I made a purchase two weeks ago. And they have been giving me the go around. The quality was filled with bots and fake accounts. I have been trying to rectify the order for said two weeks. Nothing yet. And they continue to postpone fixing the issue. And yes it was AudienceGain.Net. Support system responds but doesn't correct the problem. (Refrain from using there service). Its basically a scam.

I received an e-mail on May18th saying my order would be started within 1 day, and completed within 3 days following that. If this is a pandemic thing, I MIGHT be able to excuse it, but you still only get 1 star for even making a promise that you know you can't keep. Addition June 1, 2020. - I received a refund. I am still quite dissatisfied with the service, especially since this pandemic started months ago now (the reason they said they could not fill my order), and if that is so, they should simply not offer a service they can not fill until a time is reached that they can. I will say that the refund (well deserved) was put in action quickly, but I wonder if that would have been the case had I not complained here. I have amended my original 1 star rating to 3 stars after receiving an email asking me to, but I will not retract this warning to future potential customers - Be very wary people.

Scam company keep away. Ordered a product with 24-48hr delivery. after 5 days heard nothing so phoned them for them to tell me 1. it wasn't in stock & 2. the price had gone up so were going to charge me extra even after i had made payment and have receipt to prove so. When you tell them your going to take them to trading standards they get rude and abusive. UPDATE - They state i have no dealings with Stripe. ummm i think they need to actually double check this before telling their spurge of lies. Also its very strange how they cannot be found on companys house as well so just to protect all customers i have informed companys house off their trading and also Trading Standards. If they are registered then under what name as Audio Visual World does NOT exist. If im wrong then i take it back but please do your checks you will see i am not wrong. I also have received an rude email FROM Jodie King stating they will possibly with hold my payment for 14 days due to my review here which i can honestly say is 1 million % TRUE. I have all proof so they cannot deny this. They are a scam company keep away go else where.

Excellent service from the Bude Branch, spoke to them on telephone as placed two orders in the end to link the two together. Some items were not in stock at the time of my order, but they got more stocks in to be able to accommodate my order. Delivery Driver was also very friendly and helpful by putting items in correct place onto my path with crane on vehicle.

Had the best 18th Birthday Party here on Saturday. Venue is great for about 70 people. Have to mention the staff and how amazing they all were especially Peter the Manager who took control of everything and the bar staff who also did an amazing job, couldn’t have asked for a better party. Food we ordered was great and plenty of it with different options for finger food. Even space available for a photo booth.

Ordered 7 jumbo bags of sand and agg from Oakham and asked for them to be delivered early on the day I had off work with hire equipment and slabs sorted from other suppliers. Hastened at 1430 but the phone rang out. At 1700 I chased again to be told the driver had been held up on another site and couldn’t deliver that day. Frustrated beyond belief as I used the more expensive buildbase for the order as they could make that delivery slot. Suppose I shouldn’t be surprised as I had a similar issue last time I ordered from them but at least that time I got the order late that evening after chasing. Grahan

I finished work early yesterday so I could get to the Wakefield branch before it closed at 5 o'clock. I arrived at 4.40 to find the gates being locked when I asked your employee what time you closed he said "errr about now" and continued locking the gates. Please don`t advertise that you close at 5 if you are going to lock the gates at 4.40 it is a waste of my time and a loss of trade for you as I had to go else ware for what I needed.

I first encountered Dania Transport 5 years ago, when I moved from Budapest to Aalborg to begin my studies at one of the universities. Since then, I transported with them over 10 times, both within Denmark and Germany and between Denmark and Hungary, and they never let me down. Throughout the years, they always delivered everything on time and with good care. The delivery of certification and other relevant documentation within 24 hours was a huge selling point of Insure My Business. I needed it ASAP to start work. Although provision of a quote and customer service was prompt and effective; it has now been over 74 hours since purchase without me being able to see customers. Please send through the certificates as quickly as possible so I can reward what has otherwise been good quality service.

I was previously insured through there sister company and received the email they were merging approximately a month before renewal. I contacted them to ask a few questions about what this would mean to me. They answered all my questions in a professional manner and then checked my details so they could provide a competitive quote. Despite insurance prices going up, they bent over backwards to give me a renewal cost, as close as possible to my previous costs. After a short while and discussions with his superiors, my original insurance price quoted was reduced to well within £100 of last years price.

The purchase process was simple and the support I received from the chat was good, however I order the parts on Tuesday afternoon and they told me that the items I needed will be dispatched and with me on Thursday. On Friday morning I call to find out what happened with the order and only then I found out that they had a problem with the manufacturer and there was a delay and I would received the goods in a week. This was disappointing, the reason I order from you was the speed and I was let down additionally, I had to call myself to find out the problem.

I booked a vacation with redtag and a couple days later the price ended up decreasing. Having read that they offer price drop assurance I figured I would just call in and have the cost adjusted, well was I ever wrong. When I phoned in (I waited almost 1.5hrs) the customer service rep just rudely told me they don't offer that, despite it being easy to find online, and it was my mistake. I would highly recommend booking through another provider that gives you some type of compensation/reassurance if they choose to adjust the price

The salesman, Tony Neil, was very thorough, answered all our questions and queries, he also outlined comparisons between similar products. There was no pressure at any time, had there been so I would have left the store. The sofa was delivered within the time frame suggested and the delivery men were polite and efficient, assembling the sofa and positioning it to our satisfaction. I am hoping the sofa will last for a good number of years, but when I need a replacement I shall again purchase from Roomes

we have previously stayed at Millbrook estate twice before (which is ran by the same people that offer this beautiful cottage) so we knew that when they say their accommodations are 5 star gold they really mean it, however rose cottages is just something very special indeed, walking in it really is home away from home with the attention to detail, cleanliness and personal touches. Then the added luxurys...... A private hot tub , copper bath for two, 3d TV and log burner to name a few, I could go on but you really need to be there to enjoy all its treats. it's just a little spot of heaven, basically if you're looking for complete relaxation in beautiful surroundings being looked after by people that can't do enough to make your stay truly personal... This is where you'll find it..... Rose cottage..... Millbrook estate take your pick.... It's a cut above the rest.

We spent 4 nights at Rose Cottage in January 2020 for our wedding anniversary. We loved the mix of original features and modern features. Bed was very comfy, loved the bath and great to chill out in winter in the hot tub with a glass of champagne. We visited places like Woolacombe and Clovelly nearby, winter walks on the beach, great scenery. Highly recommend!

With one night stops at Brussels, Munich and Turin and three nights at Venice the whole trip worked perfectly. The Interrail Pass allowing UK travel as well was a real cost saver. The only hiccup were that the RER Metro tickets in Paris wouldn't open the gates. We took them to the service desk and they were promply changed. All the hotels were excellent, clean, comfortable and tidy. The highlight of the trip was the ride over the Brenner pass in perfect weather as was the return through the Alps from Turin.

Train arrangements all worked smoothly, with ample time for connections and great seat reservations - table for two, window seats etc. Documentation pack was detailed and specific, including instructions on best route from station to hotel, which took all the hassle out of navigation. Hotels were good to excellent. I have recommended them to one friend and will certainly recommend to others.

I thought the people on the day were very friendly and efficient and prior to the day - quite helpful. But this idea of having to place the entire deposit with Pugh when telephone bidding I think should be rethought because how do you (at the bidder) know if you're going to get it back if unsuccessful? Anything could happen and go wrong. Other auction houses don't insist on this, and I don't think you should either. Compared to Savills or SDL I think your fees are rather high, but I like your limited viewing slots and the opportunities you have. I've subscribed and I'll still keep an eye on what you have as I think you'll grow in the region.

My experience of buying a property through Pugh and co was pretty good with the exception of a couple of minor things...Firstly i was told i could not buy the property in joint names with my wife as she was not present at the auction, which proved to be untrue and I had to telephone a couple of times to get the auction signage removed from the property. Nothing major but you did ask !

Signed up for an account on this website and paid for access to their special "VIP" forums and content sections with the promise of access within 24 hours of Paypal payment. 1 day later, still no access, but the site admin opened a forum thread regarding my personal information and invited other users in to discuss it. On the third day of having my home address, IP address, and other personal information discussed I knew they were stalling to try and time-out the PayPal refund time-limit. Don't be fooled by their fake promises, there's other websites out there that offer the same content without the scams.

It is hard to deal with the loss of your favorite home to fire and I had been one of the unfortunate ones to suffer that loss. On top of such loss what actually pained me was the behaviour of the representatives of the insurance company. They sort of turned a deaf ear to all our pleas to get the claim settled in time. That was initially and then the amount that we finally received was much less in terms of the value our property was actually insured for. I was totally devastated as the entire amount was very necessary for setting everything up again. Since, nothing worked, we decided to get in touch with a public insurance adjuster. We heard that The Claim Guide is one such organization that stands by the policy holders and talks it out with the insurance company. Our public insurance adjuster from The Claim Guide came to great help to us. They negotiated well with the insurance company after getting the details from my end and got me a claim amount that I could never would have imagined to receive if it was not for the public insurance adjuster. A few weeks back a wind storm destroyed a big part of the roof of my house. Though I had an insurance claim for wind damage and my insurance policy provided a coverage for the same, the insurance company was not willing to pay the money they owed me. The insurance agent was not even ready to take my calls and talk to me. I was at a loss as to how could I manage the repairs without the money coming in. i ordered 2 books from them, 1 which included 1 year access to the writers market.com. after 1 month, and 2 emails to them, they still haven not sent my item, and not responded to my customer service emails. the item was preorder, and they changed the date it was going to ship from aug 8 to sept 8, and never notified the customers. if i had known it was going to be shipped in sept, i would not have ordered book, as it missed my deadline. i also ordered another book (not on backorder) which was never received. i managed to call and get it "straightened out"- but it is inexcusable to me that customer service wont respond to missing orders that were paid for. the response from the customer service rep i talked to on phone, was a generic "sorry for the delay, we've been overwhelmed with requests" . it is unreasonable to me to not get back to a customer weeks after they ordered something. wont order from them again.

I have contacted the FBI on numerous occasions in NYS. I now have a federal case for gross and wonton discrimination against minority groups. Like many U.S programs and agencies they ignored a issue so specific it requires direct action. Anything that is a direct crime or crime against a person or group will be openly denied and ignored. I reported hate crime in 2012 and i have since received any support for over 30 Government agencies "touting" justice, advocates, crime institutions or other. The FBI supports corporate crime, will not get involved in any public, civilian or personal affairs that involve its own prejudice as the source of the issue. Most organized crime thrives in the shadows of government, permissible white collar crime they benefit from. The government is locked into keeping crime "tangible" and nothing else. If it is not a person, place or thing they will denounce it, and ignored the issue entirely. Cyber crime is on the rise, cyber stalking, cyber discrimination, cyber segregation, cyber bullying, cyber censorship, the rights and privileges are now ISP material to be handed to the NSA's approval for you to get a job or stop local hate crime.

I thought I was going direct for Nexus and got sucked into the ExpediteQ website. I was very clear about the locations I would accept for interviews in the Nexus process when initiating their services and completing the online form. They accepted my application with these locations and gave me a login to check progress, allow 5-6 months they said. I heard nothing for 4 months so got back in touch and was told that I needed to provide locations for interviews. I was shocked and resent the original email with locations clearly listed. This was seeming to be a scam and made me nervous. You cannot contact Expediteq by phone, they only email and their understanding of written English seemed to be lacking, further making me wonder who I was really dealing with, did not appear legit. Then I was told that my requested locations were not valid ones and I had to choose from Canadian locations. I couldn't believe this as there were many US locations listed on their website that I chose from. I was emailing Angela and Caroline who may be the same person or they interchangeably use each others emails. "Angela" wasn't understanding my questions about locations, I did not want to have to go to Canada for this, wanted a refund. Not possible she said. She proceeded to send me screen shots of her phone with locations listed and I see Washington but the pic was cutoff and no locations listed. It took 5-6 emails to get her to understand I cannot see the locations, they are not on her pic. She finally understood and sent a screen shot again that DID show Washington locations. It took a few weeks and many many emails to resolve what could have been handled in a 5-10 minute phone call. Bottom line after going to my Nexus interview is I should never have used a third party. The government folks at CBP strongly advise against it as many are scams as I believe Expediteq is. The process is an online simple one that would have saved me time and $150 had I simply done on the .gov site what I thought ExpediteQ was going to do for me. I paid $150 for horrible service. I thought I needed a third party to do both Nexus and Global Entry but in reality, Nexus is all that was needed as it covers Global Entry.
