I feel one star is far too generous for the 'service' I have received from GoldPlated UK. I ordered an item of jewellery for my brother for Christmas on 11 December, I received a confirmation email but thereafter it was radio silence. Having heard nothing, I emailed them on 18 December to ask if there was an update to my order. Nothing. I emailed again. Since emails clearly weren't getting through, I tried their website contact form, Facebook, Instagram and their website live chat. Nothing. By this point I was sure I was being scammed. Finally, at just before midnight on 28 December, I received a reply via Instagram informing me that it had been dispatched on 12 December by Royal Mail and should have a missed delivery slip. Since I finally had an actual human responding to me, I replied straight away saying I'd received and heard nothing. Since then, the item I ordered has gone out of stock and they've offered me a replacement. Not trusting anything from this company ever again, I asked for a refund, only to be told that Christmas sale items are exchange only. Really!? I have no item to exchange! I've received zero customer service, not one apology, and now they won't give me my money back... Do not touch this company! I wish I'd read the countless negative reviews before falling into their trap. Awful.

The service of the Golfbug team was amazing! I had a question about my order, and through their live chat on the website I had it answered within 5 minutes. The balls: TourBug. Feel; Off the tee: Hard. Like a rock. Felt like it should be going straight with no spin, but because it is a Urethane ball, still spun every bit as much as it should have. Long Irons: Not as bad. Hitting with the irons felt ok, and my long iron shots were better with the TourBug than they have been for a while. Short Irons: The ball spun as expected, still felt hard but played around the greens like it was expected to. Greens: Felt hard coming off the putter, but I didn't mind that. I wouldn't buy the TourBug balls again for myself, but my golf buddy used one as well and loved the hard feel, so I gave him the rest of mine. If GolfBug were able to match the softer core feel of the tour balls I'd try them again for sure. $31 is a great price for a box of balls and I was disappointed that they were just a bit hard for me.

This place is awesome. We ordered two 2020 Ping Pioneer golf bags. GolfDirectNow's price was 20% less than our local golf box store including free shipping. Both bags, placed in separate orders were shipped the day after ordering and arrived within three days to Central Florida. The bags were well packaged inside plastic bags in the original Ping boxes. Since the purchases, we have received coupons for additional discounts on future purchases. We will definitely use them again.

I ordered the Golden Pear Basket as a present for my daughter at Brown University. After a few days, I ask if she liked it. She reported that 2 apples were rotten and had to be thrown away, and one she partially ate around the spoiling bit. Was this a joke? I politely contact customer service after I received the reminder to do a review. And I am doubly appalled at the reaction. No atonement as it is beyond 24 hours that I made a complaint. Very poor reaction. The fact that I complained after 24 hours does not take away from the fact that rotten apples were sent and not pears as is advertised on the website. DO NOT BUY. I was wanting to support a small business near Brown Univ., but that proved to be a futile attempt. Order from reliable stores. Good4yougiftbaskets is not one of them.

I am new to Good Club. My review is based on my experience so far.. I placed my first order on the 13.3.2021 and was expecting a delivery on 18.03.2021. I was really low on my oatly milk, so my delivery had to arrive...as i was self isolating! But I received an email on Thursday morning (18.3.2021) to inform me that my order had been cancelled as the items were out of stock. I checked the website and stock was available.. I swiftly emailed Carly who apologised for the inconvenience and arranged an immediate next day delivery.. Order arrived the following day without any issues. Eco-friendly boxes are good! Thumbs up! I have since referred 2 friends and received 2 voucher codes.. However, you can only use one voucher code per order (as advised by Carly when queried). No where in their terms and conditions can I see this. So really, although they are receiving new customers via your referral, you don't benefit as you should! Based on the whole experience, great response times however given the cancellation of my order, last minute, they could have considered a good will gesture by allowing me to use 2 codes on my next purchase or equivalent. I am reluctant to refer to new friends and family as I'm still to understand how I will gain. Your referral gain instant benefits however you now been to wait for 1 month until you can use your voucher.. By then you are signed into a paid membership.

Having heard about this company from friends who have been to their store in Hackney I was really excited to see the product range for myself. Having taken up cycling during our lockdown I'd been on the look out for a a multi functional Pannier bag that would also hold up away from the bike. Honestly the styling,functionality and quality of this bag was incredible. As I couldn't make it to see their shop before my last trip I called the company and spoke with the owner Jacqui who was really helpful. Couldn't recommend this enough !

I have emailed their sales email and had no reply, so will be reaching out to my bank to hopefully claim a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, seems like a fake site. Avoid!

I absolutely loved their candles...once I finally got them. After almost two months with no update, I finally found out that the post office had broken my package and returned it to Goose Creek, which isn't the company's fault, but they never even reached out to me to let me know that they had received my returned package. Customer support offered me a gift card for the balance or a refund.

Placed an order for £20 with this company 2 weeks ago. They claim a 72 hour service but I have had no package, no tracking and no response to any emails. The company is very American in appearance. But this is obviously fake. I went to Amazon in the end and the same product is £5 cheaper. You also have recourse through Amazon whereas you have no recourse with this company as they just ignore you. Update:- Now received this product after sending several emails. No explanation for the delay. Tracking information stated the product came from China. The product itself is ok, but the service is terrible and took several weeks to arrive.

When I first came across this item, I knew I had to try it. As someone who cares about matching the lipstick colour to the occasion/outfit. I have wayyy too many lipsticks shades that I’d love to get rid of/never finish using but will end up buying again because I’d still need certain shades sometimes. This item seemed like the solution to all my lipstick woes. About GoPlay Cosmetics : the lip colours are PIGMENTED. You’re really getting your money’s worth here. Little heads up: the formula on its own is meant to be similar to that of a liquid lipstick, like Tarte’s Paint (which I am not a fan of) because, I have dry lips. However, the consistency/texture can be easily modified to your liking using lip balm/lip gloss/ oil of your choice, or the “moisture drops” which you can get from the site. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase and will most likely buy more refills when I run out. Things I am not a fan of : the containers for the lip colours. It’s kinda hard to bring it out due to its irregular shape and makes me miss the traditional lipstick tube. With some more tweaks/mods/improvements to the design, this item will be purrrrfectttt.

This was the perfect gift for my mom, who enjoys makeup but doesn't like to spend on getting so many different colors / variants. She loved that the LIPSKIT lets her play around with different shades in just the one package; we both had a ton of fun experimenting with it! The color stayed on for a really long time too. Go tags responded and told me it was "my" mistake, but that they would send me a new tag any way. How kind of them to point out "my" mistake. I'm not saying I didn't make the mistake, I could have. Unfortunately I do not have any proof one way or the other. But that's not the point here. I have worked in customer service for many years and I would have simply said "We are sorry for any inconvenience to you, we will send out a new tag immediately." There in securing a happy satisfied customer who will buy from them again. As it stands I will not. The customer is always right even when they are not.

I ordered medical tags from this site that were made of aluminum with the international medical symbol on one side of the tag and my information on the other. The tags included a "silver" ball-type neck chain. The tags were shipped promptly and arrived in 4-5 days. My information was transcribed accurately. However, where less than the allowable number characters were used on a line, the font was larger than on lines where most or all of the character spaces were used. Thus, the five total lines of font on the tag looked disproportionate to each other. The international medical symbol peeled off after a few weeks and the "silver" chain tarnished as it was actually copper with a chrome-type plating. I contacted the Go Tags via email and an offer was made to replace the tags due to the peeled medical symbol. The font discrepancy, it was explained, was a problem with the etching machine. No resolution was offered for that or the tarnished "silver" chain. I declined the offer to replace the tags. There was no point in that the medical symbol would simply peel again within a few weeks. I continue to use the tags as they are functional for the basic need and the cost was minimal. I would have been happy, however, to pay a little more for better quality, especially with respect to the tarnished "silver" chain

They lie about discounts on their advertisements. I asked him about a discount on a jacket when they said the whole site was now 50% off. They said the price listed on the site is the 50% off price. Now their advertisement says 10%, I guess what the jacket is still the same price they don't fluctuate between 10% or 50% off. They lied to me straight up in an email about there discounts I wouldn't trust these guys to have a quality product

I made an order at the beginning of the month and received an email from gower coast crafts telling me my item was shipped and being sent to me. It is now approaching a month since I made this order, I have messaged them copious amounts of times and had no response?? Today after a threatening message to them after asking for my refund back several time’s I got a generic email response telling me they we’re away on holiday and since my message was now responded to it would be taken off the mailing list??? I’m so exhausted by this company, the lack of customer response and not knowing what’s happened to my order?? I ordered specifically early to receive it in time to give as gifts for Christmas which family and friends have gone without now. This is the first time I have ever ordered from this company and most definitely the last. I fear I may have to look into reversing the transaction with my bank if it’s possible as I’m beginning to believe I will not get my items or money back for that matter. Please think twice about ordering from this company. I have had a terrible time and absolutely no apologies, proper direct response nothing?!! It’s upsetting I’ve had to even give them 1 star rating to be able to have composed this review. I think my next stop will be contacting trading standards as a last resort to at least get my money back!! The fact they say refunds should be applied for within 30 day’s and yet I have asked this also on several occasions and can’t get a response so what exactly am I meant to do????

Your wax melts are absolutely beautiful. One of the only brands I have found that ship in 100% cardboard packaging with no plastic, much more eco conscious which I adore. They smell so good even before they are burned, when they are delivered I can smell them as soon as I open my porch!! GP implants have had an increase in my dental practice due to the fact that they all have been very successful. GP implants are trustworthy and have a good price. Do not buy from this company, incorrect cross references to filters with no return option, incorrect dimensions of filters and customer service says, "they think" a replacement would be a specific part. Phone number rings somewhere in China and is not answered. AVOID PURCHASE !

Especially in 2020, I understand that delivery delays happen but to have not received an (expensive) bouquet despite ordering more than 10 days before Christmas is shocking - I am beyond disappointed. They promised to contact the courier yet I never heard back. Now, it is 2 days from Christmas, no flowers, and no way to order from another provider in time. I have ordered other gifts from other small local businesses with tighter timescales (literally on Sunday 20th), and received it Tuesday 22nd, so there is no excuse.

Usually I try to avoid posting bad reviews, but this was the worst experience I've ever had with online shopping. I ordered a purse on May 9 and have yet to receive it despite 3 emails with an automated response that they would look into it. Requested the tracking number of my order with the first email which I never received a follow up email. Tried to call and the automated message prompted me to email. Never did get a live person. I contacted my credit card company today to dispute the charge.

Do not buy from this company. It is all cheap jewelry from China. It looks absolutely nothing like the beautiful looking jewelry on the website. I will never wear it, it is complete junk, looks like dull tin. The first earrings took about a month to come. Finally after another month went by, I complained on the website and within 2 weeks, the other earrings finally came. I should have just asked for my money back instead.

Had a sticker in the cart but bailed when I found it was more than $8 to ship the $4 sticker. A couple days later they wrote and asked if I was going to buy the sticker. I told them their shipping was too much and to lose my info which they insist you fill out to even use their checkout cart. The very next day I started to receive text spam for the first time. A tidal wave of text spam. I say they sold that data. F these guys.

This company is a SCAM. The cables I ordered were excellent. But later a $29.99 charge appeared on my bank statement from Real Prodiscounts. I contacted customer service & they said by orderering cables I agreed to a subscription to their service. I ask them to cancel & refund. They refused to refund but said They canceled. The next month ANOTHER $29.99 Bank charge. I have since turned it over to Bank & Police as BANK FRAUD. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS ASSOCIATED WITH REAL PRO DISCOUNTS. CROOKS

I ordered product and KINDLY paid ahead of time, prior to delivery with a credit card through some weird gift card thing, the company had the nerve to charge my card and then refuse to deliver product unless I ALSO paid again in cash. THEY ARE SUSPECTED TO BE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS After 5 days or me calling, finally they processed a refund, stating my credit card was flagged for fraud or the order was flagged for fraud, this is extremely insulting, and has never happened ever, especially with me. They charged the card, refused delivery and made me call repeatedly to get a refund. This is just weird and a waste of my time,,,,,, which I should charge them for, the inconvenience and rudeness from the staff. I think they were trying to steal from me. I am a well respected and wealthy individual , Green Door West has many products I want as I am vegan and organic, but for the staff to treat me like I am some kind of criminal without even meeting me is uncalled for. I would have spend thousands at this business,,,, NOT ANYMORE!!!

Awesome Folks ... Very Happy Customer :) As friendly and compassionate as they are professional and pay attention to details. The delivery app was flawless and their manicured organic flowers' quality is just way above most other dispensaries in California! Nutrition being very important to me I was equally impressed with their Edibles menu which is strictly vegan and organic with many gluten free options including for your furry friends....wow! I'll be back!

This was my first order with Greetd after googling "personalised business christmas cards" I browsed a couple of other sites before arriving at Greetd and wished I hadn't of wasted my time with the others as, when I arrived at the Greetd website it was easy to use and quick to upload my design. Worse decision ever! I order a custom grill, I sent them my impressions, got my grillz and they didn't even fit!! I checked the impressions and they were broken and glued back together. I would not recommend grillz.com to anyone! beware of really bad service. invest your money in another shop or go to a local shop if you have one.

I have used Grimfrost twice now, ordering a range of products from drinking horns, to books. The products are fantastic, well made and of a high standard. On top of this my last order had to deal with the new brexit rubbish, they communicated incredibly well throughout the process letting me know of the changes in delivery times etc. The customer service and communication is exceptional. I cannot recommend this company more.

Great concept, lovely branding, good delivery. No taste to the coffee. We use Nespresso machine with the milk frother, and fill the frother up to the minimum amount. So our coffees are just below the rim on a small 200ml mug. From nespresso, we usually go for strength 9 and above. The house blend smells nice but as soon as you add the milk, it just tastes like hot milk. The dark blend is a little better, but still tastes weak. This was the opinion of both myself and my partner. We have the rest of our capsules to our parents to try, and they also didn’t enjoy the coffees. They taste nicer when you do a double shot, but that makes for a very expensive coffee. Have also tried them with just a dash of milk and some hot water which is ok. I can’t comment on them as espressos since I don’t personally drink them. Make sure to lift the slot again after using to drop the capsules through the bottom, otherwise they stick.

I have been buying their nespresso pods. Pretty good if you like light roast coffe. I wish they would come with "lungo" pods as I mostly use their pods in long morning coffee with milk. Otherwise, quick delivery and nice packaging.

I am giving one star simply because there is no option provided to give zero stars. I did not read any reviews before placing my order but should have. Like others, my order is in transit and the shipping company handling it responded to my inquiry by saying it would be handed off to UPS who will ship it to the local USPS for delivery which seems highly unlikely. If you read this before ordering think long and hard before proceeding. I will not order anything from this company again and urge others to follow suit.

Product never showed up. I ordered a graduation gift for my son on March 26 and now it is May 17 and it has yet to show up. The tracker showed it arrived in the US on April 17, but now the tracker does not even recognize my order number. Is this a scam? The money went out of account on the order date. What do I do? The customer service answers with nice emails, but no real solution. I want either the product I ordered or my money back!

She claims to sell wigs, however these wigs never ship or at least in my case it didn't. She was rude and unprofessional when I stated that if my wig hadn't been shipped by 11 Sep 2020 (after being on order since Aug 7,2020) I would regrettably have to cancel the order and get a refund. She never said anything about a refund so I went directly to my bank and made a claim. She believes she is safe from scrutiny because all of her reviews are managed by her online page or Instagram. She lacks customer service skills and to think she calls herself a veteran, it's disgusting to someone like me who is an honest veteran. She's more than likely drop shipping from China and not telling customers which is why wigs take over a month. I bought my wig on Aug 7,2020 and still never got a positive tracking status from USPS as of September 13,2020. She will also hide behind COVID as the reason usps is taking so long to ship when in reality the wig is never placed in USPS' possession. UPDATE: September 14,2020 she shipped the package after my husband and I told her we wanted to cancel the order, we refused the shipment so that USPS could send that thing back to her. Customer Service Matters! I refuse to shop with rude, arrogant, unprofessional people from any business, I'll take my coins elsewhere. Update September 26,2020: The unprofessional low down person just emailed my husband and said that she wouldn't be giving me a refund because USPS held the package I refused at their office. Like I said she's drop shipping she's not a wholesale buyer. She doesn't want to take the loss for the wig she purchased and took forever to send. As you can see from the pictures USPS apologized for holding the package after I refused it. Smh WHATEVER you do DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS female.
