Horrible Company try to avoid! Booked party bus for our trip to Florida which got canceled due to Covid-19. Understand the first initial dep. would have been ok with then went onto charge my card again after cancelled. Won't refund it now. Every other company that had same policies have started refunding. Can't believe this company won't!!!! AVOID THEM!!!

I have ordered from New England Motorcycle Emporium before in the past. I have always had excellent service and good prices. You can trust this company and their service. Last year I searched the web looking for the best price on Leatherlyke bags. Motoemporium was the cheapest and they gave me free shipping. You couldn't beat that. This time I went searching for the best deal on a cartain brand of gloves. Once again they popped up with the lowest price. Since I was already familiar with them I ordered right away. No problems at all. BTW they have since stopped selling Leatherlyke bags because the manufacturer has price fixed and wont allow businesses to sell below the retail price. Since they cannot give you a savings they wont sell that product. I think that says a good bit about them. You can expect a good deal when your ordering.

I wanted a Nolan x-1002, size 2XL. I could not find a US-based store that had it. I happened to write an email to these guys and they told me that in fact they had a new supplier that could get the 2xl in around the 11th of this month. When I called the next day, they had actully found their supplier had 2 in stock, one of which I ordered and is on the way. Their prices are great and so far the service I've received has been excellent. I called back to add an additional dark shield and Jay recommended I hold off since the helmet already has a sun shield build it. I'm very impressed so far.

I received an email which had an item I was interested in our every time I click the link the price on the website was higher. I contacted the company and they told me the item was no longer on sale however I had received another email that same day which listed the item again at that sale price. They refused to honor the sale price. They said that I receive the email in error and must've been the only person to get the email. It was only a five dollar difference however it's the principle. This seems like false advertising to me and dishonest

I had purchased a new scooter to get around but needed batteries and charger so I went online and found Monster Scooter Parts Corp. I spoke with David and before I knew it he had everything I needed and the price was good. If and when you need your scooter fixed this company has what you need.

I recently purchased a luggage rack (Star equipment) for my 1100 Silverado when I received it the chrome was peeling from the welds. I tried to contact customer service twice through the website. It says you will be contacted within 24 hrs. But that does not happen. buyer beware.

I really thought that supplying them with the last seven digits of my VIN # would assure that I would get the correct part. Oh well, I hope returning the wrong part and getting the correct one is not going to be too much of a pain in the A$$.

Recently got back into motorcycling after 21 year break and up to this dealership the whole journey has been an absolute joy, dealing with some wonderful suppliers. Most knew that i could only buy one bike, yet all were brilliant. But lets get back on topic. In short MV Augusta/Ducati Wolverhampton/3D MOTO LTD in Kingswinford, West Midlands is selling products made by an Italian company in the guise of a famous UK brand! Critically, 3D Moto, MV Augusta (Ducati Wolverhapmton) has the worst customer service I have ever encountered - really is, even 2 days after the event as I write this, I still can't believe that a company as bad as this survives. So please AVOID 3D Moto, MV Augusta, Kingswinford.

This is the third year that i have taken out insurance with Commercial Vehicle Direct for my van so i think that speaks for itself somewhat. I could have got it slightly cheaper elsewhere but for me it was worth paying the bit extra for the service that CVD provide. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would recommend.

I've used Drivechauffeur for airport trips both on business and holidays, they are 100% reliable, have great late model mercedes and most important respond quickly to emails - useful when changing plans etc on a trip.

Arranged 2 cars to London from Hampshire in under a weeks notice, top class service and great vehicle. We'll be back!

Booked a 17 seat minibus hire with Adam Lamataie of DVH in Feb. Great price and good service so I thought. I paid a 10% deposit. I should have smelled a rat when a week later they charged my credit card with the balance. I called them and they refunded it. As the hire date drew closer I had some questions so called DVH. No reply. I called regularly for 3 days, left messages and sent e-mails. Nothing. I started to get very concerned and then read the numerous terrible reviews. I then booked a bus with another company at a higher price. Fortunately there was more than 48 hours to the hire date so I cancelled the hire with DVH by e-mail. I have received nothing in response. I am sure they had no intention of providing the bus, if they are even still trading. A sham of a company - AVOID LIKE EBOLA.

In March I rented a van for the week and paid in full. Due to Covid I had to cancel the rental as it was for a holiday. I cancelled it, but havent received any acknowledgment, no reaction, no communication at all.I am sure they received my email as the car (which was meant to be delivered to my home) never showed up either. I need their cooperation to be able to claim under the insurance. No response received at all. They have gone missing in action. Very frustrating. DONT PAY IN ADVANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE
