I ordered a case for my blackberry late on Thursday afternoon. I recieved my case in the morning hours the next day. The company even cut open the annoying plastic packaging that takes a 20 minutes to pry open so I was able to open it right away and use it. Highly recommended!!

I bought a bumper for my 2001 Ford Ranger and it started to rust within a month. When I called them, they told me to pay for shipping and handling to get the replacement part and then pay to have the old part shipped back. By the time I did that, it would be more than the cost of purchasing another bumper from them which I would not do since there parts are cheap!!!

I purchased a $50 digital gift card for Long Horn. It was advertised to be free shipping if I ordered it digitally only to discover they charged me an extra 3.50 on my credit card statement. When I clicked on my digital code to open my certificate all I got was an error message that the link was broken. I tried calling their costumer service line a handful of times receiving a voice recorded message for an autism awareness practice that had been relocated. Whhhaaaaa?? So I emailed the C.S. address and received an apology letter for the broken link along with another code (no reimbursement for the extra charge tho). Guess what, that link was a broken link too! Unbelievable!

Waited 2 weeks and still no word on a generated code. Codes are sent from in this particular case, amazon. Was told 3 to 5 days. By email and person. When it says that it means they are.low on inventory or out of stock. Why not say that on the website? Why not inform the consumer. It's a hoax to get you to purchase a 3rd party gift code. Amazon sends the codes to the merchant who then sends them to us the consumer. With all this said and done I could've ordered a code through amazon and had it the very same.minute. third party sites are a joke. Manager called me and I explained the issue. It's been 2 weeks and all I've gotten were excuses. She sounded generated herself and gave some elaborate story on how the company who got the cards for the employeessay should've known and basically took absolutely no responsibility for THEIR site and they shady way they do business. I still lost out on my product from amazon and just not got the code with a 'merry Christmas" attached. IT'S DECEMBER 29TH! The code was ordered on the 18th. Ridiculous. The lady kept repeating her excuse without taking any responsibility for the wait. They never tried to make it up to me or even tried to understand where I was coming from. The supervisor is very uncaring and has that "I'm being rude in a very nice tone of voice" feel about her. The customer service reps. We're nice but have no control over any of it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Wrong products shipped twice after waiting 2 weeks to ship. I was told items had shipped, called back for a tracking number and was told the items had not shipped and would ship tomorrow, always tomorrow. Finally cancelled the order after the 2nd wrong product arrived. Instawares says it would take 2 billing cycles (60 days) to credit my card. B_LLSH_T!!!! I disputed the charge with AMEX. Game Over. Instawares sucks. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered two replacement batteries for my cell phone. I received two different types of batteries--two sizes--but they both will operate with my phone. Both batteries are also terribly constructed and only fit if I push very hard to insert them. When I emailed customer service with a detailed explanation of the problems they never replied.

I ordered some cell phone accesories on August 18 and filed a dispute with Paypal on Sept 18. This company then proceeded to mail me an envelope with only styrofoam peanuts and an invoice slip with a 15% off coupon. I paid over $19 for items for my cell phone. But only received a nearly empty envelope sent regular mail with a tracking number. Paypal's policy is that all a merchant has to show is a tracking number for proof of delivery. What a joke!!! This company ripped me off by taking my $19. Don't deal with them. I've since found all sorts of bad fraud reviews about this ripoff company.

I placed an order for a case on Mar 7 and it charged the credit card the very same day. It is now Mar 21 and i still have no case. It says on the website it hasnt even shipped yet. I call the number and no one answers. I plan on reporting them as soon as I talk to someone from the company, if that ever happens. If anyone is thinking about purchasing from this company, DONT TO IT. They appear to be thieves.

After being on the phone over an hour, the same representative tried to say she was a supervisor. I received a pair of shoes with manufacturer's defect and I was told to return it on my expense. I'm diabetic, I explained the created blisters and they still did not comply. I don't recommend you buy online unless it's absolutely necessary.

I purchased a Micron ClientPro 365 from this site in September for a decent price, better than I could find elsewhere for equivalent towers. There was only the minor problem of a misplaced jumper on the hard drive, but that shouldn't be a big deal if you know what you're doing (as you SHOULD when buying rebuilt PCs). XP Pro was installed as claimed, and an install (not restore) disk for it was sent, too. All the hardware was up to their description. The PC has performed wonderfully since it arrived. Though it would've been nicer if they'd given more information on the computers (so I wouldn't have to Google up product specifications), as it now stands, I’d gladly buy from them again. Just be aware that their site does state reshipping of returned items is the customer's responsibility and keep in mind the implied risk.

I ordered a 1 x 3.5" Aluminum USB Enclosure SBT-EKU35/ESU35 and they processed my order and shipped it out the next day. I received it within 24 hours. They provided me with email confirmation of my shipment update as requested. The device that I purchased had some minor complications, due to the manufacturer and not TMG Computers. I wrote TMG an email and they specified the issued and helped me resolve the problem accordingly. I am very pleased with my purchase as well as the customer service. Everything was fast and easy. I highly recommend them and will tell my friends as well as purchasing from them again. A+ Just outstanding! Thanks again!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in over 500 phone calls to more than 35 companies in over 10 years. I spoke with all of the following people (identified by badge numbers and also names in two cases) over the course of 120 minutes trying to get a simple question answered. I spent $1,000 on two computers (an Acer Aspire One and an Acer desktop computer) over two days and needed to find a recovery CD-ROM or DVD-ROM (not included in the package for the Aspire One) and after trying to get someone to help me with that for two hours and failing because of constant interruptions and infinite loops in the interactive voice response system and the human handling of my multiple calls, I'm returning both products because I refuse to support a company with such abysmal customer support service. Humans I spoke with before deciding to return $1,000 worth of equipment for my money back (their badge numbers and in two cases, also their names): GWEM1931 GWTA321 TA116 (Johnny; a supervisor for the Aspire One department who interrupted me constantly, refused to allow me to speak with his supervisor, and ultimately hung up the phone on me) GWGA274 (Kathy; a first level agent who interrupted me constantly)

I ordered an Acer Aspire One 756 on 8-23-2012 and set my shipping address to a local UPS store because I have standing signature waivers with the shipping companies and I didn't want to have the package sitting on the porch. They e-mailed me to have me call in to verify unspecific information on Friday after their offices had closed. I called in the following Monday and verified my billing and shipping address. They then told me that they can only ship to an address where I could sign for the package. I was forced to allow them to ship to my home address. It has been a couple days and I hadn't received a shipping notification with a tracking number. I called them this morning and they told me the product is on back order and should ship out in the next couple days. I didn't receive any indication of this when I called in previously on Monday or an e-mail stating it was back ordered and the website stated that this product was in stock when I ordered it. I'm *highly* upset. The only upside is that their customer service has been helpful and fairly responsive when calling in.

I should have read their reviews on Amazon Marketplace first. I ordered directly from there web site for some Christmas presents. Status stated it would ship Fedex 4 day delivery. Waited one week, no package so I sent email to customer service, no response. Sent several more, still no response, when you call customer service message states mail box is full and hangs up. I see many other people have had the same issue with this company. Now the 21st, no product and no way to contact this company. They also go under the name and web site of JPRtrading. Same tel #.

I don't know if this is the same company or not, but I bought 2 dental whiteners from wow.com and they should expire on 6/3. When I went to redeem them, they told me they were expired. I spoke with a lady and her supervisor told her that they were no longer available. Will not buy from them anymore! Waste of time!!!!!!

I am just putting a copy of what I sent to the Oregon Dept. of Justice.: I ordered from an internet company in Oregon named prismblue.com . They charged my credit card and never sent any merchandise. Their website says that they ship as soon as they bill your credit card. The site also says that they ship within two business days after you place your order. They never return phone calls or emails. When you call them the message says that they will return your call within 24 hours, but for faster service email them. For over two weeks I have called and emailed countless times to no avail. I was able to login to their website to check the status of my order. It always said that it was complete and shipped priority mail. Now they have locked me out of their website, and when I try to login I'm told that my email address is not registered. It was registered. It is the one that I ordered from them with. I guess they are mad because I left a message on their answering machine asking them to respond and communicate with me instead of ignoring me and hiding behind their answering machine. After some investigating I found that they have ripped off many people. I have alot of evidence compiled. Also they were Edge Micro (edgemicro.com) until you made them pay everybody back and shut them down. Now they are in transition to becoming easypbc.com because of their bad reputation. You brought this crook to justice before, please do it again.

I ordered 2 sticks of RAM on 10/23/04 from EasyPBC. They sent me a confirmation email with this enclosed: If you have any questions pertaining to your order, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]. You can return to Easy PBC's web site located at http://www.easypbc.com/ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to check the status of your order, retrieve tracking information, or receive product support. Almost two weeks later on 11/04/04, their website showed my order was still in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. They had a sales number listed on their website, which when you call always reaches a voicemail box. Where they ask you to leave your name and number and they will get back to you. They never once, returned my calls. After about 5 or 6 emails, I received a return one that said they were sorry for the delay and would ship it out with an upgrade in shipping. Another two weeks later I call again due to not receiving my package. Still never received a call back. So I pretty much gave up. Finally, my package shows on 12/2/04. A month and a half later.

I bought a Halloween costume for my 18 months old son through Farm Goods For Kids. There were two sizes available, “infants 1-2” and “toddlers 2-4”. The size charts on the website only list measurements such as waist and height which are unrelated to the specified sizes of the costume. And there is no phone number to call for clarifications. I ordered the 1-2, assuming that it means 1-2 years old. When the costume arrived I saw that actually 1-2 is for infants up to 12 months, and 2-4 is for toddlers 1-2 years old. The exchange policy says that they are happy to replace costumes for size, but actually I had to buy a new costume, return the first one and hope for reimbursement at their discretion. I specifically explained the problem in a letter accompanying the costume I returned, and emphasized my child’s age of 18 months. I received another costume, this time size "toddler 2-4". But alas! This time it was made by a different manufacturer and for this one “infant 1-2” is actually for 1-2 year olds, and “toddler 2-4” if for ages 2-4 (as I thought in the first place!) So now the costume was too big! The whole experience was ridiculous and frustrating, it cost me a lot of money and aggravation. This was my worst experience shopping online, I will never buy from Farm Goods For Kids again.

I broke my rule of not ordering from a place with no phone number, and now I regret it. The store website says that they ship the same day if order is received by 1 pm. So, on May 8, I ordered a toy barn for a birthday present. I specifically avoided the ones that said they were shipped from manufacturer, because I wanted it on time. I wrote an email comment indicating that I needed the barn by a certain date.... Guess what? I ordered on May 8 and my tracking info shows that the manufacturer did not ship till May 14 pm. So Farm Goods not only doesn't take phone calls -- they don't seem to read their email. Plus, the price looked low, but shipping costs (which could not be ascertained until ordering) made the total price higher than prices I later checked out on Amazon. Moral - no phone = no commitment to customer service. I wish I could explain this to my child with no big birthday present!

We purchased a Singer Lazer Storm Vacuum from this store on 4/8/05 it is now 5/12/05 and we still never received the item. We called the customer service number to find out about the status of the order and they told us that they do not sell any vacuum's and had no clue what we were talking about. Then on 5/6/05 we noticed on our bank account that they charged us for the item and there was a phone number so we called it and the lady told us that it would not be shipping until 5/25/05 when we purchased this item on 4/8/05. We asked to just cancel the order and she told us that it would take 2 weeks to process the credit. THIS STORE IS A SCAM THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND YOU THE PRODUCT. DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!

I made my order on 1/2/2006 and since I didn't get the product, I called the 1-800 number. First no one ever picked up the phone and the voice mail said if you have questions, send email instead. Again, no response from them. I agreed with other reviewers, this company is a scam and I'm worried what they may do with my credit card # and other info.

I purchase two vantec computer case fans for a very good price. Minimum order at this site was $10. The cheapest way to ship it was USPS so I thought it would take a week to get my order. No tracking number was supplied. I ordered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. The product was shipped in a good container to protect the product that I ordered. I ordered a micro-ATX case on Nov. 2nd, after emailing an inquiry to them about payment. I received no less than two responses very quickly, and after placing my order I received a total of four emails during that day and the next in regard to my order and my questions about it. The case then arrived on my doorstep Nov. 4. These guys had exactly what I wanted, at the best price I could find on the web, and the service was terrific. An absolutely wonderful transaction!

I purchased a barcode reader and it was told it was a complete unit only to receive half of what was nessesary to work. Contacted merchant to try and resolve and was quoted their return policy which includes a 15%V fee and freight both ways. Merchant refuses to fix their problem. Beware!

I recently ordered the Essential Kit for my Garmin Nuvi 750 GPS. The car charger alone was $28 on Garmin's site. When I found this, and saw that Gomadic has a lifetime warranty, I figured it was worth trying because I got both chargers for $30. I selected standard shipping and received the product within two days of ordering it. I have only used the wall charger thus far, but I'm extremely pleased with Gomadic's fast shipping and competitive pricing.

First of all, I'd like to say thanks to Reseller Rattings.com. I was able to choose a reliable online retailer by reading comments from others on this website. Anyway, I had an awesome experience with Gomadic.com. I placed an order for two sets of mobile accessories for my new cell phone, and everything arrived quickly in good packaging. I will definitely purchase from Gomadic.com again. They carry a lot of hard to find items for the newer cell phones and ship very fast. I order the item on May 15 and it arrived on May 17. That is so awesome. Shipping cost was only $5.00 and since I live in California, there was no sales tax. Gomadic.com is the real deal. No need to worry about not receiving your order.

I ordered a Kalorik coffee maker for my boyfriends parents, that only lasted under a year(I ordered it off amazon but had to deal with Bargain Outfitters). It was defective so I called the Bargain Outfitters customer service and wasn't pleased by the end of the phone call. Then I called to check up on the return and I got hung up on and yelled at by the first customer service representative. The second representative I called, I informed her on my recent experience and she continued to help me with my issue, but was extremely rude as well! After the phone call I asked to speak to a manager and she was basically refusing to transfer me over and fighting with me. Of course the manager did nothing to help me. But the fact that a customer who had purchased something was getting yelled at for just checking on an order is just OUTRAGEOUS! I will NEVER order from this terrible company again. In the end it really is how you treat your customers, and at the end of the day they just lost a good customer.

I have purchased 2 items from Bargain Outfitters in the last 2 months. The first was a Carhartt type work jacket, the other was a Tiffany Style Lamp. Both arrived timely, were packaged well and were really nice items (yes, I was surprised). I received a follow up note from customer service both times to ensure that I was pleased with my purchases. What's not to like? Great items, super prices, fast shipping, quality customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

I made a purchase from hocks.com on a Monday at about 11:00 am PST. The order shipped 2 days later on Wednesday at 4:00 PM. I chose priority mail so I go the order 2 days after shipment. One problem I had was that from the time of order to the time of receipt I did not receive ONE email confirming my order! This is a severe lack of communication on the sellers part in my opinion. The merchandise did however arrive in good condition, was well packaged, and came with an invoice. Hocks also had the lowest price by far and the shipping prices weren't inflated which is why I chose to order from them. Overall I was satisfied but I think if they say they will email an order confirmation, they should. I also think the 48 hour delay before shipment is a bit much, but isn't outrageous.

I purchased a 50 ft Hdmi cable at a great price. The cable did not connect well to my projector. Cable was not defective just a bad mismatch. I called and talked to Marie, she helped diagnose the problem, and offered a solution. She shipped to me, free of charge, a thicker Hdmi cable, an equalizer, and an adapter to make a better connection. She just asked that I return the old cable in a pre paid box. Just outstanding customer service. Great prices with great service .

I have had good service from these people in the past, although legitimacy of the software may be questionable (I have purchased OEM Corel software from them, and Corel claims they do not release OEM software into the retail channel). However, my most recent order seems to have disappeared into limbo, after they charged my credit card, and they are impossible to contact. I no longer recommend.

I purchased 3d Studio Max 6 from this so called "company" for $209.90 + 9.95 tax. I was so ticked off when I found out that I downloaded a program with a crack. The same thing that you can download off of Kazza or Limewire for free. I am furious. I want to do whatever it takes to put these people into an 8 by 10 room with Bubba. I have anti-piracy companies after them, next step is FBI. Anybody have any other ideas. I want this company to burn.

I ordered an expensive piece of software (listed at $1130, Megasoft charges $100). They billed my credit card for $109.95 and never sent an e-mail with download information. I sent them a message on their customer service website saying I would have my credit card company cancel the payment, since I had not received what I ordered. In a couple of days they replied with download information, and I was able to download the software. Once I figured out how to convert the cd image files they provided into usable CDs, I was able to install the software, and it does work. However, what they send you has a product ID number that is the same for everybody they sell the program to, which means you cannot register the product and you have to replace several files with substitutes Megasoft provides before you can get the program to initiate. So it is not really "the FULL version of software" they advertise on their website, at least what the manufacturer calls the full version. Also, they say they provide customers with Ahead Nero software to burn CDs with, but I never received that, and had to find freeware on the Internet.

Some points - Their website does not show their address. I gather they are in Brooklyn. I said uh-oh, here we go.. but decided it was worth a try because of good ratings on resellerratings.com. I put stock in these ratings as I believe they are not bogus or at least not as bogus as other rating places where seller enters its own ratings. Anyway, order number given at time of order. No callbacks. Order stayed as "in process" for 2 days. Wednesday morning their website said order was "shipped". Tracking number available. Never got email advising of shipping. No hard sell. Indeed, they are quite laid back, Guy on phone sounds like he is half asleep. But, in the end, they worked for me. Found them on pricegrabber. Did not see them on pricescan. I have been asked by ResellerRAtings to review the above since it was placed so soon after ordering. Goods were delivered on Thursday after Monday order. Everything A-OK, no surprises!

When you buy a printer what you are really buying is their ink for years to come and that ink from the company is hella expensive and sometimes more than the printer itself. I bought a Dell printer and the toner refills cost me as much as the printer. I could almost buy a new printer for less. But once it is all networked it is easier to just buy the ink. That lead me to this site which sells ink for less than what big companies want you to pay from them directly. whatever you do, don't buy ink directly from dell, try this place instead.

Great prices on by far the most user-friendly inkjet cartridge website out there. Unlike some other sites, Inkcartridges.com makes it really easy to find the printer model and cartridges you need with just a few clicks. I saved a fortune and these generic cartridges work just as well as the name brand. I wish I had ordered sooner rather than going to brick and mortar stores like Staples and OfficeMax - even with their coupons and recycling programs, I was spending far more on Canon cartridges. On October 13th I placed an order online for The Gopher Deluxe. They had a deal for buy one get one free. I ordered 3 Gophers which means I should have gotten 3 free. I rec'd two Gophers, which means I should have been charged for one and rec'd one free plus S&H. The cost per gopher was $19.00, I was charged $71.85 and NEVER received the balance of my order. We have called the company several times and have never been able to speak to anyone. When we emailed, we got a response indicating that they would send us the tracking information but they still havent. I would NEVER order from this company again, their customer service is non-existent and they do not make good on their orders. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!

I am from Switzerland, and last December 2007 I ordered 2 Bibles from World Retail Store, an edition difficult to find(Spanish/English bilingual version), and they supposely have them. My present experience with this vendor rates as the worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. They apparently shipped my order to the wrong address, have been generally unhelpful on the phone, and have failed to return my calls when I've left voicemail messages. I intend to update this review once I have either received the item I paid for, received a refund, or gone through the dispute process with my credit card company. I simply wanted to write this review now as a warning to those who might consider using this vendor. Edited to add: It's been a while since my order with this merchant, but my recollection was that they eventually reversed the charges on my credit card, so I didn't have to initiate a credit card dispute. Still, I will not use this reseller again.

Bought Hartblei 65/3.5 tilt&shift lens there. It came with chipping of paint and uneven diaphragm. Returned for exchange. Exchange lens had very loose shift ring, horrible flaring and non-existing sharpness and contrast. Returned. Got refund, but he charged me for shipping of two broken lenses in row and I paid for returning of those lenses in addition. Really hard to reach over email - had to threaten him with fraud claim to get an answer. Described the whole story in forum for 1-series canon cameras on robgalbraith.com (use search for word kievcamera). And he didn't give me an invoice!

This was my third transaction with Kiev Camera and I am very satisfied with all. Mike Fourman has been helpful and quick to respond to emails. I sent him my Kiev 88 for shutter repairs and it was sent to KIev, Ukraine. I received it today and the packing was superb, wrapped in packing material in a small box which was packed in a larger box, again surrounded by packing material. I have spoken with him on the phone and via email and had no communication problems. My camera is now in excellent shape and I am about to order a back for it from Mike. I also bought a 16mm lens from him and a shirt as a present to my brother in law. When I told Mike that his party was on Sunday ( this was Friday) he sent the package overnight for no extra charge. I will continue to do business with him, he makes it a pleasure to do so. Michael I am still delighted with the camera.The shutter sounds right and cocks as it should. I couldn't have got better service.

I will NEVER purchase from this dealer again!! I ordered a videocam for my son for Christmas, but called to confirm it was in stock and could get it delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. I assumed, since I ordered in late November, there should be no problems getting what I ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, but I wanted to make sure. They said yes, it was in stock and it would be delivered in 3 days after my order. I ordered on or around 11/29/2004, and paid for 3-day shipping. The shipment didn’t arrive until over a week later. And, they delivered the wrong model number. Plus, the invoice was for $20 more than they said the total order (including shipping/handling and all other miscellaneous charges) would be. And, it did not include a 5-pack of video tapes I was promised as a bonus. I called BCW Networks and was told to return the incorrect model and they would immediately ship the right model. I did; they didn't. In fact, when I called for 5 straight days (12/20-24/2004) to get a tracking number for the replacement order, they told me they were sure it had shipped but they couldn't give me the exact ship date or the tracking number because they said their "computer system was down." Finally, on Dec. 24th, my father called them to find out what was going on. After getting the same runaround I had been getting, he asked to speak to the manager in charge. After some obvious attempts by the person with whom he had been speaking (who said she was the assistant manager) to persuade him to be satisfied with the answers he was getting, he insisted and was, then, permitted to speak with a gentleman who said he was the manager on duty. The manager told my father the videocam was shipped either the previous Monday (12/20) or Tuesday (12/21) or, perhaps, late the previous week, but since their computer system was being upgraded right then, he could not give me a tracking number. He blamed the failed pre-Christmas delivery on the massive weather related delays UPS had announced. When my father asked what had caused the two week delay in BCW Networks' shipping the correct videocam (since we had returned the wrong model number they had shipped earlier on 12/10, and they received it on 12/13), the manager had no answer. He did say he knew that sometime the previous week (week-ending 12/18) BCW had received a large shipment of the model I had ordered and they had shipped a large quantity out around the 20th. My father asked if the sales clerks I spoke with had lied about the availability of the product when I originally place my order 11/29), as well as when I had called earlier to inquire about what to do with the incorrect model they had shipped (around 12/9), and my replacement order (12/20 and the follwing 4 days), and the manager's response was that they don’t usually take the time to check, they just say it is in stock, since it usually is. The manager said, since the delay in my shipment was due to the weather and UPS had announced that they would be working around the clock to get all shipments completed by 12/27, if they were scheduled for pre-Christmas delivery, he could guarantee the videocam would be delivered by Monday, 12/27/2004. He did agree to send me a 256 MB memory card and some extra tapes for the videocam, to help compensate for the delay. Today is Monday, 12/27/2004. On the BCW Networks web page, I can now see the status of my order. It says it was shipped at 12:59:00 PM EST, on 12/24/2004. This is approximately the same time my father was talking with the manager. And, although the manager said he could guarantee the videocam would be delivered on Monday, that doesn’t seem possible. The order was shipped “UPS 3-Day", for delivery on 12/30!! And the UPS tracking system indicates it is on time for scheduled deliver on the 30th. So, the manager and all the other BCW Networks employees we spoke with, who told us the videocam was in stock, had shipped or would ship in time for me to receive it before Christmas, apparently lied about the order, their inventory and when the videocam was actually shipped. I will update this review after I receive the correct videocam and accessories, and have made every attempt to get proper adjustments for the shipping costs (I paid $30.18) for the first 3-day delivery that took over a week to get), the $20 over charge and satisfactory compensation for all the trouble I have had to go through to get the videocam for my son, who was very disappointed because instead of taking video of our Christmas celebration, all he could do was stare at a lifeless picture of a camera he hopes to receive, someday.

This is my Second case March 28. *First case is with Pricemad.com March 21* I order the Plasma TV Pioneer PDP-4340HD from bcwnetworks.com on March 25. I used Pricescan.com to search the lowest price, at that time the Plasma TV was $2499. When I click on bcwnetworks.com the Price is $2699. Before I placed the order on the internet. I called them to make sure they have it instock and I also ask them after I placed the order on internet when they will ship out. They told me they will ship out in 2 business days. Then I placed the order immediately on the website Total $2,898. I also called them to verify my order and they said will ship out on Monday March 28. Monday March 28 I called them again to get the tracking number for my order. They said will ship out on Monday and will send a email to me for the tracking number. BUT I never receive any emails from them. Tuesday March 29 I called them again to get the tracking number for my order. They said will ship out today and will send a email to me for the tracking number. BUT I never receive any emails from them. Wednesday March 30, I called them again this time but not talking with the sale department, I choose the customer service. and I asked her what's going on for my order. I told her before I place the order I have already called them to confirm they have the Plasma Instock. She told me the Plasma was backorder and she has no idea why the sales told me it was instock. and give me another ext. number to call them tomorrow, he will know more than her. Then I called again on Thursday to that ext. That person is yelling at me , he said "Sorry make the mistake the tv was sold out , and cancel the order for me and I am busy and got to go". Then I ask him if it was sold out how come I just call and ask it is still available and tell me to order it. He said is the computer error, the TV is out of stock , WHAT DO YOU WANT !!! I told him I will file to BBB online, your company is lying to the customer because you guys want to get the buyer credit card information. HE SAID YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU LIKE THIS IS AMERICA , YOU HAVE THE FREEDOM TO DO WHATEVER YOU WANT!!!! I feel the Pricemad.com and bcwnetworks.com, both of them just steal your credit card info. Purchased a 500GB Seagate HD in an a USB2.0 external enclosure. It arrived on time and reletively well packed. Less than 30 days after purchase, the USB header on the enclosure developed problems. No computer I plugged it in to could read or write to the drive over USB. I contacted MemoryExpoUSA, explained the situation and they sent me an RMA number. The RMA process went smoothly and I now have a working enclosure again. My experience with this store has been good, and I will consider them again if I am in need.

I purchased two Coleco to USB chips and one worked for three days, I've emailed them on three seperate occasions in a two week period trying to get an RMA or anything as to replace it and get no reponse. The Chip does what is advertised but very poorly, most button register as other due to the unique makeup of coleco controllers. I would avoid this seller until he get's his act together, this is no way to run a business. I am the customer, he got the money and I'm stuck without a second working unit.

I have purchased pretty much every NES game this guy has ever put out and have not once EVER had a single problem with him. Orders have always been shipped very quickly and I've never had any issues with any of them. The one time I did get a game that wasn't working I shipped it back to him (he reimbursed me for shipping) and replaced the game immediately with no questions asked and no hassle at all.

Order placed Nov 18th received on Nov 30th (Windows XP Home Edition). When Customer Support contacted (only available by email or sporadic 'live chat'), they did not take my order number, but assured me product was 'delayed in the mail'. When I replied, how can you tell me it's in the mail when you didn't ask my name or order number, the live chat replied, why am I being so uncooperative. When asked for tracking number, was told 'server is down'. When finally received today, postmarked indicates it was mailed on the 28th, the day after I called to complain. If customer support had simply told me it was back ordered, I would have been unhappy, but satisfied. By lying to me, I would never do business with this company again

I made two orders on what I believed were "sale" prices: 1. My First order was for the "Dunn Horitzon Pilot" on sale for $29.00 (original list price $100.00). They charged me the full amount and not the discounted price as seen on "order status". However, I had made a screen capture of the transaction showing the price at $29.00 2. My second order was for the "flying back dual time automatic" on sale on the website for $69.99. Original price was $199.95. I ordered this online and made a screen capture of the receipt. Then, on going into the "order status" screen, I found that it was invoiced for the higher price. I had to wait till after the weekend to call Gadget Universe- They were not sympathetic till I told them that I had screen captures of the prices. They agreed to refund the difference, but charged me the higher prices anyway. I am still waiting for the refund to show up on my CC. Interaction with the Customer Service employees, was very pleasant, however.

I ordered a product that after several weeks was told it was no longer made by the company. This is fine so i was asked if i wanted a refund. I answered yes and to this date - August 21, 2010 - i have not recieved a refund. Many phone calls were made 2 were answered, one told to wait a few more days, 2nd was should be any day now. 5 months later nothing... now no call go answered, live chat - no one available - fax to company demanding my refund has had no results. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are scammers. I will be filing with Visa to get my money back on Monday and chalk this one up to a learning experience. Look elsewhere with a repitutable company before you purchase. Feb 2011 - still no refund from this horrible company, still not answering the phone. Its time for the BBB and a lawyer. IM DONE HERE.

I was purchasing a playstation 2 console for my son for Xmas. The site stated that it takes 1-3 weeks for the item to arrive which was fine with me even if it was 3 weeks. I contacted the company to confirm that it was in stock and left a voicemail message for them. I received a call back and was told that it was in stock and would ship within 5 business days. I ordered the following item as listed on thier website. -- 1 X Refurbished Playstation 2 (PS2) Game Console (old model) (SCPH-50001) @ $85.00 = $85.00 After I paid for the item the confirmation email contained the same exact information. After 2 weeks had passed and I received no other contacts I called back and left a message. AGAIN there was no live customer service. FIVE more calls and messages left and no return calls. I sent 3 emails and nothing was returned although I was getting read reciepts for the emails I sent. FIVE weeks after I puchased this item a refurbised playstation arrived. There are deep scratches all over and it does not work. It is also Model 30001 and not 50001 like I purchased. I have been calling and writing email for the last week and a half and they still have not returned any of them. I have taken steps to report them to the internet fraud complaint center (IFCC) and the better business bureau. I am also filing a report with the local police station.

Before I ever placed my order with this company I called ahead and asked their customer service dept what would be required - I had adopted a dog out of state, had on the day of adoption driven back to my own area, and realized after the fact that although the fosters had had her comprehensive medical spay/deworming/heartworm test, etc done, beyond her single initial dose of heartworm preventative, I'd been provided neither a written prescription nor further doses. I let NPP know this, that I would have no logistical way to obtain a written prescription and also stressed that I would be ordering for the first time. Their response? No problem! We'll just fax the vet, they'll fax us right back, done and done! Suffice it to say, a week and dozens of emails/phone calls later, the only thing "done" was my card was charged within 24 hours of placing the order, but a week later I was still getting repeated emails from NPP saying "the vet refused to approve by fax" (an outright lie, as I'd talked to the vet's office multiple times) and "you need to mail in a prescription" - see "called NPP before placing the order to tell them I had no paper prescription". They will not only lie to you about their "policies" but will actually CHARGE your card for orders that haven't even been approved or processed. What reputable company does this? Any reputable company will APPROVE your card but not actually charge until the order ships. This company charged my card, "kept the order open" when I said to do no such thing, and changed their story during my repeated phone calls to them from "you need to mail it in" to "we've gotten the fax back and it's all good and will ship tomorrow plus I'll email you tracking tomorrow when it ships" and then back to "you need to mail it in or nothing will ship".

I placed an order with this company two days ago and paid for 2nd day air and was told that the prescription drug for my dog would ship that day and now I've been told that it will not arrive for 6 days after the order was placed. No one there knows why. No one there cares about you or your pet or their health. They said they would credit my account and reimburse the shipping fee but they don't understand that I need the medicine for my sick dog. Now I've run out of medicine. I have used this company before and it's true that "regular" shipping that you do not pay for takes forever but this is critical. I will NEVER place an order with these people ever again. Good prices are not worth it if you cannot get the product when you need it. Shop elsewhere.

Placed order for only the body of Canon EOS 20D through TCS Camera's website. Recieved no email confirmation. Called their customer service to inquire about this and abushed with a sales pitch for a variety of accessories I did not need. (batteries, memory card, lenses, etc.) Recieved a confirmation number and was told as they hung up that it would be 3-4 weeks till I recieved it. I called them back and asked if it was a US or Foreign warranty, and it turned out to be Foreign. I asked what it would cost for a US body and was told $999. So I asked to change my order. After being put on hold for a few minutes the operator returned and told me it would be $1350. I told them, in that case I wanted to cancel the order. The operator rudely asked my why I kept changing my mind. I told them it was due to the fact that they kept changing their prices. He told me my order was canceled, gave me no confirmation number and abruptly hung up. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES. I HAD THE DISTINCT IMPRESSION THEY COULD NOT BE TRUSTED.

Shysters who determine product availability based on whether you order accessories and/or an extended warranty Classic Bait-And-Switch. One of several "companies" listed at PriceHead.com that actually are part of a group of companies owned by one entity. Salesman told me "looks like you've called 4 of our other businesses tonight. That's why we won'd sell you the item. It wouldn't be fair to them." What oddly telling honesty re: their dishonest tactics!

Wonderful experience - I had cancelled an order from one the New York City (Brooklyn) crap dealers who took two weeks to process an order only to declare it "lost" by UPS. eTailElectronics, located in North Dakota, not only took the order at 3:30PM in the afternoon, they guaranteed next day air delivery. Low and behold the next day the UPS truck rolled up my driveway and their it was. To top it off, the unit was delivered from of all places - BROOKLYN!! This outfit is honest, fair, and doesn't promise what it can't deliver. Highly recommended...

After having a terrible experience trying to buy an espresso maker from a different online retailer, I called etailelectronics.com to verify that they actually had the model I wanted in stock. The woman who helped me was very nice, and indicated that they had one more in stock. So on December 21, 2005, I ordered a DeLonghi EC140B Espresso/Cappuccino Maker. I received an order confirmation e-mail very quickly, and my order was shipped out the same day. It was delivered on time with no problems. They didn’t have the absolute best price and their website could use some work, but the customer service that I got and the extremely fast shipping more than made up for it. I am very satisfied with this vendor and would do business with them again.

I was after a particular hard to find coax cable trimmer and these folks had it at a fair price with fair shipping. They shipped the trimmer and some other misc. parts shortly after my order. Everything was as presented on the web site. They appear to be a good and ligitimate company and I would feel comfortable in ordering from them again. They get a positive thumbs up review.

Purchased item on Dec. 9, 2009 and received email confirming order & stating item should be shipped within 24-72 hours. As of today (12/29) have never received communication nor item. No response to emails, they don't answer their phone calls. Best I can say is they seem to charge your card and then leave you with nothing. I would run from this company and never look back!

Order accepted 16 Dec. Credit card charged full amount same date. Received email confirming order. As per email items ship generally 24-72 hrs after order received. No notice that item was unavailable/not in stock. Item was not sent. Two emails and two voice messages left first two weeks of January 2006. Finally was emailed by a service rep 11 January that giftandcollectibles.com was sorry that item was not delivered (NO explanation though), but my order would be turned over to the "credit department" and I would have my $ refunded in 72 hrs. Now one week past the 72 hr period and guess what? No refund. Back to leaving voice messages and emails. This company has a "gimmick" of awarding "Loyalty Points" (worth in-store credit on future purchases) for each order over a certain amount of $. If my experience has been typical of the average customer of giftandcollectibles.com, they'll need to hand out "Loyalty Points" by the millions if they hope to KEEP, let alone attract, customers.

On September 1st I placed an order with them for three items totaling $351 with 3 day ups express shipping. I received one item within the 3 days however the main item, an injen powerflow cold air intake for my truck is nowhere to be found and it's been over two weeks since I placed my order. I've emailed them and they have failed to respond and their website doesn't provide any tracking numbers although they provided one for the one item that I did receive after I contacted them and requested a tracking number which they provided after ups delivered it. Based upon my experience so far I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

Shipped incorrect quantity of items (ordered 4, received 1). Shipment also came late, so I had already purchased a substitute locally. I requested a full refund due to the obvious error and thus far they are refusing to do so.
