I placed my first order with RSC Feb 2019 for 1000 Brass water ****. These **** did not ship until May 2019 and had I not started pestering the staff I am not sure they would have shipped then. No one ever contacted me to let me know they were out of stock or that there was any delay and to make matters worse they have been the crappiest **** we have ever used. Out of the 1000 over 100 **** have failed and leaked causing significant loss. These **** don’t leak right off the bat but 24 to 48 hours after being used. The second order I placed with RSC the company “never got the order” but they took my money! I placed the order in July on their website and near the end of August I notice my order hasn’t shipped nor is the order showing in my history. On contacting the company they said their was an error in their system. I emailed them with no response but when I filed the PayPal dispute they did ship the order. Word of Advise to people, just stick with Reptile Basics, I have never had any issues with them, this is what I get for trying to save a few bucks.

Finally received my $150 order after I emailed them 14 days after ordering it and one of the items was broken, I've been emailing them now for the last week trying to get a replacement and they're not really saying much. It was only a $9 item but now when I go to buy the rest of the items I need for my rodent watering system (roughly $500-600 worth of products) I'll be taking my business elsewhere unless they miraculously decide to fix their issue. I highly recommend going somewhere else!

Phenomenal service and communication! Had a mix up on an order of dart frogs and they instantly realized the mistake, issued a return label and overnight the correct frogs received. Both times the frogs arrived well packaged and in great shape. Definitely will look to UR for future purchases. A+++

Dishonest seller - damaged goods and no accountability This seller is the most dishonest seller I've come across. Lie after excuse after lie regarding my order, the manufacturing of and progress...then radio silence. Won't answer messages/emails or even calls. Fast forward a few months later - I receive my vivarium in mostly good order. I notice that the one side is chipped and notify the seller immediately. He then asked to send him pics which I did and said that he'd send a replacement out ASAP - this never happened = LIES! I then built the vivarium, opened the very well packaged glass and noticed that both panes were badly scratched - again, I notified the seller who replied to me, requesting pictures. I obliged, sent the pictures and was told that he'd replace them immediately - again nothing happened = MORE LIES! I then tried, literally every day, to call the seller (who I thought I had a good relationship with at this point... remember, I was EXTREMELY patient and understanding regarding delays, his entire workforce walking out on him and not being able to produce, etc.) and he stopped answering my calls and replying to my messages (similar to the beginning when he'd run out of excuses as to why my item was not yet ready). This was really confusing to me - I had been promised replacement side panel and glass - in black and white sms text and none had arrived. So, after 2 months of trying I logged a dispute on PayPal and asked for a partial refund for the amount it would cost me to replace the glass and side panel. The seller, via the resolution centre rejected my "offer" there and demanded I return the goods for a full refund... naturally this is not possible - which, given his experience of PayPal disputes, he was fully aware of. I have a lizard living in this viv - it's been months afterall since I claimed via PayPal - which can't be removed or placed elsewhere while I pack up the vivarium and send it back to him (at a large cost - as it's heavy and needs to be couriered) and therefore am unable to fulfill his request and get my issue made good. It's a real pity as I trusted and believed Steve each excuse and lie he told me. I will not buy from them again and I urge you to use his competitors (repti-life or similar) in the future as they are not swindling, caniving, "dodgy" sellers as this guy. Provivs came highly recommended to me - I guess the good stories are good...but my experience was really bad. REALLY bad! Avoid this business like the plague!

Couldn't of asked for better service, order 2 Viv's one 4ft and 1 5ft, collected from there hull store. Ended up that stand I ordered not from provivs for 5ft was not suitable due to miss advertised measurements, after speaking to Steve about what I required he made a custom stand for me. Abousoloutly brilliant service,

Awful company. Ordered £65 of frozen food, received no tracking information. A week later my neighbour handed me the box saying the driver had left it outside her door the day before. I've contacted them and they have refused to do anything as apparently it is my fault for missing a delivery in the middle of a week day when I had not received tracking anyway.

Following brief correspondence via email my partner and I travelled from Hereford (2.5hrs) to meet a Durango King Snake. Everybody was incredibly friendly and attentive. After a bit of browsing we decided to take the Durango home along with a couple other vivarium accessories. Evolution Reptiles went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly - prices are very acceptable and quality of goods is superb. Would recommend to any reptile enthusiasts - we will certainly be back when it's time for another scaly friend!

I ordered the new Pete's reptile Salads and a couple of other things , they all came well packaged , the salads were packed separate from the other things and arrived perfect , the other 2 things were also well packaged and undamaged , received in a couple of days from order so very impressed with quick delivery , and Squirt the tortoise loved her new salad bags I think she was a bit fed up with plain old dandelions and salad as she is happily munching through the food which is lovely and fresh and a great mix of different leaves , herb, weed etc will definitely be ordering more of the salad .

I received a hatchling that was in poor health, I used the company's portal on their website to message them, and then proceeded to call 10-12 times over the course of 2 days. During the week. My goal was to just find some support on what to do to help this hatchling out. I was lucky enough to receive help from a Facebook. I then sent an email directly to their support email address telling them that I had been attempting to contact them and was disappointed with their service. I Finally got an email back, and heard nothing back but excuses, using the pandemic as an excuse, which I get to a degree, but they never once took any personal responsibility. If the pandemic is causing this company to not provide adequate support for their customers, they should not continue to ship live animals until they have their problems resolved. They responded to my google review, after we had communicated saying that they answer all calls that come through, which is bogus, because one of the common denominators of all of their negative reviews, and some of the positive, are that they never answer their phone. They still have not sent all of the items in my order, and have not provided any more information about it. In my opinion their riding the wave of increased orders because people are home because of the pandemic, regardless of how their customers are supported. There are plenty of reputable people out there, that care for their animals, and their customers. This is not one of them.

the person who helped me with the two torts I had that were sick [that I got some where else which ended up passing] was very helpful,He went threw everything I had set up and suggested a fogger. If you are looking to buy a tort or a reptile I would recommend them highly. They are knowledgeable on what they sell. I have bought two torts from them and they are healthy.and nice looking. I would give a 10 star if they had it. I'm very pleased! I would buy again from them.

They were so prompt with keeping me informed about my order and new family members. All arrived well packaged and seemingly healthy. Maybe a little tired of being in a box for a day but good all the same. The toads are huge! The turtles tiny! Just like was advertised. I will definitely go with underground reptile for future purchases. P.S. the wide array of animals offered alone is worth checking them out. You never know, you might find your new pet!

I discovered Underground Reptiles through a YouTube channel called Chandler's Wild Life. He has a buddy (also with a channel) Tyler Nolan Tattoos. I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service (as I was a total pain) and the quality of goods. I purchased a baby blue tongue skink set up and a baby Halmahera Blue Tongue Skink (Tiliqua Gigas Gigas) My little one looked so good! Really healthy and the colors are just lovely! A+ from this gal! I have been using Josh's Frogs for 2 years, purchasing frogs, supplies, fruit flies, etc. I have called, emailed and messaged them on social media with questions. Bought dry goods, a fruit fly culture and springtails. Happy overall with everything but the fruit fly culture. About 2 weeks after I got it I noticed it had mites. I've raised fruit flies for my dart frogs for a few years now and I've never had mites even if the culture was a month old (I raise hydei). I've read on boards they typically have mites in the ff cultures/media so maybe avoid live stuff and stick with dry goods.
