Bidding has always been easy and quick. After winning an action, shipping is fast and products are as described. Had one issue and it was resolved to my expectation and at no cost to me. I'm a happy customer!

I sent (1) Fathers Day AAron Judge card and (1) Mothers Day card to be graded. They sent back (2) graded cards both with the title of Mothers Day. Simple typo mistake. No not with these guys , It's been 3 weeks and they still can't figure it out. Sent front and back scan of card but still nothing. One look at original order as compared to what they sent back and they should be able to figure it out.

I ordered a bronze package and when I asked about the submission form and I was a little confused I was told this Bronze package has a free grading for a 10 day turn around service, however since we suspended the 10 day service we suggest to hold it off until our 10 day service is back. Submission under this package is valid for 1 year. On the other hand, we have a non-guaranteed turn around service which would take 9 10 minimum to complete. $10 per card. You also have other options to choose from, 5 day service at $30 per card and 2 day at $40 per card. After paying 117 for this service and now not available they still will not refund my money.

Never received my product. Messaged them several times on email and over Facebook but never got a reply. Have reported them to PayPal for a refund but by the looks of things - they are just a scam website. Buyer beware.

Cant give them no stars as it ain't an option gift ordered 10th june 2020 dispatched 16th june 2020 but as off 29th june the gift has still not arrived neither have I had any e mail back from them even tho they have been sent 3 e mails dont order from them as there a joke

ordered a watch for a Christmas present paid for expedited shipping. The item never shipped. Tried to call champions on display they never answered their phone went to voice mail all day. Left message they never returned my call. Emailed them through their website they did answer me through email. They told me they contacted the manufacturer and it would be a few days before they would have an answer for me. Well beings It was a Christmas present and it was already late that was not a good enough answer. Still can get a hold of them, they will not call me back. Poor customer service.

Yes, they did arrive on February 23, 2012. Upon receiving my earrings, I was quite amazed how in VERY FINE print on the back of the earrings, it said "MADE IN CHINA." Yet, on January 25, 2012, Champions On Display Customer Support emailed me stating this: "This is a reminder that your order included item(s) (see below) that are custom made in the U.S. and require additional production time. The estimated delivery time of these items is four (4) weeks from the date of purchase." Uhm, I don't know if you think I couldn't read this very fine print, but I feel as if I was lied to about the whole custom made in the U.S. type thing. Other than that, I love my earrings and thank you from ordering them from China... I am still confused on the "custom made in the U.S." part. What was custom made in the U.S.?

This is the fourth time I have ordered from Game Time and all my previous expereinces have been smooth and amazing but this one was the worst one. I placed an order of four beast series watches Minnesota, Stanford, and NY Yankees at their website on September 25. I entered promo code and received free UPS srandrad shipping which meant my order would arrive the following week by 3rd or 5th October (estimated). However I only received confirmation of my order and the week it was suppose to arrive it didnt and there was no tracking number. I called the GTSW customer service and found out that Minnesota and Stanford watches were sold out and the order was on hold. Interaction with Brendon Kutcher the customer representative was the only positive thing about this shopping experince. He guided and helped me through out the process, he first replaced the two watches that was out of stock with the watches of my choice. He kept me updated through email about my previous order where it was and when I would recieve the NY yankees watch that was shipped out. Eventually Brendon was able to find my orginal order of Minnesota, Sranford and NY Yankees watches (due to the company's technical issue it showed that the two watches were out of stock and only NY yankees were shipped out). I received the watches the next week but there was another problem. Instead of one Minnesota and other Stanford I received two Minnesota instead. I contacted Brendon again and he updated me via email that I can ship the wrong watch back and he will ship out the correct watch asap. He emailed me the shipping label and I have dropped it off at my nearest fedex office this week. I still havent received my Stanford watch yet but Brendon have emailed me all the shipping info and he is working hard to get the tracking number via UPS and hopefully I will get my correct watch by the end of this week. I would give Brendon Kutcher 5/5 stars of his excellent customer service but Game Time you recieve 2/5 stars for poor performance.

I received two game time watches (NFL) for gifts from my wife. One was purchased through the mail and the other at the NFL Hall of Fame. Both watches have stopped working. Called Gametime after researching for their number and the lady advised watch was to be wound very day. Instruction stated differently. For the money that was spent this product is not worth the money

Much like the other reviews here, this company is HORRIBLE. I tried to order something in August; received confirmation but never received the product. When I noted that my card wasn't charged, I tried to place the order again on October 12th. Again, I received confirmation, and 2 weeks later, nothing else. I have tried emailing to ask expected delivery; I've called several times and always receive a recording that the line is busy (all day ... really?!) STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before I placed the order!!!!!

I ordered my husband a custom hockey sweater (aka jersey) for Christmas and it was a huge hit! He gets compliments every time he wears it. The attention to detail was fantastic and the quality superb. This will be his go-to for games for years to come! Thank you!!!

I ordered a throwback Al Secord Jersey for my husband, as it is one of his favorite players, to replace an original he had back in the day. He Loves It!!!! The jersey arrived when promised and the seller kept me informed along the way on delivery status. The quality is great and it is authentic to the time period. Would definitely order again!

Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant shopping experience. I orders an Eddie George signed football as a Christmas present for my mother. I wasn't able to put my order in until Christmas night-Which was a Tuesday. The item arrived on Friday. Just 2 and a half days late with my Xmas present-And, I got it to her within the same week, so its almost like it wasn't even late anyway lol But, Sports Collectables is AWESOME and I would recommend them to ANYBODY. Very competitive prices and shipping time is top-notch. As far as customer service...Well, I couldn't tell you a thing about them-But, see, that's really a good thing, because it means I had zero issues with my transaction. Everything went smooth as silk and I got my order before the weekend, when I placed it on a (Tuesday) Xmas NIGHT!....But, I read their bios on another site. Its 3 men and a lady, down in Tampa, Fl, and they sound like really cool, down-to-earth professionals that care about the reputation of their brand. I trust this company. They gained a new customer, with me. I can't wait to get more Titans merch!

Ordered signed football on December 8th. Credit card was charged and I received email confirmation that i placed an order the same day. The confirmation included no shopping information or description of the item i ordered. On December 16th I contacted customer service for a status of the order because I needed to know when it would be shipping. According to the customer service ticket on their website, Derek closed by inquiry with the status of "resolved", even though i was not contacted and no information was provided to me. I have contacted customer service twice since my original inquiry was ignored and i have received no information from anyone. You may want to think twice before ordering anything from this company.

I recently purchased 2 items from this company. A signed boxing glove (Carl Froch) in presentation case and a signed Liverpool Shirt from the 2001 UEFA Cup Final (Robbie Fowler) in a presentation box. The ordering was simple, the delivery was exactly as stated and the presentation of both items was excellent. Would highly recommend.
