Kyle was amazing when we suffered a major fault on our phone line - he came straight to our office to assess, organised an Openreach engineer to attend the same day, and waited at our office for half an hour when we couldn't be in on time for a second engineer visit. Great customer service!

The Billing Inquiry team of Broadview Networks is the most amazing one I have ever heard of. My client for web development initially made a contact with their billing department because of some questions that he had for a contract on the service. The nice customer service agent so graciously offered to open an inquiry for him. Within 24 hours, he got a return call and from that point on, everything went smoothly. My client is very happy and is even thinking of upgrading his services to include their OfficeSuite phone system once he gets more customers.

I have been working with Broadview for almost 10 years now, and I give them an A+ from the newly designed very easy to use Officesuite Management Portal, professional installation, and project management, to post implementation support.

For starters, I rented a portable wifi for 4 days. However, it arrived one day late. Furthermore, I had a tour planned and was leaving at 7am and back at night... Hence, 2 days lost with no wifi. THEN, I package the wifi and powerbank in one silver box as told and have my hotel ship it back. 3g contacts me and tells me the powerbank is missing and I am charged for it, and of course no refund for the 2 days, not even the ONE day in which they were late. Absolutely horrible customer service. I would rather have zero wifi for 2 weeks than go through this company again.

Used these guys to get a MIFI device for Beijing, China that allowed my android and IPhone to use the wifi so I could get on the internet all over Beijing and surrounding area (great wall for example) without paying AT&Ts ridiculous roaming fees of $20/MB. The mifi device was the size of a small cell phone, provided wifi for up to 5 devices and was a hit! The reason I wrote the review is that they did exactly what they said they would, which is delivered the device to the hotel after we agreed on a price and a deposit (paid via paypal), and picked up the device from the hotel (and returned the deposit) after we completed our stay. Throughout the entire process they were responsive via email and made sure we were taken care of! The mifi device was very handy for getting around in Beijing because we could use google maps wherever we were to see where we were and plan out where we wanted to go next!

We are pensioners living on a fixed income and have been loyal customers of OPTIMUM CABLEVISION for over ten years. In the past years their rates have catapulted to ridiculous heights. 5 Months ago we contacted the company and told them that the rates we were paying were way too high for us and was their anything they could do for us to lower these rates before we considered looking for some alternative provider. At the time we were getting the basic package and were paying for 2 dvr receivers (also included was phone and internet). I spoke to some woman supervisor who told us that being loyal customers and not wanting to lose us, they would offer us a better package and 2 free dvr receivers. This upped the original price by $7 but we were getting more channels, plus the movie channels. This agreement would be binding for 2 YEARS. So this agreement, although verbal and over the phone was to come into effect on January 1st, 2018. All was well UNTIL yesterday, May 27th (5 months since the start of this agreement), as I was about to pay my bill, I realized that it was now $10 more than we had agreed upon and what I had been paying previously. We immediately contacted Optimum to see what was going on, and the first person basically told us that if we don't like it we can leave........ Shocked, we called again and asked to speak to a supervisor, someone with authority, and spoke to some guy called DAVE. I told him that we had a two year agreement and after 5 months it had been jacked up by $10. He told me that that was the price for a DVR which we were only getting for 5 months WHICH WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT. Why would I agree to have the original amount I was disputing jacked up in 5 months by $16 which is now above what I originally contested. In short, this SUPERVISOR DAVE, told us that he was sorry, but there was nothing they could do about this, and we are free to leave Optimum which obviously we will be doing. It is amazing to me that apart from not adhering to their contract, they would lose loyal customers (paying $150/month) over a dispute of $10 when they are begging people to join for $69.99/month. We had a binding agreement, albeit a verbal one, which they refuse to uphold. What kind of company does that? In my book, it is a disgrace, and no way will we deal with them anymore. There are enough companies out there who will be only too have to have us as customers and I am sure will adhere to their contracts. In short, this is a warning to people considering using this service - their contracts ARE NOT BINDING. You will be scammed like us.

their costomer service is horriable, and the website doesn't work a good deal of the time. I have been trying to change my plan for a while and the web site wont let me and when i go to the store they have me waiting for over an hour. it took them over two hours just to find someone who know how to port my number over. i can't wait to be able to leave sprint

I have been using sprint under my family's plan for years. When I got married, I decided to get my own phone plan. I went into the store to set things up as they were out of stock online of the phone I wanted. They charged me an additional $30 for setup in-store which would have been fine had my phone been activated correctly. I had to call in hours later to have it activated; therefore the $30 fee should not have been charged. In addition, I was told the phone "insurance" was "required" and "free" for your first three months. Turns out is wasn't free or required. I had to go online later and delete the coverage. I am disappointed in the dishonesty of the employee with whom I worked. All this being said, their prices are the best in comparison to other phone companies and their coverage isn't half bad.

I am using excitel internet from last 2 months and in which two months I have raised more than 10 case and every cases has automatically closed without any solution. And also so many times call and chat with customer care. The tele caller CC said another things and ground staff said another things. means no commitment fulfillment. Customer satisfactory is too poor. Its totally Waste of Money. Worst ever network product and in service part ul become a big fool. That's all.

Worst experience... Never take this service provider. I have a plan where I am supposed to get 100mbs of speed. But it only gives a speed of 24mbps max. And its Not at all good for work from home. I have called several time to customer service(they have the longest hold time) Even if you get connected they say that you will be transferred to technical department And put you on hold for 45-50mins And disconnect the call. I even tried through app but the request is still pending(its been More than 11 days now) Go for any reliable service provider instead... Worst internet And customer service.. I also paid rs.2000 for some fibre thing that was supposed to give me faster internet.. But its even slower now.. It was a refundable amount but I have no idea how to get it back.. As there is no response from the customer service..
