Sit4Less had the best price on the Herman Miller Sayl chair I wanted, I ordered it on a Friday afternoon and had it delivered, with perfect packing on the following Wednesday. Any questions I had (several as it turned out) were answered immediately through their on line access. This was enormously helpful as one of the colors wouldn't have been available as quickly so I was given the opportunity to decide whether I preferred a slightly different seat color or rapid delivery. I am buying this expensive desk chair because of back problems and am very pleased with the generous return policy. If the pain doesn't go away I can't use the chair.

I ordered a duster on 12/17/2007 was sent the wrong size, and returned it. They never sent me a new jacket or a refund ! Its been a year now, and I have no hope of ever getting what i paid for! These guys are not honest!!! I also turned them into the B B B OF WASHINGTON STATE and they said they get alot of complaints about classic country comforts. There is alot of other places to buy the same things that this RIP OFF COMPANY sells. So please don't lose $175.00 like i did, You don't have to take my word for this, just check it out with the bbb of Washington state. If you look around, you will find lots of bad press about this creep!!

Very dissatisfied, this store promises to send out shipment within 3 business days. I have sent them 3 emails to reply why my credit card was charged and the item was not send out to me. Never got an answer.I have left 4 messages on voicemail never got an answer. Since of two days ago there mailbox is full.

I placed an order for a record to be shipped to my brother as a Christmas present. Received confirmation and Paypal paid receipt. Shortly after I received a REFUND notice and then an E-Mail from TGG's Mike telling me he couldn't do business with me because of who the record was to be shipped to. My brother gave him 1 neutral feedback on the condition of a record he received after years of business and over 50 record purchases and was promptly blackballed. TGG is not a member of Better Business Bureau or apparently any other consumer protection group and for obvious reasons. I attempted again to order the same record BUT shipped to me and after the order went through, it was followed by a refund notice with NO EXPLANATION. TGG may try to run and hide, but these reviews will catch up with him and the public will be that much wiser about dishonesty. Follow up note: On 12/24/2014 I attempted to access the TGG website and I am now BLOCKED from access by my IP address. This guy is NO GOOD and will do his best to hide after you find out what he is really about.

Upon placing an order for (1) Marilyn Monroe Box of Diamonds, I was deceived that I would be receiving the set which consisted of 7 45 rpm records. The pictures on Thursday's Golden Goodies clearly portrayed this set as being $25.00. I inquired by email as to some details denoting more specifics after I ordered (big mistake). Apparently, when asking of the seven 45 rpm records, the merchant stated there was only one 45 record. I requested my money back as there were numerous emails "threatening me" and trying to "besmirch" my name. There were no cancellations as stated by Thursday's Golden Goodies which I was not aware. I requested my money back within five minutes after ordering. Thursday's Golden goodies refused and started to pester me with emails, constantly harassing me. He stated, "There is no way you'll ever get your money back". At that point, I contacted American Express to reverse the charges back to them. In the interim, i visited Thursday's Golden Goodies website as the pictures and details were missing on the Marilyn Monroe Box of Diamonds. In place was Stardust-1767-4-pink for $25.00. The merchant changed the ad before I could take a snapshot. This was beyond anything I ever experienced. American Express reversed the charges back to Thursday's Golden Goodies. When this fact occurred is actually when Thursday's Golden Goodies started harassing me with emails and presenting threats. All information can be fully corroborated as American Express additionally placed a block on the retailer. We would advise everyone to stand clear of Thursday's Golden Goodies, not to purchase anything. This retailer is nothing more than a scam to deceive the unsuspecting.

I purchased an HTC S710 unit from this store based on a suggestion from a friend. I found that they offered the lowest price for this model. I was surprised to find they actually still had it in stock eventhough they were the lowest price I was able to find on the net. Their customer service dept. was very helpful. And unlike most online stores, they have their contact number prominently displayed on their homepage. This helped ease my fears a little bit since the price was almost too low compared to other online vendors. All, in all, I am happy with my purchase, and will check them first before I make my next smartphone purchase.

I purchased two $100 Citco gas cards back in October. I waited and waited for the cards to come but they never did. Sent two emails to the company which they never replied to. Paypal says that it's been too long to file for resolution. If anyone knows their phone number please let me know.

I ordered the night of the 25th and got the confirmation the 26th. My order arrived a couple days ago but I just went to the PO box and got it today the 31st. Main reason I used them was they do ship to a PO second was it was cheap. I ordered the ASUS travelite headset. I had one before that broke and ordered a refurbished one from them instead of buy new. It works and box says it's got a 90 day warranty. So I am happy.

I ordered a Nikon Coolpix P1 from Photosweep.com for $323, plus an additional $50 for a 5 year Mack warranty. When I placed the order, the sales person did not tell me it was a grey market camera, nor did it state that it was such on their site. After I placed the order, I received an invoice which led to an error message which contained the logo "Best Choice Digital". I did some searches on reviews of Best Choice Digital, and saw that they had many bad reviews in the past, because of using bait and switch tactics, selling grey market cameras and not including all the parts, charging for orders and not sending anything or taking forever, and not crediting accounts for orders once returned. I was also a little disturbed by the fact that every time I logged onto photosweep's site, the price would shift back and forth between $260 and $323 every few hours. I called to cancel the order the next morning and was told it was too late, because it was already in their shipping department. On their site, they specify that orders can be canceled before they have been shipped, but this is apparently not true. When the camera arrived, the camera's warranty and accompanying papers were in Japanese, the manual was a stapled copy, the camera was set to Tokyo time, there was no memory card, and the software was a copy of the original software (a cd with a blank label with "PicturePerfect 1.6.1" typed on it) which does not download on my computer. I tried to download the software from the Nikon site, but they wouldn't allow it, since the serial number on the camera was not a US camera, but was instead a grey market one. Fortunately, I found it on ebay for $.99. I had purchased a 5 year warranty from Mack when I bought the camera (he told me the warranty on the camera was only 90 days, and that it could only be bought at the time of purchase, which is not true - you have up to a month after purchase to buy a Mack warranty.) There was no invoice in the package when it arrived. I requested an invoice several times by email, and they kept sending me the same email linking to an error message. I called them and requested that it be faxed to me, and finally received the invoice a few minutes later. I emailed asking them about the missing parts, and also telling them I had not ordered a grey market camera, and wanted the price for a grey market camera, since that was what I had received. No response, of course, other than "before you start quoting the law, get your facts straight! if you look at our website, you will see that all our products come with a warranty." This is not true - I had to pay $50 extra to get one. They list the camera at $323 on the site, but that does not include a warranty, even though in their policy section they specify that their products come with a warranty. Once I pointed that out, there was no response. The only good thing was the fact that I ordered the camera on a Wednesday afternoon, and it arrived on Friday. That may have been because I told them I wanted to cancel the order though. They apparently have the items shipped from Tri-State Camera (which is also where the charge appeared to be from on my credit card), and Tri-State is an authorized dealer, so the Mack warranties will work. I just wish they had told me this was a grey market camera before I ordered it, so I would not have had to go through all this extra work. The camera works, and the warranty will work, now that I have an invoice. This did cause a bit of a hassle for me, and I would like to warn people that their products are grey market, even though they might not tell you that upfront, they are dishonest about their warranties, and that there might be some missing items. Next time I will use B&H Photo or Amazon. I now see that the price is even better at B&H Photo, for a US camera with a US warranty.

I ordered item number a-244 we just received it yesterday. I love how this ring is shiny and it does looks amazing for the price we paid. The customerservice was very helpful with the questions I had, not knowing much about diamonds. Karen was able to help me choose this ring with the budget I had in mind. The ring I ordered was little big in size, they said they will resize it for free. I am definitaly impressed with the service and quality with worldjewels. I will reccomend them to anyone whos interested in buying jewelry and I will be back for all my future purchases.

I ordered an engagement ring set in August of 2012 and finished paying it off on 12/28. The clarity was SI1-SI2 (which, by the way, means different things depending on which diamond grading scale the company uses. In this case, the use a European grading scale, which run significantly lower qualities than GIA ratings). I received the ring around 1/8 and upon taking it out of the box immediately noticed a huge yellow-colored cloud on the face of the ring and a feather crossing the entire diameter (SI1-SI2 clarity is not supposed to have defects noticeable unless it’s 10x magnification. These were noticed using a dome light of a car, at arms length while it was night). I immediately boxed it up again and shipped it back the following day demanding a replacement stone. After waiting over 1 week for them to review the ring (they stated it would take 2 days) they stated they would replace the ring. In the meantime, I found a better ring locally for a much better price. I called and had them cancel my order, since the local jeweler was holding the ring until 1/31. They stated I would have the money back on my card within 5-7 business days (that ended today). Upon calling them, I was told I wouldn't get my $$ until Monday (past the date the jeweler stated they would hold the ring, thus losing out). I demanded to speak with the owner, Allen. He called and stated there was nothing he could do. I IMPLORE you; never do business with this company. I read all the negative reviews, and decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt. If there’s even the SLIGHTEST hesitation, don’t do it. Big mistake. Never again. Buyer beware.

I purchased a Creative Labs 2.1 speaker system (SBS 380) from NewEgg.com. Upon receiving the unit, I noticed that the volume knob was missing. It seemed reasonable to me to go to Creative about this manufacturing defect, as (1) they were responsible for the defect, and (2) they could most easily forward the part to me. Apparently, it's "policy" for them to screw over their resellers for their own mistakes. They did not have the required part in repair stock. They would not retrieve one from an already packaged unit, and ultimately they disavowed that it was even their problem because I bought from a third party. I've purchased a lot of Creative products in the last ten years, and have recommend them to many people. Their products have, to this point, been of consistent quality and reasonably priced. The fact that they've performed so poorly in my first call to their Customer Support is disappointing. Since they've give me the big FO, I see no reason not to return the favor. I'll likely be updating my review of NewEgg.com, but it's relevant to point out that they have taken up Creative's slack, and sent me an entirely new unit without the requirement to ship the first one back. I'm sure I can find a different manufacturer at NewEgg.com the next time I need an MP3 player, sound card or speaker system. UPDATE: Three weeks in, and my right speaker has been intermittently dropping out. The likely culprit is a broken lead in the input line. Newegg immediately offers to send a replacement, but I've been able to combine parts from the original and replacement sets to make a workable whole. Creative quality control has apparently gone down the tubes.

I received a Creative Zen Nano Plus for a christmas gift for 2005. The product worked great for one year. I use it frequently. The last time was on an International flight. I wanted to be able to play audiobooks on long flights. Audible directed me to a creative "hot fix". I downloaded the hotfix which immediately initialzed the Zen Nano Plus so that it will not even turn on. I did get two emails from them suggeting things that did not work. The last communication from Creative tells me that my product is our of service time and that I must subscribe to their tech service to get it fixed. THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT FIX DESTROYED THE FUNCTION OF MY MP3 PLAYER AND THEY ARE NOW ASKING FOR MONEY TO FIX IT. I DON'T THINK SO AND THOUGHT SOMEONE NEEDED TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT A COMPANY WHO TAKE RESPONSIBILTY OF THEIR ACTIONS. I WILL PROBABLY JOIN THE IPOD CROWD JUST TO HAVE THINGS TO LISTEN TO.

This store is probably the cheapest place you will find for the M-Audio Microtrack 24/96 anywhere on the Internet. Every other online retailer lists it at about 399.99 whereas BPG lists it at under $349.99. The difference between most retailers and BuyProGear.com is that they won't sell you an item if they don't have it in stock whereas BPG will sell you whatever you want and then ship it whenever they get their hands on it. I ordered my Microtrack 24/96 on December 2nd of and received it on December 30th. I never received a FedEx tracking number (it just showed up magically) and when I inquired (through e-mail) about the status of my order around two weeks into my ordeal, they called me the next day and told me that they couldn't confirm my order with me because all e-mails I sent them were bouncing. Presumably they had my e-mail address filed incorrectly. This doesn't make any sense at all. If they didn't have my e-mail address then how did they send me a confirmation order to tell me that they were charging my credit card then? That's another thing. I was charged within five days of placing my order but did not receive the actual item for almost a month. That is not good business practice. All in all I guess the whole thing wasn't a bad deal. I didn't need the Microtrack for any pressing matters and the one month wait for the item was worth saving 50 dollars. I think BPG (part of RSPE Audio Solutions, by the by) could benefit from keeping their customers abreast of their order status rather than just giving them a "Your order is currently being processed" notice on the status page. Also, as an aside, they did send me a Christmas card. It was very confusing because I had no clue who the hell RSPE Audio Solutions was but I figured it out. It was a nice gesture and, at the very least, put me at ease in knowing that they probably hadn't taken my money and ran with it.

I recently celebrated my 60th birthday with a transatlantic cruise on the Queen Mary 2. In anticipation of the cruise I bought a Nikon D80 and ordered a Nikon 18-200mm lens to use with it. The lens is terribly backordered and, as time passed I realized that I would not have the lens prior to leaving on the trip. I located Rentglass.com and found the lens among the Nikon lenses they had to rent. To be sure, the lens was often out of stock, the site allowed me to sign for an email notice of availablity. This led to me being able to rent the lens. I found the rental cost to be as good as, or better than, rentals charged by local photo shops. In addition, they DID NOT CHARGE A SECURITY DEPOSIT, typically $1000 charged by local photo shops. The rental period 1, 2 or 3 weeks, began when the USPS delivered the lens to me and the return of the lens occurred when the lens was delivered to the USPS for return. All return packaging was included in the delivery. Inquiries were promptly answered. Shipping was overnight. They insure the lens while in transit. While Rentglass.com may not work for someone who needs a specific lens on short notice, I found my experience to be superlative.

Ordered thermal underwear top and bottom on March 6, 2015. Received the top on March 11, 2015. Email said the bottoms had been backordered, I could wait or request a refund. I decided to wait, emailed them on April 10 to ask about backordered item. They responded right away and said the item was still backordered, I could wait or request a refund. Forgot about the item until July 2 when I emailed them again. No response, emailed again a week later, no response. Have called the phone number given several times, no one answers, no recording. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a trench coat from here a few weeks ago and must say that it is one of the most comfortable and trendy trench coats I have owned in a while. The quilted lining is great as it is removable - many others I have owned have not have removable linings therefore can become quite warm especially in warm spring months. The only downside is the price tag, if you are willing to part with the cash the this is a great buy. Overall a 4/5

I recently ordered some dress shirts for my nephew who lives in Saratoga Springs, NY. I realized immediately when the order confirmed that it was showing my home address as the shipping destination. I called right away to change the address and I was told it was impossible to do that. When I asked if I could cancel the order, they said NO that would not be possible. What kind of company does that? I've ordered from them for years but that's not happening any more. I'll continue to write these reviews in the hope others won't have this problem. Not a good idea to order from them if you looking for good customer service.

If you are considering buying any electrical appliances from Yonies, you better pray hard that your purchased products do not break down, because the chances are the warranties that the products Yonies sells to you are not covered by any manufactures. I have learned the hard way. I share my story, in order to spare you the frustration, wasted time, money and energy that I have experienced. You may not encounter any problems if you are lucky that your purchased products do not break down, but how many of us can guaranty that. This is what the warranty is there for. Yonies has very poor customer service. The usually tactic used by the man behind this company – Yoni M, is to ignore you, or lie to you. He even threatens a law suit against me if I share my experience with you- the unsuspected customers. The warranty card you got with the product he sold to you is absolutely worthless, and he knows it. Just Beware!!!

Two years ago I purchased a gift certificate from Quality Canvas Photos for our son's 30th birthday. Due to medical problems with his newborn twins, he had not taken the time to place an order. I made an inquiry to Quality Canvas Photos to see if the gift certificate was still valid and it was. Unfortunately the photo I sent of the twins had a poor resolution; however, I was blown away when they had their tech work on making the resolution better. In the meantime I found out that this was not the original so I was able to send it in a much higher resolution. The order was placed on May 24 and I received it on May 29 - I live in Illinois/they are in Hawaii! I am not only ecstatic with the results but I cannot believe the service that was provided in all areas!! Susan was wonderful to work with and I appreciate the tech's efforts in trying to make the first picture better. Quality Canvas Photos truly provides quality; attention to detail to canvas & shipping wrap; prompt email responses; and quick ship. I know of no other company like them! They really care!! I highly recommend!!

I submitted a black/white photo from 1943 of my parents. It was yellowed and had many, many crackes. Quality Canvas e-mailed me immediately (it seemed) to let me know they would have to crop the photo and would that be okay. I said 'yes' and could you fix the yellowing...it's suppose to be a black/white phote. They said 'of course' and would you like the tech to try and get rid of the cracks...? They sent me the corrected photo for my approval before doing anything. OMG...the finished canvas is better than I could of imagined. I LOVE IT! I will DEFINITELY use Quality Canvas again in the very near future.

On my second order, CigarBid had issues processing payment. No explanation was given as to why and nothing changed on my payment profile between my first and second order. I received an email asking me to call them to get it sorted out. Upon calling, I was on hold for almost 48 minutes. Once I finally got someone on the phone (Shauna), she "ran the card again" and it went through without issue. It's almost as if they didn't want to process my order (though I have no idea why). If it takes almost 52 minutes to straighten out a nonsensical error on only my second order, there is no way they're getting any more of my business. Cigarbid, fix your broken processes.

I made a purchase on 12/10/09. My bank statement confirms payment to Whateversports. On 12/23/09, I attempted to contact them to see if my sons x-mas gift would arrive for Christmas. Needless to say I only got an answering machine and I did leave a message.To date,(1/28/10) I have left two other voice messages and sent one letter requesting either my purchase or my money back. If I had gone into their store and took an item without paying for it, I would be arrested for shoplifting; so what is their defense for taking my money and not giving me my purchase. I dont know any other recourse to take other than writng this negative review and taking my business elsewhere. Good luck if you still decide to do business with this company or "the smartest thing you could do" if you dont. 1/29/10 THANK YOU! ResellerRatings. After posting my experience with Whateversports, I received a full refund. I have already made a purchase for the same item with another business. I will let you know how it turns out. Thanks again.

Purchased a 50" Panasonic Plasma tv from trio on Nov. 10th. This tv is advertised as having free shipping on cnet as well as on many other sites. I could not get the free shipping to come up on their site so I did not place this order online but called them instead. They told me that the free shipping didn't apply for tvs of that size (although they sure like to advertise it!) On the phone I asked for assurance that the tv was in stock and that I could have it arrive before the end of the month (when I was moving out of state). They assured me that it was currently in stock and it could ship out the next day for an extra charge and that there would be no problem getting it there on time. I paid extra for a tracking number and for having it ship out the next day. Over the next several days I called them repeatedly asking for my tracking number and was given various excuses, although they assured me that the tv did ship the next day and their website also said it shipped the next day. Finally someone told me that tvs over 90lbs don't have tracking numbers, funny how I got one when I ordered the same tv from anotheer site, and that trio charged me for a tracking number OVER THE PHONE for a product that doesn't have a tracking option. So a few weeks pass by and the date the tv is supposed to arrive comes and no tv. I call their customer support line and they tell me to "cross my fingers" but it should arrive in the next couple days. Needless to say, the tv didn't arrive, and 2 days after it should have arrived they tell me that it never, in fact, shipped at all, and was on backorder for at least 2 weeks (meaning I wouldn't get it for at least 4 weeks when I wouldn't even be living in that state anymore). The only reason they confessed to this was because I kept calling them every day about the drop dead date for it being delivered coming up in a couple days after which I no longer wanted the tv from them. They offered to refund half the shipping charge which was utterly unimpressive considering shipping should have been free as advertised in the first place and part of it was my charge for next day shipping and tracking anyway. I tell them to cancel the order and I order the tv from another vendor. About five days after that I get a call at work from a shipping company telling me the tv was on it's way (from trio) to my old address (the ship date is after I cancelled) and I tell him to return it to trio while it's en route. Trio charges my credit card the ENTIRE purchase price of the tv and FULL shipping and they refuse to refund it even though I never received a thing and they know it. I've had to file a charges dispute with my credit card company. I have no doubt in my mind that they did NOT ship me the tv since I know they didn't have it in stock to ship. They either shipped some other product or a box full of shredded paper or something to try and con me into signing for it (I didn't even live in that state anymore!). I thought this nightmare would be over once I cancelled the order but that was when the real nightmare began. Do not give any credit card information to this company of thieves.

Ordered a $1100 CPU from them which they had (and still have) advertised at $597. Needless to say the order was cancelled by them sans e-mail....no return calls, no nothing. This organization is a classic scam....they are just phishing your financial data. Would make a nice class action suit.

I ordered 2 1gb memory cards from this company. recieved a confirmation e-mail on 25 March. My credit Card was charged. 3 weeks later I tried to contact them. Couldn't get to their web site, "Could not be found". I have not yet recieved my order. Instituted a "search" and found this webv site. I notice that only 2 satisfactory ratings were evident out of approx 25 Very Unsatisfactory ratings. I'm going to contact a lawyer and the BBB.

The order number was yhst-22894386579119-3979. On January 09, 2007 my account was debited for the total amount of $149.99. I became concerned when the item had not arrived by January 22nd, 2007, so I sent them an email at 10:00 PM to the email address [email protected]. On January 23rd, 2007, the package arrived fully sealed, but when opened, it only contained packing materials (7 foam peanuts) and no memory. My wife had to cut it open, as the seal of the envelope was so well intact that she couldn't rip it without tearing it up. Therefore there is no way it could have been tampered with! It was very obvious that it had not been tampered with. Even more concerned, at this point, we began search online for a contact number and found this link: http://www.pricewatch.com/public/feedback.aspx?q=5078&i=1. I saw that someone else had complained of the exact same issue. Looking at the PriceWatch Feedback list, it seemed odd that they would have a string of negatives and then a string of positives. It became quickly evident that this sites feedback system was broken, allowing multiple feedbacks just by changing email addresses. Which means that this company could easily be stacking false positives to improve their rating. So, we did a Google Search and found that there had been quite a few complaints. We found the number on MicroMagic US site, 6265525068, and called. No one answered, but while my wife was on the line waiting to leave a message, we received a call on the other line and it was them. Obviously calling back using caller id. They never asked for my name or what the product was that I had ordered. We told them we received an envelope containing only 7 foam packing peanuts and he accused the postal service of tampering and said he had several complaints of the same issue. He then said that we should file a claim with the US Postal Service. Since it was obvious that there was no tampering involved, my wife told them that would be fraud. He said to send it back and he would give us our money back, but when asked how can we send back something we never received. He hung up on us. They did send an envelope and we still have it. It was a white packing envelope with seven styrofoam peanuts inside it, 8 inches by 7 inches with a packing list on the front. After the confrontation we checked online for our order status again and it said it had been cancelled. We never canelled it!!! We never got our product and we never disclosed our name or any other personal info that this guy could have known which order to even cancel. Even if he used the phone number from the caller id. We never cancelled the order!! We wanted the product and were unable to even discuss whether he would send it or our money back because he hung on us! BuyHardwareSupplies.com falls into my top 3 WORST customer service experiences in my lifetime. Beware that there is NO phone number on their web page to contact them, and NO tracking number provided on your receipt. You have to e-mail them for any questions or concerns, and wait for 3 days for a response. If I didn't follow-up on my order, I would still be waiting for it. Supposedly, the warehouse misplaced and failed to send my order. I was promised a credit for their late shipping (forgetting my order) and never got it. And the final response that I received from the customer service rep named Jack R. was rude, unprofessional, and offensive. Stick with Amazon.com, e-bay, or Ace Hardware. Avoid this company at all costs 'cause you can't even talk to anyone there.

I ordered 13 total pieces; I was sent 4 of the wrong materials. When I called customer service, I was initially told it was my mistake, that I should have looked at the product number. It took me some time to explain that the website did not show these numbers, rather I ordered by product name. So: their website was wrong, apparently. The name on the website did not correspond to the product in the warehouse. Eventually I received a mailing slip at their expense to exchange the product for the correct material. It is now almost December, and I have received no communication from Stretch and Cover unless I have initiated it. Each time I call or email, the story has changed: my order will be fixed immediately; the order will be fulfilled in 8 weeks; there is no ETA to fix my order, etc. I have now spoken with Leo Hsu who will take back my original order at MY EXPENSE with no guarantee to refund my order. He refuses to guarantee this because I have been using the slipcovers since July with the expectation that my order was to be completed “immediately.” He would not entertain the idea of an exchange. He did not seem to understand that this was poor customer service nor did he seem concerned that I would be contact the Better Business Bureau. What it comes down to is this: Stretch and Cover failed to fulfill my order. They have since failed to rectify their mistake. They now refuse to refund my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed this order on 12/09 far in advance in order to have it delivered by xmas. The Slip covers were not shipped until 01/17/06, kept getting different answers from customer service and no response after leaving several emails and messages. No compensation made by company, would not recommend them at all. Product good but service was unacceptable

I ordered two frames from Send-a-Frame's website. One arrived in perfect condition and ready to hang, but the other arrived without a hanging kit. When they finally sent me a hanging kit and I removed the protective covering from the plexiglass in order to hang the second frame, I realized the plexiglass had been damaged in the process of packing or shipping it. However, since I did not notice the damage within the 14-day window for returns/exchanges/etc. because I was waiting for them to send me a hanging kit, they would not do anything to help me. I finally offered to pay for them to ship me a new piece of plexiglass, but I did not get a reply from the customer service department, which only works through e-mail and not by phone. I sent them several messages, including photos of the damaged item, waited several weeks for replies, and then ended up buying glass from a local framing shop. I will never order anything from Send-a-Frame again.

I did order the BoatBuckle G2 retractable transom tie-downs 21st of Oct to my hotel room in NY, where i stayed for 6 nights. I declared how long I am going to stay there and gave clear instructions about the delivery. I received immediately a nice order confirmation from Phil and also an ordertrack link. I checked every day the status from the link and started to worry about the delivery. Then I emailed the last 3 days to their service and sales about the status of my order without getting any answer from them. I am now back in Finland and check my Visa account, there is a reservation of my order amount from Lake Powell Marine Electronics. I am going to contact Visa credit bank to prevent the money transfer to them. So I warn people to do any business with that company.

This business was/is operated by an Indian guy named Mukul Jain, he was based in Singapore, and often used fake addresses in Australia. I lost around USD 130 + speed post shipping cost, so I hope he suffers the same way as he made others do.

I order two banners. Koolprint took 3 months to send me one of the banner which arrived seriously damaged because of how it was packed and the quality of the product. I made a complaint about the banner and they guaranteed me that I will get a replacement along with my second banner within a couple of weeks, plus $100 store credit. To this date, 28 July 2007, I have received nothing. I have sent email after email to no avail, I received a couple of conflicting responses, one saying that the order was shipped and others saying that it will be shipped next week, that has been going on months. If anyone knows how I can get back my money for the banners, please advise, I am in the UK and I made the purchase on behalf on my church.

On May 4th she got confirmation that her order was accepted and delivery will be made by May 16th, latest May 18th, today is June 30th, Aclepsa’s 800 customer service number is redirected to a fax line, The contact link on their website does not work. Ordered 1 year supply of birth control, which was received in September 2013. I received 1 year supply with expiration date of less than 8 months away. Upon receipt of the pills, I contacted customer service who insisted that I had to wait until the expiration of the pills to get replacement pills. I've emailed them and have yet to receive a response or replacements. I plan to post on every review site available so that people can be wary of ordering supplies for longer periods.

I ordered Chaco flip flops on June 23. As of the end of the day today, June 30, the order is still "processing" and has not been shipped. The price savings which attracted me to this site is not worth the wait. I will update this review if and when I receive my order. Right now, I wish I had paid the extra few dollars and gotten my stuff overnight from Zappos. 7/2/2012: 9:10 a.m. Order is still "processing" and not shipped. Call to the store went to voice mail. 7/2/2012: 10:10 a.m. Received a return call from Becca at ZB Sports. Explanation offered: my item is a special order from the manufacturer. The shipment should arrive today and the flips should be shipped within 24 hours. The shipment from Chaco has not arrived yet today. 7/2/2012 12:25 p.m.: Becca has called again to update me on status of the order, and will send me an e-mail with the tracking number when my order is shipped later today. She let me know that the owner had informed her of my earlier negative review. I am favorably impressed by the very fast response to complaint. 7/2/2012: 6:00 p.m. Received tracking number; confirmed that my order is in the mail and should arrive by 7/6/2012. 7/7/2012: Order arrived in today's mail, complete and correct.

I have bought a bunch of stuff from Jinglehorse--a computer with a special case to match my office, keyboard, mouse, and this is my second printer (I have two computers at home.) I've always found their service prompt and professional. They are also good for techie gifts around the holidays, and their web site is refreshingly simple, even for someone like me who is not tech savvy.

I purchased a CoolIT Systems USB Beverage Chiller from sureneeds.com, here is my experience in doing so: Initally I was somewhat hesitant from purchasing at sureneeds.com because of the "fradulent" look of the website. Some of its products are missing accurate desciptions/photos, and it does slightly resemble some other sites I have been in contact with which were fradulent. However, it had the lowest price anywhere on the product I was looking to buy, the CoolIT Systems USB Beverage chiller. They were selling it for a much lower price than any other site (which in itself can be a red flag), so I checked reseller ratings. It had a good report with resellerratings, so I decided to take my chances with it. I purchased the product on a Saturday, and promply recieved an order confirmation email. On Monday I did not recieve a shipping confirmation, (the website did not say they provided one) so I was a little worried. I decided to wait one more day before contacting the company. The next day the tracking email had been sent, and it turned out the item had also arrived! I paid for Fedex Ground shipping, and receieved the item Overnight! The item had to be shipped from PA to a remote location in MA (usually takes and extra day from regular MA), so it shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday! Most packages that arrive at my house from PA take 3-6 days to arrive, and this came Overnight! I was impressed! The product arrived brand new (factory sealed) and undamaged, and works great! As it turns out, sureneeds.com IS a drop-ship operation as they ship from D&H Distributing CO's (there distributors) warehouses. This would explain the fast shipping, because warehouses can often ship things MUCH faster than other locations. In any case, I am extremely happy with my order from sureneeds.com, and will not hesitate to shop there again.

I am a first-time customer of Vermont Teddy Bear. I ordered two personalized bears as a gift. Order arrived in time promised, but the spelling of the name on one of the shirts was incorrect. I contacted Customer Service, who confirmed that the customization on the order form was correct. They promised to correct the mistake and ship overnight. It was shipped overnight, but it shipped two days after contact with Customer Service instead of next day. Upon opening the package, I discovered that the name was now spelled correctly, but it was the wrong shirt. I ordered an "I heart (name)" shirt, but the second shirt only had the name on it. That would not work because it was a male bear and the ladies name alone defeats the purpose of my order. I now became concerned that the order would not be able to reach the recipient on time because I had to ship internationally. Still feeling relatively patient (mistakes do happen), I again contacted Customer Service to explain the situation. The Customer Service representative was friendly and helpful and promised that she understood the urgency of my situation and promised to expidite my order so that I could ship on time. After 4 days and the order still not received, I contacted Customer Service a third time and was told that the order shipped GROUND and would not be delivered for another two days. I was then in a situation where I was going to have to ship the bears expedited at a significant shipping premium. The Customer Service representative did offer me a $25 credit on my next order, but I assured her that I was not inclined to place another order so this was not an acceptable remedy, especially since their mistakes cost me an additional $60 shipping. The Customer Service representative then became noticeably irritated with the situation and told me that was the best she could do for me. I am still waiting for the credit to show up on my account. I understand a mistake can happen. I can even understand when two mistakes happen. But a third mistake when they were fully aware of the two previous mistakes is not acceptable to me, nor is a remedy that requires me to spend more money with them even though I had this problem with my first order. The quality of the Bears is great. The quality of the customization and Customer Service is not.

I love the Vermont Teddy Bear Company and am now the owner of five gorgeous Vermont Teddy Bears. These are the highest-quality hand-made stuffed animals and the VTB Company has excellent customer service. I ordered the Bride and Groom bear to have on display at my wedding and then in my home. About a month after the wedding, I woke up to find my bride bear on the floor. Upon closer inspection, I was horrified to find my cat had pulled her off the bookshelf and chewed up her veil during the night. After I made sure the cat was alright, I called VTB customer service to explain what happened and to ask if I could purchase a new bride's veil to replace the chewed up one. The customer service rep got my information and then told me he would ship out a veil free of charge to me! I was so pleased and relieved, I thanked him profusely. A few days later I received my package and it was a new wedding dress and veil (I assume they can't take one piece of an outfit away from the whole thing). I was just so amazed they sent me a whole new bride's outfit for free and I am very grateful. VTB has guaranteed another loyal customer! I also placed the bride and groom where the cat couldn't get to them, by the way.

When I realized my mistake a week later, I emailed the company to correct the situation. They replied with an 800 number for customer service. I called and they were very helpful and had the problem resolved immediately. The product arrive today packaged very securely. Will use again.

For those of you who STILL doubt the ratings on this page - I genuinely confirm that this company is committing a bait and switch by providing the following facts within a 24 hour period. 1) Found Canon Rebel XTI body only for $279 on page. Was amazed but skeptical.. 2) Called American Express to confirm that I am protected as a card holder. Placed my order through their web page. 3) Received NO confirmation email but an order number during checkout completion. 4) 14 hours later, contacted 1-800 number to confirm order. Here is the dialog: Me: hello, I'd like to confirm my order please.. Richard (customer rep): sure thing sure, let me verify some information from you Me: Ok. What information? Richard: would you like the 2 hour or 5 hour battery? Me: I don't need any add-ons or accessories? Richard: Why not? Me: Because I already have the camera and just the body broke, so I need it replaced. I still have the battery and memory card. (figured this was the best response) Richard: So...the items survived but the camera body is broken..wow..well..ok, let me confirm your order of $324 with shipping and tax. you will receive the item in 8-10 weeks. call if you need us. I reserved a car at Priceless in Orlando Florida for a 3 day rental. my pickup time was 11:15p. We arrived around 10:45 at the pick up point only to find the one shuttle they had running was full. We were told to wait for the driver to return in about 15-20 minutes. no driver returned. After several calls, 1 1/2 hours later on our final call, Priceless told us there were no more cars. Mind you, I arrived at the pick up point on time and called in as instructed. They simply did not hold my car. They later told me they only had one driver that night. But we were from California, and expected to have a car when we arrived. Think twice before reserving at this company.

Sent the wrong tickets....the tickets they sent were for WAY less desirable and cheaper seats than I paid for......then, the tickets to the lousy seats had apparently been double sold by this vendor and we were denied entrance and treated like criminals, the venue even called security on me.....the whole experience was a disaster.....my date was not impressed either....

I purchased an unlocked GSM mobile phone to take with me overseas. It worked with native network (T-mobile) but turned out to be locked when I tried using it with SIM cards of other GSM providers. I sent 5 email inquiries over the course of two weeks to "Popular Electronics" with requests to resolve this issue but received no response. They do not answer phone calls either - just an answering machine asking to leave a message. The product title on their website still says "unlocked" which is clearly a fraud. Not responding to customers inquiries is also unacceptable. PS: I wrote a review on the product webpage with a warning that the phone is not unlocked as claimed. Recently, I was stunned to discover that the business edited my feedback, which is now saying that the product is fine and I couldn't be happier with it! I cannot believe the dishonesty of this company. Stay away from it!

I received my phone just 3 days after ordering it. I thought it was great how they called to confirm my purchase and address within just minutes of placing my order. My only complaint is that they take quite a while to respond to my emails, so if you have any questions you would probably be better off calling them.

I purchased a TV for $544.00 through Amazon.com from this store front "DependableResource. I received a cancellation email from them stating they received refurbished TV's by mistake and they only sell new. Fine I can understand that. I went to Amazon and looked up the same TV and found the same store front selling the TV for $70 more. When I went to look up my order so I could leave feedback, the order had vanished.

Order # 102-4756502-6527421 I recently puschased a receiver from this company and it played fine for 3 days and then the DVD player frooze and would not open. Also the USB port would not load data.To my disapointment the company policy is they not take returns unless it is the original box which I discarded. They also will not pay for postage no matter the reason for a return. In fairness to the company they still have not stated their postion. It seems it is all about the company not the customer.

I first placed my order for Canon Rebel K2 kit on the 9th. On the 10th, I received an e-mail to call about my order. My card had already been charged for the amount. When I called, I was told the department I needed to speak to was in a meeting, and I would need to call back the next day. So, I called back again. The person I spoke with proceeded to tell me that they were phasing out all of their film cameras and no longer had any stock of the Canon Rebel K2s. He offered to sell me a Nikon d50 for the same price. He claimed it was higher quality, which I haven't really found anything to back that claim up. He didn't tell me that would not include the battery like the Canon kit did which costs $15. Well, after asking a few questions and doing a bit of quick research online (I had looked at this time camera somewhat before I decided on the Canon anyways) I decided the Nikon would be alright. I told him go ahead and send me the Nikon. To my utter shock, they still sell the exact same Canon kit for $100 more than I had placed my order for. They never took the kit off their website. The price changed the same week I placed my order. I believe what it really amounts to, is they didn't want to sell me the camera for the price they already sold it to me for. I felt duped. I should have sent it back and I regret dealing with them. I will never make another purchase with them.

I ordered a Canon EF 28-105mm f/3.5-4.5 II USM Standard Zoom Lens. All I got in reply was an order confirmation email. After a week of waiting with no updates from them, I call them today and get a non-apologetic reply that the item is backordered and hasn't been shipped yet. I cancelled my order and ordered it with Amazon (which didn't have the lens when I had tried to order initially)

I used to use bulknutrition frequently with no problems and quick shipping (usually had my order in less than 1 week). I've placed three orders in the last year. The first one took nearly two months to be complete and shipped to my door. I received the excuse that the company was changing warehouses and had a few issues during the transition. I figured it was no big deal. My second order went through quickly and I had it in about 1.5 weeks. I was happy. I placed a third order on August 30, 2011 and I'm still waiting for shipment, its now September 21, 2011. All items were listed as in stock when I ordered. I've emailed the support address ([email protected]) and have not had any replies, and yes I've check my junk mail folder. This will be the last order I ever place with BN.

I have ordered with BN since Mike McCandless started the company (known as 1fast400 back then) with phone orders close to a decade ago. The business was sold, and for a few years, all was still well- no issues with orders, fast shipment, etc. Then, in the last year or so, something changed. My last order with them was for three items for a total of $42.17. It took close to or over a month to receive 1/3 items- a bottle of caffeine ($5.99). Strangely enough, the entire invoice amount was displayed on the packing slip, with no news of the other two items. An email to CS went unanswered. It is now over 4 months later, and I have essentially paid $40+ for a bottle of caffeine tablets. I am sorry to see that the company has fallen apart- all the hard work Mike put in to establish BN's reputation, just thrown away.

I ordered 8 DVDs from them, and proceeded to checkout, saw the total (it was the same as the subtotal), and paid. How much? They charged not the amount listed as "total" in the shopping cart, but added the exhorbitant handling fee and the shipping too which were not stated in the shopping cart! Only after submitting the payment I realized that they charged me nearly twice the "total" amount!

I placed an order for my microwave 3/20. The company said it would ship 'on or before 3/28.' So I'm having to wait up to 8 days before it ships, but it's a good price. I can wait. Everyday, I check status. Every day, says same thing: 'will ship 'on or before 3/28.' Until 3/28, THEN it says it's back ordered and they don't know when it will be available. So I call. Here's where it gets nuts. I talked to 2 different 'customer service' representatives and 1 'team manager.' All said that what I experienced was 'the default' (to use their words.) I.e. that they ALWAYS say for this particular type of product that it will ship within 8 days, but only after those 8 days have passed do they bother to check if it's available and let you know that it isn't!! I am NOT making this up. In all my conversations with the customer service people (the manager never returned my call), they did NOT say that the order got screwed up, that things were not processed properly, that this was NOT normal procedures. Instead, they said this is normal. Wow! Don't waste your time with these people who tell you for a week that something's about to ship, THEN figure out that it isn't.

I ordered a product and heard nothing other than a confirmation of the order for over a week. They never answer their customer service 800 number and do not respond to email inquiries in a timely manner. They billed my credit card the day of the order but took 10 days to ship. While I found the product selection and value good thier after sales customer handling leaves a lot to be desired. They have a lot to learn and I doubt I will never do any business there again.

We recently purchased a 4350N Laserjet printer from 360 Technologies. Overall we had a good experience purchasing from this company. When I called them to get a quote a salesperson actually answered the phone! I loved that. The sales representative was knowledgable and was able to help me decide between two printers. They had me fill out a credit card authorization form which I actually liked for my own records. The only negative thing was their country hold music (but they are in Texas!) Good price, good printer and I will call them again.

I signed up for the 75-download per month $20 plan. Though the service lacks copies of much of today's popular music, if I wanted to listen to an overplayed track, I'd turn on my radio instead. There are a lot of great tunes available on this service, especially from independent artists. You just need to search for them, which can feel like a chore.

I signed up for a free trial with 50 free downloads. The selection of songs is horrible. I only found 20 songs I wanted to download. The sound quality is terrible. During the the free download period, the site noted that my membership was to become effective on December 20th. So on December 19th, at 10:00PM CST logged in to cancel. At 10:07PM the site changed, my remaining free downloads vanished & my credit card was billed for 1 month. I cancelled my account anyway, before the 11:00PM CST deadline, but that did not remove the credit card billing. Emailed customer service, & they just said you have 1 month of service with XX downloads. You can not call anyone at the company to complain to. This is just Fraud. Don't sign for the Free trail, it's not worth the charge they will apply to your credit card.
