Today at 11:58 AM I just bought the BMW X5 40e from Irvine BMW. We had one of the best experience in car buying in a very, very long time. I have visited 3 other dealerships and this one seems to be way better customer service than the others (Mckenna BMW is horrible). We were lucky to have Brandon Kim as our sales representative (internet fleet manager). He was very patient, friendly, helpful, accommodating, funny, hassle-free and authentic. They gave us a great deal on the car and made my buying experience very pleasant throughout the whole process and it was also quick and easy. I highly recommend for you to ask for Brandon when shopping for your next BMW.

This is one the worst place you can purchase a vehicle or do your service management just doesn't care employees don't care either Their tell you certain things don't exist on certain cars but they do they just too lazy go find the Car It's odd when the general manager never calls a customer back but yes I'm annoying general sales magic call that does absolutely nothing

I was looking for a set of radiator cowls to match the colour of a blue street triple. Unfortunately this is the only colour NOT supplied by Triumph. So i made a call to Jack Lilley Romford,. After explaining my request to Mitch, i was met with a resolute "YES we can do this for you, no problem" The service was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Hi, I have just brought a SPEEDMASTER from jack Lilly Romford only one issue that was from Hinckley The depot my bike was about 5 weeks late.But they did put things right for me thank you for that . But the staff at Romford were great and allways helpful and keeped me up to date with the delay on the bike and when I went to the showroom I was always made welcome with a cuppa of something. But the man with the plan was Steve he was helpful and was professional even when I was giving him a hard time. So big pat on the back for him for him. I will always deal with steve he gets the job done and a thank you to all the staff at the show room.

I required a part for a very expensive helmet and the manufacturer were not suppling the part. Peter one of the many excellent staff at Bike Stop phoned the UK distributor and got them to take the part off a new hemet in their stock. I received the part the following day. Fantastic visit to Team Sport Avonmouth. The track is great, if you like Banging in those lap times or racing. Many places to overtake. Long down hill section plus tactical section. If you like driving like Lewis Hamilton or Max Verstappen you will certainly enjoy this track. We enjoyed it so much we became members, 10% off future visits.

I wanted to buy bags, I am in Ireland. I was treated with complete contempt by Alex on live chat at 21:05 4th August '21. In this day and age to not ship to other countries is stupid. I ship flammable hazchem all over the world, so they have no excuse. According to an agent I spoke to on the phone "the owner is just not interested in selling outside the US". So I hope your business shuts it doors, your business and it's staff deserve nothing less. Deplorable

I bet there is no other company is providing such a good quality Bags, i bought a pair of saddlebags Harley Road King, best part is I've got 25% discount and my shipping was also free, shipping time was 2 days. My order was well packed and safety measure for any tragedy was also taken. Bags are adorable i installed them at my first ease. My Road King looks more pretty with these bags. Saddlebags are of good quality and should be long lasting, i personally like the name vikingbags on it. i'll definitely recommend others and will buy more products from them soon.

Had a great experience and staff both helpful and knowledgeable. In fact visited twice, went away after trying on four expensive jackets but there was no hard sell' the first time. Gave me time to think and then went back again and purchased the right jacket for me after getting good advice. I don't think the free coffee is a gimmick, it just makes the shopping experience more pleasant as you're likely to be spending big money! Very friendly staff and I'll happily go back and buy again. Worth visiting.

Nearly £2k spent over the past couple of years, my last order was a Halverson jacket. It arrived missing it's tags and with a repair note in the pocket. The response to my complaint. "There was huge demand for these jackets at this price and was a waiting list for some sizes. A small number of new ones with minor defects (usually the wrist strap) were returned. These were then repaired by Halvarssons repairers to meet some of the outstanding orders." No apology, just yes it's 2nd hand full stop.

Their website states orders come from the manufacturer and ship in 3-5 days. After 9 business days I emailed them, no response. On day 10 I called and it took them 5 minutes to find my order.. Then miraculously they had the part and it would ship that day. Ordered 5/1, delivered 5/21. Part does not match the one on the bike although the part # matches the number on the schematic. We'll see how the return process goes.

I saw that their prices were OK so I ordered a set of graphics for my son's Honda XR200 and my daughter's Honda XR100 on 6/27/11. They pulled the money out of our account on 6/28/11. Their website states that they ship in 3 to 5 business days. I called several times on 7/11 to see if I could get any information on my order and I had to leave a message on their phone. My wife called the next day several times and finally talked to someone and they said we would have our order by 7/15. Called several times on 7/19 and sent emails. Received email with tracking number on 7/20 and order arrived on 7/21. I opened the box and the Xr100 graphics were wrong. I've sent emails and left messages on their phone and still no response. Good prices but customer service is AWFUL!!!! UPDATE! Today 7/27 one month after the order was placed I received an email from Graphic MX saying if I PAY to ship the graphics along with a copy of the receipt back they will make some more. What company doesn't keep copies of transactions and why should a customer have to pay shipping for the company's mistake.

Once again I failed to do my research before ordering... if I'd done a simple search I'd have seen the numerous complaints about GraphicMX dating back to 2005. Their 3-5 day shipping turned out to be 22 days (just to put the package in the mail). Took a full 30 days to get my order. On top of that, two of the three decals did not fit my m/c. But the real reason for my bad review is that their customer service is absolutely horrendous. My advice is to avoid this vendor at all costs...

I ordered a cover for a Harley Davidson Street Glide on Monday 4-16-2018 It is now Thursday 4-26-2018 and the order is still being processed! Customer service is horrible, it seams like a call center that I am talking to. No one can give me a status of my order and I am told I will receive an Email within 24 hours answering my questions. I am Now dealing with trying to cancel my order to get my money back and they keep giving me the run around. Sealskin.com sells the same product for a few dollars more go there If you seriously want this product. Well worth the extra money. I am going to do everything I can to make sure people know to NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JUST MOTORCYCLE COVERS . COM horrible experience all around..... Just HORRIBLE!

Took my policy out in December last year. Unfortunately I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident in march and MD and their partner with LV ripped my off. Had to pay £200 excess for just making the claim which I wasn't told. Took 4 months to get all excess eventhough I wasn't at fault which they new from day 1. Plus they said I could get refund but didn't because I used most of my policy. I only had policy for 3 months and they just cancelled it 3 months after accident. Exactly 6 months to the day when they canceled my policy. Made a complaint but handler was useless and try say I haven't got the case. MD are bunch of thieves. Had to fight even get my prove of no claims from them.

Only reason they are getting 1 star is because it won't let me give them 0 I wanted a specific helmet with a quick release chin strap. I searched and finally found one with this feature on Chaparral's website (it was in the description and the picture). I ordered it. After a couple days, they called me to make sure it was ok to charge me $30 extra to ship to Hawaii. I was fine with the charge because I had been searching for this helmet. Upon getting the helmet, it did not have the quick release chin strap. I was very angry. I emailed them and they basically said that the description did not say that it had this feature. I sent them the link and a screenshot to the page on their website. They finally admitted that it was wrong on the website and that the picture was from a previous year. They offered me a $30 credit to keep the helmet but after dealing with them, I do not want it anymore. I am returning the helmet and will be out $60 because of shipping both ways. I will never buy from this place again. Updated: After trying to print off a shipping return label from their website, I received an error. I called customer service and the guy was very nice and said that he would refer it to the returns department and that they would email me the shipping label. I got any email saying that they could not do a shipping label because it was from Hawaii and offered to send me some junk quick release strap that looked incredibly uncomfortable. I declined and stated that I wanted to return it. I called customer service again after a couple hours with no response. They said that they would not pay for the shipping because nothing was physically damaged on the helmet. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and am awaiting a result on that. I told them this and they said that I could return the helmet but they would not pay the shipping. I would have been fine with this a week and a half ago before they made me so mad. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE

Ordered tires on October 10, changed my mind and called them 15 minutes after online order placed to cancel (found cheaper). I was assured by their phone rep the order was cancelled. Received a shipping confirmation the next day. I called back to ask why and was told it ships "Immediately" after the order. BS! Then I was told I received misinformation because they were hiring a bunch of new people and they made a mistake. THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT. Fine. I asked for shipping labels to ship them back and was put on hold to ask the "manager". Came back and told me I'd have to pay for return shipping...no way. Asked for the manager he just spoke with and was told she was busy (doubtful). Left a vm for manager and she never called me back. I called her back and she was rude and finally agreed to email me labels, even going so far as to verify my email address. Never received labels. (Great customer service manager). Filed a BBB complaint because I feel like they were trying to get me to keep the order by holding me hostage for return shipping. The "manager" had the nerve to say she could not locate a call from me on the day I called to cancel.....right. I offered to present the Verizon record to prove I called in exchange for a refund and I keep the order. This company and manager are a complete joke in my opinion. They will run themselves into the ground treating customers this way. Manager will find herself unemployed because she does not care about her job or the company she works for.

I got the vehicle i had been looking for, what didn't make me happy was the vehicle was sold with a steering issue which should have been picked up when it was serviced as it was so noisy, Nissan sorted the problem out straight away WELL DONE NISSAN IN NEWBURY the steering fluid tube was not attached properly drawing in air creating very noisy power steering

Placed an order on June 22 and was charged in full. Over three weeks later item still has not shipped. the first email got no response. All i wanted was to know when item would ship. Second email also no response. Then i left a message on their phone service where they assured me i would be contacted. Never Happened. Last was email number three where a very angry me asked for a refund. Success! A response almost a week later saying too bad here is your refund. Wow! Worst customer service ever. They finally decided to cancel my order rather than ship my item. I wouldn't recommend this site to a person i despised. Be extra careful when dealing with these swindlers.

Seemed to be a great one stop shop to grab all the filters I needed to service the five Onan backup generators at my facility. Unfortunately, the trade off for great pricing is terrible customer service and smashed up merchandise. Three of my filters turned out to be out of stock, so instead of shipping me the rest and sending me the balance when it came in, they held up the whole order for three weeks - without telling me. When I finally got someone on the phone, he was so spaced out I didn't know what to do. He put me on "hold" several times - (by putting the phone down and wandering off.) Took just under a month from start to finish. Sadly, it looked like it had been packed by monkeys - no packing material, just stuffed into boxes. So now I have over $500 worth of scratched and dinged up filters. This is a company you recommend if you want to get back at somebody.

Ordered my bike July/August time and they said bike would be with me 15 September then I never got it till October by then I asked for money back and they totally overruled what I asked for then I had a long wait for paperwork to come sent it off and dvla wouldn’t except it as they didn’t sign the form to say it was a new scooter I got my registered back January and just started to go on bike and problems with battery but they said under warranty it should of had service but the bike not been used till now due to their mess up company and how slow they are He said I broke the deal on warranty but I asked for money back before my bike even came when they broke the time when it would be with me

Received the bike a week after purchased and they say three days. waiting for the registration pack three weeks. According to the DVLA I have to register it in 2 weeks. You phone them upon both telephone lines and they say email them so you do that and the answer is "they will arrive by the end of the week", but which week?. I do not recommend this seller!

I have had my Icebear Q6 since February of 2019 and this thing SIPS the gas! I have only had to fill it up ONCE since i have had it, and I drive it almost every day. my Rankings are as follows: Value: 10 Storage: 9.5 ( only drawback is they need to include a drink holder in the design, LOL), Ease of handling: 10, Noise level when on the bike: 10 very quiet and you can have a normal conversation while sitting on it cranked up, Seat height: 10, and stabilty: 10. I have a Rolec ev charging point inside my garage, it is ideally positioned except that using the docking socket on the unit caused the charging gun to protrude a bit too much into the garage so this separate docking socket mounted directly onto the wall is a perfect solution. It is very good quality and as good as the dock on the charging point.

This company does not send the order. They have no customer service. Promises of the order being sent the next business day are nothing but lies. I don't mind waiting longer if the company is upfront about timelines but this company has done nothing but lie and I'm still waiting for the order to be shipped. Save your money and yourself a lot of frustratrstion, do not deal with this company. If this is not resolved all I will progress it to ACCC.

In late August of 2015 I ordered a full set of Givi luggage cases for my motorcycle from Motostorm in Italy. Their prices were much better than any U.S. retailer for the same gear, even considering shipping (which was very reasonable) and import taxes. The cases were not in stock, but even considering that and the fact that FedEx held them up for a day or two for customs questions I had them at my door in Oregon in two weeks. They arrived in perfect shape. Note: Import taxes are charged by the carrier, not Motostorm. In my case I got a call from FedEx for clarification of exactly what the items were for customs purposes, then a bill e-mailed to me after I had taken delivery. The amount was about 20% of the purchase price. All things considered, I still saved about 12.5% over ordering same gear from the lowest priced U.S. retailer I could find. I highly recommend Motostorm.it.

I've ordered 3 items, the estimated delivery was between the 25 and 27. The 26, 2 items were marked as "in dispatch centre". The same day , they let me know(automatic message) they don't have an item after all and I should chose another one. I've asked multiple time what was happening to my order but nobody replied. The estimated date of delivery changed without any notification. Now the 28, I got a new automatic message to tell me another item is missing, and I cannot replace it... I am now waiting for a refund, they haven't replied me yet.... I would never use them again. Really bad experience, poor customer service

I Ordered a tinted visor for my Scorpion Motor cycle helmet, for about 20 bucks with 10 dollar shipping fee. The item shipped all the way from Spain and arrived in about three weeks. Unfortunately the tinted visor wouldn't attach to my helmet, So I had it returned. MotardInn did reimburse my purchase, plus cost of shipping as advertised, so they win my respect for honesty.

Comprehensively insured work ute for 2 years from new. I was involved an accident but not at fault. The vehicle got fixed but not the signage on it which was damaged. Have been on phone at least 4 times costing hours..... to try a get this fixed for the last 5 months and always get promised a phone call back within 24hrs on how this is to be done. Never have recieved any call back. Today spoke with them again to be told that they have no record of these calls, I have been asked to provide more details to see if this would even be covered. Again I was not at fault in this accident, I have lost hours trying to deal with this company which doesnt want to look after there own clients even when it is at another insurance companies expense. Hopefully I get a call back this time... My advice would definately be to get insurance elsewhere! Not through Toyota or Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance company Australia they are TERRIBLE.....

I received my L's through Honda Hart in Tullermarinw which was a traumatic experience to say the least, the trainer was a nasty little man with an Eastern European accent (his name escapes me now) who instead of patiently teaching novice riders the presicse technical skills I was screamed at repeatedly, mocked and belittles. I left with my learners that day so rattled I didn't get on a bike for three months afterwards, my confidence was shattered. Then for some reason I decided to attempt my liscence test at Hart in Somerton, the trainer was nice enough but her instructions on the course were vague and contradictory. I had to attempt the same exercise repeatedly because I was not 'doing it correctly' however I didn't really receive feedback as to what 'it' was and the 'correct' way to do it. I again felt mocked and belittled by the staff at Hart, my confidence is again shot to hell by unprofessional, uncaring instructors. Never again. Do not waste your time!

Brookside location perfect, Ive recently passed my re licence thanks to ride smart, Guys And Girls listen up these trainers are the best hands down I knew I could already ride but without the help and training I certainly wouldnt have picked up on the slow ride technique which is really quiet simple and also used everyday in traffic it truely makes riding easy, The course is a great design everything is explained and diagram is also very helpful to understand the course. These Ridesmart Trainers are truely the best out there very helpful very friendly very approachable I highly recommend the refresher course before the test. There are a number of providers offering Qride courses in Brisbane, but RideSmart at Brookfield was the most convenient location for me from a location and time perspective (they offer courses during the week). Mike was my instructor and he did an amazing job of explaining and demonstrating what competent looked like. The best part of the day was not being marked competent and achieving my RE Opens, but it was Mike putting our safety first. There were five people, including myself, undertaking the RE O course but one participant lacked the necessary skill level to be safe on the road. Throughout the carpark course, this he struggled to follow instructions correctly despite Mike's clear, consistent, calm and patient delivery, and at one stage almost caused a collision with other participants. Mike did not hesitate to remove him immediately from the course. For myself and the other participants this was a relief as we were all concerned with how he would be on the road road. Having an instructor who is not only able to accurately assess a person's ability but able to ensure the safety of other participants is the biggest benefit you can get. Thanks Mike for looking out for us and ensuring those that are competent are able to demonstrate this in a safe and supportive environment.

We have been with them for a few years now and have just had to make our first claim. It was a "not at fault" claim as a truck trailer broke leaving debris all over the highway. Myself and numerous other drivers have hit the debris causing damage to our vehicles - luckily (or unluckily... depends which way you look at it) I only received two flat tyres and a damaged rim - no underbody damage. Phew. We did everything within our power with due diligence and took photos of the damage, the scene and also the truck driver's vehicle, trailer, drivers licence, etc. I spent over 1 1/2 hours on the side of the highway at night actually on hold to the insurance company waiting to speak to a consultant. Eventually I got through and they organised a tow truck which took several more hours to arrive but I was happy to finally get home and for my vehicle to go to the closest repairer. Fast forward three weeks and I am still without my car. The insurance company do not acknowledge emails, talk in circles when you phone them and are trying to deny our claim in full. My vehicle comes standard from the factory with tyres that are off set and directional, meaning they cannot be rotated and have to replaced in pairs. If they aren't, this causes a larger rolling diameter on one side and in turn can cause drive train related issues such as transfer case or differential binding (as quoted by the Mercedes Benz technician). This could be a serious safety issue! Despite other affected parties who are with cheaper generic insurance companies suffering similar damage to their vehicles, all of their claims have been settled - they are already back on the road, with repaired vehicles and did not have to pay their excess! I have escalated our claim to the Complains Department and they are just as useless as the rest of their consultants. To even have the car assessed, they required 5 business days. When you ask them a question, they have 15 business days to answer. At one stage they tried to make us contribute 50% of the repair costs and offered us a cash settlement (less the excess of course) as they said they would be repairing the vehicle to a better condition before it was prior to the incident - what the? All we are asking is that the recommended repair work be done to make the car safe and driveable again, as it was prior to the incident. They will not give me an explanation as to why they believe they will be improving it! Honestly, I have never had a worse experience with any insurance company and I'm at a loss as to why they won't just authorise the claim and waive the excess. We are not talking thousands of dollars here, only hundreds - I would hate to see if you had a serious crash and required actual body work. They would probably try and claim that you shouldn't have even been driving your vehicle and that because you went out it was all your fault. We have the full support of our local MB Dealership who are helping as much as they can but here I am three weeks later still fighting with no vehicle. I know that if I paid the excess that would be end of it and the insurer will never cough up - why bother having insurance if that's the case? My personal recommendation is to NEVER deal with his organisation EVER.

Had a 'not at fault' accident over 10wks ago- i didnt get the other drivers home address, so had to pay the excess until the other drivers details were provided. Picked up my car from being repaired 5 weeks ago and im still waiting for the excess to be returned. MBFS/QBE were provided with her name, rego number, insurance company etc and they're telling me they havent got her rego details as yet. Seriously?? 1 phone call/email to her insurerer would give you that info and you're telling me it takes over 10weeks to get that information??? Sent an email 4days ago to the claims officer, still haven't received a response. Called them today and got told to call the claims officer on the 26th. Absolutely terrible.

I was with them for 6 years. Never made a claim with them. I recently sold my bike and rang them to close/cancel my policy with them. The girl on the phone just laughed when she said that swann pay back the remaining money paid on the policy. That had been taken from my account 2 days before. A week later they have no done it at all. They love to take money but don't like giving it back and will OPENLY insult you. Swann treat people like crap, yet are completely confused why their reputation is going down the toilet. I would NEVER recommend swann to any MC rider period.

We purchased gap cover for extra $975 on a $9000 motocross bike as a recommended by dealership with fire and theft policy also in 2014. Bike stolen this November, so we lodged a claim with Swann. @ separate claims, 1 for fire and theft policy and separate gap policy claim. Sounded great. If you still owe finance, they will pay it out. Right ? Wrong ! It actually only covers any amount between the current agreed value of the bike ($5242) and the residual on loan. So, soon as you owe less than the agreed value, the policy is worthless within a short period of time. And as they pay out the finance from your agreed value on theft policy, all we are getting is the theft policy agreed value less payout figure of $1508, less $725 basic excess and another $250 excess for theft. Doesn't leave much for your pocket. AND, twice they have left the payout figure lapse and have had to ask for new figure. Now we have made another loan payment and as well as having to payout our policy to JUNE 2019. Good news is, if they catch the one who stole it in the future, they will get the $975 excess of him and we can claim it back. Would love to see how that goes, as I am sure the thief will be dying to hand over the cash.

We booked a bus for 21/11/2015 through their Sydney company & we are still waiting for the bond to be refunded to our bank account. Booking the bus was fine, the bus turned up & was good for what we needed it for. The driver wasn't good at navigating to our destination so we arrived late. I have been emailing to arrange for the bond to be refunded & have NEVER received a reply. I have made numerous phone calls to the mobile number of the driver & he NEVER answers! ONCE he actually did answer my call, I asked about our bond & he claimed that he would have refunded it the following week after we hired it, this is what usually happens. He said he would look into it & get back to me. I still haven't heard from him. He finally answered another one of my many phone calls & admitted to not having refunded the bond yet & asked for me to email our bank details to him so he could arrange to refund it for us. I asked him if he receives my emails because I have been emailing for MONTHS & have never received a response! His reply was "Yes, I have been getting them" I then asked why he wouldn't have replied to any of them regarding this matter & he said "I have been busy!" We are still waiting for this bond to be refunded. Very unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend to use this driver from Sydney.

I recently used Night Cruiser Party Bus Tours to surprise my partner for his birthday. The whole experience was terrible. Firstly It took 3 days to get through to the call centre to pay the final amount via Credit card, the service was shocking. When it came to the night to my own surprise a competitors bus turned up for our tour (one which i had already looked at and didnt like the company) I was then told I owed more money when I didn't and there was another tour on our bus which I was never informed about at all. I was also under the impression there would be a tour guide who would come with us for the night - there wasn't. After all of this the bus left the whole tour on the side of the road at the end of the night!!!! I still have not received my bond back after many emails and attempts at calling (which are never answered). I was very very disappointed in the whole experience and will never recommend them to anyone!!!

I hired a truck from Budget in Hoppers Crossing not once, but twice in the past few days. I was originally meant to move house on Friday, but a screw up with the bank delayed that til Monday. As a result, I had to return the truck early and they gave me a discount for returning it early and I explained my situation and they gave me a discount on the second booking, meaning they did everything in their power to make my inconvenient situation as good as they could, even though it wasn't their fault and they had no obligation to help me out. We had been using Budget in Artarmon every week for the past 4 years! All these years we had only once scratched a van and of course we accepted to pay around $300 for repair. Now they took $1,597 without any authorisation and discussion for a scratch we never did and they say it happened during our booking 4 weeks ago. We cannot accept this behaviour and definetely cannot accept a scratch we never did. And they took all these money without letting us know. We are sorting the matter now with Fair Trading!

I received a different product to the one I ordered. I was informed by telephone before it was sent out but the information about the different product was wrong. Product is a flisshugger. I was told the weight would be 10kg more than the one ordered and it would actually be easier to move through terrain. In actual fact, the item is 110kg but the one I ordered was stated as being 45kg in the Finn.no advert. I live in Vestlandet. The terrain is very steep. I cannot even manually drag the product up the drive to our house because it is too heavy. Moving it around in the forest is going to be very difficult. I'm keeping the product because I need to complete the project I bought it for as soon as possible.

Overall the experience with your company is good, few notes: Better English speaking communication with PIC Till today I haven't got any update on the invoice .
