5 weeks after ordering charges appeared twice on my charge card bill and I never received my order. Their 800 number didn't ring at all and their California number stated the mail box was full and no messages could be left.

I placed an order for Kava, in the amount of over $130. They debited my VISA card immediately, but today, eight days later, they have done nothing about shipping the merchandise. In response to my first email to "Customer Support," they sent a reply, minus names or punctuation, explaining that a "glitch" has caused them to lose my shipping information. (Note that they did not take the initiative to email me first after their "glitch".) Since then, they ignore both my emails and my messages to the so-called "live" company representative. I am afraid they may be a fraud.

I found Quality Digicam to have the lowest prices for a 5yr Mack warranty for my D70 which I had purchased at B&H Photo. I love B&H, but they were charging me $90 for something that I paid $35 at Quality Digicam. Since their website is not as suave and I have not heard of them before, I checked reseller ratings. Again with a perfect 10 score, warning lights went off in my head. I called the store and spoke to Rob. He was extremely gracious and I felt comfortable enough to take a risk. Samia, his wife, who is extremely pleasant, called me back and I placed my order with them. She reduced my shipping charges as she felt I should not have to pay extra for something that would not cost her extra. The items arrived as promised. Samia and Rob are a mom & pop store and were extremely grateful for my business. I know there are stores that might be cheaper, but if they stock what I want, I'm going to purchase from them - even if it means spending a little more money. They definitely deserve the consideration. Thanks Samia & Rob!

I have been in the market for a digital camera for several months and couldn't make up my mind until I visited my cousin in Georgia. He did the leg work for comparing models and also recommended Quality Digital Camera as "THE PLACE TO BUY". I took his advice and was so glad that I did. Rob and Samia personally thanked me for my order and treated me like family. They filled the order the same day. I have since placed two more orders with them and any future camera needs will also go to them. I highly recommend this company!!

I have been buying from these guys for about six months now. I love them! I live in the same city, so all my transactions have not involved shipping and I cannot comment on that aspect of their business. When I had some problems with a couple of items (driver availability, stuff like that) and they were promptly exchanged no questions asked! Also, these guys power up and check out all the systems they sell before they put them for sale. The owner is very customer oriented, and the staff are all technical gurus. Their buyer is a shrewd negotiator, which means they sell for a fair price, unlike certain other used equipment dealers in town here. They even helped me with some problems that were not directly related to my purchase. The most important thing about this vendor is that they have a conscience, and genuinely care that their customers go away satisfied. If you are not happy, they will go the extra mile to make it right, and act like it is their duty to do so. Gotta love that...

I purchased a computer from them on the 1st of September. A few hours later, I sent them an email asking that the computer be sent COD. I have not received any response whatsoever to the 5 or so emails I have sent to them since the first of the month. Canada Post has told me that it should take no more than 8 business days to ship something from Calgary, Alberta to Saint John, New Brunswick. It is now approaching the 17th business day, and I have no idea where my computer is. These people are crooks!! BEWARE!!!!!!

I was skeptical to buy from watchclick at first, but their business model makes sense. By reducing their overhead, they are able to offer watches without the enormous mark-up the chains (Macy's, Nieman Marcus) pass on. I bought my wife a Michele watch for Christmas and saved $800. When I received it, I took it to a jeweler and they verified its authenticity. Their customer service was great, with the exception of one lady who got annoyed that I kept asking why their watches were so well priced (I guess they must hear that alot). Molly was very nice and even called me after my watch arrived to make sure everything was to my liking. If you are planning on buying a watch from here, shoot me an email [email protected] and I will re-assure that its an awesome place to get a great watch. I will be from here next time I need to buy a watch.

Ordered a WD Special Edition 160GB HDD to replace a failing one. Ordered late on friday, was dispatched monday and with me by wednesday, as was to be expected as I chose the cheaper delivery option. Unfortunately they use Parcel Force (or farce ;) ) which is a bit of a downside, but it did get here ok. Had problems getting my card through their online ordering system, but this was resolved after calling my bank, so wasn't neccessairly their fault.

I used a price search engine to find the lowest price for a BenQ 24" LCD E2400HD monitor from a reseller with decent ratings. This store came up with a price significantly below the rest of the crowd, too good to be true I thought, but since it seemed to have decent reviews I ordered anyway. The transaction went through right away and I got an order confirmation and an expected delivery date a couple of days in the future. Ever since the day I placed the order I kept checking the status on-line, and every time I would check, the delivery date would be still a couple of days in the future. I finally lost my patience and called them only to have them lie to me that it was a payment issue. I called my bank right away to find out that there wasn't a payment issue and that the payment went through without any problems on the same day I placed the order. I finally called to confront them about this and they admitted that they could not honor their commitment to deliver, and finally canceled my order. I am yet to receive a refund from them. My advice: avoid. Note: I used their Swedish store: komplett.se

Before submitting my order to this site, I specifically sought advice via telephone from one "Mark," its presumed owner and expert on Cartier watches. Mark advised me that everything he sells was "brand new" (see the same claim on the site). Not only was the $3066 watch severely worn, its base was screwed in upside down, its S/N was scratched out, and Cartier refused to even inspect it because it came from Peru! Of course, Mark refused to claim the merchandise upon return. Neither my entreaties nor that of the BBB of NY moved Mark and his site. This site is FRAUDULENT and engages in DECEPTIVE sales practices, and every person born of woman should stay miles away from it!

I first ordered a Gun, Barrel & Mask as well as some odds and ends from this company. 2 days later I get an email saying that the entire order is on back order. When I ask how long it would take before the order would ship I was told the gun would take 1-2 weeks and the barrel would take 3-4 weeks. I was then told HOPEFULLY that by the time the barrel got in that the gun wouldent be on back order again. Anyway I cancled that order and ordered the gun elsewhere. I replaced the order for the Mask a tank, jerzee, tank caps, and gun oil. No problem the order ships out. A few days later I receive a 6" x 6" x 6" box. In it is the gun oil and tank caps that I ordered, as well as an invoice saying that the mask tank and jerzee were in the box. I call back the company to get on their case and they say they will get back to me on whether or not the items were shipped in the box. We will see. I did end up getting the missing items shipped out to me and I recieved them within 3 days.

I bought a Osprey 10-40 and put it on my 50BMG as they claim it will with stand that weapons recoil, the shots where all over the place at 150 yards so shots at a mile are impossible. I suggest you try a BSA as I did it works fine. And I have my receipt. I guess they figure not one would actually put it on a 50.

I purchased a 6-24 x 50 scope from one of their dealers. However, when I went home, I found two problems with the scope I was given. Problem #1 was a tiny bit of rubber O-ring hanging from the seam on the objective lens. Problem #2 was a problem focusing the reticle. I couldn't screw the ocular lens down tight enough to bring the reticle into focus. (and I have 20/20 vision, so that's not the problem). Problem #3 is the general focus of the scope, I can't get the scope to focus . . .at all. Now, on to the REAL problem with Osprey International/Prestige Law Enforcement. I attempted to contact them this morning to see if there was a warranty. I spoke with a young lady named Q***** (full name removed due to snottiness), who wouldn't even allow me to explain the problem. The first thing right out of her mouth was "Do you have the receipt?" Not "What's the problem?" or even a question about the scope, but "Do you have a receipt?" I explained that I did not and told her where I bought the scope. I was immediately given a phone number of an Osprey dealer out of Washington. Okay. . .I'm in Colorado and explained that to her. Her response was "they probably did the show." After several more attempts, I got her to finally admit that the scopes have a "Lifetime" warranty, but ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT. I was advised that this was "STANDARD POLICY." Interestingly enough, there is no mention of the warranty or requirment for the receipt for warranty work included in the packaging. So, until I can track down the dealer (which doesn't seem to be a regular stocking dealer for Osprey International. . .or at least that's what I'm expecting to be told by Osprey/Prestige Law Enforcement), I'm stuck with a non-functioning piece of glass, glue and metal. Osprey International / Prestige Law Enforcement's Customer Service is HORRIBLE. Do not expect to get anywhere with them. They do not want to hear the problems with the scopes. They obviously do not support their customers. They do not include any warranty information on their scopes. And, it appears they do not have a Code of Conduct for their dealers. So, take a risk by buying your Osprey International Scope. You had better laminate the receipt (if you get one) and store it in your Safe-Deposit Box, just in case you ever need any warranty work. Otherwise, don't bother. Spend your money on another brand.

DIGI4ALL.com: 10-22-04 Order# s168-14198 Ripped me off on memory. It works/posts but... Bought 2 256MB Sticks of DDR CAS 3.0 RAM. The work solo only. If you run both simms one would dissappear and not be seen by windows. The other stick didn't even fit in the slot. I was runningthis in a "VIA chipset" ECS mainboard that will rany ANY memory no matter how cheap (Set by SPD by default)! They were obviously used/returened by other people. The vendor just kept horse trading/reselling the the the next buyer.

Ordered an OEM PSP-1000 faceplate for $29.99, received a 3rd party part that is not Oem, and could have been purchased elsewhere for $5-$10 if I had desired a 3rd party part. Overall the part fit and looks ok, but certainly not as well as an official Sony part. I feel it is not worth the time or hassle to try to return it, I would much rather warn others to beware "OEM" parts from this site are likely to be way overpriced knockoff parts of lower quality than original. On the bright side shipping was free and very fast!

I ordered a sub last summer, and it blew for some reason that was not my fault. They took it back and after finding no evidence of abuse, refunded my money. Around Christmas 2004, i ordered 2 sets of speakers, they arrived quickly and sound great. Last week, I ordered a box for my subs and they mailed me the wrong one. I sent an email, hinting that i was very angry. Withing 10 mins of sending the email, they called me and said that not only were they sending a new box, but they were going to let me keep the wrong one because it would cost them more to pay me to ship it back. The new box should ship in a few days......Thanks Ike

Wasted a week trying to buy a 50" Sony LCD TV. Placed the order and was told the item was instock. Web site says orders usually ship in 2 to 3 days. Called back on day 2 and on day 3 and was told they could not tell me when the item would ship. On the fourth day, I called and was told it would be 5 to 7 more days. I cancelled the order and asked for a confirmation. I was promised a confirmation and have not yet received the e-mail(day later). High pressure sales tactics for accessories and extended warranty. This type of organization gives internet retailers a bad reputation.

This merchant has the lowest price on one (Pentax Optio 33WR) of the digital cameras I am interested, and before I purchased, I asked them about warranty and price listed on its web site. They replied quickly to let me know the product carried USA warranty and the price listed is the actual price I pay for the product. I placed my order on March 7, 2004 and received an e-mail on March 8, 2004 for me to call its 800 toll free number to confirm my order. During the conversation, the sales person informed me the options of having larger memory card and rechargeable batteries, but after I explain why I don't need them right now, he didn't push at all. Very pleasant experience. On March 11, 2004, I received an e-mail telling me the order has been shipped to me with UPS's tracking number, and I received it today on March 16, 2004. Absolutely wonderful experience! I would recommand this merchant to everyone. One thing to mention is that the camera I ordered is actually shipped from another company in NY, but this is nothing to worry as long as I receive my order correctly and in time. Unlike the feedback for this merchant I found online before I ordered, my order doesn't need to take long time.

I ordered a 21inch dell trinitron monitor from these guys for a good price (new overstock). It was shipped the next day. Five days later I got the monitor but the whole front was smashed and the monitor didn't work. AccurateIT issued a call tag to fedex who picked up the monitor and AccurateIT shipped the second monitor the same day (cross-shipped). I was quite satisfied with the purchase and would buy from AccurateIT again as well as recommend to my friends.

I wanted to buy a Canon Elura 50 from them. They offer the camera as a standalone item on their website but apparently in order to get one you have buy a bunch of accessories with it. So I did because I wanted the camera and some of the accessories. They sent me a USED camera that didn't work. Meanwhile I had to go to a local retailer and buy another camera as I needed one ASAP. Saveondig would not take the camera back without charging me a 15% restocking fee. However, they did replace the broken camera with a new one, but now I am stuck with two cameras. I will not be buying anything from them ever again. Don't be fooled by their low prices.

I tried to place an order at MyDigitalPalace.com for Canon PowerShot S50, the price advertised at the moment on several search sites was $329 When I went to their site price had been changed to $347! Well, 20 bucks not a big deal- I placed an order. After that I figured out their order page is NOT USING SECURED PROTOCOL-that means somebody can catch the traffic and get ALL your information!!! In approximately an hour I received an e-mail saying I need to call them (Jeff, ext. 234)for verification reason. I tried to call several times during the day and finally have reached sales department. The guy was absolutely impolite and said my order was canceled because of out of stock! Next minute I went to their website and found same camera for $389 available! BTW, still did not get confirmation for order cancellation!(2 hours) Was forced to call the bank and stop the credit card used, because of unsecured information! BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered a back ordered video camera from FuturePowerPC on 12/19/10. The website allowed me to order the item, even though I was not charged for it. It wasn't until 2 days later after I had contacted the company via e-mail to check on when they'd have the camera in from back order, that the company informed me that they had no plans to have the item back in stock and they would cancel my order. Why let me order it if you have not plans to have the item back in stock?? The item shouldn't even be on their web site then. Also, if this was the case, an e-mail should have been send to me immediately letting me know they no longer had the item. It shouldn't have waited until 2 days later right before Christmas AFTER I had to inquire about the order first. This is false advertising. They shouldn't be able to advertise an item they have no intentions of getting back in stock any time soon!

Five weeks later the goods have still not arrived. I have called them once and then emailed them four times. No responses to the emails and phone number led to some answering service where they promised to "get a message" to the store.

I ordered and payed for (by paypal) 10 bottles of Innovatek Protect Pro Non-Conductive Water Cooling Fluid (501002) from PC Extreme on the 12th of January. This product showed on their website as "In Stock: Yes", and currently shows the same availability (on the 24th). On the 17th the 'PCExtreme Team' contacted me by email and said: "We do not currently have 10 in stock. We've got another shipment coming to us as soon as it clears customs so it should be about 7 days. Would you like us to hold the order until then?" I emailed back telling them to just send me what they had in stock, obviously annoyed at this point since it had taken them 3 business days just to tell me there was a problem with my order. On the 24th, I received a message from paypal saying there had been a refund processed on my account from PCExtreme for the full amount of my order. The description given in the refund: "Delay in shipment from manf. Cannot fill order at this time."

Used Google to checkout thinking that having Google on the checkout section made it a reputable company. I ordered knowing that I was going to use the least expensive shipping. After 10 days, I emailed about status. No answer. Day 12, still no reply, I cancelled through Google checkout. I hope Google will back me on this since it is on their servers that shows my cancelled order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Out of curiosity, I GoogleMapped the address. It is an suburban neighborhood. I know that doesn't mean anything but it didn't instill confidence.

I then received a follow up email and telephone call inquiring if everything was alright with my order. The entire purchasing experience was excellent! I was nervous because after I placed my order, I read a lot of very negative things about this company, however they seem to have turned over a new leaf. i ordered a set of golf clubs late on a friday night...i simply called the next day to see if there was a tracking number i could have, or see approx. when they would arrive, the guy i spoke to replied very nasty "is ups open on the weekend?..NO"....and other little smart comments. when i said i didnt appreciate his tone of voice w/ me, he replied, "i dont f**king appreciate you" and hung up on me, several attempts to call back...no answer....i had to call my bank and cancell the purchace on my card!!!...stay away from this site!!!!!

My experience shopping at basegear.com was nothing short of exemplary. Here's why: 1. Their website is easy to navigate, offers excellent choices of quality equipment, and substantial information about each product. 2. Prices are excellent and among the lowest I found. They accept all forms of payment, including PayPal. 3. Shipping was *lightning fast* (from Oregon to New York in 3 business days). And for my purchase, which was over $50, it was free. 4. Communication was perfect, with an order confirmation at first, followed by a shipping confirmation with a link to the tracking service. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my entire experience with basegear.com. I can't think of a better way to conduct business online.

I found the tent that I had been wanting for $60 less on Base Gear's website than anywhere else. That right there is amazing, but when I received it in the mail in 2 days, my mind was blown. (Granted, they are based in a town just outside of Portland and I live in Portland, but still...they did not dilly-dally in their processing.) The packaging was good and the tent was as described. I have zero complaints. I will definitely look at their website first when in the market for more outdoor gear in the future.

Once I decided what would have been my next notebook (I opted for an Asus W2v) I noticed that the model Asus distributed in my country (Italy) featured much inferior specs than the US model, while costing about the same. I thus opted to buy the machine overseas, as I didn't want to spend that much money for a notebook that wasn't the state-of-the-art at the moment. After some search, I came upon ProPortable. They had the W2 in stock, the price was good, the specifications page on their website was excellent (far better than Asus' own one, to be true) and I received (considering the TimeZone differences) prompt answers to my (SEVERAL) pre-sales questions. I placed my order on Sep 11th. They charged my credit card on the 13th. As of this date, they have not responded to any of my e-mail for a shipping status or a refund, and of course, they have no phone number to call. Doing business with them was clearly a mistake and it makes me nervous about shopping with any small or little known business on the web. My recommendation would be to shop elsewhere.

This order was placed around 6am on 7/25/2008. Shortly thereafter I received a simple order confirmation and order number. 4 days later, there was no sign if any activity on the order, and no email status had been sent to me. This is a simple order of a KVM switch and 3 cables - it should take all of 5 minutes to toss it in box with some peanuts and be out the door. When I called to get order status, there was much shuffling of paper in the background and the representative sounded very confused as to what to do. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes, and came back saying she had gone to the warehouse to confirm the goods were in stock. Sheese - she coulda put them in the box while she was there!! I'm giving them till tomorrow (7/29/2008) to send an email with tracking number, but somehow I fear it won't happen. Then it will be email-hell to get my order canceled. Sigh.

I purchased a 42PA20U (2003 model 42 inch Panasonic Plasma consumer version). Considering this was a 3000+ purchase regardless of where I bought, I wanted the best. I started with reviews of companies and pricing, looking for the best of both, which is often hard to find. Just say didnt have many ratings, only like 12 on one of the other rating sites, but they were all good. So I called them up, as most of the time you can figure out whether the company is just trying to sell stuff to you or if they are trying to create a repeat buyer type relationship. I tried the other low price, high rated store at the time of purchase which was centraldigital.com (or ibuydigital.com or digitalmegastore.com they are all the same company and all rated high) But they were kind of blunt on the phone, and their shipping methods left something to be desired when I questioned them about it. So I called up justsayelectronics, best choice I made. Jennifer was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Highly recommend you ask for her if you buy from here. Wound up with the best price at the time 3450 (shipping and everything) unless I went with a fraud company like PCvideo. Shipping was supposed to take 10 to 14 days, it arrived in 5. I was like.. Oh, sweet. Would highly recommend this site and will buy from them again if I see stuff I need to buy.

I was looking to buy a Canon Powershot A70 camera, and all the usual places I shopped listed it as out of stock or backordered. I was hoping to get it in time for a wedding on the 17th. So I gave this company a try. The order went in on 8/6/2003, and remained in processing until 8/11/2003. The item shipped on 8/11, and the tracking number was emailed to me. I received the package in good condition on 8/12 (NJ to CT is a short trip). The shopping experience was very pleasant. I was impressed that not only was my order information contained on their site in the "My Account" area, a duplicate copy of the information was emailed to me whenever a change occured (i.e. tracking number added).

I bought a glass screen protector for my mobile which have a curved screen, Brando.com advertised they can provide a curved protection glass. I received fro them a box saying on it (screen protector curved edge edition), when I opened the box it was a small piece of glass doesn't cover the mobile screen at all and it was not curved even a little, it was straight cheap piece of glass. But most importantly they are using my personal information such as mobile number, email and other personal information to advertise from other sites, so basically "Brando.com" is a website trading with personal data by selling it to other advertising websites. But it does it with a professional way that makes it look like a real website selling useless stuff with misguided information.

I was extremely happy ordering Bridgestone Alenza from them. I called and they had 5 in stock. I needed 4, they shipped them Monday and I got them thursday, after I placed an order Friday. I Think the first two reviewers were not fair to Roadway. First check by email or phone if they have it, if they don't it will likely take a liitle longer but you will get it. They had best price and lower shipping with no tax versus TireRack. I will definitly order again in future. By the way I have mounted them on my Volvo already and they look great. Walmart only 10 dollars per tire to mount and one time balance. Can't beat that.

Ordered on August 6th, order # 101522. Was told shipping from Georgia to Florida would take 1 to 6 days. Was charged for ink that is not in stock and was not shipped. After waiting more than 2 weeks, send out emails that went unanswered. A few days later, they finally responded to one email with a lame excuse that they have too much business, so delays until August 22nd, and they promised to notify when shipped. More than 3 weeks after ordering the 1 to 6 day quoted time and nothing. It's now the 30th, and no notification, and again no replies to email. They only accept PayPal, and PayPal has a 30 day limit on disputing orders. While waiting for my $1 to arrive, I ran out of ink. Tried Tyler Martin for $1.40 each and they responded like a company is supposed to. Had Tyler Martin ink within a week. I could have dealt with Monsterinkjets if only they kept customers updated with emails. Update. Finally received ink. I think they were trying to get one over on the post office, but post office must have found out. Was labled USPS Media Mail, but Media Mail was crossed off, and now shows postage due of $3.71 which we paid. So much for free shipping. Ink was the same as Tyler Martin, and good quality with good expiration dates.

Threatened them with the BBB, finally some lame excuse about the email being down. They refunded my money. I told them they should still honor my order. No response. Several emails and a full week later I get a snotty reply from them basically telling me to get bent. What wonderful customer service. This place is cheap.. but you get what you pay for. I'll be going somewhere else for sure. **Update 8-9-2004 ** Tried Eforcity.. they are great. Just as cheap, but they actually answer emails, and deliver within two weeks.

I believe you can only REALLY know the quality of a vendor if you have to deal with service or returns. There's a 15% restocking fee, no exceptions (even for unopened packages). If you don't follow all of their policies during returns (and there are many so read carefully), the fee goes up to $75!!! Just FYI--they will not price match. Customer service email reply was cold and curt when asked. Phoning customer service--the man I spoke with was also short with me and bordered on ambivalence. Certainly didn't make me want to shop there ever again. In my book, there are too many vendors out there with good customer service, support, and better prices to even consider shopping with them. I paid $45 more than Amazon.com for the same product. I recommend you shop around--Crutchfield, Amazon, or elsewhere, and avoid dealing with this vendor. Life's too short.

I ordered a Samsung TV which at the time of the order was given free shipping. Once I placed the order, I was sent an e-mail saying that they were going to have to charge me an extra $156.00 for shipping. I called to inquire about this and got a guy with a really bad attitude who told me that they handle to many products to take the time to indicate which items you will get charged shipping on. Then he hung up on me. They may have the best price but it may not "qualify" for free shipping even through they will let you actually order the product before they tell you this.

I should have checked on this one first as well. On 12/6 I ordered my 4 year old an MX outfit for Christmas dress-up. Account charged quickly but each time I checked on the order the website just said "processing". On 12/13 I emailed back to the order confirmation address asking when the order would ship and stating that if it would not be here by Christmas I wanted it canceled and refunded. 12/15 I get an email from Krista. O'Neal just got these outfits in their warehouse and couldnot guarantee me delivery. I emailed her back same day and said cancel and refund so I can get something locally. 12/22 I check...the order is still "processing" and no refund. I try to call, no answer. I email again to both email addresses, no response. 12/23 I call, and the phone rings a long time before I get someone to answer. Then they try to talk me out of canceling. No, its too late I say I just bought the outfit at local motorcycle shop. I ask how long the refund will take. The guy says usually 2 days but we are really busy with Christmas orders, etc. I say not good enough, you were supposed to cancel and refund on 12/15. I ask for a manager. Margaret tells me the refund has been processed. So we'll see. Would I have saved money? Not really. The small child's pant & jersey combo I ordered was $126. The set I bought locally included pants/jersey/gloves, and an HJC MX helmet for my little guy...$173 for all, tax included. And if they don't fit I can exchange easily.

I ordered and HMDI cable back at the end of Decemeber. As of this date i have yet to recieve it. After numerous unanswered calls, messages and e-mails, I finally got a hold of "Will" (the only person who seems to work there)after about 2 weeks of trying. It turns out the cable was out of stock when I ordered it and they forgot to notify me. After regular daily calls the item finally came in last week. I live within 1 day of shipping form thier warehouse...I have yet to get my cable. I've been calling and every day I'm told that the cable shipped the previous day, contracdicting what they told me the day before. I will never order anything from them ever again. (Adversly I ordered cables from monoprice out of CA, they came in less time than what they stated on thier bill and the cables were amazing quality and a better price)

I called fedex and they told me that company did not ship it after the electronic transfer to pickup package. NOT IMPRESSED SO FAR: 10 days and counting & 4 emails through their web interface. Not one response yet beyond the auto-confirmation where they instantaniously charged my credit card without shipping me anything. Web site order is registering 'pending' and 'in-process' depending where you look. PLEASE COMMUNICATE if there is a 2 week backorder, communicate that, charging and not communicating is messing with peoples money and at the very least drives away potential repeat customers. The following text makes me ill. On the email where they charge my credit card they say: | Please do not reply to this e-mail. Discount jungle is a rip off, I placed an order for a (NEW) Lasonic Boom Box on Dec 14, 2011 as a Christmas gift for my fiance, but received a clearly used and broken boombox. The Lasonic Boombox had scratches all over it and the whole right side speakers did not work. I had to pay $40.00 to ship it back to Discount Jungle. Thank god when I shipped it back I required a signature when it was received by Discount Jungle because when I called to see if Discount Jungle received the returned item the customer service rep told me that she couldn't find anything in the system that showed they received it, until I told her the Fed-Ex website showed someone named Sam received and signed for the returned item, she then miraculously found it in the system and said that the they would send me a new Lasonic Boombox immediately. After a couple of weeks of waiting I tracked the replacement Lasonic boombox through fed-ex that Discount jungle sent, to see it was delivered when I got home nothing was there, I contacted fed-ex for 2 weeks they couldn't find the package and advised me to contact Discount Jungle to get a replacement or have my card credited back the money. I spoke with Sam at Discount Jungle who informed me he would be happy to refund me my money back and that I would see the credit in my account that Friday I checked my account that Friday there was no pending credit from Discount Jungle so I called Sam back he apologized and stated that person in charge of refunds and finance was sick with a serious illness and was not able to credit my account that week, but he would be happy to do it for me and that I would see the credit in my account the following Friday. Well Friday came again still no credit in my account, I called Discount Jungle that following Monday spoke to a customer service rep who left me on hold for so long that I hung up, I called back she left me on hold for an additional 10 minutes, to only tell me that Sam wasn't in and to call back the next day. I called back the next and spoke with Sam about my credit once again in which he told me he sent a notice to Amazon to refund me my money last week and that I should see a credit in my Amazon account and that if my account wasn't credited today he would call Amazon himself. I signed on to my Amazon account to see absolutely nothing so I decided to call Amazon and see if Sam from Discount Jungle did send a notice to Amazon for my refund. I spoke to a rep at Amazon who stated she didn't see anything in my account that Discount Jungle sent them a notice for my refund and that Amazon would take care of the problem for me and suggested I didn't call discount Jungle about this situation anymore.

I ordered a 17" Flat screen "Samsung" Moniter from this Fraud Company. First of all, it took 4 weeks to come in and I paid for 3-5 days shipping. They sent me a piece of junk no name that didn't even work and looked nothing like the one I ordered. This was suppose to be a present for Christmas. They would not replace. I paid for Samsung, they sent me something that wasn't worth $2. I had to pay for shipping again to send it back. I called looking for credit and they said my account expired in their system but no one called me to tell me. Then they said they couldn't give me a refund because the post office wrote on the box. It took 35 days to credit my account. They did not credit for shipping. What they advertise is not what they ship. I called consumer affairs and this company and it is being investigated. Sp's customer service barely speaks english and does not know what they are talking about. Had to talk to owner and she was extremely rude and tried to belittle me.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DISHONEST FRAUDALENT SO CALLED COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!! CROOKS!

Ordered via unistorage website before business hours on a Monday, the were the only store that had the parts I needed *in stock* (their website listed them as in stock). Placed order, got the usual thank you for creating account, thank you for your order e-mails. By Wednesday with no news/e-mail, I called. Nice guy answered and said I should be getting a tracking number Thursday. OK, pretty dang slow order processing, but if they're the only ones with the parts, what're you going to do? Thursday afternoon. No tracking number/e-mail. Sent e-mail to them requesting it again. Later that night checked my acct. and found I hadn't even been billed yet! No response to e-mail. Friday. Called again. Nice guy transferred me to nice lady. Said parts had not been in stock until that week! Should be getting tracking number soon as parts had been shipped. Monday. No tracking number. No parts. No e-mail. The Good: Nice service staff. Easy ordering from site. The Bad: Inaccurate website information as to inventory. Never would have bought the parts had I known they were not in stock and just waited 'til my regular supplier had them. Terrible communication. If you want the info, you have to bug them for it; no guarantees you'll get any regardless. Shipping costs high. Though the parts were cheaper, the additional cost of shipping exceeded my normal ependiture at my regular supplier by more than double for the *exact same* shipping service. EDIT: On receipt of parts only one had additional packaging done, the other was in the mfr. box. Can't claim the extra $$ was for additional packing. Very slow order processing. Will not order from again. EDIT: Received parts the following Friday. The math: 11 days 'til I got the product - 3 day shipping = 8 days before the product left their warehouse. Not good if your're in a hurry, and doesn't make 3-day shipping a worthwhile expenditure.

I have recently discovered how un-competitively high Handango's product pricing is. You can usually find lower pricing on the same products if purchased directly from the software developer's own website. Even Handango's number one competitor (PocketGear.com) consistantly offers lower pricing. On top of the high prices, Handango charges an optional fee called "Download Protection" with every purchase. This so-called "service" allows you to re-download your purchased products at a later date for up to 1 year. This service is provided by Handango's competitors (PocketGear.com and others) at no charge to the customer and is not time limited. For the 2 reasons stated above I feel that Handango's policy is to nickel-and-dime it's customers to death. Handango has also been known to treat it's developers poorly. Do a google search on "Omnisoft" or "John Cody" to know what I mean. I will no longer do business with this horribly unethical vendor. PMG

I purchased an expansion card for my palm recently from Handa.ngo – Sep. 2004. Good price I thought, about 46$ with shipping. Han.dango is even happy to deliver to Canada. What they don’t mention is that UPS will try to extort another 38$ C.O.D. out of you because they feel they are providing you with import broker services on a piece of hardware the size of a nickel. Hand.ango is basically guilty of false advertising and fraud in my eyes. I hope this saves a few Canadian and international customers a ridiculous undisclosed expense. I also hope that continental American customers consider doing business elsewhere, with a more reputable organization. I’ll be doing my part by posting my experience on every net board and review site I come across. I’m now off to the Pa.lm Store, a few bucks more but you don’t get scr.ewed.

I took a laptop there for server was contacted one to get an approval for the repair and never heard from them again. When I went to the store there were no tech's in the store so no one could find the laptop. I have tried to call several times. If I do get someone I neer get a return call and the voicemail box is full. I will never do business with this company again.

I spoke with the owner today about my bad experience at his store. My laptop was falling apart and under warranty for replacement of bottom panel. After one week of getting the runaround, I was told by Sheila that the person working on my laptop was fired because he was not doing his job and many unhappy customers. This is sad because the employee , Taylor , was extremely nice and helpful but the owner had no business finesse or respect for me as a customer. I am very disappointed and would say DO NOT GO THERE ! *Check out their BBB rating of F and see the many unresolved complaints there too.

Dave Allen responded to a query on two hard to locate items - a French keyboard and a French version of MS Word. The service and pricing were excellent. The items received are of excellent value. Shipped 2 days after placing order. Shipping was really cheap and the leds were shipped in an anti-static bag which was in a paded envelope. Really fast and cheap shipping, and great led's...really impressed.

**Update 02/18/2004** Got my down payment back today. Just as the guy at AIPCS/AI Computers promised. Looks like they are trying to turn this bad rap around. I hope the rest of you get yours back too. Upgrading my rating of this company again because they held to their word and gave me my money back.. **Update 02/05/2004** After a long 7 months, 5 of which I have been pursuing a refund or delivery of my computer, AIPCS/AI Computers has agreed to give me a refund of my down payment on my financed order. I am told I have a check prepared and ready to be mailed. I am now setting my review of AIPCS/AI Computers up a few notches in good faith that I will actually receive the refund as promised. I believe AIPCS/AI Computers can turn this negative experience around and get back on track as a good quality company. When I receive my refund, I will post another update and upgrade my review even further.

WON'T ANSWER CALLS... POOR ORDERING PROCESS... ORDERED April 16 2004, still it's April 27 2004 and my credit card hasn't been charged... order still pending...they picked up once when I ordered and they said my order would go through no problem because I had an error message stating "credit card address and billing address don't match" when they did... guy said it was glitch in the system... well... i just want a refund... but i cant get it cause i tried emailed them and calling them a million times... no responses
