I am very happy with my Freesat Recorder and service, I have Purchased two over the last 3/4 years, As for ordinary Freeview TV, it is useless in the Weymouth area where I live, also the channel list is very poor compared with other Regions, the reception also in my local area is null and void in the spring and summer months, due to a spinney running behind my property with a lot of very tall trees, the owners will not lop the top off them ( local Junior school ), it is just getting possible to get some reception with Freeview now as all leaves have been blown off now. In spring it will start to get worse again, All I can really say is, thank god for Freesat, it has made viewing so much better, and many more channel's.

The product was good as was the delivery and we have had several orders in the past with no problem, however as we have a faulty item on the last order which we wish to discuss we then found they are currently impossible to contact by phone and there is no email address for the company on the website (very poor). For a good company this is a real let down. Many of our suppliers are not offering phone queries due to limited staffing, but they all offer email contact.

Ordered items for Friday delivery early on Thursday morning. Didn’t get a confirmation email so rang them Friday to be initially told that my order would be delivered Monday as I ordered after 12 noon on Thursday. After questioning was told it would be delivered and they would ask the driver to texted when half hour away, this didn’t happen. Driver arrived and instead of having 2 collard 3 meter brown soil pipes which I ordered, had 4 uncollard pipes. I rang them and they confirmed the error and promised me they would deliver the correct pipes on Saturday. These did not arrive. I rang them again and was told there was some sort of error and the pipes would be delivered on Monday, which they were. When I spoke to them on Saturday, I asked them for a gesture of goodwill in the form of a cash refund as I could not complete the job that weekend. I was told that they would consult with their supervisor and get back to me with an offer. Again this did not happen. Hence my low score of 2 for this company.

The service was good - delivery time could have been a day or so quicker, but the switch on the magnifying glass was difficult for my 91 yr old mother in law to push on and off. I took the cover off and put some Vaseline on the parts that slide which made it ok for her, but I think you should consider a different and easier light switch bearing in mind these are mainly used by elderly and quite often arthritic people.

Never deal with roofing megastore. When I placed my order they told me 5 working days then I received a email with a delivery date 5 weeks away. Phoned them to be told nothing they can do! Delivery date came and past with no arrival so I called them once again to then be told delivery was a further 4 weeks away, asked for my money back and have been told they do not do refunds so £4000 worth off velux windows and in total nearly four months from order date and my job is still on hold.

Don't use these bunch of charlatans. Sent me out a load of rubbish and refused to offer me a refund or replacements on the damaged items (malformed soffit boards) because their t&c's state that you have to notify within 48 hours. In my opinion this is a staggeringly short amount of time given that I was working away at the time and so couldn't have checked the order in that time anyway.

Bought items at cost. Later had a call to say item was out of stock. Was offered slightly cheaper item and received a refund. Was happy with item when it arrived so called back a few days later to order more and was charged around £10 more for exact same product. Was told they would not honour the original price even though I was a repeat customer. I decided to go with Lamp Shop Online, even though they charged me slightly more, I was happier because the custom was better. Also the product was slightly better quality when arrived.

I was looking for a change in career after being in administration for years and decided once looking on their website that training to become a gas engineer was a fantastic opportunity for me. The service was excellent! The trainers, in particular David Sunman and Tam Inglis were exceptional. Their knowledge, teaching skills and ongoing support helped me through the course. Once I qualified the team were there every step of the way helping me to find work which I did so within 2 months. Derek Bruce in management was so supportive with regards to my C.V. and potential employers. I have now started my own business "Gas with CLass" due to the positive response from customers whilst out working with my previous employer. I would encourage anyone wishing to change their career to take the plunge. If you put in the hard work and study along with the excellent service from the team you will definitely succeed!

The actual ordering and price match is fantastic. I enquired asking for their returns policy and received an incredibly hostile response. Including the advisor saying over the phone if people buy what they want and return as per their convenience this would put us out of business'. I'm afraid that's not how consumer rights works and equally not how a simple question regarding returns policy needs to be addressed. Bear in mind I did not expect them to even cover for returns cost merely asked what the policy was as it was not clear on their website.

Do not trust this site. I ordered the pro package which should include the logo, t-shirts, letterhead, envelopes and business card. All you get is the logo you designed downloaded on various items. In order to have physical prints those are additional fees and they are as follows: The t-shirts are an additional $30, the letter head is an additional $22, the business card is an additional $30, and the envelopes are an additional $70. Just save yourself the hassle and get the basic package and print your own products or use your local printers! There are no refunds!

If you are looking for a compact camera for indoor photos, especially indoor portraits of babies/kids, the Sigma DP2 is perfect as it has a 35mm f2.8 fixed focal length lens which is a fast enough prime for artistic shots of family members. For more landscape type photos the DP1 is a better choice as it is a wider focal length and f4. Both blow away pretty much any other compact camera on the market right now. The sensor in this compact camera rivals that of pro level DSLRs, so the noise level is very low. Can't recommend this line of cameras enough.

I would say this camera is good for DSLR users who want a compact when they don't want their "real" camera. This camera is too complicated for the average point and shoot user.

My telephone number is 805.200.8523 and my name is Alex. Please call or text me for an actual and honest review. I have nothing to hide I just read the review by "Miguel" who posted on various websites like Amazon, Google and now this site. He uses different aliases with the same story and pictures. This guy sounds bitter and jaded because of not getting his way. I have done many purchases from this company online and as will calls. They have a clear notice stating a 30 day money back guarantee or 1 year manufacturer warranty. I was nosy and inquired about this recent complain that I read on google and this Site jabber and noticed same story and picture just a different name. I had to inquiry about this complain. It turns out this guy using a different aliases and hides behind a computer is actually doing a disservice to himself and I intend to tell the other side of the story. I also understand under the 1 year manufacturer warranty "Miguel" chose not to return the item for a replacement. Also Miguel refers to this item as a "duffle bag" which he used for a commercial flight and if I am not correct dufflel bags (which this is not a duffle bag) are not meant to be used in commercial flights. This gentleman is angry that ebay and pay denied his charge back of $39.95. I feel very very bad for this guy. He now has to go to various sites and complain. Again my number is 805.200.8523 I have nothing to fear and call "miguels" bluff. Remember people there are 2 sides to every story and just because you use the same story with different name doesnt mean you have the same issue. You have one jaded and bitter individual that was shut down by Ebay and Pay pal for a charge back. Even Steve Kaeser offeredto work with the individual however he uses different aliases. Again please call me at 805.200. 8523 lets put an end to online bullying and actually get both sides of the stories plus facts first.

I bought a duffel bag from this company and it fell apart the first time I used it. A huge hole the size of my head opened on the size and 2 of the 3 wheels broke. I bought the bag on ebay 7/24/16. I left for a trip on 8/19/16 and returned 9/1/16. The first time the bag was used was on 8/19/16, and it started to fall apart when it was used. I could not return it within their 30 day window because I was away from home. When I returned, only a couple of days after the 30 day return period had expired, I tried to return it on ebay where I purchased it from, but they denied the claim despite telling them that it fell apart after only one use. The company has fought my claims with paypal and my credit card company, and refuse to take responsibility for their poor quality products. They hide behind their 30 day return policy as if it's their religion. I have emailed them directly and they only want to give me excuses, such as saying "this bag is only intended to transport fragile photographic equipment by vehicle" and made false assumptions that I abused the bag. They have offered to exchange it, but clearly nobody would want another bag that will fall apart after using it only once. Only a complete refund is acceptable. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, and for the terribly low quality products they sell. They only care about making money and do not care about doing the right thing for their customers.

Easy website to navigate. I think the advertisement side needs to address the average consumer better. I searched YouTube for a long period of time trying to find a solution to a fresh water drain valve leak. The only other option I was able to find was spin welding which is not available in my area. If this was marketed as RV fresh water tank repair I would of found it quicker. Just a suggestion.

The HDMI cable I ordered came VERY quickly. After plugging into my Apple TV, it didn't work. I emailed the seller who sent another cable immediately. Checkout process is terrible. Also, recovery of forgotten password is not secure, you should not have my password at all, you should have a hash of it, and should have a secure method to change it. I bought because your site says you have the product I need in stock, which is great, but the checkout is ugly. There also should be a way to checkout as a guest.

Search results are a bit strange. For instance, if I search X470, I get several results, but not the Asus X470 Pro I am looking for. I only found it via Google Shopping. You have good prices and stock on some other items that were not picked up by Google, however.

While I wish there had been a little more communication (either by email or on the website in the order status look-up area) during the build process, I was still able to call in and verify the status. I am having to return the product and pay for the shipping myself so with the hopes that I will get a full refund. It truly isn't 100% customer guaranteed. This company is the bait and switch type. A week after I purchased and days after the product was already supposed to be received, they called requiring more money for the purchase. Companies like this just try to put you in a position to where you need your order and therefore they believe you will just pay extra as they ask. I cancelled my order and who know when or if I will receive my refund. Avoid them like the plague as they are completely unethical.

Great experience. We bought Cavaliers tickets, which work a little different than tickets I am used to with the whole Flash Seats thing. Someone from select-a-ticket actually called me without me needing to ask to brief me on how to use the Flash Seats system. That was super cool and helpful!

Nomorobo was one of the three 2013 winners of the FTC Robocall Challenge. According to PC magazine's 2015 review of the site, it's the only winner that has a service up and running on the web, and it's FREE! It does not work for cell phones or for analog landline services. But for all other landline services, it works. Supposedly. Hey, it it did for me -- instantly!! I signed up yesterday, and I've gone from 10 robocalls a day (minimum) to zero. I hear one brief ring and then blessed silence. It's a MIRACLE!!! And this just in time for onslaught of political robocalls that were about to crash down on my peace of mind like an avalanche. I am SO THRILLED!! For a more technical POV, here is an excerpt from that Sept. 2015 PC Magazine review: "The good news is that Nomorobo is free, easy to sign up with, and works as promised. I used to get at least one or two robocalls per day. The only sign of them now is that the phone rings once. If I'm curious, I can go to my Verizon FiOS account online, see the calling number, and search for it in a browser. So far, every blocked call has been from a known robocaller, with the number also showing up in my online searches on assorted sites that track annoying calls. The bad news is that you may not be able to take advantage of Nomorobo. Ideally, it should be directly integrated into the carrier's internal call processing, which is what Ooma Premier and Sonic do. And in principle, it should be able to work with any carrier. All it requires is that the carrier support simultaneous ring, so incoming calls can ring both your line and Nomorobo's line at the same time. In practice, unfortunately, that feature is currently available only on VoIP carriers, and not even all of those. The list of carriers that work with Nomorobo has some significant players on it, including Verizon FiOS, Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, and AT&T U-verse. (You can find the full list on the Nomorobo signup page.) Missing, however, are all wireless carriers and all analog carriers. So although it works with Verizon FiOS, it won't work with Verizon Wireless or standard Verizona plain old telephone service (POTS) line to those who follow such things." It took me a bit of work to sign up on Nomorobo.com. I had to sign into my Verizon account (find the online ID, password, blah blah) and then follow the steps the site listed. But was it worth it!! I just can't understand why I haven't heard about this service before. I guess the truth is it's free, which means not much revenue, which means no advertising. I suppose they have grants or government funding perhaps? In any case, I wish I'd know about this site sooner -- it is WONDERFUL!!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Where do I start, I ordered 2 desks and chairs for next day delivery on 10.05.2020, the desks arrived on 14.05.2020, the order was not complete as I was delivered 2 pedestals and 1 desktop and legs. The wooden desk stand was broken, and I had to glue it to be able to mount the first desk! I have contacted customer services (very hard to get, if you press option 2 they will never answer), incompetent staff and agents, only 1 person deals with your order and other agents do not know/want to deal with your query and if they cannot transfer you to the person in charge they will take your number and nobody calls you back. Today 28.05.2020 I have not received the missing order and as usual useless customer services says they will chase supplier and someone will call-back!! Office Furniture Online blames the manufacturer and the manufacturer blames the courier and I have nothing! The chairs arrived on 21.05.2020 that is very fast for next day delivery!!!!! PS: Office Furniture Online if you see this shame on you! My order is ref 5039930. I will take this to Osmund if no response from you and contact my CC provider.

I accidently drilled into the wiring of my AC compressor and it was a hot Saturday evening, I called Brandon Electric as they helped me in the past at a previous house I owned, Keiv came out to help me in my desperate need of AC and he worked for over 2 1/2 hours pounding out room for an electrical box to be set in the concrete section of where the wiring box would have to be mounted. Needless to say he worked his butt off to get the job done! I have a service contract with Service America, they couldn't make it till the next day and Brandon Electric came out that evening and got the job done for a lot less than I expected. Brandon Electric Inc, the Owner Mr Corey Gomis, Mr Pepper Pelham (Service Manager), Mr Chris Matthews (Service Manager) and most importantly Mr Daniel DeBaets have performed a miracle for a 73-year Senior Citizen - Ms June Limauro at 8413 N. Taliaferro Ave, Tampa, FL 33604. Ms June Limauro's house had been stuck by lightning (2 months ago). The wiring to her house was destroyed completely. She could not pay the bill ($3,150.00). I called Brandon Electric for an estimate, which was done by Daniel. I got a call from Chris that his company would make repairs for Ms June Limauro at no COST. Daniel and Joe (his assistant) worked thru the rain and got the wiring completed. Miracles DO HAPPEN and BRANDON ELECTRIC is wonderful I will be a ONE-MAN story teller about Brandon Electric Thank you and May God Bless all of you
