Meowtel is about the kitty watchers. Lucinda watched my kitties for 9 days while I was out of town recently. She really does an amazing job. This time she went above and beyond one day, as her car was in the shop, so she Ubered to my house and hung out with my fur babies for over an hour.

Alle bestellingen die wij hebben gedaan, zijn altijd goed nagekomen en in goede orde afgeleverd bij mij thuis. De honden vinden het voer, White Fish brokken, erg smakelijk. Zij eten tweemaal per dag hun bak leeg......zij zien er goed uit. Ook de gedroogde vishuid blokjes vinden zij - als tussendoortje - lekker.

Both my dogs are using the recently purchased bully bed - easy in and out without struggling to get up and out from the extra fluff the other dog beds provide. In the past I have bought every type of bed to keep my gentle giant off the hard floor and kept comfortable. I have spent hundreds and hundreds all for nothing UNTIL I bought h a bully bed!!! He is 165 lbs and he hasn't come close to the floor. Amazing well made bed that was well worth the money! He is happy and so am I.

My dogs love your product and the automatic delivery works well for us. They also have less and firmer poops which usually make us scoopers happy! The three vets I have seen are still concerned about the lack of taurine in the food which I brought up to you once before. Your representative said you were checking into that. My dogs Teddy and lily the Cavalier King Charles absolutely love this food. They have a combination of the fish supper meat tray and the Chicken and veg bake in the kibble. Lily who is 14 has a real twinkle in her eye and gets very excited at tea time. Every mouthful is enjoyed. Excellent quality product. Wouldn't feed them anything else now.

If I could vote 0, I would. Petplan have provided by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been waiting for six months for them to deal with a claim I have made. They are utterly uncommunicative, negligent and disorganised. Every few weeks, I make yet another call to this company in the hopes that I can motivate them to, at the very least, contact me with a decision. But, despite repeated apologies and assurances from their reps that they will be in touch, they never are. Dealing with petplan is the customer service equivalent of being 'ghosted'. Do yourself a favour and insure with ANY other company, if you think you might ever want to actually make a claim.

NEVER again. Abysmal customer service. Ordered a set of test kits I was in desperate need of, called for a price match, was charged for postage but not told what service they were using. It was sent out late, which shock, they acknowledge, but then put on a slow service without my knowledge! Four days later I'm still waiting and they're not even able to track the whereabouts of my order, I could have gone to late night opening at my LFS tonight and picked up the same item for the same price. Zero lack of urgency from their team, shocked at how poor they have gone unless I've just been really lucky up until now.

I was told outright that the dogs I viewed online was not suitable for me. The only dogs I was allowed to view was behind glass, no real interaction, no offer was made for me to meet any of them or the ones hidden from sight. They have an impossibly idealistic idea of what is required to adopt one of their dogs. In the time I was there they rejected 3 out of 4 applications, myself included. They were very nice about it and said they would get in touch when they had a suitable dog for me. Months on and no phone call, apparently they have no dogs at all that need a safe, warm and loving home. They make adopting impossible. So they say they want to re-home dogs but has anyone ever passed their tick list. The TV ad is not realistic in any way. So, where do they get the money to have dogs on hold in their care, some of them for years????

Well, what went right.? Amused at your invitation to Dogs Trust to give a viewpoint, to answer it's critics. The charity always has to control the agenda. If this is not possible it says nothing silence being the default position. If you explain you lose. Dogs Trust never loses.

Our dog's typical anxiousness ramped up into high gear after we moved into a 6th floor condo and she was frozen with fear of all the different noises, people, and vehicles. It was tough to get her to leave the "safe spot" of her crate just to "go for a walk" that she used to enjoy. Our door man told us about others in the building who had ordered fresh grass for their dogs. I had to investigate. The week before our order arrived was one of the longest weeks of helping our anxious dog adjust to this type of home. The first night she ignored it when we rolled it out. The next morning, however, she truly appreciated having such swift access to some turf. Thus, that was the beginning of her becoming a happier dog. We still take an hour long walk each day in addition to a couple very short ones but having the grass right on our small deck has made a huge difference in her demeanor.

I buy them for my sons Paterdale and my daughters Labrador, they both love them but when they are both here at the same time it's like musical chairs as the Labrador always wants the other chew so I end up with terrier on my lap and I have to hold on to his chew while he holds my hand and has a good chomp (at the antler).

I was unable to find the fabled All Paws Puzzle Bowl for my 14 week old Johnson Bulldog/Mastiff mix anywhere online to help with his bloat - The Dog Line to the rescue! Price was comparable with other places on the internet and deliver was right on schedule. You'd be barking mad not to use these guys!

I live on a one and a half acre block, I owned two very large mastiffs that routinely escaped over my fence so I heigthen my fence to 7ft all the way around an epic undertaking but solved that issue. However when I got my two new dogs a Neo Mastiff and a Band dog I thought I was OK, but the one dog was determined to get out so much so she dug under the fence, I would fix it and she would dig under somewhere else.. I couldn't keep up. I had tried radio fence/collars before (off ebay and other online stores) but they were useless, they would zapp at random times causing the dogs pain when they weren't doing anything wrong, I found out that the transformer outside the boundary would make it false discharge, trucks going past would cause it to discharge, it was so frustrating that i binned them. I was reluctant to go back to a dog fence/collar set up but after looking into dogline and seeing they had a fixed fm frequency that wouldn't be interrupted by outside transmissions I took a punt. 3 years on and I haven't had a single issue. The collars work as expected, they are robust and the battery life is amazing. There customer service is second to none as well if you need replacement parts (batteries, line, collars etc) They get 5 stars from me.. Cheers Matt

“We make lives better by placing healthy puppies into happy homes. “ This is what this business claims. But this is a BIG LIE, PUPPIES ARE FROM PUPPY MILLS and the site does nothing to monitor or hold the breeders they use to account! Our problems began from the very beginning. Originally the puppy we selected was advertised as a boy name Cody. About two days before we were supposed to receive it, we were told that it was a mistake, and that Cody is in fact a girl. We thought this was an odd mistake but did not think much of it and decided to move forward with the adoption. We have so much love to give and the pup needed a home. We named her Eevee. The problems began shortly thereafter. Our sweet girl vas not growing! She started having diarrhea and would throw up no matter what we fed her. After numerous visits to the vet, she was diagnosed with an extrahepatic portosystemic shunt (a common genetic defect that arises from irresponsible breeding). It was at this point that we were referred to a surgeon. An exploratory laparotomy was performed, and the aberrant shunt vessel was identified, however her caudal vena cava was absent cranial to the shunt. A liver biopsy was obtained and Eevee was recovered from anesthesia as the surgeon could not move forward. An Abdominal CT scan subsequently performed the following day (8/11/20) to ensure that a shunt closure could be safely performed. She was found to have segmental aplasia of the caudal vena cava but the surgeon was able to plan accordingly and move forward. Eevee was taken back to surgery on 8/12/20 and an ameroid constrictor was placed on the portocaval shunt vessel. This was Eevee’s second surgery in a 72-hour period, the incision spanned most of the length of her body. At the time Eevee was 4.5 pounds and barely made it. The pain and suffering we had to endure was tremendous and her medical costs were approaching $10,000 (she is only 1.5 years old). She will likely still need medical attention her entire life! ? We then contacted Puppy Spot with our concerns, namely that Eevee had genetic disorders synonymous with irresponsible breeding. We explained that we used the site specifically to avoid a situation like this. We did not ask to return her but requested they provide some sort of refund for the purposes of helping with Eevee’s growing medical bills. After longer than a month, numerous follow ups and after Puppy Spot’s own vets reviewed the medical records and agreed with us, we were made the following offer: 50% store credit from Eevee’s original purchase price to be applied to the next purchase of a new puppy from their site OR Monetary compensation in the amount of $587.50 representing ¼ of Eevee’s purchase price. We were then told the offer is made as is and to just choose an option. This was a complete slap in the face! They offered no sympathy, took zero responsibility for their lack of due diligence, and essentially dismissed us. We originally went to this site knowing that we would end up paying a much higher price for a dog but that at least we would have some assurance that it was not bred in an irresponsible and amoral manner. We have learned our lesson the hard way. These guys are no different than a puppy mill. They do not do their due diligence; they do not seem to do anything to ensure that the animals are bred humanely. They could not even tell the difference between a boy dog and a girl dog. Make no mistake, the animals advertised on the site are exactly the same as you would get from a puppy mill, they just found a gimmick that allows them to slap a much higher price tag on them. The irony that such a business would only further encourage the spread of puppy mills was not lost on us either. Please do not EVER buy from them. These people are part of the problem. They are complete frauds! Do your research better than us. Make sure to ask what steps are specifically being taken by any company making claims such as these to insure said claims are actually true and not just a marketing gimmick used to jack up the sticker price. Check the return policy, Puppy Spot gives you a whopping three days to discover and report any disorders such as this, this was a major red flag that we missed. Do not make the same mistakes we did, a puppy’s life could very well depend on it.

We love Dr. Hempdog. This stuff works! Our pup, adopted from a shelter, has anxiety issues. She's been on Dr Hempdog for the last year and a half and it's really helped. Recently I forgot to reorder in time and she was without for 2 days. I could really tell the difference. She was a lot more fearful and anxious. On top of all that, the staff is great! Very helpful and nice to interact with.

These bones weren't right for my dogs--who are older dogs. One of my dogs was able to break off a small piece and I was afraid she might get it lodged in her throat. My other dog couldn't break thru the density of the bone. They both gave up. They ae used to bones they chew and swallow. I liked their ingredients and thought it might be a good idea. Good customer service from your company.

I have horses with problems and after lots of researching decided to try a supplement from Equine Answers because other horsey folk really rated their supplements. In order not to clash with another supplement I'm giving the horses I quite rightly asked the company what level of a certain ingredient was in their supplement. I don't want to overdose my horses - they are precious to me. Well I received a rude answer basically telling me to mind my own business. I'm not sure this is a good way of attracting new customers and keeping current customers. A helpful / polite answer would have been much more appropriate as I was only asking a genuine question out of concern for my horses. I know I wouldn't have been treated that way by the company I get my other supplement from that's for sure! As for me well I simply will take my very hard earned cash and spend it on a different company. Because let's face it there are lots of equine supplement companies about and if Equine Answers can't be honest and upfront about their ingredients this concerns me! And to be fair this should concern other horse owners too because what exactly are they hiding? Behind their wall of rudeness?

Started using equine premier flex plus 2 years ago for my horse (over 20 years) he is truly amazing & enjoys competing most weeks, no sign of arthritis which was diagnosed 2 yrs ago, such a happy boy. Also, using canine premier flex plus for my elderly GSD/Collie, when rescued had a crushed hip (11 months old), he is now 11 yrs old & thanks to this wonderful supplement manages to live life to the full. I am so delighted I discovered a supplement that really works for my precious boys ! !

Ordered 2 collars. Delivery took 5 weeks despite advert saying 2-3 weeks. On arrival one of the collars was printed with someone else's name. I complained and the company said they would re-make. Waited another 4 weeks. When the replacement arrived it too was made with the wrong name but there was an additional buckle enclosed with correct details. For me to use this, however, I would have had to unpick the stitching, add the buckle and then re-stitch it!

I ordered my tank in February and have had to chase them constantly as no information was ever forthcoming, (even had to chase for them to send the confirmation of order(alarm bells should have rung at that point)) I contacted them in april after 6-8 weeks had passed (their initial guestimate) to be told they were going to contact me with a query about the brace (but hadnt) they said they would contact me to arrange delivery within a week they did not I was busy so left it until beginning of may I called them back was told I would receive a call back. they didnt bother, I called them again and the delivery was scheduled for 22/05, I called them on the morning of 21/05 to confirm a timeslot they said they would call back, again I had to call them in the afternoon as noone had come back to me. they confirmed afternoon delivery 22/05. I booked the day off work to accomodate the delivery. at 15:45 I called again to narrow down the timeframe was advised they would call back in 15 min, after 20 I called them to be told that they are still waiting for the brace... so I have been ignored and now lied to, when I told them to cancel the order they advised I called back today to speak with Bob, This morning I called them to find that Bob isnt in (if he even exists) and he would speak to manager and call me back I told him I would wait on hold, eventually he came back to tell me that I need to call back next week to speak to Bob, I advised that this is not acceptable and that I want to speak to the manager, this request was refused the manager does not wish to speak with me I need to call back next week. So no tank, no refund, no interest from the company or the manager to resolve the situation.. I have now had to contact my credit card company to raise a dispute for this transaction. Avoid this company you will be left with disappointment at every turn

T&C's are not mentioned when your handing over your money over the phone. I changed my mind on the size and wanted to get a bigger tank at a later date, was told there would be a 10% charge on my deposit desipite me letting them know a matter of hours after I paid. Will be cancelling all orders and any future bussiness I will take elsewhere.
