I had experience in dealing with Steve Nelson who gave one generic plan very expensive! I emailed him but no answer so I called him and he just said that we are an international company and we only have high cost plans if you are looking for lower cost plans better you look locally! He didn't even make an effort to discuss my budgets or what I was looking for in for in terms of Medical Insurance. If you get assigned to him it would be a real waste of time. I have other people say that they had a good experience with Medibroker but till yet for me no happiness at all!

During our 15 years in the Far East we have enjoyed the courteous and efficient services of Medibroker. We have benefitted from the sound advice and information at every turn, given by Amy Spiers in particular, and have always found Medibroker to be instantly accessible and the ideal conduit between us and the insurer, being able to cut to the chase and get common sense service without being passed from one department to another. We would recommend Medibroker to any expat and it has been very reassuring for us to know that our medical matters have been in very safe hands, thank you Medibroker and well done indeed. I have never felt the need to negative feedback to an eBay seller in 16 years of membership, but today, Gearooz have earned this dubious privilege. If Gearooz are able to make a sale, it appears all things go relatively smoothly. If you request a refund, as per your rights in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will soon become familiar with the constant empty promises of "I will chase this up with Accounts" and "They have told me they will do this tomorrow" given to you on a daily basis from the sales staff. You will not receive your money. You will be forced to raise dispute cases with eBay/PayPal - Looking at other negative reviews, it appears other eBay customers have had a similar experience. It seems that Gearooz have an unspoken policy of holding onto your money for as long as is possible until the eBay/Paypal guarantees force their arm. A shockingly poor overall experience.

Purchased the Donner Wireless Page Turner just over 6 months ago. The devise will no longer turn on. After emailing back and forth over several days, their attitude was very much "oh well". They do not have a warranty page on their web site for good reason, they do not stand behind their products. A 6 month warranty does not instill much confidence.

I've just returned from a weekend at 'Mariners Moon' on the Whitesands development in Camber with some girlfriends. We had a fab time in a lovely house. The beach at Camber is fantastic and the hours walk to Rye on the cycle/footpath is well worth doing as parking in Rye can sometimes be difficult. We have a lovely lunch in The Globe Inn Marsh, Rye. It gets very busy and you can't book so turn up early. Booking with 'Beside the Sea Holidays' was a joy, they made everything so easy. The excellent information about the house and the area received beforehand and the welcoming email and text messages to check everything was ok were something I had not experienced before and I have booked many houses with lots of different companies. Thank you also for the milk, apple juice and the locally made carrot cake and macarons, they were delicious. Well done to Richard and Sophie at 'Beside the Sea Holidays' on the excellent way they run their business. We'll hopefully use you again soon. Karen

After being let down by another company the day before we were due to travel, our group of 6 made a last-minute reservation at Seaglass cottage. The communication right from the start was fantastic, with an electronic house guide full of useful information being sent. Having never visited the area before and with little time to investigate and plan, the inclusion of local information was invaluable. We arrived at the cottage and were blown away, the gifts of lemon cake, biscuits and apple juice made our arrival feel special. The house was immaculate, so cosy and inviting and contained everything and more than we could have needed during our stay. The little touches are what made this place, beach towels and a picnic blanket were there if you needed them, children's games in the living room, buckets and spades in the shed - perfect! The kitchen was better equipped than ours at home! We will definitely return, and may work our way through the rest of the cottages as they look equally as fantastic. Thank you guys for saving our bank holiday weekend and making it an even better experience than our original plans :) **

After eternal hold times, and transfers, I proved to H&R Block via emailed screen captures, vis a vis TurboTax, that their software was defective for even simple W-2 tax returns which use form 8962 for healthcare. They asked for only my receipt and mailing address by email. Then someone called, asking for my social security number. Then, when I emailed again, asking where is my promised refund, they replied, asking for my date of birth, and credit card activity, showing the purchase. Very suspicious, looking like a setup for identity theft, and they are obviously trying to wear me out with all their demands, rather than honestly admitting their flaw, and issuing me a refund. Outrageous.

I joined the Gym September 2016 for a year contract. I checked with receptionist (twice with different receptionists) in September 2017 when my gym membership finishes. They both said that my membership finishes on 11th October 2017. I asked them both twice that "so, after 11th of October, my membership completely finishes. I do not want my membership to continue as I have heard some gyms renew the membership themselves after the term finishes which I do not want and I want to make sure my membership does not continue". Then, they both said that the membership will not be extended and will definitely finish on 11th Oct 2017. Then, on 30/10/17, I found out that the gym direct debited $59.15 on 16/10/17 and 30/10/17. I called the gym and asked why. Then, the receptionist said that it is because of automatic roll over. My contract has finished, but it has automatically changed to a normal membership. I explained how I made it clear of this not happening in September. The receptionist said that he would send me the cancellation link to make sure my membership finishes by that day and will speak to Manager if they can honour the money debited after the term. I told him that no receptionist ever mentioned me about the cancellation link and it is not fair. The reception said that he will speak to Manager the next day to give me a call. On 31/10/17, I visited the gym to speak to Manager. Manager asked how he could help me. When I said that I am here for the gym membership cancellation, he said that "oh yes, he (pointed at the receptionist) told me about it. Have you completed the cancellation form?" I told him that that is my point that I clearly expressed myself that my membership to finish by 11th of Oct 2017 which is the day the membership supposed to finish and the receptionists said 'Yes', but no one ever mentioned me about the process. Manager said that it must have been a communication breakdown or I was not clear to the receptionist of what I wanted. 'Finish the membership' is not clear enough?. Anyway, he said that I should have given them the 30 day notice. I told him that I notified the receptionists in September already and they never mentioned me of any form filling process etc. He said that as per the term, 30 day notice can be given only after the contract period finishes, so they did not overcharge me or anything. He asked me to complete the cancellation form then he will process. I explained to him several times that it is unfair as no one ever clearly explained to me of this term. Manager said that the staff on contract would have explained to me and not many people read the contract. However isn't this the company's responsibility to notify consumers of the key terms and conditions? Also, the receptionists' reply in Sept gave me misleading information that my contract would end on 11/10/17, but yet they extended my membership without notifying me. Manager said that they cannot refund the money as I would have paid that money anyway as the 30 days cancellation notice could have be given on 11/10/17, so I would had to pay the fee on 16/10 and 30/10 to make up 30 day notice period. They said that they would have explained to me (which never have occurred until today) and I am the one did not read the contract, yet they have responsibility to explain the key terms to the consumers and I gave them 2 chances to make it clear in September. I have never been clearly informed of the cancellation period and process. I was told that my membership would end on 11/10/17, but they deducted money on 16/10 and 30/10. I have not attending gym as I thought that the membership has expired, yet I have been paying. Therefore, $118 paid through 16/10 and 30/10 has been wasted as result of the company not informing consumer of the right process. Oh, lastly, the manager said that the receptionists have so many other things to do than explaining the contract to the customers.

Unfairly Treated

GO Health club Springwood or any of the clubs...Beware when signing up to this gym, make sure you take the contract home and read everything... Legally they are meant to provide you with a copy of your contract on the day of signing, this never happened to me after 2 days of not receiving anything I wrote to them asking for my contract as i wanted to cancel the membership, they do this so your cooling off period of 48 hours goes past. Im still trying to cancel the contract but they argue my cooling off period lapsed, they dont take any responsibility for negligant staff or do they simply train them this way???? sales tactics, their happy to take your money though and send you to a debt collector!!!!!!

It's the little things that make a big difference; crew remembering your name and cabin number after the first day, knowing immediately what you'd like to drink or eat, great willingness to help with sometimes difficult gangway arrangements and being generally happy, smiley and upbeat. Tickets bestellen online en betalen gaat super snel...de dag nadien kon ik de confirmatie al uitprinten...maar ik had enkel en RETOUR tickets besteld en betaald en op de confirmatie stond geldig 1 dag...mijn retourtickets zijn voor 4 dagen later. Verschillende mails gedaan op website en hulp/support mail,het was niet mogelijk via mail contact te krijgen.Ik heb de internationale telefoon nr. gebeld en gevraagd om informatie hieromgaande...ze was er niet ZEKER van of mijn tickets 3 à 4 dagen later nog geldig zouden zijn.!!!!!! Als die mevrouw mij geen duidelijkheid kan geven (ze vermoede dat de tickets nog geldig zouden zijn,ik moet 't maar vragen op m'n bestemming) dan vrees ik dat ik teveel (dubbele) betaald heb en ik ben daar ook ongerust over. Dus afwachten maar en hopen dat het ok is....

I have been looking for David Sylvian albums for a while and they are difficult to find, I have a few on CD but want the vinyl, I found a couple but not what I wanted and the prices were very high too, I am on your mailing list and so had a look, you seem to be the only place with his work in stock and at reasonable prices, I didn't realise either that this is a double album, it arrived within a few days and is perfect, very good quality and beautifully packaged, the quality is excellent as expected, but the music is sublime and gratifying to listen to, you close your eyes and just drift away, thank you for having his works in stock.

I would have give this transaction a full 5 stars if the CDs arrived. I understand the implications of COVID 19 but it has 34 days since shipment via "air mail" A few days after this order I placed an order for other items from a different vendor. That order was from China and was delivered 4 days ago. I still want the CDs and hopefully check the USPS's informed delivery emails daily hopefully looking for a delivery update.

I am the Keyboardist and DJ for the legendary pioneers of Hip Hop, The Sugarhill Gang. I also have Erbs Palsy with only the use of one-hand and was in search for a keyboard that would adjust to my "touch" and feel". I got the ROLI Seaboard Block and Lightpad and was blown away, however I needed to apply "pitch-bend" to my "after-touch" "pressure". I contacted Elizabeth from your Brooklyn, NY office, who moved immediately and sent me the parameters to tweak which enabled to do what I also wanted to do with a keyboard. Elizabeth also put me in touch with Brian Bonz, Artist Relations, also from your Brooklyn office, who has helped me tremendously prepare for my up-coming Singapore Tour with tips and solutions. All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. Great group of guests added to the holiday and location of chalet and good amenities rounded it off. Highly recommend and will return next year

I bought it for my mom a couple of mother's days ago, and she seemed to appreciate it. The delivery was good; nothing was damaged, and it was on time. Pricing was a little bit too high for my taste, but because of the effort they go through in order for it to be that technical, it does make sense. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion! It is a great keepsake and has a very aesthetic look to it.

I did have to phone to see where my order was but never found it hard to get through to them and always most helpful. My print arrived after the call the next day and was well packaged and wrapped and in perfect condition. My only slight disapointment was the colour was not as vivid as show on the site but still very pleased with it.

I needed a cover for my combo amp and was looking for something that fit and would last. I came across Roqsolid through a Google search on covers for my particular amp. I ordered Taylor Swift tickets for her Red tour back in April of this year in Miami. After I lost my tickets (oops! D: ) I thought well maybe they'll just accept my email printout. I arrive 15 minutes before the show with my excited little sister who has been waiting forever to see Taylor Swift and then when I get to the ticket booth they tell me they can't accept the email confirmation- they specifically need the barcode on my tickets. Close to tears, I called Alex at Best In House Tickets (they're a small husband and wife business so calling them doesn't go to some office voicemail -you're directly calling them). Poor Alex was in the middle of dinner and even then he didn't hesitate when he said he would get in touch with his wife at their home so that she could then look up my barcode in their files, call me back and then speak to the ticket booth manager so that I could finally get in. The trouble they went through (which could have been avoided had I called earlier than 15 minutes before showtime or if I hadn't lost the tickets to begin with, derp) I so appreciated what they did for me and my sister, and cannot sing enough praises about this fantastic duo. Any time I have to buy tickets, I'll always buy through them. Highly recommended.

The follow up and level of customer service you receive from Best in the House is actually 'best in its category'. I received no less than 3 phone calls about my purchase -- all positive and helpful and in no way negative. Typically I get tickets through the box office of the facility since it feels more personalized. Best in the House Tickets goes even further with their service -- from ordering thru follow-up it's simply the best. It's good to see the company striving to live up to it's name. Great seats. Great price. Exceptional service. Bravo Andy and team!

The site should state VERY CLEARLY that the name on the tickets belongs to an original purchaser who resold them on your site for above or below face value. Otherwise, the buyers who are unaware of how this works will get confused.
