Ordered three parts online back in December, paid via PAYPAL. Over two weeks later received only two of the items I had paid for. The enclosed shipment invoice showed all three items billed and shipped, with a handwritten note showing one as backordered. Unable to receive a response from them via email, phones go to a machine. PAYPAL refuses to do anything because they showed a proof of delivery. YES.... PART OF MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED.....BUT NOT ALL. I GUESS I AM NOW SOL!!! LESSON LEARNED......DO NOT BUY FROM THEESE PEOPLE......

I gave 1 star for the price. I ordered 1 item and it has been 11 days and still no delivery. I called customer service and they blame the shipping company. I wanted to cancel, but was told it was not an option. This is another online company not taking responsibility and blaming someone else. I will never do business with them again. If I do not receive my item in a few days I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I have paid for first class postage. The order was placed on 24th May 2019, I am still waiting delivery. SO CANNOT REVIEW THEIR ORDERING SERVICE! This is not the first time that I have not received my order within a week of the order being placed, even though I have had (on both occasions) an email saying that my order is in the post!

First was told I would DEFINETELY have my dining room set by Thanksgiving NO PROBLEM.. Then, I was contacted and told the rep, "made a mistake" and forgot to include the bottom of the dining room hutch and it was another couple thousand $. Now, am told it's not even going to be available to you until end of November! I had a house fire and lost everything...am trying to rebuild my life as a single mom and this is the last thing I needed. All I know is I am not going to refurnish the rest of my house with FLS!! I don't appreciate being told it's all the manufacturers fault.... This order was placed in August and I was told it was in stock.... that's a FLS process mistake.

I was using their on-line site to examine different covers when I was called up by one of their "salesman". After providing information on the cover I required, I was provided with a quote that represent some saving on my current cover. I was immediately asked to provide my current membership details and payment arrangements; the person clearly wanted me to sign up immediately. I asked for a copy of the Product Disclose Statement to be emailed to be so that I could make an informed decision on changing my insurer to which the person responded "Thanks veery much for wasting 23 minutes of my time, I thought you were serious about saving some money, Goodbye" and rang off. Do NOT touch this crowd!

I was with Qantas Assure for points. I wasn't really getting much out of the coverage and when my misses was in hospital, I decided to do my own check to see what I was covered for. Turns out it wasn't much so I started looking online. I checked a few sites and ended up using Health Insurance Comparison to compare a few different ones. I was tossing up between myOwn and AHM but myown had a similar price and came with a reward system where you get $5 vouchers each week if you do enough steps. I spoke to Eli who was very easy going and seemed to know more than anyone I have met about health insurance. He talked me through the differences between policies and left it to me to pick which one I wanted to go with. I didn't have to sit waiting periods again so it was even better. Pretty easy, if I switch again I will use them.

Parcel was shipped by Shein. Arrived in Australia 25/10/2021. Due for delivery to Kennards Self Storage on 02/11-03/11. I contacted Kennards on 03/11 who advised parcel has not been booked for delivery yet. They further advised that recently multiple customers of ParcelPoint have had parcels not sent and have had zero luck when trying to contact ParcelPoint. Waited until 05/11 and emailed ParcelPoint without response. I then emailed Shein also on 05/11 and received a response on 06/11 advising parcel is with ParcelPoint and they will investigate. I checked ParcelPoint’s Instagram 06/11 which revealed a large number of complaints from consumers who’ve had deliveries to themselves or returns to retailers not end up at their destination with zero luck in contacting ParcelPoint. I persisted with calling and eventually got through on 06/11 and was advised parcel is not in Australia. When I called them out on this lie they backflipped and said it is here but at a Shein’s warehouse and they have not taken receipt of parcel. I’ve worked out through another consumer that contacting Fair Trading NSW might help, which I will do tonight via email and urge all other impacted consumers to do the same. I am unsure if they’ve lost my parcel or perhaps have gone bust and no longer are able to freight the goods they’ve taken receipt of. My order was $140 so I am hoping that perhaps Shein will refund me but until then, please do not use this company and very carefully and thoroughly check who your retailer uses for shipping. I have also lodged a story request with A Current Affair. I urge other consumers impacted to do the same. Perhaps with enough of us banding together, we can forewarn others of this dodgy company.

My son was insured with these people. When his motorbike was damaged and he placed a claim they took 2 months to pick up the bike, then he had to wait another 2 months as they got in the parts to repair it. They didn't even offer him a loan bike to get him around. Just because it was cheaper for them to repair the bike rather than paying out to replace it, he had to wait an inordinate length of time. But T.I.A. as my boys say; 'This is Australia'. Also, they never got the forks straightened or replaced in the end so add a WTF as well; don't believe that lovely friendly lass on the AAMI ad.,

Probably good insurance for normal house claims (eg fire, storm etc)& better than no insurance if the house is completely trashed by the tenant, but worth little for the usual malicious damage by tenants. However: who else do we use?? Competetive price. Friendly, accessible service. Haven't made a claim on this policy because the excess for malicious damage by a tenant is too high (standard excess + 4 weeks rent) & this excess applies to each incident. Therefore the cracked showerscreen, holes in the walls, broken window all cost below the excess to replace, but the money came out of our pocket. This is the case, even if the bond is used up covering unpaid rent & cleaning.

I emailed the team straight after my purchase and advised them of this and it was resolved with no fuss in a manner of days. Whilst i believe the option to cancel the subscription should be available in your sprout account, it was easy enough to email and correspond with Annabelle. We recently purchased a $15 bottle of essential oil. It arrived. One month later our credit card was debited over $50 and for what we do not know. We tried contacting the company (there is NO contact phone number for them so we had to email) several times and surprise surprise, no response. We have forwarded the matter to the bank to investigate. Sprout Market is dodgy. Deal with them at your peril...

I order about a month ago and saw eliquids 6 for £10. So i thought that it would be enough till the current situation is over. Proved me wrong. However customer service was terrible. I was told it had already been dispatched but never came. I had to wait 10days to find out what. Still didnt come. I emailed them and they said it is on its way and still took 5 days to arrive. If i could of have no stars i would choose that.

I ordered a kettlebell on the 5th of May and expected a little delay due to Covid etc. I was pleased to receive a tracking number..late but that was fine. DPD have not received the package to get it to me. It has been over a week of me checking the tracking number. I emailed customer services over a week ago...again accepted there may be a delay but no response. Nothing to say they were looking into it, nothing to say what had happened. No response at all. Absolutely awful customer service. I am so disappointed.

I purchased a renewal of both my certifications that I currently have for $25 each. Six Sigma Green Belt and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. In addition, I did purchase the PMP refresher and certification courses for $49 as a deal. My total billing that came out of my checking acct was $99 which was paid in full. I don’t know if my renewals have been mailed out or not. The email address listed does not work.

I have been using the hemp salve for over 2 months now, and I have found that it is the only thing that has helped relieve the pain in my heel. I have chronic achilles tendinitis and it can be hard for me to walk because of pain sometimes. But since I started using the hemp salve every night before bed, I have not had ANY pain in my heel! This stuff really does work for me. I am so happy I found this product, because I cannot take NSAIDS due to other health problems. This salve has been a lifesaver for me!

After buying a kids bike for my daughter the chain broke within 1 day. I had it repaired at a local bike shop for 15 euro, because I had a very sad daughter and agreed that fietsenplaats.nl would refund, but now they act as if we never agreed this. Completely untrustworthy. Very bad experience!!

Having tried and failed to switch from smoking tobacco to vaping on the strong advice of my cardiologist I wanted to speak to someone who really understood their products and could give me serious advise. I spoke to the main contact, Jay, who advised me to go to the Hayes shop and speak to the company s expert, Curtis. Curtis was enormously knowledgeable and patient. He gave me several options of machine, and explained all of their virtues making a choice simple and well informed. I thought that was enough, but it did not stop there! Curtis then took the time to find the nearest flavour to my regular nicotine habit (Amber leaf with a menthol filter, machine rolled). I have been using the Drag Nano, with a spearmint fluid and have found it so easy to transition. I too had an awful experience with foryourlegs.com customer service. The customer reps, particularly a Rachael were incredibly rude and incompetent and slow. All I wanted was to make a return and they argued over every little thing even though the product had not even been out of the box. In the end they said that I could never buy from their site again!! I am not sure who made that decision, the snippy customer service rep, the manager or someone higher up but it is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of for a retail company, bricks and mortor or dot com. A sale is a sale. Additionally I found their products to be substandard. The support hose I bought were so incredibly tight around my ankles and feet that they caused great pain and were unwearable. They were thigh highs and the top band was huge and didn't come close to my legs, much less gripping them. I thought that Ihad found a good company. Guess I will just buy from the pharmacy or my doctor from now on.

Delivery abroad took more than one and half months. First, I was waiting for almost month without any notification. After email to them my order was finally shipped. No word of apology or explanation. When the package finally arrived - half of things were missing - again no explanation. Condition of delivered items was horrible - like they had spent half a century inside some dusty factory - really bad dirty packaging and cheap quality of products. Their mail packaging is dimply a plastic bag without any protection! Had to contact them several times about cancellation of my order, but was told that I would have to pay for shipping myself. Paying for this garbage even more would had been a waste, so just asked my credit card to cancel the whole thing.

This company absolutely sucks in my opinion and is ran by thieves. I ordered something a while back and never received it. They still wanted me to pay although I never received it. I wanted to make everything right, but they did not. So I disputed it with my credit card company because I refuse to pay for something I never received. They should have mailed me a replacement in which they didn't. What they did is ban me from ever doing business with them again. Absolutely a horrible way to do business. A legit company would want to resolve issues with people, but this company doesn't care if they screw you over or not.

Had a 2 month wait for delivery, very little communication, excuses every time I chased. Tried to cancel order, told me to accept the order as it had left the warehouse when it hadn’t, arrived days later without the complimentary bulbs and arrived damaged. A hassle to return and charged me £20 for the pleasure of it all. No lights, rubbish response from the team of inexperienced customer service people and.... they have now claimed I was abusive to staff ( I assume via email as I’ve never been there) to try to discredit me. Shame they are so incredibly immature and unprofessional the way they deal with customer issues. Have a look at their ’replies’ to any negative review on Google and you’ll see what I mean. Not people you ever want to deal with. Never mind the fact the quality of the product was cheap China rubbish with scrapes, poor fittings and awful colours.! I’d not hang those lights in ANY home of mine!

Customer service is extremely poor. It's a crapshoot whether you'll get your product on time or in my case a week and a half later. 3/31 Ordered a pair of rotors. Promise date was 4/4. One arrived on 4/5. I called AT on 4/5 about the one delayed at Fedex. They said they would investigate. on 4/6 I received AT email explaining that they were waiting on Fedex to get back to them and that it could take three days. 4/7 I called AT and complained that I was having to wait 3 days and suggested they send a replacement then. They refused. Truck is down so I ordered a replacement while on the phone with their rep w/o having to wait for AT and Fedex. 4/8 I got the order confirmation and saw AT actually charged me shipping for the replacement because it was under their free shipping threshold. I called AT again and spoke to manager. No recourse. To make matters worse they waited until 4:15 PM to pick and create the FEDEX label. So the ETA of the rotor is now 4/13 and the manager said it will probably be a "day or two" after that. He admitted they have had shipping issues. I'll never, never do business with this company again.

Some time ago, a friend of mine told me about buybest.com, a site with very good prices (in comparision with the much more expensive ones in my country) and decent time shipping for my country, way shorter arrival than other international sites, so when he made an order for him I asked him to order some stuff for me too. 80W Eleaf iPower TC is great, battery autonomy is very good, lasting me between 2-4 days depending on how much I vape. 5000mAh is more than enough for the majority of vapers. I would dare to say that if you’re an MTL vaper, there’s little to no chance of managing to drain the battery in one day.

"Disappointed and Shocked"- CFA Level 2 Student, I have studied for CFA Level 1 and 2 with Kaplan UK. Recently in June I didn't pass my level 2 exam. So I inquired about the "Pass Guarantee " that was offered with my course. This where the sharp business tactics of Kaplan came out. They said " You are only entitled to Weekday reversion course". I did weekend/Evening course with them and asked why I shouldn't get the same course for free? They said it is part of their terms which are never disclosed to the students when they sign-up( via a third-party).They are only disclosed when you FAIL and have to pay extra money so much for the "PASS Guarantee"- According to Kaplan they don't need to disclose the terms of "Resit" when student sign up because that is a different course, not that it is being offered as part of the initial course and Guarantee within it. Talk about making mockery of the "Ethics and Transparency " they teach in their courses.

Currently studying F9 Live Online on an evening (not sure if I'm allowed to give the name of the tutor). The Tuition course itself is only eight lectures in total when by looking at the size of the syllabus you would expect to receive ten (as you do for F6). There are numerous home study chapters which seems odd since we're paying for the tuition course and most if not all of the syllabus should be taught. The tutor rushes through every topic and so far it seems it's all gone over my head so I'm having to redo the lectures. The workings she does on screen are unorganised and just not very neat. she mentioned she had put together the workbook which makes sense since she reads through it very quickly not really explaining much, perhaps she assumes we've read the text book already I'm not sure! We did have a different tutor for two of the lectures who was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything so well and wasn't just reading through text & rushing. If the syllabus is too large and tutors feel they have to rush through and allocate more than two chapters for home study then perhaps Kaplan need to allocate more than eight lectures for the tuition course.

I booked my Iphone for a repair service with KRCS Nottingham. I got an e-mail informing me they won't actually be able to see me and all it will be is a drop off service appointment. Their centre is out of town so I got an uber which left me in the wrong side of the industrial park they're located in. I tried calling their number to let them know I'd be late and ask for more directions but noone picked up. As a result I was 10-15 minutes late for the 'drop off' to only be told I'd have to rebook. Rebook a drop off ? Like literally all they had to do is to take my phone - which they refused. Absolutely appalling service and no consideration or compassion whatsoever for their customers. I will never use them again for anything, massive disappointment. I'd rather go to Leicester to the official Apple Store, they understand what customer service is there.

My dad's old watch which he probably got in the 1930s (he died in 1943) was in pretty bad shape after the back fell off while I was on a detail in Korea in 1957. The back was dinged and sweat got into the works and gummed that up. The repair wasn't cheap, but the results exceeded my expectations.
