I telephoned Saturday morning and spoke to a chap called Stewart, who was very efficient, friendly and guided me through the booking procedure with care and patience. He even gave me his direct telephone line in case of future query. The booking/ordering system, aided by Stewart was very pleasurable and now all we need to do is enjoy the holiday i booked.

The fee for changing details is disgraceful, especially as we tried changing details on the day of booking (Sunday), were told we couldn't until Monday and then spent all week trying to get through on the phone line!

We have expressed our delight to the staff involved with our booking and we will certainly be using them again next year. We wished you did City breaks as this is a service we would appreciate. However, it is more important that as a small company you specialise and do everything well and that you do not spread yourself too thin and then the service is not as good.

Everything, office service great, hotel wonderful, could not fault anything about the holiday, except one thing , it was not long enough, 10 days it should of been 3weeks, maybe next year. The one-and-only reason I bought this insurance is to provide evidence to the Home Office that I have "comprehensive sickness insurance", for my application for a UK residency card. I understand that this is a common reason people buy Freedom Elite. But nowhere in the marketing or policy wording does Freedom Health use the phrase "comprehensive sickness insurance". Why not? That's like Jaguar not acknowledging that they sell automobiles. I'm paying >/ 2,000 Pounds a year for this coverage. The least Freedom Health can do is make me feel confident I bought the right product from the broker! I know what product I asked to buy. You know what product you sold me. Why don't the words match?

Wie schon erwähnt, war der erste Teil der Reise - Ljubliana nach Piran - super. Gute Hotels, exzellente Karten und Beschreibungen. Insgesamt kann man das nur weiterempfehlen. Leider war dann bei der Reise in Istrien das Kartenmaterial mäßig bis falsch. an einem Tag passte Karte und Beschreibung überhaupt nicht zusammen und auch fehlten an entscheidenden Stellen (Weggabelung, Verzweigung) Kleber oder Anweisungen (rechts oder links). Wir haben uns mit GPS geholfen. Das Hotel Vila Lili war leider sehr schlecht. Die Leute waren unfreundlich, sprachen weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Die Armaturen im Bad waren sanierungsbedürftig, das Fernsehen funktionierte nicht..... Das Gepäck kam immer rechtzeitig an.

Overall I thought the Prague to Dresden cycle tour was not as spectacular as other European cycle tours I have done. There are many industrial sites bordering the Elbe River - not so attractive. On the positive side the maps provided with the route highlighted by textacolour were very good. The detailed maps showing the exact route to the hotel at the end of the day's cycling were excellent - better than any other tour I have done. Two of the accommodations were one person bands - the same person was at reception, cleaned your room and also served breakfast in the morning. On both occasions, I could not gain entrance to the accommodation when I arrived because that one person was either not available or was doing something else. At Litomerice I arrived at 12:37 pm but could not gain admittance until 3:20pm. I filled in time by having lunch in the main square. It was a fine day so this did not matter too much. But if the weather had been bad on this day I could not think of anything worse - being tired and in wet clothing not being able to have a hot shower immediately on arrival and being able to change into dry clothes. The actual accommodation at Litomerice was very good. By comparision the hotel at Decin had reception manned all day up to late at night.

I wouldn't go with Freelance again - the property we stayed at had some variances from the description and the photos were out of date (probably taken some years ago and some areas of the property had dated badly). We also had cause to visit their agents to have a few minor issues looked at and also to ask them to contact the airport for us with regard to a lost item. Although the issues were addressed by the owners of the property, i don't think I've ever come across a more disinterested or vague individual as the woman who we dealt with. We got no feedback on whether they had contacted the airport in fact no one even contacted us to check if the issues had been addressed

I am very happy with my Freesat Recorder and service, I have Purchased two over the last 3/4 years, As for ordinary Freeview TV, it is useless in the Weymouth area where I live, also the channel list is very poor compared with other Regions, the reception also in my local area is null and void in the spring and summer months, due to a spinney running behind my property with a lot of very tall trees, the owners will not lop the top off them ( local Junior school ), it is just getting possible to get some reception with Freeview now as all leaves have been blown off now. In spring it will start to get worse again, All I can really say is, thank god for Freesat, it has made viewing so much better, and many more channel's.

As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless. I hope to carry on being with them for the foreseeable future!

Please do not book with this company- I booked a wedding in Mexico for 40+ Which has had to be changed due to Covid. We were sold the dream of a full package, someone who would help us with every aspect of our wedding booking. The reality has been so different, as soon as the deposits were taken the lack of communication has been shocking. One of the reasons we booked was because We were promised change the date save the rate at the time of booking but this seems to not be the case as this doesn’t include flights which we were told it did. We have verbally been given w new date but I have asked for written confirmation of this and they have not done it. All I get is ‘trust me it’s been changed’ Customer service is shocking we have to chase them for every bit of information. Literally to the point of calling them everyday for the last 2 months. No one ever calls you back. They are not helpful at all. When you question them as to why they don’t have answers their response is they they go through a tour operator- which was never explained when we booked this. We were sold this as a package holiday but it isn’t. Be aware of things like transfers they said they were included and after we have found out they aren’t. They do not reply to messages on the wedding profile. Honestly has been the worst experience booking my wedding, the stress they they have caused us has been unbearable. I am now in the position where I have to potentially tell my friends and family they may have lost their deposits, they were really helpful until they got everyone’s money. There lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking.

Refusing Full Refund Please do not book with this company! I was supposed to go to a wedding in April 2020 & paid £960, but due to COVID-19, this was unfortunately cancelled. The couple decided to cancel their wedding at the end of May & I’ve been trying to obtain my full refund ever since. I was reassured by Perfect Weddings Abroad that once they received the money from their tour operators, a full refund would be made. At the end of August, I received two random payments of £300 & £34.72 from Perfect Weddings Abroad, without an email or phone to explain what these payments were for. I contacted them & they said this was the correct refund amount, however they had now added cancellation fees & change of dates fees which was not included in my booking confirmation. They are now refusing to pay my full refund. I would really advise people to not make any bookings with this company after my poor experience. Lack of communication, poor service & several false claims are just a few things that spring to mind about this company! Do yourself a favour & avoid them at all costs!

My son rented a flat through Romans. When he moved in the flat was filthy. The heating, shower, curtains and microwave were all broken and Romans didn't care. The electrics were in a disgusting state and hadn't been checked for years. The flat wasn't fit for human habitation. Complaints were completely ignored. When he left they kept a large amount of his deposit with no justification. They exist purely to exploit and rip off clients. Disgusting company.

All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. Great group of guests added to the holiday and location of chalet and good amenities rounded it off. Highly recommend and will return next year

Jennifer at ski weekends was superb and able to get us a great multi generational family ski trip, despite our many tricky requirements. After not skiing with my Dad for 26 years and my sister for 17 years - we will be skiing in the three valleys along with two of my three kids and my niece too. I made two bookings with Skiddoo which I was very happy with except for two small issues. The first was a return trip to LA on Qantas at a very good price.....Wonderful but my only issue was that you had to pay quite a lot extra to choose a seat on each flight (4 in all). The second was a trip on Alaska airlines. It said no baggage but I will have a bag to check in and there was no option to pay for this during my booking.

After making a thousand phone calls and hundreds of emails I didn’t get a single reply after 2 days of trying so I could reschedule my flight! Every-time I called the answer was phone would tell me to send and email. The email response was to call the phone. Absolutely shocking experience at a really difficult time! I will never use this company again!

I have an ice machine on order, was told I would get it in 3 days, that was almost a month ago, they won't answer the phone and now don't seem to be answering emails. I spent £938.15!!! I shall put a complaint on here and anywhere else I can find, Trustpilot, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc until I either get the goods or a refund, not responding after taking so much money from me is not acceptable!!!!!

RexArt is the only place I found to carry Richeson hardboard in the sizes I wanted, as well as in bulk packs. Customer service was prompt in contacting me on the first business day after I placed my order on a Saturday regarding additional shipping cost due to the weight of the order. I had no problem approving the understandable cost and received my order within a week. I've already been looking at making additional orders from RexArt for my board orders.

I am always searching for sewing patterns and what I have found is that they Unbelievably high priced.Then when I found site woohoo great prices for patterns. They have dresses,tops and more that you can get the pattern made In custom measurements or standard measurements and they are PDF printable to my desktop printer.This is the best thing I have seen in a while.I can let customers order certain styles and have patters made to order.the possibilities are endless.no more high prices for me.

Their website says you get your customized patterns in 20 minutes after purchase. Until you get an email saying their automated system had a problem and they have to fix it manually. The email said I'd get my order in 24 hours. It's well past that and despite several emails to their "support email" and a couple of calls to their apparently disconnected customer service phone line, I have yet to even receive a response from them. I'll be filing a stop-payment with my bank. This is ridiculous.

My wife chose the pro pack for our new logo.. i've just recently accessed the site and found it quite easy to use. They supplied us with a free website to get started as well. This was helpful and I feel these guys make every effort to make sure customers are taken care off.. you will be in good hands here..

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

John adapted our chosen logo for a Yacht Charter business in the UK. The price was good. John talked to me on several occasions to check at each stage the process and concept designs matched our criteria. We have some ideas for the future and may contact him again. I will recommend his company to other people when possible.

The staff ruined the site with the new awful, broken buggy and messy design, deleted all the characteristics that made the site remarkable and now they are unfairly and blatantly forcing us to use it when almost all of us were fine with the old design. And as if all that were not enough, they blatantly ignore their community. It's simply outrageous and shameful. That shows that they're a bunch of shameless coward arrogant inept incompetent morons. They don't deserve respect.

It used to be much better at one time than it is now. While some good art can still be found there, it takes more and more effort to find it. The main problems now are that they do little to nothing about SPAM messages, chain-letter type messages and other garbage like that which merely misuse the comment-feature. But the overall atmosphere of the site has declined as well. Only positive and/or popular comments and opinion are allowed; any form of constructive criticism or, for that matter, any dissenting opinion of any kind, is not tolerated and even censored in some cases. It is highly ironic that a website ostensibly for creators to display their work should have evolved into an environment that is so averse to the expression of different opinions. PC Groupthink is increasingly the mindset there.

Thanks Joanne. I ordered a wrong model of inks and looked for the way to replace it. She helped settle it with the supplier and allowed me to send the ink back thr courier. Finally I got the new ink within couple days after she received the old ones. It was the best treat for me as we are now under the special situation of Coronavirus. Thanks again. When I ordered the label tape but the system said it was pre-order due to no stock, I sent a whatsapp message to staff, they replied promptly and said they have stock. After I paid, their staff proactively told me the goods will be delivered to me by next day, and I received it by next day morning.

Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.
