Customer service manager Thomas Vaughan very help full and got my order out quickly. Very happy with the hard bags, made very well. Two things though one is that none of the hardware is attached to bags and no where did I see this on web site. Second I received no instructions on doing this witch would have been helpful. I managed to get bags together and everything went smoothly from there. Also didn't receive screws to attach locking tabs to lids. That said very happy with end result.

Made an order on day 17/03, and still haven't received it yet 10+ days later (28/04). The communication support by email, and status feedback is not great. An item that i bought in this order, was apparently out of stock. A good communication then was made, informing me about it, but the refund of that item it still pending.. All services seem to be very slow due to corona virus..

6 months after purchase of a carbon fiber air intake duct the 4 connecting points where the duct mounts onto the head stock completely shattered. Even when installing the fitment was very poor. I called Motocomposites to see what could be done. Yes, they offer a 90-day warranty but this is not acceptable. They stated the couldn't do anything. Poor product, lack of quality, and poor customer service: "We provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, warranty our products for fitment and finish, and strive to give the highest level of customer service." Yeah....not really. Don't waste your time or money.

My experience with super bike factory and its buying company mbt motor bike trader is terrible. I contacted them for a price on my ktm they gave me a value to buy of £4400 which I agreed. I then paid for the retention of my private reg £80. To then the next day receive numerous different valuations by text message over £700 lower I then was contacted by James from mbt/superbike factory who was rude and stated I would receive a manager call alas nothing. I then contacted them again and spoke to someone else who was all apologetic and again said he would raise a complaint and a manager would ring me and at least cover the retention cost due to the issues again nothing.im left out of pocket as we agreed on a price and that's why I removed my reg plate please stay clear of these charlatans they are trash and o viruses ripping people off I have all offers they offered on text and emails

I can only thank you for being a good honest company as far as I am concerned. I was offered £7200 over the phone for my bike and that is exactly what I was paid within 2 mins of the bike being checked over. Going to swear now apologies, We Buy Any Bike offered £4416, believe me you would not of wanted to read the review I left them, I was offered £6750 in part exchange they really should not be allowed to trade ripping people off. Thank you again for being an honest company who bought a good honest bike for good money and will still make money on selling it, that is what good business is about.

The exhaust is of a really good quality and arrived on the day promised the only negative comment is that there is no gasket supplied where it joins the existing left hand header and removing the one from the original pipe to re use is a real chore

I spent Christmas 2018 with Cliff & Carol and had a fantastic time. Excellent accommodation with superb food and they were lovely friendly hosts. The local roads are fantastic to ride on and the scenery is stunning to say the least. The bikes were very well maintained and gleaming. My holiday was all inclusive, and all inclusive it was, both at their villa and out on the road; food, drinks, fuel, absolutley everything. I’ve booked to go back this year and can’t wait.

Book2wheel is a great service for renting motorbike in the Philippines. Book2wheel is Airbnb for sharing motorbike. You find all the rental shops near you, read reviews and find best deals on motorbike rentals. Rented scooter in cebu using book2wheel and went to south of cebu. Return the motorbike and then rented motorbike in Manila went to north of Manila and south. It was amazing. This is a great service where we can avoid scam.

I have been using brumers bikes for many years and always find him very knowledgeable with regard to any problem I have had. He is always happy to help, even small problems get his undivided attention . The parts are always quick to arrive and he only uses quality parts so I know there won't be any problem with them . They have always been patient and professional and you can't or shouldn't forget about the seamstress that will sew on a patch for you and will also make adjustments to your jacket,vest and chaps. Please do not buy from Blaze Leather in WV. You might get your product, you might not, but if anything is wrong with your order, you can very likely kiss your money goodbye! After (actually) receiving 2 jackets -1 was the wrong item, both were bad sizing- I was exceedingly patient, trying to give them the opportunity to make some money in these hard times & exchange the jackets. These people will NEVER answer the phone, email, even their own website request! Finally after nearly 3 months, Paypal refunded my money. These guys may do ok with their brick/mortar store, & i appreciate their patriotism & support of the community, but they really have no clue how to run an online store, nor have a lick of customer service skill!

Was great and quick, got the watch my bike cross the country. The only issue I had was that it crossed the entire country in 3 days, and arrived in phoenix, they then told me it would take another whole WEEK to the deliver it ONE HOUR away from phoenix. I thought this totally unnecessary, so I arranged to pick it up, which they made nice and easy, and my bike made it safely. Other than that no complaints :) great job guys!!!

I bought an electric trailer tongue lift from T-Motorsports through ebay but didn't install for 3 months. Once installed, it went up and down exactly 4 times before it froze in the upper position and even the hand crank cannot not break it loose. Contacted the company and their curt reply was that it is out of its 2-month warranty and they are not responsible. Complete piece of junk and this shyster company does stand behind their products.

Brembo brake kit for my cr250 - Funny thing is the 9 out of 10 people that are happy with a product never say a thing... Point being i met the owner Boston about 5 years ago when he needed us to vapor blast the carbs they rebuilt. As a Moto X freestyle rider i get what it means to get a proper bike part... They assisted me with parts for a few bikes and recently just got my CR250 some Brembo brakes to flex on the boys! I recieved a modified rear shock that was supposed to be "low hours, ready to use" the clevis had an additional hole drilled in it, as if a lowering modification was attempted. The compression adjuster was not stock, and the rebound had the wrong set screw holding it in.The damping was most likely re-shimmed. The spring had chips of paint and was rusted on every turn of the spring. The shock I received looked nothing like what was pictured and it did not fit the description.

This was my first fairing kit I have purchased, and what can I say I am over the moon with it, gives the bike a whole new fresh look from the old fairing. And a massive improvement on the shape. Purchase of the fairing was stress free and easy to use website. They done an excellent job of keeping me up to date with the process of the fairing. Having being sent photos before the kit was sent was just a added bonus. Was gave tracking info which was excellent to follow the progess of the kit on its way. Arrived today and was keen to put them straight on the bike. Wow would be the word, everything just lined up and was very easy to fit. Great attention to detail and the paint is excellent and thick. Bought a 2014 tiger 800 road. Within 5,000 miles of new, the clutch failed, baskets needed to be replaced, gear indicator failed resulting in stalls confusing the ecu. Now the neutral notch between 1st and 2nd is gone. You connot get the bike in neutral. Another internal engine failure. Every dealer I have visited for warranty repair in southern California has been rude and caused more damage to the bike than they fixed. Triumph north america has started ignoring my calls and complaints. By far the most troublesome motorcycle I have owned in 400,000 miles of riding. The customer service I have experienced from triumph and the dealers has been horrible. Don't buy one

Ordered extensions for a Suzuki GSXR 1000. Was told at time they were on back ordered but would be available within 10 days. We are now 7 weeks out and I still don't have the extensions and it will be at least another week before they even ship, which is what I have been told the last two weeks. It is one excuse after another. Bad materials, computer issues, now we are getting them engraved then we have to package them. When I ask for them to just return my $400 they say that is not an option. Customer service comes off nice to get you hooked then you get pushed off once they have your money. Good Luck!!!

Charged me restocking fee when their website was at fault - I bought a $75 (+ shipping) gas cap from roaringtoyz. I bought it online and when I got it, it didn't fit even though the pathway I took on the website indicated it would fit. I was told that I should have gone through another route on the website, but how was I to know that? They're charging me a 15% restocking fee. I bought the product in good faith and it was their error not mine that led to the problem. I think this is a bad way to do business and do not recommend doing business with roaringtoyz.

The solicitors that they use are useless and not on your side. Had a crash were the other rider crashed into the side of my bike as i was going through a junction. Guy owned up to it as he was undertaking other vehicles when they had stopped for me at the junction. Wrote my bike off and gave me half the value of the bike due to the daft expensive voluntary excess. Solicitors aimed for a 50/50 liability. Now a grand down, no bike and will never trust or use this insurers ever again.

Had to exchange a pair of pistons that were the wrong size and Mark was super helpful! His customer service and knowledge was top notch. Brakecrafters had what i needed when I couldnt find the pistons anywhere else. The instructional videos on the site are well done and answer a lot of questions you might have. Highly recommend Brakecrafters!

They are based in Germany and sell motorcycle accessories & clothing; they had exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. I ordered on a Friday and the paddock stand arrived the following Wednesday, better than a lot of UK companies. The stand was of much higher quality than I had expected and was packed extremely well, so it arrived in perfect condition. This is the second time I have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.

After not being able to provide what was supposed to take 2 days I went to retrieve my sample whereupon Phil threatened to punch my head in and he also said he had fucked my mum which i found upsetting as she had died 10 years ago. i wish i had had my phone switched on and recorded his outrageous behaviour

Heidi was extremely helpful in aiding me to select the right products for a Honda CG125 custom build. I followed the provided instructions to the letter and the resulting paint finish was excellent. Easy to use products and although no previous experience, I achieved the matt finish I was looking for. I would not hesitate in using RS Paints again or recommending their products; not to mention the £300 saving at the paint shop!

2 months out of stock for an order, then the bag arrived with some spare parts left , and they don't solve it easily. They make it hard in order to force you to give up with the claim. Just unfair methods.

went in to purchase a new Kawasaki 125, the attitude and poor sales tactics resulted in trying to sell me a new bigger kawasaki then a second hand honda 125, then running into the rear office to check prices, it really was terrible sales pressure despite me being clear about the bike i wanted to buy new there and then. they have a terrible local reputation. beware!.

Went in for a brand new helmet on a budget . Staff were friendly and not pushy ...been a new rider I haven't no experience but they put the point accross with the difference between a £100 helmet and £300 one . Came away with the £100 one as I was on a budget but will be going back for more motorbike gear when I upgrade to a bigger bike .

Not happy at having to pay the return postage on a £55 pair of boots. The return cost was £10! I couldnt take them back to a shop as the nearest one to me was in Hamilton and I am on the east coast of Scotland. I wont be buying online from you again and I wont be going to one of your shops as theyre too far away!

Dealt with Royce Williams buying a Honda CB1100. Excellent customer service, he called to see If everything was ok after the bike was delivered. When leaving messages for Royce to get back to me when he wasn’t around, the other team members I spoke to were polite and customer focussed. Thank you for a very easy buying experience. I would recommend this dealership.

never actually got my machine to you as you wanted £80 just to look at it. I had a throttle issue on the Sprint GT, and i was going to simply hand the bike over and say fix it but £80 without even looking at it is crazy money. thanks, but i'll use another Triumph dealer to keep my machine with it's full Triumph service history

Purchased an item from their shop in Preston, item not in stock so it was ordered at the shop & delivered to my home address a few days later. Item not a good fit so retuned via courier. These people cannot refund electronically so I had an 85 mile round trip to collect my refund. Really awful customer service, I cannot believe that a new company cannot do business in a 21st century manor.
