They made zero actions on my account, and when I tried to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund only two days after the purchase, they agreed after emailing back and forth for during the whole day. But I never got the refund, and now they're ignoring my emails! It's a scam to steal your money.

Growthoid claim to have refunded me but I am yet to see the $158 in my bank account. Unacceptable customer service.

All likes delivered with no drop was able to split them on multiple posts, not sure if a drop is normal to occur but none noticed and views delivered too, all seem to be coming from the demographics I asked for. Gracias!!

The scammer behind the website went to great lengths to hide his fraudulent intentions by giving the impression that you're dealing with a large, reputable online service provider. On the bottom left side of the screen, imaginary customers appear to have just bought a service. These fantasy customers are on a loop, the same names and time stamps appear over and over. The address of the 'business' doesn't exist. I checked the postcode, it does not correspond to the street name and number. Stay away and save your hard-earned cash!

I was skeptical at first but got my 1k followers pretty quickly.

After more than 24 hours trying to ask for help from the Bigbangram support team, they still give no response at all, AT ALL. Finally, I decided to stop all activities. I also asked for refund for proxies I bought for less than 12 hours, which did not work. Liking feature does not work. Proxies do not work. Customer support is hardly responsive. And so far I have lost 19s dollars for nothing. I have 19s dollars in their internal balance, but they keep silent so far when I ask for refund. Bigbangram IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Have been using for a couple of months now. First month worked fine. Second month till now was a nightmare. Everything stopped working, and even though I followed supports guide with various excuses patiently , I finally said enough!! They even recommend I use I Grammer which I did and is just as bad.
