After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

My first Bell Tent lasted me over 13 years - so hard wearing, easy to put up and like an old friend by the end of it! Got given a new one for a wedding present and am in love all over again! Bell Tent delivered it super quick and this time we got the inner (for separate sleeping pod) and a porch for muddy boots etc.. so grown up now! Connected ground sheet makes a difference to the temperature and security, whilst still giving the flexibility to roll up the sides if you need more ventilation. Bell Tent UK are the original suppliers of bell tents and what they don't know, ain't worth knowing. Great company.

It's been a month that I'm waiting to receive a sweater that cost me nearly $100, I can not see where is my package # 111706, it puts me an error, moreover I can not log in to my account because the site tells me that I do not have the right password and when I ask to change it, he never sends me email to change it. Edit: Its okay, the problem has been solved, I can't say anything on this side, the customer service is good, so I change my rating to 4 (still waiting for the package but I think everything should be ok now). In addition I managed to connect also on the site (he ended up sending me an email to change my password).

The smaller duffle, doesn't have the exact same rippled leather finish near one side up where the handles are, say about ten inches worth. The leather is more smooth there. Is that supposed to be? Otherwise, products were great. One further suggestion is for the watch case. For larger watches like Panerai and such, the case itself should be a bit larger, say a few millimeters, such that the watch face does NOT touch the protective pad at all.

Buyer be aware. Took my money for a watch they never had even when they showed in stock. Delivery showed 2-3 days after 2 weeks contacted company. They then started making up silly reasons for the delay. Contacted them on a daily basis for a week, then asked to cancel order and return my money. Contacted them on a daily basis again, warning them I would put in a claim to Paypal and make it my quest to let everyone know, my problems. No replies or money return. Opened a claim with Paypal and after the investigation had all my money returned. Do not trust or deal with them and be careful of good ratings here and else ware. Thank God For Paypal or I would have lost a lot of money

After a very bad experience with buying at horloge-planet.nl, I have ordered the goods at benshop.co.uk with great distrust. There was communication about the cost of transport to the chat. E-mail sent a coupon for a discount. There was an order, payment, order confirmation. Promised shipment of goods within three days and delivery to my address within 24 hours of shipment !!! We communicated with each other on a continuous basis, I got an adequate answer to each question, including answers to my concern about the reality of the deal. I ordered the Swiss Automatic August 9 of 2018 and it arrived on January 4, 2019. During the wait I emailed customer service a couple times and received assurances that the watch would arrive shortly. It was about five months to in my hands. I was concerned that the watch might be as untimely as the delivery, and I was suspicious that the let down would soon come; and, after an initial period of pretty good time keeping, I began to imagine that the sweep second hand was sluggish at the onset of the new minute, that some jagged action was apparent just past top dead center. This made me feel like there might be some stripped gears inside and that the thing would turn out a burn. It was all an illusion, or a hallucination on my part. When viewed with a loop the sweep was indeed tracking perfectly on the small second dial. But I am getting ahead of myself. When it arrived I was very pleased with the fit and finish of the watch, the beauty was patent, but at 38mm it is smaller than my apparently indestructible quartz Brathwait Slim Classic (40mm, purchased May '16); and certainly not as slim, but decidedly thicker, or rather taller. (I really liked the thinness of my first Brathwait watch at a quarter of the price of this new Swiss Made Automatic.) As a result, I did suffer some buyer's remorse; I felt the watch was possibly a vain and wholly unnecessary accessory--what was I thinking? But, I kept wearing the Swiss Auto, becoming very attached to it, and feeling incomplete without having it on. We endured, the watch and I without any deal-breaking issues, and finally I relaxed into the notion that the contingency period might not be violated by any fault of the golden, beautiful and complex timepiece. The watch did slow down after some months and I reset the minutes lost on Sunday mornings, slightly irritated that the time was not spot on, but not about to return it for that. Then, one day as I was getting dressed, I fumbled the watch, and caught it on my foot like a hackey-sack, and I put it on without a second thought. A half hour later I realized it had stopped running. Pained, shocked at my loss, in my grief and horror (and in realization of my perhaps emotional over-attachment) I emailed customer service and told them I needed to make a warranty return. The jolt the watch received from my fumble felt like hardly an appropriate cause for refusing to run, or for declaring the event to the vendor. Brathwait customer service sighed heavily on the other end of the email and asked if I was aware of the extended wait times for these hand made watches. I said yes and prepared to send it in (Veronica). Instead, I took it to a demure watch shop on College Avenue in nearby Santa Rosa (not at the mall). The wizened watch maker looked it over, cleaned around the crown, opened the case, and gently gave the works a spin. The watch immediately came back to life and the watchmaker said after examining and inspecting it's wheels and motions, " ...this is a fine watch, did you drop it?" I explained my exceedingly tiny fumble, whereupon he proceeded to educate me about how the automatic can get a microscopic bind and stop the movement, at which time it just needs a minor service from a trained professional. It was true! (my joy ridiculous) I then complained that the watch was increasingly less reliable except finally it had arrived at the consistently dubious rate of four minutes slow per week. My new watchmaker put it on his accuracy sensor, adjusted various settings and watched his needle at the middle of the scope "...it's really good, but we can move this little regulation lever to speed it up a bit", showing me as he proceeded. It was a very small nudge. He told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the watch, the movement, and he thought it an excellent value. He said most of the broken watches with this type movement are not the fault of the time keeping parts, but that people roughly handle the crown when adjusting the time and date. He showed me how to move the time forward at the rate of a couple seconds per hour (around), never adjusting backwards; his assurance was "take care of the crown and stem and the watch will run indefinitely" I paid my $15 service fee and bowed to my new friend. I was much gratified that I purchased the genuine article from Brathwait, and the regulating that the watchmaker applied to speed up the movement was precisely what the watch needed to be extremely accurate. I haven't reset the time on it in six months other than for time changes and it's always close enough to perfect. The contingency period is over. I've had my watch almost seventeen months, and I couldn't be more pleased with it; the little concerns I had initially now being completely assuaged by time, information, knowledge, and experience.

Overall a very good service, however, it cost me approx £50 extra with direct line rather than had I booked with Jet 2 . this is the only reason I have awarded 3 stars, had the price been less harse in comparison to Jet 2, I would have given better

I purchased the 'hot pink' one for my 4 year old granddaughter for a pre booked holiday in February as she had out grown her ride on, she loved it & it was well used in the airport, it made the journey to & from the plane stress free, many people asked us where we had bought it. Packs small enough to go in the overhead locker, she even used it while on the complex. Would definitely recommend, excellent customer service as the first one delivered had a broken zip but was replaced quickly with no problems.

I am not considering to buy anything that is marked as Final Sale from French Connection again and don't recommend anyone else to buy them. The lovely looking coat was very stiff and big and didn't fit me at all, but since it was marked as final sale, I couldn't return it. My money ended up as a donation at a store. Anything online should be returnable because there is no way to try it before buying, so how am I supposed to know that the product wasn't in good quality?

I ordered a leather journal in mail. When it arrived, it had scratches along the golden boarder. It looked like «nail scratches». I got in touch with Pen Heaven and described the issue accurately, attaching pictures. I received a response where they referred to «tones in the leather» that are individual and may vary. But, there was no problem with the letter, I had not referred to the leather at all. So I wrote again, with the same information. I received a lazy response that the same would apply to the paper. They are individual and handmade. The response had typos and didn’t use whole sentences. This seems little reliable, careless and nonprofessional. I sent a further e-mail where I asked them to please sharpen their communication in the future, pointing out concretely these mistakes. I received the response «Sorry you feel this way», instead of responding to the concrete issue or taking responsibility. I can almost just laugh at this point.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for small independent businesses, but the absolutely abysmal service I received from this company has made me want to share my experience. I ordered an item (a set of cork coasters) but when they arrived they were appalling: they were crumbling round the edges, they stank of smoke, and they left everything black with soot when they were touched. They were meant as a gift but they were completely unusable. I contacted the company 3 times over 3 days to ask for their help, before finally receiving a curt reply that as long as they hadn't been used I could return them - or I could clean them and wait for the smell to go! I pointed out they were faulty, and I would like to return them but needed them to pay for return postage (which is within consumer rights). They didn't reply - to that, or any further communication asking for help. I raised a dispute with PayPal, and the company also ignored them too. I managed to get a refund from PayPal, but I'm still out of pocket because I had to return the item so that I had a tracking number before PayPal could refund me. (Note to self: if this ever happens again I shall add in the cost of return postage when raising a dispute with PayPal!). It is illegal for a company to expect a customer to return a faulty item at their own cost; they must pay for return postage or arrange collection. It states on this company's own website that they will refund postage - but it's a lie. They don't. They ignore you. They have a high handed attitude to customers, and absolutely appalling service. I will never buy from them again, and I advise you don't either. I shall be reporting them to trading standards.
