EDIT: I spoke on the phone with the owner of Dazzle Printing (she contacted me) and she made everything right! She was kind, concerned and very pleasant. I am happy to continue to do business with Dazzle. ------------------ I'm so sad. I have been ordering from Dazzle for my business for the past several months. Last month, when I went to pick up my order (I live about 30 minutes from their office), it was printed on the wrong paper. Thankfully, I caught the mistake before I left. My mom and I had to wait ~35 minutes for them to reprint the order, and we both had to cancel/shift later appointments because of the mishap. We kindly asked what accommodation could be made on a future order due to the inconvenience, and Renee said she would talk to the owner. I sent an email later on that day to Renee to follow up. About two weeks went by, no response. I followed up again via e-mail this past Friday, no response. I have a monthly product, so my orders are time-sensitive. Today, I called. I spoke to Renee. She was noncommittal, clipped and short ("Hi Renee, how are you?" "Good, thanks"). She stated that she had passed my inquiry along to the owner and did not know when the owner would get back to me ("hopefully, by the end of the day today"). When I asked could I speak to the owner, she said that the owner was working on a large order. I shared with her that, as a paying customer who would like to continue working with Dazzle, to send two e-mails and not receive a response makes me feel like I am being ignored and is not ideal customer service. I asked her wouldn't she agree? "Yes. I'm sorry." It was such a poor customer service / customer experience. I am feeling very disappointed, like asking for accommodation on their mistake is a nuisance to them, when customers are the lifeblood of their business. As a small business owner, I would never make my customers feel that way and if I inadvertently did, I'd do everything in my power to make it right. I got off the phone with Renee today feeling like my business doesn't matter. Perhaps it doesn't. Just pray and hope that they NEVER mess up your order. I am more than happy to come back and edit this review if they make this right.

Working with Genesis BookWriting has been a smooth and effective overall journey. We have used Expert Print Management for a number of jobs, one of which is a fairly complex 120 page advertising book. We used them because previously we struggled to find someone who could A) understand fully the project b) work within the price limit. They have fitted us perfectly on both accounts with several jobs they have now completed. The culture of their team shines through, they give amazing service from start to finish. The book is not an easy project, with lots of back and forth emails and we never at all felt stressed or that things were being lots in translation. I have been totally satisfied with every job we have had completed, the process has been easy, the pricing perfectly pitched and would have absolutely no hesitation recommending them for print jobs large or small."

Always top customer service from these guys, order processed quickly and fast delivery with a 1 hour time slot texted to me so no hanging about all day for deliveries :) would highly recommend this fantastic company

I spent over $1000 with this company. The first few orders were good. Then multiple mistakes happened. They refused to fix their mistakes, instead offering "discounts" to have them reprinted. This included wrong colours that we told them not to add multiple times, and spelling mistakes. The final straw came when our last cards ($360 worth- two colours of foil on each side) showed up with wrong emails, websites and phone numbers. Unuseable. They also showed up almost 2 months late. This company claims to be Canadian, but they do ship all their products from Korea. They have refused to fix this latest issue without charging us a 3rd time for their mistakes.

I have known KMS Litho for many years, a very good printer, who puts there customers first.

Found this menu printing service on Google after weeks of searching around, gave it a go and I was not disappointed at all. All my requirements were met plus advice/tips on how it could be improved and I ended up with a very different and unique menu. Even though I had limited time, they were still able to meet the deadline (somehow). Great work.

Started Talking to Alex on the live chat about what I needed; in this case it was business cards, Alex was great help within minutes we had narrowed down what was needed and how much it was going to cost. The business cards were printed within hours and on their way the following morning. When I received them I couldn't have been more pleased, Great quality printing nice crisp and sharp definition no bleed lines or loss of definition on the edges. and even come with nice simple cases for the cards. Great, reliable and fast turnaround print company who helped me out for SAV print in London for a weekend event where my original print went wrong. Delivery was to my hotel early the next morning and came just as needed and my client and I were relieved for this solution, especially on the weekend in Central London! Will definitely use again if ever in a similar situation in the future!

Lovely, good quality surgical portfolio Rapid service - received portfolio in 2 days

I ordered these a week ago and haven’t received a notification as to when they are shipping. I appreciate that things are delayed bc of the virus but I would like a shipping date since I’ve already been charged.

I emailed with an issue signing up to the newsletter and got a very swift and helpful reply, even though it was right before Christmas and at the height of a very busy season for an independent business. I was able to order what I needed and received the items in time for Christmas.

Used Newton Print every year for many years now! Such a friendly, helpful team, good quality and a great help in sending the printed leaflets straight to the distributor!

The service and support was excellent from both Luke the key Account Manager and Darren the Studio Manager. I have also received a printed copy and it looks really good. I will definitely consider using Newton Print again, and happy to recommend them.

I still feel a returning customer even though it may be a new account number should have the option of debit from the account. Also the process to get a voided check to open an account seems cumbersome. Either snail mail (too long turn around) or email that is not necessarily secure and when secure doesn't work.

The "last 10 orders" feature was terrific--blinding speed compared to search my 15 years of history with you. But I had 1 order that was outside the last 10, the only other option was "all orders". So another great feature would be some options between 10 orders and all orders. Such as a 25 order and 50 order options.

I have been using Printings and Banners for some time now, mostly on a daily basis. The quality of the mugs they print are brilliant. Their prices and turn around time are second to none. I use quite a few companies for different printed items but Printing and Banners are top class. I am a truly satisfied customer and I would recommend this company every time.

Publish drive and Smashwords are no match for customer service compared to Draft2digatal. Draft2digatal uploaded my word doc without problems or dramas. Smashwords mashed the word doc words together on their software and tried to get me to fix in microsoft word. Publishdrive could put a titles page on my word doc and tried to get me to header the tiles of the chapters but after i still couldnt publish the book. Draft2digatal wins hands down on that front. One stop stop..no mucking around. Their software is state of the art and quickly publishes your book and tells you what you need to do in word without having to do anything fancy to have it published.
