Ordered late Monday and received the scope on Thursday!!! Great shipping time. One issue...the webyshops.com web site states "Lifetime Burris Warranty" but the documentation received with the scope only provides a one year warranty...the Lifetime Warranty was the major reason for purchasing this item from webyshops.com versus other competitive web sites. I hope that I do not have any problems with this scope, but if I do, then I fully expect either webyshops.com to uphold their end of the bargin. If not, I'll be forced to contact Burris for further discussion.

I've been a business customer of bank SA for 10 years. My business is successful and I work bloody hard with no hand outs from anyone. All I wanted was a business credit card. I made an appointment and went into the branch. They couldn't help me, said it was a " business banking" situation. They told me someone would call from their business area. After FIVE DAYS, I called them. I was discussing with Sidney what I wanted when a client came in. I called back as soon as I had finished with my client, but Sidney was busy. I left a message for him to call me back, but guess what? He never called back!! Pretty disgraceful in my opinion. Bank SA are ok for everyday personal stuff, but if you're in business, forget it. They either can't handle it or they just don't care enough to want to.

My husband I have had a Citibank card for over 2 years now and we use the card constantly over seas, we travel to many countries and have never had a problem. I lost my card in Thailand and they were able to cancel just my card and leave my husbands card still active on our joint account, which was fantastic. My card was skimmed after I used it in an AtM in Vietnam and Citibank refunded the money to my account with out any issues.

Lodged the online application of Citibank Plus transaction account 10 days ago. Never received a response. Called Citibank today, they told me need to go to post office to do verification. I asked why no one contact me or email me... No explanation, No apology, Nothing. Also inquired about foreign currency account 10 days ago and was told someone will contact me in 2-3 days. After 10 days, same thing, NO CONTACT. I do need to "RETHINK" if still BANKING with Citibank or not.

After trying a few gyms over the years, I found Workout Indooroopilly a couple of years ago and can honestly say it's the best gym I ever went to. The facilities are top notch, the price is quite good, and most of all the personnel is as helpful and friendly as they come. Plus, it's a family friendly place (even has child care) and attended by all sorts of people. You will feel at home, even if you don't match the typical jogger/model that appears in every gym advertisement.

I booked tickets online with Gate1.at from Vienna to Bogota for 1054 EUR. Something went wrong during the payment process. I paid with Sofort Überweisung via my mobile. After the payment was sent and confirmed on my phone, the website of Gate1.at didn't recognize that I already paid. So it asked me to make the payment again. So I couldn't move forward in the booking process without paying again, which I of course didn't do. To summarize, I paid for my ticket but never received it. The only way to contact Gate1 is to write an email, they have still not replied after 2 working days. I hope they reply soon and send me the booking confirmation or return my money!!! Otherwise I have to report it to the police.

I travelled with my 82 year old mother who had last been to Islay on her honeymoon 58 years ago. The flight from Glasgow to Islay was excellent, however due to a delay of our flight home from Islay of eleven hours, our experience was decidedly poor, since, as a direct result of the delay we missed our connecting flight to Gatwick, even though we had factored in 6 hours at Glasgow to meet up with family and visit mum’s hometown. We had to purchase further tickets in order to get home with no prospect of compensation. The only compensation we did get, was £10 in vouchers to spend on the limited food and drink available at Islay airport. We eventually made it home 16 hours after we had arrived at Islay airport, tired, disappointed, angry and considerably out of pocket through no fault of our own. My mum feels she has no prospect of getting back to see her hometown again and she’s desperately sad about that.

When my family ask me to come home from Bangkok to Amsterdam the 18nd of March because of COVID-19. I booked a flight with Gate1 for a day later which was "Automatically cancelled" the same hour I purchased it. The ticket was almost 700 euro. In their email, they said I would receive a refund to my account within 2 working days. I needed to spend a 1000 euro more to come home in this time. That was March 19 2020. They are unreachable.

I was overwhelmed trying to manage a 10 day trip in Ireland and the team at Ireland Luxury travel did an amazing job. We had 3 kids and they sorted all the rooms and the associated challenges of finding space for a family of 5. The driver was fantastic and a big highlight of the trip himself. They managed to find a good mix of family activities and sightseeing and our kids still say it was their favorite vacation yet. The team also flawlessly handled last minute changes to our itinerary and were very responsive when needed. We will definitely use them again on our next trip back to Ireland.

There were 10 of us hiking together during the first week of May in 2019. The response I received from all our friends after the hike was how everything from transportation, lodging, communication, and the hiking went without a hitch. We have never been on a trip where everyone from Maurice to the drivers and the owners of of our accomodations we stayed in, were so accommodating and quick to respond to our needs. Maurice in particular, prior to our trip was quick to respond to some of our unusual transportation changes we needed to make throughout our trip . He also assisted us in changes we needed to make during our trip due to a few of our travelers not able to complete a few legs of the hike. The response time and solutions, were completed in most cases less than 1 hour. That was amazing. We have never in all our holidays been treated so well. The hike itself was above what we had expected . Beautiful countryside, great views and just enough challenges to let you know you were actually hiking and earned your Guinness at the pub at the end of the day. The Wild Atlantic Way Hike is not to be missed. Thank you for making our Holiday a memory we will never forget

They betray the customer in the way they make you believe this is a Norwegian company and the shipment is also done in Norway. Second the will send you an email after you have completed your order and already paid it by credit card. The mail will make you believe that something with the payment went wrong and you have do redo it. So you order and pay twice! I don't know if that is any illegal behavior, because you get what you have paid for after 2-3(!!!!) weeks, but i feel pretty fuccked by this company as there real residence is of course not Norway, but some tax-paradise like Cyprus ( or Malta??)... Will never order there again. Just go to a real shop and spend your money there. Don't send it to Cyprus....or Malta.... Or wherever they hide... And of course you wanna make me believe that i forgot something in my kart and misunderstood that i already made one order. whats weird about that is that i got my two orders on the same day, but i made the second order about 6 days after the first. so you have a system of betraying implemented. Thats the reason why you are hiding in Malta!!!! You make the people order and pay twice. And for that little amount of money its only worth to me to give you bad references whereever i have the chance to, but i wont waste my time here further and of course wont waste time with trying to send something back to malta or even exspect to get money back from a company thats hiding there.

I arranged one of the Bachelor programs with Mokum. Unfortunatly the bachelorette got really sick, even so sick that theyre still nog married, because of it. Even with this explanation they wanted to let me pay the whole amount, even though we didnt use the event. Now they put even an enforcement officer on the case. I do think that the worst part of this is, is not that I have to pay for something we didnt use, which didnt cost them any effort upfront, but the fact that they're not even listening or even have any kind of customer service to help you. They just want to have your money (which btw is way to expensive) Regards

My husband’s birthday present was a Roman antiquity, a carnelian intaglio set in a Georgian ring. Excellent condition, value for money and historical interest. I was advised that the size was very large and a prepaid mailer accompanied the ring for free resizing, which was not necessary, but a great way of avoiding the inconvenience and expense had it been, plus uneasiness about trusting a regular goldsmith with a piece like this.

Ordered a new desktop PC 2 days ago to arrive by midday today. Recieved an email to confirm the order had been received, and over £1000 was taken from my bank account. Didn't hear anything more so went to track it today and it said the order had been cancelled. Apparently this was because they now wanted me to send them a copy of my drivers license or bank statement as proof of address. They refunded the money yesterday but yet to see it returned to my account. They never tried to call or email to get proof of address, they never said I'd need it in the first place, they were happy to take my money, and they cancelled it without ever trying to get in touch and procure the documentation that they never said I'd need to show them. I was heartbroken, was so excited last night I couldn't sleep and now I'm gutted and down £1000 for nothing. I have emailed their customer service and received no reply to my questions. Do not trust or shop at AO, I certainly wont be again.

My first Bell Tent lasted me over 13 years - so hard wearing, easy to put up and like an old friend by the end of it! Got given a new one for a wedding present and am in love all over again! Bell Tent delivered it super quick and this time we got the inner (for separate sleeping pod) and a porch for muddy boots etc.. so grown up now! Connected ground sheet makes a difference to the temperature and security, whilst still giving the flexibility to roll up the sides if you need more ventilation. Bell Tent UK are the original suppliers of bell tents and what they don't know, ain't worth knowing. Great company.

My family and I spent the last week of July 2017 in the lovely neighborhood of Gracia in Barcelona. We live in the U.S.A. Booking with Be Mate was pretty easy and I received great support from Mara, via email, before I made up my mind. Be Mate partnered with My Space Barcelona for this transaction. My Space Barcelona provided the accommodation. The apartment was clean and very functional. Unfortunately, My Space Barcelona's service was sub par, especially regarding: 1) transportation from their office to the apartment (they required us to stop by their office first); 2) issuing an invoice after our stay; 3) refunding the deposit in a timely manner. Luckily, Be Mate came to the rescue and sort out everything. Javier and his team really save the day! All in all, we had a wonderful stay despite travelling with 3 toddlers age 5-month to 2 years old. I am looking forward to book again through Be Mate.

Three weeks ago I went on my own to Malaga so I decided to use the help of Be Mate. It was fantastic choice! They looked after me from the moment I booked my apartment to the end of my stay. Noémi the Be Mate representative was just amazing made me feel very welcome, gave me all the information I needed. Everything went according to plan. I was very happy with my choice!

Not reliable and fraudsters I booked a tour with the agency Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris based in Nairobi, starting from Kenya - Nairobi and that was to end in Tanzania - Arusha and then continue to Zanzibar. The tour involved crossing the large parks to follow the migrations, more than visits to sites of interest along the way. Obviously we knew that being in Africa and in a country where accuracy is not there we would have to adapt and not ask too many questions even if the price we had paid for two was very high. In any case, as we expected, throughout the trip we were not adequately informed about the program, giving us vague information and changing it continuously program, in fact three times we have changed the structures where to sleep, previously communicated, changing them with others not always of the same level proposed and the discovery of the change occurred only on the spot, without giving us the opportunity to accept or change. The first excursion was to Mount Kenya where we were told a generic "let's visit a cave", but we were not told that there were four hours of trekking and that we had to be equipped for a very rough path. The moral of the fairy tale, after half an hour of march a storm broke out and not being equipped we had to go back. And so it was throughout the trip. The most serious episode that happened and that ruined us all the rest of the holiday happened after 5 days of travel, when we arrived at the northern border between Kenya and Tanzania. They told us that they had to wait for their next guide before continuing their journey. They left us at a taxi saying that the driver would wait for us in the next city because he couldn't come there, we didn't have many problems because we were used to that way of doing and we went to the meeting in the next city. The guide we met, after a long wait, on the trip told us that he was a replacement for our driver who had the car broken and that would wait for us in the Serengeti Park. The trip was tremendous because he ran like a damned because we understood he didn't pay much and he wanted to get rid of us soon. We made the whole trip without water and lunch that were included. Arrived at the entrance of the park told us that we had to pay the entrance, which was already included in the price, but told us that not being he our guide, once arrived we would refund, we trusted and we paid. Once we arrived we immediately realized that the place was not the one we had booked. We had booked a tent with beds and instead brought us to a public field with a tent where we slept on the ground. The guide was not there and we tried to get him called by the person who had brought us them, telling us that he would arrive after an hour and a half. We waited for the guide and in the meantime we called the agency asking for explanations on the spot that was not the one booked, also because we did not know it, we were not equipped to camp, after my continuous insistence answered me that it was too expensive the tent with beds and changed structure and attached me to the phone not answering me anymore. We waited for the guide who had never arrived and stayed in the camp for two days without water or food, providing our own needs. We stayed two days in the camp sleeping in this public tent with sleeping bags recovered who knows where, because we didn't have the chance to leave, we were stuck and every now and then some characters told us that someone would arrive who never arrived. We were wandering in this camp that was not sure, so much so that one night a hyena chased us and we had to escape. By day the camp was empty and we were left only two close to the tent and a small structure where they ate. We were really desperate, until we managed to bargain with a guy a passage to Arusha, interrupting the journey that was ruined. But not having the entry tickets to the park that the driver had brought with him, we would have had to pay the 400 dollars of the passage, the fine for tickets that we did not have, the two days of stay in the camp and the entry and exit in the park of Ngorongoro that necessarily had to pay to get out of the parks. At that point we decided to call the rangers who brought us to the police where we made the complaint and where magically occurred the driver who had disappeared. He was very surprised by the complaint and he justified himself by saying that the car had broken down and that he was finding a solution, he offered to let us continue the journey with him but we did not accept, the police forced him to give us the money of the entrance to the park, he paid us the car until Arusha and crossing the other parks. We also had to pay one night in the hotel, but once we got there the driver told us that he didn't have the money but we were relieved to have come out of that nightmare and we were very happy to be able to choose us a structure and get rid of them. The agency came alive when it heard about the complaint, apologizing and justifying that it had relied on this partner in Tanzania and that would have made us pay ... to date has never arrived anything. But the fact that I explained that it was his responsibility, because I had made a contract with him and that in the moment of need he had disappeared was a concept difficult to understand. We are now trying to find a solution to get compensation even though we know that it is impossible to get it. Maybe we were a bit unfortunate but nothing justifies their way of behaving and the absolute lack of professionalism, exposing ourselves to risks and leaving us in a foreign land at the mercy of ourselves. Even just because of the stress their behaviour causes you, absolutely avoid them.

The smaller duffle, doesn't have the exact same rippled leather finish near one side up where the handles are, say about ten inches worth. The leather is more smooth there. Is that supposed to be? Otherwise, products were great. One further suggestion is for the watch case. For larger watches like Panerai and such, the case itself should be a bit larger, say a few millimeters, such that the watch face does NOT touch the protective pad at all.

I live in a place with little to no Japanese food or markets, so Bento&Co is a great option for me to get things to use in my lunches. Good quality bento boxes can be surprisingly hard to find on sites like Amazon, so it's great to have a store dedicated to it, that also has a lot of collaborations with different brands. Everything I've ordered has been great and I haven't had any issues with defects or shipping. Would recommend for people who are interested in bento lunch boxes!

Purchased from Germany and received the package after 1 week (standard-delivery)! Simply amazing <3 I would never have imagined package and delivery being that quick! Was really excited about the items (bento-boxes, chopstick-cases and furoshiki) as it is nearly impossible to shop for bento-items in Germany (at least, if you like kawaii and traditional design rather than lean modern styles...). I'm sooo, sooo happy with the items and even with homeoffice, I sometimes prep my lunch in my cute boxes. Can't wait to bring them to the office for a healthy and cute lunch :-) There's just one thing.... you've got so much cute items.... I've just returned from my first trip with BeRightBack and I've already booked another one! Everything was very straightforward, the team were even really helpful when I accidentally had some travel documents sent to their email instead of my own, and promptly sent them to me when I got in touch. The destination was great and we loved the surprise element, the only ever-so-tiny niggle is that I didn't feel the hotel was a 5 star, as advertised. The rooms were quite tired and could have done with a slight refurb, but other than that I can't fault the trip or BeRightBack! We'll be travelling with them again in April 2020 :)

Over the last few weeks the staff at BRB have responded fast and efficiently to every query that we have emailed them , ( even on a Sunday) and managed to resolve all of my concerns. It is a shame that other companies in the travel market are not as helpful.

I have had to cancel two bookings with Centauro due to Covid flight cancellations and, while in the past they have refunded the charge back to my card, on this occasion they have only credited my account with "points" to use on future bookings so please BEWARE that while Centauro conditions state "you can cancel without any cost" this doesn't mean you will get your money back. Lesson learned is don't pay in advance just pay a deposit! It seems that one affect of this virus is that some companies are taking the view that it is ok to take your money and not provide what you have paid for and then not refund your hard earned money!

Hi Centauro We have used your car rental in the past many times and if we needed to cancel we would receive refund in a quick and timely manner our booking number is 191125-918338 and we cancelled this booking over 2 weeks ago now for a trip we had planned for next month. We have also emailed and got no response on our refund being issued. I understand ye are probably very busy cause of covid19 but can someone let me know when we will be receiving our refund. Can it be processed asap

I've used dubstudio for a number of years now, and the service and dubplate quality is second to none. You couldn't put a price on the advice and knowledge passed on to improve how your music will sound on wax, and everything is done with a smile and general interest in your craft. Rubbish... visited here lots of times in our touring caravan and stayed in the safari lodges last year at Christmas will start by saying booklets state reception shuts at 8pm to get a call the day were arriving at 430pm to say they shut at 5..... get there to a lodge soaking wet couldn't take shoes off bearing in mind 8 of us... 2 families... had to set up and stay in there wiping feet before getting in bed to report to reception Saturday and Sunday with a oh well put the heating on to dry it.. umm not great. To then get a call Sunday eve to say it will be discussed and id have a call back Mon/Tues... a week later surprise surprise no call. Underfloor heating in showers, men ladies oh and family... NOT ON ****** freezing to have a shower, again reported and nothing done said it was on.. it def wasn't as floors were soaking and never dried and freezing to step onto getting out the warm water. One of the reasons we booked here for warm pleasant showing facilites. All in all i have been a member of crealy for nearly 3 years.. will i renew... no prob not. Customer service is shocking. Just because end of season we still paid good money and this was def not the stay we wanted 4 days before Christmas.

I loved everything about my shopping experience with Derek Rose. First, I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband the week before the holiday. It arrived promptly and on time BEFORE Christmas. 2) I realized AFTER I placed my order that as a first time customer, I was eligible to receive a discount for the order. I em'd customer service & they immediately applied the discount. 3) My husband's gift was packaged BEAUTIFULLY, from the box it was shipped in, to the tissue paper which enwrapped the dressing gown, and including the envelope which contained the receipts. 4) My husband LOVED his gift; he was delighted because of the PERFECT FIT. 5) This was my first shopping experience with Derek Rose. From our early morning arrival we were taken care of well & looked after at Pearl for 11 days . Had a few room changes ( our choice ) & went rather smooth. Great “fun “ had which what we were looking for & food great also. Then spent 3 nights at Maya & all went well there also.

Lack of information on transfer times, rep at the hotel would not allow us to purchase a trip over the telephone given that he had been at the hotel once the whole trip, also to be sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes on the way out before take off with not even a water then standing at the flybe check in desk on the way back for over an hour as they couldn't print tickets meant that when we finally got through security we were unable to stop for the toilet or a drink and food, then we actually get on the flight and again sat on a plane for an hour and forty minutes before take off - again with no water!

I purchased the 'hot pink' one for my 4 year old granddaughter for a pre booked holiday in February as she had out grown her ride on, she loved it & it was well used in the airport, it made the journey to & from the plane stress free, many people asked us where we had bought it. Packs small enough to go in the overhead locker, she even used it while on the complex. Would definitely recommend, excellent customer service as the first one delivered had a broken zip but was replaced quickly with no problems.

This is my second year purchasing Insurance. A reminder prior to policy expiration would be helpful. Have not had any claims, so cannot give feedback on that. On paper, it is good coverage, priced right. The real proof is when the time comes to file a claim. Thankfully have not had that occasion...

It's the little things that make a big difference; crew remembering your name and cabin number after the first day, knowing immediately what you'd like to drink or eat, great willingness to help with sometimes difficult gangway arrangements and being generally happy, smiley and upbeat. It's the people who make a Fred Olsen cruise a great experience!
