This was my fifth purchase from Compuvision in the past two years and have had very little problems when ordering. A minor problem during the shippig of my fourth order occured but I received immediate feedback and assistance in regards to it. Customer support is the best I've encountered on an online shopping site. My previous purchases included a new heatsink, processor, and power supply for my computer(s) and a lot of cooling hardware, from fans, grills, screws and most recently, a Vantec rheobus. Prices are highly competetive and the deals on shipping and various items are great. Highly recommended for your Computing and Cooling needs.

Ordered items and was sent a further email that they have been shipped May 8th. Checked reference number with Canada Post and they had no listing of the number. Emailed CompuVision on May 17th requesting tracking information. Did not receive a reply. Email again on May 19th, no reply. Paid $29.90 for freight for 4 X 3.5gram tubes of Artic Siver. Today is May 24th and have not received order or a reply to email. This company does not give any customer service at all. Paid $72.49 and have not received anything. I will be going back to my Credit Card Company when I received my bill to reverse the charges. **Finally received a reply to my emails on May 24th. They resent the package and it arrived on May 27th. All is well but they could have avoided alot of problems by replying promptly. I won't use them again.

i ordered a Lian Li PC-65B on 5/22 and i received it on 5/23 in perfect condition and paid only $10 for shipping. I called Beyond Computers before i made the order to make sure that they had the case in stock. They weren't extremely friendly, but they weren't in any way rude. they answered my questions without much trouble and told me that they had 4 PC-65B in stock. so i made the order and i called back later that afternoon to ask for a tracking number. they gave me the tracking number without much trouble and i received the case the next day. reading this forum made it seem like ordering from this company was a nightmare, but i'm glad i went ahead and ordered my case from them, because i could not find this case for $169 shipped anywhere else. Good company, i would order from them again.

Ordered a LIan Li case with transparent window from these guys on the 3rd of January. On the 14 of January I receive the case, no window, plain model. I have written a note to customer service, we'll see what happens next. I would be very hesitant about ordering from these guys!!! The prices are very good, but if you don't get what you ordered........ If anyone has a good phone number for this company, please email me with it, I doubt I'll ever get an answer email! Sounds like a bait & switch company to me. I finally got a reply 2 days later stating in very broken English that the case I ordered was not in stock....I mmediately wrote back to find out if it would be instock and got a non sense answer. Why would you send someone something else when you know that's not what they ordered. Bottom line here, these guys are DORKS and we need to boycott them!!!!

I ordered an Asus P4S333 motherboard with Intel processor and DDR ram (assembled).We had great difficulty placing the order. I had to change my credit card but I had to guess this was the problem because all the Web site gave was a cryptic error message and no one answered the phone. Then the package arrived late at my forwarding address. The packaging was a disaster with no warning labelling and totally inadequate cushioning so the box was squashed and the motherboard bent see pictures at http://www.geocities.com/kerithfoster/index.html The Asus survived but I won't give TC Computers another try.

I always wanted a job where I could drink and play cards all day, I think I know where to apply now. Placed an order on 13th, Ordered 2 mother boards plus other items. order shipped without MB Called early on 14th told the'll go out that day. Called back told them no MB's "oh where out of stock" Had 52 when I ordered. Raised cain told they where being drop shipped will have them buy 16 before 10:30 am. Mean while site still indicating they had not been shipped. called 16 aug 02 11:30 am then they said "Oh they wern't shipped" I said " Oh I guess you don't have mandatory drug testing there " cancelled the order ordered through different vendor rated high on this site.

Like most reviewers that have horrible experiences, I truly wish I could give negative stars. My husband got a little extra money in his paycheck so we decided to get a printer that we've been waiting to get. We saw it in store (I wish I had just gone in to get it instead of online) and I ordered it online to be picked up in store. The only reason (and last time I do this) was because my husband was still at work and I wanted to make sure they had it ready for us when we got there. I figured I'll pay for it now, and just go in and pick it up and we're good. Staples.com charged my card, but cancelled my order-couldn't verify billing address. We just moved and our address is not the same as our billing as the bank is connected to our old address. Since we were going to pick it up, I wasn't aware this was an issue. I did not receive any type of email or call (they have all that info from the order) that my order was cancelled. The only reason I found out is when I didn't get a confirmation email from the store that the printer was ready, I called. The store had no record of my order so I called the 800 number. That's when I found out they cancelled it. I'm still waiting to get my money back from them.

I ordered some shipping boxes and packing tape on Monday October 28. 2019 and their carrier, Prestige, which was an unmarked rusty van, delivered them Wednesday October 30...cardboard boxes delivered in the rain, unprotected, and at least 3 or 4 of those boxes in the bundle were already somehow mechanically destroyed...I have no idea what happened but I refused delivery. I called Staples and they agreed to reship on Thursday October 31...but when 6pm arrived and my order didn't, I looked up my order. The shipper lied and said I refused the Oct 31 order! Chat reordered and said they go out ASAP...but the email confirmation said Monday November 4th. I just told Staples chat to cancel the entire order but I'm not sure I got through to the guy so I responded to the confirmation with a cancel order as well...and included an explanation. I'm done with Staples and no $10 courtesy coupon is going to change my mind. Perhaps they shouldn't rely on slugs driving beat-up child molesting type vans to make their deliveries. Never again.

I ordered an external Fire Wire hard drive with cables and power adapter. I recieved a hard drive; no case, cables, etc. After several emails to get an RMA, I returned the hard drive and did recieve the correct item. It is supposed to have a 1 year warrenty, but it crashed a few months ago and I have been unable to contact them by phone or email. Apparently they have gone out of business?

Ordered 6 36 GB fujitsu's with UPS ground shipping. One week later they still had not shipped. I called in and they said "we're currently out of stock and will be getting more on Monday, we'll expedite shipping for free". I called again Monday, but the Fujitsu's still weren't there. I cancelled my order with them on Tuesday. Their phone system is very annoying. If you call them and have someone check up on your order, make sure you get their name before you get put on hold. Otherwise it's very likely that someone else will pick up your line and not know who you just talked to. This experience would have been better if they'd simply advertised on their site that they were out of stock for the item in question instead of listing it on pricewatch.

I Ordered my NEC Dual layer dvd Drive last week, and it arrived in record time. I took it out of the box, and removed my old NEC (which I purchased from New Egg earlier this year) I swapped it out and XP picked it up and now I just burned a perfect dvd copy! Great Job New Egg! I recently ordered a new system from Atlas Micro (buy-atlas.com). After placing my order online, I was promptly called back by a semi-courteous sales person who verified the system piece by piece, so far so good. Due to some upcoming work related travel, I needed the system delivered before a certain date, which the sales person assured me would be no problem (he said it should take 5-6 days to build and burn-in, then 3-4 days shipping). Well that time has come and gone and no system. I have called their 800 number 4 times, waited a total of 2 hrs for the "next available operator" who never became available. I have sent multiple emails to their sales and customer service departments and no reply from anyone after days of waiting. All I asked for was someone to call me back and give me the status of the system (built? shipped?), to my way of thinking that's not a tall order. Since I have no computer to give a rating to, all I can do is rate the customer service, which has so far been totally lacking. I will post later on the system if I ever get it. I would have posted an invoice number, but after the sales person verified my purchase, I never got an invoice over the phone or emailed to me. 7 Aug 03 , an update to my previous post: I did in fact have an order number , I incorrectly stated earlier that I did not, not that it makes any difference though as I STILL have not been able to contact anyone despite many more tries through their 800 number, phone messages left on the 800 number, and emails to both sales and support departments. I have now requested that Atlas simply cancel my order and refund my money (after 4 days and a repeat request for an order cancel and refund Im still being ignored). I would say stay as far away from this company as possible, they have given me less than none in regards to customer service and apparently do not care if the customer ever gets in touch with them, god help you if something is wrong with your pc and need tech support. Another UPDATE: Well, I still haven't heard a word from them, I have enlisted the help of the good people at the BBB as well as a lawyer to try and recoup my funds. I heard from a source at another custom build company that these losers may have gone out of business. If that's the case I'm sure my money is gone forever. I hope whomever is responsible for my problems gets whats coming to them, to take my order and my money when they knew darn well that they were going out of business and I would never get my merchandise is downright sickening. So thank you for deliberately tricking me into giving you 850 dollars. As a US serviceman, I'm on a tight budget and I had to save a pretty good while for that computer, and now I have zip to show for it....oh well, live and learn right?

I bought a Sony Vaio S series, and I had nothing but disappointments on the product and Sony Store support. First, I received the Product with two defects; broken camera and headphone jack. I called Sony support, described the issue. They created a case and provided a reference number. One week went by, and I did not hear from anyone. I called them for a follow up, and there were no action on the case at all. They used an excuse that I was asked to provide my receipted of the product to them before they can send a technician. In fact, no one ever asked me to provide a receipt, and no fax or email address was provided by Sony support. (by the way, their support is somewhere in India, and they are absolutely useless). I am still waiting for a call from a Sony technician. Do yourself a favor, do not buy anything from SonyStore.com.

Worst customer services in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Sony Store is a joke. Returnned the camera after 2 days and they charge me a restocking fee of $15.00. Call Sony customer service and they said they cannot do anything. Did not have any problem in the past with Canon... Sony lost my support NOW.

I registered for a Nike account after reading that it would allow my next order to receive free shipping. When I bought the item, shipping turned out to be $8.00. There was no confirmation page for the order so I did not even know the shipping charge was that much. They merely told you that "Estimated shipping" was $8.00 and told you to continue you to checkout to find out the final price. Its like a classic bait and switch. They told me there would be free shipping, making me sign up and giving them all of my information. Then, they make me buy their product, promising free shipping but not giving it. Cancelling an order is near impossible as well. The only way to do it is to contact their rarely available "customer support". Also, the website is horribly designed. Browsing through the selection of items is a pain. Getting to the page to contact them is even worse. When you finally get to the page, you find out that they are closed (more often than not). Terrible shopping experience. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

Nike charged my credit card 171.20 for purchases that I did not purchase. The police said that I had to get information from Nike to file a report. Nike refuses to help. Furthermore they gave me a credit back for the merchandise and then took the credit back. They are the worst company and the FBI are now investigating their practices and the fraud which based on their responses, is from their company.

I also left a review under charter cable because they are the same company and now go by charter spectrum. They falsely advertised to me internet service of 400/30 (400 download and 30 upload speed). However, after they installed it, i noticed that the speeds are nowhere near what they promised. This was especially true on the upload speed which never went over 17mbs. After working with three technicians and the customers service line, they all confirmed that only 400/20 was available and that 400/30 was never a legitimate offering. When I asked the sales rep for help, she was nasty and rude and basically said too bad. They said I can cancel the service and go elsewhere but they charged me $50 installation fee also which they will not refund. The sales rep said her director and company instructed her to sell 400/30. So they know they are lying but don't care. They are shady and cannot be trusted.

I ordered two Viewsonic LCD VG800 monitors from ACNT 12/18/98 for $549 ea. inc S+H (Invoice # 1020785). On receipt one was unacceptably faulty straight out of the box. I called and got an RMA R27074 from Mr John Friesen Ext 104 & was told I would get a refund for the full amount and sent it back at my cost. At the same time I ordered two Philips LCD 180P2 monitors and was quoted $589 ea. inc S+H. When the Philips LCDs arrived they had charged $599 ea instead of the quoted $589. Then I received a check for the faulty Viewsonic for $466.65 e.g. they had deducted a 15% restocking charge for taking back a dud LCD! Then the merry-go-round fun started. I phoned & spoke to a woman who said she'd put me through to the person who handles such matters. Turned out to be John Friesen who said I'd have to speak to his supervisor who turned out to be the woman I was talking to previously. And that's how it went every time I tried to resolve it. So, I voided the check they had sent me, photocopied it and sent it back to them with a letter saying pay or else. The "or else" didn't get a response so I disputed it with my credit card company sending them copies of everything including the voided check. Last week (March 21) I got confirmation that the full amount had been credited to my card. I am advising my credit card company to put ACNT on their merchant watch list and complaining to their local BBB. These people are creeps. Makes you wonder how many people they screw who just give up in frustration? Bottom line: If you value your sanity and money do NOT do business with ACNT. Go to Newegg, TechDepot or your local shop. You may pay a few bucks more but believe me, you'll save on emotion, time and money in the long run. Incidentally, the Philips LCDs are superior in the materials used in the manufacture and image sharpness and clarity than the Viewsonics. Userisme P.S. www.acnt.com also ships under the name "Classic Computers" and the acnt stands for "Advanced Computer Networking Technology." Don't have ANYTHING to do with any of them.

Sure there has been the occasional bad part here and there, and when I bring the Part Back/PC they have always been compassionate and handled the issue very quickly. I love coming to ACNT. I am an owner of Alienware laptop. It was expensive, but its nice and fast. I have now 3rd laptop in few last years and I was thinking about to buy new one, again. But, there is big BUT... Its 2015 and competition on gaming laptop market is huge. After comparing everyting I have found. There is just 2 big competitors. It is Alienware and Asus. I have 32GB ram in my Alienware m17 r4, brand Corsair, 4x8GB. When I checked latest Alienware laptop, it has only 2 ( two ) memory slots. It means, I can have Dell OEM ram or 16GB Corsair, 2x8GB, but I want 32GB or even 64GB if it was possible. Asus? Fast like Alienware, not so shiny design, but... 4 slots for ram, it makes much less noise when it is running ( Alienware is sometimes like a Jet flying in your room and yes, I have clean Alienware inside, so the noise its not because it dirty and the air cant flow ). If you have Alienware, you dont need any heating in your room. The point is: Why is Alienware going backwards, trying to sell "their ram and other things" when u can buy stuff with better performance, then Dell OEM. I would buy Alienware without any ram and without any hdd, because what they are selling, its OEM and not worth to buy. Its slower then competitors or MASSIVELY overpriced. Why dont have Alienware touchscreen? Even laptop for 700 euro has it. So this christmas, thank you Alienware, no more. Asus is welcome and costs about 65% of Alienware in same configuration, which means, same power for much less money. Dell is trying to sell overpriced products and services, when nobody wants it, but you have no choice with Dell or Alienware. Where is custom tailored solutions for customers? Why are Dell and Alienware engineers sleeping in year 2008? We want customisable products, competitive prices and unbeatable performance, otherwise, Dell will be for sale again in next few years, because it cant keep up with competitors who really can see the future. I just ordered a Fuji FinePix 2800 from Essentially Yours Digital. Web site is poorly designed, but prices are good. Shipping prices are high. Price including shipping was cheapest on pricewatch.com, but just barely. Placed order because of location (CA vs NY for others in price range). According to other posts, it appears they may ship from NY anyway. Oh well, we'll see how it goes. I have four rules when ordering online: 1. Site must show shipping charges before asking for a credit card. 2. Online ordering must be over SSL. 3. Price (including shipping) must beat price I would pay locally. 4. Tracking number for shipment must be available after order. My requirements have been met so far. It appears that they use a third party for credit card processing, but it is over SSL. Shipping Info section of their web site indicates tracking number will be emailed upon verification of payment. I received email confirmation of my order seconds after placing it. However, the confirmation doesn't list item details. It shows shipping and billing information, price, and payment method, but not what I ordered. I'll make a second post once my order arrives. I ordered on Saturday, so I suspect it won't be processed until Monday at the earliest. I selected UPS ground which is listed as taking 7-12 days after shipment on their site. That seems a little off to me. I usually receive packages in 2-3 business days using UPS ground. Again, we'll see. -------------------------------- Follow up: 05 June 2002 I received a second email Sunday morning verifying my "PENDING ORDER" which listed item details for my purchase and promised a tracking number as soon as my payment and address were verified. Since then, nothing. I emailed them Monday when my credit card was charged to ask for a tracking number. I emailed them again Tuesday. Neither email generated a response. I finally called today. I was able to get through after a few tries and was greeted by a loud "SALES!". Everything at EYD seems to be in all caps. Even on the phone. The sales rep sounded annoyed when I asked him the status of my order. However, he did look it up and told me it would ship tonight and that I would receive a tracking number tomorrow morning. My credit card was charged Monday, yet they are shipping my package on Wednesday evening. Not exactly what I would call customer service. I am beginning to get a bad feeling about this company, but at least they say my camera is on it's way. To be continued... -------------------------------- Follow up: 08 June 2002 Well, my tracking number wasn't emailed Thursday morning. I waited until Friday and called them again. They said the package was shipped Thursday (rather than Wednesday as they said earlier) and that they would research my order and email me a tracking number as soon as possible. It's Saturday afternoon and I've yet to receive the promised tracking number. I followed up each phone call with an email. I have yet to receive a single response to any email I have sent them. I got their machine when I tried to call them today. It says they may be experiencing high call volume, although I suspect they either aren't there, or just don't answer the phone. It's Saturday. During business hours on weekdays, I'm usually able to get through after 1 or 2 tries. As a side note, I placed an order with newegg.com 3 days ago. The tracking number they sent me the day after I placed my order indicates that my package is on a truck ready to be delivered to my house today. Yet, after 7 days, I don't even have a tracking number for my Essentially Yours Digital order. Will I order from them again? You make the call.

I ordered on March 5. They charged my credit card immediately, but a week later, they were still attempting to verify my shipping address - at least, that's what their emails kept repeating (I have used this card for online orders for a year and they are the only company to have a problem verifying my shipping address). They did not respond to any of my emails or phone calls. I eventually had my credit card company put a stop payment notice on the account, informed 3G I had done so and wished to cancel my order. They finallly responded to this email and cancelled my order.

I ordered a Canon Powershot A400 digital camera as a Christmas present on 12/16/2004. The next day I recieve an email telling me the camera is out of stock, so I call the customer service rep and a confused sounding woman with a less than firm grasp of the English language informed me that the camera was in stock and would be shipped on the next business day. In a few days the camera arrives, and I wrap it up for Christmas. Christmas day comes and the camera is opened and it is DOA! Tried several different sets of brand new alkaline AA batteries and the camera will simply not turn on. The Monday after Christmas I called the RMA department and found out the entire RMA dept was out until Wednesday. On Wednesday I submit an RMA request. The next day I get an email back telling me that they don't do returns or exchanges for Digital Cameras, that the manufacturer is responsible to replace the camera. I called the manufacturer and they will only repair the camera, not exhange it, and it would take 7-10 business days to do the repairs. This has been an all around nightmare. The customer service at computer3g is dirt poor, and they have clauses buried in their sales agreement that absolve them of all respnsibility for the products they ship.

We have bought a total of five Silencer 310 ATX power supplies for $49 each, which are the lowest end model. The first two in January, 2005, almost 4 years ago. We are running them in servers with multiple hard drives as well as in workstations. All machines have been running 24 hrs/day 7 days/week since we got them. Every one of them are still working perfectly. The machines are stable and the fans are quite and still working fine in all of them. Prior to these, we had always used cheap power supplies. Usually ones that came with inexpensive cabinets. It was rare to have the fan in one last as long as a year before starting to cease up. I will never buy cheap unknown power supplies again. It always costs far more than the $10 or $20 I save up front. They tend to have bogus specs, unstable power, and fans that almost always start going bad within 6 months or less, causing us to have to disassemble the power supply and replace or oil the fan. The cheap power supply in one of our machines put out such unstable power that it burned up one of the capacitors on the hard drive causing it to crash. We have had such good luck with even pcpowerandcooling's lowest end power supplies, and such bad luck on most other types, that we do not even take a chance on any other brands any more. In response to a couple of the comments by "nameless" on 10/25/05, who was dissatisfied: I suspect he/she has not had much experience with PC power supplies. Molex connectors are almost always tight and a pain in the butt to unplug. So that is not unique to PC P&C supplies. I have found that to be the case with the 4 pin power connectors on just about every power supply I have worked with unless the connector is worn out. Besides, tight connectors are a plus. Loose power connectors are resistive and can get hot and cause unstable power. So far as the cables, we found even these lowest end PC P&C supplies to have ample cable length and number of connectors. We have had no problems reaching every drive in our servers.

I hand-built a gaming box with a 450W PSU with all the bling-bling, but I ended up with confusing spontaneous reboots during periods of even moderate loads. Unrealistic wattage claims aside, it was the amps being delivered on the +12V rail that was inadequate for my rig's gear. The Turbo Cool 510 ATX Deluxe gives me 34 amps on the +12V rail, and I have had NO spontaneous reboots under heavy loads since swapping out the other PSU for this one this past weekend. I was happy with the ordering process -- was notified of a backorder situation immediately and given a choice of cancelling or accepting the wait. I was happy with the shipping time (four days total from CA to GA), the quality of the packaging, and the condition of the product on arrival. Lastly, I am overjoyed that the product fixed the problem I was having. I expect that the next custom gaming box I build will definitely have a PCP&C PSU in it.

I ordered a mid/mini ATX tower w/400 w power supply pricewatch special shipped for just under $22 for an OEM I am building for an acquaintance. Paid for it with a Western Union Money Order, so after 12 day wait it arrived, but with 2 dents on the top of the case. No damage to outsite of box leads me to believe it was shipped that way. My friend paid for a new case, so i reported the damage to co. and UPS and tried to see if it could be expidited since this obviously was not my fault. After initial 2 phone calls, Aaronix stopped answering calls and wouldn't return messages, UPS was a dead end with their "5 business days policy", and we're right up against the 4th of July now. So a good deal looks like it isn't so. Wish I'd have known of this site before I bought from this vendor.BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. MOST OF THEIR SAME BARGAIN CASES CAN BE FOUND AT OTHER, MORE REPUTABLE VENDOR SITES. Their policy is to have someone come and inspect the damage within 5 business days or I can do what I want with the damaged item. They called on the 5th day, said they had tried to call "all day the day before, but got no answer which is impossible because I was home all day long and insisted on coming to inspect the case the following Monday. I had had ENOUGH! I said NO MORE! "YOU come today which is the 5th day or you are SOL," I told them. I had been played around with enough, lied to enough, lied about enough, and generally PISSED OFF too much to take it any more. The rep then said, "Fine, you just keep the case." I didn't care about a damaged case; I wanted an undamaged one TEN DAYS AGO. Didn't anyony get it? I finally got one today with a "$5 courtesy upgrade power supply." Good thing it didn't say something like "Sparkomatic" (just kidding). Maybe this wasn't all Aaronix's fault,but they could have rectified the situation much better than just sitting back and letting UPS handle it like a one-armed wallpaper-hanger!!!

I have to say I've bought from Aaronix 5 different times now and I'm never unhappy. The shipments always go out same day or next day, and they always ship via the method I paid for. THANK YOU! It's amazing that other companies cant seem to get things right. a LOT of the pricewatch sellers are on here with unanswered bad reviews out the wazzoo, but not Aaronix. It's a refreshing change that they actually take the time to reply to their unsatisfied reviews. That's what I consider service after the sale! It's a real shame more companies dont treat their customers like they do. A real shame. Anyone that is in the market for cases, I always point them to Aaronix. I sincerely hope they get filthy stinking rich so they'll always be around for me to order from. :) For you couple of people that are having trouble with your order, two things: 1. Email them. 2. Dont place an order unless you want the item. 3. If you have a bad item, and it happens, all these things are mass produced, email them at least within the same MONTH to let them know!

I ordered some boots from Mason Easy Pay (same company, Mason Companies, Inc.). I specified 2 day shipping and was charged $16.95 for it. 2 business days later the status changed from checking credit to "shipping in process". The item wasn't shipped for another 6 days after that. I told them I wanted a refund for the express shipping and they said no, they had to do a credit check first. This was after I explained to them that the credit check status changed to shipping a week earlier. They repeated this twice. Supposedly they're sending me a shipping label to return the boots (they actually decided to lose the sale entirely instead of admitting their mistake and refunding the $16.95 lol). This whole thing was handled by them like morons and I'd hate to imagine how they handle their credit accounts if they can't even ship something properly. I twice attempted to purchase a pair of shoes from B.A.Mason, first through their Amazon portal dba ShoeMall, then directly via their B.A.Mason website. Each time was I sent the wrong item. After the first sale I sought to replace the wrong shoes with the correct ones, but a remarkably unpleasant customer service woman---she actually hung up on me, and I was only reacting to her hostility---made any further business untenable. Thinking that I might fare better if I dealt with B.A.Mason directly and not their online ShoeMall, I repeated my order on Mason's website. And still they sent the wrong item! I can recognize 'coincidence', and i doubt this was it. My earlier experience and subsequent criticism (polite) was rewarded, it would seem, with an act of spite. Making matters worse, an email of complaint following the second botched shipment garnered me no apology whatsoever---just a blunt statement to "send the item back within 120 days." Nice.

This is my second Samsung Television I have purchased "online" The first was 8 years ago and that TV is still working no problems. So I decided to go direct again and cut out the retail store mark-ups. When I initially placed my order, I had misread the type of television and would have wound up with one made for another country. ALFRED GREENE immediately called me moments later, explained and helped me re-work my order until it was correct and I was happy. He assured me I "would not have to buy another television for the next 8 years" lol. Once the TV arrived (a very long wait for FREE option- about 4.5-5 weeks) and was tested by the shipping company, I contacted Alfred to make sure I also received our 2-year extended warranty. He had already taken care of everything. He had even registered our product with Samsung already! The TV arrived in perfect packaging and was beautiful as expected. However, we have been working with Samsung Tech Repair because it spontaneously turns on and off even after trying all the troubleshooting solutions. Samsung is working with us to find a solution to it. This is no reflection on Nice Electronics or Alfred. It's an issue with Samsung but bears mentioning. Otherwise the experience has been excellent. Alfred did a great job on following up and their customer service with Mack for the warranty is also excellent. I suggest you also get the extended warranty for peace of mind. Great company. I looked at several other "online" Samsung resellers and based on ratings/ pricing went with Nice Electronics & am so glad I did!!!! My husband gave me tons of brownie points for our gorgeous and well-priced new big screen. Thanks Alfred & Victor!!

Last month I ordered Stereo cables, stereo extensions cables and a bunch of ethernet cables ranging from 1' to 25' The order arrived in a few days and when I opened the box, 2 of my cables missing: the big 25' ethernet and a stereo extension. I called up the phone number listed on the website: (252) 232-1300. Immediately a woman picked up the phone and I explained my situation. She had no way of knowing if I was telling the truth or just trying to get some free cables. However she took my order and told me they would send out the missing cables immediately!! Within 2 days, less than 48 hours after I had called, the replacement cables were sent out to me--overnighted to me at no charge. I have used cablesnmor for years, mainly because of the low prices--but this level of customer service just bowled me over. I was truly impressed how responsive they were to my concern and how quickly they rectified the situation, especially considering that their prices are lower than just about everyone else. If you need to get any sort of cables-seriously consider cablesnmor.com. Awesome staff. Finally let me state that I am in no way connected to Cablesnmor. I had to sign up for this resellerratings thing just to post this. I feel very strongly that would a company does good they should get applauded just as they should be slammed when they do bad.

5 days after placing an order for a telephoto lens we needed for our upcoming trip, Cameta Camera cancelled my order without informing me. After chasing them, they replied that my credit card did not process. That is a lie, as I would have received a fraud alert from Amex. I called them and spoke with a rude customer service agent, and a rude supervisor. I offered to verify the credit card information over the phone, which they refused. They kept repeating that the only action I can take is place another order online - apparently to wait another 5 days for them to cancel the order! Truth is likely that they cancelled my order because they couldn't or did not want to fulfill it. And instead of honestly informing me promptly, they made me waste 5 days and then lied to me! They are Scam Artists - Do Not Order From Cameta Camera!

I have purchased computer components from this company in the past and never had a problem. This week I began looking for a system for someone wanting to upgrade. As I suspected, Computer Craft, had the best prices by far. Before I ordered off their website, I read some of the comments here and almost got scared away, but in the end I decided I would give them a chance. One of the main reasons (besides price) that I chose to purchase from them is because they are local to me. Hence, no shipping and handling! Still after reading everything here, I was half expecting problems. I placed my order, from their website, for a custom made system at about 10am Tuesday. This system will be primarily a lightly used office machine, so I went with the All In One MB (I know they have a bad rep, but like I said, this machine will be used lightly) and and AMD Duron 1ghz chip. I didn't have a credit card handy, so I dropped off payment at their offices a few hours later. The lady there (Elena I believe), checked out my order and collected payment. She asked me if I wanted it the next morning, or the next afternoon at 4PM. I chose to pick it up at 4pm the next day. I was a little surpised that it was going to be available that soon. I actually expected to wait 48-72 hours. So, so far everything was looking good. I arrived the next day at about 3:30pm. The same lady was at the counter and recognized me as I walked in. She turned around, stepped into the back for a second and came back out with my completed system, nicely boxed. Now the real test. I headed to the person's house who the system was for and began setting it up. Everything went without a hitch. The system booted into the WIN98 SE registration screen. Since the system didn't come with an OS, I fully expected to have to install WIN98 from scratch. I was happy to find that it was already there, all I had to do was enter my registration number. So far everything is working great, and I am pleased with my experience with Computer Craft and will use them in the future.

I just got spammed by these characters which takes some nerve considering that they kept hedging and delaying sending my order which was my Mother's Xmas gift. Because of the callous method in which this company treated my order, I was forced to scramble for parts on Xmas eve. Secondly, I had to file a grievance with American Express about them as well as with WebAssured. AT NO TIME did I ever give Computer Craft, doing business via the URL www.ccraft.com permission to further market me. The infuriating thing? They never so much as apologized for messing up my Xmas gift and now they send this spam 18 months later...unsolicited? When I read it, I got so infuriated about it that I felt the need to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They treat customers and their orders horribly. But I guess one can make that assessment based on the other experiences shown here.

I ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ5 online and received an email requesting me to call and confirm my order the next day. When I called, the salesman went to work at convincing me to buy add-on accessories, which skyrocketed the price of my camera. After I got off the phone, I realized I'd just spent over $400 for a camera (and accessories) listed online for $272! I also noted when I went to the web site that the price had come down slightly from the day before. After literally dozens of attempts to contact the salesman, he put me on hold for 10 minutes. When I told him I wanted to change the order, he was very resistant and pointed out what a great deal it was...and wouldn't change the order. He said my only alternative was to cancel the order, even though it had not shipped, and that I could not place an order with them for another 30 days. Fine with me!

We called 12/26/2008 because we received an email asking us to call in after placing an order 12/24/2008. We attempted to order a JVC EVERIO HD6 Video Camera. I had relatives visiting us here in the United States who were from out of country. Broadway Video advised us when we called that they did not accept overseas credit cards so I called in to use my USA card. As soon as they had my USA credit card information, the bait and switch started. I am quoting the sales rep "Oh, I have the EXACT same camera, you will love it..but you need the 2 hour, 4 hour or 6 hour battery. The battery the camera comes with is only good for 20 minutes". A HUGE RED FLAG appeared in front of my face. So we decided to get the 2 hour battery for only $69.00 more. Classic bait and switch. So I asked...is there anything else we might need? "Yes, you will also need the special battery charger for the 2 hour battery". You mean I can't charge the 2 hour battery with the camera? No, you cannot. You need the separate charger. Another $69.00, a special price if you take it with this order. That did it for me. This is bait and switch. We found the lowest price for this camera by using Pricewatch. And the danger in using Pricewatch is that all too often the lowest price is manipulated by the vendors in order to receive the highest ranking in a category. I terminated the transaction by clearly saying, rather loudly... "CANCEL THE ORDER"...."DID YOU HEAR ME... I SAID CANCEL THIS ORDER". The operator on the other end of the phone (classic New Yawk accent) "I heard ya the first time, cancel the order". If you buy from this store after reading this review you really do deserve what you get.

When it did come in, there was no numbers that matched up with any reference numbers I had from Iomega so I couldn't tell which drive this one that came in was for. Now I have to play vendor tag to find out where the second drive is.

i purchased an item sony xl2000 lamp from electrified discounters on ebay. it was describeed as a brand new,unused,unopened,undamaged item brand sony. i tried it and worked perfectly so i thought. grandkids were off on a snow day had the tv on for about 3 to 4 hrs. when a burning plastic smell emitted from tv and picture went out. i evacuated children from room. emailed electrified stated their lamp blew in tv they immediately offered a refund if i returned the lamp. i explained lamp burned and fused in the tv. customer service said to obtain an estimate and cause of lamp problem and they would evaluate and see what they can do. i submitted an estimate from a factory authorized sony dealer for $751.00 for removal of a lamp that blew in tv this lamp was not a sony as described but an e series which they substituted. these lamps as explained by sony are not built and are not same voltage and can blowup in tv. tried several times to reach electrified and no return calls. i will ride to hamden conn. for a small business claim. i will also contact the bbb. If you would like futher complaints look at "google" forum for thsi company.

If I could give them a zero I would. Back in July, I ordered two pairs of really cute looking shoes. I was not sure what size to order, so I contacted the company to assist with the order (as the website suggested if one did not know how to use their sizing chart). I wear a women's size 7 1/2 wide. I was told to order a size 8 and told that if they did not fit, I could exchange them or get a refund. I come to find out, they don't even actually use those sizes. I got shoes that were their size 40. they were an inch too big. I wrote to the company and even sent them a picture of my foot next to a tape measure (with both inches and centimeters). I asked about exchanging the shoes and was told that I could chance sending then back to China, but there was no way to gaurentee they would arrive. I was advised they would send me the two pairs shoes again, one for free but, I would need to pay for one. The shoes were really cute, so I was willing to try again. Based on the picture they told me to get a size 5. I thought that was too much of a difference, so I asked to make it a 6 too be safe. I got the shoes and guess what, they are too small. My toes are smashed against the front of the shoe. I wrote back and explained my dissatisfaction and was told that they made their recommendations based on the wrong information I provided, so they were not going to honor my request for proper shoes to be sent (Size 7- or 38, or 39...whatever would work.) On September 26th I wrote back that a picture of my foot could not be wrong and they should have known their product to be able to figure out what size would have been right. I have never received a response. So, I have 4 pairs of shoes that I cannot wear and spent $100. They totally ripped me off!!!!

I ordered Casio watch on 8/20 for $12.99 + $7.95 shipping. They told me it was backordered until 9/01, but in the mean time shipped me a completely different watch, it was not even listed on the igadget website. My order still showed as backordered in my order status. I emailed saying they sent me the wrong item, they responded saying to send it back and they would credit me for the return shipping. They received the the return and told me they were looking for the correct item to fill the order. After many emails (over three weeks) telling them to credit me for the total, including the return shipping to send back the incorrect item they sent. They never did find the correct watch and after 4 weeks igadget credited me $12.99 saying they never credit shipping or return shipping even when send an incorrect item.

I have been a pretty consistent Future Shop customer for a number of years now and have bought several high priced and low priced items. It has always been clear to me that the customer service at Future Shop is almost non-existent so when I shop there I try to avoid interaction with an sales associate. I recently was forced to deal with the operations manager and customer service manager at a Future Shop location and after which I am confident to say that it was the WORST experience I have ever had in a retail environment. There is no doubt that I will never purchase from Future Shop again, and if you value customer service and not being treated like your only as good as the money you have then I'd advise you refrain from shopping there too.

I submitted an order for a CD rack on December 31, one day before a free shipping offer was due to end. The free shipping was very enticing and without it I probably would not have placed the order. I immediately received an email confirming my order, but after one week I had heard nothing further, so I emailed an inquiry. I got this semi-literate reply: "Generally we do ship orders out very fast . Due to the Holiday's and being closed last week due to inventory put us behinde schuled. Your order should ship by this Friday . Monday at the latest we are very sorry for the delay in getting your order out. Thanks, Heather". A few days later, I was again told that my order would ship on Monday 14 January. In fact, the order didn't ship until Wednesday 16 January, which I learned from a Fedex email. I consider 16 days an excessive amount of time between order and shipping, unless there are very good reasons, in which case I expect to be kept informed. Boltz's customer service was very unprofessional in this respect. That said, my order arrived in only three days and the rack proved to be of high quality. The only complaint I have about the rack itself is that the threads on the ends of the rods were not all cut cleanly, so that the nuts went onto some rods farther than onto others, thus making it harder to keep the spacing even between the side panels. My other, minor, complaint is that the instructions were packed wrapped around the nuts and other hardware, which resulted in their near shredding. An extra rod and extra nuts and bolts were included, which was generous, although perhaps a bit wasteful. The same goes for the full-sized wrench included. In sum, although I'm satisfied with the CD rack and the free shipping, my overall opinion of Boltz is mixed due to the poor customer service I received. In fairness, I get the feeling that Boltz is a small company with its focus on manufacturing good products rather than providing good customer service. Nevertheless, no company conducting business online can afford to provide poor customer service--at least not for long.

I purchased a steel bedframe from Boltz. The quality of the item matched my expectations for a $1,099 item. At the time I place my order, Boltz collected a $93.14 shipping charge, and the item arrived about three weeks later. Thirty-days after that, the carrier sent me a bill for $98.00 because Boltz undercharged the shipping fee. The carrier (FedEx freight) stated this is a common trick. Buyer beware.

I'm even more annoyed at the (lack of) service I got from Disney's online store now that I see extremely slow shipping is pretty much the norm. I ordered a gift for my friend a little more than a week before his birthday on a Saturday. By Wednesday when I still hadn't gotten a shipping notification I called CS and was on hold for 15 minutes before I had to give up waiting because I had to go to class, so instead I sent an email asking to completely cancel my order and 4 hours later had received no response. I called CS again and told them I wanted to order cancelled immediately but was told they could only REQUEST to cancel it and it was not guaranteed. If I returned the item I could be refunded the price of the item but THEY WOULDN'T REFUND THE SHIPPING. I told them in that case I would literally be giving them money for nothing and demanded that they cancel the order. I had to be transferred to the supervisor who then had to get in contact with the distribution center to ensure that my order would be cancelled. I was getting really annoyed how when I said what upset me so much was that the confirmation email I had received said it would ship "within 2 days" but they were acting like I was being unreasonable for being upset that after 3 business days I had received no notification. The supervisor claimed they had a "huge delay on shipping" but that my gift would still have arrived 7-9 calendar days after my order and it says that on the website. She said that the estimated date of arrival had I not cancelled the order would have been March 8. I ordered it February 25. That is not "7-9 calendar days" but she would not listen to me. I absolutely refused to accept a gift card from them and let them know I would never be using the online Disney store again. For comparison, at the very same time I placed this order I ordered a pair of shoes from a shoe retailer. They arrived while I was on the phone arguing with this customer service rep about why my Disney order had not even shipped yet.

I made my order on 9-22-11. It was a Friday so I figured nothing would happen until Monday or Tuesday. I put in all the necessary information. My address, Phone Number, Card type, Card Number, and Security Code. I ordered two items. So it should be an easy order. I even got a confirmation e-mail. I was a bit confused because the confirmation e-mail had a total for a dollar less than the print out of the confirmation page after making my order. The tax was different. 5 days from my order date I noticed it still has not been shipped. So i'm like what the heck? I've been checking the status every day with no change. I go to the site and check one more time and I see a notification at the top stating that they could not obtain the status of my order from the warehouse system. The money had also still not yet shown up on my bank statement. So I decide to send CS an e-mail. I let them know what happened and gave them my order number and name. The next day I get an e-mail and it says they were not able to authorize my credit card and to call and talk to CS because of course e mail isn't a secure way to give Credit Card information. I'm already irritated because their website sucks and has a lot of glitches. I gave them plenty of information when I purchased the order that they could have authorized the card. What more do they want? My SSN? First born child? And why did it take me to notice 5 days later that something was wrong. If it was a credit card issue they could have e-mailed me or even called my on the phone number I gave them when I signed up. My order probably would have just sat in limbo forever until I called. Or been canceled from being inactive for so long. So anyways I call later that day. It didnt take too long to get a rep. He was polite and didnt rush me. Which was good. But its like he could never understand what I was saying. I had to give him my order number 5 times! Because he kept messing it up. I had to give him my last name 3 times because he kept mixing up the letters. Seriously guy? So I told him about my credit card situation and he just said ok lets see what we can do here. He asked for my name and address. He needed my card number. And the last thing he needed was the 1-800 number on the back of my card. Why would that help with anything???? Plus aside from the 1-800 number that's ll the info I gave when I made my account and order. Why do I need to tell them again? Once he verified my information he said he activated and pushed through my order. The next day the charge showed up on my bank account. So that's a relief. However it's been almost two days and it still says the order hasn't been shipped. But judging by what other people have been saying it will probably take another two days to ship. You know you just really expect more from a company like Disney. Both their website and iphone app are not very well made. I'm still baffled as to how they couldn't verify my card with all the info I gave them. I swear the order better be correct when I get it. *Update* My order shipped on September 30, 2011 and I received it on October 5,2011. I checked the package and both items where in it and in perfect condition. However I found the sweatshirt I ordered to be too big. I used the size charts on their site mind you to choose the size to order. But this thing fit like a dress on me. So I fill out the return/exchange slip Listing the item number color size quantity etc. of the item I had and of the new item I want. Again I listed the item number and the new SIZE a big L instead of an XL I wanted etc. for the exchange item. I pack it all up in the original box pay for the shipping, which by the way if you choose ground shipping like I did because anything after that was way unaffordable, don't expect your new item for almost month or more depending on where you live. I ship it out on 10-11-11 It takes almost a week to get there which I guess is normal for ground shipping. And it arrives to them on 10-17-11 However It took them 3 weeks! to process and send me back one sweatshirt! are you kidding me?! it took them 2 weeks to grab a different size sweatshirt and a week to mail it back? I didnt receive my order until 11-04-11 and here is the kicker. The sent me back the same size! a size XL! What the heck?! Seriously?! Not only that but they caused me to go negative in my bank account because instead of keeping the money and just sending me a new sweatshirt they refunded the money to my account and a few days later when they shipped it they took the money out again. Not knowing that they do things this way I wasn't checking my bank account waiting for them to do this. So of course I spent the money with out even knowing it. Luckily I had some in another account I could transfer over to avoid overdraft fees. So I'm pretty livid at this point. I had already talked to guest services on the phone about my bank account so I did not feel like speaking to anyone. I sent an e-mail instead regarding the size. I gave them all the information they needed and asked am I really going to have to pay shipping again when this time its was their mistake? When they e mailed me back they basically say we reviewed the order and the size XL has a different item number than the size L.......oh my gosh I'm about to explode. Ok I can accept the fact that some companies may do this with their sizes. Even though most places I've shopped with have the same item number no matter what the size. But I clearly wrote a big "L" in the box labeled "Size" in the exchange column. So regardless of whether I got the item number wrong which I'm sure I'm not the first customer to do so, they should have clearly seen I wanted a large and not an extra large. Why the hell would I want to exchange it for the exact same size and waste my time and money?!!!! So now I'm at the point where I am debating. Should I call and complain and demand they cover my shipping for their screw up and have them tell me I should have put the right item number? Or should I just bite the bullet and pay another $7 and something cents for shipping making that a total of over $14 for shipping and waiting another month for them to send me a size I'm still not sure would fit? Or should I just send it back and get a refund? Needless to say this was my first and most likely my last time I will ever shop with them. DisneyStore.com you really are the worst. And I hope things change or your going to lose a lot more customers and create a bad image for Disney.

I ordered two cold cathodes on one inverter, one blue and one black (UV). However, AZZO sent me two blue lights. After I asked them about it, they quickly responded and sent me a black light tube. I offered to send back the extra blue tube but they let me keep it! So I ended up with a free blue cold cathode. Excellent service and highly recommended.

I ordered an m0 stepping P4 2.4c processor from them and had some trouble with their cart and it didn't send my credit card data into them. After 3 days of no response, I went to their website and fired off a query on my order to them. Within 2 hours I had a nice reply from Larry with Azzo telling me that for some reason my cc info wasn't with the order and he would gladly take the info and process my order. I emailed back the info needed and he promptly shipped my processor out the same day. This is the third time I've dealt with Azzo and all 3 times have been a good experience. I was really impressed with the prompt response to my query on my order and Larry worked with me to expedite my order, since I was going to work for 2 weeks in a remote location the next day. Their prices aren't the lowest, but they are a good place to go if you are looking for a particular stepping for a cpu and they don't rip you off on shipping charges either. I would definitely buy from Azzo again.

Ordered two "AMD Barebones" systems on Thursday, January 16th. The order wasn't completely processed until Monday, January 27th. But received the two boxes (well packaged!) on Friday, January 31st. Both systems were exactly what I ordered, and I have had no problems with any of the hardware (yet!). Only problem with SMK is the long time it took to process my order.

The absence of the $10 "processing fee" to HI/AK orders would have make the overall experience downright enjoyable. Regardless, item ordered (Asus A7V333) arrived on time and in good condition and the included invoice was detailed and informative :o)

I don't know what happened to their rating, but they deserve the straight 10, everytime I order from them, they ship the next day, and I get it 2 days later. One time, (out of 4 purchases) I ordered on a Wednesday, and I took USPS for 5.99 and got it on Saturday :D I was skeptical of USPS, because all the other times I used USPS it wasn't as fast as UPS or FedEx, but it was a pleasant surprise.

I received my laptop with broken keyboard they took 7 weeks to fix it. Then in few weeks again some other problem arised my laptop wouldnt boot this time they took 9 weeks to fix and to my surprise they took away my DVD writer and replaced it with CD writer and when i called tech support the guy was very very rude and hung up on me. Now they do not want to do anything. I feel cheated and they are thieves.

I order a GeForce 4200 128MB ViVo which was the cheapest price anywhere even on pricewatch. Placed my order on Friday the 25th and received it on Tuesday the 29th. Not bad shipped the same day, arrived in 2 days (not counting the weekend). Great prices and fast shipment. I highly recommend them and will buy from again in the future.

HighSpeed PC's web storefront is a little bit different because, for the most part, they only take orders on items currently is stock, and there is no way to review recent or past orders. The company was very responsive to my emailed questions about products I was interested in, how I could install them, and the status of my order. They told me reliable dates for when they would have products in stock (a convection radiator I wanted to order), and when my order would be shipped (a water cooling kit that is one of the items they allow pre-orders on when not in stock). They were serious enough about providing email help that, when I emailed some questions after I received some products, they were able to guess I planned to use one (an x800 AGP graphics card water cooler) with an incompatible product (the pci-e x800 version). They saved me some hassle by telling me about the incompatibility and then helping me return the water cooler and get one that would work better for my application. So, if you are looking for a company that will go the extra mile to help you get what you need, this is one.

In June of 2011 I purchased 2 120mm fans from their website. The very next day I received an e-mail from the company ststing they were out of the fans and they offered a similar fan instead or a refund. I asked for the refund and it was sent back to me immediatly. I mentioned that I was also looking for a certain heatsink and the gentleman at Heatsink factory was able to give me the info on that product. I did end up buying the heatsink at the companys other website - Frozen CPU - . That item was sent out right away and arrived in excellent condition. The buying experience with this company and the sister company Frozen CPU were excellent and I would have no reservations about buyng from either of them again.

I placed my order of a tube of IC Diamond thermal compound with Heatsink Factory on November 22nd, and I received the item on November 28, which is pretty fast shipping, especially when you realize that there's a Thanksgiving holiday sandwiched in there. The Heatsink Factory was very responsive through e-mails and notifications. Overall, I would definitely buy from this company again. It was a lovely experience. =)

The Microsoft Optical Trackball arrived 1 week after ordering. Appears new, opened pachaging complete with instructions & disc. No inclosed invoice, tho. Addendum: August 21, 2005 ALAS ! The Trackball did NOT function either with my new computer or with an older one that is using my old MS optical trackball. Despite several Emails to Compuvisor reporting the malfunctioning trackball, I have received no replies at all! >>>>> "Dear Compuvisor, On July 28 I wrote you the following regarding the MS Trackball Optical that never worked: On July 14, 2005 I purchased from you a Microsoft Optical Trackball (D67-00001) for total of $28.31. It arrived a week later in fine shape, but when I tried to install it into my new computer yesterday, the cursor failed to move at all altho come of the buttons responded. I believe I installed the Intellipoint 4.1 correctly. Please advise/remit puchase price. I have not heard from you. My order number was xxxxx. I tried using the Trackball in two different computers with the same SAD result, even tho my old, still working MS Trackball Optical functions well in each of these systems. Please send me a functioning unit or remit the purchase price."

I ordered a digital camera and received a phone call the following morning asking for the 3 digit security code on my credit card and just like the other reviews to push additional sales of accessories. This was the most annoying part of the purchase. He said I should purchase a card reader so I could download images faster and save on battery power. The download through the camera takes seconds. He exagerated that to 15 minutes. The special was for $49 instead of the usual $59 and a quick online search found one for $32 but I know I don't need one. He also said that it takes 5 hours to charge the battery. It takes two hours and says so in the instructions, so I don't think I need a spare battery. I declined all the extras and did receive the camera by Fedex 2nd day. The camera is new in the box and just great. If you do your research ahead of time, you can get a good deal, but you do have to deal with the phone call. For $14 more, the same camera was available at NewEgg.

Ordered the Minolta Dimage Z1 on Wedsnday, received it on Friday. Called twice before purchase, the phone staff was neither friendly nor rude, very acceptable, were to be a little pushy about purchasing accessories after I asked about extended warranty. That was slightly annoying, especially since I had already decided to buy the warranty if it was offered at a reasonable price. They stopped bugging me (both times) when I told them I wasn't interested in anything but the warranty. So far, the camera works flawlessly, the shipment arrived on time, and in perfect condition. After reading some of the other reviews about them, I was a little worried, but after this experience, I would most likely buy from them again.

BIG PROBLEM for Best Buy customers, If you go Christmas shopping in early December, nothing you purchase will be returnable after the gift is opened on Christmas day because of a 14 day return policy which is UNHEARD of in the retail industry. Your stuck with it. They did it that way intentionally and they will enjoy telling you that you cant bring it back.

Recently had an order for a steel book DVD pack that was delivered damaged. To begin with, its a nightmare to contact customer service. Their hotline is either automated and hangs up on you or, you deal with someone who doesn't want to be bothered. If you live chat, you can randomly get disconnected at any time. Whatever the case, I was able to speak with an agent that mentioned returning the DVD for an exchange. Okay, so the order gets back to them. A couple days and nothing. Now another agent admits they have the item back and there's no way to supply another. Really? What was the point of pre-ordering and dealing with the games then? Don't appreciate being lied to...

I placed an order for an HP Laserjet P2015 Printer on 1/17/07. They showed the printer was in stock at the time I ordered it. I received an order acknowledgement email on 1/17/07. They processed my credit card on 1/18/07. As of 1/31/07 they have NOT shipped the printer nor will they answer their phones, return messages left or answer emails sent. I have ordered from them many times in the past and this is the first time I've ever had a problem. It looks like something has happened to this company as there are my complaints with orders placed in January. All the same complaint, order placed, credit card processed and order NOT shipped. On 1/31/07, I filed a complaint with the Los Angeles Area Better Business Bureau at www.labbb.org.

I think Page Computers is doing a crash and burn. I've ordered from them successfully in the past, but just had the credit card company reverse a $2500 charge for 6 computers. They showed "shipped" but without listing any tracking numbers, therefore, the status was incorrect. They immediately charged for the product. I was never able to make voice contact or get an email reply. My only recourse was to submit a claim with the credit card company. For those who get shipments, consider yourself lucky (they were good and fast in the past). If you don't get your shipment, you may need to turn to your credit card company, and if this keeps happening, their accounts will surely get suspended, and down they go.

The batteries and charger that I received worked fine for the first year, but then the batteries accepted less and less of a charge. This company states a ‘lifetime guarantee’ policy on all product that are sold. I have contacted them eight times to get further instruction on an exchange and they do not respond to email or voice mail. Do not do business with this company if you desire good customer service.
