I ordered my guitar in february 2013, after one month of 0 communication we started sending them e-mails but we never got any answer. When the customer support answered (Mays 2013) they would refund us the money via bank transaction, nothing happened until in august, when we called the customer support for the 10th time to get an answer that WE never contacted them and it was our fault that this delay happened. Last month i was instructed by the costumer service after many calls to contact the administrator of SAS Euroguitar to find a solution. The last e-mail i got was straight from the company's administrator that i have no hope of getting my money back, but i also have to pay them my debt! I order, i get no product, and i have a damn debt in the company. Simply said, they delay your product and answer so when you find out what's going on, you can't simply get your money back via pay-pal, since 45 days are long past. Simple fraud, took me a while to find out, if you already have an order, better take legal action as soon as possible, declare a dispute like i did on pay-pal to protect fellow people. This is the first time I've used Just Flutes to order music which took quite a while to arrive (even given current circs.) When I looked into it I noted that the order confirmation had our address cut off half-way through the county...and emailed to enquire whether this would relate to the address label. As it was a child's birthday gift I was rather hopeful that it would arrive, which it eventually did, but I must say I was rather disappointed that rather than meeting me half-way on how an address could be processed without a postcode/county (surely there must be some element of error in the online ordering process? Although I accept some element of user error). This is the response I received. I was disappointed to hear that it was mainly about paying for a second postage rather than my non-receipt of item and wouldn't use JF again which is a shame as I have two musicians in the family and three instruments. Thank you for your email, I have looked into this for you and can see that the postcode section of your order says XXXsh. This will mean that this order will come back to us as they will probably be unable to deliver. If you could please confirm your postcode, once the item comes back we can resend it for you. Please note that we will require postage to resend this item for you. Unfortunately we do not have another copy in stock so we are unable to send this to you before the original order comes back. I'd recommend buyer beware and obviously double-check your order confirmation email shows your full and proper address.

I ordered 2 guitars, 2 respective case/gigbag and a couple of cleaning products and strings. This was on 16th April 2020. For all this purchase 2 packages was expedited to DHL. One arrived at my home in Portugal on time. The other one - containing most of the objects - is still lost! DHL (both PT and DE) tell me that Music Store only processed the electronic registry but no object arrived to them. Music Store, in 7 days, has told me a bunch of different things: 1) this happens and we're working on it; 2) the package is in DHL and they are processing it and will be shipped in two days; 3) we don't know where is it, and we're investigating; 4) we found it and we're shipping it in two days. I spent a lot of money calling to Germany and a lot of time sending emails... the only thing I got until today was different versions of one or more of the 4 responses above. I also asked when should I request my money back and the answer was: we are processing your refund (for days…) The refund came only after 7 days hard pressure (by mail and telephone - It should be immediate) nor I expected this from renowned instrument store, nor a Germain one…

Bought a guitar, my dream guitar, paid in time and form, they shipped it... I was counting the days to play my guitar.... THEN suddenly they put it back to their store and didnt even gave me an explanation until this day. Just like that. I was left in a terrible and confused vibe. Very dissapointed :( :( :(

I ordered a guitar for my son on 3/8/22. It was supposedly in stock and would be posted within 2-5 days. The next day the order was “confirmed” and money taken out of my account. Since then this company has completely ignored every message I have sent to them asking - first - for an update, and - more recently - for a refund since they are clearly not in a position to fulfil this order. We needed the instrument urgently and not having it arrive within the promised timescale has been frustrating and disappointing. I only wish I had read the reviews on TrustPilot before I ordered. I will be keeping an eye on my account to make sure my “support tickets” and messages sent to customer services do not get deleted as they seem to have done with other customers. I have taken screenshots as evidence and I am getting ready to ask my bank for a chargeback.

Absolutely useless ...I purchased A "Peavey" bass amp from them which developed a fault, and as it was still under guarantee they ask me to return it which I did and got an e-mail saying they received it on the 1st May 2019....I still haven't got my amp back..now the 19th November 2019.!!!!! After a lot of email and phoning, a loan amp was issued while mine was repaired. I chased them up again last week and was told my amp was ready, but they wouldn't send it until I returned theirs, I returned it and got an e-mail saying they received it last Friday. No notification of when to expect mine back no amp ..no communication..no more patience left..no apology ...never again...hope to get my amp back before Xmas..not sure which one though !!!!!

2x Beta 18" BB118AS Active Powered Subwoofer 1000W RMS (Mark II version) These subs are mid priced, not as expensive as some other more established named brands but more expensive than entry level subs with so called equivalent rated drivers / amplifiers. One thing you notice immediately is the weight, the cabinets are made from Birch Plywood rather than thin chipboard which in my view makes them sound far superior. In a side by side test against entry level active 18" subs the increased volume was evident without clipping. Against subs costing nearly twice as much they out performed both on volume and quality of sound so much so we are now in the enviable position of having excess bass, even at low volume (Never thought we'd ever say that!) and our clientele noticed the difference immediately! So, if like us you're undecided about this relativity unknown brand then don't be, these easily out perform more expensive equivalent subs but for less money. Sure you can buy entry level 18" active subs for £120 with 350w amps with so called 1000w output but you will soon be replacing them with professional BishopSound subs that actually sound and perform. You won't be disappointed, neither will be your patrons.

I started out as a high school band drop-out (Kicked out actually). I decided to take up the bass 50 years later, with very little recall of what I had learned in high school, and very little instrumental skill. The B2B (Beginner to Bad Ass) course took me from the very basics of bass playing, through some rudimentary music theory, and onto advanced technique, in a short period of time. Josh Fossgreen's style of teaching is lighthearted and fun, yet very focused. I was absolutely astounded at the progress I made. I would recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning to play bass.

I bought an item off from the online shop www.musicmatter.com for next day delivery it wasnt a next day delivery it is fake. The item was stuck with DPD who you cant reach by phone. Their customer service is very poor and instead of assuring me to be patient they decided to refund me which wont clear in my account for 5-7 working days. Thats a nasty way to treat any customer and watch them they do have fake positive feedbacks on the internet- avoid them they will delay you and if you are meeting a target they are a complete disappointment to any customer. Stay safe.

Learning to play the Harmonica has been on my 'to do' list for quite some time. I bought a harmonica some time last year and played around on it every so often, but it was clear I was going to need some instruction, if I ever wanted to better myself when it came to playing. I ordered Mr. Allen's lessons about a month ago, and have made more progress with the harmonica in that 1 month than I did by myself the entire previous year. Mr. Allen has a deep passion for music and makes the lessons not only informative but fun. The lessons are usually pretty quick, which makes it easy to follow along while continuing to make progress. Very happy with my lessons and look forward to making more progress as time goes on.

I watched two of the free videos on YouTube and I was sold. I've been playing for about 3-4 days, and watched a whole bunch of videos, but I love the style of JP's lessons. I'm sold! I'm about 30 lessons in now and just getting the hang of single notes - I'm really delighted with the material and looking forward to learning more with JP's awesome videos.

They rope you in with the idea that the sounds will be free to download once you create the account only to tell you no, you have to get a subscription, which ranges from $15 to $199. And if you want to close your account? Forget about it. You'll have to email them because that feature is conveniently not on the site at all. And if you email them about why you want to close it/requesting to close it they'll ignore that party and just try to sell you the subscription until you put your foot down about wanting your account closed.

I tried to download something and it said I needed an account, made NO mention of payment. I made an account and when I tried to download a sound it demanded that I sign up for their subscription service. Aside form being misleading, their prices are TERRIBLE! 5 Downloads for $15 USD! That's ridiculous!

I sent Patrick Sims at Sims Custom Shop my 70's Reissue Fender Jazz Bass body to have it refinished. I've always wanted a Vintage Olympic White Jazz Bass and I could not be happier with the results. Would highly recommend Sims and if I have another project it will be Patrick doing the work.

Overall I am very happy with the service Patrick provided. I am going to break this review down into two categories. Quality of work and customer service. Quality of work: Overall I would give the paint job a 9/10 rating. The paint job is flawless EXCEPT there are some inconsistencies/cuts/ chunks around the bolt holes and input jack. BUT, this could just be being nit picky. The colour and craftsmanship was 10000000% times better than what I expected and better in person than any of the pictures Patrick had sent me over the duration of the job. Customer Service: The job was initially quoted and sent off to Patrick August 29, 2018. The project was quoted to take 4-8 weeks. Overall, the process took 8 months. I received the guitar this April of 2019. THIS being said, Patrick had a couple of unforeseen issues with my particular project. I am an understanding easy going guy, so I always gave Patrick the benefit of the doubt. However, the only thing I would have liked to seen was stronger communication and follow up. I would sometimes be left 4-6 weeks without hearing an update or any news on the project. That being said, I understand I am not the only person with a guitar that Patrick is painting. But still... Once the guitar was completed and resolved, process went smoothly. Verdict: Overall I am very happy with the service Patrick has provided. Although the communication wasn't top notch, the quality of work definitely made up for it. As a first time user with Sims Custom Shop I didn't know what to expect. Now understanding his process and service and timelines, I wouldn't be as sceptical as I once was in sending Patrick another project. I have plans to send Patrick another guitar in the future. Hope this helps for anyone looking to send Patrick a guitar! - Jamie

I was probably one of the 'annoying' customers... asking a lot of questions and not being decisive. But, the 'Smiths' were incredibly helpful and gracious, and eventually helped me make the right decision. It's a rarity these days to get such a high level of customer service -- especially when combined with really low prices -- but Sound Smith delivered in spades. I am very happy with the Banjo Uke and with the service! I did have a small glitch when ordering with a coupon code but got that figured out. I sent them an Email and they were responsive when I let them know about the glitch. No real complaints about ordering. Sound Smith shipped it very soon after I ordered it and it arrived faster than USPS predicted. I have only had the Banjo Uke for a little while but I really like it. It sounds and plays great. The only issue I have noticed is some frets could have been cleaned up more when it was set up. However, the action is very nice. It is a little heavy but should be expected with a wood, closed-back banjo head. It is also very loud, which I like. I will review this further after having a some time to play it.

Review: Tom Hess has done it again with a great music instruction site! I first found Tom through his guitar lessons, and after I got a bunch out of them he convinced me to work on putting together a more organized practice schedule. After I signed up for the guitar practice generator, I immediately started putting my routine together...which was pretty fun in and of itself, but its been about a month and have really noticed some better results! It really helps to have everything organized for me and not have to worry about keeping track through note books or text files on my computer. Check this out if you are looking to become more efficient with managing your guitar practice.

This is basically a glorified timer. You put the things you want to practice in (through a very confusing interface) and it tells you when you're done. There are plenty of free apps that allow you to do pretty much the same thing. And I found it very lacking for the price.

We received the electric violin we ordered for my daughter in time for Christmas - yay! But it did not work - boo! It was incredibly disappointing. We called customer service and the rep told us to replace the battery with a new one, which we went to the store to purchase - 5 in a pack and only needed one. That did not work and now we have to send it back and she went back to NY without her long-awaited electric violin with which she would gig with to make money. Frustrating! Side note, you might want to get my name right!

If you're researching dFd you'll see that I've pasted this review at other sites. This is still my review, based on my personal experience doing business with dFd. I discovered dFd in 2020 as I was watching a rdavidr video on youtube. I was looking for some replacement parts and did a google search, and they turn out to be in my town! Everything about this company is above board. They provide a tremendous selection with outstanding prices and customer service, blah, blah, blah. My disposable income advisor isn't happy, as they're just toon darn convenient. I can place an order in the morning and pick it up at the store on my way home from work! Based on my experiences with dFd, I would have no reason to doubt all of the attributes for customers who buy and have it shipped.

I am a stave drum builder, both snare drums and complete sets. I found dfd when I was first starting out, and have since ordered almost exclusively from them. Their range of brands, quality levels, and variety are awesome, and their website is (mostly) easy to use (thedropdown menus get a bit annoying, sometimes). I have found, when discussing hardware options with custom buyers, to refer them to the dfd site to select their own hardware package. Oh, there's an idea! Why not provide a few basic "all-inclusive" packages for outfitting, say, a snare drum, including heads, hoops, t-rods, lugs, wires, throw and butt plate? I would think that three options would be nice (low, medium, and high end price ranges), and might make ordering a LOT quicker! But, I digress. Anyway, I have built three complete stave sets and a number of snare drums with parts from dfd. In fact, I just received a pair of Maple bass drum hoops and an Aquarian SKII head from them five days ago to complete my latest build. Whether you are building from raw product to finished drum, or just want to jazz up the drums you have, you won't go wrong with dfd. P.S. Any suggestions of what to do with all those dfd bumper stickers they send with every order? I've got enough of them to wallpaper my rehearsal studio with!

While it's obviously an excellent site dedicated to helping people learn to play the violin/fiddle through its excellent tutorials, sheet music and video lessons, the fine folks at Fiddlerman.com have been instrumental (pun intended) in my journey with the viola.

Do not buy from Juno. I ordered four vinyl records and all arrived damaged. The corners of all the covers were blemished and in very poor condition. One of the vinyls had a 4cm tear at the top. There was no damage to the packaging it arrived in. They are selling defective second hand goods listed as new.
