This is one of the rare occasions where I felt the need to leave a review, but this one is well-deserved. In short, I ordered a Traxxas Slash Ultimate from the RC Superstore and received the item via FedEx. Excited to open the RC car to have some father and son time, the car was damaged. I provided the manufacturer Traxxas with video and they stated a gear in the transmission was missing teeth. I called the RC Superstore, but it was after business hours. So I called Traxxas. Traxxas's initial response, there is nothing wrong! So I sent them a video and then they gave me two options, either disassemble the car myself and determine what parts it may need or return it to them for repair (with no timeline for the repair). My response was that I did not buy a refurbished product, so why I would I send it back for repair when it arrived damaged. This went on for a while, and then Traxxas simply hung up the phone. The following morning, I called the RC Superstore and explained to Caleb what had happened with Traxxas, and the response from Caleb was "I will send you a return shipping label" and we'll refund your money. Despite Traxxas's abysmal or non-existent customer service, the RC Superstore stepped up and resolved the issue with the utmost in integrity and provided a level of customer service not often found with e-retailers. I purchased the an LaTrax Alias Quadcopter from them and when it came in we flew it for just ten minutes and one of the rotors stopped working. We didn't crash the thing or anything and my son was very upset. We emailed them and they quickly responded the next day which was a Saturday. They provided great support and were able to send me some motors for my quadcopter. I had a great experience with the RC Superstore and will be buying my toys from them! By the way they send the product to me with two day usps shipping!!!

Honestly, I was only looking for a specific item, so I didn't spend a lot of time exploring the site. I quickly found what I wanted and the price was good. Ordering was also easy. Delivery was less than a week in spite of the disclaimer it could be two. I will definitely be back.

Will not shop here anymore order the new Jordan 11s platinum tint on 10/27 and on 10/29 I was notified that my order was canceled due to a typographical error on their part and they issued me a refund. I was not able to get the shoes I really really wanted I should of just bought them on Nike.com. All customer service can tell me was we do apologize for the inconvenience after holding $233 over the weekend just to be refunded and offered a $15 coupon code like what am I suppose to do with that I wanted my Jordan's now they are sold out in my size just great thanks a lot shieks I will not buy from them again I will stick to Nike or footlocker.

I just started using the sunscreen. Been a week now. So far it hasn't irritated my eyes like i have experienced with others and it leaves no white residue on the skin- completely absorbed. I have oily skin and this is perfect as it hasn't made my face more oily. It has a light fragrance which i like. I will rate it a 5 star if these qualities are maintained after a month of using it.

I ordered my star map well ahead of my anniversary date and paid for express shipping. The order took several days to process, and then when sent out for shipment didn’t actually go out for many more days. Arrived well after the latest date it should have and missed anniversary entirely. I contacted customer service and they were dismissive of any fault and made no attempt to remedy. They said my order was a “new size” for them so it took longer to make it perfect. Unfortunately, when it did arrive late, the corners on the bottom of the frame don’t connect, creating large gaps in framing, and the overall quality is extremely cheap. I spent almost $300 on something that would have been a fun gift if it was $30, instead. I am so embarrassed of all of it that it is sitting in our basement and I won’t give it to my wife. I am extremely disappointed in this entire experience. I will never do business here again and will encourage others not to, as well.

I purchased from this company in 2008. Extremely disappointing in the quality of the synthetic hair. It's relatively inexpensive and the idea of a light weight alternative too a full covered wig is ideal, however it does not live up to merchants quality. Please consider twice before purchasing this product from this company. Spend a little more on quality else where. The service was okay but would not listen to customers complaints. Shame that, they can certainly learn from it and improve on their system.

I ordered an "Underhair" wig from this company early this year and absolutely loved it! It's so lightweight and perfect for going out or relaxing at home. For the summer I decided to change it up a bit and went with a "Scarfabulous" in a brown/blond blend of hair. I got to pick out the fabric color, too! I was a little nervous about mixing the hair colors, but it matched the hair samples perfectly. I'd recommend anyone to try this out, especially if you suffer from alopecia. They have lots of different colors and styles, even wigs you can swim in! These have been such a great alternative to my regular hairpiece; I really love them.

Do NOT go anywhere near this place. I am on the verge of legal action against them. They charged me 749.00 and want to send me 250.00 set of veneers for their remakes with no refund of the difference. I have repeated for them to remake what I paid for. They are refusing to do their part.I am still waiting for the 2nd impression kit they said they would mail out to me 2 weeks ago. The rep just confirmed it was never mailed out. I ordered these June 11. It is August and I am still fighting with them. The quality is the worse I have ever seen. They are bulky and look like I have a mouth piece in. My tops were so bad, they dont even snap in place. The bottoms wont go down all the way because they are too small. The rep told me today that they I will NOT get any refund. My only option is to accept the 250.00 classic veneers BUT I have to pay 749.00 for them.... Dont touch this company. You will regret it.

These products can be a bit expensive, but I have found that they really work. I love her acne and exfoliating products. I liked her Benzoyl Peroxide and Bioglycolic products. I feel like they have made a big difference on my skin. I previously saw a dermatologist, and I was given stuff that was less effective than these products.

Been a member of this gym for quite a while. I find some of the people at the front desk are a little rude when you leave. Some will say goodbye and others will completely ignore you which I don’t like. Gym is good. Pool is nice, only complaint is on Sundays the swimming teacher completely takes over the whole pool with the parents and children. She is extremely loud, she shouts way too much, she even tells people to MOVE if they are accidentally in her way. I know a lot of people have complained about this to me personally while she is there. She is very bad for business, as a lot of people I know have stopped coming on Sundays. She makes it very difficult to enjoy your time there. Also, the cafe is rarely open.

My Wife and I joined the local DW Fitness First (DW) gym in Dundee in January 2019. Unfortunately after 3 months my wife started getting pains in her knee joints which got gradually worse even while taking medicine prescribed by her Doctor. The pains got so bad that she could no longer attend the gym and on 7 May 2019 she informed the staff at the gym that she wished to cancel her membership, She was informed that if she wished to cancel her membership she would require to obtain a letter from her Doctor stating the medical reason and submit an application for early departure through DW Fitness First website https://www.dwfitnessfirst.com/departure/ . My Wife obtained her Doctor's letter and submitted her completed application in full compliance with DW Membership Terms and Conditions and the procedures on DW website. DW sent a letter to my wife dated 24 May 2019 informing her that her Doctor's letter was insufficient evidence to allow for her early cancellation and requested her to arrange completion of a completely different document which they referred to as a "Medical Pack" (only one sheet) which is not included in DW Membership Terms and Conditions and the procedures on DW website. DW has continued to ignore my correspondence with them informing them that my Wife's application is in full compliance with DW Membership Terms and Conditions and the requirements on DW website https://www.dwfitnessfirst.com/departure/ . DW have also failed to provide any explanation for their mishandling of my Wife's application for cancellation of her membership. Without a doubt this is a disgraceful company to deal with. I have checked Trustpilot website and they also have listed hundreds of complaints against DW.

Last October I took my daughter for a photo shoot. The whole experience was lovely, they encouraged me into buying a package of my daughters photos. I brought it. I did a 5months package deal. My daughter portfolio is all paid for, however we are Now in July 2020 and still have not received it. They have not responded to emails neither have they answered my phone calls. And my daughter is changing everyday. Soon the photos will only be suitable for my walls.

Have been trying them for a while for the food. While it was convenient and the recipes good in flavour, the communication and mishaps are quite annoying. I have applied for the NHS discount (and it has Never been applied to any of my purchases)!! Some of the food has come squashed and meat leaking!!!... Never replied with an Apology!!! And now, brought a one of purchase of frozen drinks/smoothies (ordered 2 last week) Only today I've open them (I've been working all week) and There are 3!! packets missing (out of %!) :(( I'm sooo unhappy and frustrated that I have taken the time to write a review !

Ordered a pair of headlights on Thursday for something time sensitive and recieved an email on Friday that my order was canceled because a proper name was not provided on the order. If a proper name was not provided, how was it able to submit when it's a required field. If a proper name was not provided then how did they verify that my credit card was valid and complete the order. And most of all of a proper name was not provided WHY DID THEY NOT CALL THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED RIGHT THERE ON THE ORDER TO VERFIY. This is horrible customer service, ridiculius. I obviously provided a name or I would not have been able to submit the form. Now since it's Friday, I won't be able to resolve this until Monday meaning I may not complete the project on time. Based on the other feedback on the site they will most likely not offer anything as a consolation. Not only will I not receive my memorial day discount I will have to pay EXTRA to get the item on time from someone else. Based on this first impression I don't plan to ever order from K2 again and will make sure to let all of my friends know not to purchase either. -=====================RECENT REVIEW UPDATE (WILL UPDATE RATING WHEN RESOLUTION RECIEVED):======================= Thank you for the response. While I appreciate the offer for a call (which I am still waiting for), I don't think this solves my issue(s). As I said, my card was verified and has to be verified in order to submit the order form on you site (for example, you cannot enter fake info OR no name and still submit the order by pressing the submit button). Second, my card WAS INFACT charged. I am looking at the charge right now on my bank statement online. In order to process a card you need to have a name. So I'm not sure how it was processed then. Last, I ask AGAIN, why does K2 even ask for a phone number if they aren't going to use it? It would have solved this whole issue if someone would have have used the phone number that was there in clear sight. I ALSO called the customer service center last Thursday at 4pm pst to see the status of my order that was placed at 12 noon that day. They were unable to find the order by name but found it by address which should have rung a bell being a customer service rep to inform me AND fix the name error at that time. So all in All K2 had not one but TWO chances to fix this issue without conflict but failed in both. This is just bad customer service. While I do appreciate the honoring of the promotional discount, how will I get my product on time now seeing as how it is time sensitive? If this error was resolved earlier as it should have been, my product would be arriving today? Am I now to pay an extra 30-70 dollars for expedited shipping in order to get my product on time even though ground shipping should have been fine as of thursday? Furthermore, after contacting another site, they offered to not only match the price but give me free rush shipping to compensate for my lack of service. If you want a good example of great customer service that is it (I'll give more information once I receive the promised follow up call). =======FINAL UPDATE===== Received a call from K2 and they were able to provide assistance via an explanation. Although I still had to go through another front end to get my product, The K2 rep did offer their direct line and discount for any future issues which I think is a great start, they were also very helpful and answered the majority of my questions. I am still unsure why my card was pre-authorized without complete information but I am confident that this issue will not happen in the future based in our conversation. Based on this, I will be hesitant to order with K2 in the future but I will certainly at least consider them again to see if my overall experience can be improved. As such I have raised my rating to reflect my honest feedback for the company.

The negative reviews I've read are too polite. This company are a bunch of crooks. I was warned but thought others had just been unlucky. I have submitted a complaint to the ombudsman and am in the process of issuing court proceedings. They hope you will just go away and keep your money. I emailed asking why and was told some items weren't in stock and they would send the package once the full order was available. Eventually the items arrived and I complained about the delay, so they told me I'd get my P&P back and my complaint would be sent to their head office, but I then discovered a further £20 had been removed from my bank account by them instead of a refund of £5 P&P. Thoroughly angry. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LYING THIEVES.

Do not buy anything from them. The quality of things is really cheap looking and total waste of money. They sent my order wrong when I asked for exchange or to return the item they don't reply to you. I really regret ordering 2 watches from them, they sent me purple color watches when I ordered the gold color. I sent many messages through Whats app by the number they provided and also sent emails but nothing happened. Again don't fall for these item, they just look good but are really trashy when you receive them.

They have since changed their website to Stunningstuffs.com and then when they got too much heat from people realizing they stole a product image from Squishable, they started selling their fake plague doctor plush on Jellystores.com, exact same layout, font and logo type. Even the words are exactly the same throughout the entire website. They tried to use a Facebook page called Cutie Heroes to send people to these links. Since people have commented saying it was a scam, they took down the post. I'm waiting for it to reappear somewhere.

Before last year, I had never been to an Esthetician, let alone even know what one was. However, a district manager in my home based business gave me a card for a free eyebrow wax at the European Wax Center in Morgantown, WV. And let me tell you, it was not only an eyebrow wax, but a true relaxing experience. I loved it. The Esthetician I started with soon moved to another area of the salon and I began going to someone new. Her name is Annalissa. She is a bubbly young lady who, not only explains everything that she is doing and what it does for you, not only in a relaxing sense, but also in a hygienically aspect as well. Needless to say, I widened my waxing experience to a full array of services. This was due primarily to Annalissa. We have since become good friends. Not only for this reason, but because she is a personal professional who is excellent at her chosen career. If you live in the Morgantown area and are looking for a salon providing the services of Estheticians, please check out the European Wax Center. Although, I will continue to make my monthly appointment with the EWC, I will truly miss my Annalissa. I wish her the very best at wherever it is she finds employment in the future. I know she will do very well for herself.

Overall, the vinyl is a good price. They do process and ship fast. However, they ship materials (I’ve only bought sheets) in polypropylene bags so vinyl comes bent at the corners or sometimes with a crease in the middle. I’ve ordered three times from them and didn’t have an issue until my most recent order. I ordered a color that apparently they don’t have in stock but have the color listed in their drop- down box. I contacted them by email as soon as I received my shipment. A woman by the name of Erin asked for a picture of what I received. I sent her a side by side picture of the correct vinyl that I received earlier in the month vs the one I just received-I heard nothing back. I sent a follow-up to her the next day. I was pretty much told that I was sent the correct vinyl and that they only offer Red not Ruby like I had bought. She said I could return it. I asked if they covered shipping to which she responded only if there was an error on their part. Believing that there was, in my final email to her I sent a snap shot of the Craftables website with the color Ruby listed in the drop-down box to show that was indeed that option and that is what i purchased, not red. I never received a response. I will not purchase from a company that cannot rectify their errors. The shipping to return the items should have been paid by them since this was their error. The experience left me disappointed-I will no longer purchase vinyl from them in the future and will take my business elsewhere.

I ended up buying a build your box subscription. Per their website i should have gotten the code immediately. Instead after an hour i emailed about it. Their response after 2 days was that it could take 24 hours but they have a glitched that is being worked on. After another 3 or 4 days i finally got my coupon code. So i went on the website to buy the stuff i wanted and i realize that it's not deducting the 20% like their website says. They list getting a $38 coupon code for $30 and 20% off. When i emailed them they said the $8 was the 20% off. I emailed them back with a screenshot of their website and they emailed back the same exact phrase they said before. I will never order from Sophie and Toffee again. I feel they lied and cheated me.

She singlehandedly saved the order, she went the extra mile to rectify my dispute. They might lose points for their stock information but they make up for it twofold with the service from Manju. Although the quality of Patra's silk products are just about satisfactory, (i.e not great since their underwear doesn't stand up to washing very well and becomes bobbly and eventually threadbare after a number of washes), the real problem is their dispatch service: - absolutely hopeless! Expect a wait of between 7 to 10 working days between placement of order and delivery; - what company in this day and age takes that long to process a simple of order of 2 pairs of underpants?! And what delivery service are they using when they state that their "normal delivery" takes between 3 and 5 days following dispatch? (1st class post will normally get to its' destination after 1 or, at worst 2 days). All in all, given the fact that Patra products are far from being cheap, they do in fact offer a pretty useless commodity.
