I rate EMS as highly now as I did in my last rating, which was around the time that I realised that the Hubba NX I had ordered was the wrong model to meet my requirements; my fault but beware the generic MSR videos that show views of a 2-person tent when you have clicked through from their 1-person tent page. That is an MSR problem not EMS and I have now ordered and received my new Hubba Hubba NX from EMS, whose service throughout has been brilliant. The new tent is great and I recommend their excellent customer support.

Fabulous service, ordered at 2.30 pm, received the delivery at 3 pm the next day. Terrific price too, EMS were the cheapest for the bivi bag I purchased. Can't ask for more, thanks.

The 8 day trip across multiple sites was highly organised and covered diverse landscapes. The hikes were challenging but immensely satisfying with a 3 day overnight hike staying in backcountry huts from lakeside to high alpine altitudes over truly rugged and magnificent terrain. The surroundings were nothing short of stunning staying next to mirrored lakes and surrounded by high jagged peaks. We traversed beautiful glacial lakes, covered undulating peaks and descended through thick native rainforest at several locations. Franz Josef glacier and the Alex Knob hike were just amazing. The guides were experienced, capable and very well informed on local history and culture. They prepared and cooked fabulous meals after hiking for hours and rendered assistance whenever necessary. Well planned, perfectly executed and the multi activity operations ran like clockwork. A small but great crew and a time to make international friends for life. Five stars for Active Adventures!

Great pace of activities and just the right amount of down time to make a two week adventure feel full but not exhausting.

Ordered my Airgun online on a Saturday, received shipment details and tracking info on the following Monday, and received my Airgun the day after.

I ordered and 48 hrs later I was standing over the body of a dead rat. Despatched with my lovely new Hatty (Hatsan 55s) They are a joy to deal with. I shall be returning for a side arm in the near future. Quad

first day back to Albury Fishery at Powdermill was a great experience. I caught 4 trouts in 30 minutes.

We arrived at Weston lake mid afternoon Saturday and it was a very pleasant experience. There were no more than six other fishermen present so we could fish comfortably. Initially the trout were visible and throwing themselves at black and red buzzers. The keeper came round at regular intervals and was very helpful and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend Albury as long as it does not get too busy

I am not happy. I booked a holiday for myself and my family. 2 adults and four children. Due to c19 the holiday was cancelled twice and we were given the option to book again this year. We had approx 500 euro deposit with all camps for over 2 years. We asked if we could go in 2023 as we have booked a home vacation for 2022. All camps said our deposit would be taken by them. So, we cannot go this year and allcamps are keeping our 500 euro. Never booking with them again and I will gladly voice my concerns and speak with anyone personally in relation to my distain with respect to the dishonourable way we have been treated.

Absolutely disgraceful service from allcamps, paid deposit and first installment but need to cancel as no flights, now allcamps want more money, not legally correct and will not provide refunds, all my colleagues travelling to other campsite have been offered refund and with some already receiving their money into their account. Then you ask for private email to explain, why not explain on trip advisor openly showing your customers how you do business

Ordered a longboard 3rd dec for my sons Xmas present. Paid for postage and contacted them after 2 weeks to see where it was. They finally got back to me the day before Xmas eve to say it is out of stock!! They still had my money and said will take 5 days for a refund. My son has now without a Xmas present until I get this refund, The website still allows you to order product so something is wrong here !!!! Not happy

I order a jacket 8 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. They never contacted me to tell me what was going on. I will never buy anything from them again. Their customer service is crap. Still have not got a refund a week after asking for one.

For 90 dollars delivered you can't get any better... started within 4 pulls... used it for an hour straight no problems... nice and lite... thanks guys ????????

Bought and paid for some items on the 19 May 2020 had an invoice same day but nothing delivered and no contact from fishing republic except for an auto reply to my e mail.Money taken on order not on dispatching of goods very poor service.

Ive been told my order would be sent out 3 days ago and ive still not recieved or my partner who the account is under a email text phone call nothing on why ive been waiting 12 days for my £389 order.

First class service , my order arrived undamaged.delivery was a little slow but that is perfectly understandable during the current situation. I will definitely be using you again

Last year we stayed at one of the campsite and really enjoyed our time there.

We (parents with our 12 year old son) have just returned from spending 6 great nights in a bungalow (a large onsite style caravan) on the campsite. It was very well equipped, also with air conditioning. It is a very family friendly campsite with good onsite facilities, restaurant, special organised evenings, order of fresh bread & croissants for the next day, everyone is respectful of each other, owners are very hospitable, helpful and friendly, a free shuttle service to Lac D’Esparron, a beautiful lake with many families and water sports activities, and only 5/10 mins. away. We would definitely return back! Highly recommended campsite!

Made an order 2 weeks ago, try to find out for a week status of my order - no replies on emails, never reachable customer service by phone.

I've bought so many clothes over many years now from Frankonia and never realised till now you could write your appreciation In English. So here goes: this pretty blouse (& I rarely wear blue!) has sparkling pink and blue colours - perfect for my Autumn blue-denim trouser suit. Perfect fit for size 40 - though with other makes I sometimes need size 42 or even, surprisingly 38. But I want to add, the service via Hermes is always splendidly fast; communications with the customer bureau sometimes slower but always polite and considerate. I can totally recommend Frankonia if you like interesting, sometimes more classical, very well cut clothes & accessories like scarves made of high quality natural materials, cotton, silk or wool, as I do.

UPDATE 18.05.2020- Gary from GDK has since made contact to try to iron out the issues, hence additional one star on rating. Decent website, prices and gun cabinet was good value for money. Found the right cabinet at a good price, ordering was straightforward. Website mentions surcharges for some areas. I called and asked for price to my postcode, was told no extra charge, which was a bit surprising as I'm in the highlands. Placed order straight away based on that info. 8 working days later, no cabinet. Eventually got hold of shop on the phone. The fella told me that 'nobody had picked up on the fact that a surcharge was due, hadn't processed the order and hadn't contacted me. That implies that there is a team and somebody else may have been responsible. The sole employee (and owner I imagine) then told me that he hadn't said postage was free and that it would cost me an extra £20 to have cabinet sent. Also said he is the only one in the shop so I could only have spoken to him. Fair enough, his voice was familiar from the first call. Why then hadn't someone (him) picked up on the order and processed it in the first place? I was unhappy with the misinformation ref delivery. The order confirmation states free delivery to my post code. I was further unhappy with the poor processing and poor comms. I read reviews after I had ordered (my mistake) and found numerous unhappy customers. It's a shame he doesn't sort out the comms and order processing. Based on the website, product choice, prices and quality, I would have given 5 stars if the order was processed properly and efficiently. Finally, the 5 gun extra tall cabinet is a cracking item for the price. Would definitely recommend the product. Just not the seller based on my experience. It was well packaged and delivered quite quickly once the surcharge was paid.

I paid 30£ for delivery to Ireland and the box of clay pigeons arrived in smithereens. When you pay £30 for delivery you would expect the goods to arrive in perfect condition.

Question asked Thursday night, Answered shortly after. Order before midnight. Processed on Friday and delivered in Germany on Monday. What else can I say. Thank you!

Kate from The Gorilla Safari Company arranged our 11 Day Uganda Tour of Sept. 2018 and while many questions popped up for us, Kate was very helpful and always got back to us in a timely manner to answer our concerns. Our tour was wonderful! The Gorilla trek was exciting as expected, but what we didn't expect was the beautiful scenery all over Uganda. There were other wonderful surprises as well. I also want to praise our tour guide Amos. He was very accommodating, fun, informative and just an all around nice guy to spend that much time with. I would give him an A plus for his skills. It was definitely a trip of a lifetime I will never forget. Thanks Kate and Amos for guiding us along the way and making it all possible.

A great 12 day safari trip in Uganda. We had quite a few rare sightings and very good chimpanzee and gorilla interactions. Very good places to stay and was very well treated by everyone and was a very stress free experience. Amanda for booking and Ismail for a guide were top notch.

Excellent service, they were able to hold off sending package but use one day delivery so as to match my precise delivery window. Will order again.

I ordered a size 9 pair of Five Ten Sleuth shoes from run and run. Unfortunately they were far too small and uncomfortable. I tried to return/ exchange the shoes however rock and run refused to exchange due to the fact the shoes had been worn. This was based on them finding a piece of grit in the sole and a small scuff on the side wall. I had only worn the shoes around the house and in my opinion they looked like a new pair of shoes which had been tried on in a shop. I will not be buying from rock and run again and I would like to warn future customers of their poor customer service. If your are looking for shoes and are not 100% certain they will fit then I urge you not to buy from rock and run and look elsewhere.
