On 09/15/2021 was schedule the ring doorbell installation through Target. The technician show up almost 1 hour late. After 1 bell ring he call me to let me know he is leaving, my wife was home front of the garage but he do not take any effort to look around. He install very badly the unit the wire was taped cover with black tape front of the door, shortly the ring start ringing nonstop with no reason smoking overheating, I call the office and the customer service rep was very rude and not help at all online scheduled for next day 09/16/2021 the service to come out and fixed 11:00 am I get the e-mail " the technician who scheduled not available any more" re scheduled without discuss with me t 09/19/2021 9:00AM I ask who will responsible when my house burn down because the wrongful installation? the answer : you can claim the damages from your home insurance Order # 698084

Age verification, browser alerts, and the way the alert was phrased about needing to enter a password and create an account felt a little bit scammy. Had to google and make sure this was a reputable site first. I'd suggest toning down the css/animation on the age verification (though it was smooth and fast) and making the native browser alerts look more styled to your website. Even on this survey, the bottom message "Your email is safe. It will only be used..." and the green arrow look exactly like scammer sites along with the "shopper approved" graphic. Almost like there's too much going on or you're like "No no we're TOTALLY safe, see!" and trying too hard. Otherwise everything was smooth and went well. Not trying to be critical, just trying to help

I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

Paid a good chunk of money for a server, and the box it came in had a dozen strips of tape across the top and one on the bottom. The one on the bottom busted. Not to mention the box looked like it had been around the world a few times. Fortunately the server survived unscathed. Everything else about TekBoost was well above expectation. I ordered a wig from hair sisters. Paid through my amazon credit. The only notification I have is from amazon stating that hair sisters have their payment. 3 days now I have NOT heard anything from hairsisters. I logged in to their website. I can not find any information about my order. I have emailed them twice, no response. The number they use with amazon is not in service. This is my 3rd attempt and last to do business with hair sisters. They are aweful.

***Update: company posted on the BBB site that they will refund anyone who files a complaint about their no refund policy, to the BBB. Might be worth a try. I filed. Although it looks like this company is going out of business, how in the world are they actually still in business? Paid 81.99 for a bottle of what can be described as rotted lemons, drain cleaner or knock off lemon pledge. SO greasy and stinky. They revamped their website after I purchased so their site is a shell of what it was previously and they state zero refunds, returns or replacements. There should be a class action lawsuit for all of us that were duped to get refunds.

I am extremely disappointed in the fragrance I received for my wife's Christmas gift. $80 is a lot of money in the pastor's household. I was hoping I could surprise my wife with her favorite Royal Apothecary fragrance "Hothouse Peony" that had been discontinued. Sadly the result smells nothing like the original. And with no way to get a refund we are just out the money. My advice unfortunately is it's not worth the risk to do business here.

Excellent quality cue, just as expected from McDermott. I bought it for lifetime warranty and wrapped handle. Very nice for money! SHIPPING, although free, was 2 weeks by our good old US Mail. I was nervous that someone else in the neighborhood received my mail again and kept a new pool cue! Fortunately it arrived on day 14. I know you get what you pay for, but next time I'll pay for the shipping and have it in two days.

My tickets were cancelled due the to fact they said I had ordered tickets and never paid for them. I have NEVER used this site and they say I was cancelled for NON Payment of a previous event. Good I got a better deal directly from the box office.

Was left until hours before a game with no tickets. Support little to no help. You receive two emails from BigStub explaining you will get another email with your mobile tickets. The third email comes from another source which is not identified for you. Fees are higher than competitive brokers and not disclosed until you pay.

Great experience. We bought Cavaliers tickets, which work a little different than tickets I am used to with the whole Flash Seats thing. Someone from select-a-ticket actually called me without me needing to ask to brief me on how to use the Flash Seats system. That was super cool and helpful!

We will always remember the experience, and your staff made it exceptional. Kathy took my reservation, and was so helpful she made all the difference, simplifying a complicated decision and offering options that made the trip possible. The van driver -so sorry I can't recall his name -was beyond helpful, keeping calm even when another driver plowed into the van in the Trump driveway. (Our driver was in no way at fault.) Mike piloted the helicopter so smoothly that l'm now eager to explore other cities and areas by chopper. His explanations of the terrain below helped us see highlights we would have missed otherwise, and we enjoyed his humor. As a retired marketing professor (OK State U.), l've taught many undergrad/MBA classes dealing with service quality. Your firm would provide an excellent example of "how to do it" for any class. The ride itself is only part of the total product; the condition of your equipment and the reassurance and competence of your staff, from first phone call to final dropoff, rated A+ all the way. I'm confused if you are the direct company offering the helicopter tour or the agency that partners with the helicopter tour company. If it's the latter I would prefer to know basic details of who the company is to address concerns of quality of company, type of helicopter etc. Otherwise, good website, good prices!

The site should state VERY CLEARLY that the name on the tickets belongs to an original purchaser who resold them on your site for above or below face value. Otherwise, the buyers who are unaware of how this works will get confused.

I don't remember how I heard of your products. They have helped ease the neuropathy in my feet. I had the stabbing needles pain in the soles of my feet, burning soles, numbness. I no longer have that as long as I continue taking NERVE & ENERGY BOOSTER and Extra Strength NERVE SUPPORT Formula. I do still have numbness but it has eased some and when numbness spread to the top of my feet, I increased the dosage of NERVE SUPPORT and it eased off again.

I started using the Nerve Support formula five years ago after a serious foot injury. It involved 5 breaks in my foot but since my foot was crushed, there was a lot of tissue damage. I bought a made in China scale that is not useable because it was not properly constructed and used inferior materials, I think. I'm pleased to buy a made in USA product. It and the shipping are higher priced, but I will be using this, and my husband will too, for a long time.

I bought lomo de bacalao but haven't used it yet. It looks as though it's good quality and I'm looking forward to trying it this Saturday. One comment regarding your packaging.... I don't think it's necessary to use the cold packs with bacalao as it's preserved in salt. The cold packs had defrosted by the time I received the package. The salt on the fish was quite damp but I've air-dried it. Hopefully it will be ok.

It was not clear that the item ordered first needed to be shipped to Medical Devices first then shipped to me. This resulted in me paying for 2 day delivery from Medical Devices expecting the item to be delivered 2 days after I ordered the item (27 Aug). I got an email that day then telling me it would not ship via 2 day delivery until after they received it. It took until the 4th of September for me to receive the item ordered. If not in stock it needs to be made clear that the item is not in stock and paying for 2 day delivery is only applicable to after Medical Devices receives the item from their supplier.

Extremely difficult website to work with. Information kept clearing, requiring repeated reentry of information. Hopefully my Mastercard was not charged repeatedly. I paid $23.99 for 2day FedEx shipping, I desperately needed this replacement part. I received delivery ten days after my order was placed. I have left multiple messages for Travis regarding my order. I never received a return call. I am disputing shipping charges through my bank.
