I am getting the runaround concerning a simple $20 gift card. I have checked my rebate status and it states that they did not receive all of the information. I did not receive a card or an email telling me what they are missing. I emailed them once and did not get a reply. I emailed 2 weeks later and they tell me to fax or mail the box top. I tried to fax it to the number they gave me and it is a number that is no longer in service. So I emailed them again and they tell me that they are having problems with the fax line and gives me another line to fax to. Guess What? That number is no longer in service. To date I have not received this rebate.

On 12/27/08 I purchased Nitro PDF Professional from Fry's Electronics which came with a $60 rebate. I submitted all the information required to Avanquest USA on 12/28/08. After 10 weeks and no rebate check, I contacted Avanquest and was told that the rebate was not received. Fortunately, I had copies and FAXed the information. I received an e-mail message that the rebate submission was received. On 3/25/09 I received an e-mail indicating that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. On 4/21/09 I received the same message that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. I feel the company will not send the rebate.

Unfortunately, Mary got sick and I took over to help my brother, John. The account manager, on behalf of your company, has represented well. She is polite, on time, and has assisted us well. I worked in customer service for 30 yrs. I was an executive secretary under the Executive Vice President. So, I am confident I know a great person when I deal with them. he best thing about TCW is actually their customer experience agents. Alexander helped me out so much in setting up my account and went above and beyond what I expected. We've been using GoECart's 360 solution for two years. Overall we are very happy their eCommerce solution. GoECart's strong points are: -Their 360 offering. If you are looking for OMS, CMS, Inventory management and more, GoECart offers this and more in one solution. -Their very prompt response to requests for technical support. When we have a non-critical issue, we usually hear from somebody within a couple of hours. We've only had one critical issue and we heard back from tech support within a very short period of time. Their responses are professional, courteous and helpful. -Their database. We have a very large catalog - more than 17,000 items offered in a wide variety of sizes, and other options. GoECart handles our catalog with ease. Their weaknesses: -The major weakness is in the amount of legacy code that exists in their system. A designer that doesn't have raw html experience will be frustrated trying to implement more contemporary design solutions. -Overpromising deliverables. As noted above, we have a complex catalog. When shown our previous site, we were told that there would be no issues with implementing pricing and shipping in GoECart. That was a gross overstatement. There were and are significant kludges to make pricing and shipping work.

I want to begin by thanking GoECart for their timely and professional assistance helping rescue us what turned out to be a platform migration disaster. We have been a happy merchant of GoECart’s for years, pleased with the services being received. In an effort to cut costs, our company began researching lower cost options for our Ecommerce Platform. Our research led us to select a new platform and cost friendly implementation firm. The migration itself and the impact to our business was disastrous. Revenues, conversion rates and traffic plummeted, redirects were a mess, SEO appeared to be ignored – we were bleeding badly. The quality of support I experienced, both during and post migration was subpar at best and the results much worse. In desperation, I contacted GoECart who stepped in right away and helped get our old website up and running and began repairing the damage. Their professional staff, expertise and responsiveness both during and after business hours was great, staying in constant contact and offering guidance wherever possible. Even more importantly, the time spent was not done to benefit their business or for pay, simply because they have heart for small business and a strong belief in partnering with their merchants. When evaluating solutions, it is so important to look beyond the monthly expense. In reality, lower cost solutions can cost much more than the monthly subscription debit taken from your bank account.

Placed order on August 1st spoke to somebody a week and a half later to see why my books still have not been delivered according to them the system "glitched" (but it didn't glitch on charging my card) it is now August 21st finally spoke with the same person for some reason the number provided on website only reaches ONE PERSON(weird) as I'm on the phone with her, she magically pulls up my order info and I recieve an email saying that my order is still waiting to be shipped! Terrible service!

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

CXT Software has worked out great for our local delivery division. Once we learned how to create different rate charts for each customer the billing process is almost automatic. Our dispatchers love the dispatching procedure, our drivers work well with the program on their phones and our billing department is extremely happy with the time saving billing. We are very happy with this software and we don't even use half of the possibilities they offer.

Apple has stated for years that it would upgrade to 64 bit OS. MYOB knew for years that AccountEdge Pro was outdated software, but sold it anyway. MYOB initially said it would provide an upgrade for Accountedge Pro customers. MYOB has since reneged on this commitment and abandoned AccountEdge Pro customers. Zero motivation to buy next accounting software from MYOB.

As a small start up company, we a need a time traker with a simple interface that allows us to make reports on hours spent on certain projects and calculate the cost. We disabled all the unnesesary features to make it really simple and use only time track and reports. But I am sure that companies with more extensive needs will find Actitime quite useful as well.

Our agency operates in a unique fashion in that we have a large sample inventory with several hundred thousand dollars in value. We have 8-10 salespeople with free access to these samples, delivering them to specifiers all over the region. Prior to implementing tracking with EZOfficeInventory, we would regularly lose track of samples until they were obsolete, losing their value in lost opportunity. We were fortunate to have an intern find and implement the system and it has changed our sample warehouse from a necessary evil to an outright blessing. Even our very busy salesmen can keep track or the inventory, add new samples, exchange samples in the field and still keep track of its location. We've all been very impressed with the simplicity of the system and the tools it provides to assess the true cost and value of our sample inventory. I just hope our competition doesn't read this review. :)

Lyuda R is the best Rep for FieldEdge. The most important thing with FieldEdge is who take care of you. We are with FE over 2 years we had hard time in first to complete or need what we want because of support service. As we go FE improve a lot technical and service support. Right now is much better then was before. Also our Rep Lyuda doing GREAT JOB I'am very happy and impressed how she take care of our needs. Other things: I like simplicity of using FieldEdge and as you know how it works. Price for software compare to the others is good so this was a huge impact to make a final decision. You cant do anything after completed. Change notes, change payments. I think it will be beneficial if there be some kind of the Administration account just in case.

I've been using FreshService for over three years now and it has transformed my team's ability to serve our customers. Before Fresh we went through a home-grown solution and two other major competitors. We could never find a tool that would track everything we cared about and not be so complicated that it got in the way. Fresh strikes a great balance of power and design. We can get fancy with automation and still have a nice clean interface. We started as a team of 5 using the tool and we've spread to over 60 agents. I've built out queues for teams all across the company. It's a great tool and the value it gives us has never been found in anything else we've tried. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We have been using Freshservice for almost a year now and continue to be very satisfied with both the product and the support we receive. In fact, the support is the best provided by any of our IT suppliers, without a shadow of a doubt. New features are rolled out regularly and the users are listened to. We currently have 7 support agents that have no complaints about using the software, which is very unusual. The layout and functionality makes you want to use the product as you know that your life as a support person is going to be easier if you do. Is the product perfect? No, no product is or will ever be. The best that you can hope for is that the developers and the company itself are trying to make it the best that they can. Freshservice seem to be on this track. Invest in Freshservice and they won't disappoint you.

Re: On-boarding and support so fa: 30th July 2018 My experience working with the Team at HIPPO has been a good one so far . We had a the small issue with the system where the Parts were being linked to the wrong machine and i would have like it to be sorted out a bit faster and kept updated a bit more so that i would know what was happening but i know they worked hard on resolving the issue. Apart from that things have been moving along smoothly and i like the system so far. It is making a difference in our operations.

ive been using the program for about 8 months now. its such an excellent program!..its kept my real estate developing company's records , budgets, projects etc., all in line!...The software program is the best on the market bar none..ive tried others, and none can hold a candle...furthermore, i recently had a hiccup in the program. I emailed support on a Saturday night ( figuring id hear something monday at best) and Dave replied Saturday night !!!!..he had the issue fixed SUNDAY!!...i was astounded....can anyone tell me another company that wouldve done that ????....do i have to keep writing? i think you can see how i feel about this program....

Dave and his team are so incredibly helpful, from helping me with questions I have to talking directly with tenants that have questions. They are super quick to reply and any questions/changes are taken care of promptly. I never have to worry that the ball will be dropped; I know once it's in Dave's hands it will be taken care of. The website features are incredibly helpful. I know the tenants love having a way to pay online, whereas in the past we were only able to accept payment by mail (or in person). The one feature I wish it had was being able to download a report or anything that would make it possible to upload the monthly payments into Quickbooks. I highly recommend Innago!

I really appreciate you getting the import of the 250+ contacts done so quick on the morning of Wednesday, February 5. We had teams as far north as Wapakoneta and Lima coming to Dayton Wednesday night. By you getting this done so quickly, that let me send a mass email/text out to them with an alternate plan for Wednesday night meetings where they could drop there items off and head back north earlier to stay ahead of the weather (ice/snow). Your quick action helped s lot of people stay safer and possibly avoid serious injury due to ice/snow! Thanks Again!!

The site sells Win10 at a competitive price. A bit skeptical at first, but bought it anyway. The real challenge for novice like me is the actual process of going through upgrading my Win7 machine to Win10. My mailbox is 90% rejections. If u terminate their contract before the one year mark they expect $2500. Per their contract, what a scam. Run away!

I have used Kareo for 10 years now. I love the fact that it is web-based and I can work anywhere and I can use remote workers when needed. Our office has been able to go paperless due to the Kareo document manager and Kfax features. No more separate costs for clearinghouse as it is included in the cost and integrated into the software! We've been using Microkeeper for almost 5 years (since Nov 2015) and it has only gotten better - their developers continue to make enhancements where needed (and they are improvements that MAKE SENSE!) and really take on board the feedback we (as the end user) provides. It is a great platform to integrate with other payroll systems or as standalone (which is how we use it). Importantly, it just works, is simple to use and gives employers and employees open ended access for past payslips, group certificates and financial reports.

We are a Canadian based company and have used MIDAS for the past 6 years. MIDAS has by far THEY MOST EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! MIDAS is user friendly, price is a lot cheaper compared to other companies out there, uses self learning videos and demonstrations, has a knowledge base for referencing when issues arise as well, MIDAS is constantly updating and making the software better. I would definitely recommend MIDAS to anyone looking for a room booking scheduler system.

Microsoft had stiffed me (again). This time upgraded to Windows 10 from a shop bought full retail version (not OEM) of Windows 7, yet change of Motherboard and CPU wouldn't allow Windows to activate. MS customer services were useless as ever and I needed the PC to work didn't have time to battle it out with Microsoft. Over the years have literally spent £1000's on Windows licences despite only ever having 1 PC albeit continually upgrading. Despite what they say you always get stiffed by MS on a Motherboard change even if you spend £100's on the full retail licence. So don't bother MS Office Works will sell you a fully working licence for less than 1/10 of the price, how? As a result of another MS scam all the HP, Dell etc PC's sold to corporates come with a Windows licence. Yet most corporates have a blanket licence with MS that covers all their software. Yes MS also rip off their corporate customers as well as us individual consumers. Companies like MS Office Works are able to resell the unused licences from trashed corporate PC's on at a more justifiable price. As a result of consumer protection laws within the EU it's all 100% OK (can't comment on other regions). I've had no problem with the service provided by MS Office Works and now have a fully activated PC at less than a 1/10 of what MS were asking, even though I shouldn't have needed to reactivate it in the first place.

Had issues on installation to start but was because I tried doing all 175 critical updates at once... after my 3rd attempt at updates I broke the updates down starting oldest first and did 20 at a time.... worked out sweet in the end.... good service and product :-)

I think Breathe is quite good, but clunky to use in certain areas, for example amending people's working hours is not easy. Also, the split between holiday and other leave is in my opinion not needed. As I'd like to be able to look in one place and see at a glance who is in the office or off for the day irrelevant of whether it is holiday or other leave. It's quite long winded to find out the details, clicking on the person, then their leave, then taken or booked.
