I ordered a MB CPU & RAM from them and waited 7 days to receive the order for a cost of $20.00 +. On arrival I installed the MB with CPU and ram and the MB didnot boot, Nothing. MB was a Asus P4PE/L. The green light on the MB came on but no fan no post nothing. I Emailed them that night telling them my problem and they gave me some option to see if I could get it to boot. Nothing. I DLed the RMA form and faxed it in the next day, a Thursday. I received the RMA # Friday afternoon, 3:00 with a 10 day get to them warning that it would be refused after that time. The 10 days included 2 weekends and they state that they won't cross ship. So I sent it off on saturday and they received it 10 days to the day. In the mean time I order another MB, same make model from some 1 else, I waited over a week then called there RMA department to fine out what was going on and they hung up on me without ever answering the call. So I called there regular # and waas hung up on again, some 1 picked up the phone then hung it up without a word. I email them about my refund, the emailed back that it take 2 weeks to get a refund. It didn't take 2 weeks to take my money for the order. They are now trying to refund me -15% of the current selling price for a defective product. This is some scam, send out bad products then make 15% on returns with out ever selling anything. I called my CC company.

I have done business with 1CoolPc since before they were 1CoolPc. They have the best products available at reasonable prices and most of them have lifetime warranties. Their shipping is fast are priced fair (free if you order over $30). They are an established company that has been around for several years now. I use them for all of my cooling needs and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the ThermalTake Volcano 7+ and for my Athlon 1700+ and the Heatsink didn't have the clip for the attaching the heatsink to the motherboard! So I called their *long distance* number which was promptly answered. But the customer service people don't even know the product they are selling. I could hardly understand what he was saying. He told me to send an e-mail their way with my contact info. He couldn't have done it on the phone? So ultimately I just called Thermaltake and told them my dilemma and they sent me just the Athlon clip. Which resulted in me not having to RMA the thing back with my own money and double the time. Furthurmore the warehouse guy told me that it might have been already out of the box! I will never order from this company again.

I bought a stick of RAM in July 2001. It was defective and corrupted my hard drive. I sat on the thing for almost a year before returned it for exchange, because I have a very low income and literally feared their draconian return policy. What I got back was a memory module, which they said was the same module, but clearly isn't... it is midly put _scarred_. The memory chips are abraded, some down to shiny metal, and the label stating the specs is also faded, as though rubbed a hundred times by a thumb. The original module reported errors at all speeds, while the new one can at least run at 100MHz. It is "rated" at 133, and CL2 no less! They charged me an additional $15 for the privilage of getting back a reworked piece of junk... my original fear come true. I thought at first that they just grabbed an old test module they had floating around the tech room, but reading comments by this company, I now believe they refurbish stuff. And then lie, suck money out of their customers. I recommend in the strongest manner that no one buy from this company, and WILL be reporting them to the better business bureau.

This is my fourth purchase from The Chip Merchant. I've previously bought two Celeron 366s (back in their heyday) and a PIII 650. All those CPUs overclocked very well. My recent purchase was more extensive, an Abit BE7 motherboard, a P4 2.4 GHz / 533 MHz bus CPU, and a 512 MB stick of PC 2700 DDR ram. The Chip Merchant salesperson (Misty) was both patient and well informed when it came to answering my questions (on the phone) regarding things like the mainboard revision number, exact model of the mainboard (Abit made about 5 different BE7s, with a variety of features), CAS speed of the DDR, and the about the CPU (as to whether it was Boxed Retail or OEM). All the answers were accurate, and unlike some other firms I have tried to do business with, I wasn't pressured to hurry up and order or else get off the phone. The package arrived one day early, although UPS had worked their magic with it. It was very slightly crushed on one side. Opening it revealed no damage to the mainboard or other contents. The mainboard, CPU and DDR all worked perfectly when assembled with the drives, power supply and case that I already had. Quite a nice step up from my PIII 650 (overclocked to 866) and all for under $350. The system has been running for a few weeks now, and it happily overclocks to 2.75 GHz. The DDR is still at CAS 2.5, and running at 190 MHz (382 DDR) which is almost up to PC 3200 specs. And I still have not overclocked either the CPU or the DDR to their limit; I've had no crashes and don't know how fast the system will top out. To sum up, buying from The Chip Merchant was again a good experience for me. If their prices were a little lower, they would be perfect. But I'm willing to pay a little more to be able to get a live human on the phone, especially a polite, knowledgeable, and helpful one. And they are glad to take your order over the phone, unlike some that force you to buy on a website. Elam

I had good luck with this company in the past. Bought ram from them several times. However, the last time (a couple of years ago) I was buying for a dell and didn't know exactly what flavor of ram I needed. I contacted their sales people and they told me which part I needed, I bought it but it didn't work in the machine. Maybe a bad stick, maybe the wrong ram. They took the ram back but would not credit us the shipping either way. Since it was their person telling us what stick we needed, I felt that I should not have to pay for their error. Haven't bought from them since.

Ordered 2 17" Samsung flag CRT monitors and 2 SB Audigy Gamers. Ordering process was easy, tracking was great, and they came relatively fast. I ordered a Panasonic camera from 1stop and they promptly acknowledged the order and then nothing! I called them and quickly realized they would not process the order until they had a chance to try to sell me all kinds of accessories. I kept declining indicating I only wanted the camera. They said ok finally. Still no indication that they were actually going to sell me the camera. I kept checking back on the order status to find they listed its status as: "As soon as it is received at the warehouse it will be shipped out". I emailed them back asking for an estimated time when they would ship it and received nothing in return. I waited a couple more days and then cancelled the order telling them I would get it from someone actually willing to sell it to me.

I was tired of outsourcing my dvd replication to a company that was charging me $1.74 per disc and so decided to buy my own DVD replication machine from amamax and within just a few months was making more money than before. I do wish they had an option of an extended waranty as I am abusing the heck out of my machine but the product is solid and working wonderfully.

Ongoing customer of Amamax. Customer Service Inquiry replies can be rude, evasive of responsibility for errors, but they will do the right thing eventually. We continue to do business with them for product selection and good prices. Recommend using Paypal in lieu of Credit Card in case of an issue, Paypal understands online transactions better than most credit card companies.

Order 4 copies of Norton Anti Virus 2004. The subscription key on the CD received had previously been used. Received the software on 12/19/2003. Symantec says the subscription key code was used on 12/18/2003 which is prior to my receiving the order. Software cannot be installed. Maybe be conterfeit? PowerStartpc company does not answer any email messages nor do they answer their phone.

First of all this was my third order from Danger Den and my previous two orders were perfect! Although I do a majority of my computer hardware shopping at another online retailer (for regular computer components like processors and motherboards) I shop at Danger Den when I want/need specialized watercooling products. I have been watercooling computer hardware for many years now and I've come to find that Danger Den consistently makes the highest quality waterblocks available! Not only do they use the highest quality materials but they also do some of the best machining I've ever seen on a waterblock (I'm a graduate student in Mechanical Engineering and I've got considerable experience in machining processes). I also want to add that Danger Den is almost always the first to release waterblocks for new products. Most importantly (especially in today's economy) Danger Dens pricing is almost always lower than the other online retailers who sell similar products. In regards to their customer service, I've never had any problems with any of the orders I've placed. The correct items were always delivered and they were always delivered on time and packaged safely. I have called Danger Den before to confirm product availability and to ask questions about certain products, well to my surprise I've always been able to speak with a human being which was a nice change from what I'm used to when calling any companies customer service. All of these things together make for a great shopping experience and will keep me coming back for many years to come. Thanks Danger Den and please keep up the great work and innovation!

Revieved my latest of a number of orders from Danger Den today - shipping was a few days ahead of time - I didn't expect to get it until after New Years, but DD shipped it out ASAP and FedEx got it to me a few days early. The DD ATI-X18 block I ordered is BEAUTIFUL - awesome overall quality. I did notice some copper shavings inside the block, but they were easy to clean out with a soft wire brush and some canned air. Otherwise I can can say that for everything I've ordered from them in the past, the products have been great, and service has been even better. My last purchase was for a new waterblock top for a block that they discontinued, but after emailing them, they replied and offered to cut a custom top for the block even though it is now discontinued - Now thats taking care of your customers!

I placed two orders for 2.5" IDE extension cables (male & female connectors). The first extension cable was not a "true" extension. I didn't know there were two types. Next, I ordered the "true" extension. My PC did not "see" the hard drive connected via "true" extension. Without extension, AOK. Then I found out that the female connector was defective on both extensions. I described the defect in an email to the seller and returned both extensions for a refund. I only received a refund for the product, NOT the shipping cost, a total of $14.99 (not counting what I paid to return them).

Voodoo Envy u:709 AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ CPU 2GB RAM 80GB HDD nVidia Geforce 7800GTX 256MB Video + a whole lot of stuffs... Spending $5000+ for a laptop is quite hard to do, especially when there is a lot of alternatives. I did a lot of research to find reason to buy or not buy a boutique Laptop and the fact that there is not much written (that i could find) about VoodooPC made it more difficult. It was a hard decision to make but i decided to order my Laptop on Feb 9, 2006. The folks at Voodoo was very nice and knowledgeable. I was quite pleased and reassured of my decision. Quite anxious to receive it and hence i've joined the forum at their website to get some info on people who had the Voodoo systems. I found that the forums was quite fun and had a lot of folks ready to answer my questions to the best of their ability. I was also impressed by the fact that the CEO of the company also frequents the forums as well members of the company. This really reassured me even more. Originally, supposed to get my laptop in 30 days but at the time of order, my Cust Svce guy (Param) made me aware that they are quite busy and that it may take appx 20 days more. Well, one month and 20 days later, i finally receive my laptop. It is an absolute beauty! i love it and i love even more, my owning experience. Here's some categories i felt needed to mention: 1) Paint Job: gorgeous, very nice, very personal... it grows on you. 2) Size: well, i wanted/needed a big one, and so i ordered a Voodoo Envy u709 and this is big! 3) Heat: i've researched and found that some of these Laptop with Desktop CPU has a high heat issue (the case of the P4 Alienware Laptop Systems I think... ) this laptop runs cooler (to the touch) than my P4 Dell that i have. 4) Noise: this is a 17" screen, a Desktop CPU, of course a lot of fans here to cool it... but again, to my surprise, the fans were not as loud as my DELL. its more of a lowly hum versus a high pitch whirl of my DELL. 5) Performance: so far so good, played some games, did some work. (Corel Draw/Photoshop/Illustrator) no problems. i will keep an updated post on the forum in the VoodooPC. you can actually look up my review... my id is same. i will also post some benchmark scores later on this week. 6) Screen & Keyboard the 17" screen is very clear, no issues with dead pixels on my laptop. the images are nice, the screen is quite bright and crisp... the keyboard is not "Clicky" sounding or loud.. it acually feels quite solid. i am sure there are other things need to be mentioned but i am no pro at reviewing computers... if you have any more questions, you can post on my threads at the VoodooPC and i will gladly reply. i also have some pictures there too. Conclusion: Ok, very important here... I knew ahead of time that i am going to get a very 'personal' laptop. i also knew that this is NOT the best bang for the buck deal. in fact, i am not buying a Civic or an Accord.... it is much like a BMW or any mid-luxury level dream cars... (i say not super luxury beause as someone pointed out to me, Ferraris actually increase in value with time...) But for me, it was hard to jump in and commit to an order but after receiving the product, review, taking it out for a spin, i found that i made the right choice. hope my review helped others who are fascinated by boutique brands.

55 day build time,laptop arrived different than specs 6.0 pounds, 1.1" thick, 1900x1200 resolution(heavier7.1 pounds, thicker1.5", less screen resolution1680x1200) bad paint job, lots of problems with the laptop(missing driver, old software,trial versions of software , returned for repair, received back with paint mostly fixed, keyboard, lcd problems still present, battery time poor( at least an hour less than other compal HEL80 laptops (ODM)), slower than my old m360, touchpad software not working due to conflict with keyboard, customer care poor. Do not recommend this model at this time, my experience with voodoo this time poor, previous experience great.will be happy to update this review if/when the problems resolved. It went back to Voodoo, I asked for a different machine as this was a lemon. I was told no. They can fix it. It came back with the paint fixe, although the voodoo ,label is a bit twisted under the clearcoat, The lcd was marginally better, battery life was poor, hard drive was continually being accessed by the fingerprint security program. touchpad software didn't work, had to use generic windows PS2 mouse software for it to work at all. Lots of missstyping by the keyboard, I was told that it was due to an overly sensitive touchpad. the microphone chopped words. the LCD developed a 1 cm white spot mid screen and had intermittent black bands accross the bottom. It was sent back for repair/replacement or refund. I am waiting to see what will be done with this trainwreck. I have 3 other voodoo laptops that are trouble free and a rage desktop that is also a pleasure. When I spoke with Trevor today he offered to do whatever was necessary to make things right. Touchpad reported fixed by driver update, microphone working, LCD screen being replaced. Laptop returning tomorrow. Very fast turnaround. Assuming that is the case, I am satisfied. They made the effort. I guess that I was just unlucky with the hardware this time. The other voodoo machines I have work great with no (nock on wood) problems. The laptop has been back to Voodoo a total of 4 times, each time there has been problems with the hard drive continuously being accessed. It would write about 1GB per hour in temp files to the hard drive. the first hard drive burned up the replacement was having the same issues. Back it went, possible motherboard problems, possible, virus ( in a fresh install from their VDRS) possible bad virus. after a 2 week delay I told them I was fed up and wanted a refund their Manager Trevor Kells agreed. He sent me a refund for what I paid minus 10% restocking fee.

I purchased a computer processor from them. They sent me the wrong model. I tested the processor with software from it's maker to determine exactly what model had been send to me. The software gets this information directly from data permanently stored in the processor itself at manufacture. There is no margin of error. I spoke to the owner of the company, who was very short and rude with me, and sent it back to them as he requested for a refund. They said that I had received what I ordered and that what I sent to them was the right CPU. When I told them that I had used AMD's CPUID utility to determine that the processor was not what i ordered, they said that the BIOS gives this data to the CPUID utility and that the application was providing incorrect information. This is false, as I have explained. Purchased: AMD XP3000+ Received: AMD Thunderbird 1.333 They said that they also ran the AMD CPUID utility on the processor and it was what I had ordered, and credited me only a portion of my purchase. They are lying about the product that was sent to me so that they may recoup the expense of thier mistake by charging me for shipping and a restocking fee. Why would I send the correct processor back to them after running the maker's software to test it? I would not! If they also ran the AMD CPUID utility on the processor as they claim, then they know without a doubt that the processor was not the model I ordered! And yet, they want me to pay for shipping and a restocking fee for their mistake. Consumers should not be ripped off with this "you pay for our mistake" game! These people are incompetant, liars and theives. Please do not do business with them. They are incompetant and will rip you off if they can.

Horrible... No invoice number, took 3 days just to ship my stuff out. I ordered Crucial PC2400 RAM from them, they tried to fool me with PC2100 with no manufacturer's stickers, just a cheap sticker that said PC2400 DO NOT REMOVE. They offered to send me a replacement, so I gave them a chance. 2 weeks later, two more sticks of USED NANYA PC2100 come again?! Still waiting for refund, I will contact Visa soon. Also, they're rude. BOOOO.

I promptly recieved the Gainward GeForce4 Ultra/750XP AGP 128MB DDR 3D/TV Video Card I ordered only to find items that are suposed to be included in this packedge were not all here. The card also apears to be damaged because even before I loaded the drivers the card displayed random lines/discolloration on the screen as well as after the drivers were loaded. This packedge is suposed to include: Drivers CD WinProducer/Coder WinDVD Serious Sam 2 DVI Outputs, 2xDual-Display DVI->VGA adapter IEEE 13974 Firewire card (VIA VT6306 Chip) Quick Start Guides *Handbook *Firewire cable 1,80m *3D stereo shutter glasses (*not included with shipment) I contacted sales and Lars helped with the return, my account was credited with no other problems when dealing with them. I will not be buying from them again though.

Absolultely atrocious customer service. I order two gifts for my wife for Christmas. This was on the 2 December. Delivery was promised between the 17th and 23rd. Well it's the 23rd and according to their website it hasn't even left their premises. It looks like my wife will miss out. Despite several messages I have heard nothing back. Thankfully I went through PayPal and have launched an investigation. Next step will be the ACCC and Consumer Affairs. Avoid this company like the plague. They obviously are happy to take your money but not send you the goods or provide any customer service.

I bought an LED lantern for $10 thinking it would be a no frills but WORKING light source in an emergency. When it turned out to be an unreliable piece of junk that didn't even stay lit, I posted a negative review on the Buy.com/Rakuten web site. A week later I discovered my review was never published by them and the lantern still had an unbelieveable 5 out of 5 rating. When I tried to repost my review I was blocked based on the fact I had already reviewed the product. Oh yeah, then where is my low score review shown??

I have purchased from buy.com for over a decade, although I have not bought in volume from them as much as retailers like Amazon and Newegg. Buy.com used to be on par with Amazon, now their customer service has slipped, and pricing isn't usually as good. They farm out their customer service, making contacting them a rather undesirable experience. They still have some good prices from time to time, and are generally cheaper than buying from a retail store. I have never had any trouble receiving what I ordered. Sometimes they take a couple days to ship an item, meaning it takes longer to receive. They also allow any jim-bob to sell on their site, so you have to be careful who it is you are actually ordering from. I am still ordering from them, but have only bought 10 items in the last 2 years. I used to buy more frequently than that from them. But when a good price comes along, like the recent $299 (no rebate) shipped price on a 512GB SSD, I'll still continue to order from them. The Rakuten point thing is a gimmick, although I have $29 in superpoints I'll be able to apply to my next order, making it a real bargain.

JNCS built me a custom Linux computer and installed Linux Mint MATE 19 for me based on one of their build selections. They did an outstanding job and the new PC is everything and more than I had hoped for. Their customer service is excellent and all of my questions regarding component selection and OS were answered fully. During the build process they emailed me as to the status of the order; components arrived, build in progress, testing in progress and computer being boxed and shipped over the several days after I ordered it. I also got two notices from UPS that it was on the way and what day it was to arrive. The computer came boxed in heavy foam packing materials all professionally done and in perfect shape. Why more people don't know about JNCS is hard for me to imagine. They are the best!

I received my computer system few days before thanksgiving day. I felt assured to see that the outside packaging of the computer was intact and fully secured since this had to travel from NY to CA. However few days after using the system I ran into some system events logs and we can't seem to resolve this. I can not be 100% sure whether it is a hardware or a software issue. The techinican and his team has been actively trying to help me resolve my problem. They have been helpful in many ways including the sales person whom you can receive ongoing assistance appropriately. However I fnally decided to return the system for an agreed refund. I believe they are a great company with good products, excellent services with competitive pricing! Alfred

I ordered a digitial camera from Gateway that was supposed to be in stock and available, not only on the day of my purchase, but their webpage stated in stock for three more days. The camera, however, was not in stock, but a shipment was supposed to arrive 7 days later. Of course, no shipment arrived and my order was canceled by Gateway without contacting me. This was a thouroughly disappointing experience! I cannot recommend Gateway at all.

I ordered my Sony Clie on Saturday via the website, got it Tuesday via UPS. I live near D.C., so maybe those who live out in the sticks wait a little longer. by the read of these reviews, it seemed that shipping time was a concern, but it says right on their website what to expect for shipping times. If you want it that bad, then pay the 15 or 20 bucks to get it next day. If you don't care, the free shipping option works well (which is what I used). But you have to be careful....their default shipping option is fed ex (which is NOT free, and they charge about 9 bucks). Just pay attention to what you're doing.

I ordered a Nikon D200 from this company after looking around for a while to find someone who had this camera in stock. I first checked through their online “chat” function and was assured by the company that they did have the D200 in stock, it was USA (not gray), and everything was legit. I did mention that I was concerned about ordering from them because of their lower rating (on the ritzcamera side of the house) which they did not comment on. I then called back later to speak with a sales rep that said basically the same thing the online chat person did. Since no one seems to have the D200 (body only) in stock I decided to make the order and asked for over night shipping to get the camera by Friday. I placed the order and shortly after received an email requesting that I call them back for confirmation. After a few lost calls in their voice mail system I ended up speaking with my original sales person who confirmed my address and assured me everything would be fine and that I would receive my order on Friday. He also reminded me that I would get shipping confirmation emails and would be able to track the package via their cameraworld.com web site. Friday came and I received my package without any problems or complications. This transaction went through very smoothly without any problems, hard sells, or any of the other problems that I expected. Generally I have a purchase through only a few camera stores (Canoga Camera or B&H) and would not have ordered through this store except for the fact they were the only ones who had what I was looking for. The overall negative comments/ratings for them would have scared me off. However, this transaction went very well and the communications with the company both on the telephone and online was very good. Their price was typical, their shipping price was VERY GOOD for overnight, and they absorbed the tax. Bottom line the entire transaction was very smooth and went better than some of my B&H orders.

I observe as good website. Some "linked" for accessories item can be easiers to find. For example : a link with compatible processor with a server socket or a for SSD : M.2 sata or NVMe compatibility can be check or a proposal while filling the shopping cart.

I had a fairly positive experience when I first bought from PCUSA, even though they sent a better and more expensive CPU fan instead of the one I really ordered. However, after 8 months the fan became noisy, so I recently tried to contact PCUSA as to how to use their 1-yr. warranty. First of all, out of the MANY questions I answered via email, they only answered a couple, and very slow about answering. Tried phone but waited FOREVER so I gave up. Secondly, I would have to ship back the defective fan, be without my computer for who knows how long, and if I FORGET to specify on an RMA form that I want the fan I ACTUALLY ordered, I will get charged extra because they will ship the more expensive fan to me, since that's the one I sent back to them. It's not my fault they shipped the wrong one to begin with! Normally it would only cost a few dollars to ship fan back to them, and I would save by using the warranty, but I think I'm better off getting a new part at a local retail store for around $15! If you think what you're ordering might fail, beware, especially if you can't live without the part for awhile!

I ordered one of thier AMD "you pick parts we build and test" systems. It arrived at my house 8 days later (wow) and booted up without a hitch, I installed WinXp and everything is chugging along nicely. The case is better looking than I expected. The optical mouse is a POS but what do you want for $5 I would do business with these guys again.

I was nervous about ordering from these guys because of the lack of feedback they had... a fellow MP3 nut ordered a Nomad 3 Jukebox from them w/out any problems so I did likewise. They emailed me an invoice number that I was able to use a couple of days later to track my shipment... the unit arrived brand new in perfect condition. I have purchased over a dozen barebones systems from this company and have been very pleased with each. Their shipping rates are on the high side, but their low prices on hardware help balance everything out. I had one system arrive with a different mb/cpu combo than the one I ordered. I called to report it, they made a prompt adjustment to my satisfaction. I am convinced it was an honest mistake. I recommend them highly. Of the barebones I've ordered, only one had a "problem"...the LED connector for the case indicating hard drive activity was on backwards. No big deal at all. I've stopped going to the computer shows and fighting everyone for space at the table to look at the goods. Much easier to order from these guys on the 'Net!

I've bought several times a year from Expercom since 2004 and they are terrific. They have great, responsive customer service. It's always easy to get a live person on the phone and their staff is highly knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Their prices are excellent, they ship promptly - they're just great. A big plus - this is the only mail order reseller I know of who sells built to order Macs, same as you would get from the Apple store. You get a discount, and no tax. Pretty nifty.

I bought 2 HP DVD Burners along with 2 aluminum server cases. The shipping rate was low and inexpensive for what i had ordered. I got my products promptly without any problems just as they promised. I am amazed at there service and prices, about 30% cheaper than Fry's for what i bought. I dont see what other people are complaining about, but from the impression i got, they run an oustanding store and i would recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Very Good Venders, found them thru computer shows, very helpful, I've bought a few items over the past few years from them. I've even had a problem with a DVD player which they helped me on and it seemed like my computer was not powerful enough to use, they took back item without a restock fee, and I promptly used the refund to purchase a case. I've not tried their online/mailorder service, however if its anything like their shows then they are very good.

I ordered a 2.5" to 3.5" hard drive adapter from these guys. The adapter was only 4.99 which is a fair price. Then I got the shipping and handling charges: Residential Delivery: $ 1.50 Shipping & Handling: $ 6.35 Tax: $ 0 Total: $ 12.85 These guys use very misleading shipping rates on Pricewatch and on their own website. BEWARE. On the positve note, I did receive the adapter 4 days later, packaged well. It worked as promised.

I was about to order from these people because of the great deal they were advertising on pricewatch: 2.00 for a usb extension cord and only 1.99 for shipping! But when I went to check out, the shipping was 3.75, there was a 2.50 'handling charge' and another 1.63 thrown in for some reason! Beware!

I look & inspect products at the Apple store in Atlanta, but buy from Club Mac: 4 laptops, 1 desktop, 1 cinema screen, 3 airports, software, laptop batteries, CD burner, external HD, etc over the past 4 years. Good website, repsonsive, knowledgeable staff (has never been pushy), on-time delivery, and great when I needed to return something. Have always had a very positive experience with this vendor and will certainly continue shopping there.

The Sales Rep Named Cory mess up my shipping order twice in a month. The problem is the tracking number like always. First time, he gave me the wrong tracking number. The 2nd time he gave me a fake tracking number when there is no tracking number provided. The Shipping information details is always inaccurate and flawed in a sense that it gave a mindset to me that Xoxide is trying to fool the unwised that doesnt do follow ups..

I am in the process of returning ram to this "company" and just recieved an email stating that they would accept my request for a refund but that they would charge me a 10% restocking fee instead of their normal 20% restocking fee. They refer to their terms of sale which only states "some items are subject to restocking fee." This is not a very clear statement since I never knew that my items would be subject to a restocking fee or what that fee was.

Ordered a Coolpix 5000 and a 512 CF card on a Tuesday afternoon - cheapest UPS ground shipping, and it was sitting on my front porch when I got home from work early Wednesdy afternoon. I was able to get a better price going to the Cruxworks site through pricewatch than going through pricegrabber. Cruxworks definitely gets my vote.

It turns out that the motherboard that I ordered one week ago has been discontinued as of today. My order was not shipped, and I never would have found out if I did not call them AGAIN. There was apparently no problem as of last Thursday, it was supposed to ship out today. Beware of this company, they are very slick and their customer service is deplorable. After cancelling my order I will not be doing business with them again, and I advise that you use caution when dealing with them as well.

I ordered this computer in July of 2002. I ordered a P4 2.0 GHz, 1 GB DDR SDRAM, Windows XP Home, 80 GB hard drive, 17" ViewSonic Flat Panel monitor, all black. It is a developers dream PC. Anyway, they took a LONG WHILE shipping the PC. Ordered on July 20, 2002, recieved on August 8, 2002. Their customer support was shady at best, and they shipped the monitor and PC seperately, with the PC arriving a week earlier. That was aggravating, because I was expecting the whole shabang, when in reality I only got some of the shabang. The PC itself runs like a beast, and I couldn't be happier with it. Although this company may not be the fastest, most reliable out there, they build everything meticulously. Good products, OK service.
