Solar powered battery for my iphone rocks! - I ordered the solar powered iphone battery charger for my camping trip and it was PERFECT. The Google maps even worked, which was shocking. I didn't get 3G coverage, but I did occassionaly get spotty signal. Great for all of the games and music I downloaded. The only problem is that when it was cloudy it didn't power up very well.

After a long bout of repeatedly dealing with my local apple store, or an ipod repair place that wasn't out of somebody's garage here in Seattle, I was not convinced that I could salvage my ipod when the battery started to show signs of dying. Don't get me wrong... I am a die-hard apple fan, and will continue to be, but their service counter has a habit of either overcharging me for a simple procedure, or pronouncing a unit dead, when it could have been repaired. In any event, I took a chance with Milliamp and was not disappointed. My ipod was shipped, received, tested, repaired, and shipped back to me all within one week, and all for about $45, when an apple store would have charged me many multiples of that for the exact same result. Additionally, Milliamp kept me in the loop with frequent email updates as to exactly what was found, and what was being done, as if I had shipped my dog to them for surgury. I assure you that my ipod provides as much companionship as a dog would, so this was very much appreciated. I plan on exclusively using Milliamp for anything apple related, and encourage anyone else to do the same.

First, they sent me a silver DVD player instead of a black one. They sent me a return authorization number and said they would send me out a black unit when they got the silver one. I needed the unit earlier than that so I suggested they send out a black one, charge my VISA and reimburse me in full for the silver unit when they receive it. They then proceeded to send me 2 black DVD players. When I called and made them aware of their mistake they said no problem just return one and gave me a second return authorization. Shipping costs on each unit were $20.26 using UPS and insuring them for the proper amount. I scanned the receipts into pdf format and e-mailed them, asking for reimbursement of shipping. First, they tried to blame the return shipping on me, stating that it was my error that resulted in the need for return shipping. Once I provided them the documentation to prove it was their fault, they simply stated that they do not refund shipping regardless of the reason. I am done with this company. They have been nothing but unprofessional and rude during the entire transaction process and even though they were clearly at fault (and admitted to such), they refuse to refund me my money. I urge everyone to spend their hard earned money elsewhere with merchants that provide good customer service.

I placed this order 7 business days ago today and item still has not shipped. Website stated that item would be shipped within 2 to 3 bussiness day. Tried to contact customer service and it seems they only have one guy who answers the phone and is no help what so ever and will not let you speak to anyone else. Site does not even have the item in stock and will not let me cancel the order without paying a processing fee as well as a restocking fee for something they don't even have in stock. This company is a scam!!!!!! I will NEVER order from this company again. This is the worst online purchasing experience I have ever had and customer service is very unprofessional. I buy almost everything online so have delt with many online companies and never had an issue until now. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company like the plague, I wish I would have.

I just placed another order with Chock Catalog last Saturday. Monday I received an e-mail saying my order shipped and it arrived with Thursdays mail. Great prices, high quality merchandise, and fast shipping. A previous review. I placed an on line order with Chock Catalog on Saturday and had notice early Monday morning that my order had shipped priority mail. Thats quick service. January, 2013 A previous review... I'm just reading all this comments and I'm just scared, I bought from this people 3 mini laptop on 11/30/10 and today is 12/10/10 and I'm still didn't received nothing this are my kids and mom gift for Santa and i don't think this is going to happen, i just send them and e-mail yesterday and no responses still, i call them today and I just got the answering machine I left them a MSG to see if they response I pay for Priority processing and for 3 to 5 days shipping in total 338.87, and it's pain full to me being a single mom spend that money and what i see i won't received anything for my kids,this is very ridiculous you work hard for nothing somebody had to do something with these people i'm going to keep calling and sending MSG until I get something from somebody, if someone that read my comment and can help me please let me know what else can i do, that writing a comment/ writing to BBB/ or calling this guy named JAY, please I am just waiting for some help.

i have the same thing happening to me i waited for over 2hrs for live chat and she gave me a shiping number and told me my package should be here soon that it was sent out i told her no that i want to talk to a live person and a live person better call me right now and she did i told her i was going to call the news stations in my town if i dont have the labtop by friday she said you will have it before friday then i told her that i was going to call the news stations if it does not work i have called them for 4 days strat nobody is that busy. so wait for a live chat and tell them you want to talk to a live person give them your number tell them you will call the news stations i think if we all stand up to eglobal we can get something done here is the number she called me from maybe it will help you all out 954 621 3553 and trust me if i dont get the comp or if i get it and it does not work i am calling every news stations around

After the estimated shipping date had passed I called them and was told they were backordered, even though the stock was now showing as 30+. I was given a new shipping date of Qct 26th. When that date passed I cancelled the order.

Ordered 3 barstools that were listed as 32 to 40 inches high. They came fairly quickly, all three were scratched and damaged and found they only came up to 31 inches high, looked on the website and the description was now different! Called, and the customer service was great! Got a full refund and was told I could keep the stools. I cant use them, but i can donate them to someone who needs them. Would buy from them again, because even though it was stressfull i did not get what i wanted, they took care of our issues and made us happy Feb 2012

I purchased a headboard from totalbedroom.com on February 01, 2008. The status of the order is still pending which indicates that the order has not been shipped from their facility. The company has failed to respond to the two emails and voice mail I left with the customer service department regarding my order. Every time I have contacted the customer service number listed on the site, I reach a recording that requests my contact information. This morning at 9:00 AM, that recording was accompanied by a message indicating that the voice mailbox was full. Avoid doing business with this company.

I placed an order with this company over the 4th of July weekend (7-7-2012) and after reading some reviews I decided to cancel the order. There was no one ever there at totalbedroom.com to anwser my call to cancel the order. Every time I logged in to check my status it read PENDING. I sent an email stating to cancel my order. I then called my CC and told them to cancel my order. On Monday I received an email from a person at the company [email protected] and they told me that I cannot cancel my order due to a 24 hour notice (which was on a weekend and no one was at the place) and then processed the order on that Monday. Now my order status reads 7/9/2012 Processing Order approved and communicated to warehouse for shipping. Very shady people at this location. I am lucky I called my CC this weekend before they decided to go ahead and process the order. Goes to show they are willing to do anything to take your money. I would STAY AWAY.

Installed the continuous ink system and after 3 months of trying everything I can think of and speaking with Jason (from supertobuy)5 times, I/we can not get the thing work correctly. Sucks! And what a messy job! Only the black works right. Last call to Jason, he said that my brand new printer is the problem! And that I must need a new printer head!!! Best thing he would offer me is a 10% off another CIS system???? What, he just said it was my printer that was not working!!! UPDATE... I gave up and bought another CIS system from inkproducts.com and it took only 2 minutes to install and worked perfectly. Still works perfectly after over 200 prints.

I LOVE these sellers... I have the CIS system for Epson Artisan 50 and suddenly it stopped recognizing one of the cartridges. I called customer service and spoke to JASON he was very helpful explained the steps to rectify the error. I tried the fix he suggested and it still wouldn't recognize the black cartridge. I called back and he went thru it again step by step with me while I was on the phone and it is now 100% functioning. I learned how to correct the error if it happens again. I recommend this system higher than 100% all round. It is saving me a lot of $. High Five Jason YOU and this company ROCK! Kat

Recently I bought SD memory cards twice from this shop. Their price was very attractive and shipping/handling is free. Very fast handling and delivery. One thing to note before putting an order to this shop is that the mail they use at free shipping is the USPS First Class Mail and I don't know but its tracking system did not show the status information correctly for both cases of my order. However, their handling and shipping is very fast and I just waited a couple of days, and the package arrived. Overall I recommend this store.

I ordered the Italian Pilot Duffel. Perfect size to just load and throw in the car to head out to visit/babysit my granddaughter for the weekend. Very easy to load and has a separate compartment for my books and papers. I also ordered the ALICE w/ external frame. For trail hiking it's great. More of the weight is carried on the shoulders than an internal frame, but very comfortable. You can buy a 6,000 cu. in. backpack for a bit more money and end up with a piece of junk--poor material and workmanship-- which is what a friend did. I actually ended up getting a medium and a large ALICE. Though used, they haven't been abused. The only way I knew they were used was 1) the paint on the frame is worn and 2) the permanent marker to ID the soldier who "owned" it. My friend's "cheap" pack broke a seam on one of the main straps the first time out. I'm willing to bet I NEVER have that problem. I should also mention that I purchased U.S. carpenter's tool belt. I've been looking for one for nearly a year now at the big box stores. Too many features, too few features, too much money, too cheap. Well I was amazed to find just what I wanted here and for a good price. I believe it is new/unused too.sda Dave

I ordered some Phillips DLP TV lamps from Discount TV Lamps (Discount Merchant). The transaction was cleared as of December 14, 2011 and the item arrived on January 7th, 2012… 3.5 weeks??!! I called several times but unfortunately wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone and therefore had to leave a number of messages. When I finally got a hold of someone, they gave me excuses to why the processing time was delayed and why the package hasn’t been shipped. On another note: I provided an alternate credit card, requesting that it be charged to the new credit card provided and they still charged it on the original credit card. Before I order from here, I would think twice about purchasing from this company.

This is a complaint about AV UK Ltd on 01279 508555 and their continuous sales calls. I approached Sky by phone 2 weeks ago to ask what broadband speed I could expect. Sky gave me AV UK Ltd's number. I phoned AV UK Ltd and got an answer to my question. Every day since then, Saturday and Sunday included, they have phoned me. After a few days of this, I got annoyed and told them I wanted no more calls. The caller explained that they had called a lot because they didn't want me to miss any special offer that might soon expire. This is clearly what they are told to say to justify their annoying style of marketing. I ordered a remote control for my Alba TV set. My order was processed quickly and I had delivery within 2 days. However the item supplied did not work at all and I posted it back next day with a letter of explanation.I have had no response to that letter nor to a subsequent email requesting a refund. I am about to send a letter pressing them to respond. If no prompt action I will be asking my bank to take up a dispute issue with Visa witha view to enforcing a charge-back. I would strongly advise against dealing with this firm. Disregard the pretensions of their website.

I placed my order for a Pionner 5080HD kuro, from invision on the 19th. was my first order with them, but i knew alex was a member of avsforum with a great reputation and standing. The Tv came to me on the 25th and i was so happy, but there was a problem with the local delivery people..seem that they mess the box up and somehow cracked the screen in two places!! of course i refused the frieght. I called up Deb Wheelon (the customer department of invision) right away, and told her the horror story. She was Very very reassuring, and promised me she would look into it right away, and calmed me down. ( i had big plans that weekend coming, for watching the game with friends) so at this point i was thinking that it will take atleast couple weeks of a month to get a replacement unit back out to me,(since i purchased their last kuro 5080hd unit). To my surprised, she wrote me the next day and informed me that she has found another unit of the kuro for me, and PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR A TWO DAY AIR shipment, as to be sure i have a tv by the weekend!!. and sure enough it arrived to me perfectly on friday, and the tv is a dream. I couldn't thank her enough for her service, and constant communication with me to reassure me. now if only some of the bigger chains would take a page out of invision's book, we'd all be happier customers. I am refering all my f riends to them, and also will look to purchase other equiptment from them soon. Thank you DEB AND ALEX! Sam.

Update 4/15/09: Wow, it's been over a month and I still HAVEN'T received my stand! Soon after I posted the review below, Jason (Invision's SVP), called and explained how they're not receiving any of their orders because Pioneer was holding onto their inventory due to fiscal year end. He apologized for taking two weeks to realize this and that my stand should be on it's way soon. I call yesterday for an update, and Jason tells me Pioneer still hasn't shipped out the stands. He then tells me to call Pioneer Parts and order the stand directly from them for $300 +shipping, and once I finalize that, he'll refund my money. So I call Pioneer Parts to verify that they do have the stand in stock, but for a $400 price tag. When I told Jason this, he suggests that we split the cost (meaning he'll cover shipping) because he can't give me the TV stand for $175 (which was the amount agreed on my invoice). He doesn't want to cover the difference, but hey, that's what his sales associate quoted me and charged my CC for. If they had told me there was a price mistake the day after I placed my order, I would fully understand. But this is ONE MONTH LATER and he's telling me I need to pay an EXTRA 100% of the cost to get my stand?? Pioneer obviously HAS the stand, but Invision is just not getting it for me. I'm not sure how they run their business, but my experience has been COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. Last I heard from Jason was that he was going to see if he could get the stand for $175 from Pioneer and would call me back. I'm about ready to dispute my all of my CC charges and file a complaint. My plasma is essentially useless without the stand! Review on 3/30/09: At first Alex at Invision was extremely helpful while purchasing my plasma (KRP-600M) and stand (KRP-TS01), but soon after his customer service turned horrible. I was not able to obtain a tracking number from him or an exact delivery date. I understand there were issues of cracked Pioneers, which delayed my delivery date, but for some reason, the stand was not delivered the same time the plasma was. I called a few times for an update, but I would get the run around with no return call. Today I called again and when he picked up, he put me on hold and acted like it wasn't him. I honestly don't want to give Invision a bad review, but with customer service like that, it's very hard to hold back.

Ordered a Sony Touchpad Ribbon Cable with LEDs from off the website around 2pm on Thursday, got a shipping notice Monday with it arriving Tuesday. Great timing with most places not admitting they are out of stock or taking 2 weeks to get a ribbon cable mailed out. Price was great. Lowest there was online. Not cheap, but that type of part never is. All together I was quite satisfied with the entire transaction. I recommend trying the site if you're on the edge.

I was very nervous about ordering from this company due to seemingly never ending bad reviews, so I went to my local computer store that I have done business with for many years to order the part. They told me that they use Spare Parts Warehouse all the time with no issues. I then decided to call them to verify that they were able to get or had the part in stock. They told me it would be drop shipped direct from the manufacturer, so I went ahead and ordered the part. Within minutes I had an email confirmation of the order and within a few days had the exact part I needed. I do look at reviews quite often but rarely will leave one. I purchased a desk top and a laptop from this company in 2008. I have had no problems with either computer. I've phoned a few times with questions and have always been given friendly, helpful advice even after two years!!! When I purchased my computers, I knew what I wanted to use them for, but didn't know what kind of equipment I needed. The sales staff listened to my explanations of what I wanted the computers for and then made informed recommendations, explaining the pros and cons of various computers. I would recommend this company to anyone. I plan to purchase another laptop from them very soon.

I ordered a $500 dollar desk and after almost two weeks and a dozen phone calls have not been able to obtain the order. One attempt was made from a carrier who had a personal van and tape on the side with a carrier name who did not leave a note or the merchandize. I finally got my money back and will never do business with them again. The most horrible online experience ever !!!!!

Placed an order on Monday 11/28. Got the bill today, Monday December 5 but no products yet. I have placed numerous calls to the company to find out if and when my products will arrive. They have been at best uncaring and unhelpful, and at the worst, downright rude. Up until now, I have not had a problem with them and in the past, my complaints have been adequately addressed. This time, they just don't care.

I ordered a printer from EWorld sale. It arrived in a battered box, and as I opened it the entire contents were covered in yellow printer ink. I opened the back printer cartridge holding space, and there was a busted ink cartridge inside. The printer is ruined. I have contacted them and am awaiting a return number. I hope to get a full refund, at which time I will update my review favorably. If they do not make this right, I will spend a great deal of time letting everyone that I can find online know about their service.

I ordered some toric lenses on Oct 6th. As of Nov 2th no lenses. I'm not sure what the deal with this "store" is. They do answer the phone and got back to me with a status -- on "backorder." We'll see if they refund my $$$. It takes three days to get these lenses locally every time. So something funny is certainly going on.

Placed a several item clothing order. One item out of stock at time of order, changed to different item. Confirmed items wanted available by CS Agent. Placed order. Two weeks past longest estimated delivery, no receipt. Called and told several items out of stock! Never notified. Asked if I waited would they just ship at later date, told no. Asked if the out of stock items would be restocked at future date; told maybe, dont know, dont have them! Asked to change order to different item, told no, I had to start from scratch and AGAIN pay full handling, etc. I had CONFIRMED items available when ordered! This is bait and switch and being hit with repeat handling charges. Out of my 11 items, I got 2! I'm reporting this issue to the NJ state consumers bureau. Something very shady here. Made sure my credit card was carefully locked down!

I ordered a skirt online. "Free shipping" was advertised. They then charge a "handling charge"! Very poor communication, had to wait a couple of weeks before my order was shipped. When a package finally arrived today, THEY HAD SENT THE WRONG ITEM. what's more, they expect me to PAY out of pocket to return the item to them. In addition, the "return label" is actually the address label for the lady who must have ordered the shorts which were sent to me. Total chaos! Will never use them again. Now I have to call my credit card company to make sure my charges are reversed.

Shorty USA shipped a defective part UTG M324 on the Sniper Rifle - soft-gun. After returning the part and paying for shipping back with RMA #, they are attempting to blame me for installation error. THEY ARE WRONG! They say we tried to install screw A in to screw B's hole, consequently voiding the warranty and damaging the cylinder. NOW, they want an add'l $50 to send a new part to us. Holding our credit card as bounty, and we have an non-working CHEAP CHINA made product. This company does not talk over the phone about any issue, they are very slow and have NO customer service or customer care. All is done via email and they always blame the customer. They want us to pay return shipping too?? This company has a REAL BAD online reputation and continues to rip off new customers.. they need to be audited by someone!

I ordered 2 Nemo insulated sleeping pads from the website, the specs were 30 x 80 that were on sale from $169 to $118. When they arrived 2 weeks before a trip the specs were 25 x 78. They said they had ordered one from the company that would arrive to their location in 1 month...said that was too late, as they were needed in 2 weeks....and 2 were needed. On Sept 9, 2013 I made an order #16724332 at mountaingear.com. They authorized my card with full amount. Next day I got message from the store that they want me to provide payment via wire transfer for gull amount and to pay extra $20 as a bank processing fee. I refused to waste my time and money and cancelled my order. They said that my order is canceled, and the pending authorization has been canceled on their end. But it takes about a 30 days to money back to my card. It's Sept 24 today and I still don't get my money back and can't buy my items in other store. I believe this absolutely inconvenient business if they authorized card with full amount, knowing that they won't accept Visa and will ask for a wire transfer, leaving customers with no items and no money for a month. So if you are an international customer be aware! NEVER have a deal with this store - you'll lose your time and your money.

An excellent 30 per cent Black Friday discount offer was marred by serious online processing difficulties & slow shipping. The website would not honor the discount code until finally I had to call for instructions to correct the problem, & even the email confirmation was still incorrect. In addition, the order was slow in getting to the shipping stage & will probably be another 10 days on its way. Altogether a frustrating experience!!

I paid for a Nokia 6600 fold, more expensive than elsewhere because i had read good reviews-DO NOT TRUST THESE- my phone never turned up, the customer service department is truly dispicable, I waited a week and emailed them, was told to send a form back to sya it had been lost in the post. Then finally I was offered a refund, which I accepted- predictably I still haven't recieved this, I expect a legal battle to follow in this rate, it's been dragging out for weeks, AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY AT ALL COSTS- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I wrote a review on Nov. 14th 2017 as I cannot get my coffermaker back. On the 16th I got an email from Rob saying the unit was shipping back to me on the 19th repaired. Same story since I sent it to them on March 7th 2017 for 24 hour repair. Just can't get it back after many promises phone calls etc. The last email and promise was from Rob the CEO. Don't understand why Saeco would associate with this company. Wondering what goes ? Will I ever see my Saeco again? I paid in advance as required.

I ordered a 2 year subscription to W Magazine for my wife in mid-May 2007. I have sent them 4 emails at this point, complaining of not having received the first issue yet. After the first email I received an auto response and then a message appearing to be written by a cust service lady (likely not the case) that offered me a refund or a fixed problem and putting a "rush" on the order. I chose the rush even though it had been about 3 months already. All my follow up emails have only gotten an automatic reply, if anything. The say on the site the max time to receive the first issue is 12 weeks (3 months). It has now been 5 months and I have lost all hope of receiving the subscription i ordered and paid about $14 for. Enough said...

I placed an order for Real Simple magazine on February 21, 2006. After three months, I did not receive my first issue so I tried to contact halfpricedmags.com. They do not list a phone number on the site, so I sent a message through their customer service web form as well as e-mailing [email protected]. The e-mail went unanswered, and not *all* my messages via web form received an answer. They claimed that the publisher did not process their order. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the New York Better Business Bureau because according to the Whois info, the domain was registered to a NYC address. Halfpricedmags.com did not respond to BBB's attempts to contact them and the BBB had no choice but to close my case. I contacted halfpricedmags.com for the final time through their web form demanding a refund and they never responded or issued a refund. I have filed a complaint against them with the Federal Trade Commission and will file one with the New York Attorney General's office. I had a fantastic experience ordering from Designer Plumbing Outlet. I was a little worried due to low number of reviews on here, but everything went without a hitch. I ordered on July 4, used Google Checkout, on July 7 they charged my card, on July 8th they shipped it. On July 9th it was already at my door (apparently they actually shipped it before google checkout showed it as shipped). I was a little concerned that it would be out of stock and used live chat with a representative, who was very helpful and told me when it would be shipped. Very nice.

I have ordered several times from Clark Color and have been VERY happy with the results. I think the quality is really good and I get my photos back very quickly. (Usually within 2 days or so of uploading them to the site) I recently ordered a bunch of photocard birth announcements and everyone who saw them think they turned out super cute. I have recommneded this place to friends and they also really have enjoyed the quality and the savings they get from this company. I wouldn't hesitate to ever place more orders with them!

I ordered a custom engraved zippo lighter for my boyfriend for christmas this year and though Gunther Gifts was great in the beginning, letting me change the engraving over e-mail, but it took them over 3 weeks to get it to me because the one thing I ordered was 'apparently' the a piece they had out of stock so I had to wait for them to order and receive it first before they engraved and shipped it to me. When I FINALLY got my zippo they spelled my boyfriends name wrong on it! I e-mailed the sales representative that I changed the graving over e-mail with originally as soon as I saw that the name was wrong and forwarded them the e-mails with how it's supposed to be (as indicated in the previous e-mails) and that I'd either like to be refunded or have them ship me the correct one ASAP since christmas is was just 9 days away. They e-mailed me back this morning and had seriously changed the attachments to make it seem like they were correct....they changed the letters in his name to the wrong way they sent it to me! And then had the nerve to tell me that they wouldn't be changing it since 'obviously' they had been correct (since they changed the letters) and then said they would be refunding me either but that if I wanted to buy a whole new one they would TRY to get me my new one by christmas. Do not buy from Gunther Gifts.

Ordered a beautiful pocket watch as a Christmas present. I tried calling prior to the order to ask questions, as their website says please do, ha, what a joke! Never got a live person on the phone....... I also sent an email with questions, again, no return response. I figured I would place my order as time was getting closer to the holiday. The watch arrived Monday and the engraving is WRONG! The invoice they sent has the correct engraving I requested, as well as, my email confirmation, so they just plain screwed it up! Tried calling, left three messages........ Called every hour in the hour and not once can you get a live person! The mailbox is full so you can't even leave another message. I sent three emails too, nope nada response and I faxed these jerks too! Super nice they took my money and gave me a gift I can't even give bc it's engraving is wrong. Hope everyone reads these teviews before purchase bc had I...... I would have never placed an order with this company!

We have been purchasing from iofast since July 2006. Usually fiber jumpers, ethernet jumpers, adaptors, jacks, A/V stuff, and never had a problem, very prompt shipping, good prices, instant inventory status, and if they're going to be closed to delay shipping, they always give notice on their website BEFORE you order. Plus very nice order tracking of when the order placed, and when shipped. They're on the top of our list when we need to purchase any of this stuff for the college.

After ordering a fan replacement for my laptop with overnight shipping, an item they claimed to have 3 in stock of, they had 2 delayed shipping the item. They did not have it in stock, and after ordering it from their distributor, they revived the wrong item. So an item I was expecting a day (or two to be liberal) after ordering, wouldn't show up until a month later. Found the item cheaper, and it will be in three days from another source.

After codejunkies they apologized (even though it was definitely not their fault) and offered me a refund or a replacement. I ordered Nokia N80 Black color on July 4. On July 5 I received email from ms.Ada that black color is temporarily out of stock and silver was offered at same price even though it was $20 more. Ms.Ada was very courteous because there was this urgency about receiving the cell phone as I intended to take it to India on our vacation. My calls were ansewred promptly, tracking numbers were provided and it was all through a wonderful service. Ms.Ada was really superb as I received the cell phone in time. I was looking at the samsung sgh-p300 as a secondary phone to my treo-700 I carry for work and possibly for the company. After a quick google search, I see that trade1trade has the best price and free shipping. My card is instantly charged when I place the order. Four days later I receive an email stating the the order was cancelled and a refund issued. No reason given. No refund, either. I requset an explanation. I am told that teh shipping address is different that the billing address (a personal card rather than the company card) and again, that a refund has been issued. I check online and confirm via telephone that no refund has been issued. I am giving the merchant one more day to refund the price or I will open a fraud investigation with the back and Visa. Thsi experience does leave me to recommend this seller.

Tracked it on FedEx's website and it hadn't been scanned in to the system. Called Monday morning, representitive promised to look in to it and call me right back. Waited 3 hours, never called. Called back, got the same rep, she pretended like it never happened. Said it was a warehouse mistake and they would ship one that day. Called back the next day, Tuesday to verify that it shipped. Rep was slow, hard to understand, and incompetent. Took over 5 minutes for them to figure out that contrary to their website, they don't have the product in stock. What a joke.

It came in a fair sized box with good padding, in great condition, all the wires and batteries in place. I was told there was a 7 - 10 delay in part of the order. I replied it was coming to New Zealand through the USA so no later. A week later received another email saying it hadn't gone to production. When I queried this was told it was already in production. It wasn't until I received the order discovered it wasn't there. It cost me extra shipping to New Zealand. I told them it was going there and could have made other arrangements if Strapworks had been honest. Their reply was I should have said where it was going. Not good customer service.

Purchased a kidco playden and after receiving it, the mother thought it was too heavy, so I requested a RMA number on their web site 3 times and never received one. I finally called and the an email address for the person that issues the RMA #. I received an RMA and sent the item back on 9/21/06 they received it on 9/27/06. Today, 10/18/2006 I called, as I have not seen a refund credit to my credit card. They had to track down my returned item and are telling me that the box is damaged after sitting in their receiving for 3 weeks. I have have now contacted my credit card company because it seems that they don't want to give a refund. They want to chrage me a restocking fee plus shipping costs. Beware of purchasing from this company!!!

I purchased a Kidco gate from this company that was said to be in stock, and it took almost two months to get the entire order. My credit card was charged at the time of the order. I received a shipping notice fairly quickly, but it included invalid tracking numbers, and I called several times to find out the status. Customer service kept saying that the order would be shipped out shortly, and each time I would then receive an additional email with the same (invalid) shipping information. I even had to resort to calling Fed Ex because the company could not give me a tracking number when it finally did ship the order. I will never buy from this company again.

Ordered 3/21 online, FH.com notified me by email that my order had been shipped 3/22; since the order was in excess of $50, I expected the 2nd day shipping upgrade. My attempt to email orderprocessing@kobaholdings bounced three times. So I emailed FH.com. Today was 3/31 - no filters, no email from FH.com and after checking the tracking number emailed with my shipment. confirmation, UPS indicates my order was shipped & received in Wisconsin on 3/26/08 - I live on the East Coast! Called Filterhouse.com twice (no answer) & left messages. My credit card has been charged but still no filters. Update:4/2/2008, I emailed yesterday to cancel the order, still no email/no call-back. Later finally reached an employee who had been away on vacation - customer service must have been on autopilot. She confirmed my filters were accidently shipped to Wisconsin, unpacked & opened by the curious unintended recipient but the charge will be taken off my credit card. 4/10/08 - the charge for the cancelled order has not been credited to my credit card - Since I never received anything , why does a simple operation like crediting a MC for a botched order take so long? 4/22/08 - refund still not credited to MC so I emailed my credit card company to dispute the charge. A refund should take less than a week - this is dragging on too long.

Attempted to call their customer service number all day Thursday, kept getting the voicemail recording, so I left a message to be contacted.. never got a call. I too am one of the regulars who has been using Silver clous for about 6 years. Never a problem until now. There are thousands of us that are being screwed out of our money. However after researching this today, it appears that we aren't being taken by Silver Cloud but rather the ATF who is sitting on everything. See the quote below about my last scheduled shippment. the funds were removed from my account on 09/05/2005. "This email is to let you know that your recent order (id:VRFD2E279A6D) with Silver Cloud Smoke Shop has been processed and is due to be shipped today 09/09/2008." I purchased three of an identical item with Mercantila a few weeks ago. Once I discovered I ordered the wrong color, they quickly swapped it for the right color. In the process of locating their number to make this change I found this site and suddenly I was scared I made a bad decision to buy from them. I was nervous for a bit but when I contacted them they were very responsive to my concerns which made me feel better. As soon as the 'changed' items arrived I discovered they would not work for my intended application. Once I emailed them to tell them they responded quickly and refunded my money faster then any retailer ever has. I usually don't leave feedback on these sites but I felt it was important to share my good experience. I don't blame those with a bad experience for posting but it's important to ask yourself if they had had a good experience would they have posted good things? Probably not. Over all, I, like most others, went bought from them to save money. They had the best price. I will buy form these folks again.

His knowledge and expertise in the field of photography & videography is top notch and comforted me in knowing that he could answer any question I threw at him. He was very patient with me and worked with me through the entire pre-purchase phase (my countless questions and concerns), and even after the sale was complete, he still keeps in contact with me to make sure I am a happy customer. I'd have to say that 90% of retailers and e-tailers have never treated me this nice. Needless to say, I will make countless more purchases in the future and the first place I'll start my shopping at will always be TapeWorks Texas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had the luck to work with Scott Cantrell of Tapeworks Texas over multiple emails, phone calls, and an in person meeting, early this year. I worked with Scott to find the right video camera for me in order to make the most of my time in the film program at the University of New Orleans. Scott was wonderful to work with and helped me weigh pros and cons of different cameras in the end settling on a Panasonic HMC-150. The experience with the camera has been great while the experience with Tapeworks has been better. One of the accessories I purchased from Tapeworks to go along with the camera gave me problems and it didn't take more than a short phone call to have the solution discovered and the problem solved. I would highly encourage anyone looking in to purchasing any camera or equipment to choose Tapeworks Texas as their outlet. I placed an order for a compact flash card reader (around $70). When the item did not arrive after a week, I checked the status of the order. The order had been cancelled. I called the following business day and was told the order had been cancelled because they no longer wish to carry the item. They claimed they had sent out an e-mail, but I have not received anything to date (including when I placed the order). They are very nice people over the phone, but I'm suspicious about their pricing and disappointed they didn't make more of an effort to fulfill the order or to advise me of the status.

I ordered a Logitech Cordless desktop MX5500 Revolution keyboard and mouse (89474H) for $157.00 on 03-08-08 and now it's 05-13-08 and still don't got my package. They charged my credit card and I never got it. A few days after I ordered it the website went down. Still to this day has not come back up. shop.atriniti.com is the site. There email [email protected] and [email protected] both come back in error. The phone number - 800-961-5889 and Keith B. the manager's number (401) 349-4040 x104 is what they gave me in a email did nothing but ring the last time I called. you can't get a hold of anyone with those numbers. This to me is a SCAM site!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I am still trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Something went wrong since they seem not to excised anymore.
