I ordered parts for my ford tractor they were out of stock and did not tell me so it too and extra week to get and when I did they were wrong parts I tried to call costermer servise and got no answer back so I emailed for 5 days no answer they did answer back but it took 2 more days to get a return order # so I shipped parts back at half of the shipping charge they charged me I emailed them again and again and did not get a refund I lost the money for the parts and the money for shipping both ways I would not buy parts from them again no matter what

My overall experience with fishingsir, previously hisea too, has been great! They have offered high quality products at an unheard of price. The price may lead some to think "cheap" but I can say that they are every bit as good as the brands that ask for much more money. Even featured in "Jigging with Jordan" for the Godline. They have quick response on their Facebook and stand behind their products. I have been very happy with items I have purchased, from camp stove, dry bag, fishing hat, and braided line. They have all worked great and will continue purchasing from them in the future with confidence.

For our area at Balatonvilagos, between Siofok and Balatonaliga we caught very well with some really nice carp, unlike many other teams in the tough section, which was one of the largest. The large section meant more teams were in better areas and so we didnt manage a section prize. However, we are also happy with our catches from what was an ultra difficult swim. We caught 18 carp, 7 under 5kg and lost another five. We fought til the end and had done the best which was possible. It was a great trip and we learnt a lot from it. Better luck next time

I ordered a frameless cork board from walmart.ca which was shipped and sold by Direct Home Supplies. I did receive the product in a timely manner, however, whoever packaged it, did not add support to the packaging and the product was broken in 3 places!! I contacted Walmart.ca to pick it up and provide me with a full refund but they won't and say I have to contact Direct Home Supplies directly. Being in Canada, it will cost me more to return it than the item cost me! Wish I checked the reviews of this company prior to buying. Lesson Learned!

#1 Ordered a case of 12 Amalie Brake Fluid from WalMart which was supposed to be supplied by one of their vendors... Direct Home Supplies. Direct Home Supplies cancelled the order and gave no reason whatsoever for the cancellation. #2 PLACED A 2ND ORDER ON OCT. 25TH. IT TOOK THEM 10 DAYS TO DELIVER THE ORDER AND IT WAS WRONG. SUPPOSED TO BE A CASE OF 12 BRAKE FLUID CONTAINERS, THEY SENT 1 (ONE) . TRYING TO REACH THEM DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS BY PHONE IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY JUST WON'T ANSWER AND REFER YOU TO CONTACT THEM BY E MAIL AND THEY DON'T ANSWER THAT EITHER.

Have been using comGateway for the past 4-5 years ... back in the day when i just started to use comGateway they were really good everything nicely packed when there's a repackaging option and standard shipping wasn't that expensive. I had my last delivery arrived today ... got charged $7 for repackaged but seriously they just made the box smaller and put all the beauty items that I purchased without wrapping some of them were shattered. This time is so disappointed ... have to try other company.

My Roborock S5 Max broke down after two months of use (main wheel error 107). The communication with the seller was too slow and no solution offered at first. After two months waiting for the solution, they offered to send it to warranty repair and informed me that it would last up to 15 days. Now it has been over a month in warranty repair and no information about my Roborock. No option for refund or replacement of the device. All in all, I have been without working Roborock for over four months now. Was it a time or my first review, but I got my Roborock repaired and returned. Minus two stars due to lack of information, I lost lots of time because slow communication and no solution at first. Warranty repair took almost two months (I was informed it will take up to 15 days). All in all, after four months I got my Roborock repaired and working again!

After i write rewiew for this Scam seller who send me defective tv box they answer for first time and say they will help me to solve problem,after ask to describe what is wrong with tv box,after ask for proofs i send foto ,video when clear can see how mi tv box freezen and after stuck on the start and android never can load again but they want more and more proof,when i do everything they askin me and torture me for more than two week they offer me a deal to order one more time the same mi tv box who im paid one time and they sent defectime item,and when i order one more time i will pay half price only.Sorry but i already pay item and every product have warranty.

The christmas tree I ordered (Conneticut Deluxe PE) was described on the webshop as "100 % PE". However, when I received it I saw that it was only part PE - the rest is the cheaper and less natural looking PVC. In spite of this the tree is relativel nice looking. I am disappointed, however, that it is not as described. I have not returned it since it because of the hassle of bringing it back to the post office on my bicycle and the cost. I had some difficulty with the delivery of the package and the costumer service was very helpful and quick to reply. Reply to reply: I am sorry, what you say is not true. It is not 90% PE and 10% PVC, but rather the opposite. I will say about 10% PE and 90% PVC. On every main branch there are 4 PE branchlets. The rest are PVC.

On december 16th I ordered a fake christmas tree of kunstigejuletraeer which I should have never done. I got the conformation email, and was very excited for my tree to get here. On december 20th I still haven't got any christmas tree OR track and trace number. I therefor called the company 5 times at 3.30pm before they picked up in their opening hours and spoke to a man. He told me that my order was shipped on the 17th of december. He told me he would double check with another employe and get back to me on my phone number which I gave him, HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I therefor sent the company a email asking what is going on and why the man never got back to me, and if I could even expect a christmas tree by christmas this year. Today the 21st of december they email me and tell me they are very sorry but my tree has not been shipped yet, but they would like to send it, just NOT before christmas. What can I do with a christmas tree after christmas? nothing right.! This is the worst service I have ever received from a company. They speak rude to you. So to everybody who is thinking of ordering a tree in Denmark, I advice you not to. I am from Denmark myself but the only way for a responds from the company is in english. I don't want an answer from the company, I just wanna reach out and help other Danes who's looking for a good side for fake christmas trees. This is not it. Merry Christmas

Great quality shirts for the price, I got the retro Dutch and German 1988 shirts. They look fantastic almost 100% spot on. The only slight imperfection I found was the Adidas logo was a bit untidy with some white backing material showing through on the black stitching. Other than that everything was great. The shirts arrived on time and well packaged. I've chatted with their customer service guys once or twice and they where always friendly and helpful. I will definitely buy from Minejerseys again.

I received the liner very promptly and at a competitive price. The catalogue made good reading. I was completely emptying and cleaning out my fish pond and the liner was for a temporary refuge for 20 odd fish. After reading the catalogue I needed to telephone yourselves to ask some advice. The young lady was very helpful, knowledgeable, reassured me as to what I was doing and explained some products which I was not sure of. As and when I need any more bits and pieces, I shall come back to you. Just wish your store was a bit more local. All the fish are very happy now.

On 15/01/2018 I made a SELL order, to sell a small amount of bitcoin. Reference MV6A-V55J. Order seemed to have been accepted, however 5 days later they notified me via email that my 'Buy' order didn't go through yet cause they didn't receive my "bank wire transfer". I wrote back and to their customer service explaining that I had made a sell, not a buy order, and that my bank account details, which they have, are up to date. No useful answer from customer support, just bot answers, one generic answer from (possibly) a person. On 26/01/2018 they notified me again saying that my order was cancelled due to the same reason as given before, even though I had contacted them with an explanation in the meantime. Now I don't have the bitcoin in my Airbitz wallet nor the cash in my bank account. If my issue is resolved with the payout to my bank account, I'll happily change my review.

After having successfully completed the first Atomic Swap in MEW, I decided to do another one again, however it has been delayed for several days to receive my ETH. On the one hand I am angry because this delay has prevented having arrived on time in an ICO, but on the other hand I understand that it is one of the first Atomic Swap that has emerged and is very practical since it is incorporated into MEW and probably has been saturated recently by the explosion of new users who have entered the world of cryptocurrencies. I will continue using it to show my support to this company that has bet on a technology that will revolutionize the way of exchanging between coins, however I write here as a wake-up call to improve these errors soon, because the fact of working with MEW will not be enough.

I was struggling to find a qipao for a wedding ceremony in China - wary of buying online and having to get altered and not wanting to get ripped off in Chinatown. I then came across East Meets Dress and all my problems are solved! All their dresses are beautiful and cut in modern silhouettes or more traditional. The online process of submitting measurements was really easy and the team clearly reviews them individually. EMD was able to accommodate my rush production request and the dress turned out beautifully.

I was searching online for the Sprayground Nomad Red backpack, which was sold out on the manufacturer's site, and came across Urban Fabric Store. I was delighted to see it there, as it wasn't available anymore elsewhere. I was convinced of the authenticity of this site by PayPal being a payment option and the buyer protection it brings with it. After adding it to my cart, I was pretty confused to not find Switzerland in the country list. But this issue was very quickly resolved when I contacted Urban Fabric per direct message on instagram. Very good and fast support! So I submitted my order and only a couple of days later, I was very happy to receive it and to have done business with this company. Great experience!

Here we have a site supposedly offering up prizes for draws - it remains to be seen whether the prizes or the winners actually exist. In exchange you fill out questionnaires - reasonable as an idea. You can expect to give something in return for a chance of winning. When you get an endless stream of telemarketing calls about stuff you have indicated you have no connection to - that is not so good. Basically they are the worst end of the telemarketing business - they are a channel for you being bombarded, harassed and worse, just for their own profits selling 'lists'.

Owner sent the wrong product but I tell you I'm still impressed. Bought a smaller yellowish pineapple savings bank off this seller and received a HUGE pineapple in gold..I mean seriously HUGE for my hand palm. Very well made and my 5 year old son was running around the house with it and I was like NONONO it's made from ceramic. Great product.

They're fine (great selection, good videos, but slow to ship and prices are kind of high compared to other retailers) until something goes wrong. There are tons of positive reviews of Goulet Pens from people who have had uneventful orders. People seem to equate "customer service" to a free promotional sticker and a lollipop thrown in with their order. But if you look at reviews from people who've received defective merchandise, you'll see that Goulet Pens has a track record of not fixing things. I received a *clearly* defective pen. They denied it and then stopped communicating with me when I specifically requested a replacement or refund. While my credit card company handled it and I received a credit through them with no problem, Goulet Pens should have stood by their product, apologized, and offered a replacement, credit, or refund. I'd have happily continued to buy from them. Instead, they lied, refused, and stopped further communication, which alienated me as a customer (here I am taking the time to write a negative review), *and* they still had to refund the money. If you decide buy from them, be sure to protect yourself and use a credit card with good support for disputed charges. Real customer service can be determined by how a company handles a problem. Goulet Pens fails miserably at this.

I placed two orders on November 28, 2019. The Black Friday Sale. It's January 29, two months later and I still haven't got my items. And they already charged my credit card for the full amounts. On December 10, I checked my order status on their website and it stated my two orders were OPEN. I inquired to see what the problem was. They told me due to a high volume of orders, my order was delayed. They would ship my items in 5-9 business days and that I would not be charged until items shipped. I finally get a package from Sanrio, but only one of my items I had ordered and the free compact mirror. The second order, I received no items. They send me only the free compact mirror. On December 18, I check my credit card statement and see that Sanrio charged me full price for both orders. I email them again asking about my orders. They tell me they do not have an ETA on my items, even though they already took my money. I requested them to cancel both my orders and refund my money minus the difference of the one item sent. I also asked them to send me a prepaid label to return the free compact mirrors. It's been more than 5 business days and I still haven't received a reply. Now, I am disputing the charges with my credit card company and filing a report also with the Better Business Bureau.

I've placed 2 orders with Sanrio and both were just as expected. Nice, high-quality items. Most of the stuff is Japanese, so you know you'll be getting something unique that no one else has. I also like how they are always giving away free gifts with your purchase, and you don't have to spend an outrageous amount to qualify for something free. Only issue I have is with shipping. It's so expensive and they hardly ever offer any kind of free shipping no matter how much you spend. They also ship via Fedex SmartPost, which is stupid and is guaranteed to make your package arrive at least a day or two or three later than it should since it has to go through this trade-off between Fedex and USPS. Tracking is available all through the process, just so you can see your package sit in the same place for 4 days. Main reason I don't buy more often is because you have to be prepared to spend anywhere between $8-$15 more than you really intend to just for the (slow) shipping. A simple $15 small item purchase still costs $8 to ship.

It is not worth the time to write or read anything on the site because it is not fair or accurate reflection of any business. Every review I have written has been filtered even though they are first hand truthful experiences. I have even offered proof to those that are willing to contact me. All of the review were one star ratings of the businesses. Upon doing further internet research I was not surprised to see that a class action lawsuit has been filed against them and that the media has reported on the questionable practices of "extortion" by the site. The site "filters" legitimate reviews. Companies are being extorted into paying too either make bad reviews to be excluded from the ratings and/or to keep good reviews as part of the rating. The lack of integrity of this company is reflected in the poor value of the company as an investment.

This company is used on shopify as an option as a sales channel. Don't use them, because you'll get the tun around about when they will pay you for orders customers made through wanelo, my 1st order for a customer of mine was June 9th, started tracking in transit June 16th, delivered June 18th, they are supposed to start processing my payout when it starts tracking in transit which is 30 days from June 16th, it is now August 5th, and still haven't been paid for any orders, and when I email them I get the run around, like it'll be 3 to 5 days, or oh let me check on it, or they don't know what is wrong, or can we expedite you check, now they are saying hopefully in 5 to 7 more days I'll get it, and a manager is working on it, all kinds of excuses. This is really poor service. They don't ever payout for orders from my experience, because I'm still waiting.

I love kickboxing is the best gym I have every been too. It gets you so motivated. We bought this not having any idea the car seat is not standard US and won't fit into a standard US car seat mount. The vendor is also not allowing returns. I have been a member for over 15 years and they are the best site I have ever been with. Not only are they helpful but they go above and beyond for their members. I have been with other sites who I have quit because cash outs are too high and they don't give you many easy opportunities to earn. Quick Rewards does not have a minimum cash out and there are so many ways to earn. Without even trying too hard, I can usually cash out each month for at least $20.00 which helps to pay for my internet. I wish more sites would learn from QR how to treat their members. Their customer service is fantastic (and especially Becky), always helpful and willing to pay for some things even when they won't get paid by their vendors.

I have been using Quickrewards for about a month now and I have nothing but positive things to say. There is no minimum to cash out and you can get paid every night. They never fail to pay you for your time and are quick to answer customer support emails. Once more I have to say this site is amazing and legit. HomeShopping.pk is undoubtedly on of the leading online shopping website for electronics, technology, luxury and consumer products but they are good for products that come from their Pakistan office but they are totally a night-mare, mis-communicating and the laziest possible company when some products are to be delivered from their USA or other off-Pakistan offices. Although I have been a loyal customer at HomeShopping and have purchased tablet and a couple of mobile devices from them but they are found Poorly Pathetic in my most recent purchase with the company. I ordered an expansive watch from HomeShopping on 23rd of April and it was clearly mentioned on their website page that watch shall be delivered within 10-15 days. I also made an initial 10% deposit in their bank account that was necessary to confirm the order but till date today (30th May, 2014); the watch is not delivered when one month and 7 more days have been passed now. When I called at the customer support office in Karachi they always said that our import office shall call you and he will update you about the progress on your order delivery. They called me once and assured that watch shall be delivered within 8-10 more days but it been 20 more days now since this promise was made. Now I have called many tims and have inquired about the delivery of the watch but no good so far - Just lame claims and time-passing techniques are being practiced..!! They are a pathetic company and I shall NEVER recommend them for buying any products which are promised to be delivered from their foreign offices. They will take 10% advance deposit, shall be using that amount for their own investment and you will be hold on promises that your order is soon to be delivered/completed.
