add glare to the screen. On my second order, I researched the various options and selected a product in part because the product description stated that it included two screen protectors (the same as for both of the smartphone protectors I previously ordered). Upon receiving only one screen protector, I checked back on their website to verify that the product description indeed listed two protectors included per order (which it did). Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that I was wrong and that only one screen protector was included. I checked their site again, and they changed the product description to reflect one per order. If I had only checked their website once, I might have believed that I had made a mistake, but having checked their site a second time only hours before they responded to my service request, I don't believe for a second that I was mistaken multiple times. Needless to say, I will fulfilling my screen protector needs from another merchant in the future.

We bought 2 screen protectors for both Iphone 6 plus. Mine broke. My 4 year old child dropped it on the wooden floor. After making an account with Body Guardz, I was told that there would be a small processing fee, which includes shipping the new screen under guarantee. The small fee came to be $18.11, plus I had to pay shipping to send my broken one, which is about $5 or so. So, it all comes to $23, where I can buy new one for $30????

I ordered a laptop battery from WowParts and did not realize they would be shipping via USPS. The address I used is only deliverable via UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. The post office returned the battery to them since it was undeliverable. I contacted WowParts about the situation and they fixed the problem and even covered the costs of re-shipping the item. I very pleased with their customer service

So disappointed. Ordered a case, it arrived quickly but I had ordered the wrong size case - totally my fault. Emailed to check about returns totally prepared to pay for return and then order a new one. I received a speedy reply telling me that they would send the right case. I was surprised how easy it was! Except it never arrived, I chased twice and was told I needed to be patient. It was my mistake and I was happy to pay to correct it but their email was a bare face lie. Totally unnecessary. Don’t order from them. The case I did get (the wrong size!) was also pretty poor quality for the price.

Case was extremely poor quality. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I had ordered a personalised case with my initials, - case arrived with only one initial. I complained - demanding a refund as the case was such bad quality that regardless whether they got the initials right or not would do NOTHING to protect my phone. I was told that I would need to send the cover back. Looked into the price of postage as I live in Sydney Australia - not worth the hassle. GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. DO NOT BUY FROM DYEFOR. ITS NO WONDER THATS THERE NAME!!!!!!!

I ordered an orange iphone bumper and what I received was a yellow/orange combination(a different product). I lost a lot of time communicating with the shop only to realize they wouldn't send me the exact product I ordered. Nevertheless I unpacked what Guuds.com sent to me and as soon as I put the bumper on the phone it broke(down where the headphone hole is). So I lost my money and my time as well. First of all their phone number that says to call us on go straight to a camel jockey scam number who tries to steal your identity. Yet their packaging still has that number in bold print on the back of it. It's also the same number that's available on their website or on any Google site that gives you their phone number. When selecting a battery to purchase it says to be sure and follow the instructions so that your battery will be able to charge fully. That will extend its life and the talk time. Well they don't give you any instructions. And when I search the web site and YouTube It Only provides it for the extended life battery. I would never get the extended life battery because I don't believe there new phone case backing would be of any quality. I asked the woman where the batteries are manufactured she told me by Gorilla Gadgets in Santa Ana California. Not true it's Chinese battery and from what I can tell anybody can order from the manufacturer and put their own name on it. But mostly I would never order from this company again because they don't warn people about their phone number going to a camel jockey scam company somewhere in the Middle East who steals people's identity. Or maybe they do know that goes there and that's why they haven't warned anybody. The company is definitely run by sub third world nation people as they have no sense of quality or customer service

I bought two quantum wireless pro power banks from these folks. One of the power banks wireless charge stopped working. I sent them an email explaining what happened & got an immediate response. They sent a return label for the broken charge and immediately replaced it with a new one. I am a very satisfied customer. I have never had trouble with them. Some of the products didn't last but I also didn't pay much for them.

My contact on email was the epitome of unhelpful and is now playing games with me. Advertised as 2-4 days free shipping turned into 4 weeks and a underpaid postage cost. After a promised refund of purchase and postage, Jessica @ protectionfilms24 decided to refund a Quarter of total cost. On reply she said she deemed it fair. After at least 15 emails back and forth, I now only have managed to regain purchase price and no postage. The whole process has been outrageous, tiring and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or support such charlatans with your currency. The company should be investigated.

I ordered a protection film for my smartphone (Xiaomi), I received it in a fare days but it's really too small. It doesn't even cover the screen, I sent pictures to the customer service but they don't want to admit the error. Don't trust them, you'll just lost money.

While Tech21 products are superior in quality, the customer service provided when ordering from the company directly is, well, crappy. I was charged for merchandise that did not ship. When I emailed the Tech21 helpdesk, I received an email from someone who is either incompetent, or unequipped to handle a customer service issue and refund. I still have not received a refund, for the merchandise that Tech21 informed me, did not ship. I will likely have to go through the hassle of disputing this charge with my bank. I do not recommend ordering from this company directly.

Thanks to this terrible case. My phone is now damaged. Listening to the advice of the person at the phone company store I bought this case. It says protects from drops up to 10ft I never had a problem with cases before so I didn’t think I needed to research it. How in less than 10 months the backside of my phone has cracks the part that should be the most protected in the case. I have never been more disappointed in a case. It’s one thing if the case gets messed up, but when it’s your phone which is less than a year old because the case you bought can’t do its job than that’s a problem. I have never thrown my phone you dropped out a window I’m less than 10 ft tall( -(about 5) so any height I dropped from shouldn’t have been significant. I occasionally drop it out of my pocket or knock it off a table. Nothing that should have caused so much damage. Very disappointed with this product.

I placed 3 different orders to this company. Two of them on 01/22/2018 and another one on 2/2/2018. I was told to be patient that they were back logged but they would let me know when my items ship. Well, it is now 2/20/2018 and I have yet to see my orders. When I check my account, it says the orders are "pending shipment". I have read reviews dated back to 2015 and before where customers gave them a great customer rating. However, any reviews after 2015 are all one star. What has happened to this company since 2015? Does it not bother them that most of the reviews are saying to not order from them? I wish I had seen the reviews prior to my ordering. If I hear from them after this latest email I sent, I will update my review. However, at this time, I would not recommend them to an enemy or friend. I would say they are doing false advertising.

Order the solar Led light on Sep 26 and was following up with Customer service every week for 3 weeks. Later on the 4th week I called them after holding the phone line for 15 minutes and said the items is not available at the moment. Very Disappointing. Also REFUND took more that 14 days. I was a big advocate of the screen covers produced by Evolutive labs up until 3 days ago. My girlfriend has the protective cover on the screen of her phone as well as a case around the back and after one drop from less than three feet the screen is a complete spider web of glass. I'm not sure I understood completely how this happened as I have dropped my phone many times without any issues. None the less, this incident has taken away some of the confidence that I had in this product.

Purchased a Speck case for an iPad. The one I received made the buttons on my decide impossible to use, so I contacted customer service. They said that all of their cases are "tested by a lab" before being sent out. Really? If so, it must be a Labrador retriever. The case also had horribly sharp edges that could slice skin. The response from customer service, when I complained about this, was, "Our cases are designed that way." Again, really? I ended up returning the case, using a prepaid label they provided. But the refund has been slow in coming. I won't be shopping here again.

My order was placed on 2nd January, but didn't arrive till yesterday afternoon (15th) despite supposedly being sent by Royal Mail 1st class on the 3rd. I emailed the company several times about this, but received no promise to resend the goods. Nor did I receive a refund. However, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to receive quite out of the blue a new screen for my Nokia Lumia 530 together with the necessary tools for replacing it myself. The postmark was the 14th, so it definitely wasn't the original order gone astray - it was either a replacement or the only order because the original was never sent. Be that as it may, I'm happy to draw a line under the delivery problems, as, when I actually received the package, I have to say it worked a treat. It took me only an hour to dis-assemble the phone using the instructions provided on the website and to reassemble it again with the new screen. The photographs could not have been clearer and were extremely helpful. My only slight criticism is that the instructions include removing the old screen using hot air (e.g. from a hair dryer) to loosen the glue without saying what sort of glue to use to fix the new screen in place. However, what they don't say is that this is only for separating the screen from the digitizer. In fact, the screen and digitizer come as a single unit, so there is no need to separate the old ones, so no hot air or glue is necessary! I think, either this step should be left out of the instructions entirely or it should be made clear it is not required if the screen and digitizer come as a single unit. But this is a minor niggle, I now have a working phone as good as new for a knock-down price, so thank you very much, job done!

Bought an LG G5 flip cover, it was a genuine LG product and was less expensive then Verizon was selling them, also bought a charger cord and car adapter, the cord is extremely heavy duty and the adapter lets two phones charge. Shipping was very fast and I had constant updates on my order status and tracking. This is a great company to deal with, would highly recommend!

I pre-ordered LG G Watch more than two months ago together with small gadget worth less than 10£. Gadget was sent to me using DHL and expenses were 15£. Insane. Finally I figured out that I'll "last in line" to get G Watch since they would have to pay another DHL feed. Got feedback of G Watch but they refused to co-operate otherwise. I do not recommend either MobileFun or combining pre-order with gadgets on stock.

I stupidly ignored reviews I read online and ordered off this site. Being based in Ireland I was glad they delivered to Ireland. I ordered and paid for dhl express shipping. Then I heard nothing. 2 days later I get an email to tell me they can't ship my item due to the delivery address being different than my billing address. Hellooooo, every other company can do this!! I reply to say that they can piat to my billing address and then I'm met with silence. I call their order support line and leave a message. No response. I call again the next day. No response. I email them again. No response. Then I get the first email again, so I respond again. No response. So, I go online and leave a review about the service I've had, then I finally get a call. They will ship my item out to my billing address. The guy on the phone is snarky with me, "so we can deliver to your billing address? That's all you had to do, tell us that, no need for all this" I refrain from answering and just tell him to send my order out. It's been a week now since my order, paid for 1-3 days express shipping. Really regret using these cowboys as they have.np clue about customer service. Do yourself a favor, avoid them.

I ordered a tablet case on 12/16/13 and got an estimated delivery date of 12/20/13 by 8pm. It is now 12/27/13 and still no package. USPS tacking reveals the package has not entered their system yet so they cannot track a package that doesn't exist. Several emails to the seller i-Blason have all gone un-answered. The phone number on their website is just a recording. Avoid this seller!

I have had the I-Blason product for over a year now. No defects in the actual phone case. Works extremely well at keeping out dirt and water. Had my belt holster break a few times and I-Blason sent me a new one every time! Heck after my 3rd one, they sent me two! They were more than happy to assist me and the turn around time for my new holster was less than a week. Extremely satisfied with my $16 Amazon purchase.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with the Customer Service I received on 21/05/2020 from Brayden Thibou who helped me through the process when I had forgotten to add an item to my order. As well as being prompt, Brayden was understanding and refunded the postage price on the second order as he was not able to add to the original order. This made me able to add the 30% off coupon aswell which I was stoked about. Brayden was polite and well mannered who went to great lengths to ensure the satisfaction of my experience with Cygnett. He is an asset to your team and should be commended for his efforts as it is sadly uncommon in 2020 to deal with customer service teams this good.

I didn't want to spend $40 - $80 on a case for my Motorola Z Play.... because I'm cheap....but I needed a case. Found one thru Caseswill for $3.98...no shipping for STD. order. They said it would arrive by Jan. 17...and it arrived on Jan 17. (2 weeks) The case fit the phone, the buttons are aligned correctly, the camera and accessory ports are unobstructed and the charging port is open. Nothing fancy....cheap....and will protect the phone better than not having one. Works for me....

I even bought a power bank from them for my G4 to charge it at quick charging rate. Great Shipping services from Amazon and nice performance.The only concern with power bank is that it just have only 1 quick charging port. I was expecting another one too which is charging at normal rate. But the lightning cable charging port of power bank eliminates this drawback and moreover, power bank itself is powered by Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 technology. So Overall Satisfied!

I bought the Choetech 3A usb C charger. Turns out it doesn't work as advertised and only charges at a maximum of 1500mAh. Maybe because it's a broken charger/cable, idk. (I tested with multiple compatible phones.) Turns out they can only answer with simple questions as "Do you use the origal cable charging for it?" Of course I know how to use a simple charger. After it's clear that the product I paid for isn't working, Michael w-a-n-g just ignores my messages. Never buying again, and I do not recommend anyone buying from Choetech. They offer a 'warranty', but in reality they just ignore their customers.

Placed an order December 1, Saturday. Order arrived at their shipper (DHL) on December 5. Ok, Saturday (December 2) and Sunday (December 3) probably should be forgiven as many merchants don't process orders on weekends. I assume this merchant fully learned of the order on Monday, December 3. My payment account was debited on December 3. My order should be in a queue for the Monday order pulling workload. Me, I expect the order to be ready for pickup by December 3, close of business. As of December 8 information, the order arrived at DHL distribution center on December 5 (not December 3), and it departed about 24 hours later. So far, it hasn't arrived and no major issues. We'll see.

I ordered 3 batteries for my Samsung SM G386T1 phones. The batteries pictured for this model on the BatteryMonster site were the exact batteries that my phone used. The batteries I received were completely different. When I called them, they could not assure me that they would send me the correct batteries, so I opted for a refund. I had to pay my own return postage. The original order totaled $22.70 for 3 batteries with free shipping. My total refund was for only $13.57. Their return policy states that there is a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping (so much for free shipping). There are no allowances made for the fact that they screwed up. I think they deliberately sent the wrong batteries so that I would return them and they would make a profit of $9.13 on my back. Beware of this company. They are not reputable. Rip-off!!

I ordered a Nokia BH-217 Bluetooth headset, which arrived after about a month. A couple of vital components were missing, and when questioned, they said these were currently unavailable. They told me that they should be getting more stock in "next week" and after two months of waiting, I still do not have the missing bits. I have regularly sent emails to them requesting updates, and all but the first couple have gone unanswered. Their communication is absolutely appalling. They are crooks, to be avoided like the plague.

They give you only TWO HOURS to change your order, and when you try to, there is no way to contact anyone except to send them a message through email, which they said will take up to 3 business days for them to respond. I had ordered a phone case from them for my Samsung Galaxy A50 on Dec 10. The confirmation said that estimated delivery would be Dec 27. Here it is Dec 31 and there is still no phone case. They haven't even shipped it out yet! When asked about the status of my order, the person who responded said that my order was in the most "agile" form. Yeah right! I will never order from this company again!
