This company has TERRIBLE customer service, if you are an international buyer dont even bother, i bought a watch in December from Australia and im still trying to get a refund, my watch arrived at the company in early jan , confirmed buy my carrier, and they still have not acknowledged that it has arrived or replied to any of my emails, and on another note some of the brands they sell cannot even get the batterie replacement without sending to them, so on the strength of these current issues i would advise strongly to shop elsewhere

I had ordered a watch said it went wherehouse ready to ship called days later they told me watch is out of stock So I picked 2 more watches same thing went to where oust for shipping called back said they were going to overnite never received email again called back only one of the watches is in stock these watches were a birthday gift order 2 weeks ago still no watch I will never order from this co ...horrible service

Placed order on Dec18. Then read these reviews and was concerned. Received package Dec 28. Was not expecting to get it until after Christmas and did. I was very happy. Excellent quality (bought a Houston Astros 2017 World Series Cap). Would order from them again. Only criticism is that I received an email with my shipping details and then the next day I received an email stating product has been delayed. Still got it the next 5 working days later.

Fed ex shows order delivered. NOT. Called them and told to wait a few more days. Maybe it will fall from the sky. Someone was home all day when they say it was delivered. Same issue with their sister site Fanatics. Just refund it or deliver my order.

Ordered clock with "White Face" for $26.99 on 11/4. Delivered clock with Silver face on 11/21 that was a resale of a Fandimo.com item that sells for $4.95. Customer service sent an RMA for return, but also sent me notice that they reserve the right to substitute items at their discretion that don't quite match the description. Lots of legalese and caveats. We'll see if they credit the return under their supposed unconditional 30 day policy. Would comparison shop and do lots of homework before dealing with them.

Placed an order last night, then had 2nd thoughts - called this morning to cancel. First I confirmed with my bank that payment had not been posted. Called the company - was told that payment had not been processed yet. So, I said, "please cancel order". They said "no". They couldn't cancel, even though it had not shipped, and payment not posted. They said they would have someone call me about it. No phone call for entire day - I called them back at the end of the day. They told me, ooops, couldn't refund my money because payment had been processed! Sorry. They then hung up on me. So I called my bank to dispute the charges. At that time I learned that they not only charged my card once for the full amount, but TWICE! This is my fault, for not fully doing my homework before ordering from this company. If you are reading this web site, you ARE doing your homework - so PLEASE stay far away from these folks. I wish I had!

I placed an order for a set of clubs on August 5, plenty of time to get my new clubs for my golf vacation starting Sept. 2. Or so you would think - first I was told the item was "backordered" and would ship Aug. 24. Then today, Aug. 31, I get notice that they "oversold" the item and that my order was cancelled. They offered to "help" me find a replacement item and said they would give me an additional 10% off, but I declined. Screw me over once and we're done, especially when you kept me on the hook for so long. I will NEVER use Golfsmith again, and will advise anyone I know what an unreliable company they are.

I visit Starbucks at Frankfurt am Main, Germany every morning and their employees are very friendly and even when I travel back to LA and visit Starbucks (257 S La Cienega Blvd, Beverly Hills) I never getting any problems with unfriendly employees. Only thing that borders me is their Android app.. it only give you the possibility to add an standard Credit Card and they don't accept PayPal... if they fix that I gonna edit this review and give five stars but until now I can't just do it :/

From the online store I ordered a Holiday Mug and Some Holiday Blend K-Cups on the 20th of December. I received my order with the Mug and no coffee. The invoice in the box said the coffee was part of the order but was not included. I wrote to customer service but when I didn't hear anything for a couple of days I called in and talked to a Rep, who said they could not ship any out as they no longer had the item. First Frustration. Okay. So Refund Reorder similar Item That I had to pay for While waiting for Refund. So I ordered with Operator online Christmas blend K-cups. Nicely she added 15% Discount + Free Shipping but I had to order RIGHT then. So I had to VOICE order and Ordered K-Cups, but since I had to trust her, she ordered Verismo pods. Sadly I didn't check my order in mail and trusted that since we were replacing K cups - She would order K-cups. So I got order. OH So Very Mad. This time did Chat - Sorry - return, we can't do anything for you - will refund and give you same 15% discount and free shipping, but you have to call in again. Have not received Other Refund YET. One of the four tickets I purchased was for a game that already happened two nights ago! Stubhub offered me a 25% off coupon!!! Had to argue for a half an hour and finally ask for a manager to get my money back for a ticket that didn't even exist. They promise a 100% satisfaction guaranteed on their website. What a joke!

I ordered a few things through undergear I got 2 of the 3 items one of them was so small a 5 yr old could not fit in it, I ordered my things on sept 22 it's now oct 31 and still haven't received my 3rd order all I get is the runaround really wanted my order for my trip to Jamaica they say it still won't be in till nov 15, total Bullshit never will order from them again and suggest anyone never to order from them again!!!!!

I placed the order on Jan 7th, 2013 it took two more days to get the package shipped. Today is January 23rd and I have not received anything! I shop online a lot, and even packages that been ordered the same day and been shipped from China I received a couple of weeks ago. I called FEDEX first, the tracking number is giving me the info dated by Jan 15th only and suggested to call the shipper, so I called the customer service, they said we're not gonna do anything till those "10 business days" pass... I'm totally dissatisfied. It was my first and the last buy with them.

I ordered an item for Christmas on 12/5 because the site said the item was "in stock, ships fast." A week later, I contacted customer service because the item had not arrived. I got an e-mail apologizing for the inconvenience and that the item would ship directly from the manufacturer. Yardiac also told me they'd supply a tracking number once they had it. Another few days goes by, no tracking number, no package. I contacted Yardiac, again, more apologies and a promise they were looking into it. When the order had not arrived by 12/19, I called and left a voice mail during open hours. I never received a call back or any other info, including the tracking number, and no more e-mails from customer service. The item FINALLY arrived on Dec 27 - completely too late for Christmas - and it was not the right color. Yardiac has good prices and a good selection, they need to get their ordering process straightened out and the customer service people need to be taught that even if the news is bad, never, ever stop communicating with clients who are waiting for updates!

I ordered the product on 11/04/09, I'm writing this on 11/25/09, still no product, vague automated reponses. I got a bogus UPS tracking number on 11/20/09, that indicates 'shipping info received', but the product has never actually been shipped. I've been buying stuff on the web for over 10 years--LOTS of stuff--and had good luck and have faith in the internet. Yardiac.com has been my first real 'scam' and bad experience, which sucks because I believe in the trust of the internet.

I purchased a Crown of Light diamond ring in their Bermuda store in August 2019. When I got back to NYC, I reached out to DI and told them i needed to have the ring appraised. They gave me the name of an independent GIA graduate gemologist. You have to understand, that you need to use an independent appraiser that is familiar with the COL specialty cut diamond. Well I did not disclose how much I paid for the ring. His specs were pretty much inline with what DI's spec sheet stated. My ring appraised for more money than what I paid. I got the appraisal done for insurance purposes.

I placed my order on the 29 mid morning and it was marked as fill within an hour.. NICE i'll get it by Monday or Tuesday.. WRONG.. The package is still sitting somewhere on their dock and hasn't even left.. I know this because the tracking number they assigned 2 days ago is not in FedEx's system yet.. So yes they filled the order quickly, or made the system look like that but it hasn't been shipped yet.. I would rather see Processing then Ready but by the way we didn't feel like putting it on the truck yet.. Besides this they are WAY over priced.. I found the same ON Casein powder elsewhere for half the price of GNC, the only reason i got it from them is they were doing a buy one get one half off special, which brought it down to about $10 more instead of $40.. The other reason was they were the only supplier to have the 2 new flavors i was interested in. I hope Bodybuilding.com get these in soon so i can get it from them.. They know how to treat their customers..

Last month my son broke off the handle that reclines the seat. HTA sent me a new on to replace it at no charge. These are very good people to work with and I recommend them highly.

I have been shopping online for years now and prefer to do in most cases. I was hesitant about ordering furniture online but after reading reviews and checking reseller ratings I decided to put my faith in Home Theater Authority. They appeared to be well respected by AVS forums community which weighted heavily in my decision. (If you are shopping for any home theater equipment then you will most likely come across AVS). Anyways I placed my order with HT Authority and immediately had to request a delay in the shipment. My basement was in the process of being finished and I was unprepared to take the delivery. Everytime I emailed HTA I had a response on the same day, well within 8 hours. This was impressive to me because even my favorite retailers typically take at least 24 hours. Obviously communication levels were excellent. I was notified of the shipment then was able to schedule a delivery. I was at work during the delivery which occurred on a Monday. My contractor received it for me. After the shrink wrap was removed 2 of the components had minor damage. Due to the nature of the damage it certainly appeared to be "truck rash". Two of the corners of the wedges which sit between the seats were worn through the leather, each split was approximately an inch long. This was definitely not the fault of the manufacturer nor the reseller, and certainly was due to shipping. I had pics taken and emailed to me at work which I forwarded to Serge with HTA. He responded within minutes that he was on top of the situation. By Friday I had the replacements. I was absolutely amazed by this time frame, less than 5 days. For me, the measure of a company is not when thing go right but how quickly they respond and take care of issues when things go wrong. Even though this issue was clearly not the fault of HTA they responded and handled better than expected. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, and if you are reading this, then I firmly recommend that you do. Thanks!

I received my items from Handhelditems yesterday; this is not the first time I have ordered from this vendor. I have been ordering my cellphone cases from them since 2011, and I must say, not one time have I ever been disappointed. I have also ordered Kindle covers and my iPAD covers from this vendor, all of which I must state fit PERFECTLY. I think I own about 50 cellphone cases, 3 iPAD cases and 2 Kindle cases, because I like to coordinate my cases with my outfits. In spite of the negative reviews listed, I will continue to order from Handhelditems , as I have NEVER had a problem with anything that I have ordered. I ordered my case on 2/18 and it arrived with basic shipping ($2.85) the following Thursday (6 business days, as stated), and even sent me a free gift for ordering so much from them. Keep up the good work, HHI!!!

4 months after grabcart charged my card i have still not received my order. They will not answer calls and refuse to answer emails regarding the order. This is a SCAM company. Be weary. If you do not receive your order on time, please know that you may never receive it and will have to take it up with your bank which will take several months! It seems they work with unbeatablesale.com who keeps referring me back to grab cart (who will not respond to calls or emails). Scam company!!! Stay away!!!

I placed an order at the website on April 2nd. The site says that the items will ship within 2 business days, that's a lie. I was sick of waiting, so I ordered the product from someone else. I received the other sites product and tisinc99.com had not even shipped the order yet. I sent so many emails and made phone calls every day trying to cancel my order. The only time I ever heard from then was THREE WEEKS LATER telling me they were going to ship. I then cancelled the order from the email they sent me. I never heard back. I had to go toy bank, file a fraudulent charge report, and finally CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD. This has been such a nightmare pain in the ass. Now every automatic payment fromy checking account has to be redone. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!

9/9: After clarifying my needs with a rep from a major cable manufacturer, I was referred to their distributor in my area, Westlake Electronics. The cable mfg forwarded my email with the details required. I called Westlake to confirm the details and a Westlake rep said they would send out a formal quote. I waited a week with no results. 9/16: I called. They somehow got the email wrong.? Fixed, received quote. Called to place order and was told to pay when shipment arrived. Waited two weeks. 9/30: Called and was told they were waiting for me to approve the quote and pay. ? (I'm three weeks behind, now). Gave card info. Westlake promised to have to order ready by end of same week. Saw funds pre-auth'd next day. Waited another week. 10/8: No comm from Westlake, the money was still in the account, and it's almost a month. I called the manufacturer and expressed my disappointment with Westlake. Cancelled my order. Within 30 min Westlake called and stated they had my order ready an insisted they called me that same morning. They lied. No call was made. Unreliable, mixed up Distributor. Save your time and frustration, buy elsewhere.

The replacement is the DCS-5605 and the cost on that is $794.25 each, but we can do a discounted rate of $750 each. Please advise how you prefer to proceed. Bought a amp with 2 year "manufacture warranty" then 8 mos later the amp stops working. he tells me my warranty is through his supplier who never answers the phone. So now i have to open a BBB case to try to get my amp replaced since he has no intentions of doing buisiness correctly. What an ass.. His site is the one without the hyphen, even thought they both suck equally.

5 Star review of the Sony ICF-SW7600GR FM STEREO/MW/LW/SW/SSB/PLL SYNTHESIZED RECEIVER, My wife, Tere Pizarro bought this Radio 5 days ago (on WWW.XALMAR.COM WHICH HAS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXCELLENT DELIVERY)0! Although it is a excellent performer in SW and in my opinion has the best PLL SYNCHRONOUS DETECTOR IN the market of portables, I don't like the small display it has compared to other models like the Tecsun PL 880, The Grundwig Satellit 750 or the Sangean ATX-909x radio! I also don't like not having a tuning knob for the frequency, I know for some people this is a deal braker! In my case I am adapting to not having a tuning knob for the frequency! It bothers me but I love this radio! Also this radio does not have a separate button to tune to SW Band as all new portable SW radios I have! It took me a while to notice that in AM ( MW) you can enter the frequency manually and you are in SW bands! I don't like the absence of a bass button although it is a strong speaker although it has a lot of treble! Having said all of that, I gave the 5 Star review since in my opinion is the best radio in SW Dxing, and very good in MW and SSB listening along with the best PLL SYNCHRONOUS DETECTOR IN the market of portables! Although the aesthetics design of the radios is like radios of 1980s it is in my opinion a charming design on the radio and it is a very beautiful radio! I want to say that I have no experience with the Tecsun Pl-660 although many experts says it is the best radio for SW! I will buy one in the future! In FM and SSB listening it is a strong performer although it has a lot of treble! I will recommend this radio without hesitation! For me is one of the best if not the best portable of 2017 hand in hand with the Tecsun PL-880!

Shipped to Canada which cost me $50 for shipping fees. The order didn't make it in 2 weeks despite them claiming 4 business days and after having made sure all items were "crazy fast"!!?? I have since left the country for Africa. Am $300 down for items I have never received. USPS tells me the items have returned to sender. After numerous emails ebike has not even replied once. Other than calling it theft I'm not sure what I can do from here. Any suggestions?

I ordered the $3.95 FREE treatment that appears on their website home page: http://www.whiteovernite.com/ After check-out, I saw the notice about an "Autoship" where they are to bill & ship a 60-day supply within the next 14 days and charge my credit card $89.95 + shipping ($16.95). So in 14 days, they will bill my credit card for $106.90. I have called the company and talked to a rep. who is not willing to acknowledge any misunderstanding or misreprenstation, and will not cancel anything until after this $106.90 is billed and product shipped. I, too, advise a block on your card for this merchant. This is a scam, and I've prided myself in not getting caught up in this kind of stuff - but they got me. Am trying to get out of this mess, but will not know the outcome for a few weeks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

We ordered floor tiles on Friday, July 17, 2009. When we came back from taking care of my father on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 the floormall.com salesperson had called to tell us they couldn't get the tiles in until the middle of August. We said that would be too long. We needed them right away. They sent us a cancellation form to fill out, sign, and return to them. We did, and then got another call from them. They said we couldn't cancel our order. They kept over $350.00 of our money.

I ordered a rug the beginning of September 2010 and my credit card was immediately charged. Unfortunately the rug was no longer available; however, floormall.com did not notify me of the discontinuation. After 3 calls (I was continually put on hold, and then disconnected), I finally talked to someone who advised me floormall made repeated attempts at contacting me via telephone and email. My telephone number was incorrect (that may have been my error). I was told floormall made attempts to contact me at least every other day via email; however, I received ZERO emails from them regarding the discontinuation. There were no emails in my junk email. I requested an update on my order from a second email address but no response was received on that address either. Surely one email notifying me of the discontinuation would have reached one of those addresses particularly when you consider they sent emails "every other day". My credit card was charged well over 45 days ago and I don't believe I would have seen a correction to that credit card without my persistence in trying to contact them. My credit card was charged immediately upon placing the order. Floormall.com should have been as quick to return my money (immediately upon notification that the product was not available) and not given a lame excuse that they were unable to reach me via email. I received confirmation of my order via email ... and yet I didn't receive any of the numerous attempts at notification that the rug was no longer available? I find that more than suspicious.

I had ordered from Wards Outdoors Sports last year so I didn't hesitate to reorder. This time I have tried to contact the company numerous times being I never received my order. The original order was placed 2/05/2009 with my credit card being charged immediately. The following day I received an email stating the lure that I ordered was no longer available but they would replace it with another lure. Replied the next day giving permission to send the replacement. Never received any correspondence from Ward after that. On 2-26 I emailed again giving permission for replacement....nothing. 3-05 Sent email questioning order shipment...nothing. 3-09 went to Wards website and sent another email through the contact area...nothing. 3-10 sent another email and finally 3-15 another email. I have never received my order nor heard another word from this company since the day after the original order was sent. I thought it was very odd that there wasn't a phone number on their site but now I know why! DON'T WASTE YOU TIME ORDERING FROM THIS SITE!!

Second time I have placed an order with these guys (just upgraded cameras) and once again, they were a pleasure to work with. I had one question about a specific polarizing filter that wasn't showing in stock, and got a quick (less than 12 hour) response and the item was put back on the site. I first ordered Sunrocket VOIP service in December of 2005. I was skeptical as first, because their prices were so low and you usually get what you pay for. Well to my surprise, they have exceeded my expectations in every way. I received everything they indicated I would on their website. And any customer service calls I've made to them have been answered quickly and efficiently. At first, I kept my landline in addition to this service. But it didn't take me long to realize that I no longer needed that land line OR the many "hidden telephone fees" we all are more than familiar with that appear on monthly telephone statements. Sunrocket advertises "No Gotchas" and that's exactly what I got. I have referred them to two other individuals who have signed up for their service. I wouldn't hesitate to continue to recommend them to others. A fantastic service at a more than reasonable price.

I ordered from this site on Dec. 14 because of their free shipping offer on a gift I wanted to give this past Christmas. The site said 4-8 business days shipping on in-stock orders, and my item was said to be in-stock, so it should definitely come in time for Christmas. After checking the status online every day to find it saying in stock and will ship soon, I started trying to call and find out why it hadn't shipped. I tried for two days from morning through night only to get a message that there was too much call volume and to try again later. I used the website to send a customer service request and never received a response. Finally I got through enough to be put on hold on the third day and spoke to a girl who sounded like she hated her job and was not surprised one bit by the problem. She gave an excuse about why they weren't going to ship it before Christmas because there were too many orders for them to handle and bad weather, blah. She said there was nothing she could do, but she offered a 10% discount, which would have been like $1.75, whoop de doo. I confirmed that I still wanted the gift asap. On Jan. 2, I get an email from them finally "thanking me for my order and hoping to serve me again soon" with the status of my order now saying out of stock and that the order had been cancelled. The will never fail to "serve" me again, and I hope you don't allow them the chance to screw you over and waste your time too. Unbelieveably horrible service.

- Tuesday Morning: I placed an order for a phone. They advertised $15 1-2 priority shipping to Ontario but when I actually placed the order I could select 2-3 UPS economy for $15! - Tuesday Evening: I received an email that they could only ship to my credit card billing address (I wanted it shipped to my office so I wouldn't have to go to the UPS office, yet I accepted and gave them the correct address). - Wednesday Morning: I receive another email saying that they'd received the order but didn't have it in stock, and that it would take a week OR a few weeks (I would say that's a pretty big difference, isn't it?) . Besides, couldn't they check their stupid stock BEFORE they check my billing!? - Wednesday Evening: After not getting a reply for my reply to them I call and they said the phone will definitely arrive the next day and they will ship it. - Thursday Evening: I contact them before they close to see if they shipped my phone. They say it hasn't arrived and it could be shipped either today, tomorrow, or by Wednesday. So I canceled the order (of course I'm still not sure because I haven't received an email, but they say it's been canceled)! ** They don't reply to emails, even those they ask you to reply to. You can only call or use live chat (which is always down) and talk with a bunch of people with a "we sell lots of phones so we have the right to treat customers like shit" attitude. ** There is a better alternative to them with rating and security and everything: eBay!! (...or any unlocked cell phone store for that matter)!

I received my wireless Plug & Play unit on February 11, 2006. The unit was defective and did not come with the bonus battery pack. The only way to correspond with the company is by regular US mail or email. They publish NO phone numbers on their website. I sent 3 emails over a period of 2 days requesting help with the product. They finally acknowledged my emails and instructed me to mail the unit back for a refund or replacement. I chose replacement. I mailed the unit back priority mail delivery confirmation requested on February 18, 2006. There was an attempt to deliver it to the company on February 21, 2006 but it was not picked up by them until February 23, 2006. I asked for status at that time. I received an email stating that the new unit was being shipped that day or the following day. On March 2, 2006 I emailed a request for the tracking number of the new unit since it had not been received. I got no response from this company. I emailed again on March 3, 2006 explaining my frustration at no new unit nor any response from this company. On March 6, 2006 I submitted a dispute to my credit union for the charges that had been withdrawn by this company. On March 10, 2006 I submitted a complaint to the Plainfield, Illinois Better Business Bureau and emailed the company that I had done so.

We ordered on 7/7/09 and finally received the goods damaged on 8/4/09. We have had about 20 telephone conversations with them, and have received evasions. Buying from them has been my worst e-commerce experience ever! From what they tell me themselves, it sounds like they are insolvent. They admit they don't have credit with shipping companies, and have to pay their freight in cash. One of their excuses was their driver stole the freight money for our consignment and took our product to his home! That came four days after they claimed they shipped our product! Doesn't sound very professional! Today is 9/11/09 and we are out almost $700 - and we don't have the product either!

Purchased off ebay on the 31st(ebay #290099571435). wouldnt ship until I called sales. Bait and switch set up. After numerous emails they wanted me to call and talk to sales..Why would I need to talk to sales? They tried to sell me batteries, other lenses, etc etc. After telling him no he puts me on hold for about another 15 mins and someone else answers and by now I'm beyond mad and get the same sales pitch. I told them no AGAIN and he cont. interupted me after numerous times telling him to send my camera. I was told the only way for them to send my camera was to leave them positive feedback. Now keep in mind I ordered my camera on the 31st of March and this phone call was 2 weeks after paying for it. I didnt even get my camera until I had t call back again a week later and they finally sent it fed ex 2 day. Very rude upsell and bait and switch. I've reported them to ebay and if you dont believe me on their service then Here is a link. I purchased a Halloween Costume from Exoteeka over the internet on the 14th of September 2006. The total amount for my purchase was deducted from my checking accout on 09-16-06. As of 10/05/06 I have never received my murchandise, I have twice tried to email exoteeka including contact information but have never received a reply even to my email. There is no contact phone number only an email contact. I have gone to my bank and gotten the information from the billing through Pretty Shops in CA there has never been an answer on their phone listed in the white pages. I would never purchase from this company (and I purchase from the internet at least a few times a month). The customer service is non-existant, there is no way to contact except email which is not answered and the only recourse you have is where I am now going through the bank for a dispute.

UPSforLess is a CANADIAN-based business and will charge your card with a CANADIAN merchant account, incurring a separate 0.8 to 1% surcharge that shows up as "VISA Single Currency Fee" They deliberately hide this fact on their website, and make it appear as if they are a US-based business, with a New York based warehouse and prices in US Dollars. When I called to inquire about this, Andy Masdorakso, a supervisor, attempted to shift blame to my bank (really Andy? My local bank just pulls "VISA" fees out of their ass?), tried to downplay the problem, was rude and evasive, and did everything except what he should have done: APOLOGIZE for the deliberate deception on their part and look into getting the website updated. The fees are minimal but the deception is a red flag. UPSForLess has lost my business until their website and checkout process clearly states that they will charge you with a CANADIAN merchant account and your bank will charge a surcharge for this. They know it happens, yet they deliberately hide this fact from their customers.

I was really in a bind for a part for our water heater (ignition control sp10758) found it on google top of the list. famousparts.com had it for $108.00 with free next day air shipping. some places said no longer available others had it including next day air shipping from $190.00 to $225.00 .I took the chance and the gamble ordered it on wed. sept 9th 2009 part came brand new in the box never opened thursday sept. 10th 2009 b-4 10:00 am . we had hot water by 12 noon got it fast saved a lot of money these guys are the best goin thanks a lot ps water around here stays 55 degrees too cold for showers

When I called, was told there was a problem with the address on the credit card. Confirmed address, told it would ship immediately. On the 16th, still no status update so called again. When I complained about lack of status, they hung up on me and canceled my order. They wasted two weeks on a critical part.

Ordered 1 PSP TFT LCD Replacement from them on March 21st. Got an e-mail confirmation for the order. I e-mailed them on the 22nd to verify the order had been shipped. They e-mailed me back on the 23rd and said that it had indeed been shipped. The estimated delivery time was 5-7 days. I received my package on the 28th. It was sent in a cardboard cassette box(which seemed a little unprofessional, but was suitable for the product.) There was a padded bag inside the box. The LCD itself was in a smaller cardboard box, it was wrapped in a piece of foam. After taking a close look at it, I noticed it had a slight dent in the back of it, and some slight scratches on the front. So, I went about opening my PSP and installing the new LCD. After making all the attachments, I powered-on my PSP. The backlight came on, but the screen stayed black. I assumed I'd made an improper connection. I reconnected my old, broken screen. Though broken, it showed parts of the screen just as before. The only thing I can figure is that the screen I got was broken. I e-mailed the store to see if I could get a refund or replacement, they replied in about a day and said they could do either, but I would have to return the broken screen. So, I wrote them another e-mail telling them I would like a refund and asking them how I should go about sending the package back. I couldn't find a return address on the package or their website. So, that's where it stands. I am waiting for their reply. Maybe my order was a fluke, as I am the first one to rate their store on ResellerRatings, and the reviews I have seen on their site for products have gotten rather high ratings. So, as it stands now I'm kind of disappointed. Update: I have now lost any respect I still had for this company. I posted a negative review on the PSP LCD screens(which I think I had a right to do). My review was deleted. I now question the authenticity of the reviews on their site. Apparently, if you don't post a 5 star review, you have no right to post one. That tells me this company is not honest. Now because of that, I would not recommend this store to ANYONE. They also wrote me an e-mail telling me they were giving me a full refund. I have yet to see this "refund" credited to my account. Stay away from them. As of 04/05/06, I received my refund in full. However there is still the matter of my review being deleted, which still makes me quite upset at this company.

Trusted Dealer sold me a battery for my Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ1 that didn't fit my camera. Battery cost $119. I tried numerous times to contact customer service by telephone to get a return authorization number to return the part. I also sent an email. I was told that the manager had to handle the return. The manager never seemed to be in when I called. I informed the representative that I was traveling out of the country and needed to return the part ASAP. I was treated rudely, I was hung up on, and no one was able to give me the RA# that I needed to return the part. I sent the part back by UPS. The package was not accepted by Trusted Dealer, since it had no RA#. When I returned from my trip, the battery was here waiting for me. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop with the again.

Yesterday, I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 350 from "Trusted Dealer" at what PriceScan indicated to be the lowset price available. Big mistake. Today I received a call from my wife at work informing me that I had an "urgent call" from the company that I bought my Nuvi 350 from. Something about a problem with my credit card. I took this information at face value and called "Jim". Indeed I was told by Jim that there was a "problem" with my credit card - allegedly something about the wrong year given on the order form. Again, being distracted from what I was doing at work, I again took this at face value and pulled out my credit card and read off the correct year and CCV #. Immediately satisfied with this information, "Jim" abruptly changes the subject and starts in on a very convincing sales pitch for an extended warranty that I really need to purchase, seeing as the Garmin warranty is only 90 days labor and 1 year parts. I must give the man credit - I am not usually hood-winked into seeing the logic of extended warranties, but he did convince me to take advantage of your "special offer" for this 4 year extended warranty, now "discounted from 149 to 120 dollars". I agreed to let him add it to my purchase. When I hung up, I began to think a bit more clearly and looked up "GPS warranties" on Google. I really should not have been surprised to find that GPS extended warranties from companies like Mack are available for $39.95. When I got home around 5:00 PM, I called "Jim" back to ask him to remove the warranty from my purchase. As I expected, the pleasant man I talked to earlier in the day was now not so pleasant anymore, and he proceeded to tell me all about how Mack warranties are inferior to what they offer; that they have deductibles where theirs does not, and that I must purchase ANY warranty from the place I buy the equipment. Below is information taken directly from http://www.beachcamera.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=MKGPSGR500 regarding the Mack three year extended warranty: "This warranty covers all parts and labor for three (3) years after the manufacturer's warranty expires. The GPS unit or PDA will be guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications and Mack will repair or replace the equipment no charge to you (includes all parts and labor). This warranty covers a one-time screen replacement..." Quite obviously, "Jim" lied to me about the warranty. I understand perfectly well what they're doing - low-balling the price so services like PriceScan will pop them to the top of their list, then they make it up by selling warranties at 3 times their market value. I cannot and will not tolerate calling my home under false pretenses of there being a problem with my credit card (which there quite obviously wasn't) to get me to buy a warranty at 4 times the going price. This is the old "bait and switch" strategy with a new and disturbing evil twist. Do NOT do business with these people. Your credit card company WILL NOT help you if crooks like these have already obtained your information.

This company trade under the name: ukexpressdeals on eBay reading the reviews on this site I can see it was a wise move to change it on eBay. Svp bulk buy laptops that are not working and put them back on the market as refurbished, sounds OK so far, I was unfortunate to come into contact with svp via eBay I bought an expensive Alienware laptop costing nearly £1400. After 7 months the laptop developed a black screen lights and fan come on but no screen, svp only offer a meagre 3 month warranty so that was already out, but being such an expensive purchase eBay persuaded them to take a look at my expense sending an insured courier to cover the cost. svp discovered the motherboard had failed and it was beyond the ability to repair it (beyond their tight arse cost to repair it) after a lot of emails back and forth Dell/Alienware decided to collect the laptop from me and take it to their main repair shop in Europe. days and days later and after being months without this laptop I finally get their diagnoses. The laptop has had liquid spillage therefore rendering it not repairable under any guarantees or warranties and the repair cost would be in excess of £2000. My initial thoughts were that just cant be right this laptop had been back to svp and they never once mentioned liquid damage! So I contact svp for the umpteenth time and ask them their opinion of these findings knowing they are going to say no way. But they didn't they just remained silent. Then the horrible truth dawned on me, this laptop was originally bought from the then high street chain Dixon's (no loss they are no longer with us) some complete arse ole spilt liquid on it cleaned it up best enough to fool Dixon's staff (so that couldn't have been very difficult) and exchanged or got their money back, people as vile as svp in my opinion. Svp buy it as a bulk buy realise the problem should definitely have sent it back so this scum buyer has to pay the repair damage they have cost, but NO svp decide to get it working and hope it will last long enough to avoid any grief, unfortunately for them it didn't. As I didn't spill anything on it I could never have known. So how does it stand now I contacted eBay of course, but all this has taken the best part of a year so it's past the PayPal return money stage so I have a £1400 paperweight thanks to svp. My days of purchasing expensive electrical goods on eBay are over. As svp spend thousands with eBay they are allowed to do this all over again to some other poor sod, but trust me it wont be me, and don't let it be you!

send for 10 HD dvd boxs i got 10 clear dvd boxs its now 24/09/2009 and i have just got the 10 hd dvd box`s and they are not fit for sale some are chiped some have been scratched andmost if not all look dirty / dusty they look old i think its been a let down took ages to get a returns adress and when in the end i got the items i wanted there not in a good state i would give them -5 out of 10 for service for time and for value it mite be becasue there new and have just taken over the old palce and moved to scotland but its not a good start

My first interaction on a pricing question (found them through a pricing engine), they were extremely responsive. I emailed a few questions on options to support my SonicWall SoHo firewall and I got back a response very quickly. I had several questions regarding upgrading an existing device or consideration of a new firewall and they were direct and focused on providing the right solution and not upselling me on new product. Readers of this review - I'd encourage you to patronize them as they provided exceptional customer service and superior pricing. BR

On or about May 12th 2006, I requested the purchase of computer business components from internet vendor Overclock Central.com. During the order process I advised the Sales Person of the components I was wishing to purchase. He responded those components were not available and quickly recommended and convinced/mislead me that that his recommended components would be better suited for the graphic design business work I was doing. As I recall and later discovered, Overclock Central recommended an outdated and of limited quality ATI video card and a Antec power supply beset with malfunctions according to numerous reviews on the internet. Nevertheless, the power supply arrived well beyond the time promised. Additionally, the video card was not included in this package. When contacted again concerning the excessive delay, Overclock Central could not provide tracking information so they instead shipped me another video card. Both video cards arrived in separate shipping packages 4 and 5 additional days later. Neither video card, Model/Manufacture was what I discussed, ordered or approved for purchase. Apparently, they did not stock the components as originally requested and or attempted to provide a substitute from other sources. Soon after this time, the Antec power supply was electronically tested with a National Electrical Code, industry approved, calibrated power supply tester. The Antec power supply failed testing and would not function during testing as performed and witnessed by a Computer Technician. He described the malfunction as DOA or Dead on Arrival. Immediately after testing, I called Overclock Central and advised them of the shipping delays, product confusion, and the malfunctioned Antec power supply. I then advised them I was returning all products. After this, Overclock Central.com said they don’t understand it and then offered to exchange the components. I emphasized it was better to return the products and get a refund. The male sales person quarreled and then threatened to charge a restocking fee. I disagreed and indicated the Antec power supply was nonfunctioning and the other components were part of company’s bait and switch routine as the components were not as I ordered and was not suitable for business graphics as recommended by Overclock Central com. They said they would consider my information after the components are returned to there warehouse. After the products were returned by Fed Express I made numerous email and phone attempts to contact Overclock Central regarding my refund. They did not respond. Soon after, I file a fraud compliant with Wells Fargo Banking. Clearly, Overclock Central.com are utilizing deceptive sales practices or “Bait & switch” as stated in a Price Grabber customer complaint. In fact, there is abundant evidence or testimony of complaints including providing misleading product information, failure to ship products in a timely manner and less than professional business practices in not always providing the customer usable and correct products as ordered. Consider information available at other websites regarding doing business with Overclock Central.com. Avoid this company.

I ordered a CPU fan and heat sink ("$14.00"), thermal paste("$6.00"), and 2nd day shipping ("$6.00") on 5/3. by 5/5 i was concerned that it had not shipped, so i went to the customer service chat on their web page and chatted with Jonathan, the original salesperson, who assured me that it had been sent out on 5/4, and that UPS took 48 hours to update (which was and is complete bullpoo). I went to their web page over the next week to check the status of the ups tracking numbers, which did not work. I chatted with Jonathan again sometime between 5/8 or 5/10. I was again assured that my order had been "sent out." as of 5/11, my order had actually been sent out, GROUND. I finally received my order on 5/16 and unfortunately i only received a fan. I would recommend this website to anyone who likes the runaround, or anyone who likes 2nd day shipping that takes 9 business days! try www.newegg.com or www.tigerdirect.com or www.amazon.com or anything that doesn't suck so badly!!!

Ordered 11/29/2006 and delivered 3/1/2007...but this is a GOOD review. Vinko was drop-shipping from the manufacturer. (The website was clear about this when I ordered.) Unfortunately, the manufacturer was backordered. Vinko sent email in two days telling me about the backorder and offering a refund. There was excellent communication while the manufacturer made the next production lot and I got the item as soon as I saw it back in stock at any other vendor. Good price, good communication and a good effort to deal with a problem that was out of Vinko's control. Would definitely use again.

I ordered the Canon ipf6300 printer from these guys on the 19th. I was told it would ship out probably yesterday (the 22nd of Nov) and I would receive an e-mail notification. No e-mail, so I called to day to find out what was going on. Twice. Finally got a call back from Sam apologizing for the delay in responding to me and uploading the order for the printer. Bottom line, he tells me the price on their web site, which they Invoiced me for was incorrect and the actual price of the printer would be @ $300.00 more than the $2,399.00 price on their web site. This after I called and spoke with them last week and they again verified the $2,399.00 price. So they can't sell me the printer for the price they have advertised. I checked again this afternoon and they still have the printer listed at $2,399.00 - you can check it out yourself at http://www.mpex.com/ You have to add the printer to the cart to get the $2,399.95 price (which again is actually not available). So my advice is to avoid this store. Since they gave me no option I cancelled the order and ordered from another vendor.
