As an integrator for Asset Management solutions I have been using Asset Bank exclusively for the last 5 years. We have integrated a lot of clients into the system with the knowledge that the project will always go smoothly on the install and the setup of the instance, but more importantly that the support behind the instance is ridiculously superb. The last thing I want is to have a client with an issue and no support behind me. I always joke (though based on truth) that if I have not heard back from support in a very timely fashion I know they are all dead) It has full functionality out of the box for all those bells / whistles that are expected, but one of the vastly overlooked features is its appearance and ease of use. It is designed in such a way that is natural to navigate and use. It does not look like a mirror to a "c" drive windows 1998 folder system.This makes for easy use of the system and allows for easy adoption for new users which in our world, is over half the problem with integrating systems. People hate change though they all like Asset Bank Take a look at their offerings, you will not be disappointed.

We have been using Asset Bank for a number of years now and have just benefitted from the Healthcheck package, upgrade and refresh of the latest features. This process has only enhanced what is already a great product and resource for storing, archiving and sharing valuable assets across a large international organization. Aesthetically it looks great and really showcases photography while the functionality affords many options to configure Asset Bank to your bespoke needs in terms of structure and organizing assets. Working with Stewart in the support team was great. He really helped get the best out of the consultancy package identifying areas for continual improvement and managing a lot of the more challenging technical aspects. Overall a great product and support service.

I have been asked by benchmark software to provide an honest opinion about their products, I first started using the software back in 1989, at that time it was called Snip which stood for Sales, Nominal, Integrated, Purchase ledgers plus we had a Job costing module. I have always found the software to be very reliable, and easy to use. Nowadays the software as been developed to give you everything you need to run a modern business, including the ability to do bacs payment straight from the purchase ledger to your Bank. One of the best things about Benchmark is the speed that you can get a response and the ability for there software engineers to log into your PC and sort any problem that you might have. We have also used the Payroll module for many years, and our office staff are more than happy with how good the software is and the ease of use. Robert Booth (Director)

I have worked with Caliper products for 10 years as a transportation/urban planner and they have always fulfilled my needs. Maptitude/TransCAD software are easy to use, organized and robust: able to cope with large datasets without any problems. The user interface is very clear and easy to understand. The exchange of data and databases across several formats is also very simple and functional. The two-way direct link with Google Earth makes my projects look really interesting. I have adopted Maptitude in my GIS classes and it has been a great success with the students. They get excited in learning the geoprocessing techniques with such a technology that Maptitude provides.

In 1995, while working at Miami Children’s Hospital, I saw a review of GIS mapping software companies in a professional journal. Maptitude was a brand new GIS offering from Caliper Corp., which had been in the GIS business since the early 1980s. High marks were given to Maptitude for quality, affordability and ease of use. I was very excited at the prospect of being able to make custom maps of my hospital patient data quickly and with great flexibility. Maptitude exceeded my expectations in both the product and the variety of customer support offered. With each new update, Maptitude has gotten more powerful over the years yet has maintained its affordability and ease of use. Maptitude was indispensable throughout my health/hospital planning career on a variety of 'decision support' projects. I am now retired from my hospital planning career, but I am still using Maptitude to teach my young grandson about the world.

The clock in portal doesn't give the option to see all of your punches throughout the week, only the current day. It also doesn't give you chance to add extra notes if need be once you've clocked out.

Without Connectwise Control (fomrerly Screenconnect) i would not be able to have current amount of customers while i am a single selfemployed technician. It saves a lot of time behind the wheel. This solution is almost perfect. Even if i am building/preparing/repairing PCs or servers on my service desk - which is 2 meters away from my main seat - i am using remote control to work with that pc without hassle and walking between service desks. MORE! In Europe we have now GDPR, and self hosted solution allows serving customers without a ton of papers and agreements. Post scriptum: It doubled my income - because i can do more IT work instead of driving a car....

I'm using Dinero for more than 2 years, and it keeps surprising me. They improve it all the time with new features which make the software easier to use and more competent. Apart from that, they have a very dedicated team, available on chat. No matter what I'm facing - these guys can solve it, patiently and professionally. I just finished a 2.5 hours session, where I was lucky to have Frederik B. by my side, guiding me and making sure I am doing it all in a correct manner. We have been using DOVICO for over 5 years now and the experience has been excellent from the start. Great advice on setting up our environment and very easy rollout. We are still using the online training resources for new starters telling them everything users need to know. The support team has always been brilliant and really fast sorting everything we encountered. Any queries for either additional licenses or advice on how to do something new has been pretty much instantaneous. I really like the new report builder which has introduced additional flexibility for our reporting needs and have been using it extensively for various management reports saving me a lot of time. I have waited a few weeks before leaving this review. I have to say I was nervous about paying so much for something when i didn't know what i was doing. The stack team has been amazing. When i was asked how much i knew about the blueprint and where i thought i should start. My response was, is there a negative number because I don't know anything. My trainer has been fantastic starting me from the basic working me through the process. They have been amazing. I have to say I was mad at myself for wait so long to pull the trigger just because i didn't know how to read blue prints.

I first thought about installing such program on my staff's computers after one of the employees tried to transfer the company's money to his acquaintance's bank account. The incident made me think that our company needs a good monitoring system and a security manager who would be in charge of tracking employees. That's why, I started looking for a good employee monitoring software. I found Clevercontrol when I was reading reviews about different monitoring systems and decided to try it out. The program met all my requirements, it monitored every activity of the employees, so I purchased a year license and hired a person who is responsible for preventing data leakage and fraud. I let the staff know that they are now monitored so that nobody would even try to steal money from the company. Now I feel that our company's budget is safe.

I work as a HR-manager in a huge company and it's very important for me to receive reliable reports regarding the employees' efficiency. That's why, when I was hired I offered my boss to install employee monitoring software on each employee's computer to know it for sure who is hard-working and who is a slacker. My boss didn't want to fork out so we decided to use a free trial first. Here are several pros of the soft that we've noticed while trying it out: it shows when the employees turn on and off their computers so we can learn who comes late daily; it tracks activity on the social networks and keystrokes so we can find out who spends too much time texting with colleagues in discord. We could also see all search queries so if an employee was reading news articles on the Net instead of working, the soft showed it. We didn't notice any buds during the trial that's why we purchased a year license. What I like most about clevercontrol is the fact that it creates smart reports about employees' daily productivity. It saves my time and energy.

My client had a need for a custom Zen Cart 1.5.3 solution for offering discounts and limiting quantity that would have required a large investment for custom programming, not to mention the amount of time it would have required. It's my first month of using Time Doctor and I am happy with everything that it can do. My client, who is iving miles away from our place, just needs to have a proof that I am doing all his tasks and all the coding part on his website - that is the reason why I used it for time tracking 'cause I heard a lot of people are using it already. Worked with a lot of analytical tools on the market, however woopra is probably one of thr best one existing right now. Prices are high but at the end it's a clear picture of every single touchpoint that affects the customer journey, shows the retention rank and in general customer success. Reporting feature is just incredible, helped a lot at analyzing our PPC campaigns.

Nice alternative to Google Analytics - Google Analytics is free, useful and has a clean UI. However, Woopra is free, useful, has a great looking graphics, and allows you to monitor traffic in real-time. The downloadable app (which you need to see the real-time data) is light and slickly designed. My only complaints about Woopra are the data analysis tools could be more sophisticated (there are lots of cool graphical representations, but if I want to do any real analysis I have to download the data and do it myself in excel) and there is no way to set conversion goals (unless I missed it). I'm not sure that I would use Woopra in place of Google Analytics, but I would strongly recommend trying out Woopra and perhaps running it alongside Google Analytics. The real-time traffic monitoring is invaluable.

The title says it all really. FREE & it works. PDF24 is made by Geek Software GmbH from Berlin, Germany it says, therefore privacy rules among the highest in the world. . (PDF24 also offer many things incl. FREE PDF Creator software, & a FREE fax service withv no gimmicks and catches, as far as I have found so far (!)...) . User interface perhaps needs update to be ready for the 2020's - might possibly be less easy to use on a pad / tablet / smartphone etc. It works really well on desktop PC & Laptop ... see separate review of PDF24.org (generic) & fax.pdf24.org

This (up to a certain point) free web-based OCR software allows you to convert scanned PDF documents (including multipage files), faxes, photographs or digital camera captured images into editable and searchable electronic documents including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Rtf, Html and Txt. Its most wonderful feature is, without any doubt, an uncanny ability to read texts in (jpg) comic book strips and render them speedily and with incredible precision in all formats mentioned above - and that in several languages. But rendering a pdf document in near accurate content and format in, say, a Word document is quite spectacular, too. Rarely have I seen a utility which delivers so much for so little. And if you want to buy more 'credits' than you are allowed for free per day, it's dead cheap to boot. You can even get bonuses by making a YouTube report, writing a review, or placing a mention in a well known blog or website. Small drawback: the program says you can download multiple files by placing these in a zip folder. This has proven impossible - at least with a RAR compressed format. Apart from this small boo-boo, do visit this site - you won't regret it.

After trying out several options for OCR, I love http://onlineocr.net. It has a robust free version for documents for small and medium size PDFs. The paid version is very cheap, like 5c a page or something. It is very fast and very accurate even for very blurry or crooked scans

i was trying to edit a PDF on this website and i opened it from a link. (because when i tried to download it, it said it would take 2 $#*!ING HOURS) instead of opening the PDF, IT SHUT DOWN MY ENTIRE $#*!ING BROWSER FOR NO $#*!ING REASON! i quickly opened it back up, restored my tabs, and immediately blocked the site (sedja) and closed it's tab out, AND THEN MY BROWSER $#*!ED UP AGAIN! WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU LIKE TO USE SCAMS! a better wesbite for editing PDF files is PDFescape

Jeremy: ok (She stops recording voice to get all my payment details) (Payment details are given) (Starts monitoring conversation again) So it went on like this, and it seemed as if she knew what I was about to ask before I asked it, for EVERYTHING. Very sweet and polite with excellent communication skills. Probably one of the tougher things that needed attention and the phone call was about as painless as you could get. I highly recommend Box.com and thanks for reading

i tried to use FormLogix form builder but they are no longer accepting new signup, instead they recomend to use they're new online form builder. i was a big hesitating but i gave it a try. WOW, it is so powerful, feature rich and above all it helped me to build a very good and optimized form so it was worth it. the formtitan form builder is a great form builder and for sure i will use it again.

I purchased their plan a few days ago, they did nothing for my computer that I could tell. I unfortunately paid for their service before. Then they want me to go on site and purchase another $39.95 plan , I couldn't believe this. They keep trying to interrupt my computer and wanting me to pay them again for nothing? I lost 35.00 on their site. I guess I can just count that up to bad experience.

Personally I think this is an unacceptable intrusion, but you can delete or turn off the toolbar later. Deletion is always better. And as for Ask.com, how many applications *force* you to install the Google toolbar? ] Cute PDF writer is an excellent piece of free software and does exactly as advertised with no fuss. Worth mentioning here is the way that this and other PDF conversion apps of the same type get around the problems caused by "fillable forms" that you often find online. These are PDFs with data fields into which you type your content, before printing the whole thing to your printer. The problem is, fillable forms, once printed, often can't be saved with all your data in there. They will only save as blanks. So if you need to print multiple copies, you have to do the whole lot straight away, and if you don't have a printer but need to use someone else's, you're stuck unless you go to their home or office and fill your forms in there. CutePDF makes this all go away, because as far as your computer is concerned, it's just another printer. Send a document to it for printing, and it will create a PDF file instead, which you treat as any other PDF file. You aren't obliged to print it now, or at all. So now, all you need to do to save copies of a filled form, is send it to CutePDF Writer from your Printers menu. You get a form, with all the fields filled out. You can't modify it any more, not with the freeware version, but you can now save it to a flash drive, take it to the library or a friend's house or the office and print the copies out at your leisure. Apps that use the printer trick are amongst the most useful to have available if you do any document work at all. This one is nowhere nearly the most complex but for most people, it doesn't need to be. It just gets the job done. Recommended.

To the life of me I cant figure why so many people are so diehard about microsoft products. That company has left all computer users subject to hackers, malwares, adwares, and system crashes for several decades. Trying to use MS Office Suite is only as good as the operating system you have and computer you have to run them off of. Considering the nightmares that 4 out of the last 5 windows operating systems have been, thats scary. Count them up: Vista bad, 7 great, 8 bad, 8.1 marginal but bad, 10 going fastly to the bad. That creates a problem. Especially since MS office suite auto links all your office suite items to your operating system files and guess what if some virus or malware gets into your machine.... you may be able to reinstall the system.....but your documents are all lost.Even if you try storing them on another drive or partition.....windows later may not recognize the access file in its system needed to find them and make them accessible all because they were referenced in your previous OS. Open Office is the ONLY word product I use. I highly reccomend coupling it with a pdf product called FOXIT. Freewares by college professors and tech teams have always been a great thing. Now they are abundant and reliable and pretty nice. I highly recommend this.

OMG. I had the most annoying experience with Open Office. I would give it one star if it costed anything. First off just from the look of it, it look very outdated, compare the newest one OpenOffice to Word 2010 and you'll know what I mean. I strongly recommend getting Microsoft Word 2010 or 2007 at least instead of OpenOffice. I know Word is around 100 dollars but I used OpenOffice and I bought Word b/c I disliked it so much. Microsoft = User FRIENDLY. OpenOffice = User ATTACKER

Wow! This application so reminds me of the old days of Quicken, but much more user friendly! This program helps you to track your spending and create a budget. I love how it syncs from all devices. I use it all the time and every time I make a purchase, I can use my phone to enter it into YNAB immediately. It has really helped me organize and become better aware of my spending. It is one of the few websites that I actually LIKE receiving newsletters from because of their straightforward and useful ideas. It does cost $60, but I recommend that you try their free 30-day trial first to see if it is what you are looking for. HIGHLY recommended!

I purchased Daman health insurance from Bayzat and they helped me during the purchase. I had to cancel my policy and i submitted all the documents requested by them. It has been 4 months since then and am still awaiting my refund amount. They have a new story every time i follow up. If Bayzat can't provide this basic service then why will people buy from them? Its better to buy from the insurance companies.

My credit card's bank changed and no longer downloads into Quicken. The PrioperSoft program converts CSV files so they can be imported without all that typing. Not as smooth as the direct download, (doesn't use my memorized payee list to assign categories, etc.) but still saves me a lot of work. Took me three tries to get it right the first time, but now it is fine.

I was surprised at their quick and courteous response when I asked for a refund because their application was not suitable for what I needed to do. Quite frankly totally my fault when I purchased the application, and yet ProperSoft had no qualms about prompltly giving me a refund. This is proof of their commitment to serve their customers, and this is a recipe for their success in the marketplace.

WebEx (now owned by Cisco) is the best video conference tool for business that I've used. It's better than Skype because you can share your screen and workspace more easily. It's also easy to record the video conferences. The price for a small business is not too unreasonable (I think it's less than $50/month provided you don't have more than a certain number of users--we share an account between several employees).

The problem everyone who I recommend ADP for payroll and clock ins is that when you go mobile or even work from home, the ADP and other clock in services can't really regulate whether your employees are really working or where they are located. All it records is if you log into their site and click a button. The genius part of TSheets is the GPS part of the program. You can see where employees are located and when they clock in.
