The customer service is horrible! They sent me a box I didn't order and wouldn't refund or cancel it even though I emailed them minutes after they sent me an email saying my order was processed. Their excuse? "We're a small business. We can't afford to pay people and refund customers" do yourself a favor and get your order from a different company.

worst customer service ever. ordered a box which contained tiny sample products, not what was pictured on website. very disappointed in quality as well. contacted them via email. no reply. finally after trying for a month, they got back to me with the royal run around. "log into your account". but I don't have one, i don't know log in info. etc. finally got a link and low and behold, I had an account which I promptly canceled. now I get an email stating my next box has already gone out and is non refundable. I expressed that I didn't pick a box or items and had been trying to cancel for over a month. they replied. sorry. non refundable.

Dog training collar lasted all of 3 days, it took them over a month and many emails to get their attention, they sent me a replacement collar but no remote that also did not work, asked for a refund over a week ago and still no response. They would get zero stars if it would allow me.

This company do not honour their warranty or provide a good service to their customers. I spent $80 on a barking collar which is faulty and doesn’t work. They have ignored my emails and requests for a replacement. I sent photo evidence and they have not responded. Don’t waste your money on their products.

Great product! When it first arrived I was disappointed at the size, then I realised it opened up and is huge! I can take all my bits and pieces, including food and drinks, to work with me in one bag. It's waterproof too which is a big bonus. So pleased with it, would thoroughly recommend to others. Pattern is great too! I got the black one.

This business is despicable. They normally sell Horse riding safety clothing. But now the country is in a pandemic they've added Hand sanitizer to their stock list and are selling it at an extortionate price. 100ml for £9.98. If you question this on social media your comments are immediately deleted. This is clear profiteering, they never sold it until there was demand, this is purely for profit. They should be shut down! I don't know how Charlotte Dujardin and Carl Hester, 2 of the top Dressage Riders and members of the British Olympic team are associated with this business.. Its dosent say a lot for their ethics.

I bought a jacket directly from them worth £80 2 months later after wearing it a handful of times the mesh in the inside of the jacket was ripped from just putting my phone in. After wanting a refund they send me an replacement jacket but never refunded my postage. Another 2 months this jacket was faulty as well. I contacted them numerous timea had to chase up as i wanted a refund. Basically got told i wont get a refund and my arms are too short for the jacket and i should wash it with waterproof shampoo (the mesh slipped down on the arms and was getting soak when it was raining) Weirdly mesh is not waterproof. I would not recomment buying from them. The customer service is shocking and the products are oberpriced and won't last. And if there is a problem they won't help and hard to contact.

UPDATE 10/06/22. After contacting this company and sending photos of the central inner cushion and outer rim, the company have apologised for the poor quality and advised they occasionally have quality issues which are less that 1% of their sales and have refunded me for the entire amount. Thank you Fealty Paws for doing the right thing. I have changed the star rating from 1* to 3* for their customer service only. Received my cloud bed yesterday and was so disappointed. I am totally appalled by the quality of this product. Not only was it absolutely rammed into a very small polybag, once out of its wrapping, I expected the bed to fluff up. I was wrong, the centre pad was folded and after trying to make it flat and smooth it remained a clumpy mass of inadequate stuffing. I was expecting a nice comfortable pad of hollow fibre but what I got was a load of clumps that wouldn't separate, there's no way that my dog would be comfortable sleeping on this. The outer rim was also stuffed with the same stuffing which again was very sparse with huge gaps in areas. Not happy at all. I've contacted the company and I'm awaiting a reply. Not worth the £55 I paid, don't waste your money. I'll update this post once the company had replied. Hope you do the right thing fealtypaws and refund my money.

Received the soft cloud bed today…….extremely disappointed! The filling is sparse and clumpy and totally unfit for purpose. I had to remove all the filling and replace with cushion pads. Do not waste your money on this inferior product.

I have had a great experience with this store. My coupon didn’t do through and they fixed it right away. I harness I bought was too big so I exchanged it. Unfortunately they were out of the pattern I had chose. Then a couple weeks later they sent me a personal email letting me know they had found some more of that pattern in the warehouse. I was surprised and delighted they would remember that and think to contact me. No only are their products great, but their customer service is above and beyond.

Go tags responded and told me it was "my" mistake, but that they would send me a new tag any way. How kind of them to point out "my" mistake. I'm not saying I didn't make the mistake, I could have. Unfortunately I do not have any proof one way or the other. But that's not the point here. I have worked in customer service for many years and I would have simply said "We are sorry for any inconvenience to you, we will send out a new tag immediately." There in securing a happy satisfied customer who will buy from them again. As it stands I will not. The customer is always right even when they are not.

I ordered medical tags from this site that were made of aluminum with the international medical symbol on one side of the tag and my information on the other. The tags included a "silver" ball-type neck chain. The tags were shipped promptly and arrived in 4-5 days. My information was transcribed accurately. However, where less than the allowable number characters were used on a line, the font was larger than on lines where most or all of the character spaces were used. Thus, the five total lines of font on the tag looked disproportionate to each other. The international medical symbol peeled off after a few weeks and the "silver" chain tarnished as it was actually copper with a chrome-type plating. I contacted the Go Tags via email and an offer was made to replace the tags due to the peeled medical symbol. The font discrepancy, it was explained, was a problem with the etching machine. No resolution was offered for that or the tarnished "silver" chain. I declined the offer to replace the tags. There was no point in that the medical symbol would simply peel again within a few weeks. I continue to use the tags as they are functional for the basic need and the cost was minimal. I would have been happy, however, to pay a little more for better quality, especially with respect to the tarnished "silver" chain

I ordered my first box this January 2021 and it arrived a couple of days after ordering. My cats loved the contents. One of my cats was rubbing all over the box where the toy was and the other cat was rolling around. They both loved the treats. It was also nice to have some gifts for myself too. It was a joy to see my two cats so happy.

Hm, also ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht. Ich bestellte 4 mal hier, 2 mal dauerte es etwas länger aber da wurde ich auch informiert. Yes i bought filter media with next day delivery. I didnt receive it , i got refund for delivery but got information will receive my parcel on monday. I wouldnt order it at all if they wouldnt have next day delivery but they had but it didnt work plus i jad my plans to set uP new fish tank and all my plants died cause i didnt received what i needed as a substarate so couldnt set uP fish tank. Cancelled my insurance 4 days after an instalment was taken out. Had not made a claim in 2 years. Upon cancellation I received an email stating “Your current instalment period covers you until 12/12/19 and your coverage will cease on this day” Before the that date we had an emergency Vet trip and I discussed with customer service who agreed that I should be covered and suggested I submit a claim. I also checked by email but the first email reply from customer service officer said that I was not covered. When I queried the correctness of this the next customer service officer said that I was. I submitted the claim and it was rejected as was my official objection. Frustrating mixed advice from customer service, as others have said good at weasling out of payments

I insured my dog with AFS PetMed almost 14 years ago and then insured a second pet over 9 years ago. Initially there were not a lot of pet insurers so the premiums were high which I accepted. Both these pets have recently died and I have just acquired a new puppy. I can now insure this dog for less than 25% of my previous 2 dogs or way less than 50% of my original dog through another pet insurance company with a greater % return per claim and no $75 excess per test...i.e. a blood test for 3 different diseases incurred 3 x $75 excess charges. At no time did AFS PetMed inform me of the reduced premiums...I've been paying $166/mth and that's with the discount for a second pet. I now have quotes for around $43 per month for premium cover, including dental, with no excess. A pity AFS PetMed don't look after their long term customers. I think they saw me coming and took advantage because I was a loyal customer....NO LONGER

After reading the Canstar 2017 reviews on this company which placed PetMed with Petbarn ahead of the pack for value with 5*'s, I was ready to insure my 2 pups at the top Ultimate level for each (almost $100p. month). After 3 weeks of the most terrible Administrative experiences and contact with the phone staff ([name removed]) and customer services resolutions officer ([name removed]), I am absolutely flabbergasted that neither could assist with something so simple as turning an unexpired quote into a booking. I have tried re-quoting online 3 times and turning the quotes into booked insurance without success due to IT issues. It's utterly ridiculous. I repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor and this did not happen. The management has been appalling . When I emailed grievances to the Senior Customer Resolutions Officer - [name removed], would you believe she did not answer any element of my email regarding conversion to a policy, but did refer the fact she would pass on my notes "to the relevant department" that their advertised contact times on their website was incorrect. 3 times I referenced their website contact details state they are available from 8.00am-8.00pm AEST and infact they are only available Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm AEST. Unbelievable and still not resolved this morning. Can you believe I was told by Mary that they can't retrieve online quotes as there is a price variation between sales over the phone and online quotes - I couldn't even get to speak with someone in the sales department or supervisor. . I work in a small executive office and I can tell you that PetMed's Administration does not have a good reputation. There are quite a few others that have become new pet owners and considering insurance, If it's this hard to even get policy, I can't imagine what I'd be in for with a claim. Seems like some of the reviews also speak for themselves. However I'd love to bring this situation to the Canstar review team . They have lost my business.

Quality of the products are great however, they don't offer sets of the same design which makes it very pricey - not including shipping costs. They don't often restock patterns which I had the problem off so in order to get a different design for the three products I ordered, I had to pay for the handling fee to send back and then an additional shipping fee to have it exchanged. The owner was great at handling the issue however I'm spending almost 20% of what I initially paid just to exchange designs.

My senior dog can experience anxiety when I am away and has been having seizures close to 2 years now. I have tried other products aimed at relaxing him but it’s been touch and go. I was searching for something to help him in his golden years and found Cannimal. I thought there was no harm trying it. My dog has been on Cannimal Relax for about 2.5 weeks now. While I do not know yet if it will help his seizures, it has certainly made him more calm and relaxed. I would recommend Cannimal Relax for anyone who has a dog with anxiety issues. I will be able to provide more information later on how it does for my dog’s seizures.

After 18 years, a ground hog chewed our in ground wire. DW came out, replaced the wire, checked and made some minor repairs to the collars and we were back on line. Respectful to the urgency to have our DW system up and running as soon as possible. Great customer services! Have been so please with the system over the years, we recommended it to friends out of state. Now when we visit our dogs can have the run of their property and visa versa. The collars work on both systems. As long as we have dogs, we will have Dog Watch.

My dog has suffered from pancreatitis and has recently been on vet recommended food. I ordered this from another website as Happy Dog didn't stock it. Two weeks down the line it hadn't arrived so I ordered my usual low fat Happy Dog which I was pleased to discover had only 7% fat. A week later I received my Happy Dog a few hours before the one I had ordered from another site THREE weeks earlier. Happy Dog normally deliver the next day so to deliver within a week considering the current circumstances was very good. Well done to Happy Dog.

I have been a customer of K9 for many years and was introduced to Henrik and Emily when they took over from Colin. Over the last few years they have continued the K9 family ethos, always available for advice, producing a newsletter and growing their family as well. HiForm has helped me get my horse back on the road to work again... we are still progressing slowly but since using oxydene, proflamaid and equi g he is much more comfortable and he’s looking great whilst living out 24/7. Claire is brilliant help and always at the end of the phone, more then just selling hiform products she helped with diet /nutrition advice. The only down side is because my horse has a high dose it proves expensive but worth it if it works **

Naturediet is about the only food one of my dogs can tolerate without suffering from colitis so it gets a big thumbs up from me anyway. It is made with simple good quality ingredients which cause no digestive problems for her. Normally I order through a well known online company who seem to have fallen over during the coronavirus crisis with my last order taking nearly 2 weeks to arrive. On this occasion I decided to order direct from Naturediet. I was both surprised and delighted when my order arrived less than 48 hours after I placed it. Highly recommended for both quality and service.

I asked to cancel my subscription after viewing a couple if vids and realising that a round pen was an absolute necessity to move forward with this training as per what the woman kept reiterating... i contacted them a day or 2 after i had subscribed and before my credit card had been charged to let them know that i did not have a round pen & couldn't afford to buy one atm.... 24 hours later my payment was deducted and then a couple of hours after that i got a reply telling me that no more monies would be deducted from my account ?!! I paid for a one time subscription so i guess that means tough titties you're not getting your money back :(( not impressed as this is totally opposed to what they state when you first join! Not to mention the fact that a lot of the vids are actually from other trainers which you can access for free on youtube. Learn from my mistake people ... dont do it :(

They offer a free DVD you pay for the post and packaging. Once they have your Visa details they take money from your account without your permission. Update 07/25/2011: I have had my money returned from EasyHorseTraining.com with a very big apology and the correspondence I have had with them was very positive and enjoyable, I hope indeed that they will be transparent in their subscription to The Exclusive Club, and not allow any other confusion to take place through the 'free DVD'.

Mrs. Katona lives in the state of Ohio and we live in the state of Missouri, we purchased a light apricot toy poodle puppy. In her false ads in www.puppyfind.com and in her website www.grandriverpoodles.com she is selling her puppy for $1,300.00 without AKC papers. We paid her $1,500.00 because we were promised to have the puppy with her AKC limited papers. We paid $200.00 for the AKC papers. She claims to be a top breeder, who has won multiple shows, and is in very high standing with AKC. After paying $1,500.00 plus $375.00 for shipping, plus all PayPal charges, I paid close to $2,000.00. Her website states when you receive your puppy you will receive a complete vet exam, health certificate, airline approved crate, a soft bed with food and water. The ad in www.puppyfind.com states I will also receive a copy of her pedigree. After I paid her completely, and complied with all of her requests, and paid the $375.00 for shipping, it is my understanding that the shipper is responsible in obtaining the airline that will transport the puppy from point A to B. In fact, I am the one that had to find all the information on the two different air carriers, because she was to busy to do this herself. Remember, I already paid her the fees, she was the one responsible for doing all of this. When I received the puppy, the crate was used, the feeding bowls were bent, and the so called soft called bed was a used kitchen rag with holes in it. ( I have pictures to prove it). There was no food or water in any of her bowls. When I took the puppy out of the cage she was not given a bath or groomed and had dried feces stuck by her anal area. The only paper work I received was the health certificate allowing her to travel. I never received copy of the vet exam, the soft bed, her AKC papers and her pedigree papers I was promised. When I contacted Mrs. Katona inquiring about the papers for the puppy including AKC papers, shot and vet records, she said there are not vet records. I asked her how am I supposed to know what shots she had because she is supposed to be current, she said she is the vet. But in her ads and website says that her puppies are thoroughly checked by a local vet. Besides that she told me that in order for me to get her AKC papers I have to pay her a fee of $500.00. So I asked her if the puppy is $1,300.00 without AKC papers, and $1,500.00 with limited AKC papers, which I paid, now I have no papers, and I asked her what was the extra $200.00 I paid you for, she could never respond to me. So now I paid for a mutt. So I have a puppy with no pedigree, no AKC papers, no shot records, nothing. Up to now I want to know what I paid $1,500.00 for. When I told her I want all of my money back, because I felt and still feel defrauded and what I was promised I never got, her response to me was this: She will out of all the money, she will deduct $300.00 for a non-refundable fee plus she will not be refunding the PayPal charges, and all of the sudden after she gets the dog back she needs to take the dog to a local vet for a checkup, after she told me she was the vet, and she said that the vet bill will be deducted from my money. So in return the only money I will get back, from the almost $2,000.00 I paid, might be $300.00-400.00. I even gave her a chance and called her back, I told her I would let everything go if she sends me the shot records and AKC papers, and her response was “there are no papers for you”. I have all my paperwork my PayPal receipts, copies of the www.puppyfind.com ads, and the copy of the website advertisement for the puppy she sold us.

I just want to say the the toy poodle I purchased from Mrs. Katona very recently was everything she had promised it would be. I am so happy with my purchase of my new puppy. She means everything to me. She is my new best friend. On top of this, she is a beautiful red girl, full of love and is very healthy. Mrs. Katona kept me updated and informed on my new chosen puppy until the day I received her by responding frequently to any questions that I might have had by texting, phoning me, and sending videos of the puppy, so I could see how she was progressing. All I wanted was a happy and healthy puppy. This is exactly what I got. Mrs. Katona seems to be a very honest breeder. I would definitely consider buying another dog from her in the near future. I would highly recommend buying a puppy from Mrs.Katona to my relatives and friends. Thank You for everything Mrs. Katona!

I bought an English Bulldog from Route 66 English Bulldogs. After receiving my money, Alcia Dyke informed me that the dog had enlarged testicles. The dog was being purchased as a stud. I demanded my money back 8 times and she refused. I posted a bad review on Puppyfind and it was removed. I contacted Puppyfind and they told me to send them all my emails about the sale. Within 3 hours of getting all the emails showing that I was not informed after the dog having cancer till after the money was sent, Puppyfind refused to re-post my bad review and told me to sue her. It's true , they only care about their clients who pay them their monthly fee.

This place is a joke. Purchased 3 fish, 2 came live and well...3rd one was 1/2 dead on arrival. If you ever deal with fish you would understand that being moved or disturbed causes "stress". I acclimated the fish to my tank hoping it was just that.. stress.. within 24hrs it was dead. When I contacted the company within minutes of its death I received a reply stating "we guarantee Alive on arrival" which means a 1/2 dead fish is alive. He offered me a 50% discount on buying the same fish again which in customer service is a slap in the face. After a few emails back and forth I will post his email. Stephen Obrian You just need to contact us when fish isn't up to par you put in your tank w other species pic on him his tail is shredded you spend all this time trying to bust my balls yet no contact when he arrives not good customer!! I'll send another fish no charge please always advise when arrive. If your getting a 15 day guarantee your paying to much for the fish and the shipping charges are prob also crazy!! ..... this is the response from a business man? If you go to his site you will only see good reviews. I tried to post mine but it "has to be approved" in which he deleted. He has 9 good reviews and has probably deleted 900 bad ones. He has no store, not on yelp, not with the better business bureau.. guy works out of a basement ripping people off. I do not want another fish for free with insults. The fish that died was the biggest in the tank. 1 out of the other 2 was smaller than most and is 100% fine. I took a picture of the dead fish for him and he says the "tail is snipped" in which it actually was not. The discoloration after death made it look that way. This guy, this below zero company needs to be shut down. Period

I ordered an Azul Peacock Bass from exoticfishshop, the seller promptly sent out my order and even texted me on top of an email to keep me up to date with the shipment. The fish arrived healthy and hardly stressed at all! I read the other harsh review and admittedly laughed about the "busting my balls" thing. In all seriousness the seller is a friendly businessman and and even I know theres usually a 2 hour window after receiving a fish to report a problem.

We met the staff during a pet expo in California, now we recently relocated to AZ and happen to run into their booth at the Arabian Horse Show. Very disappointed that although it says subscription can be cancelled anytime. The small print says after two orders. My dog is not keen on the product and I tried to cancel the next delivery. However I would have to pay full price for the order cancelled, or receive an order I don’t want. Be aware you cannot cancel at any time, this is misleading. The point of the trial bundle is to ‘trial’ it with your dog.
