The space is really nice and no specific complaints there. However some issues with the services: 1 - The invoice I receive is wrong every month 2 - The printer is regularly not working (no paper available, no ink, printer not working) which cause the have copies being charged without getting any actual copies. 3 - I have been asking for several weeks on how to make a change in the office and no feedback whatsoever. 4 - The portal is regularly not working (to print, to book conference rooms) 5 - The Telepresence room cannot be booked using the portal which would be much easier.

This is by far, one of the best co working spaces in Melbourne. Location location Location! in the heart of Cremorne. Hip Design, large desks super fast internet and great people all around. Happiness team( community/ office mangers -Shai And Joana) are super friendly and engaging, maintaining great vibes throughout the day and always willing to help. Besides the Friday cocktails, free massage and left overs from events caterings, the best perk is the coffee station! Amazing Quality espresso machine (Breville) that produces cafe quality coffee in the office in a click of a button!

Our $430K investment on the advise of the WIT Group is now 6 years later valued at $320-330K We were advised that it would be a long term investment in all fairness but in hindsight it will be an even longer time before we recoup our money and could have made some much better choices. Their licenced "expert" sold us an apartment on his recommendation, and we all know how the apartment sector is travelling at the moment. Have spoken to a number of friends and family of their property investments and all have made a positive gain in varying amounts and that was without a financial adviser!! Investor beware as they have not provided any wealth gain for me. October 30th 2019 Update: Shameful Coming into year eight since we purchased an investment property on the advice of WIT group and still 80K short of what we paid for the property (going by what an identical apartment sold for just recently) as well as an additional 84K (approx) which we have paid out of our own pockets because the property is not cash flow positive. WIT you simply scammed us and ran with our money, you should be ashamed having taken advantage of our trust in you. The individuals that conned us (a senior WIT member and an estate agent working in cahoot with WIT) have not had the decency to call and offer any explanation or options since purchase. Will sell at a loss and move on. If anyone doubts what l'm saying l'm happy to provide proof of stated figures Thanks for ruining my financial future, you have set me back years

I worked at eOffice's holborn office for two months and I really enjoyed my experience there. The office is at a great location where you can easily find transportation, restaurants, tube stations etc and the office itself is spacious and clean, not mentioning the free coffee and fast Internet! Overall, it's a great co-working space!

OMG, we were told why we were renting it hourly not per day IN FRONT OF OUR CLIENT, we almost lost our client because of that, how unprofessional? How can she tell us in front of our Client? If she wanted to ask or tell something she should have call us into he office and talk privately not in front of our client, our reputation got messed up they were like oooo you don't have an Office???very very unhappy with their customer service.

Amy Stern was amazing From the time she made initial contact, until her last email, she was professional and personable, always on hand to help. Though I didn't secure space through Flexi offices, Amy went out of her way recommend and show me several office spaces based on my brief. She took the time on one afternoon to personally take me to 4 places. She diligently followed up on all appointments, helped negotiate preferential rates and coordinate meet and greets with the various venues. Unfortunately, our preferred venue got snatched up which is why we didn't follow through. Amy made the whole experience of shopping for office space in a really competitive market really pleasant and easy. I wish her all the best and won't hesitate to reach out to her if we need to search for new space in the future.

My real estate experience started when I purchased a condo in Hoboken, New Jersey, in the early 2000s. I lived there for a while, and then converted it into a rental. Over the years, I was able to weather both the financial crisis and Hurricane Sandy while keeping my rental and generating monthly cash flow. Now that the local housing market is up in Hoboken, I made the decision that it was time to exit the market, as it’s been extremely unfriendly with rent control laws and taxes. Not to mention, tying up half a million in 1 tiny box is a significant chunk of my net worth. The Next Steps Once I decided that I would sell my condo, I had to consider multiple factors: Where to invest? I considered a few local New York/New Jersey spots to invest in, but they were too expensive and came with high taxes and home prices. How do I invest passively? After self-managing for years and dealing with 2AM phone calls, terrible contractors and the rest of it, I wanted to make enough free cash flow to hire a property manager. This way I could truly be an investor, not a landlord. This was so important to me that I even strongly considered REITs as an alternative! What is the most advantageous way for me purchase real estate? When I started to calculate the tax bill, I realized that a 1031 exchange was my best option. 1031 Exchange A 1031 exchange was the best option for me as I had been depreciating the place as a rental for the past few years, which provided a lovely tax shield. The challenge was that if I sell the property, I would have to pay income tax recapture on top of the capital gains tax - OUCH! How HomeUnion Helped Luis from HomeUnion reached out to me around this time, and he informed me that HomeUnion could meet the fairly short timelines required to complete a 1031 exchange transaction. Even better, HomeUnion could help me split proceeds into multiple cash flow-positive homes and secure GSE mortgages to boot. To be honest, it sounded too good to be true. How do I know these are legit? Do I really want to buy homes I've never seen? I ended up visiting two locations, Chicago and Tampa, to meet HomeUnion’s local region managers and check out a few properties, which included the ones I was bidding on. Both local region managers struck me as knowledgeable, experienced and skilled at what they do. These meetings got me comfortable with HomeUnion as a company and as a partner. Fast forward a few weeks, and we've just completed the 1031 exchange transaction! I was able to split my Hoboken condo into 6 single-family houses (technically 5 as we added additional funds to purchase the last home) in 5 states using a 1031 exchange. By diversifying into multiple markets, I feel much safer for the following reasons: I'm not as worried about a big storm wiping me out, as I now have additional cash flow-generating properties. This means I'm well covered, even if I have an issue with one of them. I don't need to stress about keeping the places 100% occupied, as the cash flow is sufficient to allow for some vacancy. Best of all, the cash flow is expected to be enough to cover HomeUnion’s management fees, which reduces my hassle, and I can truly invest passively. HomeUnion’s Pricing Some may view their pricing as a premium product - I would agree it is not the cheapest route. I've always been a ‘do-it-yourself’ kind of person like many TrustPilot members, but after my experience, I would say HomeUnion delivered a lot of value and has been worth every penny spent. I believe they provided me with a service that went above what I could have handled alone (unless I quit my day job which I enjoy and wish to keep). I feel that I am in a much stronger position, and have advanced my real estate portfolio multiple years ahead by making this move. Current Status Three properties are now in rehab with HomeUnion, where they are handling the whole process of repairs/maintenance and working with contractors. I will keep you posted as they progress, but so far they are on track to exceed expectations. The other three properties have been tenanted and the early outset for HomeUnion’s management team looks good. _________________ Disclosure: I volunteered to write this because I saw some good posts here, but nothing on this specific topic and not many detailed accounts of HomeUnion from the community. When I mentioned this to HomeUnion, they offered me a free month of asset management as a thank you, but this has not affected my post and I've tried to be as unbiased as is humanly possible. In addition, we are at a stage where we have just completed the transaction: 3 properties are tenanted and 3 need some minor rehab and need to be filled. The early outset for management and rehabbing looks good but I can't vouch for that yet. I will create an update in a few months with my findings.

I first started looking into HomeUnion in 2016, before I had any real estate experience. I logged in to their site and started browsing properties, at which point I found one that I liked and starred it. The same day, one of their representatives called me to discuss my options. They made it very easy to understand what the process would be like to acquire the asset. Following that, they made it easy to manage the property, giving me a lot of documentation in an easy web dashboard along the way. They've been very accommodating of my requests, and are working with me to get other properties. The returns have been fairly consistent as soon as I got a renter. Overall, this is a really good option to invest in real estate with minimal effort.

We have had our office in iHub now for almost 6 months. Its a really lovely working environment, with lots of fun events going on, and fizzy Fridays with prosecco, cider and beer is an obvious favourite. The facilities are nicely decorated and to a high standard. The staff are particularly friendly, especially Jo who goes above and beyond to help you out, gets to know everyone and genuinely makes an effort with people. She also makes me porridge on Fridays which I love! The staff that you see around every day definitely make a difference and make iHub a lovely environment to work in.

Awful - suggest avoiding at all costs! The office spaces are small but provide a service. The walls are thin and you can hear people in adjoining offices clearly, this distracts and could cause issues with confidentiality agreements depending on the nature of business. Staff are pleasant but completely ineffective if issues arise and simply lie to you in the hope you will go away! I moved the business out of these offices in January for the above reasons (giving notice at the end of December as per our contract). It is now the end of March and we are still owed over £400. I have been given multiple excuses and promises, all broken. I am having to take legal action against them to get the money back. PLEASE AVOID!

This is by far the worst company I've done business with ever. They continuously charge for items over and over again. They never apologize for any mishaps. They never inform you of billing changes or remove over charges. You have to prove anything you share with them that is negative. After you prove your case, they come back with their version of the story and with no apology what so ever. I will never return to this unprofessional, rude, ignorant, untrained organization again. Stay far far far away....

This review is about Spaces, but Regus is their parent company and this describes my interactions with Regus support and billing staff. Spaces is Regus and I should have known better having read all the negative reviews about them. I was even advised by a random guy on the street (a lawyer), as I was visiting a Regus office, to stay away from them. My situation with Spaces: had a 3 month contract with them. They were always billing 1.5 months in advance. When I asked to cancel they billed me one more month ("system error") then they charged £600 exit fee for vacating the premises ("system error") and now, 4 months later, they still haven't refunded me my initial deposit. Every email to their abysmal customer service (guess what, Regus') takes two weeks to get a response - yet no resolution. It's only £180 but I guess I'll end up taking them to court - that's no way to treat a customer. And it's a shame, for what it's worth the service (while it worked) was great.

We needed to find an office very quickly, and I think within 10 minutes Sophie Kent responded to my request for assistance. 24 hours later we already had numerous options to consider, and after viewing 4 offices a few days later, we signed up on the same day and are so glad to say, with the amazing help from Easy Offices we now have our brand new office. This has allowed us to now move forward with growing our company. Easy Offices, and especially Sophie were great throughout the process, and I was extremely surprised how easy they made everything. From my 1st email, everything was taken care of and we couldn't have asked for better support.
