Große Enttäuschung nach langjähriger Mitgliedschaft! Ich war eigentlich immer recht zufrieden mit Congstar. Ich wollte ungebunden (PrePaid) sein mit monatlichem Kündigungsrecht und das so viel gelobte D-Netz nutzen. Bisher war der Anbieter auch recht günstig, bis ich auf ein Angebot zum 10-jährigen Jubiläum reingefallen bin, das man u. a. langjährigen Kunden angeboten hat. Dort versprach man mir satte 10GB Datenvolumen bei allerdings gedrosseltem Netz mit max. 3G. Ein Haken: 24 Monate Vertragslaufzeit. Gute dachte ich mir, habe ja bisher immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht und habe mich drauf eingelassen. 1 Jahr lang lief alles gut, bis ich dann feststellte, dass ich auf einmal viel mehr zu meinem bestehenden Vertrag zahlen musste ... das stand nach Rücksprache mit dem Congstar-Chat wohl in meinen Vertragsbedingungen. Ich habe daraufhin recht verärgert gekündigt, auch aus dem Hintergrund, weil ich in kein neuen besseren Tarif bei Congstar wechseln konnte!!! Bei bisherigen Anbietern die ich kannte war das kein Problem. Seit Monaten habe ich nun nur "E"-Empfang mit dem kein vernünftiges Surfen mehr möglich ist, zahle mehr Geld und kann so mein Limit schon mal gar nicht benutzen! Leider bin ich noch fast ein Jahr an diesen Vertrag gebunden, was das Schrecklichste ist! Congstar ist für mich die reinste Enttäuschung. Auf Bestandkunden pfeift man offensichtlich und ist nur auf die schnelle Mark aus. Ich rate jedem nur keinen längerfristigen Vertrag mit diesem Anbieter einzugehen!

It was all going so well- people answering the phone and good help. But wait till after 6pm on a Friday and you can not get anybody. Have emailed support, called and left a message and nobody has got back. My problem- all incoming calls cut off after about 30-40 seconds no matter which way the incoming call comes from. There is no number or contact details for out of hours support- if there is they have hidden it well on their site.

Stay away if you can. All the plans are worthless. I have tried them all as I have no other internet choices where I live . Unreliable service always dropping and very very slow. Easy care is a joke. It takes several days when it does go out to even get a call back for a service apt then a few more days for them to come out because the one or two service tecks cover a very very large area. At least that is the excuse I got Its very expensive and though you buy unlimited or metered service the plans are all the same and within 3 days you will be so slowed that it is worthless for anything but maybe using the web a little and then that even causes shut downs and disconnects. Don't even try on a cloudy day or bad whether They really don't care about you no mater what the robot says on "LIVE" chat

It took 3 months to convert a residential line to a business line, appalling customer service throughout, no show appointments, promises of manager callbacks that never materialised. What they offered? a month of credit, or an ultimatum of it being raised to the MDO and ombudsman at which point their 'goodwill' gesture wouldn't be an option any longer, effectively threatening into acceptance. Utterly disgusting, and because it isn't a consumer contract there's no cooling off period so you're locked in.

They reward new customers and take existing ones for granted. Finally....I had free bt sport for another 4 months and they have now decided to charge me before the end of contract....it seems that this in the terms and conditions. Therefore contract not worth anything....my broadband is up for renewal soon....so after 32 years with BT it’s time to say goodbye

Once again BT fails to properly provide a service or indeed provide suitable answers via Customer Services. Some 4-5 years ago I had massive issues when BT migrated their email servers from Yahoo and my email account failed overnight and it took weeks to resolve the issue. At the beginning of this week BT once again "upgraded" their email servers. Since this time all the spam marketing emails that I assigned to my spam box have been turning up in my in box. On calling BT Customer Services and getting through to their Cardiff call centre (at least it wasn't Bombay!) I was told the following in answer to my questions, 1. Q. Why didn't BT bench test this project before launching to ensure set filters and functionality wouldn't change? A. BT did. 2. Q. If BT knew this was going to happen, why did they not inform customers? A. They can't inform every customer of every know issue. 3. How did this issue occur? A. We moved your email account from the original Yahoo server to our BT servers. 4. Q. BT did this 4-5 years ago when I had similar email problems. A. that didn't happen, we only moved your email account last week to our servers. Now someone is serving up a big plate of BS here and it is not the kind of Customer Service I would expect from what is claimed to be the UK's leading Telcoms Company. I have been with BT for over 30 continuous years, I have my Mobile Phone contracts (two phones), my broadband, my landline calls and my TV services with them. If this is the a atrocious way they are going to deal with my enquiry, with out even an apology they will soon find my account will migrate elsewhere. Totally dissatisfied.

Mobilcom debitel offer me a contract with a condition that they will give me another number during extending this contract and later when I accepted there contract, they are refusing to do so, even though I have an email, in which they told they will give me another number (Anfragenummer: 989646966T), but after that i wrote them many times and also called them, they just pass the call here and there. They are not at all a responsible supplier. When I went to there shop, they just gave me customer care number and told me to call. now my contract also started and i am stuck here for next two year. I will never recommend this to any one.

Utrolig dårlige og uforskammede oplevelse med Kviknet ApS fra Odense. Kviknet ApS er internet selskab som tag ud til danske husstand og konstaterer at de ikke leverer internet til adressen og binder dig i 6 mdr. (De må være deres hovedindtægt, form få dataindsamling selskab) Jeg bestilt og betalt få internet på deres hjemmeside www.kviknet.dk fordi de viser på deres hjemmeside at de kan godt leverer internet på adressen. Det viser sig at de kan ikke leverer internet på adressen og Kviknet ApS laver sine handelsbetingelser udfra at de kan lever internet til adressen. Og hermed er handelsbetingelser grundlagt på forkerte oplysninger og det er uforskammet. Kviknet ApS vil fastholde mig i seks måneder, selvom de ikke kan levere internet. Deres procedure: På deres hjemmeside bestiller du internet som de ikke kan lever og du binder dig 6 mdr. Teknikerbesøg Tekniker kom, han skulle have adgang til lejlighede og kælderrum, han konstaterer at telefon stikkene ikke virker. Og dermed kan Kviknet ApS som er dansk internet selskab ikke levere internet til vores adressen, selvom der stod på deres hjemmesiden at de kun godt. the company is commissioned to lay broadband cables in every street on the Isle of Wight, causing the utmost disruption as they do this. They reached our road in the first week of September and began drilling. They did all necessary work at the top of the road and then came down to our home - and promptly cut through the electricity cable. We were without power for 8 hours. Southern Electric was called to fix the 'fault' and informed us (daughter and myself) that 'they' (Wightfibre) were doing this all the time and we were the second outage that day. Southern Electric said they were loaded with work because of cutting people off. The workmen did not appear to know where the electricity cables were and it is extremely telling that the next morning someone armed with white spray paint went the length of the road marking the cables... we wondered why this had not been done before work started, but that does seem rather too logical for this company. Island Roads have been commissioned to resurface every road on the island - but do these two companies speak to one another? Of course not. New laid roads are being dug up to accommodate the trench for the broadband cable. Reviews elsewhere about this company (Trustpilot) show a mixture of good and outright condemnation - and I have to say we are less than impressed with the quality of the work, the amount of plastic covers we are walking over, the dirt and mud on the road when you can see the broom on the lorry... If this is deemed a necessary thing for this island, then so be it but competent workmen and an effort at cleaning up would be much appreciated. It doesn't look as if it's going to happen. I am not at all impressed with Wightfibre, with the customer relations side and the workmen. I had no intention of subscribing to Wightfibre long before this happened, they have just reinforced my intention to stay with my current provider. The glowing reviews I have read elsewhere may well change in time.

Asbulate rip off booked to have an ariel replaced. Engineer came who was pleasant but said he couldn't get the old one off the pole so would have to leave it there however I pointed out that it was very loose and very wobbly in the wind. So I rang the office they said it would be another £45 on top of the £280 I had already paid after some time of trying to negotiate the woman I was speaking to hung up on me. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pretty good - most numbers work, in fact nearly all. There is only one country at the moment but the SMS arrives fast which is not always the case. Simple and fast loading maybe update with more numbers more often for better service.

Literally the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life. This company is fraudulent and has no regard for their customers. They stole my money, ignored me for months, damaged my credit score and then told me I owed them money for a service they never provided (and don't have the infrastructure to provide either). Stay far away

Useless company. They don't have customer care support staff. Been trying for 8 days, I am on indefinite hold at customer care. Emails customer support is so bad that it take 2 days for them to send some vague reply back to you. Twitter official handle appears to be a bot - as there is no formal redressal of grievances. I have paid in advance and yet I have no service

Both in reviews and on their website, they indicated that I could use Verizon as a carrier if Sprint doesn't work in my area. But Sprint doesn't work in my area, and I only found this out by purchasing a phone and a plan and trying it out. Their staff admitted that they couldn't switch me to Verizon and would not give me a refund on the service unless I returned the phone too. I'd already purchased accessories for the phone, and hate returning things anyway, and so lost out on the refund.

unable to receive txt from paypal! Asked the customer service, simply said they knew it, but they could do nothing. almost impossible to leave them, the porting procedure would take forever. unable to contact their porting dept, once things go wrong in the porting, you have to change your number with the new carrier.

Excellent customer service. After using mint sim for a year with no issues, I've experienced poor signal and loss of connection the last couple months. I would like to see that improve before switching back.

The initial sign up was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner, i was very impressed as was fed up dealing directly with the telephone service providers directly. We took out 2 mobile phone contracts, plus a VOIP landline and broadband. Customer service is always polite, and the phone call is answered very quickly. As soon as a problem arises, they do not want to deal with it. We have been promised on a daily basis that calls would be returned and emails sent but nothing. We are looking into breaking the contract due to non performance. Avoid this company unless you can guarantee not needing any help during your contract.

A company what is a shambles they tell you more lies like the isp. They put a new wire up on my house which was a shambles .They a complete joke and suppose to make things better in my experience made things worse . suppose to be Fibre more like normal broadband 5 times faster yeah right !!! They also have capped my line speed which ive found out and the line is worse than what I had and you call these engineers more like clowns . .

They contacted me to ask if i wished to upgrade my existing contract. We agreed a deal and having been sent paperwork and returned the signed contract it then went very quiet. I left 2 messages for the Salesman to ring to let me know when i would be receiving the phone. No call back received so asked to speak to a manager. I was told they would return my call withing 5 minutes. and surprise surprise nothing. Give Business Mobiles.com a wide berth. Don't actually complete what they've started.

This is the worst service I have ever had. I have a prepaid acct unlimited text and calling.i paid my acct at the troy alabama store on time. But they had no records of me paying my acct. Beware save your receipt. I had no phone service. I called customer service it took me approximately an hour to get my phone on after convincing then I had paid my phone bill. Im presently looking for another phone company.

I cannot recommend Verizon for Internet service to anyone. High speed Internet is a joke. There's no service, or it's barely a crawl. And this is after two weeks of complaining, talking to technicians in Hyderabad, two technician home visits and numerous phone calls with Verizon support in the U.S.

I switched from T mobile on a promotion of a certificate of $300 to purchase anything in their store...long story short, I purchased 2 hand held tablets (1/2 the size of normal tablet). Priced at $99 they then added them under a 2 year contract and charged me for 2 additional lines...Biggest scam, switch and bate..They reduced the 300 by the cost yet I'm stuck paying 20 bucks a month for 2 years that's 480 for 2 things bought using their 300 for switching...They are liars...don't do it run far and fast
