I purchased one of their heated Himalayan salt warming units, paid a pretty price through masage warehouse. After six months the unit no longer heated the stones all the way so I called Massage warehouse to figure out if I needed a new unit or not. Massage warehouse told me saltability had A kit to fix warmers that had this problem. This kit took five months to get, just got the kit today and it’s literally a tube of general purpose adhesive with two paragraphs instruction all of this for $45 !! I find this to be completely ludicrous.. why can’t salt ability tell you to purchase this adhesive on your own an email you the instructions doesn’t make any sense very, very STUPID !

This is by far the worst company i have ever worked with. I bought $100's worth of items preparing for my franchise opening to find out after a month and a half that most of the order never shipped and I didn't know until it was too late. I called them because I had been charged for these items but they had no idea that these were never delivered. I thought everyone makes mistakes it's fine As long as they ship these out asap. They made excuses how they didn't have somethings in stock (they had stock when I bought them) but said they would ship the things that were in stock right away express mail. I reached out 5 days after to see if they had shipped because I hadn't received anything. No response. We are now at 8 days and i still haven't heard anything. I'm not sure if this company just stole $100's from me because it's a scam or if there business is just this unorganized. Either way if you can get these products from anyone else I would suggest you do so. They have not offered any solutions to this problem except for not responding to their emails.
