I moved my 3BR household items from Adelaide storage to Port Macquarie storage in February 2018. I was impressed by Gino's helpfulness and courtesy. True to their word, they uplifted on the due date and kept me updated with progress of the move right through to arrival in Port Macquarie. They outsourced to their counterpart, I think Five Star Removals from memory, who also treated me respectfully and with courtesy. The price was very competitive and I recommend their professional service to others without hesitation.

I fell in love with a retro 60s kitchen on gumtree. The problem - I’m in Brisbane and it was in Adelaide. Trusting the seller was one concern, finding a trustworthy backloading courier at the right price another. I work in banking, with risk a large part of my role so this purchase both terrified and excited me. I found Across Australia Removals online, sent the dimensions of the kitchen and received a speedy professional reply from Gino. Not knowing anything about removalists I was anxious but he was super patient with all my questions. The seller was keen to get the kitchen out of their way so they could get on with their Reno so being able to confirm the pick up date upfront with them to ensure availability on the day and having the drivers contact details handy made this morning easier. So how did it end? Well the kitchen arrived on the day promised, the Gumtree pictures don’t do it justice - it’s even nicer than I thought and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Gino, Jason (the driver) and the Across Australia Removals crew. These guys could teach big businesses a thing about trust and personalised customer service. Thank you Gino and Jason for exceeding all our expectations and keep safe on the road. I won’t need another kitchen for the next 20 years :) but retro cupboards and furniture look out, I won’t hesitate to use your service again. All the best, Kathy

I had booked their removalist to move my apartment within eastern Sydney suburbs. I had a very pleasant experience. I will start off to say the website is professional and easy to use, the phone manner with the consultants in the office are friendly and helpful, and the team that came on the day to do the move were amazing. Guys were on time and worked very hard. They wrapped all my furniture items and took proper care and I had NO furniture damages!!!! They actually rang me after the job was done to get my feedback on their service and I really liked they they follow up with customers. I have already recommended to family and friends. Would definitely use them again.

Been a member for over 5 years and haven’t lived near a fitness plus for over 3 years. I left because a family memeber became very I’ll very suddenly. Last thing in my mind was canceling a membership. Living hours away from only location and literally states from my original gym. I’ve paid over $3500 and unable to break the contract unless I go to my original gym and cancel in person. Which in turn will cost me thousands anyways. Surely a fax with the write paper work would be enough but no. Money hungry inhuman business. Don’t do it!

These guys are terrible... came in for the free first week but then they said well you are better off signing up. They say no lock in contracts but you cant cancel over the phone. Even after my credit card changed they tried to keep billing me and sent it to a debt collector. The gym is also pretty bad. no steppers, limited weights

I am not a Fairmont customer, but the neighbour of a Fairmont home owner. They built a house next door to ours and disassembled part of our existing colourbond fence, and damaged a few panels. They actually asked permission to remove part of the fence and said that it would be reassembled about 3 days later. Being neighbourly, i gave permission. It is now about 5 months later and still no re-assembly or damaged panel repair. The damage was listed on the home owner's defect report. The response, was that it is the new home owner's responsibility to rectify the damage, because there was a clause in the contract stating that Fairmont would not be responsible for any damage that they did. I have been told in emails from Fairmont to sought it out myself with the new owner as it is not their problem. What gives such companies the right to damage somebody's property and then expect the new owner to pay for it ? I'm sure that if somebody had caused damage to their property then it would be a totally different story. Seemingly a company with no ethics or care about what they do to other people. Good on ya Fairmont.

The build process was quick, only nine months in total. Our site manager was on top of everything and advocated for us with external parties. The workmanship is pretty good, only some minor cosmetic issues that need addressing which is guaranteed in the first six months. Even the office staff we dealt with were prompt and helpful.

I am 100%satisfied with my experience with bold. Shape of my land is very difficult to build a single story house on. I approached numerous builders with land contour survey they said it is impossible to build a decent sized single storey on this land but they offered double storey building. I saw a "Can do" attitude from ilse young, the sales manager of bold properties and the journey began from there. She helped me in the preliminary stages, in design and selection. I was astonished to see that a good sized home in my funny shaped block. After that my contract administrator -vanessa took over my build process. She clarified my doubts and tolerant to the number of changes I made. . Both were approachable, very knowledgeable, and patiently answers my "Million" Phone calls and endless doubts about the building process. Property pro is their excellent communication platform. Building completed in 4 months. No delay at all. (16/08/2017 site work started. 19/12/2017 handover) amazing..... Mich and geoff were my building supervisors, who did an excellent job. Solved lot of issues in the land with the land developer in relation to drainage and other undground pipes. Very experienced and knowledgeable people. Very high quality work. Geoff explained me about everything during the time of build and at the handover time. Post handover support from Geoff and the BOLD property was excellent. Geoff made sure that everything is fine post handover as well and he is very approachable. Michael did excellent job during the beginning stages of construction. Build management was funtastic. Didn't find any change or deviation from my plan. All done according to plan and nil mistakes noticed during any building stage. High quality customer service and excellent support. My family and friends are extremely happy abut the finishing and quality.. Highly recommend them...

We recently renovated our bathroom and ensuite and after considering 3 quotes we went with Tradepro. Their quote was a little higher than the cheapest and a lot lower than the most expensive but they by far the most professional in both the way they presented them self and the level of detail in their quote. We were also provided with professional plans an diagrams so we were able to see exactly what the finished product would look like before we committed. We were rewarded with two great bathrooms that we couldn't be happier with. Well done Tradepro.

Thanks Tradepro 5 months on, of which a total of less than two days were spent on my actual kitchen renovation, and I still have to finish the job myself. I've just paid the balance of my account so that I don't have to deal with this s**tshow and their rediculous stalling any longer. Project manager can't communicate, hopeless, the rest of the Tradepro "team" not much better. Customer service, poor. Uncooperative. No people skills. Time management skills, poor. Slow reaction to complaints. So if you're considering renovating your kitchen or bathroom. "DO NOT use these CLOWNS"

The Ergohuman.net team are friendly, patient and knowledgeable on the phone, then genuinely want to help you once the chairs have arrived. The chair itself (Ergohuman plus) is a high quality produce with a superb range of adjustments. It even comes with a small CD that includes a video of how to assemble & then set up the chair to suit you. 1 improvement point: it's one of those mini-size CDs, not a normal one, so doesn't load into many modern cd slots. A full size CD would be much better.

Worst website ever... especially support is from day 1 plain rude. I think they need anger management.. bad attitude... closed my account for no reason after talking with them.in 2 emails. They make a problem because I sell traffic and ask the buyer or I can mark the order complete buyer did not find that at all 5euros I d i o ts are the one that made the problem and closed my account after i told them exactly what i wrote here... AVOID THIS COMPANY they lame and dumb and have a bad attitude save yourself a headache the whole system is stupid anyway you have to pay to sell something above 5 euros so no money to make there at all AVOID IT

Ordered a Valentino item... pricy item... The miney was debuted instantly from my account right away... Ordered placed on saturday,parcel supposedly sent via ups on monday afternoon... but the ups tracking nulber is not working. Called the customer service... worst ever... cant even speak english properly and very rude!! I give her my order number and name and saying there is no order on their system!! So what you just take my money and no parcel??? And just telling me to go f*** myself!! Properly!! A customer service talking like that to clients??? Really??? I would like to know where is my order! And have a working tracking number!!! So far im not happy at all and will never ever recommand nor order on this site again!!! And if the problems are not sort out i woul also sue the site for taking my money and not sending anything!

I had a big video project to share with a couple of colleagues, and it was a bit of a bummer that my uploaded video could only be downloaded once by one recipient. I had to purchase 5 additional downloads of my file to share with everyone I needed. All in all though it is a convenient service that you can use whenever you need to send a large file and pay just for the amount of data you need.

I used FileWhopper to send one large file (about 53GB) and a really big folder (252 GB). This service is not trying to push you into buying more options when you just need to send data. It's very easy. You get a price quote, pay, then upload your file and get a link to send. It did take me about 5 hours to transfer my 53GB file. However, I had a link right when I started the upload, so the download could be started and run at the same time. The fact that they encrypt files was an added bonus for me. I would definitely not want my files to end up being hacked into.

We changed GPS providers last year and selected Fleetistics as our vendor of choice and it was the right decision! The product is very sophisticated and the service is superior. I found the perfect wedding dress and the website said they had my size. When I did not receive the FedEx tracking number, I contacted the company and they discovered that the website information was not correct, they did not have my size. They responded quickly via email and apologized for the hassle. They also offered at $10 credit toward another dress or a full refund. I chose the full refund and it was placed back in my account in less than 24 hours. Additionally, I was offered a discount on a future purchase. I was really surprised that the company responded so quickly and resolved the issue in such a kind and professional manner. While I still don't have a dress for my wedding (in 3 months!) I can't really complain about Formal Dress Shops. Errors are human nature, it's just a gamble you take. I think it's important to note that you should always consult the fitting chart before ordering. Also it's pretty common to see a restocking fee (big box stores do this too).

My attempts at contacting them at 310-229-5951 in an attempt to find out more about the entity that fraudulently used my credit card account was unproductive. The bank associated with the credit card account confirmed it was a fraudulent use and I did not have to pay for the purchase.

I ordered a saxophone January 17th. As of March 29th it still isn't here March 7th at showed that it was shipped out and it Shanghai, China. It hasn't moved from that spot, which I assume is only in the computer, since March 7th. I've asked for numerous refunds and all I keep getting texts to say friend it'll be shipped out soon please be patient a few more days! Never never buy from this company!

Ordered an oak cheval mirror and was sent email confirming that lead time was 5 weeks (as per web site listing). Received phone call after exactly 5 weeks to arrange delivery for 3 days later. Delivery update information was the best I have ever received (and I do a lot of online shopping). Delivery driver was helpful and polite. Packaging was robust and ensured no breakages or damage. Last but certainly not least, the mirror is beautiful and exactly as described. Can you tell I'm impressed? If only all companies could do business like this - well done and thank you! Ivacy beats the competition in price and speed! I have used a lot of VPN and they all lost a lot of speed in the process, making their usage very frustrating, especially watching overseas video contents or downloading torrent files. Ivacy shows the best speed ever. Of course, using a VPN will affect the original Internet connection without VPN, but Ivacy only lose a tiny bit, maybe in the 10% ~ 20% depending on the country the server connects to. Definitely not as much as 80% as seen on some other VPN companies such as Windscribe, NordVPN, etc... Which cost much more than Ivacy. $60 for a 5 years VPN is the best expense I have every paid for Internet access.

I've used LexReception for about three years and I love the service! They build relationships with my legal client callers, they get the information that I need, and they are always efficient with the call. They schedule meetings for me if needed, and the system feeds Infusionsoft using Zaps (so it can be configured for most anything). Proof of the empathy, care, and attention is when the callers come in to ask for the person they spoke with! Proof of the benefit is when I get those leads that come in after hours! Best value for the money I have found! (and I tried three other services before I found Lex Reception).

I tried LexReception for a month and a few days. I use RingCentral and forwarded the RingCentral line to Lex for calls coming in. There were some issues initially and I stopped using them because I found that my clients liked being able to get to me and to my attorneys directly without going through the time with the receptionists. The receptionists were different each time and often asked for phone numbers and email addresses when the caller's contact info was already in their system. Clients and other callers were not happy with that. However, with that said, the receptionists did a very good job and were quite professional. I would recommend the company to anyone who is considering a virtual receptionist company for their law practice. I stopped because clients were happier before and it didn't prove to be worth the monty.

Merityre Sunbury Went in at 12 noon for two tyres, ordered through blackcircles.com (who are excellent by the way) Told them I was urgently needing to collect my son from nursery at 2.30 (which was a little-white-lie - I needed to collect him from school at 3) ...and could I have a 4 wheel alignment as well please? The teenager fitting my tyres was more interested in his sandwich. At one point I watched him take a bite of his sandwich.... take a slow walk to my car.... and then take a slow walk back to the sandwich, without even touching the car - he didn't know it was my car, and that I was watching from outside while I was on the phone. It took over two hours to fit two tyres, and my car was on the ramp the whole time They put it up on the ramp and took the wheels off, so I couldn't go anywhere.... and left it unattended for nearly half an hour In the end I only JUST made it to the school at 2 minutes past 3 (good job I gave myself a half hour margin, otherwise my 5 year old would have been unattended) I went without the 4 wheel alignment - no time.... and they said it WASN'T POSSIBLE to change two headlight bulbs... ON AN AUDI !!! It's not like I drive something from Communist Russia... or China. I saved money with blackcircles.... and lost over two hours of my life with Merityre 2 hours that I'm never getting back I had the other 2 tyres changes recently - I used someone else. Vote with your feet - go to someone who cares Message to Dene Arnold It was in December 2018 I don't know of they've improved, because I haven't been back there since.

I've had two great experiences at Merityre Kingston over the last couple of months. First up I booked a brake check and ordered 4 new tyres online. I shopped around extensively and Merityres were easily the best value for the Pirelli's I wanted. I booked and paid on line and was allocated a time slot for the fitting. All pretty straight forward. Not only did I recieve excellent service at the branch but they also re-assured me that my brakes were fine - despite the fact that Kwikfit had told me they needed replacing during a recent service. Merityres have subsequently completed my MOT and re-charged my Aircon - all completed with the same friendly efficiency, As someone who dreads taking cars in for service / repair I find the high standards, honesty and helpfulness I've encountered at the Kingston branch most refreshing and highly commendable.

During the purchase I have read in a page that the delivery takes just 24 hours. After 3 days I called to understand what was going on and they explained that in other page it's written that 24 hours is just in France. I think they should precise better that 24 hours is just for france because it is difficult to understand it, but this is not a big problem, it can happen. The real problem is that the men who spoke with over the phone was clearly unhappy of receiving that phone call and he aggressed me saying that I should read better before buying and when I said that I don't want to buy any more on their website because I felt insulted from their tone of voice he answered that they have plenty of customer and that they don't need my orders. I think this is completely unacceptable behaviours for a customer service and if they don't want to be bothered they should not publish their telephone number on the website. Very bad experience!

I ordered quite an expensive bike (something that I usually wouldn't do), which was delivered within 3 days from France to Luxembourg. The bike came well packed and perfectly assembled and prelubricated. I only needed to tweak front derailleur cable a little bit (cause probably the cable tension got messed up during the transport, which is completely understandable) and front disc caliper clearance. Other than that everything else was perfect. The customer service was quite responsive via emails and spoke English. The only thing I'd warn you about is that they are sending the things with french Chronopost, which is absolutely terrible delivery company, and I got to know this only once I received the tracking number. So needless to say, I was absolutely shitting my pants for 3 days due to my previous experiences with them, but everything went perfect this time. Maybe I was just lucky, who knows? This is my first order with Alltricks and will certainly give them a chance in the future again. 4.5/5

Made a purchase last May 1 with expected delivery date of May 12 but up to now my items are undelivered. No changes on tracking status until now. Tracking system is in French only & I have to google translate it myself. 05/12/2020 Your package is retained by the postal services due to a missing invoice. I kept on following up but they stopped replying since May 20 & just told me that they are still coordinating with the carrier... The worst part is they sent me an email to ask for my feedback regarding my purchases that they haven’t even delivered yet!

The finish looked good & the accessories were handed to us, in a small bag. The one thing we did find lacking, however, were simple instructions/guidelines. ie order to put items in, for construction. Ordered a workbench which arrived within 7 days. The courier text me with a 90 minute delivery window and was bang on time. There was no packaging at all, which is great for the environment and the delivery driver was extremely friendly and polite. Even the assembly instructions were emailed to me the day before delivery, so no paper to have to bother with. Very easy to assemble; took me about 30 minutes. Will definitely be buying from them again!

It is now 16:08 and i still have not received the rest of my bed, i am VERY Conscious that it should have been delivered as per the Reply from Danny below Please contact me to reassure that this is not just another broken promise I ordered a Bed on April the 16th I did not hear anything from them other than the customary Order Confirmation, after 2 weeks still nothing so i phoned them and they assured me that the bed would be delivered that afternoon. No Bed that afternoon! i phoned them back in the morning and they said we will talk to the Courier , i did ask them to send me a confirmation email or a mail with the delivery slot on, Nothing!! Phoned them back the next day to be told the bed had been damaged and they will get a replacement, but it wont be for a couple of days or after the weekend. Tuesday came nothing so far, again i had to phone them again to be told they would talk to the courier for a time, i waited a few hours was going to phone them back, but this time they beat me to it and said it is on the VAN for delivery. GOOD NEWS!! the bed turned up (or so we thought) i asked the Courier is that the only box he said yes and obviously due to social distancing i could not check, he drove off we opened the box only half a bed and a note on the Box saying Box 1 of 2, BEDSOS who promised to get back to me in 10 Mins, i had to phone them again and this time they told me the other part is on the VAN and will be with me before 6! Guess what??? yes you guessed it it never arrived, i am now waiting on the phone to try and speak to them again Now i know we are in unprecedented time but the communication and customer service has been appalling, the mattress from a different company came within 2 days and my Daughter has been sleeping on the floor on the Mattress ever since My Advice is do not use this company to purchase anything, the 1 star is for the people on the phone as i feel sorry for them.

First of all, sorry for not posting in French, not my first language. Good solid product from the Bikester shop, did exactly what it is supposed to do. Instruction leaflet is reasonably clear but most done in graphics and a bit difficult to get the best from the computer (Bryton Rider 10). Luckily, Bryton have an excellent video o Youtube which helps a lot. Packaging is good and there are lots of extra mounting rubbers for your bike computer. Quite happy with it so far. Do Not Purchase from this Company. I placed an order 12 days ago and once they got my money they do not answer emails and do not send product. I checked my account status and it said I had no orders. I paid with Paypal and they have sent a dispute on my behalf. Since then they still have not replied. There are other reviews with same problem. All I want is my money back and I am lucky I paid using paypal. When I purchased product they sent me an order number so it was not rocket science for them to look up order and send it. They may be selling products that they do not have in their possession to post.

I placed an order on the 30th of October, have heard nothing since. Have sent emails but they do not reply. I am lucky that I have used Paypal to make my purchase and I have requested a full refund. I went onto my account at Bonds and according to them I have no purchases pending yet after I purchased I received an order number and was told the order was successful. Paypal have sent a request to Bonds but I have not heard back. This company is very unreliable and I see I am not the only one with this problem. My advice is not to purchase from them and go elsewhere. It really is not worth the hassle in dealing with a company who just wants your money with nothing in return.

I checked credit simple, credit savvy and Equifax. My Equifax had every account and payment logged being very detailed, Credit simple wasn't as detailed and credit simple had completely out of date innacurate information. It doesn't even show or perhaps consider payment history. I had two very similar ratings from credit savvy and Equifax; however, credit simple was 20% less! I hope companies don't use this for checking potential customers credit! I constantly get spam saying there's been activity when there hasn't and the website adverts are just annoying and inappropriate.

I have a credit score of 830 or close on three other credit reporting sites. Credit Simple show 650. Same information no additional credit applications no defaults. I suggest you use the the more consistent reliable sites. Credit Simple is trying to get you to use the credit providers they advertise. My mortgage broker has indicated credit simple are not used by lenders for credit applications.
