I don’t normally write reviews but having had such a poor experience with a Hoover/Candy Product and then again with their customer services I felt it important that other people understand what an awful company they are to deal with so you can take this into consideration when choosing white goods. I purchased a HFF195WWWK FRIDGE FREEZER in 2019 after precisely 54 weeks the Freezer failed and so I called to look at getting it fixed. ON contacting Hoover/Candy I was given 2 options because it was out of warranty a one off payment of over £130+ or a payment plan of £15.99/month for 12 months (£192) to give a years’ worth of cover for faults and future callouts, I took the latter. When the engineer finally arrived, he clearly knew the fault as he brought the replacement part in his bag prior to even setting foot on the premises. When asked about this it transpires that this is a well-known fault with a bad batch of fans having early life failure. I challenged Hoover/Candy with a complaint regarding the product being clearly sub-standard. I waited 10 days for a response and got nothing. On escalation to the CEO I had a response in under 10 mins. Hoover considered that a failure of a £400 Fridge Freezer in 54 weeks was perfectly acceptable and refused to cancel the repair agreement or even contribute. Here is the extract from there response Whilst it is regrettable that your appliance has failed, and required an engineer visit, we cannot agree to your interpretation, ‘not fit for purpose’. According to our records the appliance has functioned perfectly well until this time. It is still possible for any appliance to experience a component failure, and in line with all other manufactures, HooverCandy ensure the appropriate guarantees are given to the user to protect them from possible repairs. Having worked my self in a manufacturing environment myself for a number of years I can definitely confirm other manufacturers would have taken a much more positive customer attitude to this type of failure. Every other White Goods product I have purchase dover the last 30 years (none of them being Hoover/Candy) have lasted a minimum of 5 years most lasting 10 or more. I will let you make your own minds up about Hoover/Candy but if I could give a 0-star review for this company I would. My recommendations would be as follows - Avoid the product HFF195WWWK or any of its derivatives as it has weak components - I would not consider buying any Future Hoover/Candy White Goods products based on this experience and the attitude/responsiveness of their customer services

Bought the 9kg internal washer and it works really well. Front panel a bit loose on installation and they send a repair man out to assess promptly , ordered spares and back the next week top install. Friendly technician (Bob) who installed and tested while I was there.

Landmark Modular is Landmark Lofts, by another name. At the end of last year Land Lofts (as part of the Landmark Group) took £35,000 as a deposit and 2nd payment for a modular off site built loft. Landmark Group logistics then miscalculated the size of the module and were unable to deliver it. It sat with the haulier (who wouldn’t release it due to non payment from Landmark Lofts) whilst we were left with water pouring through are house, as they had removed the original roof. They promptly told us they’d ‘ceased trading’ and couldn’t help us further without more money! We weren’t even sure who the money would go to as they’d ‘ceased trading’. Landmark Lofts was supposed to go into administration last year, but they have failed to file (perhaps to avoid criminal investigation) and so although ceased trading are still officially active. I placed an order on June 12 and it did not ship out until June 22. How can it possibly take them 10 DAYS to process an order for just 4 boxes of basic, common brand, low prescription level contacts. I chose the free shipping, which is supposed to take another 7-10 postal days on top of that, but had only initially chosen that thinking the company would be capable of shipping the order in a reasonable amount of time. I should have just paid the extra few dollars to go with their competitor.

I had a problem with 2 different contact lenses being painful to my eye right out of the box. I called expecting there to be a hassle to replace them, but the lady I talked to was very friendly and when I explained the problem said she would send out replacements right away. This is the best customer service I have received from any company in a long time.

I ordered the backpack on November 7th and did not receive it until the 28th. The website declared 2-4 day shipping, so three weeks is hardly an acceptable time frame. Furthermore, though a phone number is listed with business hours, not once was the phone answered in the 10 different times I called. Email customer service was also spotty at best, with just two of my five emails returned. If you can live with all of that, then go for it. The price I got was the cheapest I could find on the internet, and the backpack was in good condition when it arrived. I probably would have gone with a different company had I known 2-4 days would stretch into 21.

The lady associate at jewelry counter in Richmond Hill ON on Yonge St. Was extremely rude! I was trying to return small item today January 16,2020. The item was purchased in Aurora store and ticketed wrong! The price was $28.00. She treated me like I did something wrong and even told me I was annoying! She kept repeating herself over and over again like I was an imbecile. On the other hand the store manager was very helpful and nice and we resolved the problem. I would suggest to Winners to train their employees not to be rude to their customers. I won’t return to this location because of this rude associate.

I visited the Winners store today and they refused me to go inside at 5:42 pm. The current situation is understandable and I patiently offered them that I can wait while the store capacity is full. Once few people are out of the store, I will go inside, no problem. The manager then stated that we are now closed for today and can’t take customers. The closing time was well verified by calling at the store today . At 5:42 pm, she denied a customer to walk in the store that is well before the scheduled store closing time. Why would the store keep that time if they can’t let customers in. I would never go to Winners again. Worst experience ever! Regards Ramy

Purchased battery for camera, arrived a few days later DOA, wouldn't take a charge, was told to send it back. I was credited for purchase, but they deducted 20% "restocking fee" & I had to pay to ship it back. I've never heard of anyone charging a restocking fee for a defective item; what're you going to do, sell it to someone else? "This is our policy" was the answer. Frankly, it's my policy not to do do business with disreputable merchants, so this one's out.

I was looking through utube and pinterest during the covid incarceration here in New York and came across the Lisa Eldridge red lipsticks place an order for two of her lipsticks in April. I realized last week that I had not received so I reached out to the company using their customer service email. I was given the tracking email and pretty much told it was delivered. Placed an order on 11/5/18 and never received my order. Emailed the company several times, received response on 12/10 from a Sophia Santiago stating that it was “in production” and I would eat an email when it’s shipped. I ordered duffle bags, 15 days before I was leaving the country, they said they would arrive within 5-7 days from the date of my purchase. After 8 days, I called the company to find out where my luggage was and informed them that if they didn't let me know soon I would not be able to order from another website because it would be too close to my date of departure. The only lady who could help me was on lunch and they told me they would call me back. No one called me back, I had to call them back, and even after that no one was responsive, they said they put a request in to find out what was going on in the warehouse. I still never heard from them. Two days later, I called them again, at this point, it was too late to order from another website, and I still had no heard from them. They then informed me, only because I had called them, that my order was on back order. I told them that it was too late, they needed to help me, and perhaps give me over night shipping for a different duffle that they did have in stock, they said they needed to have the manager, Ariana, help me with this, and she was out of the office. I waited for her to call me back, she never did. I once again called the company back, at this point, they told me they refunded me without my permission, and there was nothing else they could do, she didn't even apologize. Now 4 days before I leave the country for a year I don't have any luggage, and need to pay double for the same bags locally, when if they would have informed me right away that it was on back order, I could have ordered from a different company. I do not recommend you ever use this company.

I ordered a photo canvas from Deomatters. The photo canvas took 2 and a half months to arrive after I placed the order, and when it did arrive it was scuffed in many places and not properly stretched over the canvas. The ink Decomatters uses rubs off from the photo canvas onto anything it comes into contact with. I complained to Decomatters about this, but they say that is normal for their photo canvases. I have thrown the photo canvas away!

I ordered an overpriced ristra the end of October. I got confirmation of my order on November 4th saying that they were charging my cc, but that there would be a slight delay in shipping the ristra due to having to dry them out! I told them to cancel the order in that case. I didn't hear back from them so gave it a couple of days and then contacted them again via email. I told them to CANCEL THE ORDER! She said that they only needed a few more days and the ristras would be sent. I told her I needed it BEFORE Winter as this was a Fall decoration for the front of my house. I also told her that I could have just driven across the bridge into Portland, OR and bought some there as I saw plenty of them for sale a few days before. She wrote back saying I would definitely receive it shortly and it would be before Winter. I forgot about it for a little while and then on November 20th, contacted them again asking them where the heck my refund was. I KNEW they had not sent the ristras out "in a few days" as I surely would have received them by this time. I received NO ANSWER. Finally, yesterday, December 9, 2013, I emailed them again and told them I was contacting my bank to file for a charge back against them since they collected money on my cc but never sent the merchandise! Wells Fargo was quick to give me my refund and did a charge back. They told me that this company was WAAAY past the date which they were required to get me my merchandise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They also do business as Guacamole's Patio as that is what the name was on my bank statement for this charge. This company needs to be put out of business! God only knows how many people they are fleecing this way! I mean...it took so long that I almost forgot about this until I was clearing out emails for the past few months and ran across it.

I ordered an Intel X18-M 160GB Gen 2 SSD HDD from Linke Computer. I was happy with the great price and timely arrival of my order and had to give them a proper review. First and most importantly, I received the item in a very timely manner and in a well packed shipping box. Second, their website has real-time stock update. Their total number of the above HDD dropped by one after I placed my order. Third, yes, they do need to either fix or implement an auto-notification system for when an order ships. HOWEVER, unlike a previous reviewer, I do not feel this is grounds to give them a one star rating. That user DID receive his item in safe and working condition. Fourth, their shipping information page clearly state how many days orders usually ship. You also need to take into account the time-zone difference of their Hong Kong location. Fifth, I believe Linke Computers either has sister companies or warehouses located around the globe, because my SDD HDD originated from a Canadian warehouse. Overall, I am happy to have given this company a chance to impress me and impressed I am. Having received a genuine item worth half a grand, I say this is a trustworthy online retailer.

Order some thermal pastes from Linke Computer LTD for the first time and was completely unsure at first based on zero feedback here at ResllerRatings. I gave Linke a try because Linke had the product at the lowest price around the web and the ordering process was simple. My order quickly arrived a week later and it appears it came from NCIX (Canada). The one thing that Linke should improve on is cheaper shipping cost when more quantity is ordered. It just appears that when more ordered, the shipping discount seems less. The overall experience was positive and I look forward in making future purchases at Linke Computer LTD.

First submitted a claim against a well known loan company back in July 2018. Bought some weights from SDE online as a seller on amazon. Purchased on the 8th, expected by the 21st. They didn’t come And I even waited 4 days beyond the original delivery date. Every single time I tried to contact them, they would respond with the same copy paste email telling me to wait an additional 2 days. Instead of giving me a full refund, they said a replacement will be sent out to me but they have no track information, therefore anything sent “must be lost”. Personally I don’t think they dispatch anything, because I personally contacted the royal mail via someone I know and the claimed they did not recieve my item with the specified order number. I have recieved three different emails claiming my replacement has been sent and that I should wait - with no indication when it will come. They stated the replacement would come on the 12th, although its the 26th - showing they don’t even read what they’re typing and copy paste a script. At this moment in time they won’t respond or issue me a refund. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs as you won’t receive anything. They blame the royal mail for being slow with the covid outbreak - although it didn’t stop them from bringing other packages via other retailers. Disgusting.

"I ordered 3 items on May 29, 2015. They were all in stock at the time of ordering. It took Amazon 8 days before the order was marked as "shipped". Now, after 12 days, the order still has not arrived, and since tomorrow is Saturday it will take at least until Monday to get the items - that will make it 15 days (or more) altogether.

My first two orders were fine. Then I placed another order after verifying with the manufacturer that the vendor lead time was 7-10 days. After waiting 5 weeks and getting the run around from Black Bear I contacted the manufacturer and they stated there was no way my order was ever placed because they only had a 7 day turnaround time on orders and had no backlog! Black Bear told me that the manufacturer told them they didn't know when the order would be filled which turned out to be a lie. The customer service guy was rude and refused to let me talk to anyone else. He stated he was the only one that talked on the phone there. Said that I could email customer service. I stated that won't obviously get me anywhere, to which he rudely stated that we weren't getting anywhere either. I tracked down the owner of the company and left a voicemail at his home to please call me regarding a 5-week back order. Guess what...... No return call from him either. My guess is that they wait until they have a large amount of products on back order before they actually place the order. That's fine if they were upfront about it. But they are rude, uncaring and liars. I canceled my order and the manufacturer shipped my boat seat to me the very same day!

I ordered a Redfield 4-12X40 riflescope on-line and realized I had ordered the wrong reticle. I couldn't figure out how to change the order, so I used the supplied email address and asked for the change. I received a reply the next day, along with an updated invoice. In just a couple days I received the correct scope along with the other item I ordered. They were well packaged and in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised I got everything so quickly with no hitches after I made a mistake to begin with. BTW, I got both my items at very reasonable prices. Thanks for the great service.

I purchased a small utility trailer from RedTrailers.com and the first thing that happened was they stated the trailers were temporarily out of stock but would be back in stock in a month. This was in April 2014 and it is now October 2014 and I have not heard a word from them. I have sent several emails requesting information and I get a one line response each time. The last one, in August stated the trailers were delivered to the warehouse on September 2 and that I would be contacted when it is ready to ship. A full 6 weeks later I have still had no word. This company does not know how to run a business. Had I been stupid, I would have paid in advance for this trailer hoping that it would be shipped within the month. They sent me an invoice and I told them I would be happy to pay a deposit, and then payment in full whenever the trailer is back in stock. This is the way a reputable company does business. The entire summer has flown without the trailer I needed, and so I will cancel my order and never do business with them again. It is a pure shame that Thule and Easyline has chosen to be affiliated with REDTRAILERS.com Their reputation will certainly suffer now. I would not recommend to anyone to do business with a company that baits and switches, or misrepresents their products, and to me this is what red trailer has done. Their customer service is abysmal! STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT HONESTY and Customer service.

Purchased a mouse pad through braigo on 9/8/11...site looks a little on the low end side but decided to give it a shot...Ordered a 9/8/11 and after a week and a half item still said pending...I eamailed them and 3 days later no response. I emailed them again and finally got a response saying item is out of stock and they would refund my money...Overall i would not deal with them again, they might have lower prices but its not worth the hassle or having to do follow ups.

On April 16, I ordered an mp3 player as a gift. It was the best price I could find online. It immediately showed a status of "pending", and when it stayed that way for several days I contacted them via their website. No response. Then I tried again. No response. Finally the third time I SHOUTED. I got an immediate reply with an apology. They shipped my order the next day. When it didn't show up on time I contacted them again via [email protected]. Got immediate replies, even late at night. Eventually I got my order, as it turned out to be a post office delay. All in all I am pretty happy with Braigo.

I recently ordered My Princess Bride limited Edition swords from Urban Collector and I guarantee you I will be ordering from them again in the future. Not only did they beat the competition on price, but the customer service was thru the roof. There was an issue/delay with the manufacturer that was completely out of Urban Collectors control. Not only did Jeff respond promptly to all of my emails and phone calls, but he was proactive in finding the solution and resolving my issue. I now have my products which are amazing and exactly as described. I also have an appreciation for Urban Collector as they did exactly what they said and more. They have a customer for life. Its tough to find someone to not only keep their word, but to do so without prodding and also to put up with me bothering them (They did so with a smile). There aren't enough Stars for me to rate them here.

I gave example of other banks then she says we are not them but my question is if they answer within 30 minutes then why cant you at least in an hour? When I complained about this she disgraced me by suggesting I am after compensation. What?

Hand on heart go elsewhere ("Minus" - 1,000) Stars * * * * * * * * * * * In my own honest personal opinion of 60 years,What ever you do stay away from this company with the longest bargepole you can find. Banks aren't that great, but this one takes the biscuit and crushes it to oblivion. My wife's account of (4) weeks old from new has just been placed under review (frozen) with £1,230 inside it...(5) transactions in three and half weeks, 440, 900, 900, 22, 840 input and output and we've been SAR'd to the NCA. They hold £800 of my two disabled sons DSS money and £430 birthday money to my wife's 55th year of today, after I sold one of my vintage watch collection and banked the monies in one of their new silly machines. This bank is paranoid, repugnant, sickening and disgusting. Recent conspiracy investigators talk of a cult controlling society, while in my personal opinion or perception this "could" be it. All for the fact I pushed the wrong buttons to the screen and didn't want £10 notes, so I put them back in again. They refuse to parlance about it, none of them are singing from the same hymn sheet, Ive never come across such push me/pull you stories and explanations that are all over the place. I cant wait to talk to my local MP Home Secretary Ms P Patel. I'm well aware of what's going on in this bank locally, my wife used to work for them and is a Barclays "former employee" pension holder. Then there's the review team members working at home operating their control box on rapid fire paranoid SAR blasts. This bank is not superlative, this is not professional, this is a bank with a very bad historical past, trying to cosy up to the government with electronic algorithms that are all over the place. The funny thing is that our money originated with them from 6 years ago via a large bond at 3.75% for 3 years which then hop'd to two other banks before ending up in our Lloyds Bank cheque account. My sons godfather is a retired police officer and a 40 year experienced rolex and omega jeweller, he had a bond that matured with them, when he asked "what product do you have to switch to", the reply he got was "we don't want old money, we're looking for new investors". Be warned "they are the last, to be throwing stones in glass houses". Truly hand on heart in our own honest and personal opinions, stay away from them go elsewhere. Many of them "not all" should be utterly ashamed of themselves.

My credit card has been stolen and the hacker placed order in Plaisio.gr I contacted them and one nice guy in the chat support told me he will forward the message to sales department and they will call me.. I waited for 3 days, no response... Then I call them via phone, and when the sales department spoke with me they refuse to suspend the order and even to listen to me! They said if your visa card is hacked and used in our site we will not suspend the order till we got a call from the bank!! we will not deal with the card owner !!!! Are u kidding me!!! (Despite my explanation that in my country we have holiday for a week, and the bank will take a longer time to respond) I told them I can send a copy of my visa card and even a copy of my passport just suspend the order!! They don't care about the safety of their transaction and their reputation only the care about getting money... not recommended and very very bad experience **Till now they didn't refund my money :(

My first order went perfect would , second order wich should of been delivered in 24 hrs as it was showing in stock online and after 3 days I had herd nothing so I got in contact with the store to inquire what was happening ... Was greeted by the manager gill from the Stanmore store and never in my life have I been treated so rudely and unprofessional by a manager who had just received over $2000 off me paid in full , she explained that because I selected the cheapest of the line it was my fault they weren't there after explaining that I was a single mother of 5 and only purchased them online through bed works because it said it was available for next day delivery she took it upon herself to refund me , wich I then told her that wasn't what I wanted as I was offered to upgrade to something she had in stock at my expense I didn't even get 6he chance to say if that's what I wanted she then continued to reply rude message back to me telling me it would be in my account already if not 24hrs at the most , I then phoned the green acre store to try and explain that I didn't want the refund and wasn't sure it would even be refunded as the name of the order was not the same as the name on the account where it was being refunded to , Dean was nice and understanding, told me he would get back to me and he did within minutes , gave me a phone number and said for me to call it that Gill is expecting my call and she would appolagise for being rude and that she will do the refund again to the right account and when I did she was rude pretended she didn't know who I was told me to taking to fair trading and hung up .... 28hours layer surprise surprise still no refund no product and Gill is still rude about it when I called her today to ask why I still don't have the money she said it's my problem to chase it up with the bank and hung up on again . All I want to know is where my money is , it took all of seconds for you to take my money and now it's taking days and no one will give me a answer

There are gaps on each corner of the bed frame that fit the whole foot of children or toddler, which can be a hazard, even after we put the mattress in. Photos attached. Also the bed frame creaks now and then from just occasional turning. I wonder if I order the frame that is flushed with mattress whether its still have gaps in the corner as well or not. If only I live around bedworks store I would have go to the store to have a look first before ordering. Also the colour is hard to predict because it comes totally different from what I predict and turns out very different to my bedroom furniture.

I ordered two camera's One Nikon kit, and One Cannon EOS kit. I got a confirmation call and I called them back. The guy to me was rude, wanted me to pay an additional $440.00 for batteries and chargers. New cameras usually come with batterys. I paid a total of $673.00, waited the sevan to ten days and nothing came. The phone number is 866-296-6641. Customer service is [email protected] . Did not get any responses to my emials at all. The cameras did not come. They are on back order, and I did not back order anything. I want my money back. I had a sence that something was wrong. Especially since there is no psysical address for Save rite Photo. I hope these guys get caught and have to pay back every cent they soled off of people. Thanks for posting. Paul-Ohio.

I ordered a Canon VIXIA HV40 High Definition Camcorder for $599.99. I called to find out the shipping and was told it was on back order but they could ship the same camera WITH the battery and charger for an additional $250.00!! I felt this was a major bait and switch. I ended up ordering from Circuit City -- same camera with the both battery and charger for $575.00.

Ordered wiper blades for my 2018 BMW X2 xDrive28i. Wipers arrived within a few days. However, they are not the correct wipers for a BMW X2. They were close. Maybe they fit an X1 or and X3, or maybe a 2019 X2. But they don't fit a 2018 BMW X2. I reached out to Car Parts Discount and was told that, even thought they shipped an incorrect item, I am responsible for the shipping cost to send them back. This cost will make up more than 50% of the price of the wipers. Not real happy about this.

I recently had a wrong part shipped to me which can sometimes happen with any company, on-line or over the counter. When I contacted Car Parts Discount they jumped right on it and provided on-going updates until the new part was promptly shipped and received. They even worked directly with my mechanic to help identify the correct part. Then when I inquired about receiving my core charge, I received an email and even a phone call updating me with the status. What matters most to me is how a business handles a problem when one does happen to pop up. Good customer service and from people who you can clearly understand seems to be a rare find these days but this is exactly what I received from Car Parts Discount. Even my mechanic was impressed with their service. I have already recommend this company to some of my friends and would do so to anyone who asks.

I cancelled my ticket on 5th August and I was told it would take up to 15 days to refund the money and I am still waiting. It was a flight from Doha to Perth return so not a small amount of money. I wouldn’t advise anyone to use aerobilet. The tickets may be cheap but The customer service is so bad.

I wanted to try something new, so I ordered a 24" by 16" canvass print of daughters. I found posterXXL online and saw that the prices seemed to be good compared to others. I looked online and found good reviews for the UK version of the same company, but could not find too much about US side. But I gave it a shot and I am pleased with the picture quality and the canvass quality. They emailed me an order confirmation and then about 4 workdays later they emailed my tracking number via UPS. I am happy with my order and if I was in need of other prints in forms of a poster print or a canvass print, this is the site I would go to again.

I ordered 5 prints from posterXXL with overall a bad experience. The prints took way longer than the approximated 10 days to arrive, and when they did, one of them was cropped, ruining the photo. The crop was not shown on the preview-tool on the website, and also different than the image on the delivery slip. I tried contacting PosterXXL multiple times over the last months, but apparently their costumer care doesn't care too much about their customers. The reason I gave it more than one star is because four of the prints I ordered looked good, with decent quality. Also, PosterXXL is relatively cheap. I wouldn't use their service again because it feels too much like a gamble to me. If you are lucky you will get good products for a reasonable price, but if there is anything wrong with your product, your time and money is basically lost.

You have an incredible, quality inventory. Was very surprised. Good job. I would like to be able to shop just a particular store though, like the one in Anchorage, Alaska. So it gets shipped from there to Kotzebue. Hopefully where ever I'm getting this merchandise from can get here soon as commercial fishing has commenced. Thank you all and stay safe this season. Last, I was under the impression, just from looking at the website that I would get free shipping since my order was $708. However, after clicking on that button "Free Shipping on Orders 99+", I saw that it is very narrow. 25 pounds or less of merchandise...must be in the Lower 48, etc. Look, my shipping (standard) turned out to be $388. That's more than half my order! If we can shop just the Anchorage store and get this deal it would be so much better. Please change this so we can truly get free shipping in AK. Shipping is just killing us customers and most likely you all when people see the shipping cost and decline to finish their order. I mean, C'mon. You know how much more merchandise I can buy with $388? I'm only buying right now because I absolutely need this stuff to commercial fish and I know I can make that on the water with 200 salmon. But otherwise I would've cancelled my order. Please fix this for us Alaskans. Last, the customer service on the 1-800 number was wack. For the first 3 calls, I reached nobody. Was prompted to leave a message and then the recorder said the message box was full. Like seriously? When I did get through to ask about my shipping question, they transferred me to the Amazon department. The Amazon department told me to call the Go 2 Marine department which I just tried. Talk about a run around. Look, you guys have a great supply. Fix these other things and maybe I'll order from you and all the fishermen in our district as well.

I have ordered a urgent part and 3 times promised it would leave the warehouse asap 21 days and still not left, there looks like no effort to correct this and still no idea on delivery date to me and vessel can not be used without part, the inconvenience of this had overseas friends coming a sailing holiday and had too cancel, have used them before and was happy only if they would of told me of the delay I could of purchased part ASAP at a small cost ASAP airfreight by another company and happy too send part that day, now I still don't know shipping method by Go2marine this really disappointing as it could be coming by sea more delays

Had some trouble getting the air handler the first time, took a long time (4 weeks) and several phone calls. Unit arrived damaged. Return was taken care of very quickly, had replacement unit within 24 hours and arrived in good condition very satisfied with the resolution. Be sure to follow up when when ordering and get firm estimates on shipping dates and times.

I ordered from the Estore.net over three weeks ago and received confirmation of the order via e-mail. 2 days later, I received notification that the order had been sent to the warehouse for delivery. Since then I have heard nothing from them. I sent them an e-mail 4 days ago asking for a status update on the order and have tried to log on to their customer service chat, which has repeated been inaccessible as The Estore is not logged on to the service. I have attempted to call them by phone and have had no luck this way either. At this point, I have not idea how to pursue my order or possibly a refund.
