Call CCTVTech to buy some Hikvision cameras as they are near me and asked them to price match or beat. When I showed them the price from another authorized Hikviion supplier they said they can't match let alone beat another seller. According to their adds they " We will beat any genuine Hikvison quote, provided this has been supplied by an authorized dealer. Supply us with an official quotation and we will beat it!" I later found out they CCTTek are not authorized Hikvision seller as they claim on their website either! What a con.

I purchased a camera kit from cctvtek about 5 years ago and had no problem with it until I switched it on today and the power box has a red flashing light, I rang and was told to email, I emailed had no reply, I’ve asked advice on live chat (was told to email again) which I said I’d already done. Was then told they hadn’t sold the product for many years and to speak to the technical dept, I tried and was told to email..... so I have a camera which probably has a simple fix but no one will help me Thanks cctvtek. Just remember who bought from you when you were a tiny company operating from a shop.

909 control box supplied by the electric gate shop has been nothing but trouble, even after setting it up exactly as instructed by them. Whenever it is windy, gates go out of sync. Poor product, but to be fair Gary has always tried to give assistance over the phone.

It is difficult trying to find a supplier of motorised gates who is prepared to give a frank assessment of the options and continued helpful advice up to and beyond the point of sale. This company has shown untold patience in helping me understand how the various components work together. A great service, great products all at a really good price.

No way to reset this Dvr if you forget your password,also the shop who’s done this is closed down I contact Qvis they said you have to be a seller of Qvis product to be able to reset ,what a rubbish system and no support at all I have to pay another 200£ to buy new dvr but I never use Qvis again ,just hikvision with good support,Qvis is con artist

I'd notified Phonewatch that I would be leaving them late last year as i fell out of contract and I'd complained about ever rising costs for an alarm that does not get used often and when tested it does not sound even after being serviced. App is awful and gets lost looping to detect the in house device status and temperatures. Despite my notice to leave they are advising they rolled me into another 12 month contract as part of auto renewal yet I've no written copy of contract and no prior notice that it would renew. They are misrepresenting capability in terms of tech reliability when compared to competitors in my view and definitely not a market leader. They can't even be graceful in letting customers go that are dissatisfied with them, all eyes on locking in further billing charges. Pretty pathetic operating business model if you were confident about your capabilities.

The first salesman lied about the features of the system, when the installer arrived he informed us that we couldn't arm the door sensors and have the motion sensors disarmed at the same time, (we have a house dog) I sent the installer away, the second salesman apologised for the failings of the first salesman and offered a free install if i would reconsider, after the system was installed i called him as agreed, he made a bullsh1t excuse and refused to do anything for me! an absolute joke of a company! dishonest chancers!

Edward Claybrooks Order#54627 Ordered a monster safe on 1/6/2022, which their website said was in stock but as soon as the money was taken I get an email stating that the safe is delayed. This seems to be a theme with them. When I called after 2 months of not getting my safe I get the refund run around. We are refunding your money immediately but 2 weeks now and nothing. This is a racket!

I always stood against people trying to hack their partner's phone, until my cheating wife gave me every reason to spy on her. Over the Christmas 2016 holidays Allied Fire and Security failed to notify us for eight days of low temperature conditions at my home and office that resulted in the total loss and required replacement of our plumbing. It has been 8 months since the event and I have been in touch with the company by phone and in person and only received unfulfilled promises that they will “look into it and follow-up”. My nearly bi-weekly contacts have included several service technicians, the customer service manager, the Spokane branch manager and finally the owner. Judging from other complaints about Allied Fire and Security, both here and on other websites, as well as credible employee reviews I conclude this is a poorly run company, with a constipated culture, selling an out of date and failure prone technology. There are far better solutions, such as the one provided by Xfinity and other IP providers that provide better service at a lower cost and with higher reliability. We no longer entrust Allied with the safety and security of our home and business. I would not recommend that anyone else do either.

For 20 years I have managed security needs for several locations for my job as a Police Officer and my own personal residence. In that time I have worked closely with Allied Security. I find the staff to be very knowlegeable and ready to help with any of my needs. They are very responsive and reliable when called upon. They are a local company that very much serves the needs in security or all job sizes. I have refered Allied Security to friends and family many times and all have been very happy with thier service.

We bought 3 types of different printers - laser, inkjet... over 10 years. Always better quality. It took 1 year and 2 months in average that they broke, of course out of guarantee already, service is always 50%-100% of printers price and over the years not one of them worked without problems more than for a month. NEVER again. I was so against it the last time, but reviews were excellent. Well, my husband now thinks the same. We have to buy new printer because the last one broke over not that common mistake. Really? Again? Never again Cannon printers.

Inferior keypad that will fail within two years. I bought my safe from Costco two years ago. A few months ago the passcode had to be enetered twice in order for the safe to be opened. I thought it was the battery so I replaced it as instructed. The keypad still was doing the same thing. Then finally the door would not open. I needed to get some documents out of the safe but was unable to do so. It was the weekend so I called a lock smith company to open the safe. The safe company arrived and I was told that this is a common problem with Cannon. The locks usually fail within two years. The safe is heavy and I didn’t want to return it to Costco so I had them fix it and Change the electronic keypad. Total cost was $194. I called Costco and they wanted the safe back but I didn’t want to return it after I got the lock changed. Costco is trying to help me get some or all of my money back from the repair job from Cannon. Cannon has not responded in three weeks after letters were sent out by the claims division. I’m totally dissatisfied with a Cannon safe. My parents had a safe for over 20 years with no problems to their electronic lock by another company. I do not recommend Cannon.

Ahmet installed a 4k 3 camera system for us 24/01/19 and i have to say the whole experience for us was 1st class. From arriving promptly to explaining what he suggested would be the best areas of coverage to listening to our concerns and then working out and placing the system to allay our worries was excellent. The information on the website was plenty to make an informed decision and Ahmet was even on hand for a webchat whilst i browsed to answer some questions. When the install was complete our house was left neat, clean and tidy with the cabling nicely hidden and Ahmet gave a walk through tutorial with how to use the system on our phones (which he set up whilst with us) and home pc as well as leaving a quick guide for reference later should we need it. Love being able to check on the house when out/at work and highly recommend CCTV Aware if you are considering CCTV!!

Ahmet recently install four 4K cameras for us, Ahmet it a true professional explained to us why and where the cameras will be installed all cables were neatly run and he went through everything with us to make sure we was happy with it throughout the install, once everything was up and running Ahmet made sure we knew how to use the system. I would highly recommend CCTVAware to all!

I have used first fence twice now and both times with problems the first time was the damaged product which was caused buy bad handling with the product sliding around in the back of a flat bed lorry this took two more attempts to get a undamaged product the second purchase there was a problem with the delivery I was away when delivered I got a text and explained the yard they trying to deliver to shut at three o'clock I then got a email saying delivery had been made when I got back went to pick up fence but it had not been delivered at all I rang first fence and to be fair the lady found out where the delivery had gone wrong and sorted it out but this still ment idid not have the fence the day I needed it but the product was fine.

I ordered a product back in December 2013 from spygadgetonline.ca, based in Quebec, Canada. The wrong product arrived a few weeks later and it was Cash payment only (my mistake!). I emailed to tell them I received the wrong product and next steps to get the right one and received an email from Gabriel M saying they would send us a mailing label and instructions with the right product. This was back in February and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed them every week, nobody answers the calls yet they are super quick on the Live Chat Agent via website (when they think you are looking to order!). I was then told to go on the French website and speak to the Manager for resolution but they would not give me a name or number. I am back to their so called Customer Support and Gabriel M and getting nowhere. Does anyone know who to lodge a complaint with in Quebec as I hear the BBB does not cover Quebec? DO NOT USE SPYGADGETONLINE.CA. It is a complete Scam!

We have called Trueies for some CCTV camera solution. They have sent an tech guy at our office. He evaluated the location and returned back in the evening with all CCTV device and other required accessories. Within 1 hour he installed 4 camera and informed me about the process of operating and technical info. After 6 days the camera got some issue, so I called them. Their technician visited the next day and solved problem. I will definitely recommend Trueies to my colleagues and relatives for their good service. Keep up the good service.

Canceling is a nightmare. Customer service is very poor. Finally got the service canceled (our so I thought) when they told me I would need to reply to an email that I never received.
