Someone used my email to create a Ding account. I selected contact us to report it, live chat came right up & then I explained the situation. They said they would block the email, but then the chat ended unexpectedly & I can't get live chat to re open to confirm that the account is indeed closed no matter what I do. Shady af.

worst company ever,they rip you off and theres never anybody to deal with it.if theres any good reviews on here i promise you now they are fake and done by ID mobile,i ended up with a contract i didnt agree with but no way of changing and network cover is back in the 1990s,stay away theres loads of good deals with good companys out there and no reason to go with ID mobile,there a scam from start to finish,the only thing you can rely on is them taking the money evey month even after you tell them the contract is up

This business is operated by Ben, and Jessica Solberg. Ben literally hung up the phone on me many times, and Jessica was unwilling to credit me for the $295 even though they had the forms, and received payment from Dish Network, because they could, since I supposedly didn't send the forms in a timely fashion. If you don't have a registered receipt for those forms, the credit card company will not reverse the charge, and ALLSAT will fight you every inch on it. Dish Network felt so bad, they actually settled it for me, in the form of extra equipment. If they send you a form that says, you agree NOT to fight the credit card company (and by the way, pay us $30 for that right), DON'T SIGN IT! See www.allsatsucks.com for other complaints as well.

I had power issues again. I sent an email and still no response. They never respond to emails or requests. They only care about $$$. They will never see my $$$ again. I bought the hdmi cables as there was a Mail in rebate of $20. Cables Unlimited deliberately delayed the shipping so that I got 1-2 days to send the MIR. There was no response from their support/sales/service for couple of emails. Will never do business with these unscrupulous folks. Stay far away from these store. As for the cables, it was a bad buy as well as my prev cable which came with PS3 has far superior pictures .So nothing much in that department..

I got the phone I wanted at a great price and free overnight shipping. I had some confusion about why I was sent a new sim card and when I called I was told to use the new one. After failed attempts at activating I tried my old sim card and it started working right away. 3 days later I lost connection and had to give verizon so of the hardware numbers in the about section of the phone to get it working again. Not sure that the second issue had anything to do with Lets talk more than Verizon. Either way they are minor issues and would buy from Let's Talk again.

I ordered 8/6. The link to check my status said "unknown" for the ship date and I knew I'd have to wait a few weeks because my product was backordered. I checked the week of 8/20 through a phone number located on the e-mailed version of my order and the automated system told me my expected ship date was September 2nd. On 8/28 I decided to call customer service just to validate the automated statement and at that point the customer service representative stated I should not have even been able to select what I ordered, that I will not be getting this product nor would I ever be getting this product as it's not a valid selection and not something offered by the company any more. I canceled my "order" which seemingly wasn't even a true order. Out of curiousity I went back to the website, went through the process and AGAIN was able to select this product. My only thoughts is that they are a bait and switch company with false advertistement and sketchy motives. I will never use them again and will not be referring anyone to their service either. Very disappointed.

I've been using Tracfone for probably over a decade on various phones, and I currently have 3 smart phones with their service (1 using Verizon and 2 using AT&T for calls). In the decade I've been using them I've only had 2 problems. The first was when I transferred my minutes from a feature phone to a smart phone and not all of the minutes transferred. Apparently this was due to those minute being bonus minutes (the kind you get when using bonus cards). I believe it did say in their terms of service that bonus minutes don't transfer, so I can't complain too much. The second problem was when I ordered a nano card but received a micro. Minor problem. Other than those issues (and the fact that their web site doesn't always work, such as earlier this evening when I was trying to check my balance), I've been very happy with the service. Calls go through as expected, web browsing and texts work fine, and I'm always deducted the amounts I expect to be deducted. When adding time, which I've done countless times via their web site and by adding pins purchased elsewhere, the correct amounts have always been added. Despite a few hiccups along the way I'm incredibly happy with them overall and will continue using them unless a cheaper alternative comes along.

I ordered one and it seemed OK, but it didn't come with a minutes card. Three phone calls to tech support didn't help. They wouldn't sell me any minutes without the card! The only useful thing I got from them was that I had to pay minutes for tech support if I was using their phone! I spite of all this, I ordered a second phone for my wife. She didn't like it, so I attempted to return it using their 30 day money back guarantee. The tech support person was completely incompetent and I finally gave up and hung up after he told me it would take 70 business days to refund my money! I must be a masochist. And these people claim to be the number 1 prepaid phone service?

I've been going to att store in marshall for about 4 years and there seems to new people although no one's been out ride rude the customer ok a bit dry. My last visit I had lost my phone and share an account with my sister:, we'll she was out of country so to make a long story I wen to at store and met Brittany we had trouble getting into my account after trying several things I had go and figure how to find the password came back and dealt with Liz they went out of the way to really help get my phone but no avail I had to work.so they gave a business card and told me call when I was ready to turn it on..I called and talk to Liz and we couldn't get it on. So I had to call back at Liz had left Brittany. Stayed after her shift to help me out and finally got my phone on. It's refreshing to find guinine caring employees that care. Brittany and Liz are a great asset to Att store.its refreshing to find outstanding customer service employees like these two .

I placed an online order for 4 OtterBox Armor Series iPhone cases and they canceled my order while it still shows they are in stock for store pickup. They do this to a lot of people all the time. It is usually a waste to even bother ordering anything from their online store. Update 6/9/14: Still the same problems from trying to order online from at&t. This time for a Nokia Fatboy Black Wireless Charging Pillow. I just received a cancellation email for this item which I ordered on 6/6/14. The reason for the cancellation is a lie saying they were unable to verify my information. I also have two orders sitting in limbo for the Nokia White Wireless Charging Plate. One order was placed on 6/1/14. This time I will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint. They play this game too much with a lot of people, and I will not let them get away with it.

Using this Telestial ekit phone for two months now, no issues whatsoever. Getting starting was shaky as when I turned it on for the US number, all I got was emergency service; but we were driving thru Georgia (U.S.) mountains. Lesson: do not make a call when it says Emergency Service as it does connect to 911 operator. US number did come in a text as described, and I was able to add service time from a remote Croatian National Park. When I had questions, there was always someone there to answer them as described. Had the unit shipped to a U.S. timeshare we were staying at enroute overseas, arrived sooner than scheduled. Keeping the online journal during the two months in Europe has been a blast!!

Last year I went to Europe with a Telestial international sim card and had no problem making and receiving phone calls and text messages in the various countries I visited. The rates were good as is the quality of connection. This summer I am traveling to Scandinavia and I am again taking my iphone with an international sim card from Telestial.

The power adapter failed ( twice ) and they refused to replace it. The 'guarantee' is only for 30 days. The charge to replace it was approx. $16. Having spent over an hour on the chat app with them they also refused to refund my money for unused years of service so I am left with a useless device.

GenMobile is the best - and I have been with NUMEROUS cell phone service providers. I have turned COUNTLESS people on to your service (at least SEVEN) and yes, I need to start grabbing me rewards :). I also reviewed you on Sitejabber a while back and gave you 5-Stars. I have meant to also review you on Trustpilot, but I have no yet gotten around to it. Needless to say, however, that I am very happy with GenMobile right now. The other evening I had a hard sell from a Comcast agent (I have XFinity/Comcast Internet service) and they were telling me how I can have FREE cell phone service and would only need to pay for data - and I told them that for the time being, I was happy with GenMobile.

Said they were o2, when they aren't. Poor signal, couldn't run my business because of cutout and dropout issues constantly. Had to pay an extortionate amount to get out of contract for a service that hadn't worked properly for a month. In my reality, if a person is not getting the service they are paying for, they should be entitled to leave for a service that actually works without having to pay to do so. PROFITEERS. MONEY IS ALL THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONE TINY BIT. Staff not knowledgeable. I had to google for information to fix a voicemail issue that they couldn't answer. I was put on a 3 1/2 year contract. They just want your money. Absolutely disgusting business model. I was very angry. When I left, Plan.com told me to pay £163.95 to get out of the remaining year left. Then Prestige Telecom (parent company I'm guessing) phoned me the next day and asked for another £180 to get out of my contract. Worst experience of my life. Extremely stressful and frustrating experience overall. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE is my advice.

Avoid Plan.com like the plague. Absolute rip off - awful service and given misinformation throughout 3 year contract I was cold called by Telserve claiming to be part of O2 and offering to provide a cheaper business contract than my current O2 tariff. They are not listed on O2s site as a partner it turns out! They didn’t state all prices were excluding VAT, even when I asked on the call. The plan.com contract was for 36months and has just finished. I was something like £75 a month for an iPhone XR 128gb with 25gb data. It’s not flexible in any way, I couldn’t reduce my data plan or rollover my unused data. They would constantly call up to offer another out of date “new” handset with better deal than the rip off they mis-sold me the first time, but if you’re foolish enough to fall for it a second time, accepting this seemingly great offer locks you in to ANOTHER 36 months!! Using a phone abroad is astronomically expensive, I was charged more than £50 for being Isreal for 3 days and was on WiFi whole time with data only when I landed at the airport. The actual signal I got was worse than when I was on O2 itself too! I’ve finally left after 3 years of hell and have been charged an early termination fee of £25 for the privilege - I was assured by two Plan representatives that I wouldn’t be charged a termination fee. I have paid every extortionate bill for the past 3 years - totalling £6k. I activated my PAC code a week before the end of my contract as I was on annual leave so wanted to swap the umber over so I wasn’t without a phone during aworking week. All in all Plan.com is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in the UK. I can’t stress enough how much of a rip off this company is. The whole experience has been absolutely horrendous. I tried to leave immediately after I saw they hadn’t included VAT in my quote - but I was stuck for 3 years. I wish Telserve had never called me and signed me up to the work phone service in the UK. I’m now back with O2 - sim only - 30gb - unlimited calls & txts - free roaming - £15 a month. Avoid Plan.com like the plague!!!

AS of to day (tuesday they still have not fixed the issue and i have had no engineer visits. This company is an absolute sham and should not be operating as a telecoms provider. Having worked in customer services previously I'm more than used to hearing whingers leaving bad reviews and try to avoid doing so myself without good reason, but this was honestly the worst customer experience I've ever had. 30 attempts to get in touch with customer services, 20 mins on hold each time, nobody ever picked it up. No reply on their email, ever. Nobody ever came to install it so it never worked. Nobody got back to me. After a few weeks of shouting angrily at a brick wall I ended up emailing the CEO who did promptly apologise and give me a full refund. Please, for your own sanity, don't make the mistake of choosing this company - I've switched to a provider 50p/m more expensive and they are a functioning company at least.

I just had brand new service installed today with Suddenlink my service was absolutely horrific my TV does not work the channels were not properly set the remote does not work the TV won’t come on or off and there is no Internet connected so I am unable to use my computer . My name is Melissa Ellis my phone number is 304-590-1262 my address is 1965 and 1/2 Quarrier St Charleston Wv 25314- On top of it I spent the last hour and a half on the phone with a customer service rep that tried to be helpful but could not help me with my problem whatsoever - she was unable to reschedule an appointment for me until two days from now — I have been very sick and I am on able to leave my room often this is where I spend the most part of my day and now I have no cable and no Internet due to the horrific service of Suddenlink

I have been using t-mobile for 2 years. I had no problem until today. I went to t-mobile store tried to pay my prepaid account and then one of employees offered me new plan which is $50 per month ( Unlimited call, text, and data). He told me that i should get new number and then he will transfer my old number to this new sim card and i did. After that he told me it will activate in 2 hours, then after 2 hours my number got out of service. And then i tried to contact to t-mobile customer support, lady picked up the phone told me that i need to contact with prepaid support then i have been trying to contact with prepaid support since last 2 days. It's so annoyed me. Because of these reasons i decided to switch my number to AT & T.

AVOID Unbelievably Bad Service We joined Unicom in July 2020 for our supply of electricity on a years contract. Everything was fine until in October 21 we triad to move supply as Unicom had more than doubled their charges without notice. The blocked to move saying we had signed up for 3 year, this happened several times until eventually they admitted we had only signed up for a year. We have since tried to swap to another supplier with the same argument, we have now gone to a broker who has arranged the swap over this month. thought-out all this time we have been charge at an above market rate with no sympathy or assistance from Unicom, we have continually phoned them and they have continually lied to us to drag out the swap. We are in the process of raising the matter with the Energy Ombudsman. Steer Clear of UNICOM!!!

Cancelled the business… Cancelled the business telephone/broadband contract with Unicom and went with much cheaper supplier. READ THE SMALLPRINT as there is an extortionate termination fee, and ignore the sales hype as there is MUCH better rates to be had out there. Fortunately the termination fee was covered by the new supplier. Paid the fee over a week ago but they still keep calling, writing, and texting on a daily basis asking for payment even though I tell them it was paid by bank transfer. This company DO NOT LISTEN or communicate with each other. They called again today, told them AGAIN it was paid BUT then they text an hour later demanding payment! They are now driving me mad, and I now wish I never heard of them in the first place. [Edit] 20/06/2019. Still calling me even though I have PROVED by email that we have paid. Their comment below says it all. Do a Google search on 'Unicom complaints' for the REAL truth and not rely on 'fixed' inhouse 5* ratings on Trustpilot. Trustpilot are trying to delete my HONEST review which is NOT defamatory.

Shame on you Vodafone.... My Father passed away recently and i called Vodafone to cancel his plan but explained that i wanted to keep the number for my elderly mum and go on to a pre paid. I was told to go to the nearest store and they could do it on the spot. Went into the store explained what had happened they said i needed to produce a copy of the Death Certificate along with other ID which i did. All paperwork was uploaded to my dads file & then i was told that i would have to ring up and cancel it over the phone. Rang Vodafone explained again that i wanted to cancel the contract that my father was on and keep the same number on a Vodafone pre paid. Thay said the hand set still had money owing and we would have to pay it out or send it back. ???? Surely if the peraon who the plan was under was deceased all monies owing become null & void so i asked if they could make an exception as they would only throwing the handset out so they told me. Vodafone told me no and said that they would cancel the plan and block the phone which they did within 4 minutes leavimg my elderly mum with no phone or contact.No compassion in hard times. Absolutely disgusted with your so called customer service Vodafone will never deal with you again.

I did my usual research online &; found a wealth of information, text & video based, at telcodepot.com. I had an appointment near their location & decided, last minute, to stop by. I did not expect much as it was after 5PM on a Friday evening. What a surprise to find that someone not only answered the intercom, but took the time to bring me in. Sam spent almost an hour of his time explaining my equipment & installation options, assured me that I would be able to self-install & promised to call me Monday morning. I left knowing my problem was solved. Sam called, as promised, and walked me through the order. He offered to pre-program the extensions to my specs; free of charge. I received an email from Paul with a short questionnaire to complete & the system was in my office the following morning. I had it installed by late afternoon. I made a follow-up call about a week later to ask Sam a few questions about additional programming features & he was more than accommodating again after the sale. He had nothing more to gain but took the time to make sure I was happy. This kind of customer service simply does not exist anymore. Sam & Paul, thank you for making a difficult matter EASY. As I stated on the phone, the only thing that could make you better is being located in the Bronx.

I use Allworx systems and in order to buy any licenses you have to have an account manager or assigned reseller. I'm not a fan of this since I buy the hardware on ebay and don't have an account manager or assigned reseller. Thankfully Telco Depot carries their licenses! I'm able to get the service and licenses I need without having to deal with the hassle of pushy sales people. They are very quick service and will keep buying from them.

I had the Black Friday credit check issue with Carphone Warehouse/Vodafone. I have already written a review about Carphone Warehouse but Vodafone were equally as bad! There systems must be rubbish if they can’t link customer details to be able to link a customer to an existing credit line. After spending hours on calls to resolve, both companies blame the other. They were both equally as bad as each other but neither party willing to help me. I am still without a new contract and incredibly annoyed by the amount of time and money I have wasted trying to help them to resolve it!! Absolutely disgusted

my mum had work done by yourselves end of last year. The engineer was unprofessional and did a shoddy job. My mum wasn't asked where she wanted the wire for the TV, he went ahead and drilled it into the wall at the side of the TV with a thick black wire (she didn't get asked whether she wanted a black or white wire nor where she wanted the wire, he did this without asking). now shes left with an unsightly wire sticking out the wall at the side of her TV! He made no attempt to hide the wire behind the TV where there is plenty of space and hes left her with barely enough wire for it to plug into her tv! There's a large hole left around the wire on the outside of her house and the aerial is now not working properly, leaving her without channels for hours at a time! I spoke to someone on 22nd December who told me it would get rectified beginning of this year. I have yet to hear anything. I have left numerous voicemails, text messages and Facebook messages and have been ignored so now I am resorting to this. My mum is now out of pocket £200 and it looks like will have to pay out again to get this all fixed!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Really helpful and cheerful emgineere, fixed it in minites and gave advice for any future changes that could be made to the aerial like upgrading. I have had nothing but problems with this company, from over charges twice of £150 because of repairs outside my property which I was told if openreach had to do any work and it wasn't in my property a charge wouldn't incur. I've had half the speed of internet also for 6 months still paying full charge for the service to. They harass you if a payment isn't made? I was issued a new bank card so I had to update my details on one months payment. I can't wait till my contract ends next year I will never use this provider again. Please avoid like the plague

I received an email saying I need to call your processing team to clarify some details before they complete my order , i read a few reviews yesterday and when this happens the call can cost a small fortune not only that why can't you ring me on the number I submitted on my account like any other company does. Could some body give me a call within the hour as I don't need the head ache , I run a business which means time is precious to me iv spent nearly 5 hours trying to resolve this issue , not a good start to be honest . I have always liked Hyperoptic as a broadband supplier and their customer support is great but I’m not a big fan to write reviews but I will go out of my way this time to make sure I let everyone know that as a supplier for broadband they are excellent but their connection is never what you take, many time way lower than what you’re paying. They will always come back to say it’s your fault because you’re not plugged in with a cable or they can guarantee technology and many insignificant stupidities like these, it’s basically always the customers fault. I as a user was never sent an email to say that my contract was over and they started to charge me over almost double of what I was paying. I have now asked them to renegotiate my contract to £22/month for 150mb and they say that their minimum is £28. I called support again and another lady gave me £25, same again, called and another £27. Today I called £24 is their lowest. I went on Vouchercodes and it says £120 promo code off with your 150mb package but when you click through it goes to a package of £35/month.... WHAT THE HELL! this is not a strategy campaign, this is full on a Scam, we are not in some random country with no laws, this is the UK and their are clearly laws against this type of marketing. I have already reported you for this as I have recorded the calls and links of the different sites with all different prices.

Signed up and arranged to have Hyperoptic install and set up the internet at my flat. Arranged to have it set up at an arranged time, it was just a matter of waiting for the engineer at the scheduled time. He arrived on time and came into drill a hole above the flat door (standard procedure in their set up protocol) he came to us and said he didn't have a drill bit long enough to do the job and they would be in touch. When I checked the online portal, it had a message apologising for the 'non-installation' and they will be in touch shortly. The next day I received a automated text message informing me that I had decided not to go ahead with the installation. No contact and still without internet for another week. Don't rely on getting this service just because you're in the catchment area.

The worst experience ever. I’m a customer of origin electricity and they offered me their broadband with a discount. I wasn’t planning to change my provider however the manager on the phone was convincing. It was the worst decision ever. The cooling off period expires before the modem is sent to you. Once the modem arrived and it was connected my internet was gone. It hasn’t been working since then. I was calling their technical support every day and was on the phone for hours. They were doing the same troubleshooting over and over again. Even send a technician that didn’t find any problems. But the service wasn’t working. We tried my old modem but it wasn’t working and they suggested that it’s not compatible. Also they suggested that I need to call a local technician to check my connections inside the house that I need to pay for. However, all my connections were working perfectly fine before I plugged their modem. This whole situation continued for 8 days. 8 days no internet, lots of time on the phone! I canceled my agreement and signed with a different provider and ‘what a miracle’ I had internet using my old modem and old connections in 1,5 hours. Now origin wants me to pay 300$ for early termination fee for the service that I didn’t get. Don’t use origin broadband!

I live in rural Norfolk, and having reached the end of my tether with appalling Broadband from BT, started to look for another provider. From my first enquiry, I was impressed with WiSpire. Responsive, plenty of information, and never over-promising. I felt like a valued customer. A few weeks later, installation day arrived, and two engineers conducted a thorough survey to ensure my new 'mini-mast' was located in the best place. The switch over from our previous supplier was unbelievably difficult and cause unnecessary delay because eir had requested the broadband but not the line from my previous supplier. Only after my intervention and following advice from the previous supplier did eir eventually recognise what they needed to do to remedy the situation. Both the broadband and the mobile service is boarding on not being fit for purpose. When we were sold the service we were told we had 4g in our area. On the contrary it is onlyy by the grace of God that we are able to make a call in or around our house. There is often no signal, Calls are regularly disconnected, and the sound is often distorted even when we stand in a place where we first thought we had a signal. The broadband is also unbelievably useless for this 21st century. It is slow and unreliable. I reported the problem to eir before Christmas and only after threatening to cancel the contract did they put me through to an engineer. He told me that we should get 9MB download speed. When I tested it I was barely getting 7MB. He told me that an Engineer would come to our house within a few working days, but to date nobody from eir had visited, called or emailed regarding this issue. As this survey is dated 1-11-17, regards purchase etc., at that time, I will use this survey in relation to recent enquires to EIR, about changing existing phone bundle, to a more realistic phone package. So on 13- 8-18 when speaking to EIR operator Chelsea, and she understood, that my existing phone bundle, was not suitable for the use I was making of it, she changed existing phone bundle, to a new Off Peak Bundle, covering Landline - Mobile Phone. In doing so, this in turn reduced my phone bill at that time, of which I am appreciative and thankful for that. I would like EIR to know how helpful and interested, Chelsea showed in doing something about improving, what was a totally inadequate phone bundle I had, and how expensive it was costing. It did not make any sense or value in any way whatsoever, which I had been on, for quite some time, not knowing, that this could be changed and improved. When Chelsea realised this, she was able to change from where I was to a new phone bundle, and if I had not rang EIR, I would have been left on a totally unsuitable expensive phone bundle, that I have been on for quite some time, that there was completely no need for, which could have been changed long before now, instead of I ringing and enquiring, to know is there anything can be done, to make this phone bundle - phone bill, more realistic and proper value, for the way I was using it. Again I say well done to Chelsea, in making the improvement to this, and I wish her well in her career with EIR, of which I am sure with her skills and determination, Chelsea will go from strength to strength, in every opportunity that will present itself, of which, she will find the solutions. I say well done to you Chelsea, and good luck and thank you. ------ On 16-8-18, when I had to ring EIR in connection about accessing voice-mail etc., the operator Barbara, from Brazil, a most helpful, courteous person, explained very simply to me how to do this as it had been some time since I had used this facility. It was purely by accident, I happen to mention, that I had only been talking to EIR recently, in relation of phone bundle etc., that Barbara immediately took complete control of my now existing phone bundle, and turned that in a totally new direction, of which I was just mystified, that this was possible ! But this is what this amazing girl Barbara did, of which I am more than thankful. Barbara was now able to create, I believe a Rolling Contract, covering landline - mobile phone, now at a further reduction to a phone bill, that I have tried everything down through the years to rectify, but Barbara certainly took major steps in correcting that, and again I say thank you to Barbara, for her Trojan work in doing this, and committed determination to improve, in any way, that was possible to do this. Barbara is a remarkable girl, of which EIR, should be so proud of her talents, skills, determination, and confidence in dealing with any situation, that is no problem to her. I say well done Barbara, and I wish you every success in your career, with EIR. Well done Barbara and Thank YOU again. Thank You.

I was with frontier as they took over At&t and my service was pretty decent until my big move from one home to the next in the same city and town. All moved in I was told I have to get a new phone number and to be put in the system as a new customer, only drawback was I couldn't keep my previous number, but I was told that because im considered a new move and because my number couldn't be rolled over that after a quarter of payments ill say 4 months I would receive a 200$ Amazon gift card initially until the amount was raised due to the installers going to the wrong home, someone in their organization kept cancelling my installation so I never got the new drop. So now its 3 to 4 weeks in my new place and im still without working television and running out of ideas to keep my 7 yr old occupied and stimulated. Finally my home got serviced and thats when the big issues began, my bill was always inaccurate, I was being charged for services from my old address to which they still had that account going and any payments I made to the new account went to the old account . Everyday for over a month no lie, im extinguishing every form of contact for frontier with a promise of vindication, Facebook page, chat room, emails, numerous calls to numerous people with promises of resolution and it never happened. I one day was left on hold by a higher up for 5 hours, its true, I have the screenshot, he was a manager, by this time my soul is weary and my patience thin for im on disability and my income fixed and I really cant afford to foot frontiers mistakes. I had ended up in the Hospital, yes the hospital because of the stress I was under due to frontiers mishaps on my behalf. Dangling in the distant rear was the whisper of my Amazon gift card now at a 400 denomination. I inquire and im told yes your still getting it and at that amount as an apology. I did a survey that ultimately **** off an outbound call specialist because she took it upon herself to disconnect my t.v., phone, wifi, all without discernment or reason because I still payed my bill on time, as founded true and proven just because, she turned me off just because, grrrrrr, so frontier once AGAIN apologizes to me, penalize her but I have no knowledge of as to what, never give me my gift card and I Quote because your out our system now and even though its not your fault you have to be put in as a new customer and wait again 4 to 6 months. I dont recommend them to anyone, beware in the affairs of currency.

Virgin Mobile sold to Boost. I should have over $150 and service until December 2020. Instead 2 days ago, Boost brought it all down to 0 money and 0 time. Called them. Paul, a supervisor, promised to rectify matter in 24 hours. That was yesterday. Speaking today to Stacy. Took her 30 minutes on hold to finally explain to me that Boost has unilaterally changed the contract that they bought from Virgin and decided that I have to give them more money in order to get service even though my contract should extend to December and there is $150 in my account.. Shame on you Sir Charles Branson for selling us out. You got the money and we were duped!

I was with virgin mobile and was moved to boost without any choice. Suddenly I am paying way more often than I was before for both phones. Turns out they were charging me for a LOT of texts that I didn't send. They did not offer me any solution for this issue. Granted, it may have been someone using my number, but it is a really strange coincidence that both of my phone numbers were suddenly stolen. They didn't even offer to change my number, they just offered to sell me a MUCH more expensive plan. I dumped them.

As has been written in another review here, the service is slow and is incredibly expensive for the tiny amount of data you get: Ofcom estimates that current family data usage is at 190GB/month: we get 10GB for or £27 a month. It runs out within a week despite us using our devices' mobile data and an EE mini WiFi device device (£27 for 60GB). The company can't or won't tell us what's eating up our data, due to data protection laws: when I asked why I couldn't have access to my own data, I was told it was held in Italy and I'd need a court order. I'm stuck in a 12-month contract, desperate to find a viable alternative to my rural internet woes: this is most definitely not it.

Paid for a satellite finder on 15th March, paid $28.50 for "2 day shipping" . After 2 e-mails to Satpro, they finally sent me a tracking number. Meter is not due to arrive til April 4th, which means they only shipped it today. In my opinion this is underhand, as they've had my money for 20 days. Plus when I buy a meter to aim my tv satellite, I don't want it 20 plus days later, I want it soon, especially when I pay nearly 30 bucks for shipping. Terrible service !

I joined rebtel a few years ago because their rates were about 10 cents a minute for calls to Zambia from the U.S. Fast forward now it's almost $10 a minute and my calls are 100 % shorter and extremely expensive. An automated voice comes on requesting to top-up my minutes by doing an automatic recharge to my credit card every time I'm on a call. That's a hungry shark trying to scam me of all my money. I tried to remove my credit card number from their site but somehow it's still stored in their database.

I have never dealt with as SORRY a company as Comcast. I went to their store and picked up the package for self installation and was told my home connection was active. It was NOT. They wanted to charge 30.00 to reconnect what SHOULD have been there. I told them when I returned their used junk I would NOT pay for their error. A manager was standing by the side and NEVER offered any help. The store is in Peoria IL. A leopard does not change its spots comcast/ xfinity. After being suckered by a smooth talking salesperson to come back to Comcast, being promised the world, one of the things I had asked for, a simple thing was to be billed on the 18th. Now we are getting billed on the 3rd, and when I call to change that date, they say they only way I can do it is to cancel my service, then sign back up on the 18th, and in between that, have no service and then on top of everything get billed a reactivation fee, amazing lack-off-customer-service there. I am having financial issues as my wife has been without a job for over a year and is finally re-employed and I am trying to catch up with the bills and debt and a simple request seems to be like moving the world over a few inches. Not asking for a super natural occurrence here, a simple change of the date and that would help me tremendously. And Obviously comcast did not ask me to write this review, they might be smart enough too though

I had about $12 Credit left on my last calling card, which - due to a 5 week trip overseas - I did not yet use . After all, one can use the card only in the USA. When I came back from overseas, I tried to use my calling card (after all, had a $12 Credit left on the card) but my use was denied. When I tried to use it, the recording said : " This account is not in use" . I was overseas ,so of course my account was not in use for a while... But why could not I use it when I returned to the US ??? I feel cheated. Calling cards owes me that balance.

Verizon Fios has ZERO customer service. Three months in, I made a BIG mistake choosing them over Comcast. I have had problems from day one, starting the first week of January. Today, this is day two WITHOUT TV. I started reaching out to Verizon at 9:00 am this morning: Calls go nowhere. You get a pin and you hear music, but never get to talk to anyone. I hung up after 25 minutes. Chat was inactive too, got through after half an hour, was given a pin... again, one hour and half later, Mohammed just left the chat with no warning. Calls to Verizon executive relations -Brian- are NOT returned. They are currently charging me for TV I do not have. They should not be in business. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

We have been a Verizon FiOS customer for over 10 years at our current address. We had FiOS internet before most folks even knew what fiber optic internet was. Over the course of our FiOS service, our experience has been a gradual INCREASE in fees accompanied by a gradual DECREASE in service. Originally our bandwidth was 10Mb down by 5 Mb up, at around $45.00 per month. Currently Verizon claims that our service is 10 by 2. We have NEVER been advised of a decrease in upstream bandwidth. And we certainly have never been offered a reduced monthly rate for the reduced bandwidth! During the time we've been FiOS customers, we've also paid an additional fee of $6.95 per month for added server space on their servers. This space was made available to Verizon customers for their personal web sites. On Dec. 10 2013 I received an email from Verizon advising me that they will discontinue this service: "At Verizon, we strive to keep you informed of changes that may impact your Verizon online experience. That’s why we wanted to notify you that as of March 15, 2014, the Site Builder tool and the online Personal Web Space pages will be decommissioned. You will continue to be able to view any web pages you created until September 30, 2014, but will not be able to create new pages, update or make any changes to existing pages after March 15, 2014. If you currently pay for additional Web Space, this charge will be automatically removed from your account after March 15, 2014 when your online Personal Web Space service is decommissioned..." On Dec. 23 2013 when the automatic payment for our monthly FiOS service was withdrawn from our bank account I noticed that it was SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the past month - $8.00 more, in fact. The invoice date that this payment applied to is Dec. 1 2013. Our base rate for FiOS internet service was, and has been for many years, $57.99 per month. However, the Dec 1 bill showed this rate to be $65.99 - an overnight and UNANNOUNCED increase of $8.00 or 14%. No business increases their fees by 14% without letting their customers know of their intent to do so. At least no business that is run by honest, honorable, and competent individuals. The village idiot can figure out that MONTHS before the email I received indicating that Verizon would shortly stop charging the $6.95 per month fee for increased storage space, they had ALREADY decided to increase our monthly "service fee" by an unconscionable 14%. As is S.O.P. for Verizon, another DECREASE in service married to an INCREASE in fees.

I absolutely need to share my story. We have been Ooma's Premier customers for almost two years. Only once we had a problem placing our calls. Unfortunately, it was when one of my family members needed to make some important calls. He was not happy about the disruption and decided to port the number from Ooma to Cox. While he was on his cell doing that, I was on my cell talking to customer service trying to fix the problem. The Ooma rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped to fix the line in couple of minutes and then made it sure it worked. I also need to mention that it took no time to get through to a live customer service person. This would be the end of the story but Cox already started the porting process. It took more than a week of service disruptions, trying to reach them and figure out whether the port was completed or not. Every time we would call we would be waiting forever and every time a different rep would give a different information. Finally, one day before the port was supposed to be completed I called Ooma and begged to port our number back. Once again, I received a very competent and efficient service. We were able to get back with Ooma with a minimum hastle. I also need to mention that Ooma's number blocking is very helpful nowadays with all these phone scams and robo calls. Cox doesn't have this opportunity. They have the same VoIP service for a higher price, with no call blocking, poor and incompetent customer service with only one phone line and marginal online communication. On the other hand for a slightly lower price we are getting two telephone lines, easy number blocking, superb customer service and a functional website. I am not sure about other phone companies, but compared to Cox, Ooma is a much better value and a more pleasant experience.
