Adrian Robinson former surveyor at Sykes Robinson. Sykes Robinson missed £45,000 worth of problems on my house. When I complained about the problems Mr Robinson was the man who came to review his partner's work. He was supposed to send us a letter detailing what he found instead he sent an apology note citing a family emergency and dropped off the face of the earth never to be seen again. As of this week the Financial Ombudsman found Sykes Robinson in breach of their contract and stated that they had failed to follow the RICS guidelines. I think that tells you everything that you need to know about his man and the work that he does. Do yourself a favour and never ever consider getting a building survey from this joker and use absolutely anyone else on this earth before giving him a penny of your money.

I initially missed the opportunity to have my home buyers survey from the bank. I then looked around online and chose Harp Chartered Surveyors Limited. The service is received was very poor as the surveyor Adrian Robinson missed out on many simple issues with the house that I purchased. On the report he stated; - the pointing of the chimney stacks were of good condition but needed further checks. However, I realised water falling between the cavity wall in the bathroom wall and builders noticed from ground inspection that the pointing of the chimney stacks is causing this. - the roofers also noticed day light entering the loft through the tiles. The falling tiles have also allowed water to fall in between the walls and in the cavity. However, the surveyor did not notice any of this according to his report. After continuous emails being ignored I was really annoyed. I eventually manage to call him and then he stated he will get back to me tomorrow. It did take over a week and constant reminders! I have made a complaint to the RICS.

The one off bouquets are great value for money and always look gorgeous. However, as a regular one-off customer, I was super disappointed in the clunky service, and excuses for clunky service, around the subscription service, which I cancelled after two rounds. We needed to update our will and this was a quick and easy way to do that without having to see anyone face to face since we are isolating due to COVID -19. I found the website easy to navigate and would recommend this for anyone wanting a quick and straightforward will. I haven’t tried uploading any video but this could be a nice idea if you wanted to do that.

Does not work at all. Also from health another charge was charge which I did not order so my bank is looking into it . Hope I get help soon. I am like everybody else will pay for what I get but do not like getting taken for a ride. I will take it further if I have to just want my money back.

This is the actual company behind Hyperstech (and other online pseudonyms they use to try and fool people). This company are scammers. The products they sell are faulty/fake cheap Chinese imports and not at all as advertised. You will wait a long time ro receive your fake/faulty goods and when you demand a refund as you are entitled to they will continue to give you the runaround. They claim to have refunded me on 10th December last year and I have still not seen the refund. They continually send out pathetic lies via email. Please avoid this company at all costs. They are criminals.

Horrible horrible horrible service!! This is a fraud company who will talk very nicely to you when you are ordering and then when it’s time for delivery there is one reason or the other: - I ordered my dining table and some side tables more than 2 months earlier - When it was time for delivery they first said it will take them till 6pm to deliver after which it was 7:30pm and then I said it’s too late so deliver the next day - Next day the sales guy (Girish) calls me and says there is some defect and it ll take them 2-3 days to fix it (which apparently they never saw the first time) - The worst part was when I said what unprofessionalism is this Girish started shouting at me!!! Even cut the call on my face!!!! Like there was a different person I was talking to before and now it’s completely a different guy!!!!! And he says take your refund if you want!!!! I am quite sceptical about the delivery of my product!!! I read the reviews and still made this mistake when they promised it won’t happen with my order.. Please don’t make such a mistake and get trapped by their pricing!!!! It’s not worth paying lakhs for the horrible service they are providing!!!!

Really happy with the anti-viral… Really happy with the anti-viral service I got from royal cleaning. It was easy to organize and their cleaners arrived with lots of equipment to perform a really thorough job. I got tons of information about the solvent they were using and a lot of assurance that everything is being done to the government requirements. Hopefully I won't need to find out if it's true or not.

this website is one of the best websites for online shopping internationally. You can get the product at a very cheap price and with the best quality. Their customer satisfaction department is so great. In case you don't receive the product within the time frame given they return all your money with any question asked. However, while shopping from international website one should always take care of the seller like should choose a seller with a high ranking.

Douglas was very prompt in making me an appointment, I did not check the cost prior to booking as I had assumed he would charge by the hour. He told me it would cost £300 on the morning the joiner was due to attend – I assumed that it was a big job. He had implied he would come himself but did not do so although the joiner he sent was very efficient and impressively effective and completed the task in an hour. I queried the bill and was told That he would’ve charged even more had he realised how much work there was! I paid the bill and put it down to experience but I wouldn’t use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody unless you value efficiency over economy. £300 an hour seems a bit steep to me, no matter how convenient it is.

I don't feel right giving this product a "rating" considering how poor my health has been. What I can say is that I started these around the same time I was experiencing numerous health problems and I personally couldn't keep them down; within a half hour I was vomiting. 10 minute survey of our property during which the surveyor did not ask for any evidence of RSJ installation (which we had) or window certification (which we had). Much of the report was supposition (old house therefore likely to have....etc) with little evidence. Claimed bathroom ceiling is badly stained and there is no stain at all. This report could potentially lose our house sale so we are now paying for our own, independent and certifiable, report. The report smacks of trying to see off potential future litigation, which would make sense as they are being sued but someone else.

Firstly, the expensive structural report sent out contained pictures of somebody else's house. Secondly the Structural Survey missed important defects on a property before purchase which will cost thousands of pounds to rectify. CEDR, which is an independent dispute agent, stated that 'The company failed to provide the services to the customer to the standard to be reasonably expected by the average person'. Even with this outcome Leo Horsefield surveying have not offered any sort of compensation. We are currently proceeding with court action.

Purchased some led tape from LEDRISE for my living room. Arrived in good condition and relatively quick. I also got some helpful info about installation. They say the strip uses nichia leds from Japan. I aint a pro so cannot be sure is true, but they look different from other strips i have and are way brighter. Shall see how long they last. LedRise customer service error – no problem, just pay up an extra €19. You order and pay in advance for 2 LedRise units. When the package arrives there’s only 1 unit in the box. You contact LedRise and they say “we are sorry for the mistake, there was a packing error” No problem - just send me the missing unit. Answer - we can’t do that unless you pay us another €19 for the delivery costs or spend another €50. So, let’s be clear, it’s an LedRise error but the customer must pay to put it right? An outstanding example of LedRise customer service …. you have been warned.

Will start off by saying we do love the Big John grill. Some concerns as far as Saftey goes is the regulator on bottom of grill if facing the wind at wrong angle it emerges into large flames around the propane tanks. When the grill is set in the correct position it works excellent. The output of heat is great for even cooking across the whole surface. We are an oilfield construction company and use this to BBQ for our crews and people and it brings everyone together and it always a great time!

Les enseignants d'allemand accompagnent et motivent très bien les étudiants dans leur parcours. Les activités extra scolaires sont très utiles pour sociabiliser entre élèves. De bonnes infrastructures en général même si l’acoustique des salles de classe est perfectible. Il règne une bonne ambiance dans cette école où j'ai eu plaisir à venir me perfectionner. La méthode d'apprentissage permet à chacun de travailler à son rythme. En résumé je recommande vivement L'école Suisse d'Allemand.

Sent my vehicle for bodywork repairs through the insurance, first of all the Body shop Greg miscommunicated on the repairs carried out as they didn’t done the repair as been told, when i disputed the repairs, been informed that they gonna call the insurance engineer to come and inspect the repairs, without consulting the engineer and myself they given a second go to the repairs and ruined the bumper paint as half bumper was of different colour and half of different colour, when again disputed again told me that they are going to call the engineer and then told the insurance company, that they are not interested in doing any more repairs on my vehicle and also informed their other dealerships not to take my car in for any sort of repairs, i tried to contact the General Manager but after a long delay received a reply of my email which was irrelevant and not satisfying, the dealership damaged my car while in their possession. The vehicle reg is ( N18 UBR). This is a complete discrimination and racism to telling all their dealerships not for taking my car in for any sort of work, i am a regular Toyota customer and buy cars from them every year, but at this time i am not happy with the service provided and i would never be going back to them for my future cars. I do not accept this type of discrimination and racism from a well reputed dealership.

I would not recommend working with Top Solid for countertops as they did a poor job of the sink cutout that looked terrible upon installation. They pushed back and made excuses when I voiced concerns about the final finished look and after a series of several phone calls they gave me a small credit but I was still left with a terrible looking sink cutout job! Definitely not satisfied with the quality of the work.

It's hard to put into words just how amazing Jordan and the Total Mortgages Team really are. At first we weren't sure if we wanted to use a mortgage broker. When we purchased our first home 7yrs ago we used one, we weren't that impressed, to say the least (different company). This time around it was a completely different experience. We had in depth discussions regarding what we wanted and what we needed to purchase our next (bigger) family home. We felt listened to and Jordan and his team looked at every angle and avenue to make our dream a reality. When i got frustrated with my husband's many (stupid) questions, Jordan would just laugh and answer him. Not once did Jordan make us feel like it was to hard, or that we were bothering him. We are extremely pleased with the result achieved by Jordan and the Total Mortgages Team and can't thank them enough!! We have already referred family and friends to Jordan and his team and will continue to do so - they are fantastic!

Whatever you do DO NOT order from this company. The website has no phone number, that should give you the first warning. I ordered over £100 of flowers and paid over £25 for delivery. Not only did they just not bother delivering, they didnt even email me or phone me to let me know, so completely ruined the surprise of gifting flowers. Still no communication, still no email, still no apology. I find it genuinely unbelievable that this company is still in business. Granted they may not have the balls to call and say they cant deliver, but at least have the courtesy to send an email so alternative arrangements can be made.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - we purchased flowers they were delivered 4 days late (for a birthday even they they were ordered 2 weeks prior to date required) and when arrived were brown around all edges!!!! Customer service is terrible! Use another company, even sent my 60 year old mother an email stating she was untrustworthy!!!

Next thing I know they send me a shipping confirmation and say they can't cancel the order and I should just give it away to someone else... WTF?!! Were you even listening?! That was the original plan but now I can't because I already got them a different gift for Christmas (and RECEIVED it too, might I add) knowing this one wouldn't arrive in time at this point.. So basically once I made it clear I wasn't going to reconsider keeping the order they actually ship it out.. Only it STILL hasn't left the "shipping facility" so I don't think they actually did anything I think they created a fake shipping number.. If it's been at the same spot for weeks.. something is clearly very wrong. And it's this company. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER... AND THEY STILL REFUSE MY REFUND...

I was was able to download Windows 10 softly but faced problem in downloading Office 2019. I got help but have to dig down the road there was no direct customer care link to help me. My windows 10 is still starts slow intially 4-5 minutes thereafter works normally. Problem of signout in screensaver sometimes demands password and sometimes does not . Setting of Screen saver edited does not show any effect. Powerpoint 2019 tried new 3D models liked the most, but problems in animation after two three restarts shows the effect in preview. Office(2019) Files takes too long to open for first time. On Screen Saver state hangs many times does not show password screen. After two three restarts onoff button it show password screen to login. These problem i didn't had earlier in windows and Office 2010. Thanks for giving us opportunity to tell our review.

This company is a SCAMMER! First I tried unlocking an iPhone 6S+ given to my daughter by my cousin, this phone being out of contract already and fully paid. Lo and behold, after paying $29 for unlock I was asked for another $40 to expedite the unlock. Now after pating the said amount they said that my iPhone is either lost/stolen - STUPID JERKS!!! Since I was given a coupon for another unlock I tried unlocking my sister's iPhone 7 (verified thru clencheck.me as clean) and which I totally know is without contract already. Surprise, surprise - I received the generic response that this iPhone is also either lost/stolen!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are just SCAMMERS!!!

Hi, Used directunlocks for an iphone 8 unlock several weeks ago, firstly paid 20euro and then they asked for 35euro more, it came back that it couldn't be unlocked after paying, and they said they would give me a £37.99 credit, so on monday 24th feb, i went to unlock an iphone 5c, went through the credit card process as they said the credit would be applied using my email address as verification, but they took €18.99 from my credit card, and then i got an email asking for another €35 euro, have sent lots of emails asking about the credit and no replies, there's no phone number to call. Have now reported to CC company for charge back. Based on my experience i can only assume these are scammers

I ordered it for my wife for Christmas, and waited for delivery. Sadly it did not arrive in time, but, to be fair, they did not promise pre-xmas delivery. Meanwhile, I came across lots of very bad reviews for this Co, and was quite worried. No problem; it arrived today (28 Dec) and is exactly as it looked on the website - maybe not the best quality in the world, but - for £12.99!!!! My wife is delighted. I can't understand all the bad reviews??? Is it a scam by a competitor?? I, for one, am happy and will deal again.

Everything went wrong. over 2 months to deliver. Wrong merchandise as substitutes.. Mittens that were the size of oven mitts, wrong pairs of socks. I am a seasonal retailer. They literally screwed up my selling season. I received 5 more items today, JAN 4, ordered OCT 28. I have had to negotiate with photos back and forth, Im surprised my fingers don't ache. I worked in Fashion and still have a small business. Items didn't sell at Christmas because they didn't come on time..and when I placed the order I made it clear,if you cannot deliver before Nov 30, don't. But they did, one package at a time.

Received a referral coupon from a friend for $20 off. Clicked on the email and checked out for product. Next day realized the coupon did not apply during check out so I contacted company. Said the item I bought would not apply to the discount. Couldn’t find anywhere on the email or website that anything would be excluded. I was offered another $20 off for next purchase and could then use the $20 that I missed out on making it $40 off, I couldn’t even find codes for both to use. Isn’t this a form of click bait ?? Anyhow, I tried the cbd and it did nothing for me. They also have a return guarantee but only for items that haven’t been used so they defeats the satisfaction guarantee bullcrab!

When you buy expired domain they will force you onto hosting plan which costs 15 EUR per month and since you cannot transfer domain within 60 days of purchase you are effectively paying twice hosting and domain auction fee. Avoid!! Better to use more transparent expired domain sites rather than Youdot.IO

What an awful experience. I paid fir expedited shipping to get it in 3 days it almost took over a week. I had to contact him, email, Facebook and call to finally get reach him to tell him I didn't ger it. He promised he'd shipped exactly what I purchased as I needed it for my children to zoom during the e-learning. He finally shipped it. Finally I got them. They reeked of cigarette smoke. They did not match. One had a camera one didn't. They were very used looking and scratched up. One had an old twisted up knotted stylus pen that didn't work. The other was missing the pen. My son used the webcam one for 3 weeks and then one day it died and never came back on. I have tried EVERYTHING to contact the owner Sam Lorenz. He is totally off the grid. Local phone number that's a cell and now website is down. I have filed a claim with Paypal hoping that I can get my money back or atleast and exchange for some decent goods. I'm appalled being a business owner MYSELF how someone could take advantage of a person during a nationwide pandemic! This is unacceptable and do NOT order from this man please.

I ordered a laptop on 3/3/20 it was suppose to be here in 3 to 6 days kept calling no answer finally got in touch with them on 3/18 they said they would send it to I would get it in 3 to 5days as of today still don't have I called them again 3/29 someone answered the phone but couldn't help something was wrong with the computer for me to call back in 15 minutes so I did noone answered call about 3 times still noone answered I been very patience with them I sick of it now I could've been bought 10 laptops I feel like I been ripped off

What a cool website and concept. They’ve basically made buying a diamond fool-proof, fun, and affordable. The diamonds are a higher quality than most others I've seen, and I love that they’re eco-friendly. The only downside is there isn't a ton of ring style options. But, I was able to chat with them and Modern Carbon made it possible for us to create the ring she wanted at the price I wanted. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

After watching the Netflix docuseries "Explained: Diamonds" I was a little upset at how the industry works and how mass mining operations are not doing our planet any favors. I never knew lab grown diamonds existed so I fired up Google and two seconds later I found Modern Carbon. Their customer service was amazingly helpful as I must have asked 55 questions about the diamonds, the shopping process, and even about the agents own proposal story. Modern Carbon has earned a customer in me.

Všechno je moc super. Výborní lektoři, příjemné recepční i ostatní zaměstnanci ochotní se vším pomoct, vysvětlit a já nevím co. Po stránce kvality výuky - 5hodin samostudia ku jedné s lektorem. Je otázkou, co kdo čeká, já jsem čekal možná trochu méně domácí poměr. Ale nakonec musím zdůraznit závažné mínus - technické problémy. Vyskytovaly se poměrně často, zpomalovaly výuku a znechucovaly ji. Sice už je to lepší, ale jeden nikdy neví, co se zase oběví.

Refused to send the correct device on a swap on delivery so wanted me to be without a phone again for another 6 days, refused to pick up the wrong phone wanted me to return at a cost to me.
